BackgroundPatients with post-stroke hemiplegia are likely to experience fatigue and sleep disorder. Attention and interpretation therapy （AIT） has been shown to promote psychological flexibility， thereby alleviating their stress， improving emotional management and somatopsychic adaptation. Currently， there is a lack of application of AIT in patients with post-stroke hemiplegia.ObjectiveTo explore the effect of modified AIT on fatigue and sleep quality in patients with post-stroke hemiplegia， so as to provide references for physical and mental rehabilitation nursing of post-stroke hemiplegia patients.MethodsA total of 120 patients with post-stroke hemiplegia attending the rehabilitation medicine department of North China University of Science and Technology Affiliated Hospital from August 1， 2021 to June 30， 2022 and fulfilling the Chinese guidelines for diagnosis and treatment of acute ischemic stroke 2018 and the Chinese guidelines for diagnosis and treatment of acute intracerebral hemorrhage 2019 were enrolled. Patients were assigned into two groups using random number table methods， each with 60 cases. Control group was given chronic illness trajectory model-based nursing， while study group received modified AIT intervention. All participants were evaluated using the Chinese version of Neurological Fatigue Index for Stroke （NFI-Stroke） and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index （PSQI） at the baseline， after 4 weeks and 8 weeks of intervention.ResultsThe repeated measures ANOVA on PSQI total score and scores on sleep quality， sleep time， sleep duration， sleep efficiency， sleep disturbance and daytime dysfunction revealed a significant group effect， time effect and interaction effect （Fgroup=4.281， 5.598， 8.814， 4.351， 4.302， 4.091， 7.608， Ftime=122.230， 19.698， 19.289， 16.403， 15.421， 28.879， 90.876， Finteraction=19.508， 3.227， 11.586， 5.237， 5.507， 5.799， 3.338， P

To tackle the defects of self-supervised learning anomaly detection methods for wireless sensor network (WSN) need to address the problems of single negative sample types and lack of diversity, as well as insufficient extraction of spatiotemporal features from multimodal data of wireless sensor network nodes. To address these challenges, a wireless sensor network anomaly node detection method that combines contrastive learning and reconstruction mechanisms was proposed. Firstly, this method provided sufficient positive and negative example information representation for the reconstruction model by using contrastive learning methods, and combined with generative adversarial network (GAN) to generate negative examples with diverse characteristics. Secondly, a dual layer spatiotemporal feature extraction module based on multi-head attention and graph neural network was designed. Through a series of comparative experiments on actual public datasets and their experimental results, it is shown that the method designed has better accuracy and recall compared to traditional anomaly detection methods and recent graph neural network methods.

【Objective】 Irrigation is the largest water consumer in many regions. Understanding its variation and the underlying determinants is important for improving water management. Taking Jiangxi province as an example, we analyze the variation in its irrigation water usage, as well as the factors that influence the changes. 【Method】 Based on the information entropy and the balance in water utilization across the province, the logarithmic mean divisia index (LMDI) decomposition method was used to identify the meteorological factors that affect and contribute to irrigation water usage. 【Result】 The change in agricultural irrigation water consumption in the province is affected mainly by net irrigation water consumption per acre land, effective utilization coefficient of irrigation water, and effective irrigation areas, and actual irrigation ratio. The impact of irrigation water use efficiency negatively affected the change in irrigation water usage, while the impact of other factors varied with other conditions. Correlation analysis showed that the net irrigation water consumption per acre land and its contribution to irrigation water usage are affected mainly by rainfall. Excluding weather-related factors, the change in irrigation water consumption in the province was negative, indicating that the management of irrigation engineering projects has been improved. The increased irrigation water utilization efficiency is the main reason behind the decreased agricultural irrigation water consumption. Five cities in the province, including Shangrao, Fuzhou, Yichun, Jian, and Ganzhou, still have room for implementing water-saving irrigation. 【Conclusion】 Given the potential growth in the ratio of the effective irrigation areas to actual irrigation areas, the province should take measures by, for example, developing water-saving projects in large and medium-sized irrigation areas and optimizing water resource allocation, to improve effective irrigation water utilization coefficient and alleviate water pressure.

Swiftly and accurately analyze non-stationary disturbance signals within the power grid， a location and detection method for transient power quality disturbance that combines singular value decomposition （SVD） and improved local mean decomposition （ILMD） is proposed. First， noise information is processed by using ILMD and a fuzzy membership function threshold to mitigate noise interference. Then， a difference signal is formulated， and a sliding window SVD is employed to amplify the disturbance features while further suppressing noise interference. In conclusion， an adaptive threshold truncation-based approach for localizing and detecting transient power quality disturbances is proposed， utilizing the feature-enhanced signal. Simulation analysis and algorithm comparisons confirm that the proposed method exhibits precise location， robust resistance to noise， and low computational complexity. Moreover， it demonstrates excellent performance in detecting zero-crossing and minor disturbances.

BackgroundSchizophrenic patients have metabolic disorders， impaired language and information processing function. Inflammatory factors may play an important role in the occurrence and development of schizophrenia.ObjectiveTo explore the relationship of the inflammatory factor levels with metabolic levels， language fluency and information processing function in patients with schizophrenia， so as to provide references for clinical understanding of the neuropathological mechanisms of schizophrenia.MethodsA total of 96 patients with schizophrenia were included in the study group， who were hospitalized in the Fourth People's Hospital of Hefei from January 2021 to December 2022 as well as met the diagnostic criteria of Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders， fifth edition （DSM-5） and Mini-International Neuropsychiatric Interview （MINI） 6.0 .Meanwhile， population who underwent physical examination at the same hospital were included in the control group （n=42）. A high-sensitivity multi factor electrochemiluminescence analyzer was used to detect the levels of inflammatory factors IL-4， IL-5， IL-7， IL-8， IL-10 and IL-13. A fully automated biochemical analyzer was used to detect the levels of metabolic indicators such as fasting blood glucose， triglycerides， high-density lipoprotein， apolipoprotein A， creatinine and urea nitrogen. Objective: To study the hypoglycemic effect and mechanism of guar gum manno-oligosaccharides (GMOS) on streptozotocin-induced diabetic mice. Methods: GMOS was administered to diabetic mice for 6 weeks, and the changes in body mass and insulin resistance were monitored. Furthermore, indicators of glucose and lipid metabolism such as glucose (GLU), insulin (INS), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) were determined. Hepatic histopathological changes were observed, and the expression of proteins involved in the adenosine monophosphate-activated protein kinase (AMPK)/peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor γ coactivator 1α (PGC-1α) signaling pathway and the activity of antioxidant enzymes in the liver were detected. Results: GMOS effectively relieved the body mass loss of diabetic mice, significantly alleviated glucose tolerance (30.3%) and enhanced insulin sensitivity (34.6%). Compared with the model group, GMOS decreased the levels of GLU, glycosylated serum protein (GSP) and LDL-C by 38.6%, 29.5%, and 27.3%, respectively, and increased the levels of insulin and HDL-C significantly. Moreover, GMOS reduced oxidative damage, activated the AMPK/PGC-1α signaling pathway, and improved the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and catalase (CAT) in the liver. Conclusion: GMOS could reduce blood glucose and mitigate glucose and lipid metabolism disorder and oxidative stress caused by diabetes mellitus, indicating its potential as a functional food ingredient against diabetes.

As the main bearing structure of the reservoir in the goaf of the mine, the damage instability mechanism under the influence of multi-field coupling of water immersion directly restricts the long-term safe and stable operation of the reservoir in the goaf. In this paper, nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR)was used to study the T2 spectrum, pore throat, porosity change and nuclear magnetic image evolution of coal samples under different times of cyclic immersion under'unilateral' immersion conditions. With the increase of cyclic immersion times, the number of pores, pore throat ratio and porosity of coal samples maintained an increasing trend, which increased by 67.18%, 3.48% and 3.49% respectively. The nuclear magnetic resonance imaging further obtained the permeability and pore change law of water molecules in different times of unilateral cyclic immersion of coal samples: the water molecules in unilateral cyclic immersion of coal samples gradually flow from the immersion side to the internal of coal samples, and finally expand to the whole coal samples, further resulting in an increase in porosity. With the increase of cyclic soaking times, the uniaxial compressive strength and residual strength of coal samples decreased gradually. The average peak strength of coal samples decreased from 15.74 MPa to 11.76 MPa, 9.65 MPa and 8.41 MPa, respectively. The average uniaxial compressive strength of coal samples decreased by 46.56% compared with that of initial coal samples. The average residual strength decreased from 5.55 MPa to 3.08, 2.44 and 0 MPa, respectively. Long-term cyclic immersion has a significant softening effect on coal samples. Based on the experimental results, the evolution law of internal pores and the morphological characteristics of uniaxial compression failure of coal samples under the increasing number of unilateral cyclic immersion were analyzed, and the mechanism of water immersion damage and failure of coal samples was revealed. The experimental results provide a scientific basis for the stability control of reservoir spatial structure in goaf.

As common components in power plant piping, ensuring the safe operation of tee tube is of great significance for the actual production of power plants.In this study, computational fluid dynamics simulations and the Sanchez-Caldera model were employed to investigate the effects of different inlet flow velocities on the flow-accelerated corrosion rates of T-type tee diversion tubes and T-type tee confluence tubes,considering the actual operating conditions of power plants.The results indicated that, under the same inlet flow velocity, the flow-accelerated corrosion was more severe in T-type tee diversion tubes.The maximum flow-accelerated corrosion rates rate in T-type tee diversion tubes occurred at the 0.5D position from the branch outlet,while in T-type tee confluence tubes,the maximum flow-accelerated corrosion rates rate was located at the sidewall downstream of the main pipe intersection at the 1D position.Additionally,it was found that the inlet flow velocity did not affect the sensitive locations of flow-accelerated corrosion rates.The findings of this study provided significant guidance for the design and operation of power plant piping systems.

ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical manifestations, molecular genetics and gonadal pathology characteristics of patients with disorders of sex development (DSD), and to summarize the clinical experience of identifying rare diseases from common symptoms.MethodsThe clinical data of 416 patients with DSD diagnosed and treated in the multidisciplinary center of DSD of Guangzhou Women and Children′s Medical Center from May 2018 to August 2023 were retrospectively analyzed, summarized and discussed.ResultsAccording to chromosome karyotype, 416 cases of DSD were classified into three types: 92 cases(22.1%) of abnormal sex chromosome karyotype, 285 cases(68.5%) of 46, XY karyotype and 39 cases(9.4%) of 46, XX karyotype. Among the 92 patients with abnormal sex chromosome karyotype, 59 cases were raised as males, 18 cases (30.5%) complained of short penis with hypospadias and cryptorchidism. The most common karyotype was 45, X/46, XY(58 cases, 63.0%).Among the 285 patients with 46, XY karyotype, 238 cases were raised as males, and 63 cases(26.5%)complained of short penis and hypospadias; 47 cases were raised as females, and 13 cases(27.7%) complained of inguinal mass. A total of 216 patients with 46, XY karyotype were subjected to whole exome gene detection, and 155 cases(71.8%) were found to have molecular pathogenesis with the clinical phenotype. Among the 39 patients with 46, XX karyotype, 19 cases were raised as males, and 8 cases(42.1%) complained of short penis and hypospadias. In the 18 cases of gonad biopsy, 17 cases showed testicular tissue in gonads. Whole exome sequencing was performed in 14 cases. NR5A1 gene heterozygous mutation, SRY gene mutation and SOX3 gene mutation were found in 2 cases, respectively(14.3%). Twenty cases were raised as females, and 14 cases(70.0%) complained of clitoral hypertrophy. Gonad biopsy was performed in 8 cases, with 7 cases of ovotestis(87.5%) and 1 case of NR5A1 gene heterozygous mutation(14.3%).ConclusionsThe etiologies of DSD are complex and diverse, and the clinical manifestations are various, which can be manifested as hypospadias, micropenis, cryptorchidism and other common symptoms of the urinary system. Different etiologies have different treatment options. Therefore, chromosome karyotype, molecular genetic testing and gonadal pathology can be used to clarify the cause of disease, especially for rare diseases, improve the detection rate, reduce the rate of missed diagnosis, and ensure reasonable treatment, especially sex selection.

Objective To analyze the clinical prognosis of high - grade aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage (aSAH) patients with different amounts of hematoma. Methods A total of 211 patients with high - grade aSAH hospitalized in Norhern Jiangsu People's Hospital from September 2013 to December 2020 were included. According to the intracerebral hematoma volume, they were divided into non - hematoma group (n = 105), hematoma volume < 50 ml group (n = 69) and hematoma volume ≥ 50 ml group (n = 37). All of them underwent aneurysm clipping or embolization. The modified Rankin Scale (mRS) was used to evaluate the clinical prognosis 6 months after surgery. Results Among 211 cases, 139 (65.87%) underwent aneurysm clipping and 72 (34.12%) underwent aneurysm embolization. Except for 3 patients who failed to successfully clamp and underwent decompression with bone flap due to intraoperative malignant encephaloceles, the remaining 208 patients were successfully clipped, and no aneurysms ruptured and bled again after surgery. There were 58 patients (27.49%) with good prognosis, 59 patients (27.96%) with poor prognosis, and 94 patients (44.55%) with death. The difference in neurological function prognosis among the 3 groups was statistically significant (χ2 = 7.424, P = 0.024). Among them, the mortality rate in hematoma volume ≥ 50 ml group was higher than that in non-hematoma group (Z = - 2.655, P = 0.008). The incidence of complication was 95.73% (202/211) in all patients, including 95.24% (100/105) in non - hematoma group, 95.65% (66/69) in hematoma volume < 50 ml group, and 97.30% (36/37) in hematoma volume ≥ 50 ml group. The difference in complication among the 3 groups was not statistically significant (χ2 = 0.284, P = 0.867). Conclusions The prognosis of high - grade aSAH patients with intracerebral hematoma is poorer, especially in high-grade aSAH patients with hematoma volume ≥ 50 ml, and have a higher mortality rate.

Objective To explore the sensitizing effect of manganese for radiotherapy against tumors and its possible mechanisms. Methods A total of 300 male C57BL/6 mice (6~8 weeks old, weighing 20~23 g) with subcutaneous tumor were randomly divided into 4 groups: control group, radiotherapy group, manganese treatment group, and combined radiotherapy and manganese treatment group. Nasal drip with 10 μg manganese adjuvant was applied to the mice from the latter 2 groups on day 9 of tumor bearing, then single dose of 20 Gy radiation was locally administered on day 10. Tumor growth and mouse survival were monitored regularly. The sensitizing effect of manganese on radiotherapy was determined by monitoring and comparing the tumor growth among different unilateral mouse models. Bilateral tumor-bearing model was used to examine the effect of manganese on abscopal effects induced by radiotherapy. Flow cytometry was used to illustrate the changes in tumor-infiltrating immune cells in unilateral tumor bearing model. Immunohistochemical staining was employed to evaluate the spleen function in unilateral tumor bearing mice. Results Based on repeated validation of 3 different unilateral tumor-bearing models, radiotherapy combined with manganese therapy significantly inhibited tumor growth and prolonged survival of mice (P < 0.05). The results of bilateral tumor-bearing model showed that manganese therapy enhanced abscopal effects of radiotherapy, and significant regression was observed in both side of tumor under radiotherapy or not (P < 0.05). Flow cytometry revealed that manganese further increased radiation-induced CD8+T infiltration (P < 0.05) and decreased radiation-induced infiltration of Treg cells and myeloid-derived suppressor cells (MDSCs) (P < 0.05). Furthermore, manganese increased lymphocyte reserve pool of the spleen and improved its function. Conclusion Manganese adjuvant could act as a sensitizing agent for radiotherapy, by improving the function of spleen and reprogramming the tumor microenvironment synergistically.

ObjectiveTo investigate and analyse a foodborne disease outbreak caused by food contaminated with Salmonella typhimurium at a rural home-hosted banquet， and to provide a basis for the management of similar incidents in the future.MethodsData analysis on the outbreak of foodborne diseases caused by Salmonella typhimurium at a rural self-run banquet in Yaodu District， Linfen City， Shanxi Province in April 2019.ResultsA total of 41 cases were searched and the incidence rate was 14.64% （41/280）. The main clinical manifestations were abdominal pain （95.12%）， diarrhea （92.68%）， nausea （34.15%） and dizziness （31.71%）. The epidemic curve showed point source exposure， case-control and single-factor analysis showed that cold pork head meat （OR=3.85，95% CI：1.52-9.75） was suspected food. Salmonella typhimurium was detected in the stool sample of the three patients， which was consistent with the clinical symptoms and incubation period of the patients.ConclusionThis was an outbreak of foodborne illness caused by the consumption of pork head meat contaminated with Salmonella typhimurium.

With the rapid development of space-terrestrial integrated communication technologies, the satellite and terrestrial cellular communication industry ecosystems are gradually converging to meet the needs of ubiquitous broadband communication. In order to achieve efficient collaboration between satellite and terrestrial networks in terms of coverage, resources and scheduling, and improve the overall network performance, satellite-terrestrial collaborative networking will be an important direction of space-terrestrial integrated network in the future. Aiming at the goal and vision of space-terrestrial integrated network, the development status and technical challenges of space-terrestrial integrated network were explained, and the satellite-terrestrial integrated network architecture and technical system based on satellite-terrestrial collaborative deployment were proposed innovatively. The key technical schemes of satellite-terrestrial network collaboration at beam-level, service-level and planning-level were analyzed deeply, which provided guidance for the following research on satellite-terrestrial network collaboration technology.

Objective As construction error of the rigid catenary at 160km /h train speed affects the dynamic performance of the pantograph catenary, the technical parameters that meet the condition for the pantograph and rigid catenary system at 160 km/h are designed based on the on-site measurement data and the simulation analysis of rigid pantograph catenary system. Method Firstly, the guiding height (vertical distance from catenary to rail surface) parameters of Guangzhou Metro Sanbei Line are measured, and the probability distribution of guiding height is analyzed. It is concluded that the guiding height distribution is basically consistent with the static height distribution of the fixed points, both following the normal distribution. Then, in consideration of the construction error of the guiding height, the DSA250 pantograph is selected and the dynamic simulation model of the pantograph is established according to TB/T 3271. Finally, the dynamic performance of the pantograph catenary under different construction errors is simulated and analyzed, and the technical parameters of the pantograph catenary system meeting 160 km/h requirements are designed. Result & Conclusion The construction error of rigid suspension device guiding height follows the probability distribution model of normal distribution. The standard deviation of the contact force with construction error is 2 to 3 times that without construction error, indicating that the construction error of the guiding height has significant influence on the dynamic coupling performance of the pantograph catenary. For the construction error of rigid suspension device guiding height, the height of 6 fixed points at the anchor segment joints strictly follows the normal distribution with the mean being the nominal height of the overhead line and the standard deviation being 2 mm, and the height of other fixed points strictly follows the normal distribution with the mean being the nominal height of the overhead line and the standard deviation being 3 mm.

As the core unit of backfill mining method, the strength of backfill is an important indicator to ensure safe mining. Na-based bentonite features a high methylene blue adsorption capacity and green compressive strength, making it a high-quality additive for preparing filling materials. However, there are few studies probing into the relationship between the dosage and the strength of the filling materials. This paper analyzes the changes in shear wave velocity, dominant frequency amplitude, amplitude attenuation coefficient, and waveform fractal dimension of filling materials with different Na-based bentonite dosages at different ages through ultrasonic testing technology and uniaxial compression tests. Combined with sensitivity analysis, we selected the most sensitive acoustic parameters to changes in compressive strength. Furthermore, this study establishes a strength prediction model for backfill with different Na-bentonite contents and combining significance testing and comparative analysis. The research findings can serve as a valuable reference for theoretical research and engineering applications related to predicting the uniaxial compressive strength of backfill materials.

Objective To report and analyze the clinical features of the first documented case in China of anti-neurofilament heavy chain (NfH) antibody-associated encephalitis. Methods and Results A 63-year-old female presented with cognitive impairment, recurrent epileptic episodes, and aphasia. Head MRI showed multiple abnormal signals in bilateral frontal and parietal lobes, and slight swelling in some gyri, dilatation of the supratentorial ventricular system and brain atrophy, especially in bilateral temporal lobes and hippocampus. 18F-DPA714 PET/MRI showed abnormal uptake in multiple brain regions in the frontal, temporal, parietal and occipital lobes, suggesting neuroinflammation in the brain. EEG showed frequent epileptiform discharges. Cerebrospinal fluid white cell count and glucose were elevated. Serum and cerebrospinal fluid antibodies related to autoimmune encephalitis were negative. Serum tissue-based indirect immunofluorescence assay showed cerebellar neurofilament-like fluorescence surrounding Purkinje cells, further detection of neurofilament protein-related antibodies, it suggested high titer of serum NfH-IgG (1∶1000). The patient was diagnosed with anti-NfH antibody-associated encephalitis. After treatment with intravenous immunoglobulin and methylprednisolone, the prognosis was improved. Conclusions Anti-NfH antibody - associated encephalitis is a rare and clinically complex condition. The myriad of symptoms complicates early diagnosis and differential identification. Early initiation of immunomodulatory therapy may offer prognostic advantages.

Objective Widely distributed active faults are natural carriers that produce surface-rupture events; multidisciplinary observations have revealed that geometric changes in active faults significantly influence surface-rupture development. However, previous studies on the interaction between the geometric characteristics of active faults and the underlying rock geology have been relatively limited and only confined to observing high-temperature and high-pressure experiments. Methods With the development of high-resolution geographic technology and quantitative research methods for active faults, it is now possible to finely characterize the geometric structure of large-scale faults and recognize multiparameter displaced landform characteristics. In this study, we utilized high-resolution topographic data (0.5 m) from the Fodongmiao-Hongyazi Frontal thrust (FFT) on the northeastern margin of the Tibetan Plateau, spanning approximately 120 km in length to identify and compare the parameters and characteristics of the faulted landform with the underlying bedrock geology. Result The research results indicate that the geometric characteristics of the fault are segmented and synchronized with the geological background of the bedrock. The shallow geometric structures of the eastern and western sections of the FFT are relatively simple and continuous, and the changes in parameters such as the strike, roughness, and deformation zone width of the fault are relatively small. The fault's geometric structure was rougher in the middle section of the fault, where Silurian granite is located, and the shallow deformation zone was broader than that in the eastern and western segments. The step-width distribution also varied more drastically along the fault. Conclusion This study revealed a significant correspondence between faulted landform parameter changes, the boundary of fault segments, and zones of vertical separation attenuation. Additionally, this study suggests that bedrock geology may exert substantial control over the shallow structural deformation of thrust faults. Significance The potential impact of the underlying geology should be considered for thrust faults and when analyzing seismic hazards related to active faults.

This paper analyzes the characteristics of the trajectory tracking control problem of the manipulator and establishes a two-degree-of-freedom manipulator dynamic model. In order to solve the problem that generalized predictive control(GPC) algorithm is difficult to apply to nonlinear systems, a feedback linearization-based generalized predictive control(FL-GPC) algorithm framework is designed. The bottom layer of the algorithm is the linear system predictive control and the non-linear term is replaced by the estimated value. The upper level is iteratively revised estimates and the non-linear term is estimated using the iterative calculation method. Finally, the FL-GPC algorithm is used to simulate the static and dynamic trajectory tracking tasks of a two-degree-of-freedom manipulator. Simulation results show that the algorithm can perform effective manipulator trajectory tracking control.

Graphite is an inorganic nonmetallic material widely used in China, and it also plays an important role in chemical industry, electrical industry, national defense and high-tech fields. Graphite mining will produce a large number of tailings, it not only occupies a lot of land but also causes serious pollution to the ecological environment. By consulting a large number of documents, the current research status of graphite tailings resource utilization is summarized in this paper, and the problem of massive accumulation of graphite tailings is discussed, and some suggestions are put forward to help its resource utilization.

Objective To investigate the mechanism and protective effect of Humanin (HN) on rotenone (Rot)-induced toxic damage for dopamine neurons. Methods The Rot-poisened PC12 cell model was constructed, and the control group, the Rot poisening group, the HN pretreated Rot poisening group, and the HN treatment group were set up. ELISA was used to detect the content of HN inside and outside of Rot-infected cells, CCK-8 assay was used to detect cell viability, and ATP detection kit was used to detect the intracellular ATP content. Dichloro-dihydro-fluorescein diacetate (DCFH-DA) assay was used to detect the level of reactive oxygen species (ROS) in cells. Western blotting was performed to detect the expression level of mitochondrial autophagy regulatory proteins Pink1, Parkin, p62, LC3, mitochondrial biogenesis regulatory protein PGC1α, division/fusion regulatory proteins OPA1, MFN2, DRP1, p-DRP1 and antioxidant stress regulatory proteins Keap1 and Nrf2. HBAD-mcherry-EGFP-LC3 adenovirus transfected cells was used to observed the number of autophagosomes and autophagolysosomes. Results The results showed that the intracellular concentration of HN in PC12 in the Rot poisening group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05);Compared with the control group, the Rot poisening group had significantly decreased activity of PC12 cells, decreased ATP content and increased production of ROS. After the poisen of Rot in PC12 cells, the expression of Pink1 and p-Parkin, the ratio of LC3Ⅱ/LC3Ⅰ and the expression of p-DRP1 in mitochondrial fusion protein was increased, while the expression of p62, the expression of mitochondrial biogenesis protein PGC1α, mitochondrial fusion proteins MFN2 and OPA1, and antioxidant stress proteins Keap1 and Nrf2 were decreased (all P < 0.05). The number of autophagosomes and autophagolysosomes in PC12 cells in the Rot poisening group was higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05), and HN pretreatment (20 μmol/L) could significantly improve the changes mentioned above caused by Rot poisening (P < 0.05). Conclusion HN ameliorates Rot-induced toxic damage for dopamine neurons by inhibiting mitophagy and mitochondrial division and promoting mitochondrial biogenesis and fusion, and anti-oxidative stress.

ObjectiveTo understand the public’s cognition， trust and negative emotions towards food safety supervision and sampling inspection. Analyze the relationship between the three. To provide scientific basis for improving the ability of food safety supervision.MethodsUsing the method of Quota sampling， a self-administered questionnaire survey was conducted among the public in seven major regions of China. The structural equation model was used to explore the relationship among the public’s cognition， trust and negative emotions in food safety supervision and sampling inspection.ResultsThe structural equation model showed that trust in food safety supervision and sampling ability had a direct positive impact on the cognition of food safety supervision and sampling （β= 0.253）. It had a direct negative effect on negative emotion， which was -0.115. The trust in food safety supervision and sampling had a direct positive effect on the cognition of food safety supervision and sampling， which was 0.732. It had a direct negative effect on negative emotions， which was -0.503. The cognition of food safety supervision and sampling had a direct negative effect on negative emotion， which was -0.335.ConclusionBy improving the public’s trust in food safety supervision and sampling inspection， especially the motivation trust， the public’s cognition of food safety supervision and sampling inspection can be improved， so as to improve the public’s negative emotions.

The identification of microseismic events is the foundation of microseismic monitoring in coal mines. Most existing microseismic monitoring technologies are developed based on the variation law of single physical quantities, which can easily lead to misjudgment when processing coal mine microseismic data containing a large amount of noise and interference signals. In order to solve the above problem, the loss function of canonical variate analysis (CVA) is optimized and improved using ridge regression algorithm to achieve sparse modeling and enhance the model's generalization capability. The ridge regression improved CVA is used for fusion analysis of multi-channel coal mine microseismic monitoring data, and then real-time identification of complex microseismic monitoring data status is achieved. The simulated data and actual coal mine microseismic monitoring data are used for experimental verification of ridge regression improved CVA. In experiments based on simulated data, as the noise variance increases from 5×10−6 to 5×10−2, the recognition accuracy of ridge regression improved CVA increases by 0.6%-5.4% compared to CVA, and the sum of false alarm rate and omission rate decreases by 4.8%-17.3% compared to CVA. In experiments based on actual microseismic monitoring data, ridge regression improved CVA can reflect the fluctuation of microseismic signals in the fusion analysis results of 20 channels of microseismic monitoring data. It verifies that this method has the capability to identify microseismic events in real-time. The average identification accuracy is 97.14%, which is 2.39% higher than CVA. The sum of false alarm rate and omission rate is 31.06%, which is 0.07% lower than CVA. The error rate is 2.86%, which is 2.4% lower than CVA.

Objective: To explore the anti-fatigue effect of hemp seed oligopeptides, and its effect and mechanism between male and female individuals. Methods: Equal number of male and female mice were randomly divided into a blank control group, a positive control group and low, medium and high dose groups. The blank control group was given normal saline, the positive control group was given whey protein. Gavage treatment was carried out with the corresponding drug for 28 days. Body weight, exhaustive swimming time, blood lactic acid （BLA）, urea nitrogen （BUN）, liver glycogen （LG） contents of mice were measured. Results: Regardless of gender, flax seed oligopeptide had no significant effect on the body weight of mice, but could significantly prolong the exhaustive swimming time of mice, reduce the levels of blood lactic acid and blood urea nitrogen, and increase the content of liver glycogen. Considering gender factors, the body weight of female mice was significantly increased by medium dose of hemp seed oligopeptide, while the body weight of male mice was significantly decreased. Low dose of flax seed oligopeptide significantly prolonged exhaustive swimming time and decreased blood urea nitrogen content of male mice, but significantly increased body weight, exhaustive swimming time and liver glycogen content and decreased blood urea nitrogen content of female mice. High dose of hemp seed oligopeptide significantly increased the exhaustive swimming time and liver glycogen content, and significantly decreased the body weight and blood urea nitrogen content of male mice, while significantly increased the body weight, exhaustive swimming time and liver glycogen content, and significantly decreased the blood lactic acid value and blood urea nitrogen content of female mice. Conclusion: Hemp seed oligopeptide has anti-fatigue effect, and the dose has a significant effect on anti-fatigue effect in different genders.

The effects of different planting densities on the particle size distribution and pasting properties of starch granules in maize grains along the Huaihe River were analyzed. Taking 13 maize hybrids such as Yudan 132 and Jingke 968 as materials, three planting densities of 56 250 plants/hm2, 67 500 plants/hm2 and 77 250 plants/hm2 were set up. The effects of different planting densities on grain quality, starch particle size distribution and gelatinization characteristics of maize in the region along the Huaihe River were analyzed. The results indicated that the protein and fat content of maize grain decreased with the increase of planting density in the range of 56 250 ~ 77 250 plants/hm2. The starch content showed an increasing trend, which means, the starch/protein ratio increased. The volume and surface area percentage of large starch granules in maize grains increased significantly, while the small starch granules decreased significantly. At the same time, it was found that the peak viscosity, trough viscosity, final viscosity and breakdown value of corn starch increased significantly after rising planting density. Relevant analysis showed that the viscosity parameters such as peak viscosity of corn kernels were positively correlated with the volume percentage of small and large starch granules. There was a significant or extremely significant negative correlation with the volume percentage of medium starch granules. It shows that planting density affects the starch particle size distribution starch viscosity parameters and chemical components of corn kernels.

In order to obtain high quality AZ31B/stainless steel resistance spot welded joints, the FeCoNiCrMn high entropy alloy was used as the interlayer. The reaction-diffusion behavior of the transition zone and the base material on both sides was analyzed, and the joint performance and the welding process were investigated. The results show that the transition zone consists of FeCoNiCrMn particles which successfully connects two base materials of AZ31B and stainless steel. The interface near AZ31B is mainly Fe4Al13 intermetallic compounds generated by the reaction around the particles; while the boundary of stainless steel is mainly composed of (Fe, Ni) solid solution and Fe4Al13 intermetallic compounds. The tensile shear load F shows a tendency that increases first and then decreases with the increase of welding current I, welding force P, and the prolongation of welding time t. The tensile shear load of the added high entropy alloy magnesium/steel spot welded joints are above 3.2 kN in the test process range of 18.2-22.5 kA, 15-35 cycle, and 2.0-10.6 kN, and the maximum tensile shear load is 5.605 kN, which is 397% higher than that of Mg/steel spot welded joints without high entropy alloy. A large number of (Fe, Ni) solid solution are formed in the high entropy alloy transition layer, which reduces the generation of Fe4Al13 brittle intermetallic compounds and effectively improves the mechanical properties of the joint.

The 6061-T651 aluminum alloy was strengthened by torsional deformation with the torsion angles of 90°, 180° and 360°. The quasi-static and dynamic compressive properties of the samples before and after torsional deformation were investigated. The results show that the grain size of the samples remains unchanged at first with the increase of the torsion angle, and then begins to decrease. However, the Kernel average misorientation(KAM) value continues to increase with the increase of the torsion angle. The quasi-static and dynamic compression experiments show a slight increase in the yield strength of the samples with the increase of the torsion angle. For the same torsion angle, the dynamic yield strength is significantly higher than the yield strength at quasi-static loading. The strain rate experiment shows that the yield strength of the sample increases with the increase of strain rate, but compared with the untorsional sample, the strain rate sensitivity of the 360° torsional sample is significantly reduced. Based on the experimental data, the parameters in the Cowper-Symonds constitutive model were fitted. The stress-strain curves obtained from this model are in good agreement with the experimental results.

The automatic perception and alarm method for coal mine rock burst and coal and gas outburst is an effective measure to timely detect accidents and emergency rescue, reduce casualties, avoid or reduce secondary accidents such as gas and coal dust explosions, and curb delayed, missed, and concealed reporting of accidents. It is difficult to perceive coal mine rock burst accidents, and there is currently no automatic detection and alarm method for coal mine rock burst accidents. Coal mine rock burst accidents are mainly discovered manually. At present, there are only automatic alarm methods for coal and gas outbursts based on methane, wind speed, and direction sensors. There are problems such as slow response speed and inability to detect significant increases in methane concentration before methane sensor damage. A method for image perception and alarm of coal mine rock burst and coal and gas outburst has been proposed. Based on the image features of coal mine rock burst and coal and gas outburst temperature, color, depth, burial, etc., the method recognizes coal mine rock burst and coal and gas outburst. Based on the changes in gas concentration in the roadway space and mining face, the method distinguishes between rock burst and coal and gas outburst. If the gas concentration rapidly increases over a large area, it is judged as coal and gas outburst, otherwise it is judged as rock burst. This method has the advantages of intuitiveness, fast response speed, non-contact, wide monitoring range, simplicity and reliability, and can intuitively record the real situation of coal mine rock burst and coal and gas outburst. When the coal mine rock burst and coal and gas outburst accidents are alarmed, the personnel on duty in the control room can immediately confirm the accident through video recording and carry out emergency rescue in a timely manner. A method has been proposed to reduce the impact of coal mine rock burst and coal and gas outbursts on image perception, including multi point arrangement of cameras, setting of cameras at higher positions, timely transmission of video data, and multi-point arrangement of methane sensors.

Objective To investigate the effect of DNA damage protein targeting VCP (DVC1) in DNA protein crosslink repair induced by nitrogen mustard in human bronchial epithelial cells (16HBE). Methods DVC1 siRNA was used to interfere its expression in 16HBE. Then the cells were exposed to 50 μmol/L nitrogen mustard, and the expression levels of DNA damage repair proteins were detected by Western blotting. The total content of DNA-protein crosslink was determined by fluorescence microplate analyzer from 1 to 24 h. The crosslink content of DNA with O6-methylguanine-DNA methyltransferase (MGMT), a methyltransferase, was detected by Slot blotting. The level of ubiquitinated MGMT was detected by immunoprecipitation. After GST-DVC1 fusion protein was constructed, GST pull-down was used to detect the binding of DVC1 with MGMT and ubquitin. Results After si-DVC1 intervention, the total content of DNA-protein crosslink was increased, and exposure to nitrogen mustard decreased the level of prototype of MGMT, but increased the level of ubiquitinated MGMT. DVC1 could bind to ubquitin, and si-DVC1 intervention further enhanced the ubiquitination of MGMT, as well as the crosslink between MGMT and DNA, which was similar with NSC697923 (an E2 ubiquitin-conjugating inhibitor) and MG132 (a proteasome inhibitor) treatment. The expression of Rad51 and Ku70, 2 DNA repair proteins, were increased and decreased respectively by si-DVC1 interference. Conclusion Clearance of DNA-protein crossslink is depend on ubiquitination of MGMT. DVC1 promotes the clearance of nitrogen mustard induced DNA-protein crossslink by interacting with ubiquitin, and maintain the ability of homologous recombination repair.

[Objective] Investigating the coupling relationship between the risk of soil erosion and the natural suitability of human settlements in Guyuan City, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region provides theoretical support for the prevention and control of soil erosion in small watersheds, and thereby contributes more to the improvement of human settlements. [Methods] The PSR model and the human settlement index model were used to calculate the risk of soil erosion in a small watershed as well as the natural suitability for human settlement. The correlation and the coupling degree of the two factors were calculated to analyze their coupling coordination degree and the coupling coordination type. [Results] ① The small watersheds with moderate and high risk of soil erosion accounted for 28% of the area, and were located in the southwest and southeast. Small watersheds that were rated as unsuitable for human settlement accounted for 12% of the area, located in the southern of Xiji County and Northeastern Longde County. ② The correlation coefficient between soil erosion risk and natural suitability of human settlements was 0.61. 74% of small watersheds were found to have high coupling degree and benign resonance coupling areas, and 67% of small watersheds were found to be coordinated development and highly coordinated development areas. ③ There were 75, 36, 79, and 114 watersheds classified as coordination and synchronization type small watersheds, imbalance and co-loss type small watersheds, soil erosion lag type small watersheds, and human settlement lag type small watersheds, respectively. [Conclusion] ① Soil erosion and human settlement in Guyuan City had high correlation, high coupling degree, and significant mutual promotion effects. ② There were 79 small watersheds with lagging risk of soil erosion that needed to be controlled, and 36 dysfunctional co-loss type small watersheds should be treated and reconstructed according to the local conditions.

A novel nickel-based powder metallurgy superalloy FGH4113A (WZ-A3) was used to manufacture the full-size turbine disks by the process route of “vacuum induction melting + argon atomization + hot isostatic pressing + hot extrusion + isothermal forging”. The microstructure and mechanical properties of the forged FGH4113A alloys under the different heat treatment conditions were systematically studied. The results show that, the full-size turbine disks prepared by FGH4113A alloy have the good macro morphology and homogeneous grain structure. After the subsolvus heat treatment, the average grain size is ASTM 11~13, the yield strength at room temperature and 550 ℃ are 1249 and 1185 MPa, the tensile strength are 1674 and 1656 MPa, and the elongation after fracture are 23.5% and 19.5%, respectively. The mean fatigue life under the conditions of temperature 700 ℃, strain range 0~0.8% and loading frequency 0.33 Hz is 35000 cycles. After the supersolvus heat treatment, the average grain size is ASTM 6~8, the yield strength at 700 ℃ and 800 ℃ are 1063 and 966 MPa, the tensile strength are 1403 and 1112 MPa, and the elongation after fracture are 17.5% and 12.0%, respectively. The mean creep life under the conditions of temperature 800 ℃, stress 330 MPa and creep elongation 0.2% is 384 h. The crack propagation rate under the conditions of temperature 700 ℃ and stress intensity factor range 30 MPa·m0.5 is less than 5×10−4 mm·cycle−1.

In view of the limitations of the traditional processing technology of Pidan, this review summarizes the innovative processing technologies of Pidan, such as gradient temperature control, ultrasonic assisted, vacuum decompression, pulsating pressure, etc., and describes the changes of water, pH value, protein, free amino acids, texture, mineral elements and micro-morphology during the picking process of Pidan. Moreover, the development directions of Pidan products are prospected.

Regular physical activity is a cornerstone of diabetes management, and more precise guidance on exercise prescriptions is needed in children and adolescents with diabetes due to the complexity of glycemic changes, however, there are relatively few guidelines for this population. As the continuous exploration of experts and scholars in this field, after five years, the International Society for Pediatric and Adolescent Diabetes (ISPAD) updated its guidelines on exercise for children and adolescents with diabetes in 2022. The guidelines target the service population more precisely to the children and adolescents with type 1 diabetes and provide comprehensive guidance from the perspectives of exercise types, exercise timing, blood glucose fluctuations during exercise, insulin adjustment and nutritional supplementation. This article interprets the main contents and key updates of the 2022 ISPAD guidelines, aiming to provide more scientific exercise prescriptions for children and adolescents with diabetes in China.

A simple, sensitive and accurate method for the detection of Cd2+ was established based on fluorescence resonance energy transfer to quench fluorescently labeled Cd2+ aptamers. Among three metal-organic framework materials (UiO-66-NH2, MIL-101(Cr), and ZIF-8), UiO-66-NH2, with larger positive charges, suitable particle size and stable dispersion in water, was selected as a fluorescence quencher. Fluorescence resonance energy transfer was generated by the interaction between positively charged UiO-66-NH2 and negatively charged aptamers to achieve fluorescence quenching. A fluorescent sensor for the detection of Cd2+ was constructed by using the specific interaction between Cd2+ and the aptamer to release the fluorescently labeled aptamer and restore the fluorescence. The fluorescence intensity of the sensor showed a good linear relationship with Cd2+ concentration in the range of 0.01–10 µmol/L. The biosensor had good selectivity and specificity for Cd2+, and could detect Cd2+ in actual samples. Most importantly, by adjusting the aptamer sequence, it is convenient to explore and construct fluorescent sensors for the detection of other heavy metal ions, so the sensor has wide applicability.

The Beishan area in Gansu province is the main pre-selected site for deep geological disposal of high-level radioactive waste, it therefore bears implications for the study of fracture seepage characteristics of granite caused by shear failure. This paper investigated the fractal modeling of the geometric and seepage characteristics of granite fracture sections under shear conditions, with the aim to explore the effect of the geometric characteristics of multi-scale rough fractures on the evolution of nonlinear seepage field in Beishan granite. Results show that the roughness height and aperture of rough fractures have complete self-similarity in the process of model scale change, whose distribution are always consistent in the process of spatial scale change. The seepage velocity field, gradient field and divergence field only demonstrate the continuation of local characteristics, in particular, the corresponding quantity fields at different scales are subject to normal distribution. As the observation scale increases, the spatial fluctuation in the field gradually decreases, the sharp mutations in the three fields gradually disappear and are smoothed. This indicates that the larger the observation scale, the greater the probability that the seepage of rough fracture is misjudged as the seepage of parallel plate, therefore the seepage characteristics of rough section would be more accurately described by taking the geometric scale into account.

[Objective] In today’s world, global risks have increased dramatically, and critical mineral resources are no exception. What are the supply risks of critical minerals for China and how should China deal with the increasing risks of critical mineral resources supply? [Methods] To answer these questions, we established an evaluation and prediction indicator system of environment-market-resource-competitiveness (EMRC) for assessing the supply risks of critical mineral resources by introducing an international competitiveness index, evaluated the supply risk of copper resources in China from 2008 to 2021 by using the stochastic multicriteria acceptability analysis (SMAA-TRI) method, and predicted the supply risk of copper resources in China by adopting the back propagation (BP) neural network. [Results] The results show that: (1) The international competitiveness dimension had the greatest impact on China’s copper supply risk, while the environmental dimension had the least impact; (2) From the perspective of the overall supply risk of copper resources, China’s risk is generally in the medium-high to high range, with a rising trend year by year; (3) From 2022 to 2023, the predicted value of China’s copper resources supply risk is medium-high. [Conclusion] To enhance the security of copper resources supply, China should increase investment in copper exploration, improve the utilization rate of domestic copper resources, strengthen resource diplomacy, and diversify import sources.

Informal spaces in urban villages represent a spatial chimera of socio-economic activities arising from driving social demands. Investigating the evolution and inherent rules of such spaces can provide direction and strategies for good governance. This study analyzes the process and outcomes of the self-organized evolution of informal spaces by considering their self-organizational characteristics. Herein, the Shenxiang village, which is a typical mature urban village in Suzhou, was considered as an example. We adopted qualitative research methods, such as questionnaire surveys and semi-structured interviews. The agglomeration and formation of informal spaces in Shenxiang is the consequence of self-organized evolution. This can be attributed to the interaction of internal and external environments, which is influenced by the socio-cultural concepts of local villagers and relationships among external groups. Based on the main body of spatial organization, the self-organized evolution of informal spaces in urban villages was divided into the following stages: "individual-oriented self-creation," "relationship-oriented self-expansion," and "social capital-oriented self-evolution." Furthermore, the spatio-temporal characteristics and self-organizational-evolution mechanisms of these informal spaces were analyzed at each stage. The findings are as follows: (1) During the evolution of informal spaces, the main body of spatial organization expands from "village people" to "rural people" and "insiders." This is the consequence of self-organized evolution between villagers and alien groups. In urban villages, the evolution and reconstruction of informal spaces is caused by the expansion and variation in social relations. (2) During the self-organization and evolution of informal spaces, the relationship network is crucial in strengthening trust and building consensus, spanning blood relationships in the "self-creation" stage and geographical and industrial relationships in the "self-evolution" stage. The informal spatial self-organization of urban villages relies on the sub-social structure constructed by the original relationship network, which perpetuates the consensual regional culture, conceptual consciousness, and living habits, and enhances the cohesiveness and centripetal force of self-organization. This study aimed to gain deeper insights into informal spaces in urban villages, formulate a theoretical framework for their governance, and analyze the order and rules of internal self-organization. We believe that such informal spaces are self-balanced and relatively independent informal economies that facilitate a symbiotic relationship between local villagers and external groups. The transformation and optimization of informal spaces in urban villages is a potential challenge. The guiding approach for optimization promotes the following: forming informal space communities in urban villages, respecting and stimulating their self-organization order, adhering to the mutual unity principle of self-organization and external organizations, combining the external impetus and internal development capabilities of the system, and adopting bottom-up consultation actions to balance the group interest more efficiently. To promote the governance of informal spaces in urban villages, it is crucial to adhere to the logic and rules of their self-organization.

Objective To investigate the clinical features, diagnosis and treatment of osteomyelitis of the jaw caused by an actinomycotic infection and to provide a reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods A case of osteomyelitis in the bilateral maxilla and the left zygomatic bone and arch caused by a mixed bacterial infection dominated by Actinomycetes was reviewed and analyzed in combination with the literature. Results The patient had left upper posterior tooth pain with repeated left facial swelling for 7 months. The patient's left face was swollen before surgery, the left maxillary alveolar bone was necrotic, and the upper palate showed fistula discharge. A maxillofacial magnetic resonance imaging scan excluded tumors and other space-occupying lesions. According to CBCT images, the initial diagnoses were left infraorbital space infection and osteomyelitis of the bilateral maxillary, the left zygomatic bone, the left zygomatic arch and the lateral orbital wall. Necrosis of the left maxilla and the zygomatic bone was excised, the focus was cleared and the focal tooth was extracted under general anesthesia. Histopathological results confirmed osteomyelitis and actinomycotic infection. Anti-inflammatory therapy with penicillin sodium was given before surgery, and piperacillin sodium and tazobactam sodium, dexamethasone sodium phosphate, tranexamic acid and mecobalamine were given after surgery. The patients' 6-month follow-up results showed that the maxillofacial shape was basically symmetrical; no ulceration, pus or abnormal secretion was found in the skin or intraoral mucosa; and the surgical area showed good recovery. A review of the relevant literature showed that Actinomyces is an opportunistic pathogen, and factors such as trauma and dental infection have been implicated in the pathogenesis of osteomyelitis. In addition to surgery, antibiotics are used to treat the disease and multidisciplinary symptomatic treatment combined with supportive treatment is required to achieve a better prognostic effect. Conclusion Actinomycotic osteomyelitis occurring in the maxilla and the zygomatic bone is an extremely rare disease that can be diagnosed by clinical manifestations, bacteriological examination and biopsy. Appropriate and effective penicillin drugs should be given at the initial stage of treatment, more sensitive antibiotics should be selected according to the results of the drug sensitivity test, and the lesions should be surgically removed when the patient's condition improves. Active symptomatic and supportive treatment should be performed during the treatment period.

The 316L stainless steel powder injection molding feedstock was prepared by melt mixing with polyethylene glycol/epoxy resin (PEG-EP) as the powder surface modifier and polyformaldehyde resin (POM) as the binder system. The sintered 316L samples were obtained by nitric acid catalytic degreasing and sintering. The encapsulation effect of PEG-EP on 316L stainless steel powders and the influence of PEG-EP surface treatment on the properties of 316L stainless steel powder injection molding feedstock and the sintered specimens were studied by Fourier transform infrared spectroscope, scanning electron microscope, contact angle measuring instrument, rotary rheometer, universal material tester, metallographic microscope, carbon-sulfur analyzer, and microhardness meter. The results show that, PEG-EP are successfully coated on the surface of 316L steel powders, which improves the interface compatibility between 316L stainless steel powders and POM and enhances the feedstock fluidity, the mechanical properties of raw billets, and the mechanical properties and hardness of the sintered samples. When the PEG-EP mass fraction is 0.662% and the powder loading (volume fraction) is 63%, the tensile strength, fracture elongation, and bending strength of the 316L injection raw billets are 10.57 MPa, 8.38 %, and 21.24 N·(mm2)−1, respectively. The grain size, the maximum tensile strength, and the Vickers hardness of the sintered sample are 50.8 μm, 688 MPa, and 151 HV, respectively, leading to the best comprehensive performance.

Pseudolarix amabilis is one of the most internationally influential ancient relict plants in China, and faces a multitude of threats, including habitat fragmentation, population isolation, and declining numbers. Fortunately, the Village Fengshui forests, sacred forests protected by Fengshui culture, has emerged as a potential refuge for the natural population of P. amabilis. Nonetheless, the underlying mechanisms by which the Village Fengshui forests safeguards the natural population of P. amabilis warrant in-depth exploration. To address this research gap, this study employed rigorous field investigations and community interviews to comprehensively assess the recruitment status, conservation behaviors, and extent of disturbances for the natural population of P. amabilis. Moreover, we selected the P. amabilis population in Linjiatang as a representative study case to elucidate the protective and management paradigm of P. amabilis Village Fengshui forests. The results were as follows：(1) The diameter at breast height (DBH) structure of P. amabilis in the Village Fengshui forests exhibited continuity, and the seedling density was higher compared to other habitat types. (2) Protecting effectiveness of Village Fengshui forests in the natural population of P. amabilis could be attributed to the Fengshui and taboo cultures associated with Shuikou forest (Village Fengshui forests near water sources), cemetery forest, and Yangji tree (heritage tree near residential houses). (3) The development of rural tourism further contributed to the preservation of P. amabilis Village Fengshui forests. In conclusion, in the context of rural revitalization, the protection and management approach based on Fengshui and taboo cultures in Village Fengshui forests presents an effective paradigm for safeguarding the natural population of P. amabilis.

BackgroundBeing complex and highly heterogeneous with regard to the etiology and clinical manifestations of depression， neuroimaging studies make a breakthrough for exploring the biological subtypes of depression， while the current data-driven approach for the identification of subtyping depression using structural magnetic resonance imaging （MRI） data is insufficient.ObjectiveTo explore the biological subtypes of depression using diffusion tensor imaging （DTI） and machine learning methods.MethodsA total of 127 patients with depression who attended Beijing Anding Hospital from September 2017 to August 2021 and met the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders， fourth edition （DSM-IV） diagnostic criteria were included， and another 80 healthy individuals matched for gender and age were recruited through advertisements in surrounding communities during the same period. DTI findings， demographic characteristics and clinical data were collected from all participants. Tract-based spatial statistics （TBSS） and the Johns Hopkins University （JHU） white matter probability maps were used to extract fractional anisotropy （FA） values of white matter tracts. A semi-supervised machine learning technique was used to identify the subtypes， and the FA values for whole brain white matter of patients and controls were compared.ResultsPatients with depression were classified into two biological subtypes. FA values in multiple tracts including corpus callosum and corona radiata of subtype I patients were smaller than those of healthy controls （P0.05）， while subtype I patients scored lower on HAMD-17 than subtype II patients after 12 weeks of treatment （t=2.410， P

Objective To investigate the effect of quality control circle (QCC) activities on improving implementation rate of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) nursing for ICU patients. Methods A QCC team was established and risk factors of low implementation rate of TCM nursing were analyzed. Targeted measures were carried out for continuous quality improvement. Results The implementation rate of TCM nursing rose form 56. 31% before QCC activities to 86. 63% after QCC activities, with a significant difference (P＜0. 01). Conclusion The QCC activities are potentially effective to improve the implementation rate of TCM nursing for ICU patients. 【Objective】 This paper develops an optimal scheduling method for joint operation of two reservoirs and three pumping stations irrigation systems in hilly areas. 【Method】 Focusing on improving the efficiency of the pumping stations in dry years, we constructed the optimization model by minimizing the sum of the squares of the irrigation water shortages in each irrigation area and irrigation duration. The constraints to the optimization included annual water supply to the system, annual water supply to the pumping stations, lift capacity of the pumping stations, and optimal scheduling criteria of the reservoirs. The large system optimization method was used to solve the optimal scheduling. The model was applied to optimize the operation of Shanhu and Niqiao reservoirs in the Liuhe District in Nanjing City, Jiangsu province. 【Result】 Compared with conventional operation without optimization, the operation using the optimized parameters reduced the irrigation water shortage in Niqiao reservoir from 350 000 m3 to 0, reduced the amount of abandoned water in Shanhu reservoir from 450 000 m3 to 0, increased the amount of extracted river water in Shanhu reservoir from 4.03 million m3 to 4.35 million m3, reduced the terminated water storage in Shanhu and Niqiao reservoirs from the initial 8.19 million m3 and 1.45 million m3 to 8.47 million m3 and 1.59 million m3 at the end of the operation, respectively. 【Conclusion】 The proposed optimal method for reservoir operation can effectively reduce the amount of abandoned water and increase the amount of irrigation water supply. It can also give full play to the water lifting capacity of the pumping stations and reduce the number of times the pumping station needs to lift water to recharge the reservoirs. In addition, it also meets the requirements for the specific value of the terminal water storage of the reservoir.

The multi-stage deep neural network in the blind motion image deblurring task lacks a large range of receptive fields and it was difficult to reasonably interact with the image features of each stage. A progressive depth network (PDNet) with dilated convolution and contextual attention fusion module was thus proposed for restoring sharp images. This method included three stages:local feature extraction, image feature integration and image restoration. In the local feature extraction stage and image feature integration stage, multi-branch dilated convolution module (MDCB) was used to increase receptive field to adapt to different degrees of motion blur. In the image feature integration stage and image restoration stage, the contextual attention fusion module was used for information interaction of image features in different stages to achieve progressive image feature enhancement. The proposed method could make full use of local and global image features to guide image restoration through the three-stage progressive enhancement strategy, so as to generate sharp and high-quality images. The experimental results showed that compared with SRN and other networks, the proposed PDNet had a better effect on GoPro data set and RealBlur-J data set, and the peak signal to noise ratio (PSNR) had an average increase of 2.9 dB, and the structural similarity (SSIM) had an average increase of 0.05.

ObjectiveLeaf chlorophyll content (LCC) of flue-cured Tobacco is an important indicator for characterizing the photosynthesis, nutritional status, and growth of the crop. Tobacco is an important economic crop with leaves as the main harvest object, it is crucial to monitor its LCC. Hyperspectral data can be used for the rapid estimation of LCC in flue-cured tobacco leaves, making it of great significance and application value. The purpose of this study was to efficiently and accurately estimate the LCC of flue-cured tobacco during different growth stages.MethodsZhongyan 100 was chose as the research object, five nitrogen fertilization levels were set. In each plot, three plants were randomly and destructively sampled, resulting in a total of 45 ground samples for each data collection. After transplanting, the reflectance data of the flue-cured tobacco canopy at six growth stages (32, 48, 61, 75, 89, and 109 d ) were collected using a UAV equipped with a Resonon Pika L hyperspectral. Spectral indices for the LCC estimation model of flue-cured tobacco were screened in two ways: (1) based on 18 published vegetation indices sensitive to LCC of crop leaves; (2) based on random combinations of any two bands in the wavelength range of 400‒1000 nm. The Difference Spectral Index (DSI), Ratio Spectral Index (RSI), and Normalized Spectral Index (NDSI) were calculated and plotted against LCC. The correlations between the three spectral indices and leaf LCC were calculated and plotted using contour maps. Five regression models, unary linear regression (ULR), multivariable linear regression (MLR), partial least squares regression (PLSR), support vector regression (SVR), and random forest regression (RFR), were used to estimate the chlorophyll content. A regression estimate model of LCC based on various combinations of spectral indices was eventually constructed by comparing the prediction accuracies of single spectral index models multiple spectral index models at different growth stages.Results and Discussions]The results showed that the LCC range for six growth stages was 0.52‒2.95 mg/g. The standard deviation and coefficient of variation values demonstrated a high degree of dispersion in LCC, indicating differences in fertility between different treatments at the test site and ensuring the applicability of the estimation model within a certain range. The tough noise environment in helicopter cockpit can passively influence pilots in mental and physical way, weaken their core competency, and as a result, maybe causing pilot error and even accidents. The current research can evaluate the physical characteristics of noise and its impact on emotion such as noise annoyance, but it ignores the impact of cockpit noise on human competence. Therefore, this paper establishes a noise evaluation and prediction model based on core competence with task performance, cognitive load and eye movement data. Experiment is designed and implemented in three noise levels and three task difficulties to verify the model. The results indicate that: 1) core competency and task accuracy decline in higher noise levels significantly. 2) the noise assessment method based on core competency can accurately predict the influence of noise on human performance. This novel method can quantitatively reflect the impact of noise changes on human performance in emergency condition. It can expand the connotation of noise evaluation, provide the evaluation and control of cockpit noise with theoretical explanations, and provide the optimization design of helicopter cockpit with practical data.

Studying the adsorption behavior of Yangjiang granite to Sr2+ is very meaningful for the safety assessment of the low- and medium-level nuclear waste repository in Yangjiang. In this study, experimental samples were obtained from the granite rock formations near the low- and medium-level nuclear waste repository in Yangjiang. The static adsorption experiment was performed study the adsorption behavior of Yangjiang surrounding rocks granite on Sr2+. And the effect of contact time, initial concentration, reaction temperature, pH, as well as cation and anion on the adsorption behavior of granite was studied in detail. The physical and chemical compositions of Yangjiang granite were investigated by X-ray diffraction spectra(XRD), X-ray fluorescence spectrometer(XRF), scanning electron microscopy-energy dispersive spectroscopy(SEM-EDS), Fourier transform infrared spectra(FTIR) and Zeta potential analyzer. The characterization studies show the granite surface becomes rough after adsorption. The results of static adsorption experiments indicate that adsorption equilibrium time is about 5 days. The Sr2+ adsorption decreases with the increase of Sr2+ concentration which conforms to the Langmuir isotherm adsorption model and belongs to single-layer adsorption. Under neutral and higher temperature conditions, the adsorption effect is better. The fitting thermodynamic equation suggests that adsorption is a spontaneous endothermic reaction. The ion in groundwater such as Ca2+, Mg2+, Fe3+, NO3- all can inhibit the adsorption of Sr2+ by Yangjiang granite, while CO32- can interfere with adsorption by forming polymers with Sr2+. The results of this study can provide a certain reference for the safety evaluation of the low- and medium-level nuclear waste repository in Yangjiang.

As a new generation of energy storage devices, lithium-ion capacitors (LICs) rationally combine high energy density and high power density, providing an alternative solution for multi-functional electronic equipment and state grid system. However, the dynamic mismatch between the battery-type anode and the capacitor-type cathode seriously limits its development and application. Herein, a high performance LIC simultaneously using carbon materials derived from Ethylenediaminetetraacetic Acid Ferric Sodium Salt (EDTA-Na-Fe) was prepared. By calcination of EDTA-Na-Fe in an inert atmosphere, nitrogen-doped carbon frameworks (NCF) can be obtained which possess a high reversible capacity and excellent rate-capability. Using this NCF as the anode and cathode of the LICs, the hybrid devices with a wide voltage window of 0.5-4.0 V are obtained. The employment of the same materials as the anode and cathode can largely simplify the fabrication process. The energy density of LICs can reach 193.4 Wh·kg-1 at a power density of 225 W·kg-1. This reasonable dynamic matching strategy can be helpful for the application of LICs.

The study of the transient electromagnetic detection device with small sized coil and easy installation underground will offer new insights into the real-time dynamic exploration and forecast water-bearing structure in excavation roadway.By drawing on the full-space transient electromagnetic theory, this paper adopted the three-dimensional time-domain finite element method for numerical simulation to explore the characteristics of the secondary field response obtained by small coil excitation and the transient electromagnetic response received by the magnetic core coil.This study constructed a geological-geophysical model of the water-bearing fault in front of the roadway excavation working face, studied the transient electromagnetic response characteristics of the small coil device for the water-bearing fault, and compared the effects of small coil and conventional coil in advance detection.The study shows that : ①the decay law of the induced electric potential generated by the small coil source excitation is the same as that of the induced electric potential generated by the conventional transmitting coil with time, ②the magnetic core coil can effectively improve the induced signal strength, ③the application of both the small coil device and the conventional coil device can effectively explain the distribution range of the low resistance area, ④the detection results match the verification results of the roadway excavation.Combined with the underground field test, this paper verified the applicability and effectiveness of the small coil device applied to mine transient electromagnetic method advance detection.

Oversized coal blocks can easily cause poor coal flow, blockage, and coal stacking when transported on a belt conveyor. However, the differences in appearance and color between large coal blocks and ordinary coal blocks are small, and there are obstructions and stacking between coal blocks. Existing coal block detection methods are not precise enough to distinguish between large coal blocks and ordinary coal blocks, which can easily lead to missed or false detections. In order to solve the above problems, a modified YOLOv5 model is proposed for detecting large coal blocks in belt conveyors. The model uses parallel dilated convolution modules to replace some ordinary convolution modules in the YOLOv5 backbone network. It expands the receptive field, improves multi-scale feature learning capability, and better distinguishes large coal blocks from ordinary coal blocks. The joint attention module is added to the neck network to better integrate contextual information and improve the positioning capability for large coal blocks. The model uses the trained improved YOLOv5 model to detect real-time coal transportation videos captured by the camera, and links PLC alarms in real-time based on the quantity information of large coal blocks. The experimental results show that compared to the original YOLOv5 model, the improved YOLOv5 model has improved recall and average precision by 3.4% and 2.0%, respectively. PLC can operate corresponding indicator lights and buzzers to alert based on the quantity of large coal blocks detected by the improved YOLOv5 model. The improved YOLOv5 model is applied to actual coal transportation videos in coal mines, with a detection precision of 97.0% for large coal blocks, effectively avoiding missed and false detections.

BACKGROUND Black shales are mostly developed in special periods in geological history. They not only record the evolution characteristics of paleoenvironment, paleoclimate and paleontology, but also are carriers of organic matter, oil and gas and various metal deposits. Taking the black shale of the Lower Cambrian Niutitang Formation in Guizhou as an example, it not only shows the extraordinary enrichment of V, Ni and other metal elements, forming vanadium ore and nickel-molybdenum ore, but is also rich in organic matter, with TOC content of 0.7%-14.6% (average 5.2%). At present, the co-enrichment mechanism of metal elements Ni, V and organic matter is still unclear, but organic matter plays an important role in the enrichment, migration and transformation of metal ions. OBJECTIVES To understand the co-enrichment mechanism of organic matter and metal elements by exploring the effect of metal elements on the structure of organic matter. METHODS Take two groups of 50mL polypropylene centrifuge tubes A and B, and add 5g of humin to each centrifuge tube. Then add 20mL of Ni single element standard solution to the group A centrifuge tube, and 20mL of V single element standard solution to the group B centrifuge tube. Place the centrifuge tube in a constant temperature oscillator for 24h with the temperature of 298K and the speed of 220r/min. After standing for 24h, the filtered solid part is placed in a 50mL beaker and dried. The dried samples (numbered as HM-Ni and HM-V) and the original humin sample (numbered HM) are analyzed by element analyzer, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and solid-state nuclear magnetic resonance carbon spectroscopy (13C-NMR). RESULTS The results show that the elemental composition of humin is mainly C and O. After the action of Ni and V metal solutions, the relative contents of O and S elements in humin decrease, and the relative contents of C and N elements increase. The ratio of H/C and O/C atoms is HM>HM-V>HM-Ni. XPS test shows that the C element on the surface of humin is mainly in the form of aromatic carbon, while the O element is mainly in the form of hydroxyl oxygen. For C with different occurrence forms, the influence trend of Ni and V metal solutions on them is the same, which reduces aromatic carbon, hydroxyl carbon and carbon-based carbon, and mainly destroys aromatic carbon (C—C/C—H) single bonds. For O with different occurrence forms, the Ni metal solution reduces hydroxyl oxygen and carboxyl oxygen, which makes the hydrogen-enriched and oxygen-enriched functional groups prolapse; the V metal solution reduces carbonyl oxygen and carboxyl oxygen, which destroys the carbonyl double bond (C=O). Solid-state nuclear magnetic resonance carbon spectroscopy (13C-NMR) tests show that the action of Ni metal solution can reduce the relative contents of bridged aromatic carbon (far B), oxygen-connected aromatic carbon (far P), carbonyl carbon (fa O), methyl and quaternary carbon (fal *), as well as methylene and methine carbon (fal H); V metal solution can reduce the relative contents of protonated aromatic carbon (far H), bridged aromatic carbon (far B), oxygen-connected aromatic carbon (far P), carbonyl carbon (fa O), methyl and quaternary carbon (fal *), as well as methylene and methine carbon (fal H). Both metal solutions can make the O-enriched and H-enriched functional groups in oxygen-linked aromatic carbon (far P) and bridged aromatic carbon (far B) prolapse from the aromatic ring, shorten the lipid chain length in humin, reduce the stability of organic carbon, reduce the content of active organic carbon and reduce the degree of hydrophobicity. CONCLUSIONS Through comparative analysis, it is shown that humin has a certain oxidation ability to Ni and V metal elements. After the action of the two metal solutions, the occurrence morphology of C and O elements in humin can be changed. Ni metal solution mainly affects the aliphatic carbon structure, while V metal solution mainly affects the aromatic carbon structure.
