The spread through air space (STAS) in lung cancer refers to the presence of tumor cells in the airway outside the main tumor body in the form of micropapillary cell clusters, solid cell nests, or individual cells. The researches of lung cancer in recent years discover the significant value of STAS for diagnosis, treatment, and prognosis, therefore the World Health Organization designated it as a new invasive pattern of lung adenocarcinoma in 2015. Predicting the presence of STAS by medicine imaging has been the research highlight in recent years. Though the feasibility of predicting STAS by medicine imaging has been confirmed, more in-depth researches are necessary for establishing more reliable and accurate prediction method in medicine imaging. This article reviews the research progresses of pathology, clinical significance and medicine imaging on STAS.

Background The treatment adherence is closely related to the effect of continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) therapy in patients with obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) , which is also strongly influenced by patients' psychosocial characteristics. However, the influence of depression symptoms on the adherence to CPAP needs to be further explored. Objective To evaluate the relationship of depression symptoms with adherence to CPAP, and the pathwaybetween the associated factors in OSA patients. Methods A total of 177 patients who were diagnosed with OSA and treated with CPAP in the Respiratory and Sleep Medicine Center, Peking University People's Hospital from May 2019 to July 2021 were selected. The general information, disease severity and adherence to CPAP were evaluated. The prevalence of depression symptoms was measured by the 10-item Center for Epidemiologic Studies Depression Scale (CES-D-10) . The severity of insomnia was assessed by the Insomnia Severity Index (ISI) . The influence of daytime sleepiness on activities of daily living was measured by the 10-item Functional Outcomes of Sleep Questionnaire (FOSQ-10) . The 12-item Short Form Health Survey (SF-12) was used to evaluate the quality of life. The relationships among variables were determined by path analysis. Results The prevalence of depressive symptoms in OSA patients was relatively high (19.7%, 35/177) in our study. Depression symptoms were associated with increased insomnia prevalence (r=0.65, P0.05) , but could increase the adherence to CPAP by decreasing the activities of daily living (β=0.078, P

In order to analyze the response law of the coal permeability to the angle of the bedding in Baode Mining Area, coal samples with different bedding angles were prepared. The QTS-2 coal rock permeation tester was used to test the permeability of coal under different confining pressures and inlet pressures. The results show that the coal body permeability in Baode Mining Area has obvious response to the bedding angle. With the increase of airflow direction and bedding angle, the permeability of coal body decreases linearly. The permeability of 0° angle differs from 90° angle coal sample by 1 to 2 orders of magnitude. With the increase of confining pressure, the permeability of coal body decreases exponentially. The permeability of coal sample reflects the difficulty of gas flow along the flow direction. In the actual gas drainage project, when the drilling is arranged parallel to the bedding, the direction of the coal gas flow is perpendicular to the bedding, and the permeability is minimal; when the drilling is arranged perpendicular to the bedding, the direction of coal gas flow is parallel to the bedding, and the permeability is maximal.

Hydropower development is an important strategic measure for the reform of our country's energy supply side structure, but its development often brings a large number of population migrations. Whether the resettlement funds can be used to properly resettle the reservoir resettlement is related to the sustainable development of the region and the harmony and stability of the society. The use of resettlement funds at this stage is mainly based on compensation standards and experience, without considering the efficiency of fund use. This paper introduces the principles of market economy, and considers the use of immigration funds as an investment from the perspective of immigration fund planners. According to our country's current land acquisition compensation resettlement policy, the use of funds is divided into land acquisition compensation, resettlement and follow-up livelihood assistance, and a judgment matrix is constructed according to the benefits of the resettlers to quantify the benefits and risks of different investment directions. On the premise that the three types of investment can meet the minimum needs of immigrants, the Sharpe ratio is used as a measure to calculate the fund use plan with the greatest benefit when the risk level is certain, which provides a new research paradigm for improving the efficiency of the use of immigration funds. Case analysis shows that the investment direction of the resettlement funds of the GB water conservancy project is generally in line with the resettlement wishes, but the follow-up livelihood assistance is low, and the direction of the use of funds should be adjusted to ensure the resettlement's livelihood recovery and follow-up development. Background and objective Community is quickly turning into the aging period, and lung cancer has become more common in elderly patients with malignant tumor. At present, surgery remains the preferred therapeutic choice. However, it’s worth noting that arrhythmia is a common complication during the perioperative period. The aim of this study is to explore the risk factors of arrhythmia in lung cancer patients over the age of 70 years at perioperative periods. Methods We retrospectively analyzed 352 patients who underwent lobectomy or pneumectomy in Chinese PLA General Hospital from July 1997 to May 2008. χ2 and Logistic regression were performed to analyze the clinical data. Results Among 352 elderly patients with lung cancer, 71 cases accurred perioperative arrhythmias. The occurrence rate was 20.2%. The results of multivariate analysis showed that age, cardiovascular disease history, arrhythmia history, cardiac and pulmonary dysfunction before operation, pneumonectomy, operation time were the high risk factors of perioperative arrhythmia. Conclusion More attention should be paid to prevent perioperative arrhythmia in the eldly lung cancer patients.

A laboratory test was conducted to study the control effect of parasitic Metaphycus parasaissetiae on its host Parasaissetia nigra. The functional reactions of the parasitism conformed to the Holling Type E Equation, but the parameters of the functional reactions varied with temperature. Taking the ratio of instant attack rate to preying time (a/Th) as an evaluation index, the preying efficiency at 30 °C was the highest, with a/Th being 23.4211. There was a stronger interference effect in the functional reactions of the parasitism within M. parasaissetiae populations. With the increase of the population density, the amounts of parasitism decreased gradually. Hassell Equation (E = QP-m) could describe the relationships between the searching efficiency of M. parasaissetiae and its population density much precisely within the range of 21°C-33 °C. The interference increased with temperature within the range of 21 °C -27 °C , and the interference coefficient reached the highest ( 0. 6626) at 27 °C. When the temperature was raised to 30 and 33 °C , the interference coefficient decreased to 0. 6161 and 0. 5916, respectively. In the prophase of egg-laying, the parasitized P. nigra could be entirely controlled by M. parasaissetiae. However, when a few larvae were crawling out, the control effect was declined to 81. 4%. Objective: To explore the intervention effect of the auricular stimulator in the cavum concha for diabetes., Methods: Forty-five cases were treated with auricular simulator in the cavum concha for 30 min, once daily for consecutive 3 months. The changes of the fasting plasma glucose (FBG), blood glucose load after 2-hour 75 g oral glucose tolerance test (P2 BG)and glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c) were compared before and after treatment., Results: The level of the HbA1c was obviously decreased (P < 0.05, P < 0.01), and there were also statistically significant differences in FBG and P2 BG after the treatment (P < 0.05, P < 0.01)., Conclusion: With the auricular stimulator, the stimulation in the cavum concha is benefit for the improvement of HbA1c of the diabetes.
