Aiming at the naturalness and structural complexity of multivariate time series (MTS) data as well as the inability of existing algorithms to accurately identify clusters of high-dimensional time series data, the shape extraction multivariate time series clustering algorithm C-Shape under compactness constraints is proposed. Firstly, C-Shape performs largest triangle three buckets processing on the complex MTS to achieve the purpose of using fewer data while keeping the original shape unchanged. The raw data and the processed data are then selected to calculate the compactness between them to ensure the reduced spatial dimensionality is reasonable. Next, new cluster centers are obtained by using shape extraction while effectively preserving the shape integrity of the data, and the final cluster is formed by iteration. C-Shape can avoid the difficulty of grasping the low dimensional spatial dimensionality of the traditional down-sampling algorithm by fully taking into account the similarity between the shapes of the processed data and raw data. To validate its performance, C-Shape is tested with two classical and seven excellent time series clustering algorithms presented in recent years on the eight normal and four imbalanced MTS datasets with dimensions ranging from tens to thousands, respectively. Experimental results demonstrate all C-Shape clustering capabilities outperform those of the nine baseline algorithms, with an average improvement of 16.33% in Rand index and an average improvement of 69.71% in time performance. Thus C-Shape is an accurate and efficient multivariate time series clustering algorithm.

The existing low-rank graph representation algorithms fail to capture the global representation structure of data accurately, and cannot make full use of the valid information of data to guide the construction of the representation graph, then the constructed representation graph does not have a connected structure suitable for clustering. A smooth non-negative low-rank graph representation method for clustering (SNLRR) is proposed to solve these problems. To more accurately capture the global representation structure of data, SNLRR uses a logarithmic determinant function that is more consistent with the rank characteristics of the matrix to replace the kernel norm to estimate the rank function smoothly, which can effectively reduce the impact of larger singular values of the matrix on the rank estimation, balance the contribution of all singular values to the rank estimation, enhance the accuracy of the rank estimation, so as to more accurately capture the global representation structure of the data. The distance regularization term is also introduced to adaptively assign the optimal nearest neighbor learning representation matrix for each data point to capture the local representation structure of data. Besides, SNLRR applies rank constraint on the Laplace matrix of representation matrix so that the learned representation graph has the same number of connected components as the real number of clusters, that is, the resulting representation graph has a interconnected structure suitable for clustering. Experimental results on seven datasets with high dimensions and complex distribution, using eight comparison algorithms, show that the clustering performance of SNLRR algorithm is better than that of the eight comparison algorithms, with an average increase of 0.2073 in accuracy and 0.1758 in NMI. Therefore, SNLRR is a graph representation clustering algorithm that can effectively handle data with high dimensions and complex distribution.

[Objective] In order to explore the impact of uranium on algae growth and photosynthesis, and to screen new ecological risk assessment indicators for uranium pollution in water bodies based on photosynthesis. [Methods] This experiment used different concentrations of uranium (0, 0.5, 1, 5, 10, 20 mg/ L U6+ ) to treat two types of microalgae, chlorella (Chlorella vulgaris) and Huanglong chlorella, from different environments. The relative growth rate, photosynthetic oxygen release rate, chlorophyll content, and chlorophyll fluorescence kinetic parameters were measured on the 3rd, 5th, 7th, 10th, and 14th days after treatment. [Results] (1) Low concentration uranium (0.5 mg/L) treatment significantly promoted the growth and photosynthetic efficiency of the two types of microalgae, where the relative growth rate, photosynthetic oxygen release rate, maximum photochemical quantum yield (Fv/Fm) of photosystem Ⅱ, actual photochemical quantum yield Y (Ⅱ), and relative electron transfer rate (rETR) of the two microalgae were significantly higher than the control. However, high concentration uranium treatment (5 -20 mg/L) significantly inhibited the growth and photosynthesis of the two types of chlorella. (2) Huanglong chlorella was more sensitive to uranium treatment than chlorella, and its growth and photosynthesis were significantly inhibited at 1mg/L, and it could be used as an bioindicator for monitoring of uranium pollution in water bodies. (3) Regression analysis showed that under different concentrations of uranium treatment, the response speed of chlorophyll fluorescence parameters Y (Ⅱ) and rETR was faster than the changes in relative growth rate, photosynthetic oxygen release rate, chlorophyll content, and Fv/Fm, which could be used as sensitive indicators for ecological risk assessment of uranium pollution in water bodies. [Conclusion] Uranium exhibits a concentration effect on the growth and photosynthesis of chlorella, where low concentrations promote growth while high concentrations inhibit growth. Huanglong chlorella is more sensitive to uranium pollution. Therefore, the combination of Huanglong chlorella and chlorophyll fluorescence kinetic parameters Y (Ⅱ) and rETR can be applied for the ecological risk assessment of uranium pollution in water bodies.

The existing clustering algorithms are inaccurate to identify arbitrary clusters, sensitive to density changes within clusters, sensitive to outliers and difficult to determine the threshold. An adaptive threshold-constrained density cluster backbone clustering algorithm (DCBAT) is proposed to solve the problems. Firstly, the adaptive reachability density threshold is defined in combination with the skewness coefficient and points density mean. Under the constraint of the threshold, the core points with higher local densities and higher relative distances are grouped according to the reachability, and the initial clusters backbones are obtained. The non-core points are then assigned into the cluster which their nearest neighbors with higher density belong to. Finally, the adaptive density D-value threshold is proposed in combination with D-value mean and scale factor. According to the threshold, the initial cluster is separated at the point where the density varies sharply, and the final clusters are obtained. DCBAT fully considers the internal structure and distribution of the data when clustering, thereby improving the clustering performance. The performance of this algorithm is demonstrated compared with five excellent algorithms k-means,DBSCAN, OPTICS, CFDP and MulSim on eight datasets with various dimensions and types. DCBAT algorithm has the advantages of good recognition of arbitrary clusters, insensitivity to density changes within clusters, insensitivity to outliers and stable clustering result. Its overall performance is superior to comparison algorithms.

Objective To explore the effect of diet coke combined with chlorhexidine gargle in oral care of tracheal intubation patients in Neurology ICU.Methods From October 2019 to October 2022, 110 patients with tracheal intubation who were admitted to the Neurology Intensive Care Unit of Huai'an First People's Hospital were selected as the research object. The patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group (n=55, each). The control group received routine oral care (wiping with saline cotton balls). In the observation group, the diet coke combined with chlorhexidine gargle was used for negative pressure washing. The incidence of ventilator-associated pneumonia (VAP), improved Beck oral score, mechanical ventilation time, and ICU hospitalization time between two groups were compared after implementing oral care. Results After implementing oral care, the incidence of VAP in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group [9.09%（5/55） vs 32.73%(18/55), χ=9.29, P＜0.05]. Compared with the control group, the observation group had lower Beck oral score (P＜0.05), ICU hospitalization time [(7.71±0.66) d vs (12.00±0.72) d, P＜0.05], and mechanical ventilation time[(5.82±0.77) d vs (8.36±0.73) d, P＜0.05]. Conclusion Diet coke combined with chlorhexidine mouthwash under negative pressure can improve oral hygiene, reduce the incidence of VAP, and shorten the hospital stay and mechanical ventilation time in ICU.

Objective To investigate the effects of lycopene (Lyc) on hippocampal inflammation, social deficits and repetitive stereotyped behaviors in BTBR T+ Itpr3tf/J autistic mice (BTBR, a mouse strain showing lower sociability as a model for autism spectrum disorder). Methods Adult male C57BL/6J (C57) and BTBR mice aged 7-8 weeks were randomly divided into (n=8): C57+Veh group, C57+Lyc group, BTBR+Veh group and BTBR+Lyc group. The mice from the C57+Lyc group and BTBR+Lyc group were given 20 mg/kg Lyc by gavage once a day for 7 d, and those of the C57+Veh group and BTBR+Veh mice were given equal volume of corn oil. Then three-chamber social test, male-female reciprocal social interactions, self-grooming, marble buying, open field test, object recognition test, nest building, and Y-maze test were conducted in these mice. Immediately after the behavioral tests, the mice were sacrificed and their brain samples were harvested for RT-qPCR and Western blotting. Results Behavioral results showed that in the three-chamber social test, the mice of the BTBR+Veh group spent longer time in the chamber with the object, showing much curiosity about the object (P < 0.05), while the mice after Lyc treatment showed a preference for strange mice (P < 0.05). In the self-grooming and marble burying behavior test, the BTBR+Veh group showed markedly increased repeated stereotyped behaviors than the C57+Veh group mice (P < 0.05), which could be alleviated by Lyc treatment (P < 0.05). The hippocampal expression of NLRP3 at mRNA and protein levels (P < 0.05), and the mRNA levels of IL-1β, IL-18, IL-6, NF-κB, and TNF-α were significantly increased in the BTBR+Veh group mice when compared with the C57+Veh group mice, and Lyc treatment obviously reversed above changes (P < 0.05). Conclusion Lyc treatment improves three-chamber social deficits and repetitive stereotyped behaviors in BTBR mice by reducing NLRP3 inflammasome in the hippocampus of BTBR mice.

At present, there is a lack of reliable prediction index for sudden unexpected death in epilepsy (SUDEP), which poses a great threat to the lives of patients with epilepsy. With the deepening of research, it has been found that postictal generalized electroencephalography suppression (PGES) occurs in EEG monitoring after seizure, especially generalized tonic⁃clonic seizure (GTCS). Since then, PGES has attracted much attention as a possible EEG marker of SUDEP. Combined with the study of the pathophysiological mechanism, related factors of PGES phenomenon, and this paper further analyzes the relationship between the occurrence of PGES and SUDEP.

Objective To investigate the effects of Chaihu Oral Liquid (CHOL) on the neurogenesis in hippocampal dentate gyrus (DG) and short-term memory defects in BTBR T+ Itpr3tf/J (BTBR) autism model mice. Methods Healthy adult male C57BL/6J(C57) mice (7~8 weeks old, 24.72±1.35 g) and BTBR mice (7~ 8 weeks old, 27.7±1.42 g) were randomly divided into groups as follows (n=4 in each group): C57 control, C57 drug treatment, BTBR control, and BTBR drug treatment. Mice in the treatment groups were given CHOL solution gavage (10 μL/g) once a day for 7 consecutive days, while those of the control group received equal volume of normal saline. Daily changes of body weight were recorded. After the last administration, hair grooming, bead embedding, new object recognition and open field experiments were conducted on the next day and lasted for 4 d. Finally, the samples of mice brain tissue were harvested, and immunofluorescence staining was performed to detect the NeuN, DCX, SOX2/GFAP labeled nerve cells in hippocampal DG. Results Behavioral results suggested that mice in the BTBR control group showed a more obvious preference for old objects in the new object recognition experiment (P < 0.01), as compared with the C57 control group, while the new object recognition index was significantly improved in the BTBR drug treatment group (P < 0.05). Moreover, the BTBR control group presented more repetitive behavior and longer movement distance than the C57 control during the hair grooming, bead embedding and open field experiments, as well as higher body weight (P < 0.05), whereas the BTBR treatment group had no significant changes in comparison with the BTBR control regarding these aspects. There were no notable differences between the C57 control and C57 treatment groups in terms of new object recognition index, repetitive behavior, motor ability and body weight. Immunofluorescence staining results indicated that the numbers of NeuN labeled mature neurons and DCX labeled newborn neurons in hippocampal DG were greatly decreased in the BTBR control group, so as the number of SOX/GFAP labeled neural progenitor cells (P < 0.01), while the number of neurocytes was remarkably increased in the BTBR drug treatment group (P < 0.05). There were no significant differences in the numbers of NeuN, DCX and SOX2/GFAP labeled neurocytes between the C57 control and the C57 treatment groups. Conclusion CHOL promotes the generation of hippocampal DG nerve progenitor cells, new and mature neurons in adult BTBR mice, and improves the short-term learning and memory dysfunction.

Migraine is one of the most common primary headaches, but its pathogenesis remains unclear. Recent studies have found that the onset of migraine may be a response to the imbalance of brain energy metabolism and oxidative stress, suggesting that migraine may be a metabolic disease of brain related to mitochondrial dysfunction. This study uses the migraine trigger and mitigating factors, biological markers, genetic research and evidence⁃based treatment as the breakthrough point, to explore the pathogenesis of migraine brain energy metabolism, and explores the mechanism of brain energy metabolism and other associated with migraine mechanism, in order to provide a new strategy for the treatment of migraine and promote the development of the individual and precise treatment of migraine.

Objective To investigate the autonomic nervous dysfunction in patients with Alzheimer's disease (AD) and its relationship with cognitive function. Methods A total of 160 AD patients were enrolled in Shanghai Jinshan Zhongren Aged Care Hospital from July 2020 to June 2021. Min⁃Mental State Examination (MMSE), Montreal Cognitive Assessment⁃Basic (MoCA⁃B) and Scale for Outcomes in Parkinson's Disease⁃Autonomic (SCOPA⁃AUT) were used to assess the cognitive and autonomic nervous function of AD patients, and the occurrence of orthostatic hypotension (OH) in AD were evaluated with the lying and standing blood pressure testing. Spearman rank correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation between autonomic nervous function and cognitive function. Results Compared with the mild AD group, the scores of MMSE, MoCA⁃B and their subitems were lower (P=0.000, for all), and SCOPA⁃AUT score (P=0.000) and its subitem of digestive system (P=0.000), urinary system (P=0.000) and body temperature (P=0.001) were increased in the severe AD group. The incidence of OH was 32.22% (29/90). Spearman rank correlation analysis showed that the SCOPA⁃AUT sore (rs=⁃2.980, P=0.000; rs=⁃3.580, P=0.000) and its subitem of digestive system (rs=⁃2.730, P=0.000; rs=⁃3.160, P=0.000), urinary system (rs=⁃3.000, P=0.000; rs=⁃3.240, P=0.000) and body temperature (rs=⁃0.244, P=0.005; rs=⁃3.270, P=0.000) were negatively correlated with MMSE and MoCA⁃B scores. Conclusions The autonomic nervous dysfunction and its subitem of digestive system, urinary system and body temperature were significant correlated with the cognitive impairment in AD patients. However, there is a lower incidence of OH in AD.

Objective: To investigate a case of cryptococcal meningoencephalitis (CM) secondary to Sjögren′s syndrome (SS), and to analyze the clinical, pathological features, diagnosis and treatment of the diseases combined with literature review. Methods: Clinical data of 1 case of CM secondary to SS patient were collected, and literatures online were reviewed. Results: The main clinical manifestation consisted of headache, fever and intracranial hypertension. CM was confirmed by cerebrospinal fluid ink stain smear, but the patient still died of complication of amphotericin B treatment. Literature review indicated 9%-18% CM may had a history of autoimmune diseases. Headache because of increased cerebrospinal fluid pressure ocuured in 38%-100%. The efficacy of amphotericin B combined with fluorocytosine in recommended treatment was not satisfactory, and mortality was high (5%-42%). Conclusions: The clinical manifestation of CM secondary to autoimmune diseases is not typical, the abnormal increase of cerebrospinal fluid pressure is its characteristic. The efficacy of treatment is not satisfactory, and the mortality rate is high.

: In order to investigate the incidence of bacterial wilt in the solanaceae crops such as tomato, eggplant and pepper in South China, the samples were collected from the healthy plants, the plants infected bacterial wilt and their rhizosphere soil. Then, the isolation and identification of pathogenic bacteria, pathogenicity determination and distribution characteristics analysis were carried out. The results showed that: the areas with the highest incidence of bacterial wilt in tomato, eggplant and pepper were Lingshui in Hainan, Jin'an in Fujian and Shaowu in Fujian, respectively. The average incidence rates during their growth period were 20.01%, 5.24% and 23.33%, respectively. A total of 86 strains of Ralstonia solanacearum were isolated and identified from the solanaceae crops with different geographical origins. The pathogenicity of the isolated Ralstonia solanacearum was further divided by using the Attenuation index (AI). Among them, 7 strains were non-pathogenic strains (AI larger than 0.75), 13 strains were transitional-type strains (0.65≤AI≤0.75), and 66 strains were high virulent strains (AI smaller than 0.65). The distribution characteristics of Ralstonia solanacearum were studied. It was found that for different hosts, the distribution characteristics of Ralstonia solanacearum were that the distribution number of Ralstonia solanacearum in the diseased plants and their rhizosphere soil was significantly higher than that in the healthy plants and their rhizosphere soil. Moreover, the distribution number in the tissue and soils ranged in the descending order of soil > root > stem. In addition, among the solanaceae crops investigated, the distribution number of Ralstonia solanacearum in the soil where the plants infected bacterial wilt was greater than 106 cfu·g-1, and the distribution number of Ralstonia solanacearum in the roots and stems of the plants infected bacterial wilt was greater than 105 cfu·g-1. The paper studied on the stratigraphic characteristics, sedimentary facies, and the relationship between the sedimentary facies and coal accumulation through the observation and description of the drilling cores and outcrop sections of Leping Formation (Late Permian) in Junlian area. The gas production potential of different types of coal seams was illustrated from the aspects of coal seam development scale, thickness and stability. The results show that: chronostratigraphy is limited to Wuchiapingian Stage and Changhsingian Stage; lithostratigraphy is Leping Formation with lower and upper members in ascending order; two types of facies provinces are developed, the offshore plain and coastal facies province from west to east. The former belongs to the meandering river-lake-swamp sedimentary system, and the latter is a mixed source barrier coastal sedimentary system of carbonate and clastic rocks. The main coal seams C7+C8 and other coal seams are the swamping result of river, lake, tidal flat and lagoon. The favorable facies belt is river-lake-swap with certain distance away from Kangtien old land. The paper proposed that the coal seams C7+C8 in south of Sichuan Province, corresponding to M16 and M18 in the northwest of Guizhou Province and C5+C6 in the northeast of Yunnan Province, are the favorable coal measures with stable and large-scale distribution.

In order to improve the utilization rate of granite powder, based on the analysis of the influence of grinding time on particle characteristics of granite powder, the influences of granite powder dosage and grinding time on autogenous shrinkage performance of mortar were systematically studied. The main factors affecting the self shrinkage performance of mortar with granite powder were analyzed using grey entropy method. Finally, microscopic testing methods were used to reveal the mechanism of the influence of granite powder on self shrinkage performance of mortar. The result show that with the increase of grinding time, the fineness of stone powder particles gradually increases, the content of particles with a particle size less than 10 μm increases, the content of particles with a particle size greater than 40 μm decreases, and the self-contraction deformation of granite-doped stone powder mortar gradually increases. With the increase of granite powder content, the self shrinkage deformation of mortar shows a pattern of increasing first and then decreasing. Appropriately reducing the dosage of granite powder particles with particle size less than 20 μm is beneficial for improving the self shrinkage activity index of mortar mixed with granite powder. The granite powder mainly affects the type and quantity of hydration products inside mortar, thereby affecting its self shrinkage deformation law. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

我國現行個人資料保護法，對醫學研究部分，僅於第6 條第一項第四款規定，公務機關或學術研究機構基於醫療、衛生或犯罪預防之目的，為統計或學術研究而有必要，且經一定程序所為蒐集、處理或利用者，得蒐集、處理或利用有關個人之醫療、基因、健康檢查之資料。此規定是否能合理規範疫學研究上有關研究對象資料之蒐集或利用？雖我國所劃分規範醫學研究領域與日本不同，無法完全對應出相同部分作比較，但醫學研究上應遵守保護個人資料自主權與尊重當事人之基本倫理原則並無二致，故本文詳細介紹與分析日本訂定「疫學研究倫理指針」之原則、定位，個人資料之取得、利用及公開及安全管理等規範，並對我國個資法及醫療法等相關法律作說明，最後提出值得省思之處。 Medical progress is based on research that ultimately must include studies involving human subjects. For medical research using identifiable human material or data, it is the duty of physicians who participate in medical research to protect life, health, right to self-determination, privacy, and confidentiality of personal information of research subjects. This article provides an overview of ethical principles for epidemiology research which enacted by Japan in 2008. The ethical principles set forth three important subjects, the first how to get the informed consent from potential research subject, the second is the construct, function and duty of research ethical Committee, and the third protect personal information of research subjects. In Accordance with this ethical principles, the individual research subject should be provided appropriate access to participation in research, can constitute an adequate regulatory framework for protection in epidemiology research. On the other hand, Taiwan have, in the past enacted Human Research Act, Human Biobank Management Act, Medical Care Act, in order to regulate medical research and protect research subjects. Yet the scope of the existing regulations are restricted and there is considerable confusion about how the rules would be applied, they are insufficient to personal-data protection. Therefore to study ethical principles for epidemiology about Japan, we believe that can get some available reference to engage in constructive debate on the issue about personal information protection of research subjects.

The paper analyzed operating mechanism of data link layer of Profibus-DP protocol, described time parameters that compose Profibus-DP bus cycle in details, and gave concrete calculating formulas of real-time indexes of Profibus-DP system named message cycle time, token target rotation time and system reaction time. Combining an example of some Profibus-DP single master-station system, it analyzed factors which affect real-time performance of Profibus-DP single master-station system through calculating system reaction time, and finally proposed methods to improve real-time performance of Profibus-DP single master-station system, including improving communication speed and decreasing number of substations and changed data.

The energy-consuming right trading system is a market-oriented environmental regulation policy based on source control in China, the implementation of which aims to help the realization of the goal of controlling total energy consumption and energy intensity and to promote green development. Based on the panel data of prefecture-level cities from 2012 to 2019, this article theoretically analyzed the mechanism of the action of the energy-consuming right trading system; applied the multi-period PSM-DID method to empirically test whether the energy-consuming right trading system had achieved win-win development for both the environment and the economy; and tested the robustness of the findings by replacing variable settings, adding control variables, and applying placebo tests. In addition, the short-term and long-term impact paths of the environmental and economic effects of the energy-consuming right trading system are theoretically analyzed and empirically tested respectively. The findings were as follows: (1) The implementation of the energy-consuming right trading system effectively reduced the total emission and emission intensity of energy pollutants and realized positive benefit for the environment. Besides, the reduction in emission intensity was more significant. (2) The energy-consuming right trading system not only increased the quantity of economic development, but also pulled up the economic growth rate, thus realizing a positive benefit to the economy. (3) The results of the dynamic effect analysis showed that the energy-consuming right trading system did not have a persistent effect on the total amount and intensity of pollution emissions. But it had a more significant and persistent effect on the rate and level of economic development. (4) Since the energy-consuming right trading system was in the early pilot stage, it mainly achieved environmental and economic dividends through the short-term path of improving energy efficiency and not the long-term path of industrial structure upgrading or energy structure adjustment. Based on this, we should further build and improve the energy-consuming right trading market and improve the design of the system to ensure standardization, convenience, and transparency during the operation and enhance the degree of marketization. It is also of great importance to accelerate the development of new energy, new technologies, and new industries to promote green transformation and decarbonization in the energy industry. Furthermore, we should build a comprehensive and coordinated environmental policy system by promoting the coordinated implementation of the energy-consuming right trading system with other environmental regulation policies based on emission control, realizing the benefits of ' 1 + 1 >2.' Fused teeth and talon cusp, usually are two separate dental anormalies affecting both primary and permanent dentitions. Fused teeth are more commonly in deciduous maxillary anterior teeth, while the talon cusp is more common in permanent maxillary incisors. Here is a rare case of talon cusp in fused teeth affecting permanent mandibular incisors. We discussed the etiopathogenesis and a possible hypothesis of these two anomalies in order to improve the awareness on the lesion and find out preventive measure to reduce the complications.

近年來快速發展的新聞網站衍生使用者對於資訊查詢的強烈需求，而目前許多新聞網站(例如：Google News)可以自動針對網際網路的新聞進行新聞事件的自動分類，以提供讀者相���新聞事件的聚集資訊，也提供以關鍵字進行新聞查詢的功能，但是卻無法提供整 個相關新聞事件發展脈絡的查詢及依據主題相關之新聞地圖的呈現機制。本研究利用Google News可以自動將新聞事件分類的特性，進一步利用改良式霍普菲爾類神經網路(Modified Hopfield Neural Networks, MHNN)自動歸納產生新聞查詢語句知識本體(ontology)，並依據所產生之新聞查詢語句知識本體，提出了一個可以依據使用者感興趣新聞類別來做新 聞事件的擴展查詢(query expansion)機制，以強化新聞搜尋的效能。此外，藉由主題地圖(topic maps)之方式提供有別於傳統新聞呈現方式給使用者瀏覽閱讀，可以將新聞查詢結果依據時間標記及主題關聯呈現，讓使用者能更清楚地掌握整個新聞主題的發 展脈絡。With the rapid development of the computer and Internet techniques, the Internet appears some news aggregator sites containing a large number of news articles, thus leading to advanced information retrieval requirements. Particularly, some news sites, such as Google news, provide automatically classified news information and keyword based search mechanism to readers for retrieving user-interested news events. However, most news sites do not provide currently to retrieve the developing clues of a news event and display the search results by the topic map with visualization user interface. Therefore, this study presents a novel news search engine with automatic user query expansion mechanism and a friendly topic map user interface based on the automatic generation scheme of news ontology constructed by Modified Hopfield Neural Networks. The experimental results indicate that the proposed query expansion mechanism based on the generated news ontology can efficiently help users to retrieve the user-interested news events. By taking the healthy fruit rate as the evaluating indicator, the longan fruits were treated with the lipopeptides from Bacillus velezensis FJAT-45028 to analyze the preservation effect of lipopeptides and determine the optimal concentration of lipopeptides. Then, the preservation effect of lipopeptides combined with glycerol, paraffin, gelatin and agar on longan was explored to screen out the optimal compound agent and evaluate the preservation effect of the compound preservative agent on longan. The results showed that the lipopeptides from Bacillus velezensis FJAT-45028 had good preservation effect on longan. The healthy fruit rate of the lipopeptide treatment group reached up to 51.11% on the fifth day of storage, being significantly higher than that of the water control group (2.08%). The higher the concentration of lipopeptides, the better the preservation effect of longan. When the concentration of lipopeptides was 4.0 mg⋅mL-1, the healthy fruit rate was increased by 61.47% compared with the control group. The healthy fruit rate of longan in the lipopeptide/glycerol and lipopeptide/paraffin treatment groups was the highest, which was respectively 70.90% and 74.89%. with no significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). After the combination of lipopeptide (4.0 mg⋅mL-1)/glycerol (5%)/paraffin (5%), the healthy fruit rate of longan could reach 82.83%, and the preservation effect was the best. [Objective]The present experiment was conducted to screen optimum concentration of mitomycin-C to prepare stem cell feeder layer, in order to lay the foundation for establishing and perfecting culture system of embryonic stem cell feed layer. [Method]Using STO (SIM mouse enbryo-derived thioguanine and ouabain resistant) cells, MEF (mouse embryonic fibroblasts) cells and BRL (buffalo rat liver) cells as materials, these cells with the confluence of 90%-100% were treated with mytomycin-C at 0, 2.5, 5.0, 10.0, 15.0 and 20.0 μg/mL for 2 h, respectively, then which were cultured sequentially in medium without mytomycin-C for 3 days. Finally, the survival number and proliferation percentage of each treatment were calculated statistically, and the proliferation of feeder layer cell was detected by using EdU immunofluorescence. [ Result] The results showed that, the ratio of proliferous cells to total cells number decreased gradually with the increase of mitomycin-C concentration. Therefore, the optimum concentrations of mytomycin-C with for STO, BRL and MEF cells were 5.0, 10.0 and 10.0 μg/mL, respectively, the corresponding proliferous cell ratio was 6.8% , 3.0% and 2.1%, respectively. [Conclusion]The mitomycin-C can effectively inhibit feeder layer cell from proliferating and keep its good activity. [Objective]The effect of vitrification and different parthenogenetic activations on the potential development of vitrified-warmed buffalo oocytes was studied to provide references for establishment of a specific activation protocol. [Method]The matured buffalo oocytes were cryopreserved for 1-2 days by vitrification method. Oocytes were treated by parthenogenetic activation after vitrification and thawing, and untreated fresh matured oocytes were used as the control. Following parthenogenetic activation, the effects of ionomycin concentration, concentration and processing time of 6-DMAP on vitrified-warmed oocytes were evaluated. [Result]The cleavage, 4-cell, 8-cell and blastocyst development rates of vitrified-thawed oocytes were all significantly lower than the control group(P<0.01). The vitrified-thawed matured buffalo oocytes were cultured in 6-DMAP at 2 mmol/L for 2 hours after treated with 3.5 μmol/L ionomycin for 5 minutes, and the rates of cleavage, 4-cell, 8-cell and blastocyst were 60.6%, 45.1%, 33.7% and 14.8%, respectively. [Conclusion]The threshold of vitrified-thawed oocytes after activation might have changed, therefore, vitrified matured buffalo oocytes need a specific parthenogenetic activation protocol different from the unverified fresh oocytes. To estimate the distortion accurately for the stereo video transmission, combining with the spatial and temporal correlation and the error concealment method of copying between frames, this paper proposed a frame-level distortion estimation model. It mainly used the method of reference between viewpoints in the model, reducing the dependencies between different views and leading to low complexity. For different packet loss and slowly moving stereo video sequences, the experiment shows that, the model can estimate the error propagation between intra-view or inter-view points, and then it can estimate the distortion fast for the stereo video transmission. Based on the Fliigge shell theory and wave propagation approach, the mathematical model of arbitrary boundary conditions of multiple cabins of ring-stiffened cylinder shell is established and then discussing the vibration characteristics of it. Compared with the traditional method adopting "smearing out" technique or beam model to deal with stiffening rings, the paper uses annular plane model to deal with stiffening rings. The structure is divided at stiffening rings, bulkhead, or driving point, annular plane model is used to deal with stiffening rings and bulkheads, and the force is treated as boundary condition, then using the continuity conditions and putting all discrete sub--structures together to get motion equation. Through the comparison with results from literature and FEM, the accuracy of the current theory is validated. In addition, the effects of bulkhead thickness and position, driving point are discussed, and analyzing what kind of boundary conditions is reasonable when cabins are truncated. Objective To study the chemical components and formation causes of 86 cases of prostatic calculi. Methods Infrared spectroscopic analysis was used to analyze the chemical components of 86 cases of prostatic calculi, and the clinical data were combined to analyze the formation causes of prostatic calculi. Results In 86 cases of prostatic calculi, mixed calculi, simple calculi, calcium oxalate stone, carbonate apatite, magnesium ammonium phosphate stones, uric acid calculi accounted for 80.2%, 19.8%, 70.9%, 68.6%, 53.4% and 7.0%, respectively. 85 specimens were taken from patients with prostatic hyperplasia and 1 from patients with prostate cancer. 63 patients suffered from urinary tract infection, 21 cases with urethral stricture and 3 patients with bladder calculi. Conclusions There are statistically significant difference in the chemical components between prostatic calculi and upper and lower urinary calculi. Background: Patients with urinary tract infection (UTI) face increased risks of disease deterioration, prolonged hospitalization stays, higher healthcare costs, and mortality. Thus, it is important to select the proper time to remove unnecessary catheterization in order to reduce UTI incidence. Purpose: This study compares the time-of-day effects of urinary catheter removal on patient void times, void volumes, re-catheterization rates, urinary tract infection rates, symptom distress levels, and self-perception then analyzes their influential factors. Methods: Using a quasi-experiment study design, patients were distributed into two urinary catheter removal time groups. The day group included 43 and the night group included 41 participants. Data related to urinary catheter removal and patient perceptions were collected and analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics. Results: The night group had longer void times (251.3 vs. 177.9 mins, p < .05) and a higher rate of recatheterization (24.4% vs. 7.0%, p < .05) than the day group. There were no differences in voided volume and UTI rate between the two groups. The odds ratio of re-catheterization rate was 1.06 for per urinary day. After removing urethral catheterization in the two groups, the disturbance syndrome for all patients went into gradual remission, their negative perceptions were significantly reduced, and positive emotions such as comfort, relaxation and pleasure were significantly improved (p < .05). Conclusion: Catheter removal timing did not result in significant differences in inter-group void volumes or UTI rates. However, the night group had a higher re-catheterization rate. Increased number of urethral catheterization days also correlated with increased re-catheterization rate. The removal of the urinary catheter reduced syndrome disturbance and improved self-perception. Therefore, we suggest that the urinary catheter removal order be implemented as soon as possible without considering the potential different effects of day / nighttime removal in order to maximize patient comfort and sleeping quality.
