In the complex confined space of underground coal mine, some environmental factors such as uneven illumination of artificial light source, heavy concentration of dust and fog in the working face, and complex electromagnetic interference can seriously affect the high-definition imaging of underground surveillance video. Aiming at the problems of low resolution and blurring of mine images affected by complex environment, and the problems that the current image super-resolution reconstruction methods mostly improve the reconstruction effect at the expense of compromising network depth and width, which will increase the complexity of the algorithm greatly, as well as the memory usage of the network model, making it difficult to apply to actual edge mobile devices. In this study, a lightweight super-resolution reconstruction method of mine images based on blueprint separation convolution is proposed. Firstly, the high-efficiency blueprint separation convolution is used to replace the standard convolution in the residual block, and a lightweight residual attention module is designed by introducing coordinate attention mechanism and adding skip connections to improve the residual block, so that the model can achieve a better feature extraction ability while keeping low parameters and computation. Secondly, an enhanced hierarchical feature fusion module is designed to integrate local features first and then global features of different hierarchical features in the network, which can further promote the information flow in the network and enhance the feature utilization rate of the model. Finally, the pixel attention mechanism is added at the end of the network to enhance the attention of the network to the information features, which can improve the feature expression ability of the model and provide more detailed features for the image reconstruction module. Experimental results show that the image quality reconstructed by the lightweight super-resolution reconstruction network based on blueprint separation convolution is not only superior to other comparison algorithms in terms of objective indexes and visual perception, but also achieves a better trade-off between model performance and complexity. When the scaling factor is 4, in comparison to the lightweight algorithm AWSRN-M with the same number of parameters, the average PSNR and SSIM on the coal mine test set are increased by 0.177 2 dB and 0.010 7 respectively, and the floating-point computation is reduced by 66.9%. The results demonstrate that the proposed method can effectively extract the detailed feature information with different levels, achieve the deep fusion of shallow and deep features, and more efficiently reconstruct high-resolution images with clear texture details.

Objective To investigate the predictive value of preoperative neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio (NLR), interleukin-35 (IL-35) and metastasis-associated protein 2 (MTA2) for postoperative recurrence and metastasis in patients with prostate cancer. Methods A total of 160 elderly patients who received prostate cancer surgery in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Hebei North University from June 2019 to June 2022 were selected as the study subjects and divided into the occurrence group (68 cases) and the non-occurrence group (92 cases) according to the presence or absence of postoperative recurrence or metastasis. The general data of the two groups were compared, and the correlation between NLR, IL-35 and MTA2 and the risk of postoperative recurrence and metastasis in patients with prostate cancer was analyzed by logistic regression. ROC curve was used to assess the predictive value of each index for the risk of postoperative recurrence and metastasis in patients with prostate cancer. Results There were significant differences in TNM grade, Gleason score, NLR, IL-35 and MTA2 between the two groups (P < 0.05) . Logistic regression analysis showed that NLR, IL-35 levels and MTA2 scores were independent risk factors for postoperative recurrence and metastasis in prostate cancer patients after adjusting for multiple confounders (P < 0.05) . ROC curve showed that NLR, IL-35 levels and MTA2 scores had some predictive value for postoperative recurrence and metastasis in prostate cancer patients. Conclusion NLR, IL-35 levels, and MTA2 scores will have predictive value for the recurrence and metastasis of prostate cancer after surgery. They will play an important role in the early identification of high-risk patients for recurrence and metastasis after prostate cancer surgery and in improving patient prognosis.

Background With the gradual deepening of the comprehensive reform of community health services, the prevention and control of single diseases for the entire population in the community is also constantly being optimized, However, there is still a lack of appropriate evaluation methods in the community to reflect its prevention and control effectiveness evaluation. Objective By analyzing and exploring the cost effect of the existing whole-population prevention and control measures of osteoporosis in Fenglin community, from 2016 to 2022, this paper answers the initial results and possible problems of the whole-population prevention and control of single disease in the community. Methods This study conducted a cost-effectiveness analysis on 4 293 community residents who received osteoporosis prevention and treatment in Fenglin community from 2016 to 2022. Divide the research object into three states based on bone density values: healthy, low bone mass, and osteoporosis, and construct a Markov model to analyze the influencing factors of different state transitions. And based on the predicted values of the Markov model combined with quality adjusted life years (QALY) , the increment of quality adjusted life years (QALY) is calculated. All costs invested in prevention and control work from 2016 to 2022 are counted, and the effectiveness of prevention and control is evaluated by the cost/quality adjusted life year increment ratio. Quality adjusted life years (QALY) are obtained by calculating the health utility value and expected life determined through literature search. Results The total cost of osteoporosis prevention and treatment in Fenglin community was 33 814 102.15 yuan. The total quality-adjusted life years of 4 293 community osteoporosis prevention and treatment population were 77 098.288 9 at the first diagnosis, the average per capita was 17.959, and the standard deviation was 9.34. At the second diagnosis, the total quality-adjusted life years were 79 616.936 1, the mean per capita was 18.546, the standard deviation was 9.342, and the difference between the two diagnoses was 2 518.647 2. The incremental cost-effectiveness ratio (ICER) is 2 132.907 0 yuan /QALY, and the incremental cost-effectiveness ratio (ICER) is less than 1 times (66 965.10 yuan) per capita GDP, indicating that the intervention scheme is fully cost-effective. Conclusion This study combined Markov model and quality-adjusted life years (QALY) to make a preliminary evaluation of the prevention and treatment effect of osteoporosis in Fenglin community. The results showed that the intervention program of osteoporosis prevention and treatment in Fenglin community was worth investing, and provided a certain basis for the accurate prevention and treatment decision of osteoporosis in the future.

BackgroundMetacognition， the capacity to monitor and control one's cognitive processes， has been identified as a crucial component of effective decision-making and behavioral adaptation. Previous research has revealed cognitive deficits in patients with major depressive disorder （MDD）， while findings about metacognitive capacities in patients with MDD have been inconsistent across studies， and the exact relationship between metacognitive capacities and clinical symptoms in MDD patients remains uncertain.ObjectiveTo examine the metacognitive capacities of adolescent hospitalized patients with MDD and to explore its relationship with depressive and anxiety symptoms， thus providing an unprecedented insight into the prevention of MDD.MethodsA coherent 56 adolescent hospitalized patients with MDD in the Psychiatry Department at the Affiliated Hospital of Southwest Medical University from March 2022 to June 2023 and met the diagnostic criteria for depression as defined by the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders， fourth edition （DSM-IV） were enrolled as MDD group. At the same time， 62 healthy individuals matched with the age and sex of the MDD group residing in Luzhou were concurrently selected as control group. The metacognitive ability of the two groups was evaluated by perceptual decision-making task and confidence rating task， and the indicators included confidence deviation， reaction time of confidence evaluation and metacognitive efficiency. Additionally， the severity of depressive and anxiety symptoms was measured with Beck Depression Inventory （BDI） and Beck Anxiety Inventory （BAI）. Pearson correlation analysis was utilized to examine the relationship between metacognitive capacities and clinical symptoms.ResultsMDD group scored higher on BDI and BAI when compared with control group （t=-13.722， -9.674， P0.05）. In terms of metacognitive performance， MDD group reported a reduction in overall confidence， confidence in correct decisions， confidence in incorrect decisions and metacognitive efficiency compared with control group （t=3.044， 2.769， 2.836， 3.667， P0.05）. BackgroundPatients with post-stroke hemiplegia are likely to experience fatigue and sleep disorder. Attention and interpretation therapy （AIT） has been shown to promote psychological flexibility， thereby alleviating their stress， improving emotional management and somatopsychic adaptation. Currently， there is a lack of application of AIT in patients with post-stroke hemiplegia.ObjectiveTo explore the effect of modified AIT on fatigue and sleep quality in patients with post-stroke hemiplegia， so as to provide references for physical and mental rehabilitation nursing of post-stroke hemiplegia patients.MethodsA total of 120 patients with post-stroke hemiplegia attending the rehabilitation medicine department of North China University of Science and Technology Affiliated Hospital from August 1， 2021 to June 30， 2022 and fulfilling the Chinese guidelines for diagnosis and treatment of acute ischemic stroke 2018 and the Chinese guidelines for diagnosis and treatment of acute intracerebral hemorrhage 2019 were enrolled. Patients were assigned into two groups using random number table methods， each with 60 cases. Control group was given chronic illness trajectory model-based nursing， while study group received modified AIT intervention. BackgroundBipolar disorder is a severe mental disorder characterized by cycling between mania/hypomania and depression， yet its underlying pathophysiological mechanism remains unclear. Several prior studies have suggested a potential role for voltage-gated calcium channel subunit genes in the etiology of bipolar disorder， particularly in their influence on brain structure.ObjectiveTo investigate the differences in grey matter volume （GMV） for individuals with bipolar disorder compared to healthy controls， and to explore the potential influence of calcium channel voltage-dependent T-type α1 G subunit （CACNA1G） rs757415 polymorphism on GMV in bipolar disorder and clarify the specific brain regions associated with this genetic variation， thus offering a new opportunity to gain insight into the pathophysiological mechanism of bipolar disorder.MethodsA cohort of 289 patients who met the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders， fourth edition （DSM-IV） criteria for bipolar disorder were selected for participation. These patients were either admitted to hospital or examined in outpatient clinic for bipolar disorder at the Mental Health Center of West China Hospital， Sichuan University between September 2013 and December 2022. Another 322 healthy individuals were concurrently recruited as a control group from Sichuan University and surrounding communities. All participants underwent brain imaging using a 3.0 T magnetic resonance scanner to acquire data on GMV. Additionally， the presence of the CACNA1G rs757415 polymorphism was validated using the imLDRTM technique. Spearman correlation analysis was utilized to investigate potential relationship between abnormal brain regions identified through GMV data and clinical characteristics of the patients. Then the genotype-by-diagnosis interaction effect for CACNA1G rs757415 on GMV was observed using the full factor method.ResultsThe study successfully enrolled 173 patients with bipolar disorder and 207 healthy controls who completed all the necessary procedures. To explore the formation pattern of 5-hydroxymethylfurfural (5-HMF) and the safety of dried longan during processing and storage, this study monitored the changes in 5-HMF content during drying and storage at different temperatures. The changes in the contents of reducing sugar, total acid and total free amino acid and browning degree during processing were determined and their correlation with 5-HMF content was analyzed. Moreover, the safety of dried longan was analyzed using in vitro simulated digestion experiments and a Caco-2 cell model. The results showed that as the drying temperature increased above 85 ℃, the 5-HMF content significantly increased (P < 0.05). The 5-HMF content was positively correlated with the total acid content and browning degree, but negatively correlated with the contents of total free amino acid and reducing sugar. During storage at different temperatures (4, 25, and 37 ℃), the 5-HMF level first increased and then decreased with storage time, and showed different increasing trends under different storage conditions. At 25 ℃, the 5-HMF content began to decline earliest and was lower overall. The 5-HMF content briefly increased during oral digestion, but significantly decreased during gastric and intestinal digestion. The water extract of dried longan inhibited the absorption of 5-HMF and counteracted the cytotoxicity of 5-HMF at 24 mmol/L to Caco-2 cells. These results indicated that optimizing the drying and storage conditions of dried longan can reduce the content of 5-HMF. In the case of normal consumption, the human digestive tract can reduce 5-HMF in dried longan, improving its safety for consumption.

Glycosidase is an indispensable enzyme in the sugar industry. It is difficult to maintain the stability of natural glycosidase during long-term high-temperature sugar conversion, limiting its application in industrial production. Numerous studies have shown that protein engineering is an important means for enhancing the thermal stability of glycosidase. This article systematically reviews the latest advances in using protein engineering to improve the thermal stability of glycosidase, and dissects the directed evolution, rational design, and semi-rational design strategies used in protein engineering. It also evaluates the effectiveness of these strategies in enhancing the thermal stability of glycosidase and their potential industrial application value, and presents the advantages, limitations and challenges of each strategy. Finally, it suggests that different strategies should be jointly used to improve the thermal stability of glycosidase and gives an outlook on future research directions with a view to promoting the synergistic improvement of the thermal stability and activity of glycosidase.

旨在为油茶籽油与高油酸葵花籽油在化妆品中的应用提供数据支撑，通过体外3D表皮模型EpiKutis构建体外急性损伤及类湿疹表皮模型，以低温压榨高油酸葵花籽油和油茶籽油处理模型，检测其组织活力、炎症因子释放量、组织形态结构和胸腺基质淋巴细胞生成素（TSLP）含量，评价高油酸葵花籽油和油茶籽油的抗炎、抗刺激、抗湿疹功效。结果表明：高油酸葵花籽油与油茶籽油对模型组织活力均无显著影响；油茶籽油能显著降低模型炎症因子释放量，而高油酸葵花籽油不能显著降低模型炎症因子释放量；高油酸葵花籽油与油茶籽油对模型组织形态结构均有一定改善；高油酸葵花籽油与油茶籽油均能极显著降低模型TSLP含量。综上，油茶籽油与高油酸葵花籽油对皮肤刺激性炎症均具有一定的抑制和缓解作用，具有显著的抗湿疹功效；同时，油茶籽油对皮肤刺激性损伤具有一定的抑制和缓解作用。Aiming to provide data support for the application of oil-tea camellia seed oil and high oleic acid sunflower seed oil in cosmetics,3D epidermal model EpiKutis was used to construct acute injury and eczema-like epidermal models in vitro, the models were treated by cold-pressed high oleic acid sunflower seed oil and oil-tea camellia seed oil, and the anti-inflammatory, anti-irritation and anti-eczema effects of high oleic acid sunflower seed oil and oil-tea camellia seed oil were evaluated by examining the tissue vitality, the release of inflammatory factors, the changes of tissue morphology and structure, and the content of thymus stromal lymphogenesis hormone (TSLP) of the models.The results showed that high oleic acid sunflower seed oil and oil-tea camellia seed oil had no significant effect on tissue vitality, oil-tea camellia seed oil could significantly reduce the release of inflammatory factors, but high oleic acid sunflower seed oil could not. High oleic acid sunflower seed oil and oil-tea camellia seed oil could improve tissue morphology and structure to some extent, and significantly reduce the content of TSLP. To sum up, both oil-tea camellia seed oil and high oleic acid sunflower seed oil have certain inhibition and relief effects on skin irritant inflammation, and have significant anti-eczema effects. At the same time,oil-tea camellia seed oil also has a certain inhibition and relief effect on skin irritant damage.

A large language model (LLM) is constructed to address the sophisticated demands of data retrieval and analysis, detailed well profiling, computation of key technical indicators, and the solutions to complex problems in reservoir performance analysis (RPA). The LLM is constructed for RPA scenarios with incremental pre-training, fine-tuning, and functional subsystems coupling. Functional subsystem and efficient coupling methods are proposed based on named entity recognition (NER), tool invocation, and Text-to-SQL construction, all aimed at resolving pivotal challenges in developing the specific application of LLMs for RDA. This study conducted a detailed accuracy test on feature extraction models, tool classification models, data retrieval models and analysis recommendation models. The results indicate that these models have demonstrated good performance in various key aspects of reservoir dynamic analysis. The research takes some injection and production well groups in the PK3 Block of the Daqing Oilfield as an example for testing. Testing results show that our model has significant potential and practical value in assisting reservoir engineers with RDA. The research results provide a powerful support to the application of LLM in reservoir performance analysis.

In response to the unclear understanding of fracture propagation and intersection interference in zipper fracturing under the factory development model of deep shale gas wells, a coupled hydro-mechanical model for zipper fracturing considering the influence of natural fracture zones was established based on the finite element – discrete element method. The reliability of the model was verified using experimental data and field monitoring pressure increase data. Taking the deep shale gas reservoir in southern Sichuan as an example, the propagation and interference laws of fracturing fractures under the influence of natural fracture zones with different characteristics were studied. The results show that the large approaching angle fracture zone has a blocking effect on the forward propagation of fracturing fractures and the intersection of inter well fractures. During pump shutdown, hydraulic fractures exhibit continued expansion behavior under net pressure driving. Under high stress difference, as the approaching angle of the fracture zone increases, the response well pressure increase and the total length of the fractured fracture show a trend of first decreasing and then increasing, and first increasing and then decreasing, respectively. Compared to small approach angle fracture zones, natural fracture zones with large approach angles require longer time and have greater difficulty to intersect. The width of fractures and the length of natural fractures are negatively and positively correlated with the response well pressure increase, respectively, and positively and negatively correlated with the time required for intersection, the total length of hydraulic fractures, and fracturing efficiency, respectively. As the displacement distance of the well increases, the probability of fracture intersection decreases, but the regularity between displacement distance and the response well pressure increase and the total length of fractures is not obvious.

Objective The restriction and impact of balises in the maintenance trench of automated vehicle depots on vehicle maintenance grow increasingly prominent. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct a research on the variable-position scheme of self-resetting weight-driven pulling type in balise variable-position system. Method Based on the actual requirements of vehicle maintenance processe, a three-level architecture for the balise variable-position system is designed, comprising master control console, electric control cabinet, and variable-position mechanism. The system supports multiple control modes, including manual direct control, interlinked control with intelligent vehicle inspection robots, and automatic interlinked control with signaling system SPKS (staff protection key switch), ensuring operational flexibility and precision. Additionally, the system is equipped with safety redundancy measures such as built-in laser positioning detection and manual locking to meet the stringent reliability requirements of the signaling system. Result & Conclusion In practical application within vehicle depots, the balise variable-position system effectively utilizes the spatial gaps between track bridge support columns, enabling the transition from fixed to variable-position balise mounting. This revolution not only ensures precise and efficient FAO (fully automatic operation) train dispatching and receiving, but also significantly facilitates convenience in the work of depot inspection personnel and intelligent inspection robots, effectively addressing the limitations imposed on maintenance operations by fixed balise mounting.

Objective In diagnosing train air-conditioning refrigerant charge using machine learning methods, numerous features often appear, posing a dilemma in feature selection for diagnosis. Excessive feature selection leads to high algorithm resource costs, while insufficient feature selection results in poor learning of fault information, negatively affecting the diagnostic model performance. Currently, a commonly used method for feature selection is PCA (principal component analysis), and another less frequently cited method is MRE (Maximum Rayleigh Entropy). Both methods, however, face the problem of high resource costs due to excessive features. The research is specially carried out aiming to reduce resource costs and the effectiveness of these two methods is compared. Method For this purpose, the typical SVM (support vector machine) and K-means clustering model are selected for comparison, and a small sample of historical data is used to construct dimensionality reduction algorithm, instead of using the entire sample to construct MRE dimensionality reduction algorithm, representing an improvement to the algorithm under the same goal of reducing resource costs. MRE dimensionality reduction based on small historical data sample and the commonly used PCA dimensionality reduction are compared in terms of their performance on F1 score, accuracy rate, and time cost in K-means clustering and SVM models. Result & Conclusion The results indicate that the fault diagnosis and detection time resource costs of SVM machine using MRE is only 3% that of SVM model trained on original data. Whether using K-means clustering or SVM, the test data accuracy rate after using the projected data from MRE is closer to 100% compared to other models.

To obtain particles that meet the requirements of spectral selective radiation for infrared stealth， the infrared optical properties of Ag/Ge core-shell structures were calculated using Mie scattering theory and finite element simulation， respectively. The peak extinction efficiency of particles with different Ag core and Ge shell size combinations was studied. The extinction efficiency curves of different size combinatorial calculators were selected on the contours of 6.5 μm， and the 0.3/0.848 μm core-shell structure was determined by comparison.The extinction efficiency was calculated by Mie scattering theory and finite element simulation. The curves of the two methods are very similar. The extinction peaks are all at 6.5 μm， and the peak extinction efficiency is 16.6 and 16.1， respectively， which verifies the reliability of the calculated results.By comparing the three-dimensional far-field radiation and electromagnetic power loss of particles in different wavelength， the particles have stronger radiation intensity and power loss density at 6.5 μm. The results indicate that the particle have a strong resonance with the incident field， which can be used for the selective absorption of infrared radiation in this band.

In order to study the deflection and deformation law of vertical shafts in deep and thick topsoil layer, the main and secondary shafts of Shandong Guotun Coal Mine are taken as the examples, and the wireline baseline method is adopted to carry out multi-period deformation monitoring. Based on the multi-period monitoring data, the dynamic information of shaft deflection was obtained, and combined with the geological conditions and mining activities, the temporal and spatial characteristics of shaft deflection and deformation were investigated to analyze the changes of the local parameters of the shaft, compare the differences in shaft deflection, and reveal the deflection and deformation law of the shafts in deep topsoil layer, which provides a reliable basis for demonstrating the mechanism of shaft deflection and the management of the shafts. The study shows that: the time characteristics of wellbore deflection in vertical wells affected by mining and grouting activities can be divided into three phases of “increasing-decreasing-stabilizing”, and the spatial characteristics are mainly manifested in that the bedrock layer is less deflected, while the topsoil layer shows a function-like significant change, and the dynamics of wellbore and its deflection in the topsoil layer are approximately equal, with the area of the largest wellbore deflection converging to the wellhead; the main and auxiliary wells are inclined to the northwest of the mining area and there is a difference in orientation. The overall inclination of the wellbore in the east-west direction accounts for more than 97%, while that in the north-south direction is only less than 20%, which is highly correlated with the working face direction in terms of the distance between the workings; the horizontal displacement of the deep topsoil layer triggered by the mining disturbance increases with the height of the wellbore, which is the main reason for the deflection of the wellbore.

In previous practice, the differential strain analysis (DSA) method, relied upon for estimating vertical principal stress to resolve geological stress, has shown limitations in reliability. Drawing upon observations of the Kaiser effect in rock samples, we introduce the Kaiser-differential strain analysis (Kaiser-DSA) method, amalgamating the Kaiser effect with the DSA method to assess in-situ stress differentials. Comparative evaluation with the stress relief method reveals that the Kaiser-DSA method demonstrates minimal relative error and generally consistent orientation of the maximum horizontal principal stress. Utilizing the findings from in-situ stress testing, this investigation scrutinizes the distribution patterns of in-situ stress in Yaojie Mining Area and investigates the causative factors contributing to the prevailing in-situ stress field. The study elucidates that Yaojie Mining Area is subject to the influence of compressive tectonic stress fields, resulting in elevated residual stress. Influenced by the Qinghai-Tibet thrust nappe action and the clockwise shear action of the F19 fault, the geostress field in this region predominantly manifests a strike-slip stress state typified by σH>σv>σh. Furthermore, the heightened differential stress within this locale exacerbates deformation and damage to the surrounding rock mass during mining activities, thereby exacerbating the frequency of dynamic disaster events.

Water mist charging and solution active treatment, as two kinds of efficient dust removal methods, showed good dust removal effect when they used independently. In order to explore the settling effect of the combined use of the two on fine dust, sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) surfactant was used to prepare the active solution, and copper burr ring electrode was used for corona charging. Under the background of micron droplet field charging, the charging effect of micron active droplet and its wettability to anthracite were investigated. The results show that the active solution is more sensitive to electric field than pure water. Water mist charging and solution activity treatment showed synergistic effects on enhancing droplet fragmentation, reducing droplet size and enhancing solution wettability. Compared with ordinary water mist, micron-charged active water mist has higher capture efficiency for anthracite dust, and sedimentation efficiency for total dust and respirable dust is up to 91.77% and 90.45%.

Based on the technical specifications for the national comprehensive risk survey of meteorological disasters, and in view of the characteristics of snow disaster impacts in Anhui Province, the observation element of snow pressure is considered and combined with other disaster causative factors, such as the annual maximum snow depth and annual average snow-covered days to establish a risk assessment model. Using the data of snow depth, snow pressure, and geographic information from 81 national meteorological observation stations in Anhui Province from 1978 to 2020, the spatiotemporal distribution characteristics of various disaster-causing factors are analyzed, and the terrain correction for snow-covered days is performed to obtain a refined assessment of snow disaster risk in Anhui Province. The results are as follows. The annual variation and differences of the average maximum snow depth, average snow-covered days, and maximum snow pressure are significant, but the top three years for all these factors are 2008, 1984, and 2018. The areas with high annual maximum snow depth are mainly concentrated between the Dabie Mountains, the southern Anhui Mountains, and the regions between the Yangtze River and the Huai River. Considering the significant correlation between the annual snow-covered days and elevation in the area above 100 meters and the appropriate sample size, after terrain correction, the high-value areas of snow-covered days are located in the Dabie Mountains and the southern Anhui Mountains, followed by the northwest of Huaibei to the northern foothills of Dabie Mountains. After interpolation calculation of missing measurements, the maximum snow pressure in Xuancheng, Tongling, northern Mount Huangshan, and other places is increased, with distinct localized characteristics. The high-risk areas caused by snow disasters in Anhui Province are mainly located in high-altitude regions such as the Dabie Mountains and the mountainous areas in southern Anhui, while the low-risk areas are mainly located in the eastern part of the Huaibei region, the eastern part of the region between the Yangtze River and Huai River, and the southwestern part along the Yangtze River.

Direct preparation of glass-ceramics from slag is an efficient way to use the “slag” and “heat” of the slag, making this preparation a sought-after research topic. To prepare glass-ceramics using the Petrurgic method, this paper used silico–manganese slag as the main raw material, along with chromite and serpentine as modifiers. The Petrurgic method is a heat treatment process involving controlled crystallization during slag cooling to form glass-ceramics. The prepared glass-ceramic samples had a diameter of 100 mm and a height of 20 mm. Various tests and analyses such as X-ray diffraction (XRD), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), scanning electron microscopy with energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy, flexural strength, compressive strength, water absorption, and bulk density were performed on the samples. The influence of different heat treatment regimens on the phase composition and properties of silico–manganese slag microcrystalline glass was discussed. Additionally, the study investigated the temperature variation inside the glass-ceramic samples, and the results indicated that by modifying the slag and annealing it at 700℃ after cooling to the crystallization temperature, microcrystalline glass meets the performance requirements of natural granite. The temperature range of 900–1050 ℃ was found to be associated with the crystallization of the augite phase, while the temperature range of 1000–1050 ℃ was related to the crystallization of the akermanite phase. With improvements in the heat treatment system, the amount of akermanite phase precipitation will increase, and the grain will become coarser than before. At 900 ℃, the grain growth of the microcrystalline glass was not as significant as that of the samples annealed at 1000 ℃ and 1050 ℃, and the lack of excessive crystallization led to fewer defects inside the glass-ceramics. After studying the temperature profile data, it was observed that during the heat treatment process at 1000–1050 ℃, inconsistent crystallization between the inner and outer parts of the sample resulted in a temperature gradient from the center to the edge. After casting the slag into the mold, temperature gradients were formed within the sample. These formations do not affect the types of crystalline phases that precipitate; however, they do affect the quantity of crystallization.

Starch is the main source of energy for the human body. Natural products such as procyanidin (PC) and protocatechuic acid (PCA) can reduce postp'ran'dial blood sugar by controlling the digestion of starch. The inhibition effects of PC and PCA on α-amylase and α-glucosidase were studied using inhibition rate determination, Lineweaver-Burk double reciprocal diagram, ultraviolet spectroscopy, fluorescence quenching, equivalent mapping, and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. The results showed that the IC50 values of PC for α-amylase and α-glucosidase inhibition were 0.0524 and 0.0106 mg/mL, respectively, and those of PCA were 1.9426 and 1.0667 mg/mL respectively, which showed that PCA had better inhibition ability. The Lineweaver-Burk double reciprocal diagram showed that the inhibition of PC and PCA on α-amylase was a mixed inhibition, and the inhibition on α-glucosidase was non-competitive inhibition and competitive inhibition, respectively. The Binding of PC and PCA with α-amylase and α-glucosidase mainly depended on hydrophobic and hydrogen bonds, and further altered the enzyme structure by changing the microenvironment of amino acid residues. The inhibitory effects on α-glucosidase were the best when the ratio of PC and PCA was 1:21, and the inhibitory effects on α-amylase were optimal at 1:37. When the ratio of PC and PCA was 1:21, CI was less than 1, which showed a synergistic inhibitory effect on α-glucosidase. When the compounding ratio was 1:37, CI was less than 1, which showed a synergistic inhibitory effect on α-amylase. This study revealed the inhibitory mechanism of the combined use of PC and PCA on starch-digesting enzymes and would provide a theoretical basis for the development of natural hypoglycemic dietary supplements as health food excipients or drugs.

To address the issues of low bioavailability, degradation during processing, and limited use in precision nutrition of anthocyanins (ACNs). ACNs nanoparticles using ACNs as the core, soybean lecithin constructed-Liposome (Lipo), and Gum Arabic (GA) as the carrier were prepared in this study, namely Liposome/Gum Arabic-anthocyanins (Lipo/GA-ACNs) nanoparticles. In this study, nanoparticles of ACNs with ACNs as the core and liposomes (Lipo) constructed using soy lecithin and gum arabic (GA) as carriers, namely liposome/gum arabic-anthocyanins (Lipo/GA-ACNs) nanoparticles, were prepared. Environmental factors and in vitro simulated digestion on the stability of Lipo/GA-ACNs nanoparticles with various formulations were investigated. Additionally, the in vitro lipid-lowering activity of Lipo/GA-ACNs nanoparticles after digestion was examined. Results showed that Lipo/GA-ACNs nanoparticles had good stability under simulated thermal processing and different ion environments. When the ACNs to GA mass ratio was 1:10, the Lipo/GA-ACNs nanoparticles inhibited lipid droplet accumulation and reactive oxygen species accumulation in HepG-2 cells 3.8% and 1.99% more effectively than ACNs after simulated digestion. This study concluded that Lipo/1.0GA was a promising oral delivery system to deliver ACNs and achieve liver lipid-lowering, with the potential to be developed into functional foods with precision nutritional properties.

Abstract [Objective] PEX (pollen extensin-like) gene is involved in controlling pollen development, which plays a crucial role in embryogenesis of pollen microspores and haploid culture. In this study, the authors isolated the CaPEX3 gene from pepper and analyzed its protein structure and expression pattern, which provides a theoretical foundation for further investigation into the function of the CaPEX3 gene. [Methods] CaPEX3 was cloned by PCR, and its protein structure, evolution, and gene regulation were analyzed by bioinformatics. Expression of CaPEX3 in different tissues and pollen of different varieties were detected by qRT-PCR. Pollen viability of different pepper varieties was detected by staining method and their relationship with CaPEX3 expression was analyzed. [Results] The coding region of CaPEX3 was 1 581 bp in length, encoding 526 amino acids, which belongs to the LRX (leucine-rich repeats/extensins) gene family. The protein had phosphorylation and glycosylation sites, signaling peptides, and transmembrane domains. The expression level of CaPEX3 was the highest in flowers, and the gene expression was higher in tissues with high pollen vitality. The regulatory network predicted that CaPEX3 might be involved in the regulation of pollen development through the action of genes related to flower development. [Conclusion] CaPEX3 was specifically expressed in flowers, and a correlation was observed between its expression level and the activity of pollen grains. The analysis of gene expression and the construction of related vectors provided a theoretical foundation and technical support for the subsequent investigation of gene function and mechanism of CaPEX3

In distributed service resource environments, a large number of service resources are underutilized or even idle for a long time due to the narrow percentage of peak load. Adaptive elastic scaling of resources can significantly improve system energy efficiency and reduce operation overhead: on the one hand, service resources can be expanded to cope with high demand during high load; and on the other hand, they can be scaled down to reduce the overhead during low load. However, the actual load is usually highly volatile, and the service resources required to satisfy the quality of service are constantly varying, which poses a great challenge to the adaptive elastic scaling of service resources. Although existing commercial distributed platforms generally have some resource elastic scaling capability, they suffer from limited adaptive ability and poor precision, and there exists a considerable improvement space. In order to promote the research and application development in this field, this paper analyzes the studies on adaptive elastic scaling of service resources in this environment. Firstly, the corresponding research background and main challenges in demand evaluation and resource adjustment are analyzed. Secondly, a categorized survey of domestic and international studies in this field is conducted, by dividing these studies into three categories based on the resource objects they adjust. The similarities and differences of these studies are compared, and their respective characteristics and usefulness are summarized. Finally, these study efforts are summarily analyzed, then a comprehensive realization is outlined based on the analysis, and besides, the current application status, research challenges and future research trends are discussed.

Three-Dimensional (3D) Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) holds great potential for applications in fields such as mapping and disaster management, making it an important research focus in SAR technology. To advance the application and development of 3D SAR, especially by reducing the number of observations or antenna array elements, the Aerospace Information Research Institute, Chinese Academy of Sciences, (AIRCAS) has pioneered the development of the full-polarimetric Microwave Vision 3D SAR (MV3DSAR) experimental system. This system is designed to serve as an experimental platform and a source of data for microwave vision SAR 3D imaging studies. This study introduces the MV3DSAR experimental system along with its full-polarimetric SAR data set. It also proposes a set of full-polarimetric data processing scheme that covers essential steps such as polarization correction, polarization coherent enhancement, microwave vision 3D imaging, and 3D fusion visualization. The results from the 3D imaging data set confirm the full-polarimetric capabilities of the MV3DSAR experimental system and validate the effectiveness of the proposed processing method. The full-polarimetric unmanned aerial vehicle -borne array interferometric SAR data set, released through this study, offers enhanced data resources for advancing 3D SAR imaging research.

This study aimed to investigate the effects of Changbaishan Ganoderma lucidum seed body polysaccharide beverage on the glucose and lipid metabolism of diabetic mice. High-fat diet combined with intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin was used to establish a diabetic mouse model. A normal control group and a model control group were also set up. Metformin hydrochloride was used as a positive control. G. lucidum polysaccharide beverage was administered at different doses of low (L-GLB), medium (M-GLB), and high (H-GLB) to investigate its improvement effects on the glucose and lipid metabolism of diabetic mice. Fasting blood glucose, insulin resistance index, triglyceride, high- and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol, superoxide dismutase activity, and malondialdehyde were measured in the mice after receiving the G. lucidum polysaccharide beverage. Compared with those of the model group, the fasting blood glucose levels of the mice in the L-GLB, M-GLB, and H-GLB groups decreased by 35.46%, 39.05%, and 42.28%, respectively, and their homeostatic model assessment of insulin resistance decreased by 43.10%, 50.25%, and 54.18%, respectively (P

The optimal extraction process of phytoglycogen (PG) from sweet corn by ultrasound-assisted method was studied, and the physicochemical properties and biological activities of PG were evaluated in this paper. The effects of solid-liquid ratio, ultrasonic power and ultrasonic time on the yield of PG were investigated and the process parameters were further optimized by orthogonal experiment. Furthermore, the physicochemical properties of PG obtained by ultrasound-assisted method were investigated. Meanwhile, the antioxidation, cytotoxicity, apoptosis and hemolysis of PG were evaluated in vitro. The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were as follows: Solid-liquid ratio of 1:9 (g/mL), ultrasonic power of 160 W and ultrasonic time of 80 min, the actual yield was 14.31%±0.38%. The PG particle size obtained by ultrasound-assisted method was lower than that obtained by traditional water extraction and alcohol precipitation method. In vitro antioxidant experiment showed that PG had a certain antioxidant capacity, especially it was more sensitive to DPPH free radicals, and the clearance rate reached 54.58%±1.39% at 20 mg/mL. The results of biosafety evaluation showed that the survival rate of mouse fibroblasts (3T3) was higher than 95% after incubation with different concentrations of PG for 24 or 48 h. Meanwhile, PG had no obvious apoptotic effect on cells, and the apoptotic rate was lower than 7% at the maximum concentration. After 2 h of co-incubation, the hemolysis rate caused by PG on red blood cells was also much lower than the national standard (5%), which confirmed that PG had good biocompatibility with normal cells and red blood cells. Overall, this study showed that ultrasound-assisted method could improve the yield and physicochemical properties of PG, and also confirmed that PG was a non-toxic natural nanoparticle, which had great application potential in drug or food factor delivery.

Objective To explore the correlations of genotype and phenotype of myopathic form of carnitine palmitoyltransferase Ⅱ (CPT Ⅱ) deficiency and to improve the clinical understanding of the disease. Methods The clinical data of a case of myopathic form of CPT Ⅱ deficiency were analyzed, including the results of gene detection, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up. The literature was reviewed to summarize the clinical characteristics, diagnosis, and treatment of CPT Ⅱ deficiency. Results The patient, a 10-month-old girl, was admitted to the hospital with acute enteritis. The blood creatine kinase and myoglobin were significantly increased in the auxiliary examination. Her father had a history of weakness after regular exercise and myoglobinuria. Both the father and the daughter carried the heterozygous pathogenic mutation c.989dupTp. (Ile332fs) in the CPT2 gene, which confirmed the diagnosis of myopathic form of CPT Ⅱ deficiency. After treatment with infection control and supplementation of a large amount of carbohydrates, creatine kinase and myoglobin returned to normal levels. Following discharge, follow-up showed that the patient was in good condition. Conclusion Myopathic form of CPT Ⅱ deficiency is a common disease that affects the lipid metabolism in skeletal muscle and is a common cause of hereditary myoglobinuria. However, its symptoms can be quite subtle and are frequently overlooked in clinical practice. When a patient exhibits repeated increases in creatine kinase as well as exercise intolerance, myoglobinuria, or positive family history, the disease should be taken into consideration.

Background Games are an emerging pedagogical tool in medical education, and they are recognized as a potentially attractive form of complementary learning. Research on the application of games in medical education has gradually increased in recent years, but the development of related research in China has been slow. Reviewing the research literature related to the use of games in medical education and gaining a comprehensive understanding of the current status and hotspots of the development of this field will be conducive to promoting the development of the research field of medical education in China. Objective To analyze the current status of the research on the application of games to medical education, and to provide reference and information for future research related to the application of games to medical education. Methods From February to April in 2023, with the help of CiteSpace 6.1R6 and Microsoft Excel 2019 software, we searched the relevant literature from Web of Science Core Collection database (WoSCC) from 2013-01-01 to 2023-02-26 with the theme of "game" and "medical education", and analyzed the number of publications, authors, countries/institutions, and the number of articles. Results Finally, 652 English-language articles were included. There was a general upward trend in the number of publications in the last 11 years, with the United States being the top country in terms of the number of publications (201), centrality (0.48), and the annual number of publications, and Canada (67, centrality 0.15) and the United Kingdom (56, centrality 0.47) in the second and third places, respectively. The University of Toronto, Canada was the institution with the highest total number of articles with 21 articles. High-frequency keywords included medical education, education, serious games, simulation, and performance. The keyword with the highest level of emergence in the keyword emergence analysis was serious games (emergence intensity 3.4) . Conclusion Currently, the application of games in medical education has attracted more and more attention from scholars, and the research hotspots mainly focus on the role played by different games in the process of talent cultivation, but there is no high-quality evidence to provide educators with evidence-based recommendations. China still needs further exploration in this field, and educators need to apply more in the teaching process to better validate its effectiveness and promote the development of medical education.

Background Thyroid hormones are very important for normal growth and development of fetus. Hypothyroidism during pregnancy and Graves' hyperthyroidism in pregnancy are well-known risk factors for small for gestational age (SGA). However, the influence of isolated maternal hypothyroxinemia (IMH) in the first trimester during pregnancy on birthweight is less analyzed and controversial. Objective To examine the correlation of IMH in the first trimester during pregnancy with birthweight. Methods This was a retrospective cohort study involving singleton pregnant women with medical files and receiving prenatal examination, delivery or termination of pregnancy in the Beijing Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital, Capital Medical University from January 2016 to October 2020. According to the 2.5th and 97.5th percentiles of free thyroxine (FT4) and thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH), participants were assigned into IMH group (n=344) and control group (n=19 426). Binary Logistic regression was used to analyze the correlation of IMH in the first trimester during pregnancy with birthweight. Then according to the pre-pregnancy body mass index (PPBMI), participants were assigned into the overweight/obesity group (PPBMI≥24.0 kg/m2, 69 cases in IMH group and 3 376 cases in control group) and non-overweight/obesity group (PPBMI0.05). Among participants with PPBMI0.05) . Conclusion IMH in the first trimester increases the risks of macrosomia and LGA during pregnancy, especially in pre-pregnancy non-overweight/obese women. Among pre-pregnancy overweight /obese women, IMH in the first trimester does not increase the risks of macrosomia and LGA. However, the incidences of LBW and SGA are comparable in the total cohort, women with pre-pregnancy overweight/obese or those without pre-pregnancy overweight/obese.

Background While the connection between monounsaturated fatty acid (MUFA) intake and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) has received attention, research in Chinese populations remains scarce. Objective This study aims to evaluate the association between daily MUFA intake and the prevalence of NAFLD in a Chinese population and to estimate the probable threshold of MUFA intake for NAFLD risk. Methods This case-control study employed data from the Dryad database (https://doi.org/10.5061/dryad.8nn2j46), complying with Dryad's terms of service. We collected data from 534 NAFLD patients and 534 healthy controls who underwent medical tests at the First Hospital of Nanping Affiliated to Fujian Medical University between April 2015 and August 2017. A semi-quantitative food frequency questionnaire (SQFFQ) was used to collect individuals' typical food consumption information, and daily MUFA intake was computed. A thorough analytical technique, including baseline characteristics, multivariate statistics, non-linear relationship analysis, and subgroup research, was applied to study the correlation between daily MUFA intake and NAFLD prevalence. Multiple confounding factors, such as age, sex, lifestyle, and other dietary components, were evaluated to estimate the theoretical threshold of MUFA intake for NAFLD risk. To address the limitations of current deep learning-based methods in extracting contract bytecode features and representing vulnerability semantics, as well as the shortcomings of the traditional graph neural networks in learning temporal information from contract statements, a method for detecting vulnerabilities in contracts was proposed based on pre-trained and temporal graph neural network. Firstly, the pre-trained model was used to transform smart contract bytecode into a vulnerability semantics-aware contract graph structure. Then, combined with a self-attention mechanism, the event-driven temporal graph neural network was designed to extract temporal information during contract execution. Finally, focusing on reentrant vulnerabilities, timestamp dependency vulnerabilities, and Tx.origin authentication vulnerabilities, extensive experiments were conducted on a dataset of 120 932 actual contracts. The results show that the proposed method significantly outperforms existing approaches.

To tackle the defects of self-supervised learning anomaly detection methods for wireless sensor network (WSN) need to address the problems of single negative sample types and lack of diversity, as well as insufficient extraction of spatiotemporal features from multimodal data of wireless sensor network nodes. To address these challenges, a wireless sensor network anomaly node detection method that combines contrastive learning and reconstruction mechanisms was proposed. Firstly, this method provided sufficient positive and negative example information representation for the reconstruction model by using contrastive learning methods, and combined with generative adversarial network (GAN) to generate negative examples with diverse characteristics. Secondly, a dual layer spatiotemporal feature extraction module based on multi-head attention and graph neural network was designed. Through a series of comparative experiments on actual public datasets and their experimental results, it is shown that the method designed has better accuracy and recall compared to traditional anomaly detection methods and recent graph neural network methods.

As a significant research area in the field of speech technology, speech synthesis is dedicated to converting text into speech. With the rapid development of deep learning technology, the objective of speech synthesis has evolved beyond merely producing "understandable" audio. The incorporation of emotion often enhances the expressiveness of synthesized speech. Consequently, emotional speech synthesis aims to combine speech with different emotions and regulate these emotions to generate flexible and precise emotional speech. Starting from several key issues in emotional speech synthesis, this paper summarizes and analyzes the development based on emotion transfer, emotion intensity control and emotion mixing in recent years, and introduces the relevant data sets and evaluation indicators of emotion speech synthesis. Finally, the emotional speech synthesis is prospected.

In the interdisciplinary field of modern computer vision and natural language processing, digital talking facial generation technology has become an increasingly important research topic. Digital facial generation technology focuses on generating realistic facial images based on predetermined text or audio sequences. In recent years, deep learning methods such as convolutional neural networks, generative adversarial networks, and neural rendering fields have been used for digital talking face generation, which shows significant research and application value. These methods have not only attract widespread attention from the academic community, but also have been applied in industry to solve specific problems in image processing and computer vision. Although some progress has been made, the practical application of these technologies still faces many challenges. Comprehensively review and evaluate the specific implementation of deep learning methods in the generation of digital talking face to identify the advantages and disadvantages of existing methods, explore common problems that need to be solved, and highlight open issues that still require further research. In addition, currently available datasets from a statistical perspective were listed, evaluated and compared so that researchers can more easily choose datasets that meet their needs.

This study aimed to identify the lipid composition and the positional distribution of fatty acids in dried shrimp and to select differential lipids and investigate lipid changes and the lipid transformation mechanism during storage using lipidomics analysis. Results showed that a total of 790 lipids belonging to 7 major classes were identified, among which glycerophospholipids were the most abundant, followed by glycerolipids and sphingolipids. In phosphatidylcholine (PC), phosphatidylethanolamine (PE), triglycerides (TG), and diglycerides (DG), saturated fatty acids were found to be mainly located at the sn-1 position, while unsaturated fatty acids, especially oleic acid, linoleic acid, docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), and eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA), were mainly distributed at the sn-2 position. Using multivariate statistical analysis, 151 differential lipids were selected, 121 of which were up-regulated and the remaining 30 were down-regulated, indicating that storage had a significant effect on the types and contents of lipids in dried shrimp. After storage for 20 days, the relative contents of lyso-phosphatidylcholine, lyso-phosphatidylethanolamine, and lyso-phosphatidylserine in dried shrimp increased, and the relative contents of PC, PE, and phosphatidylserine decreased significantly, indicating the occurrence of lipid transformation.

This study aimed to elucidate the ameliorative effect and mechanism of quercetagetin, quercetin and lutein, alone and in combination, on acute lung injury. An lipopolysaccharide-induced inflammation model was established based on RAW264.7 cells. The optimal mixture ratios between quercetagetin or quercetin and lutein were determined based on the content of nitric oxide (NO) in RAW264.7 cells using combination index (CI) analysis. The individual and combined effects of quercetagetin, quercetin and lutein on the contents of malondialdehyde (MDA), inflammatory cytokines (including tumor necrosis factor α (TNF-α), interleukin (IL)-1β and IL-6) and the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) in LPS-stimulated RAW264.7 cells were investigated. In addition, the relative expression levels of p65, p50, silent information regulator 1 (SIRT1), nuclear factor‑erythroid 2 related factor 2 (Nrf2), and NOD-like receptor thermal protein domain associated protein 3 (NLRP3) were evaluated by Western blot. The results showed that the lowest NO level in RAW264.7 cells was observed by treatment with a mixture of high-dose quercetagetin and lutein of 3:1 (30 μg/mL + 10 μg/mL). Quercetagetin, lutein and their combination all decreased the contents of MDA and inflammatory cytokines, increased the activities of SOD and GSH-Px, down-regulated the expression of nuclear factor kappa-B (NF-κB) p65, p50 and NLRP3, and up-regulated the expression of SIRT1 and Nrf2, the combination being more effective than either treatment alone.

Objective: To study the effect and mechanism of luteoloside on the differentiation and lipid metabolism of 3T3-L1 preadipocytes. Methods: The cytotoxicity of different concentrations of luteoloside on 3T3-L1 preadipocyte was detected using methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium (MTT) assay. Cell differentiation was induced by the cocktail method, and lipid droplets were observed by oil red O staining. The contents of triglyceride and total cholesterol in differentiated cells, as well as the secretion of related inflammatory factors such as tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), interleukin (IL)-6, IL-10, leptin (LEP) and Adiponectin (ADPN) were measured. The relative expression levels of peroxisome proliferators activated receptor (PPAR) γ, CCAAT-enhancer-binding proteins (C/EBP)-α, sterol regulatory element-binding protein 1 (SREBP1), PPARα, uncoupling protein 1 (UCP-1), and carnitine palmitoyltransferase 1 (CPT-1) were analyzed by Western blotting. Results: The survival rate of 3T3-L1 preadipocytes decreased with the increase in luteoloside concentration, being above 80% at luteoloside concentrations of 5–60 μg/mL. Treatment with luteoloside significantly inhibited the differentiation of 3T3-L1 preadipocytes and reduced lipid accumulation. Luteoloside down-regulated the contents of TC and TG, the secretion of TNF-α, IL-6 and LEP, but up-regulated the secretion of IL-10 and ADPN. Luteoloside down-regulated the protein expression levels of PPARγ, C/EBP-α and SREBP1, but up-regulated those of PPARα, UCP-1 and CPT-1. Conclusion: Luteoloside can suppression the differentiation and lipid metabolism of 3T3-L1 preadipocytes. The mechanism may be that luteoloside down-regulates the protein expression of PPARγ, C/EBP-α, and SREBP1 to inhibit fat synthesis. Furthermore, it activates PPARα to upregulate downstream proteins and promote fat consumption. Luteoloside may also regulate the secretion of cytokines and promote cellular lipolysis, thus improving lipid metabolism imbalance.

Ferulic acid (FA), the most abundant phenolic acid in cereals, widely exists in both free and bound forms in grains, legumes and other plant-based foods. FA has various functional activities, such as antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties, thus exhibiting high application values in the fields of food and medicine. To date, although a large number of in vivo and in vitro experiments have shown the importance of cereal FA in maintaining intestinal health, it is still unclear how FA is metabolized by the gut microbiota. In order to offer new insights into the molecular mechanism of the regulatory effect of FA the gut microbiota and offer a theoretical reference for better development and utilization of cereal FA and its metabolites, this paper provides a systematic review of the recent literature concerning intestinal microbial metabolism of cereal FA from three aspects of the existing forms, intestinal release and metabolism, and physiological health effects.

Aerobic granular sludge was cultivated as a biological carrier under laboratory conditions, and Chlorella was inoculated to form algal-bacterial granular sludge(ABGS). The effects of different light intensities on pollutant removal efficiency of ABGS system were explored, and the enhancement of Chlorella on the treatment capacity of ABGS system under 5 klx light intensity was emphatically investigated. The results showed that the removal rates of COD, TN and TP by ABGS were 87.01%-95.32%, 53.14%-89.37% and 32.49%-99.40%, respectively, with the SND of 7.70%-83.66%. However, the removal rates of TP and TN in a single Chlorella system were only 20%-30%, while the removal effect of COD was not obvious. Chlorella could increase the concentration of dissolved oxygen in water within a certain light intensity range, and facilitate the degradation of pollutants by promoting the metabolic rate of bacteria in ABGS system. With the increase of light intensity, the removal rates of COD and TP in ABGS system increased, while the removal rates of TN and SND decreased. Too low or too high light intensity would inhibit the photosynthesis and even kill Chlorella, leading to the disintegration of ABGS, system collapse and poor pollutant removal effect. High throughput analysis showed that the addition of algae further expanded the relative abundance of bacteria related to nitrogen and phosphorus metabolism, and enhanced the nitrogen and phosphorus removal effect of the system.

This system provides an efficient tool for achieving integrated medical care and disease prevention, as well as collaborative management between doctors and patients, through functions such as information registration and management, risk assessment, chronic disease screening, patient evaluation, and categorized follow-up. It delivers comprehensive, precise, and high-quality health management services for various chronic diseases, effectively promoting the implementation of comprehensive chronic disease prevention and control strategies and the transformative development of chronic disease health management services. However, the system currently requires the inclusion of a broader range of chronic diseases and the enhancement of interactive integration between clinic-based doctor follow-ups and home-based self-management. Future improvements may include the integration of additional disease types and the fusion of complex interaction scenarios to continuously adapt to the new situations and challenges in chronic disease prevention and control.

With the continuous advancement in socioeconomic development and transportation infrastructure, the daily traffic volume on highways has been steadily increasing, resulting in the growing frequency of traffic congestion incidents. Thus, the accurate prediction of highway traffic flow is of great significance for implementing traffic congestion warnings, guiding traffic diversion, and developing the concept of intelligent highways. Traffic flow exhibits intricate spatial and temporal dependencies: in the spatial dimension, the relationships between various traffic nodes are not fixed, changing dynamically over time; in the temporal dimension, multiple temporal patterns of traffic flow sequences are entangled with each other. In addition, an efficient method for fusing spatiotemporal relationships is lacking, making the accurate prediction of traffic flow a challenging endeavor. In this regard, a methodology for forecasting highway traffic flow is proposed based on dynamic graph convolutional networks and spatiotemporal feature extraction modules. Given the challenge posed by the static nature of predefined graph structures in capturing dynamic spatial relationships among traffic nodes, a dynamic graph adjustment module is introduced. Initially, the spatial features of each traffic node are extracted. Subsequently, utilizing these extracted spatial features, spatial similarity scores between traffic nodes are computed. Based on these scores, a traffic network graph structure is adapted: connections between nodes with high similarity scores, previously unlinked, are established with a certain probability, while connections between nodes with low similarity scores, previously linked, are severed with a certain probability. Furthermore, by employing the spatiotemporal feature extraction module and leveraging the updated graph structure, spatial relationships are extracted through graph convolution. This is complemented by integrating a patch concept from temporal processing methodologies. Herein, a one-dimensional traffic flow sequence is decomposed and transformed into two-dimensional data. Through convolutional operations, temporal features within and between periods are simultaneously extracted before reverting the data back to its original dimensionality. This comprehensive approach enables the modeling of spatiotemporal dependencies within the traffic flow data. To validate the effectiveness of the proposed model, experiments were conducted on four highway traffic datasets, contrasting its performance with baseline models. The proposed model achieved the mean absolute error (MAE) values of 15.6, 19.7, 16.8, and 5.21 on the PeMS03, PeMS04, PeMS08, and Fuzhou Jingtai highway datasets, respectively. These results show that the proposed method reaches an advanced level in traffic flow forecasting. Lastly, to assess the efficacy of individual model components, ablative experiments were conducted, and their results were compared. These experiments validate the effectiveness of each component, thereby affirming the efficacy of the proposed model in highway traffic flow forecasting.

How to achieve intelligent, safe and efficient mining of rockburst coal seams is a major engineering and technical challenge facing deep coal mining. The core connotation of this issue lies in the intelligent, unmanned, and inherently safe mining of coal seams with rockburst. Through accurate perception and intelligent early warning of coal and rock burst risks, as well as self-adaptation and self-optimization of mining engineering, intelligent anti-burst and mining control technologies are formed to achieve a fundamental shift from engineering-induced disasters to engineering-prevented and mitigated disasters. By implementing measures such as mining source design, roof area fracturing, localized targeted management, and strengthening roadway support, a low-stress environment and safe roadway space are created for the safe and efficient mining of coal seams with rock burst. On this basis, a big data analysis software platform that integrates static geological, dynamic monitoring, working conditions, personnel positioning, production organization, historical data and other information, as well as an intelligent mining control system that integrates impact pressure decision-making information, has been developed. The anti-impact information source has been transformed into an intelligent mining control source, forming a new flexible intelligent mining model of "low pressure fast pushing, medium pressure slow mining, and high pressure production stop". Field application shows that in the intelligent anti-impact and control mining area, the degree of mine pressure in working face and roadway is smaller,, and the energy release of coal and rock is more stable, which is conducive to the reasonable release of impact mine production capacity.

Tunnel Boring Machines (TBMs) have been successfully applied in the excavation of deep shaft roadways in coal mines, yielding substantial socio-economic benefits. However, technical bottlenecks remain that hinder their further promotion and application. In response to the challenge of current support structures and techniques failing to simultaneously meet the requirements of support efficiency, strength, and construction costs, which impedes the full utilization of TBM speed advantages, a research team has developed a novel steel pipe segment assembly support structure. Large-scale model tests of the new prefabricated support structure were conducted to ascertain the deformation and failure patterns under loaded conditions, and the support structure was optimized based on the test results. Numerical simulations were performed to evaluate the reliability of the new support structure under TBM tunneling conditions. Industrial trials were subsequently conducted to field-test the feasibility of the new steel pipe segment support structure for TBM-excavated roadways in coal mines. The test results indicate that the maximum tensile strain of the surrounding rock is 803 με, and the deformation of the steel pipe support structure is less than 1 mm. The new support structure can be installed quickly, with the installation of one ring of segments (1.5 m) completed within 90 minutes, significantly enhancing the support strength in TBM-excavated roadways and the adaptability to strata conditions. This research provides a technical reference for further increasing the tunneling speed of coal mine roadways and ensuring the continuity of coal mining operations.

Blue sky often represents better air quality and lower air pollution. Using satellite aerosol optical depth (AOD) data of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei Province from 2000 to 2023, combined with the blue-sky data observed at noon time in 2023, a blue-sky grade index is established based on satellite AOD, in which the monitoring index of blue-sky grade is the AOD at 550 nm less than 0.36, and that of deep blue-sky grade is the AOD at 550 nm less than 0.2.Spatial and temporal characteristics of blue-sky grade days in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region from 2000 to 2023 are investigated. Results show that the multi-year average blue-sky days in Beijing, Tianjin, and Hebei are 144.2 d·a-1, 96.3 d·a-1, and 119.6 d·a-1, respectively, with the highest number of blue-sky days for Beijing, followed by Hebei and the lowest number is recorded in Tianjin. In terms of spatial distribution, the northern part of Hebei has the highest annual average of blue-sky days, while the southern part of Hebei has the lowest number of blue-sky days. The number of blue-sky days in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei exhibits noticeable seasonal changes, with the highest number of blue-sky days in winter and autumn, followed by spring, and the lowest in summer.From 2001 to 2023, the average annual number of clear-sky days in Beijing, Tianjin, and Hebei takes on an increasing trend, with an increase of 18.1 d, 22.3 d and 16.3 d per decade, respectively. There is no significant trend change from 2001 to 2013. However, the annual average blue-sky days in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei from 2013 to 2023 all show increasing trends, with increments of 26.9 d, 46.5 d, and 36.4 d per decade, respectively. The annual average blue-sky days and deep blue-sky days in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei from 2013 to 2023 are higher than those in 2001-2013, with the annual average blue-sky days in Beijing, Tianjin, and Hebei of 153.5 d, 107.5 d, and 128.5 d, respectively, which are 17.5 d, 21.8 d, and 16.9 d higher than those in 2001-2013. It may be largely due to the implementation of regional air pollution prevention and control measures, which have led to a reduction in atmospheric particulate matter concentration since 2013.

BackgroundOral exposure to metals/metalloid elements in drinking water may be harmful to human health.ObjectiveTo assess potential health risks of oral exposure to 9 metals/metalloids in drinking water in Zibo City of Shandong Province from 2019 to 2023, and provide reference for the development of local drinking water management policies.MethodFrom 2019 to 2023, a total of 1178 drinking water samples were collected from 261 rural water monitoring sites and 14 urban water monitoring sites in 8 districts and counties of Zibo City. The US Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) four-step health assessment model was used to evaluate the health risks of oral exposure to 9 metals/metalloids in drinking water for adults.ResultsA total of 1178 water samples were collected, including 561 urban water samples and 617 rural water samples; 769 samples of tap water and 409 samples of finished water; 634 samples collected in wet season and 544 in dry season. The median carcinogenic risk (CR) of arsenic exposure in drinking water for adults was 3.53×10−5, and the median hazard quotient (HQ) was 7.85×10−2. The HQs of arsenic and zinc showed an upward trend in recent years, while the HQ of aluminum showed a downward trend. The stratified analysis results showed that there was no statistically significant difference in the CR of arsenic between males and females or between urban water and rural water. BackgroundHeavy metals may play an important role in environmental risk factors associated disorders of activities of daily living (ADL) in older adults. ObjectiveTo investigate the associations between plasma levels of six heavy metals (zinc, arsenic, cadmium, lead, manganese, and copper) and ADL disorders in older adults. MethodsA cross-sectional survey was conducted from 2018 to 2019 among 1412 rural elderly people in Gongcheng Yao Autonomous County, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. The plasma metal concentrations were detected by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS), and subsequently classified into three groups (T1-T3) based on tertiles, with the T1 group as the reference. The samples were assessed for ADL disorders using the ADL scale. Logistic regression and restricted cubic spline model (RCS) were used to estimate the odds ratio (OR) and 95% confidence interval (CI) to assess the associations between heavy metals and the prevalence of reporting ADL disorders. ResultsThe mean age of the study population was (68.52 ± 5.92) years, 825 (58.4%) female and 587 (41.6%) male. Of these, 372 (26.34%) subjects reported ADL disorders, and most of them were female (74.30%). The results of logistic regression showed that the participants in the cadmium T2 group (0.15-0.25 µg·L−1) had a higher risk of ADL disorders compared to the T1 group (≤0.15 μg·L−1) (OR=1.552, 95%CI: 1.086, 2.134). After stratification by sex, the relative risk of ADL disorders was lower in the plasma copper T3 group (>1019.58 µg·L−1) compared to the T1 group (≤868.12 μg·L−1) in men (OR=0.481, 95%CI: 0.232, 0.998). The relative risk of ADL disorders was higher in the plasma cadmium T2 group (0.15-0.25 µg·L−1) compared to the T1 group (≤0.15 μg·L−1) in women (OR=1.758, 95%CI: 1.182, 2.616). Objective·To analyze the clinicopathologic characteristics of patients with kidney-involved diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), including clinical characteristics, pathological characteristics, gene mutation profiles, and prognostic factors.Methods·One hundred and forty-nine patients with kidney-involved DLBCL, admitted to Ruijin Hospital, Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine from July 2005 to November 2021, were retrospectively analyzed for their clinicopathological data, survival and prognostic factors, which included therapeutic methods, clinical outcomes, staging, etc. Gene mutation profiles were evaluated by targeted sequencing of 54 lymphoma-related genes. Prognostic factors were also analyzed based on the information mentioned above.Results·A total of 149 kidney-involved DLBCL cases were included, of which 89 patients (58.4%) were aged over sixty, 121 patients (81.2%) were staged Ann Arbor Ⅲ‒Ⅳ, 27 patients (18.1%) had an Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) performance status of two or more, 121 patients (81.2%) had elevated serum lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) level, 111 patients (74.5%) had extranodal invasion in at least two organs and 131 patients (87.9%) scored over 2 points on the international prognosis index (IPI). The estimated 5-year overall survival (OS) rate and progression-free survival (PFS) rate of kidney-involved DLBCL patients were 52.2% and 50.4% respectively. Univariate analysis revealed that elevated serum LDH levels were an adverse prognostic factor for both OS (P=0.048) and PFS (P=0.033). In pathological characteristics, 145 patients (97.3%) belonged to DLBCL, not otherwise specified (NOS) and 39 patients (26.3%) belonged to germinal center B-cell (GCB) according to Hans classification. Among 144 patients who could be evaluated for clinical outcomes, 87 patients (60.4%) got complete response (CR). Targeted sequencing data from 75 kidney-involved DLBCL patients showed high mutation frequency in PIM1 (n=23, 31%), MYD88 (n=22, 29%), CD79B (n=21, 28%) and KMT2D (n=18, 24%), with CD79B mutation indentified as an adverse prognostic factor for OS in patients with kidney-involved DLBCL (P=0.034).Conclusion·Elevated serum LDH level is an adverse prognostic factor in patients with kidney-involved DLBCL. The prognosis of patients with CD79B mutations is poor.

Objective·To investigate the effects of multiple sevoflurane exposures on the proliferation and differentiation of primary oligodendrocytes.Methods·Oligodendrocyte precursor cells (OPCs) were extracted from the cortex of rats on the day of birth and cultured in vitro. The cells were divided into control and sevoflurane groups. To simulate the clinical situation of sevoflurane exposure, cells in the sevoflurane group were exposed to 3% sevoflurane for 3 consecutive days, 2 h for each time. After the OPCs were differentiated and matured, immunofluorescence staining and Western blotting were used to detect the expression of myelin basic protein (MBP) and the myelin-associated glycoprotein (MAG). Cell proliferation assays (BrdU and Ki67) and a cell viability assay (CCK8) were used to detect the effects of sevoflurane on the proliferation ability of OPCs and the survival rate of oligodendrocytes. Western blotting was used to detect the protein content of caspase-3. Lentiviral transfection technology was used to overexpress YTH N6-methyladenosine RNA binding protein F1 (YTHDF1) in OPCs, and then CCK8 was used to detect cell proliferation and survival.Results·Immunofluorescence results showed that multiple sevoflurane exposures led to a decrease in the number of primary oligodendrocytes expressing mature myelin surface markers (MBP, MAG); Western blotting results showed that these exposures led to upregulation of caspase-3 expression in primary OPCs; CCK8 results showed that the survival rate of primary OPCs decreased with the increase in the number of sevoflurane treatments; however, BrdU and Ki67 staining results showed that the proliferation ability of primary OPCs was enhanced after sevoflurane exposure. The micro/nano-structured graphitic carbon nitride has been widely used in photocatalytic splitting water to hydrogen/oxygen， photocatalytic degradation of organic pollutants， photocatalytic organic synthesis， sensors and biomedicine， and has become one of the non-metallic polymer semiconductor photocatalysts hot issues. The latest progress in the synthesis of micro/nano-structured g-C3N4， including microwave heating， molten salt， template， exfoliation and supramolecular self-assembly method， was summarized. In particular， the advantages of supramolecular self-assembly technology in the regulation and preparation efficiency of micro/nano-structured g-C3N4 was reviewed. Furthermore， the effect of raw material system and technological process on the morphology and structure of g-C3N4 by supramolecular self-assembly technology was discussed. Finally， the practical challenges relevant to fine control and directional design of g-C3N4 micro/nano-structure by supramolecular self-assembly technology were summarized. The future directions of the technique， such as the interdisciplinary research among different synthesis methods， the combination with molecular dynamics simulations， and the establishment of abundant raw material system and process parameter database，are prospected.
