A case of bullous pilomatricoma is reported. A 26-year-old man presented with a 7-year history of neoplasm on the right elbow flexor. Dermatological examination revealed a well demarcated, elevated loose blister, sized 3.0 cm×3.0 cm×1.0 cm, on the right elbow flexor. The blister was intact with a hard nodule, about 1.5 cm×1.0 cm×0.3 cm in size, at its base. The nodule was in irregular shape with poor mobility, but without tenderness. Histopathology showed normal epidermis and a dermal tumor composed of basaloid cells and shadow cells. Lymphatic dilation was evident. The tumor was completely removed by resection, and the wound healed well. There was no recurrence during the follow-up.

Objective: Lentinan (LNT) had been shown to have direct cytotoxicity on cancer cells. However, the mechanism of this anti-tumor effect was still unclear. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of lentinan on the proliferation, migration and chemosensitivity of pancreatic cancer cells and its mechanism. Methods: Capan-1 cells from pancreatic cancer were randomly divided into control group, IL-6 group and IL-6+LNT group. Cell survival rate was detected by MTT, expression levels of p-STAT3, STAT3, Notch1 and Hes1 were analyzed by Western blot, and cell migration was observed by Transwell test. The cisplatin resistant cell model (Capan-1/DDP) was established, and the semi-inhibitory concentration of cisplatin (IC50) was detected in each group, and the relative expression levels of Ki67, MMP-9, MRP1 and P-gp were analyzed. Capan-1/DDP cell line was selected for tumor formation test in nude mice to verify the effects of LNT on tumor weight and IL-6/STAT3/Notch signaling pathway in nude mice. Results: Lentinan (7.5~240 µg/mL) could inhibit proliferation of pancreatic cancer cells. To scientifically analyze the effect of offshore wind farm on intertidal beach stability, this paper summarized the research progress of intertidal zone dynamic change analysis at home and abroad. The method of hypothetical sandbank surface discrimination (HSSD) was proposed. The topographic changes that caused by offshore wind turbine construction in intertidal zone were estimated quantitatively from single phase DEM, the contribution rate and contribution mode of the erosion and deposition change of offshore sand body terrain offshore caused by wind turbine construction and operation were analyzed. The multi temporal intertidal zone DEM was based on enhanced waterline method (EWM). It carried out the quantitative assessment of the safety and stability of offshore wind turbines due to the change of intertidal tidal flat erosion and deposition. The practical application proved that the scheme could be used for the influence of offshore wind turbines on intertidal zone topographic changes with quantitative remote sensing monitoring.

The girth weld is the weak link of high-grade pipeline, and its structural integrity affects the safety of pipeline operation. Herein, the state of art of the weld metal strength and toughness indicators were discussed from three aspects: the design method of weld metal strength and toughness indicators, the strength and toughness acceptance indicators proposed by pipeline engineering design standards, and the test method of weld metal strength and toughness. The fitness-for-service assessment methods of pipeline girth weld were expounded. The key problems and progress of the assessment methods were discussed: the crack tip constraint effect of fracture toughness, the numerical simulation method of fracture behavior of pipeline girth weld, the evaluation method of crack driving force, the assessment method of failure evaluation diagram, the prediction method of tensile strain capacity of pipeline girth weld, and the fracture experimental test of full-scale pipeline girth weld. Finally, the existing problems and future research directions in the mechanical properties and fitness-for-service assessment of high-grade pipeline girth weld were put forward. Generally, the research results could provide a reference for improving the intrinsic safety of high-grade pipeline girth weld.

In this study, numerical simulation analysis on fracture of girth welds on pipelines with crack defect and small Single Edge Notch Beam(SENB) was performed with the finite element method for accurately characterizing the correlation of apparent fracture toughness of the girth welds on high-grade steel pipelines and the small specimens. The conversion coefficient of apparent fracture toughness was introduced by comparing the difference of apparent fracture toughness of the girth welds on full-scale pipelines and the SENB specimens. Conversion coefficients between full-scale pipelines and SENB specimens under different working conditions were obtained by quantitatively studying the impact of pipe diameter, wall thickness, crack length and depth on the apparent fracture toughness of girth welds on full-scale pipelines, realizing quantitative characterization of the apparent fracture toughness of girth welds on high-grade steel pipelines based on the test results of small specimens. The results indicate that the pipe diameter has little effect on the apparent fracture toughness and its conversion coefficient. The conversion coefficient of fracture toughness increases with the increasing of wall thickness and decreases with the increasing of crack length and depth. The effect of crack depth on the apparent fracture toughness of pipelines is more obvious than other influencing factors. A relatively accurate apparent fracture toughness of girth welds on high-grade steel pipelines can be obtained based on the conversion coefficient, providing theoretical reference for accurately characterizing the apparent fracture toughness of girth welds on high-grade steel pipelines.

With the acceleration of urbanization, more crossings of roads and pipelines appear, which poses some threat to the safety of pipeline operation. Taking X65 pipeline as the research object, the mechanical response of pipelines under three types of dynamic loads, namely no-load, half-load and full load, was studied through field tests. A parameterized numerical calculation model considering the nonlinear pipe-soil interaction was established, and the accurate simulation of vehicle dynamic loads was realized, which indicates that the error between the numerical calculation results and the test results is within 5%. On this basis, the influence of vehicle weight, pipe diameter, wall thickness, internal pressure and other factors on the axial mechanical response of the pipelines was further investigated. The results show that the overall vertical bending deformation and local deformation are caused by the rolling compaction of heavy trucks. Meanwhile, the axial compressive stress applied to the top of pipelines and the axial tensile stress caused by the Poisson effect of internal pressure offset each other, so that the axial stress at the top of the pipeline decreases. However, the axial tensile stress at the bottom and side of the pipeline are superimposed with that generated by Poisson effect of internal pressure, which increases the axial stress applied to the bottom of pipeline. Therefore, increasing the diameter, wall thickness and buried depth of pipeline can reduce the influence of rolling compaction of heavy trucks on the pipeline. Besides, the weight of heavy trucks has the greatest influence on the axial stress of the pipeline, generally less than 100 MPa.

Fatigue is a phenomenon caused by the disorder of energy coordination in the body, and prolonged exercise fatigue will lead to related diseases. Polyphenols have obvious biological activities, such as anti-oxidation, anti-tumor and so on. At present, polyphenols have been proved to have anti-fatigue effect, which can relieve exercise fatigue by regulating the AMPK signaling pathway to regulate oxidative stress, energy metabolism and inflammation, as well as substrate metabolism. In this paper, the generation and mechanism of exercise fatigue, the source of anti-fatigue polyphenols and the action mechanism of anti-fatigue polyphenols are systematically reviewed in order to provide reference for the research and development of anti-fatigue functional foods with polyphenols.

Aiming at the technology of hydraulic fracturing assisted oil displacement which combines hydraulic fracturing, seepage and oil displacement, an experimental system of energy storage and flowback in fracturing assisted oil displacement process has been developed and used to simulate the mechanism of percolation, energy storage, oil displacement and flowback of chemical agents in the whole process. The research shows that in hydraulic fracturing assisted oil displacement, the chemical agent could be directly pushed to the deeper area of the low and medium permeability reservoirs, avoiding the viscosity loss and adhesion retention of chemical agents near the pay zone; in addition, this technology could effectively enlarge the swept volume, improve the oil displacement efficiency, replenish formation energy, gather and exploit the scattered residual oil. For the reservoir with higher permeability, this measure takes effect fast, so to lower cost, and the high pressure hydraulic fracturing assisted oil displacement could be adopted directly. For the reservoir with lower permeability which is difficult to absorb water, hydraulic fracturing assisted oil displacement with surfactant should be adopted to reduce flow resistance of the reservoir and improve the water absorption capacity and development effect of the reservoir. The degree of formation energy deficit was the main factor affecting the effective swept range of chemical agents. Moreover, the larger the formation energy deficit was, the further the seepage distance of chemical agents was, accordingly, the larger the effective swept volume was, and the greater the increase of oil recovery was. Formation energy enhancement was the most important contribution to enhanced oil recovery (EOR), which was the key to EOR by the technology of hydraulic fracturing assisted oil displacement.

Geohazard is one of the major factors threating the safe operation of oil and gas pipelines. However, due to the inspection accuracy of equipment and the discreteness of inspection data, the pipeline safety cannot be analyzed quantitatively with a single monitoring and inspection technology. Thus, it is urgent to study the Digital Twin mechanism model for the structural safety of pipelines in combination with the multi-source monitoring and inspection data, so as to realize the intelligent perception and prediction of pipeline safety in geohazard areas. Herein, the process to establish a Digital Twin mechanism model for the structural safety of pipelines in geohazard areas was put forward. Meanwhile, by building a parameterized finite element model of pipelines in geohazard areas, a stress-strain database of the pipeline was established with consideration to the range of the variable parameters affecting the stress-strain distribution of pipelines, and then the highly nonlinear relationship between the variable parameters and the stress-strain state of the pipelines was fitted by BP neural network. In addition, combined with the real monitoring data of pipeline stress and strain, a mechanism model capable of accurately inverting the real stress and strain distribution along the pipeline was constructed with the particle swarm optimization algorithm. Moreover, the accuracy of the model was verified by an application case. Therefore, the research results could be applied to the quantitative safety assessment of the pipelines in geohazard areas, and core support could be provided for the construction of Digital Twin of pipelines.

Background and objective Cullin1 is a representative member of the Cullin family, and it plays an important role in the ubiquitination of cell cycle, transcription and signal transduction related proteins. Cullin1 is closely related to the occurrence and development of a variety of malignant tumors. The aim of this study is to investigate the effects of Cullin1 on biological function of lung adenocarcinoma A549 and H1395 Cells. Methods The expression of Cullin1 mRNA was detected by quantitative Real-time polymerase chain reaction in lung adenocarcinoma cells (A549, H358, H1395, H1650) and human normal lung epithelial cells BEAS-2B, siRNA technology was used to interfere with lung adenocarcinoma cells with relatively high expression of Cullin1 mRNA; cell proliferation, cell cycle distribution, early cell apoptosis, invasion and migration ability were detected by methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium assay (MTT), flow cytometry and Transwell experiment; Western blot was used to detect the expression levels of matrix metalloproteinase-2 (MMP-2), matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9), tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase-1 (TIMP-1), Cyclin D1, Cyclin E2, p21 and p27. The key equipment of oil and gas pipelines is the important treasure of a country because they are related to national energy security. For many years, the key equipment has been imported, which become a bottleneck restricting the high-quality development of oil and gas industry in China. Thus, great attention was attracted from the CPC Central Committee and the State Council to localization, and it was decided to fully guard against and mitigate the risk of "stranglehold" through independent research. With the powerful support of the National Energy Administration and China Machinery Industry Federation, CNPC launched the localization work for equipment in oil and gas pipelines in 2007, set up two batches of major projects of science and technology localization, cooperated with 35 domestic manufacturers. As a result, a major breakthrough was made in the localization of 6 kinds of key equipment, such as compressor unit, oil pump set and valve, which breaks the foreign monopoly, ensures the independence and controllability of oil and gas energy, and further promotes the development of domestic equipment manufacturing to the high end.

Meter-wave radar has good anti-stealth performance. The waveform diversity of Multiple-Input Multiple-Output (MIMO) radar can result in a higher degree of freedom, which makes MIMO radar more advantageous in detection and parameter estimation. Therefore, meter-wave MIMO radar has been widely studied. The radar height measurement is one of the most important research problems of the meter-wave MIMO radar. The maximum likelihood and generalized multiple signal classification algorithms are effective for measuring the radar height. However, they feature heavy computation complexity. In this paper, a preprocessing method based on Block Orthogonal Matching Pursuit (BOMP) is proposed to reduce the computation. First, the received data of MIMO array are sparse-processed, and then, using a mathematical operation, they are transformed into a signal model suitable for the BOMP algorithm; then coarse angle estimation is obtained using a large search grid. The coarse angle estimation is taken as the initial value, and the MIMO radar beam width as the search range. The simulation results show that the proposed algorithm can effectively reduce the computation of the search-type height measurement algorithm.

China-Russia Eastern Gas Pipeline has been in the operation stage after commissioning, however, the high steel grade, large diameter, high pressure and large transportation capacity, as well as the cold frozen zone along the pipeline, all pose great challenges to the operation of the pipeline, such as enormous uncertainty, high risks, difficulty in maintenance and security, etc. The problems that may exist in the pipeline technology were elaborated, including optimal operation of the pipeline network, peak shaving in winter, prevention and control of ice blockage, venting and recovery, etc. In the aspect of integrity management, the pipeline was facing problems like in-line inspection of large-diameter pipeline and evaluation of safety status of high-grade steel pipeline. In terms of line risk control, there would be problems such as gas pipeline leakage and safety status monitoring, corrosion, prevention and control of frost heaving and thawing settlement, etc. As for maintenance and repair, a series of technical problems represented by cutting, demagnetization and repair of D 1 422 mm pipeline needed to be solved. The status of related technologies in China and abroad were summarized and technical solutions for the problems were proposed. In addition, some of the technological achievements that have been made in China-Russia Eastern Gas Pipeline were summarized to provide reference for the construction and operation of oil and gas pipeline in the future.

At present, the problems of unclear definition and inconsistent understanding exist in the construction of intelligent pipeline network.Based on the definition of intelligent pipeline network proposed in the existing literatures, the following definition of intelligent pipeline network was given from the functions that the intelligent system should have in the four aspects of perception, analysis, decision-making and disposal.Intelligent pipeline network refers to the comprehensive intelligent perception, independent analysis and calculation of the pipeline state by making full use of information technology and artificial intelligence technology on the premise of minimizing the physical and intellectual activities of people in the operation of the pipeline network.Therefore, it has the ability of independent decision-making and disposal of various production needs and abnormal events in the operation of the pipeline network, allowing a quick, flexible and accurate judgment and response to the safety and operation status of the pipeline network, thus achieving the goals of the highest safety and environmental protection level and the best operation benefit in the full life cycle of the pipeline network.Referring to the five elements of intelligent dimension in the maturity model of intelligent manufacturing capability and the existing research results of intelligent pipeline network, the five characteristics of intelligent pipeline network were cleared, i.e., business intelligentization, data unification, information intercommunication, state visualization and knowledge networking.Based on this, the construction conception of intelligent pipeline network was put forward.

In order to analyze the effect of final cooling temperature on the wax deposition laws of the crude oil modified with additives, keep the same temperature difference of oil wall and control different final cooling temperatures, static wax deposition contrast test and dynamic shear contrast test were carried out on Daqing oil with nano pour point depressant, Daqing oil with EVA pour point depressant and Daqing blank oil using the wax deposition device of agitation tank, rheometer, differential scanning calorimeter and other test instruments. Then, based on the mechanisms of molecular diffusion and gelling, the wax deposition laws of Daqing oil modified with additives under different experimental conditions were investigated. It is shown that when the final cooling temperature is lower, the blank oil is low in the total wax deposition but its wax crystal structure is stronger; while the oil with additives is significantly higher than the blank oil in the total wax deposition, but there is more condensate in the total amount of wax deposition and the wax crystal structure is weaker. With the increase of the final cooling temperature, the wax deposition in the oil with additives and that in the blank oil decrease gradually and tend to be consistent. When the final cooling temperature is lower and the shear peel strength is weaker, the addition of pour point depressant can increase the wax deposition of pipeline transportation. And once the shear is high or the final cooling temperature is increased, the wax deposition of the oil with additives will be reduced significantly and the safety of pipeline transportation will be improved.

In order to study the mechanism of dissolved oxygen content on the surface corrosion behavior of Fe-based heat transfer, the first principle is used to study the adsorption of O2 monomolecular, H2O monolayer and dissolved oxygen system on Fe-based heat transfer surface. The GGA/PBE approximation is used to calculate the adsorption energy, state density and population change during the adsorption process. Calculations prove that when the dissolved oxygen is adsorbed on the Fe-based surface, the water molecule tends to adsorb at the top sites, and the oxygen molecule tends to adsorb at Griffiths. When the H2O molecule adsorbs and interacts on the Fe (001) surface, the charge distribution of the interfacial double electric layer changes to cause the Fe atoms to lose electrons, resulting in the change of the surface potential. When the O2 molecule adsorbs on the Fe (001) crystal surfaces, the electrons on the Fe (001) surface are lost and the surface potential increases. O2 molecule and the surface of the Fe atoms are prone to electron transfer, in which O atom's 2p orbit for the adsorption of O2 molecule on Fe (001) crystal surface play a major role. With the increase of the proportion of O2 molecule in the dissolved oxygen water, the absolute value of the adsorption energy increases, and the interaction of the Fe-based heat transfer surface is stronger. This study explores the influence law of different dissolved oxygen on the Fe base heat exchange surface corrosion, and the base metal corrosion mechanism for experimental study provides a theoretical reference.

Main trends of host malcode detection using machine learning were focused on,and two categories of detection models(namely static analysis and dynamic analysis) were well discussed.Moreover,the critical stages such as malcode samples collection,feature extraction and selection,the construction of machine learning classifiers were considered fully.At last,some future work and challenges in this field were listed.The work can serve as a practical reference for establishing next-generation malcode detection techniques.

Because of the existing chromatographic separation phenomenon, ASP flooding changes original nature of the system. Therefore, in laboratory ultra-low interfacial tension ASP system is preferred for sand packs flow experiment to research on the effect of chromatographic separation on ASP system interface tension. The two parameters of "breakthrough time" and "output difference" are used to describe the degree of chromatographic separation, and the produced fluid interfacial tensions at the outlet end at 120 min is measured. The research shows that there exists chromatographic separation between three chemicals of ASP system, with first polymer breakthrough and finally surfactant breakthrough; there is most serious chromatographic separation between surfactant and polymer, while minimum chromatographic separation between alkali and polymer; chromatographic separation makes ASP interfacial tension increase from 10-3 magnitude to 10-2 magnitude, affecting flooding effect of ASP system. Thus, reducing the loss of surfactant in the formation will be the main measure to reduce the degree of chromatographic separation. Using sophorolipid as sacrificial agent to replace part of the surfactant injected into formation before ASP system can effectively reduce the impact of chromatography separation and more effectively improve the ultimate recovery ratio.

Aiming at the problem that large computational resources and long computation time are required for the conventional Laplace-Fourier domain waveform inversion, an efficient multi-scale grid algorithm with variable computed area is proposed, and used in inversion modeling of the Marmousi and Overthrust model. This algorithm can choose a proper grid spacing automatically according to the different frequency, and adjust the depth of computing area according to the Laplace damping constant. This algorithm not only improves inversion efficiency significantly without the loss of inversion precision, but also improves the stability due to the decrease of grid number. Inversion results of the Marmousi and Overthrust model demonstrate the validity of the algorithm. In addition, the inversion results by the algorithm still can be approximate to the real model when low frequency information is missing. Based on the dense well pattern and the core data of straight wells and horizontal wells of PI332 unit of Putaohua oil layer, Cretaceous Yaojia Formation in Xingbei area of Daqing Oilfield, according to the model of modern sediments and ancient outcrop, the configuration parameters of lateral interbeds configuration are acquired by rock-electricity combination, which are used to analyze the three-dimensional configuration characteristics of the point bar lateral accretion interbeds located in the meandering distributary channel of the delta distributary plain and the residual oil distribution. The results show that the lateral accretion interbeds of point bar are thin, slow, and dense in PI332 unit of Xingbei area. The thickness of interbeds is mainly 2−25 cm. The upper and lower dip angle of interbeds is smaller at 2°−5°. The middle of interbeds is steeper at 7°−10°. The plane distribution density is 0.11/m. The three-dimensional spatial configuration consists of the plane and profile features. The lateral accretion interbeds are in crescent arrangement on the plane, and in imbricate and echelon distribution on the profile. Under the influence of lateral accretion interbeds architecture and the physical difference of lateral accretions, the middle and lower parts of point bars are seriously flooded, and the residual oil is mainly distributed in the middle and upper parts. The horizontal section of a horizontal well should be designed in the middle and upper parts of point bars, and it should drill out the middle and upper parts of lateral accretion bodies to increase the supply unit and enhance oil recovery. Objective To report bypass treatment for 6 cases of giant intracranial aneurysm, and discuss the surgical indication and therapeutic effect. Methods A series of 6 patients with giant intracranial aneurysm underwent extracranial ⁃ intracranial bypass. Pre ⁃ operative cerebral hemodynamics, mode of bypass, and the clinical and imaging outcomes were analysed. Results Among 6 patients, 3 patients underwent trapping and resection (or parent vessel reconstruction) combined with low⁃flow bypass while the other 3 patients underwent clipping (or trapping) combined with high⁃flow bypass (external carotid artery⁃radial artery/great saphenous vein⁃middle cerebral artery bypass). The follow⁃up period ranged from 6 to 28 months (mean 17 months). The short⁃term and long⁃term cerebral aniography and CT angiography showed the bypass vessel and anastomotic stoma were all patent. Signs and symptoms were improved in different degree. During follow ⁃ up period, no acute hemorrhagic or ischemic cerebrovascular events occurred. Among 3 patients who underwent combined low ⁃ flow bypass, the long ⁃ term modified Rankin Scale (mRS) was 0 in 2 patients and 2 in one patient. Among the other 3 patients who underwent combined high⁃flow bypass, the long⁃term mRS was 0 in one and 1 in 2 patients. Conclusion Surgical treatment for complex intracranial aneurysm may sacrifice the parent vessel or the distal MCA branches. It is according to the patients condition and different intracranial ⁃ extracranial vascular bypass which may effectively preserve the blood flow. Perfusion CT in combination with digital subtraction angiography can be used to evaluate distal perfusion status and collateral circulation in patients with giant intracranial aneurysm. High-power aviation airborne electronic equipment will have the problem of over-temperature.Compared with air cooling, the use of the liquid cooling to cool the device has better heat dissipation effect, so the thermal characteristics of the liquid cooling system need to be simulated and calculated.Taking a certain type of airborne liquid cooling as an example, the theoretical calculation model of heat transfer of the main components(such as liquid storage tank, gear pump, radiator, etc.) is established, and the temperature under-40~40℃ is simulated and analyzed.The thermal characteristics of the system and through the state machine programming to achieve temperature control simulation under over-temperature conditions.The results show that the temperature index of this type of airborne liquid cooling system basically meets the technical index requirements of the cold plate inlet temperature(5~30℃) under typical working conditions;The method of increasing fan speed or the control method of opening the ram air port can obviously improve the problem and the cold plate temperature is basically controlled in the range of 5~15℃.

By using a chronosequence approach, this paper studied the nutrients accumulation, allocation, and cycling in 7-, 17-, 31-, and 51-year-old Masson pine plantations, aimed to analyze the dynamics of nutrients in Masson pine plantation at its different developmental stages. The results showed that 1) nutrient accumulation was not synchronized with biomass accumulation, with the accumulation rate of biomass being 3.3, 5.4, 3.3, 3.7, and 9. 8 times of that of N, P, K, Ca, and Mg from age 17 to 51 , respectively, 2) nutrient allocation to a specific component was related to the growth rate of the nutrient pool in the component, and the nutrient allocation to stem as well as the ratio of nutrient allocation to root/shoot increased with plantation age, and 3) the biomass production per unit nutrient, i. e. , nutrient use efficiency, and the nutrient cycling coefficient also increased with plantation age, being higher for 51-year-old plantation than for younger plantations, suggesting that shortening the rotation length could reduce the possibility to raise the nutrient use efficiency. It was suggested that both extending the current rotation length to as long as 50 years and reducing the harvest intensity could be helpful to conserve the nutrients and to maintain long-term productivity. Neptunium is one of long-life radioelements, whose speciation in different condition of underground water and soil type, including the adsorption characteristics and adsorption mechanism on some soils, is a critical field. The adsorption behavior of Np(Ⅴ) on muscovite minerals was studied by combining theoretical calculations and static adsorption experiments, providing a reference for evaluating the safety of nuclear waste disposal sites in this work. The adsorption behavior of 239Np(Ⅴ) by different particle sizes of muscovite was studied using characterization methods such as X-ray diffraction(XRD), scanning electron microscopy(SEM), material specific surface area(BET), and NaI(Tl) gamma spectroscopy. Explored the effects of factors such as time, pH value, and the presence or absence of \begin{document}${\mathrm{CO}}_3^{2-} $\end{document} on the adsorption of Np(Ⅴ) by muscovite with different particle sizes. Combining density functional based on first principles, B3LYP was selected as the functional and 6-31G* as the basis group, and quantum chemical calculations were carried out to obtain the dissociation constant(pKa) values of the sites, in order to describe the electronic behavior of the skeleton structure. The experimental results show that different particle sizes of muscovite have an impact on the adsorption of Np(Ⅴ), and the presence or absence of \begin{document}${\mathrm{CO}}_3^{2-} $\end{document} in the environment also affect the adsorption distribution coefficient. However, as the particle size of muscovite decreases, more active sites are exposed, and the trend of adsorption distribution coefficient varies. Based on the SEM image and adsorption distribution coefficient curve, it can be seen that as the grinding mesh size of the sample increases, the end face increases, and even layered muscovite is peeled off. In the alkaline region, the adsorption distribution coefficient slightly increases, but the adsorption distribution coefficient is all less than 100. A small amount of Np(Ⅴ) is enriched in fine-grained to extremely fine-grained minerals, related to finer sediment. The adsorption of Np(Ⅴ) by muscovite is weak and not dominant. Np(Ⅴ) mainly migrates with groundwater in muscovite minerals.

Background Promoting appropriate health technology to rural and urban communities is an important measure to improve the technical level and service capacity of primary care institutions. The First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University carried out the promotion of appropriate health technology in southern Xinjiang. Objective To evaluate the effect of appropriate technology promotion for stroke rehabilitation in southern Xinjiang, understand the needs of rehabilitation workers in southern Xinjiang for appropriate technology promotion for stroke rehabilitation and the goals they hope to achieve by participating in appropriate technology promotion for stroke rehabilitation projects, providing a basis for health administrative departments to implement appropriate rehabilitation technology promotion work. Methods The rehabilitation workers from the rehabilitation medicine departments of 8 people's hospitals, affiliated township health centers and communities health centers, federation of the disabled, civil affairs system and other rehabilitation institutions in 8 deep poverty-stricken counties which were considered as sample source sites by using a multi-stage sampling method in July 2018. The appropriate technology promotion for stroke rehabilitation was performed followed by a investigation by using self-designed questionnaire. The monthly outpatient volume, hospitalization volume and treatment income of the rehabilitation medicine department of people's hospitals before (January 1, 2018 to June 30, 2018) and after participation (July 1, 2020 to December 31, 2020) in technology promotion for stroke rehabilitation projects were compared. Results The appropriate technology promotion for stroke rehabilitation in acute, subacute and convalescent stages, as well as community and family rehabilitation of stroke was performed from January 1, 2018 to June 30, 2018, involving motor function rehabilitation training, functional electrical stimulation, mandatory exercise therapy techniques, constraint induced movement therapy (CIMT) , mirror therapy, management and rehabilitation training of dysphagia, daily living activities training and rehabilitation care of stroke patient. A total of 384 valid questionnaires were collected. Among the 384 rehabilitation workers, 63.3% (243/384) identified the appropriate technology promotion within districts (counties) as very meaningful; 46.1% (177/384) thought the project was very applicable in their local area; 37.5% (144/384) believed that the technology for stroke rehabilitation can be carried out in their medical institutions with a slight improvement of the relevant conditions; 46.9% (180/384) believed that the difficulty level of the appropriate technology promotion project was easy in terms of operation skills; after the training, 42.2% (162/384) claimed to be knowledgeable about the technology and need to learn and receive further training. In this study, solid phase microextraction (SPME) coupled with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) was used to investigate the volatile compound profiles of eight dairy fat products (including four butters, two creams and two cultured butters) that are popular on the Chinese market. Their key flavor compounds were identified by calculating relative odor activity value (ROAV) as well as using gas chromatography-olfactometry (GC-O). In total 40 volatiles were found in the eight milk fat products, including 7 aldehydes, 6 methyl ketones, 7 fatty acids, and 7 lactones. A total of 17 volatile compounds were identified as key flavor compounds according to their ROAV, and GC-O identified seven of these compounds. Acetic acid, butanoic acid, hexanoic acid, δ-octanolactone, δ-decanolactone and γ-dodecalactone, all of which had ROAV greater than 1 and could be recognized by GC-O, were considered the most significant flavor compounds in dairy fat products.

In order to improve the clustering performance of the nearest neighbor propagation clustering algorithm,the flora algorithm is used to optimize the parameters of the nearest neighbor propagation bias.Firstly,the similarity matrix is established according to the samples to be clustered,and the bias parameters are initialized.Secondly,the bias parameters are optimized by flora algorithm,which is used as colony for training,and the Silhouette index value is set as fitness function of flora algorithm.Then,the optimized bias parameters are updated by colony position to perform neighbor propagation clustering operation,and the decision and potential matrix of neighbor propagation clustering algorithm are continuously updated.Finally,stable clustering results are obtained.Experimental results show that better clustering results can be obtained by setting the parameters of flora optimization algorithm reasonably.Compared with common clustering algorithms,the proposed algorithm can obtain higher Silhouette index value and the shortest Euclidean distance performance in e-commerce dataset and UCI dataset,and has high applicability in clustering analysis.

Objective To construct a teaching case resource library for pharmacy teaching, which meets the needs from the new health care-oriented reformation in tertiary A-level public hospital. Methods A case compiling group was organized to collect, sort and retrieve cases. The case compilation was completed according to the specification for the preparation of professional cases for Master candidates of Pharmacy degree. After case modification, review and screening, the cases were chosen to be included in the group and finally to create a case resource database. Results Totally 34 typical cases in literature and 109 high-frequency drug and administration examples from pharmacy department, a certain hospital, Capital medical university from January 1st to August 31, 2021 were selected to build the database. Conclusions The case resource library for pharmacy training in tertiary A-level public hospital was constructed which may effectively support the training of qualified clinical pharmacists.

Automatic question generation is a research hotspot in the field of natural language processing,which aims to generate natural questions from texts.With the continuous development of internet,a large amount of commodity reviews has been generated in the electronic commerce fields.In the face of massive review information,how to quickly mine key reviews related to pro-duct information has great research value.It is of great importance to both customers and merchants.Most of existing question generation models are based on reading comprehension type corpus and use sequence-to-sequence network to generate questions.However,for question generation tasks based on product reviews,existing models fail to incorporate the product information that users and businesses focus on into the learning process.In order to make the generated questions more in line with the attributes of the goods,a question generation model based on product is proposed in this paper.Through joint learning and training with product attribute recognition,the model strengthens the attention to feature information related to product.Compared with the existing question generation models,this model can not only strengthen the recognition ability of product attributes,but also ge-nerate contents more accurately.This paper carries out experiments on the data sets of product reviews of JD and Amazon.The results show that in the question generation task based on reviews,this model achieves a great improvement compared with the existing question generation model,which is improved by 3.26% and 2.01% respectively on BLEU,and 2.33% and 2.10% respectively on ROUGE.

Coal rock has many porous characteristics, such as cleavage, pore and so on. Drilling fluid is easy to invade into coal bed rock, which is easy to cause wellbore instability. Considering the physical effect of drilling fluid loss on coal rock, a fluid-solid coupling model for evaluating the stability of coal wellbore is established by using Mohr-Coulomb plastic model as the failure criterion of coal bed rock. Through numerical simulation, the effects of drilling fluid loss on the stress field and seepage field of coal rock are compared and analyzed. The results show that the extrusion of non-uniform in-situ stress makes drilling fluid easy to leak along the direction of maximum horizontal in-situ stress, and the loss of drilling fluid will lead to the increase of pore pressure, which will change the stress of coal rock surrounding the wellbore. The maximum stress field shifts from the direction of maximum horizontal in-situ stress to the direction of minimum horizontal in-situ stress, and the maximum stress increases from 15 MPa to 17 MPa, which is not conducive to the stability of coal rock. Under the condition of positive pressure difference, drilling fluid will invade into the pore of coal rock, increase the pore pressure, cause the stress of coal and rock to increase, and cause wellbore instability. Therefore, the influence of drilling fluid pressure supporting wellbore and pore pressurization to damage wellbore should be considered comprehensively in the design of drilling fluid density.

Background and purpose: The expression of programmed death ligand-1 (PD-L1) in lung cancer not only is the most important biomarker for predicting the efficacy of programmed death-1 (PD-1)/PD-L1 inhibitors, but also may affect the efficacy of epidermal growth factor receptor-tyrosine kinase inhibitors (EGFR-TKIs) targeted therapy. However, there are currently few reports in the relevant literature on whether the expression of PD-L1 in lung cancer can affect the efficacy of chemotherapy in patients with lung adenocarcinoma. This study mainly explored the effect of PD-L1 expression in lung adenocarcinoma on the efficacy of pemetrexed-based chemotherapy and its underlying mechanism. Methods: From Oct. 2015 to Dec. 2018, 185 eligible lung adenocarcinoma patients treated in Department of Pathology, The General Hospital of Western Theater Command PLA were enrolled. The expressions of PD-L1 and thymidylate synthase (TS), a molecule predicting the efficacy of pemetrexed-based chemotherapy, were detected by immunohistochemistry. The survival curve of patients was drawn by Kaplan-Meier method. The log-rank test and COX regression model were used to analyze the clinicopathological factors affecting the patients’ progression-free survival (PFS) and overall survival (OS). The log-rank test was used to analyze the effects of PD-L1 and TS expressions on the patients’ PFS and OS. Spearman rank correlation test was used to analyze the correlation between PD-L1 expression and TS expression in lung cancer tissues. Western blot and real-time fluorescent quantitative polymerase chain reaction (RTFQ-PCR) were used to detect the protein and mRNA expressions of PD-L1 and TS in 6 types of lung adenocarcinoma cell lines. The Pearson correlation test was used to analyze the correlation between PD-L1 and TS at protein expression level and mRNA expression level. Results: Among 51 patients with advanced lung adenocarcinoma who received pemetrexed-based chemotherapy as first-line treatment, the objective response rate (ORR) of the PD-L1 positive group was 20.0%, and the disease control rate (DCR) was 60.0%. There was no significant difference compared with the PD-L1 negative group (ORR: 20.0% vs 35.5%, χ 2 =1.404, P=0.236; DCR: 60.0% vs 80.6%, χ 2 =2.602, P=0.107). The median PFS (mPFS) of patients with negative expression of PD-L1 was significantly better than that of patients with positive expression of PD-L1 (mPFS: 5.6 months vs 4.1 months, log-rank=5.406, P=0.020), and there was no significant difference in median OS (mOS) between them (mOS: 15.9 months vs 12.7 months, log-rank=0.525, P=0.469). Univariate analysis found that the positive expressions of PD-L1 and TS were risk factors for PFS ［PD-L1 negative vs positive: HR=2.002 (1.100-3.645), P=0.023; TS negative vs positive: HR=2.205 (1.367-4.587), P=0.003］. Multivariate analysis found that TS positive expression was an independent risk factor for PFS ［TS negative vs positive: HR=3.245 (1.091-9.652), P=0.034］. Spinophilin (SPN) was first isolated from the dendritic spines of neurons as a binding protein of protein phosphatase PP1, it is also known as PPP1R9B. SPN can not only bind to PP1, but also interacts with more than 30 proteins, including cytoskeleton proteins and adhesion molecules. SPN participates in biological processes such as synaptic plasticity, neuronal migration, intracellular signal transduction, and plays an important role in the development of neurodegenerative diseases, psychiatric disorders and neuronal tumors. Therefore, understanding the role and mechanism of SPN in the physiological and pathological processes may support is helpful to advance the basic research and clinical transformation.

The relationship between temperature-pressure-adsorption of raw coal and deformed coal of Daning Coal Mine is calculated by using a series of isotherm adsorption experimental data. The results show that the adsorption process is an exothermic process. The isosteric enthalpy of adsorption, the unit isosteric enthalpy of adsorption, and the unit isosteric enthalpy of desorption are defined. When the adsorption capacity is 45 cm3/g, the unit isosteric heat of desorption of deformed coal is 0.158 kJ/(mol·cm3·g) less than that of raw coal. Compared with the normal coal, the deformed coal is preferred to desorption; compared with the exothermic process, the buried depth strengthens the desorption; compared with the raw coal, the deformed coal is easier to extract the necessary energy for desorption from the environment. Compared with raw coal, the low permeability and low firmness coefficient of deformed coal are more likely to lead to coal and gas outburst.

Objective: To observe the efficacy of naftifine ketoconazole cream in combination with ultra-pulse CO2 laser after occlusion and nail scraping for mild onychomycosis. Methods: A total of 55 patients with mild onychomycosis were randomly divided into the treatment (27 cases, 58 nails) and the control groups (28 cases, 61 nails). Both groups were treated with topical naftifine ketoconazole cream twice daily after occlusion and nail scraping. The treatment group was also treated with ultra-pulse CO2 laser once weekly. The therapeutic effects were compared after 12-week treatments. Results: Fifty five nails were cured and 3 nails were markedly improved in the treatment group. In the control group, 39 nails were cured and 11 nails were markedly improved, while some improvement and no effect were found in 9 nails and 2 nails, respectively. Objective To explore the relationship between mean arterial pressure (MAP) on admission and prognosis of patients with acute ischemic stroke. Methods A total of 342 patients on acute stage (< 24 h) of ischemic stroke were divided into 4 groups according to their MAP levels on admission: < 97 mm Hg, 97- mm Hg, 107- mm Hg and ≥ 117 mm Hg. Ninety days after onset, these patients were divided into 2 groups according to modified Rankin Scale (mRS): favorable prognosis (mRS < 3) and unfavorable prognosis (mRS 3-6). Logistic regression analysis was used to evaluate the effect of MAP at admission on the prognosis 90 d after onset. Results Patients with unfavorable prognosis in 4 MAP groups (< 97 mm Hg, 97- mm Hg, 107- mm Hg and ≥ 117 mm Hg) accounted for 34.78% (16/46), 14.29% (14/98), 15.32% (17/111) and 41.38% (36/87), respectively. Patients in 97- mm Hg and 107- mm Hg groups presented better prognosis (P < 0.01, for all). In Logistic regression analysis, by optimal modification of systolic blood pressure (SBP) and diastolic blood pressure (DBP), MAP from 97 mm Hg to 107 mm Hg and from 107 mm Hg to 117 mm Hg were independent protective factors for the prognosis 90 d after onset (P = 0.003, 0.011). Conclusions Too high or too low MAP in acute stage of ischemic stroke indicates an unfavorable progonsis of patients. Objective To investigate operative efficacy, surgical complication rate and surgical strategy of microvascular decompression (MVD) for hemifacial spasm (HFS). Methods The clinical data of 46 patients with HFS were retrospectively analysed. All patients underwent MVD. Results During operation, it was found that the facial nerve root exit zone (RExZ) was compressed by arterial vessels, namely anterior inferior cerebellar artery (AICA) in 24 cases (52.17%), posterior inferior cerebellar artery (PICA) in 14 cases (30.43%), vertebral artery and small artery in 7 cases (15.22%), and vertebral artery in one case (2.18% ). Symptoms in 38 patients were completely remitted immediately after surgery, and symptoms of 8 cases were reduced significantly. The main complications included dizziness and tinnitus in 9 cases, hearing loss in 5 cases, cerebrospinal fluid leakage in one case, and infection in 2 cases. No patient died during operation. Conclusion Microvascular decompression is the first choice for treating idiopathic hemifacial spasm. Skilled microsurgical techniques, and identification and complete decompression of the responsible artery are the key to ensure success in microvascular decompression. Under-balanced drilling and under-balanced logging are very important techniques for directly identifying and protecting hydrocarbon reservoirs and enhancing productivity. The wellhead assembly under under-balanced logging is greatly different from that under conventional logging. Therefore, the length of cable electrode for dual laterolog should be reduced to adapt to the wellhead assembly, which causes the deep laterolog responses to drop and cannot truly reflect the reservoir property. The rule of electrode coefficient varying with the cable electrode length under under-balanced conditions has been computed using finite element method, that is, the longer the cable electrode, the smaller the electrode coefficient. The deep laterolog resistivity correction method under under-balanced condition is introduced. Field data examples are used to test the new method and shows that this method is reliable. This method can be used to any length of cable electrode and can be applied to field pretreatment directly. The corrected deep laterolog resistivity can be used in logging interpretation and quantitative hydrocarbon evaluation. By using GIS/RS technology, and from the aspects of landscape structure, river- and road densities, wetness index, geomorphology, and cultivated land productivity, a spatial analysis was made on the potentiality of wetland restoration in Northeast China, with the regions of priority and secondary priority restoration wetlands determined. Then, by using the coordinated development index of crop production and wetland as well as the landscape indices, the wetland restoration effect was verified. In Northeast China, the wetland area of priority restoration was 1.78 x 10(6) hm2, among which, farmland and grassland were the main types for restoration, accounting for 96.7% of the total, and mainly located in the Sanjiang Plain in the northeastern part and the Songnen Plain in the central part of Northeast China. The wetland area of secondary priority restoration was 1.03 x 10(6) hm2. After the restoration of the wetlands, the wetland area in Northeast China would be increased by 37.4%, compared with the present wetland area, and the value of the coordinated development index of crop production and wetland would increase from 0.539 before restoration to 0.733 after restoration. The landscape pattern would be more benefit to the performance of the ecological functions of the wetlands. This study revealed that the restoration scheme of the wetlands in Northeast China based on spatial analysis was practicable, which could provide data support for the implement of wetland restoration and the improvement of ecological environment in Northeast China.

Objective: To study the role of the basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) and transforming growth factor beta1 (TGF-beta1) in benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH)., Methods: The human stromal cells of BPH were isolated and cultured. The proliferation of the stromal cells cultured in serum-free medium was detected by MTT method, the phenotype changes of smooth muscle cells detected by immunohistochemical method, and the effect of different concentrations of bFGF and TGF-beta1 on the cultured stromal cells of BPH observed., Results: bFGF stimulated the cultured BPH stromal cell proliferation (P < 0.05, P < 0.01) and decreased the expression of smooth muscle cell (SMC) phenotype in higher concentration (10 microg/L). TGF-beta1 (> 1 microg/L) inhibited stromal cell proliferation and increased the expression of SMC phenotype (P < 0.05, P < 0.01). 5 microg/ml bFGF and TGF-beta1 (0.001 microg/L, 0.01 microg/L) promoted stromal cell proliferation (P < 0.01), while 5 microg/L bFGF and TGF-beta1 (0.1 microg/L, 1 microg/L, 10 microg/L) inhibited it, slightly in 0.1 microg/L (P > 0.05) and significantly in 1 microg/L and 10 microg/L (P < 0.01), and increased the expression of SMC phenotype in higher concentration (> 1 microg/L, P < 0.01)., Conclusion: bFGF stimulates the proliferation of the prostatic stromal cells of BPH in a time- and dose-dependent fashion and decreases the expression of SMC phenotype, TGF-beta1 inhibits the growth of stromal cells and induces the differentiation of stromal cells to SMC, both playing an important role in the mechanism of BPH.
