Abstract Aiming at the pre-stretching and disassembling link in chain manufacturing process， a universal device for pre-stretching and disassembling chain is designed. On the premise of realizing continuous processing of pre-stretching and disassembling chain， the device sets up driving sprocket moving module， cylinder connecting parts with T-groove and punching nail installation module， chain limit plate with straight groove and chain block to improve the versatility and interchangeability of the device. The whole device has the function of replacing fewer parts to process many kinds of chains. The product quality is high and the service life is long.
