Objective Aiming to further enhance urban rail transit service with precision, it is essential to quantitatively extract the influencing variable factors of urban rail transit service quality and analyze the intrinsic relationship between these variables. Method Exploratory factor analysis is employed to extract six common influencing factors. SEM (structural equation modeling) is then introduced to construct three confirmatory factor analysis models for the influencing variables. These models are validated using survey data. Result & Conclusion The results indicate that the first-order six-factor uncorrelated model does not fit the actual data. Both the first-order six-factor correlated model and the second-order factor model adequately reflect the relationship between factors, while the later shows a significantly higher goodness of fit，with an average goodness of fit increase by 4.50% in absolute fit index, 0.53% in incremental fit index, and 12.73% in parsimonious fit index. The second-order factor model effectively quantifies the contributions of the six factors to service quality.

Objective: This study aimed to develop new, efficient, safe and precise tyrosinase inhibitors. Methods: The orthogonal test was used to optimize the extraction conditions of kojic acid. The inhibitory effect of kojic acid on tyrosinase was studied by enzyme kinetics, and the mechanism of its interaction with tyrosinase from different sources was analyzed by molecular docking technology. Results: The optimum process conditions for extracting kojic acid were as follows: activated carbon content of 5%, decolorization temperature of 75 ℃, pH 2.0, decolorization time of 50 min, and the purity of kojic acid was 97.85%. the IC50 of kojic acid on tyrosinase monophenolase and tyrosinase bisphenolase were 13.33 and 53.32 μg/mL, respectively. The XP docking scores of kojic acid with mushroom, mouse, gorilla, and human tyrosinase were -7.515, -5.011, -5.537, and -3.638, respectively. The results of MM-GBSA were 94.47, -110.80, -1.17 and 6.45 kJ/mol, respectively. Conclusion: Under the control of the optimal process conditions, the purity of kojic acid can be significantly improved. Kojic acid has a competitive inhibitory effect on tyrosinase. Tyrosinase from different sources combines with kojic acid to form different types of non-covalent bonds, the binding stability of the inhibitor and different tyrosines is different.

Objective Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy （FTIR） was used to analyze myocardial infarction tissues at different stages of pathological change to achieve the forensic pathology diagnosis of acute and old myocardial infarction. Methods FTIR spectra data of early ischemic myocardium, necrotic myocardium, and myocardial fibrous tissue in the left ventricular anterior wall of the sudden death group of atherosclerotic heart disease and the myocardium of the normal control group were collected using hematoxylin-eosin （HE） and immunohistochemistry （IHC） staining as a reference, and the data were analyzed using multivariate statistical analysis. Results The mean normalized spectra of control myocardium, early ischemic myocardium and necrotic myocardium were relatively similar, but the mean second derivative spectra were significantly different. The peak intensity of secondary structure of proteins in early ischemic myocardium was significantly higher than in other types of myocardium, and the peak intensity of the α-helix in necrotic myocardium was the lowest. The peaks of amide Ⅰ and amide Ⅱ in the mean normalized spectra of myocardial fibrous tissue significantly shifted towards higher wave numbers, the peak intensities of amide Ⅱ and amide Ⅲ were higher than those of other types of myocardium, and the peak intensities at 1 338, 1 284, 1 238 and 1 204 cm-1 in the mean second derivative spectra were significantly enhanced. Principal component analysis （PCA） and partial least square-discriminant analysis （PLS-DA） showed that FTIR could distinguish different types of myocardium. Conclusion FTIR technique has the potential to diagnose acute and old myocardial infarction, and provides a new basis for the analysis of the causes of sudden cardiac death.

Objective: The effect of ultrasonic-assisted ionic crosslinking method on the peppermint capsule roundness was studied. Methods: The optimal treatment process was obtained through response surface optimization method, and the quality indicators of peppermint capsule was analyzed. Results: The results showed that, the optimum conditions of ionic crosslinking method were calcium ion mass fraction of 0.4%, soaking time of 20 min, solid/liquid ratio of 1.3∶1.0 （mL/g）. Under the conditions, the strength of wet-capsule was 11.5 N, and the roundness of capsule was 0.033 mm. The optimum conditions of ultrasonic-assisted ionic crosslinking method were: ultrasonic time of 10 min, ultrasonic power of 105 W, ultrasonic temperature of 25 ℃. Under the conditions, the strength of wet-capsule was 14.7 N, and the roundness of capsule was 0.028 mm. Conclusion: Compared with the traditional ionic crosslinking method, the strength of the wet-capsule was increased by 27.8%, the roundness of the capsule product was decreased from 0.075 mm to 0.028 mm, and the product yield was increased from 83.7% to 98.3%, which showed that the quality of the peppermint capsule was obviously improved. The ultrasonic-assisted ionic crosslinking has the advantages of simple process and high efficiency, which could provide a reference for the development of capsule preparation technology.

Objective: Develop new natural characteristic plant tobacco flavor. Methods: The volatile oil from the seeds, leaves and stems of Pelargonium odoratissimum was extracted by simultaneous steam distillation solvent extraction （SDE）. The chemical components of volatile oil were analyzed by GC/MS, and the effects of volatile oil from different parts of Cardamom geranium in cigarette flavoring and conventional components of smoke were compared. Results: The volatile oil of Cardamom geranium seeds was mainly terpinen-4-ol（110.54 mg/g），myristicin（81.81 mg/g），β-phellandrene（58.33 mg/g）. The main components of leaf essential oil were linalool（90.04 mg/g），myristicin（59.09 mg/g）terpinen-4-ol（39.69 mg/g）. The stem essential oil was dominated by D-limonene （45.56 mg/g）， linalool（13.26 mg/g）， 3,7-dimethyl-1,5,7-octatrien-3-ol （12.11 mg/g）. Conclusion: Three kinds of volatile oils can give cigarettes unique flavor in varying degrees, improve aroma quality and aroma quantity, and reduce irritation.

Objective • To compare the performance of various deep learning methods in the segmentation and classification of colorectal polyp endoscopic images, and identify the most effective approach. Methods • Four colorectal polyp datasets were collected from three hospitals, encompassing 1 534 static images and 15 videos. All samples were pathologically validated and categorized into two types: serrated lesions and adenomatous polyps. Polygonal annotations were performed by using the LabelMe tool, and the annotated results were converted into integer mask formats. These data were utilized to train various architectures of deep neural networks, including convolutional neural network (CNN), Transformers, and their fusion, aiming to develop an effective semantic segmentation model. Multiple performance indicators for automatic diagnosis of colon polyps by different architecture models were compared, including mIoU, aAcc, mAcc, mDice, mFscore, mPrecision and mRecall. Results • Four different architectures of semantic segmentation models were developed, including two deep CNN architectures (Fast-SCNN and DeepLabV3plus), one Transformer architecture (Segformer), and one hybrid architecture (KNet). In a comprehensive performance evaluation of 291 test images, KNet achieved the highest mIoU of 84.59%, significantly surpassing Fast-SCNN (75.32%), DeepLabV3plus (78.63%), and Segformer (80.17%). Across the categories of "background", "serrated lesions" and "adenomatous polyps", KNet's intersection over union (IoU) were 98.91%, 74.12%, and 80.73%, respectively, all exceeding other models. Additionally, KNet performed excellently in key performance metrics, with aAcc, mAcc, mDice, mFscore, and mRecall reaching 98.59%, 91.24%, 91.31%, 91.31%, and 91.24%, respectively, all superior to other models. Although its mPrecision of 91.46% was not the most outstanding, KNet's overall performance remained leading. In inference testing on 80 external test images, KNet maintained an mIoU of 81.53%, demonstrating strong generalization capabilities. Conclusion • The semantic segmentation model of colorectal polyp endoscopic images constructed by deep neural network based on KNet hybrid architecture, exhibits superior predictive performance, demonstrating its potential as an efficient tool for detecting colorectal polyps. Since the closure of fishing in the Yangtze River, the population of ferocious fish in Poyang Lake has been steadily increasing. In order to investigate whether the Predatory activity of ferocious fish impact the population of Procambarus clarkii, we employed Silurus asotus and Channa argus as predators, using eight different types of bait organisms in this study. Three sizes of P. clarkii larvae (small: 39.20±1.30 mm; medium: 49.82±2.13 mm; large: 58.99±1.16 mm), along with Cyprinus carpio, Carassius auratu, Squaliobarbus curriculus, Mosquitofish, Hypoph-thalmichthys molitrix, Pseudorasbora parva and Macrobrachium nipponense, were used as prey to examine the species selectivity of S. asotus and C. argus and the size selectivity of P. clarkii larvae. The results revealed that: (1) S. asotus and C. argus exhibited a preference for nocturnal predation, with their peak predation occurring between 20:00--8:00; (2) In the presence of various food organisms simultaneously, S. asotus and C. argus did not prey on P. clarkii larvae, displaying clear predation preference for C. carpio, mosquitofish and M. nipponense. (3) When presented with P. clarkii larvae of the same size, S. asotus exhibited a pronounced predation preference for small size P. clarkii larvae, while C. argus preyed significantly more on small-sized P. clarkii larvae than on large-sized ones (P<0.05). (4) In the equal polyculture combination of various sizes of P. clarkii larvae, both S. asotus and C. argus displayed a clear preference for small size P. clarkii larvae, and this preference intensified with increasing size gap among the P. clarkii larvae. In summary, when multiple food organisms coexist, P. clarkii is not the preferred prey for ferocious fish, however, when the variety and quantity of other food organisms are limited, smaller-sized P. clarkii larvae remain at a high risk of predation. The natural abundance of stable carbon and nitrogen isotopes (δ13C and δ15N) in leaves can provide comprehensive information on the physiological and ecological processes of plants and has been widely used in ecological research. However, recent studies on leaf δ13C and δ15N have focused mainly on woody species, few studies have been conducted on herbs in different vegetation types, and their differences and driving factors are still unclear. In this study, we focused on the herbs in subalpine coniferous forests, alpine shrublands, and alpine meadows on the eastern Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, and investigated the differences in leaf δ13C and δ15N of herbs and the driving factors. The results showed that there were significant differences in leaf δ13C and δ15N values of herbs among different vegetation types, with the highest δ13C and δ15N values in alpine meadows, followed by alpine shrublands, and the lowest in subalpine coniferous forests. Using variation partitioning analysis, we revealed that differences in leaf δ13C and δ15N of herbs among various vegetation types were driven by both leaf functional traits and climate factors, with the contribution of leaf functional traits being relatively higher than that of climate factors. Hierarchical partitioning results indicated that mean annual temperature (MAT), chlorophyll content index, leaf nitrogen content per unit area (Narea), and leaf mass per area were the main drivers of leaf δ15N variations of herbs across different vegetation types, while the relative importance of Narea and MAT for variation in leaf δ15N of herbs was much higher than those other variables. There was a strong coupling relationship between leaf δ15N and δ15N as indicated by the result of the ordinary least squares regression. Objective To explore the pollution characteristics and ecological risk of microplastics in Kundulun Reservoir in Baotou city. Methods Three environmental samples were collected from the surface water, sediment, and surrounding soil of Kundulun Reservoir. After four steps of digestion, density flotation, secondary digestion and concentration, the microplastics were extracted. The abundance, polymer type, particle size, and shape of microplastics were detected by LDIR8700 reflection model controlled by Clarity software, and the ecological risk was assessed by risk index (H) and pollution load index (PLI). Results The average abundance of microplastics in surface water, sediment, and surrounding soil was (210.83 ±50.1) n/L, (9 633.33 ±1 955.33) n/kg, and (10 633.33 ±896.29) n/kg, respectively. In the surface water, the main type of microplastic polymer was polypropylene (PP), the microplastic with the particle size of 0 to 30 µm accounted for the largest proportion, and the shape was mainly in the form of film. In sediments, polybutylene succinate (PBS) was the main type of polymer, and the size of 0 to 30 µm and film-like microplastics were the main types. In the surrounding soil, the main type of polymer was PBS, and the particle size and shape of microplastics were the same as those in sediments. The risk index (H) based on the type of microplastic polymer showed that the microplastic H index of each sampling site ranged from 1.22 to 9 111.44, and the risk grade covered grades I to IV. The risk grade in surface water was generally high, and the risk grade in sediment and surrounding soil was slightly lower. The PLI based on the pollution abundance of microplastics showed that the range of PLI index of microplastics in each sampling site was 1: 1.2733, and the average PLI index of microplastics was 1.0995, which showed slight pollution in the three environmental media. Conclusion The abundance of microplastics in the three environmental media of Kundulun Reservoir is high, with a wide range of sources and mainly small particle sizes. The resistance along the transportation path of the paste pipeline is one of the key factors affecting pipeline design and filling quality in the mining area. This article uses fluent to establish a geometric model of pipeline transportation similar to the actual loop experimental system. Analyze the relationship between resistance losses along different pipelines and the influence of paste ratio parameters on resistance losses along the pipeline. Research has shown that; the velocity and pressure of the paste at the bend in the pipeline undergo sharp changes, with the pressure and velocity on the outer side of the bend being significantly greater than on the inner side, showing a significant gradient. There is a significant gradient in velocity and pressure in the radial direction of the horizontal pipe section, which is characterized by structural flow and is divided into a plunger flow zone and a boundary layer zone. In the pipeline transportation of paste, there is a boundary effect on the velocity and pressure of the paste inside the pipeline. As the flow rate increases, the pipeline resistance increases; As the mass concentration of the paste increases, the resistance loss along the pipeline increases. As the yield stress and plastic viscosity increase, the resistance loss along the way also increases, obtaining the pressure loss of the paste in the horizontal section of different material compositions, pipeline inner diameters, and pipeline flow rates, providing a basis for the selection of the final transport pump and filling pipeline in Datun Tin Mine. In order to investigate the differences of volatile flavor components in different tissues of Crassostrea gigas, and reveal the source and formation mechanism of the overall flavor of oysters, the volatile flavor components in the adductor muscle, hepatopancreas, gills and gonads of Crassostrea gigas were detected by using SPME-GC-MS technique combined with the method of multivariate statistical analysis. The results showed that 18 substances were detected in the adductor muscle, 11 substances were detected in the hepatopancreas, 8 substances were detected in the gills and 6 substances were detected in the gonads. The main components in the adductor muscle, gills and gonads were aldehydes, and the main components in hepatopancreas were alcohols. A total of 28 volatile flavor components were detected in the four tissues, most of which were aldehydes, ketones and alcohols, etc. The clustering heat map analysis, screening of key flavor components and principal component analysis were used to compare the volatile flavor components of the four different tissues, and the results showed that there were obvious differences in the flavors of the various tissues of Crassostrea gigas, and the main substances that affected the flavors of Crassostrea gigas were aldehydes and ketones. The various flavor substances in the different tissues of Crassostrea gigas coordinated with each other to create the unique marine fresh flavor of Crassostrea gigas. The results of this study were of great significance in guiding the research on the flavor of Crassostrea gigas and the processing and utilization of Crassostrea gigas products. The proportion of offshore low-permeability gas reservoirs has increased, and the differences in pore structure have affected well productivity, limiting the development of offshore low-permeability gas reservoirs on a larger scale. To characterize the complex pore-throat structure of low-permeability reservoirs, high-pressure mercury intrusion and nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) experiments were conducted on low-permeability core samples. The double-peak Gaussian function fitting curve method was used to convert the NMR T2 spectrum into pseudo-capillary pressure curves to quantitatively characterize pore size and distribution. Furthermore, by analyzing the correlation between the NMR T2 spectrum and parameters such as large pore volume and medium-large pore porosity, a new parameter that better reflects reservoir flow capacity was constructed for pore-throat evaluation. Lastly, a prediction model for pore-throat and petrophysical parameters was established using multivariate regression based on the response relationship between logging curves and reservoir classification parameters. The results show that the pore-throat distribution of the third section of the Lingshui Formation low-permeability reservoir exhibits bimodal and unimodal patterns, with overlapping regions between small and large pore curves in both types. The overlapping region is smaller in the bimodal pattern and larger in the unimodal pattern. The pore system can be divided into large pores, medium pores, and small pores based on the distribution ranges of the fitted curves for small and large pores and the overlapping region. The medium-large pore porosity and large pore porosity effectively evaluate reservoir petrophysical properties and pore structure. The better the large-medium pore system developed, the better the petrophysical properties are, and the higher the movable fluid saturation is. A classification standard for low-permeability reservoirs was established based on comprehensive evaluation parameters primarily focusing on large pores and medium-large pores. The reservoirs were divided into three types. Type I and type II reser-voirs have better development of large-medium pores and good petrophysical properties, comprehensive evaluation parameter values are greater than 7 and 10 respectively, and relatively high movable fluid sat-uration is generally above 65.75%. Type IE reservoirs have relatively poor petrophysical properties, smaller values for comprehensive evaluation parameters of large pores and medium-large pores, complex pore-throat structure, and relatively low movable fluid saturation. Objective To conduct an epidemiological survey of common congenital heart disease (CHD) among children in ethnic minority areas in southeastern Guizhou and to explore the influencing factors of delayed medical treatment. Methods From January 2019 to July 2022, 18 850 children aged 3 months to 14 years in Qiandongnan Miao and Dong Autonomous Prefecture were selected; 105 children with CHD were included in the training set, and they were divided into delayed group (80 cases) and non-delayed group (25 cases) according to whether or not to delay medical treatment. In addition, children with CHD (35 cases) from July 2022 to December 2022 were included in the validation set. The general data of the subjects in the two groups were compared and analyzed. Multivariate logistic regression was performed and risk scoring model was constructed. Results The prevalence of CHD in 18 850 children was 5.57%o (105/18 850), with the highest prevalence in Liping County, and the lowest in Huangping County. The proportion of children with secondary atrial septal defect was the highest, and that of the aortic valve malformation was the lowest. Among the complex cases of CHD, the proportion of children with single type was the highest, and that of children with three or more types were the lowest. Among children with CHD, the rate of delayed medical treatment was 76.19% (80/105). The median delay in medical treatment was 12 months, with an average of (18.78 ± 4.77) months. Multifactor logistic regression analysis showed that heart murmur (level 2 ~ 3), less-educated (primary and secondary school) guardian, family per capita income < 2 000 yuan, and frequent drinking of the guardian were independent risk factors for delayed medical treatment (P < 0.05, and commercial settlement of medical expenses was independent protective factor (P < 0.05). Risk scoring model divided the children into three groups : low risk (≤80 points, medium risk (> 80 points and ≤ 134 points) and high (> 134 points ) risk group. The evaluation of the model show that it was accurate, effective, safe, and reliable. Conclusion The highest prevalence is observed in Liping County. The proportion of children with secondary atrial septal defect and the proportion of children with single type are the highest. Delayed medical treatment is found in most of the children with CHD. Cardiac murmur, education background of the guardian, per capita family income, guardian alcohol consumption, and medical expense settlement method are all independent influencing factors for delayed medical treatment. Based on dislocation superposition method and improved probabilistic neural network, a fault diagnosis method of centrifugal pumps was proposed to solve the problems of online fault diagnosis using acoustic radiation signals of centrifugal pumps under strong background noise. Firstly, the acoustic radiation signals of centrifugal pumps were denoised by dislocation superposition method to enhance the fault information in acoustic radiation signals and improve the signal-to-noise ratio. The time domain features of acoustic signals were extracted to construct the time domain feature matrix. After dimensionality reduction of the obtained time domain feature matrix through principal component analysis, which was used as the inputs of machine learning probabilistic neural network. At the same time, Harris hawk optimization algorithm was used to optimize the parameters of the probabilistic neural network to get the diagnosis model, and then the improved probabilistic neural network was used to recognize the patterns of the centrifugal pump faults, and compared with a variety of diagnostic methods. The experimental results show that the dislocation superposition method may highlight the signal characteristics and realize signal enhancement, and the improved probabilistic neural network has a good ability of online fault diagnosis of centrifugal pump acoustic radiation signals. To explore the floating patterns of large-diameter shield tail segments in high water pressure silty clay strata and its correlation with construction parameters, an indoor grout mixing proportion and property test and a field test in Yellow river-crossing tunnel in Jinan, China are conducted. The results reveal the following: (1) Increasing the dosage of cement, fly ash, and water-reducing agent shortens the setting time of the grout, which is conducive to the decrease of segment floating. A decrease in the bleeding rate, fluidity, and consistency is unfavorable to segment floating control. (2) The floating of large-diameter shield tail segments presents a parabolic. It quickly rises within 10 hours after synchronous grouting, then slows down rapidly, and becomes stable after 25 -30 h. (3) The floating of segments are affected by various factors, it is recommended to dynamically adjust the grout mixing proportions, control the difference between of slurry discharged and entering volumes, reduce the cutterhead contact pressure, maintain the cutterhead torque, reduce the difference of thrust pressure between upper and lower section jack and synchronous grouting pressure difference, as well as appropriately extend the temporary downtime, driving and assembling time of the segment, and reduce tunneling speed. Construction joint is the weak part of engineering structure and is prone to damage like leakage and steel corrosion. In this paper, a novel polymer modified joint mortar was designed, and the influence of joint mortar on the adhesive splitting tensile strength and chloride ion penetration performance between new and old concrete under different pouring time intervals and different interface states was studied. The results showed that the compressive strength and flexible strength of mortar gradually decreased with the increase of pure propyl emulsion. And the ratio of compressive strength to flexible strength gradually decreased indicating the addition of pure propyl emulsion could improve the toughness of mortar. The roughness of joint interface and the pouring time interval between new and old concrete had great influence on the adhesive splitting tensile strength and chloride ion permeability coefficient. Under the same conditions, the adhesive splitting tensile strength and chloride ion penetration resistance of construction joint interface could be significantly improved by using joint mortar. In order to study the tribological properties of hydrogel combined with micro arc oxidation (MAO) ceramic membrane porous structure, ceramic membrane was prepared on the surface of commercially pure titanium (TA2) by MAO treatment, and then polyvinyl alcohol (PVA)/polyethylene glycol (PEG)/graphite oxide (GO) hydrogel was prepared by physical crosslinking method. The tribological properties between ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) and TA2 surface ceramic membrane were investigated with the hydrogel as lubricant. Various characterization methods were used to characterize the surface of hydrogel and MAO Ceramic membrane. The tribological experiment results show that the dense oxidized ceramic membrane prepared on the surface of TA2 can effectively reduce the wear of UHMWPE ball in the friction experiment with PVA/PEG/GO hydrogel, which shows better wear resistance than dry friction and water lubrication. This shows that the addition of PVA/PEG/GO hydrogel as a lubricant is helpful to improve the tribological properties of materials, and provides an important reference for future applications in medical devices, machinery manufacturing and other fields. Objective To investigate the expression and significance of jumonji domain-containing protein 2B (JMJD2B) and hypoxia-inducible factor-1α (HIF-1α) in non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL) tissues in children. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of JMJD2B and HIF-1α in lymph node tissue specimens from 46 children with NHL (observation group) and 24 children with reactive hyperplasia (control group). The relationship between JMJD2B and HIF-1α expression with clinicopathological characteristics and prognosis in children with NHL, as well as the correlation between JMJD2B and HIF-1α expression in NHL tissues, were analyzed. Results The positive expression rates of JMJD2B (87% vs 21%) and HIF-1α (83% vs 42%) in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The expression of JMJD2B and HIF-1α was correlated with serum lactate dehydrogenase levels and the risk of international prognostic index in children with NHL (P<0.05). The expression of JMJD2B was positively correlated with the HIF-1α expression in children with NHL (rs=0.333, P=0.024). Conclusions JMJD2B and HIF-1α are upregulated in children with NHL, and they may play a synergistic role in the development of pediatric NHL. Objective To explore the molecular characteristics of Staphylococcus aureus (S. aureus) in children, and to compare the molecular characteristics of different types of strains (infection and colonization strains) so as to reveal pathogenic molecular markers of S. aureus. Methods A cross-sectional study design was used to conduct nasopharyngeal swab sampling from healthy children in the community and clinical samples from infected children in the hospital. Whole genome sequencing was used to detect antibiotic resistance genes and virulence genes. A random forest method to used to screen pathogenic markers. Results A total of 512 S. aureus strains were detected, including 272 infection strains and 240 colonization strains. For virulence genes, the carrying rates of enterotoxin genes (seb and sep), extracellular enzyme coding genes (splA, splB, splE and edinC), leukocytotoxin genes (lukD, lukE, lukF-PV and lukS-PV) and epidermal exfoliating genes (eta and etb) in infection strains were higher than those in colonization strains. But the carrying rates of enterotoxin genes (sec, sec3, seg, seh, sei, sel, sem, sen, seo and seu) were lower in infection strains than in colonization strains (P<0.05). For antibiotic resistance genes, the carrying rates of lnuA, lnuG, aadD, tetK and dfrG were significantly higher in infection strains than in colonization strains (P<0.05). The accuracy of cross- validation of the random forest model for screening pathogenic markers of S. aureus before and after screening was 69% and 68%, respectively, and the area under the curve was 0.75 and 0.70, respectively. The random forest model finally screened out 16 pathogenic markers (sem, etb, splE, sep, ser, mecA, InuA, sea, blaZ, cat(pC233), blaTEm-1A, aph(3')-III, ermB, ermA, ant(9)-Ia and ant(6)-Ia). The top five variables in the variable importance ranking wcrc sem (OR=0.40), etb (OR=3.95), splE (OR=1.68), sep (OR=3.97), and ser (OR=1.68). A series of micro-nanofiber composite membranes with stimuli-responsive properties were prepared using electrospinning technique by combining fluorescent small molecules TPECNPy-2 and TPECNPy-3 with polylactic acid (PLA). The effects of the content of TPECNPy-2 and TPECNPy-3 on the structure and acidochromic properties of the fiber composite membranes were analyzed. The results show that the relative ratio of TPECNPy-2 and TPECNPy-3 has no significant effect on the chemical structure, fiber morphology and aggregation structure of the composite membrane, and the diameter of the prepared fibers ranges between 400~500 nm. Under the action of acid vapor, the maximum fluorescence emission wavelength of the composite fiber membrane change from 492~499 nm before acid fumigation to 542~587 nm. The greater the content of TPECNPy-2 in the system, the more obvious the spectral red shift. The fluorescence emission of the composite membrane after acid fumigation is restored to the initial state by ammonia fumigation. When fluorescent small molecules are added, the contact angle of the fiber membrane increaseds from 101.6° to 125°. The series of composite fiber membranes have good reversible acidochromic properties. For a long time, the phylogeny of Grapsoidea (Decapoda: Brachyura) has been controversial. Complete mitochondrial genome (mitogenome) provides important information for better understanding of gene rearrangement, molecular evolution and phylogenetic analysis. However, only a few mitogenomes of Grapsidae species have been reported and the phylogenetic status of Grapsidae within Grapsoidea remains unresolved. In order clarify the phylogenetic relationship of Grapsoidea and further explore the correlation between phygeny and mitogenome rearangement, the complete mitogenome of Grapsus albolineatus, the representative species of Grapsidae was sequenced. The total length of this mitogenome is 15577 bp, containing 13 protein-coding genes, 22 transfer RNA genes, 2 ribosomal RNA genes and a control region. The nucleotide composition is shown as follows: 33.4% A, 12.0% G, 20.6% C, 34.0% T, respectively, with a high AT bias (67.4%). Majority protein-coding genes are initiated by the typical start codon ATN, with an exception GTG in ATP8 and ND1, most of them terminate with TAN, while two genes (COII and Cyt b) use a single T as a stop codon. Leu (15.8%) and Cys (0.81%) are the most and least frequently used amino acid, respectively. Except for tRNA-Ser1, which lacks DHU arm, all tRNAs have the typical cloverleaf structure. The phylogenetic relationships among Grapsoidea were reconstructed based on nucleotide sequences of 13 PCGs using maximum likelihood (ML) and Bayesian (BI) methods. The phylogenetic trees obtained identical topological structures, which showed that all grapsid crabs clustered into a clade, and G. albolineatus shared the closest relationship with G. tenuicrustatus. Sesarmidae and Xenograpsidae clustered together, and then formed a sister group with Gecarcinidae, and finally form a sister group with Grapsidae. Varunidae formed a separate clade. A significant correlation between gene rearrangement and phylogeny was found in Grapsoidea for the first time. These findings will contribute to a better understanding of gene rearrangement and molecular evolution, as well as provide insights into the phylogenetic studies of Grapsoidea. Objective To study the early clinical efficacy of combined therapy of stage 4 neuroblastoma. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on the medical data and follow-up data of 14 children with stage 4 neuroblastoma who were diagnosed in Hong Kong University-Shenzhen Hospital from January 2016 to June 2021. Results The median age of onset was 3 years and 7.5 months in these 14 children. Among these children, 9 had positive results of bone marrow biopsy, 4 had N-Myc gene amplification, 13 had an increase in neuron-specific enolase, and 7 had an increase in vanilmandelic acid in urine. Based on the results of pathological examination, differentiated type was observed in 6 children, undifferentiated type in one child, mixed type, in one child and poorly differentiated type in 6 children. Of all the children, 10 received chemotherapy with the N7 regimen (including 2 children receiving arsenic trioxide in addition) and 4 received chemotherapy with the Rapid COJEC regimen. Thirteen children underwent surgery, 14 received hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, and 10 received radiotherapy. A total of 8 children received Ch14.18/ CHO immunotherapy, among whom 1 child discontinued due to anaphylactic shock during immunotherapy, and the other 7 children completed Ch14.18/CHO treatment without serious adverse events, among whom 1 child was treated with Lu177 Dotatate 3 times after recurrence and is still undergoing chemotherapy at present. The median follow-up time was 45 months for all the 14 children. Four children experienced recurrence within 2 years, and the 2-year overall survival rate was 100%; 4 children experienced recurrence within 3 years, and 7 achieved disease-free survival within 3 years. Conjugated microporous polymers (CMPs) have great potential in the field of CO2 adsorption due to their high specific surface area and molecular structure designability, and the introduction of polar heteroatoms can further improve their CO2 adsorption performance. Boronic acid-based conjugated microporous polymers (BACMPs) rich of N and B heteroatom were obtained by Buchwald-Hartwig coupling reaction with tris(4-aminophenyl)amine (TA) and 3,5-dibromophenylboronic acid (BA). The pore size of BACMPs can be controlled by changing the monomer reaction ratio. The structure and morphology of BACMPs were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analysis, scanning electron microscopy and N2 adsorption and desorption tests, and the CO2 adsorption and desorption tests of BACMPs were carried out to explore their CO2 adsorption properties. The results show that the obtained BACMPs have a large number of micropores, the Brunauer-Emmett-Teller specific surface area can reach up to 475 m²/g, and the CO2 adsorption mass fraction can reach up to 8.53% at 100 kPa and 273 K, which has the application prospect of CO2 adsorption. In order to establish a reverse transcription loop-mediated isothermal amplification (RT-LAMP) method to detect the sweet potato feathery mottle virus (SPFMV)and sweet potato chlorotic stunt virus (SPCSV), improve the detection sensitivity and realize the visualization of the results, four RT-LAMP specific primers were designed according to the nucleotide sequences of SPFMV coat protein gene (CP) and SPCSV heat shock protein gene (Hsp 70) in this study, and then the single factor optimization experiment was used to optimize the multiple factors in the RT-LAMP reaction system including time, temperature, BST polymerase, Mg2+, RNase inhibitor, dNTPs and Betaine concentration, with the constant temperature amplification for 60 min. Through the agarose gel electrophoresis analysis, and the SYBR Green I visual color development, the results showed that: the optimal reaction system of SPFMV was as follows: FIP/BIP 2 µL, F3/B3 0. 5 µL, BST polymerase 1. 0 µL, dNTPs 0. 6 µL, MgSO4 1. 5 µL, RNase inhibitor 1. 0 µL, Betaine 7 µL, at 62°C for 60 min. The optimal reaction system of SPCSV was as follows: FIP/BIP 2 µL, F3/B3 0. 5 µL, BST polymerase 1. 0 µL, dNTPs 0. 6 µL, MgSO41. 5 µL, RNase inhibitor 1. 2 µL, Betaine 7µL, at 64°C for 60 min. The four fragments of the whole genome of SPFMV (SPFMV-1, SPFMV-2, SPFMV-3, and SPFMV-4), SPCSV-Hsp 70 and RGNNV were used to test the specificity. Then,the specific RT-LAMP detection methods of SPFMV and SPCSV were established respectively, and the typical waterfall-like bands with RT-LAMP were amplified, which were consistent with the results of gel electrophoresis and SYBR Green I coloration. The lower limits of sensitivity detection of SPFMV and SPCSV were as follows: 1X10-6 and IX 10-3ng ⋅ µL-1. The detection sensitivity of this method was high, and the results could be visualized. Field sweet potato seedlings and in vitro tissue culture sweet potato seedlings were tested, and the success rate of SPFMV-RT-LAMP detection method was 100%. The success rate of SPCSV-RT-LAMP detection method was 95%, indicating that the developed RT-LAMP detection method of SPFMV and SPCSV was suitable for the rapid detection of SPFMV and SPCSV. EPA and DHA in fish oil were a kind of functional factors with high nutritional value, which had positive effects on the cardiovascular and cerebrovascular health, the development of brain, the improvement of vision, and anti-inflammatory effect, etc. Therefore, the preparation of high-purity EPA and DHA has gradually become one of the hot issues of many researchers. Enriching EPA and DHA in fish oil by urea inclusion method not only had low cost of raw material but also simple operation, but the quality of the enriched fish oil was not high. The molecular distillation method could better protect the activity of EPA and DHA and improve the purity of fish oil. The combination of the two methods had the advantages of mature process, low cost of raw materials, and simple operation, which was one of the best choices for the industrial production of high-quality EPA and DHA. In order to clarify the current situation of the protection of new varieties of plants in Fujian Province, in-depth understanding the problems existing in the protection of new varieties in Fujian Province and put forward the corresponding countermeasures, by sorting out the application and authorization information of new variety rights of plants in Fujian Province issued by the big data platform of China's seed industry and the Science and Technology Development Center of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, the current situation of the protection of new varieties of plants in Fujian Province was analyzed from the aspects of the number of applied varieties, the number of authorized varieties, the duration of review, different plant species and different subjects. The results showed that by the end of 2022, there were 1 737 applications for new varieties of plants in Fujian Province, and 602 were authorized, with an authorization rate of 34. 7%. The average review duration of authorized varieties was 1280. 5 days, about 3. 51 years. The amount of application of field crops in Fujian Province accounted for 39. 9%, and the amount of ap¬plication of horticultural crops such as vegetables and flowers increased steadily. Although the enterprises have estab¬lished the dominant position of breeding innovation, the rate of authorization was low. At present, there were still some problems in the protection of new varieties of agricultural plants in Fujian Province, such as the poor protection awareness, relatively unbalanced plant species, low rate of authorization, and long review cycle. In order to enrich the varieties of chili paste and improve the added values of okra and dried small shrimps, okra, dried small shrimps, chili and thick broad-bean sauce were took as the main raw materials to prepare chili paste, and fuzzy mathematical model combined with response surface method was used to optimize the formula of the chili paste. The results showed that the optimal formula of the okra shrimps chili paste was as follows: dried okra 11.0%, dried small shrimps 12.0%, chili 9.6%, and thick broad-bean sauce 5.3%. Among which the chili addition of showed the greatest effect on the sensory score of okra shrimp chili sauce, followed by dried okra and shrimp addition, the smallest effect was thick broad-bean sauce. Under these conditions, the okra shrimps chili paste prepared had bright color, strong deliciously spicy flavor, fresh, spicy, salty and sweet taste, smooth texture, with a sensory score of 88.17, which was in good agreement with the predicted value of 88.79 by response surface methodology. In order to further understand the mechanism of the MYB gene family in the gene regulatory network, the MYB_DNA-binding conserved domain was used to screen 60 MYB gene family members from the protein sequences of Isochrysis galbana. Then, the protein (primary, secondary and tertiary) structure prediction and analysis, subcellular structure localization, gene structure, and conserved domains of these gene family members were analyzed. The results showed that: these MYB gene family members could be divided into three clusters, among which R2-MYB and R3-MYB were mainly concentrated in cluster 3, and R2R3-MYB contained most of the family members, indicating that these genes played an important biological function in Isochrysis galbana. The distant relationship between different branches and the close relationship within the same branch indicated that the MYB gene family in Isochrysis galbana had undergone some adaptive changes during the evolution process. Through the analysis of collinearity in the genome, the study found that there were 177 pairs of segmental duplication genes and 46 pairs of tandem duplication genes in the whole genome of Isochrysis galbana, among which there were 2 pairs of duplication genes in the MYB gene family, including the tandem duplicated gene pair IZ004267 and IZ007345, and the segmental duplicated gene pair IZ006462 and IZ006102. By combining with the analysis of chromosomal localization, IZ006462 and IZ006102 were located on chromosome 9, which also supported the above judgment of segmental duplication. The Ka/Ks values of these duplicated gene pairs were less than 1, indicating that these genes were subjected to gene purification selection during expansion and their functions were quite conserved. Objective To analyze the spatial-temporal characteristics of the active pulmonary tuberculosis (PTB) and the pathogenic positive PTB in Fuling District of Chongqing during the 13th Five-Year Plan period, so as to explore the clustering areas, and provide scientific basis for the precise prevention and control of tuberculosis in Fuling District. Methods The PTB registration data of 27 townships in Fuling District from 2016 to 2020 were collected. The descriptive analysis were used to describe the temporal and spatial distribution characteristics of patients, SaTScan9.0 and ArcGis10.6 was used for spatialtemporal scanning analysis and local auto-correlation analysis. The results were visualized by ArcGis10.6. Results A total of 4 038 case of active PTB patients were registered and a downward trend was observed in PTB during the 13th Five-Year Plan period in Fuling District. The average annual registration rate of PTB was 70.17/100 000, and the annual PTB registration rate declined by 8.21%. The peak of active PTB and etiological positive PTB were mainly concentrated in March and June respectively. The top five streets of cumulative active PTB patients registered were Lizhi street, Dunren street, Chongyi street, Ma 'an street and Jiangdong street, accounting for 60.18% of the total registered PTB patients during the 13th Five-Year Plan period. The top three average annual registration rates were Dunren street (101.35/100 000), Chongyi street (101.34/100 000) and Wulingshan Township (99.21/100 000). The registered PTB from 2016 to 2020 showed a global auto-correlation (Moran's I =0.64, P<0.0001). The "high-high" area of active PTB and the etiological positive PTB all covered Lizhi street, Jiangdong street and Longqiao street. By scanning analysis of spatial-temporal, the primary cluster of active PTB concentrated in the main urban area south of the Yangtze River in Fuling during January 2016 to December 2017, and the primary cluster of pathogenic positive PTB concentrated in the main urban area south of the Yangtze River in Fuling and Jiangdong street during January 2019 to December 2020. Conclusions During the 13th Five-Year Plan period, there was the spatial-temporal clustering of PTB in Fuling District, which mainly gathered in the main urban area south of the Yangtze River in Fuling district and surrounding streets centered on Lizhi street. In order to improve the cuttage propagation coefficient of fresh-eating peanut, the effect of different catting parts and ABT concentration on the cutting growth of fresh-eating peanut was studied by taking Jihuatian No. 1 plant as the test material. The results showed that the survival rate of cutting in different parts of peanut was in the order of the upper part > middle part > lower part. The upper cuttings of peanut plant were treated with five different concentrations of ABT rooting agents, among which the treatment with 150 mg ⋅ L-1 concentration had the best cutting effect and the most vigorous growth vigour. After 40 days of cutting, the survival rate was 83.3%, the average rooting was 12.7, the average root length was 2.85 cm, and the yield reached 3259.04 kg ⋅ hm², which was 148.48% higher than that of the control group with clear water, and the difference was very significant. Cinnamoyl-CoA reductases (CCR) is a key enzyme in lignin biosynthesis. CCR mostly exists in the form of gene family in plants. In this study, four family members of CCR (BnCCR, BnCCR-1, BnCCR-2, and BnCCR-3) were screened and cloned by ramie transcriptome information. Sequence analysis revealed that the four BnCCRs can be divided into three categories. BnCCR belonged to bona fide CCR group, BnCCR-1 was a CCR like protein, while BnCCR-2 and BnCCR-3 sequences were different from bona fide CCR in NADPH binding domain, catalytic triad, and CCR substrate binding site, and formed a new group in ramie. Transmembrane structure analysis showed that BnCCR contained two transmembrane regions, and the other three BnCCRs didn't contain transmembrane regions. Structural analysis indicated that the secondary and tertiary structure of the four BnCCRs were different, and the BnCCR-2 homologous modeling template was different from the other three BnCCRs. The qRT-PCR analysis demonstrated that BnCCR had higher expression levels in xylem at rapid growth stage, BnCCR-2 had the highest expression levels in phloem at rapid growth stage. In vitro enzyme activity analysis further found that BnCCR had typical bona fide CCR catalytic activity and substrate adaptability, while BnCCR-2 was different from the substrate adaptability of typical CCR, and had substrate specificity for cinnamoyl CoA and sinapoyl CoA. Therefore, BnCCR was involved in lignin biosynthesis, while BnCCR-2 was a new group with structure, tissue expression and in vitro biochemical function different from typical CCR.
