With the constant development of power, information and other technologies, the advantages of unmanned ships are emerging in anti-mine, anti-submarine, electronic warfare, maritime security, maritime interception, and other military fields. This paper describes the development of unmanned ships and power technology and clarifies that the integrated power system has become a major trend of medium and large-sized unmanned ships. It also introduces the application of integrated power system in manned and unmanned platforms, and proposes that issues like size, weight, and control of vibration and noise are of essential for the integrated power system for unmanned platforms. In the end, this paper summarizes the trend of integrated power technology for unmanned platforms and identifies the key scientific problems of integrated power technology on unmanned platform, namely the intelligent operation of integrated power system, high-performance motor materials, information perception of complex motor system, power electronic device and system, high-performance power conversion and efficient energy storage.

Aided by literature consultation and expert's interview, it was analyzed in this article the pattern of education for athletes in China. Specifically, its features, its classification, resources for education, the running mechanism and its security system were dealt with respectively. Relevant experience abroad was learnt and applicable theories on cultures on campus and cultivation programs were introduced. It was concluded that culture on campus, a possible medium for the course of education, shall be the right track for the course to follow. System of induction and compulsion shall be innovated to integrate into campus culture the course of education for elite athletes in China. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Objective To assess the psychological status of staff at the centers for disease control and prevention(CDC) in Sichuan during the outbreak of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19) and explore the influencing factors. Methods The staff at Sichuan provincial,municipal,and county(district)-level CDC were selected by convenience sampling.Their basic information,work status,training status,work difficulties,and support from the work group were collected from the self-filled questionnaires online.The Generalized Anxiety Disorder Scale and the 9-question Patient Health Questionnaire were respectively employed to measure the anxiety and depression of the staff.The stepwise Logistic regression was carried out to analyze the influencing factors of anxiety and depression in CDC staff. Results Among the 653 staff,58.35% and 50.06% presented anxiety and depression,respectively.The regression results showed that age( OR =0.95,95% CI =0.92-0.97) and mental support from the work group( OR =0.61,95% CI =0.45-0.82) were the protective factors while physical fatigue( OR =1.82,95% CI =1.20-2.74),work pressure( OR =1.61,95% CI =1.21-2.12),and insufficient protective equipment( OR =1.92,95% CI =1.06-3.49) were the risk factors for depression of CDC staff.Age( OR =0.97,95% CI =0.94-0.99),length of sleep per day( OR =0.74,95% CI =0.56-0.96),and participation in technical training( OR =0.33,95% CI =0.12-0.95) were the protective factors while mental fatigue( OR =1.68,95% CI =1.18-2.41),work pressure( OR =2.94,95% CI =2.08-4.17),and unclear incentive system for overtime( OR =1.99,95% CI =1.23-3.23) were the risk factors for the anxiety of CDC staff. Conclusion The anxiety and depression status of CDC staff during the COVID-19 outbreak were worrying,which were mainly affected by age,sleep,supply of protective equipment,incentive system,fatigue,and work pressure.

Objective To observe the effect of Ruji Recipe (RR) (treated by syndrome typing) in preventing the relapse and metastasis of invasive ductal breast cancer patients with negative hormone receptor (HR) after surgery and chemotherapy. Methods Using a prospective, cohort method, 136 pa- tients with stage I - III C HR negative invasive ductal breast cancer were equally assigned to the treat- ment group (treated by RR in syndrome typing way) and the control group (routine follow-ups). Disease free survival (DFS) , overall survival (OS) , relapse and metastasis were observed in the two groups. Re- sults All patients were followed-up for 15 to 57 months, with the median follow-up of 44 months. The median DFS and OS had not reached. The 1. 0, 1. 5, 2. -0, and 3. 0 years DFS were 94.1 % (64/68) , 86. 4 % (51/59), 81. 8% (45/55), and 72. 0% (36/50) in the treatment group. They were 77. 9% (53/68), 67.2% (45)67), 60. 6% (40)66), and 54. 5% (36/66) in the control group. Significant difference existed in 1. 0, 1. 5, and 2. 0 years DFS between the two groups (X² = 7.403, 6.426, 6.459; P =0. 012, 0.013, 0. 016). No statistical difference existed in 1. 0, 1. 5, 2. 0, and 3. 0 years OS between the two groups (P >0. 05). Among triple negative breast cancer (TNBC) patients, 1. 0, 1. 5, 2. 0, and 3. 0 years DFS were 97. 0% (32/33), 92. 9% (26/28), 92.6% (2527), and 84. 6% (22/26) in the treatment group, 81. 5% (2227), 66. 7% (1827), 61. 5% (16/26), and 57. 7% (15/26) in the control group. Of them, significant difference existed in 1. 5, 2. 0, and 3. 0 years DFS between the two groups (X² =5. 893, 7. 293, 4. 591 ; P = 0. 015, 0. 007, 0. 032). At the end of follow-ups, relapse and metastasis occurred in 15 patients, local recur- rence in 2 patients, single organ metastasis in 6 patients, and multiple organs metastasis in 7 patients of the treatment group. The relapse and metastasis occurred in 30 patients , local recurrence in 2 patients , single organ metastasis in 12 patients, and multiple organs metastasis in 16 patients of the treatment group. Conclusions RR ( by syndrome typing) could improve DFS and delay progression of invasive ductal breast cancer patients with negative HR in the first 2 years after surgery. It also had certain value for relapse and metastasis of TNBC patients within 2 years.

Objective: To observe the effect of electroacupuncture (EA) on behavior changes and the adundance levels of transforming growth factor beta 3 (TGF-beta 3) and basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) proteins in the hippocampus of rats with chronic unpredictable mild stress (CUMS)-induced depression, so as to explore its mechanisms underlying improvement of depression., Methods: Forty Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into the following groups: control, model, EA, and medication (Fluoxetine), n = 10 in each group. The depression model was established by CUMS combined with solitary raising for 28 days. EA (2 Hz, 0.6 mA) was applied to "Baihui" (GV 20) and "Yintang" (GV 29) for 20 mm, once daily before CUMS every day. The rats of the medication group were given with Fluoxetine (10 mg/kg, 5 mL/kg) before CUMS every day. The behavioral changes (crossing and rearing locomotion) were detected by using open field tests. The expression levels of TGF-beta 3 and bFGF proteins of the bilateral hippocampus tissues were detected using biotin label-based antibody protein chips. Results Compared to the control group, the crossed grid-square numbers and rearing times were significantly decreased in the model group (P<0.01). Following EA and medication interventions, the CUMS induced decreases of the crossed grid-square number and rearing times were notably reversed in both EA and medication groups (P<0.01), suggesting an amelioration of depression after the intervention. The relative expression level of hippocampal TGF-beta 3 was down-regulated (fold change = 0.48, vs. the control group) and that of bFGF up-regulated (fold change= 1.36, vs the control group) in the model group. In both the EA and medication groups, the down-regulated TGF-beta 3 expression and the up-regulated bFGF protein expression were suppressed (TGF-beta 3: fold change = 1.61, 1.6 and bFGF: fold change = 0.61, 0.45, vs. the model group respectively)., Conclusion: EA can improve the depression-like state in depression rats which may be associated with its effect in up-regulating hippocampal TGF-beta 3 protein level and down-regulating bFGF protein expression via promoting neurogenesis.

Objective: To establish xenotransplated mouse model by non-obese diabetic/severe combined immunodeficiency (NOD/SCID) mice with primary myeloma cells., Methods: The model of xenograft was established in NOD/SCID mice by tail vein injection of mononuclear cells from two end stage multiple myeloma patients, three mice were inoculated for each patient. Mice were monitored weekly for body weight. Two weeks later, the human CD45(+) cells from peripheral blood of mice were evaluated by flow cytometry (FCM). The experiment endpoint was body weight loss up to 20% or had pale, vertical hair and listlessness, then spleen and liver were studied by histologic analysis, the human CD45(+)CD38(+) cells from spleen, lymph node, peripheral blood and bone marrow were evaluated by FCM., Results: Body weight of mice in group patient 1 and group patient 2 decreased seven and five weeks after inoculation respectively; the human CD45(+)CD38(+) cells appeared in the peripheral blood (26 ± 4) and (16 ± 4) days after inoculation in group patient 1 and group patient 2 respectively, and increased by time, reaching (16.2 ± 3.0)% and (31.3 ± 3.5)%, respectively at the endpoint; the spleen, liver and lymph node of both groups enlarged, the typical malignant plasma cells were observed in them. The human CD45(+)CD38(+) cells were detected in spleen, lymph node and bone marrow by FCM., Conclusion: Our study successfully established a NOD/SCID mouse model xenotransplated with human primary myeloma cells.

Objective: To evaluate the results of requesting a second consecutive sperm ejaculate in order to reduce ICSI cycles by PESA or TESE on the day of oocyte pick-up in assisted reproductive technology (ART)., Methods: We collected 68 semen samples as a second consecutive ejaculate from 34 men, compared the semen volume and sperm concentration, motility and total count between the first and the second ejaculation, and analyzed the laboratory results and clinical outcomes of fertilization with the mixed sperm., Results: The 34 males ejaculated twice within 4 hours by masturbation, with an interval of 26-183 (94.9 +/- 39.8) minutes between the first and second ejaculation. The volume of the first ejaculate was (2.0 +/- 1.4) ml, significantly higher than that of the second ([1.5 +/- 0.9] ml) (P = 0.007), although the numbers of motile sperm and grade a + b sperm of the first ([40.8 +/- 25.3]% and [30.9 +/- 22.4]%) were significantly lower than those of the second ([52.2 +/- 21.1]% and [39.9 +/- 17.5]%) (P < 0.05). There were no statistically significant differences in the sperm concentration or total sperm count between the two ejaculates (P > 0.05). The ICSI, IVF + ICSI, and IVF cycles were 3, 3 and 28 respectively among the 34 couples undergoing ART. The number of retrieved oocytes, normal fertilization rate, high quality embryo rate and frozen cycles/fresh transfer cycles ratio were 15.5 +/- 8.7, 57.0% (247/433), 58.7% (145/247) and 20/24 for the IVF cycle, 21.7 +/- 8.3, 61.5% (40/65), 67.5% (27/40) and 3/2 for the ICSI cycle, and 10.0 +/- 2.6, 72.4% (21/29), 66.7% (14/21) and 3/3 for the IVF + ICSI cycle. Fourteen live births were achieved out of the 18 pregnancies, including 6 healthy boys and 9 healthy girls., Conclusion: A clinical pregnancy rate of >30% can be achieved by requesting a second consecutive sperm ejaculate on the day of oocyte pick-up in order to collect more sperm and/or increase the total number of motile sperm for ART. And this method can avoid other invasive sperm processing techniques and the need of unnecessary micromanipulative fertilization.

Objective: To express the fusion protein of glutathione S-transferase (GST) and human Id-2 in E. coli and prepare the polyclonal antibodies against Id-2., Methods: The coding sequence of Id-2 gene was amplified by RT-PCR from the total RNA of breast cancer tissue. The recombinant plasmid was identified by PCR, restriction endonuclease digestion analysis and sequencing. The fusion protein GST-Id-2 expressed in E. coli following IPTG induction was purified by glutathione-agarose affinity chromatography and used to immunize rabbits to prepare the polyclonal antibodies against GST-Id-2., Results: PCR, restriction endonuclease digestion and sequence analyses showed that the Id-2 gene had been correctly inserted into pGEX-6P-1 vector, and the GST-Id-2 fusion protein expressed had a relative molecular mass of approximately 40,000 as shown by SDS-PAGE. The polyclonal antibodies obtained from the rabbit sera were found to specifically react with purified Id-2 by Western blotting, ELISA and agar gel immunodiffusion (AGP)., Conclusion: The prepared polyclonal antibodies against Id-2 allow effective Id-2 detection and facilitate further investigation of the structure and antigen epitope of Id-2.

Palynology, one science of plant's pollen and spores, has been proven to be a new frontier discipline. Because of the characteristics of pollen and spores, such as small size, light weight, large amount, and difficult to be found, they can leave physical evidence and provide new clues to solve a case. Therefore palynology has a good prospect for practical application in forensic medicine. The paper intends to analyze the advantage and limitation of palynology in forensic medicine by reviewing its general characteristics, classification, morphology, and disseminating circadian rhythm. We hope to provide some reference to apply palynology in forensic medicine.

Objective: To study the variation and significance of plasma factor VII (FVII) in various types of ischemia heart disease (IHD) and discuss its relation with plasma lipid., Methods: FVIIa was determined with one stage clotting assay using a recombinant soluble tissue factor (rsTF). FVIIc was measured with one stage clotting assay. FVIIag was quantified with enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA)., Results: FVIIa in stable angina (SA), unstable angina (UA), old and acute myocardial infraction (OMI, AMI) patients were higher than that of a normal group with significant statistic differences between any two groups. FVIIag in UA, OMI and AMI were higher than that in SA and the normal group. There were positive correlations between FVIIa and serum triglycerides, FVIIa and FVIIc, FVIIc and FVIIag., Conclusions: There is more or less activation of extrinsic coagulation pathway in any kind of IHD. FVIIa is the risk factor in the development of IHD and more sensitive than FVIIc or FVIIag. FVIIa is higher in OMI which may be one of the risk factors of reinfarction. Serum triglyceride may indirectly lead to the pathologic process of IHD by increasing the level of FVIIa.

Objective: To compare the prevalence of Helicobacter pylori (Hp) infection in children of Zhuang and Mulan ethnic groups, Guangxi Luocheng county, China and in children of Jing ethnic group, Central Vietnam and to analyze the association of HLA-DQA1 alleles of these ethnic groups' children with Hp infection., Methods: Serodiagnosis by determining Hp antibody with ELISA and determination of serum CagA, VacA and urease antibodies by immunoblotting were performed for 54 Zhuang, 76 Mulan and 109 Jing children. Polymerase chain reaction-single strand polymorphism (PCR-SSP) technique was applied to determine the polymorphism of the HLA-DQA1 locus of these children and then the association of HLA-DQA1 alleles of these minority children with Hp infection was analyzed by SAS software., Results: The prevalence of Hp infection were 39% in Vietnamese Jing nationality, which was significantly lower than that in children of Guangxi Luocheng county (65% in Zhuang nationality and 58% in Mulan nationality) (P < 0.01). The distribution of HLA-DQA1 locus was not significantly different among the 3 groups. The frequency of HLA-DQA1 * 0104 allele was significantly higher in children with Hp infection than in children without Hp infection in each of the 3 groups (P < 0.01)., Conclusion: The results indicated that the prevalence of Hp infection in Zhuang and Mulan minority ethnic groups in Guangxi, China was higher than that in Vietnamese Jing ethnic group children. HLA-DQA1 * 0104 allele may be associated with susceptibility to Hp infection.

Objective: To analyze the aberration of human eyes after LASIK by using wavefront analyzer, to evaluate the eye aberrations by using the large spot in refractive surgery, and to compare the aberrations in different pupil zones., Methods: This is a prospective clinical study. Preoperatively and postoperatively, uncorrected visual acuity (UCVA), best corrected visual acuity (BCVA), spherical equivalent (SE) and aberrations were evaluated on each patient. The patients were divided into three different groups according to the SE diopter before the surgery. We used the SAS and SPSS10.0 statistic software to analyze the data., Results: Preoperatively, BCVA was 4.98 +/- 0.07. Ten days after surgery, UCVA and BCVA were 4.92 +/- 0.10 and 4.95 +/- 0.09, respectively. One month after surgery, UCVA and BCVA were 4.96 +/- 0.09 and 4.99 +/- 0.09, respectively. Over time, visual acuity improved with Postoperatively, parts of the eye's BCVA were better than preoperatively. Ten days after LASIK, the SE of three groups were hyperopic. But with time, SE changes to myopia. In the Allegretto exam, high order aberrations increased immediately after surgery in each group (P < 0.05), but decreased with time (P > 0.05) and did not return to preoperative values at one month. Preoperatively, the total aberrations (RMSg) were larger than postoperatively. The aberrations especially spherical are larger in the 6.5 mm pupil zone than in the 4 mm pupil zone. Preoperatively, there were no significant differences of high order aberrations between the three groups (P > 0.05). But after surgery, there were significant differences (P < 0.05)., Conclusions: Initially, high order aberrations increased after LASIK, but decreased over time. Preoperatively, there were no significant differences of aberrations between the three groups, but after surgery, significant differences existed. The aberrations especially spherical were larger in the 6.5 mm pupil zone than in the 4 mm pupil zone. Allegretto wave-front analyzer can be used for low to middle myopia.
