The core concepts of a discipline are highly abstract and general. Leading with these core concepts, combined with a structured teaching approach, can help students build a comprehensive knowledge system, facilitating the transfer and application of knowledge. This paper uses the teaching of the redox reactions unit in an inorganic chemistry textbook for higher vocational and technical education as an example. Guided by the core concept “Chemistry originates from life, and structure determines properties”, and based on an analysis of curriculum standards, student conditions, and textbook elements, a real-life contextualized structured teaching design are carried out. This involves extracting core concepts from the chapter content, determining teaching objectives, designing teaching activities, analyzing teaching effects, and reflecting on the teaching process. In the face of intensifying global competition in science and technology, education plays a crucial role in cultivating innovative talents. Structural chemistry, a core foundational course for chemistry majors, employs quantum mechanics and group theory as its scientific language, enabling a deeper understanding of chemical principles and phenomena. This paper summarizes the reforms undertaken in the structural chemistry curriculum and textbook development under the Chemistry "101 Plan" and explores the pathways for reform in line with first-class curriculum standards. By restructuring the course's knowledge modules, building a comprehensive knowledge framework, and introducing diversified teaching resources, these efforts have enhanced the quality of higher education and advanced the development of the chemistry discipline. [Objective] Vocational college laboratories play a pivotal role in practical teaching, scientific research, and social services, showcasing their educational strength. As China's vocational education enters a new stage of quality improvement, value enhancement, and empowerment development, virtual simulation courses have become essential. These courses integrate cutting-edge information technology with education, significantly improving experimental teaching quality and promoting the coordinated development of colleges and universities. This study aims to understand and summarize the initiatives, characteristics, and achievements of model virtual simulation training bases in talent cultivation across different regions, disciplines, and fields. It seeks to identify constraints and propose effective measures to improve experimental teaching quality and promote coordinated development in vocational colleges. It also seeks to provide insights for developing smart manufacturing virtual simulation training bases in vocational colleges in the modern era. [Methods] This research employs several methods, such as literature review, data statistics, field interviews, and typical case studies. It examines 68 "Typical Cases of Cultivation Projects for Demonstrative Virtual Simulation Training Bases in Vocational Education 2022," released by the Higher Education Scientific Research and Development Center of the Ministry of Education in 2023. The basic data sources include school websites, online resources, and literature research. The study systematically reviews the construction and application of the training base cultivation projects, analyzing their educational level, geographic distribution, and the disciplines and professions they cover, along with representative teaching or "product" cases. [Results] The study identifies several challenges, such as the lack of systematic design, insufficient breadth and depth of resource development, and the failure to fully integrate these resources into talent cultivation plans, curriculum standards, and teaching designs. There is also excessive reliance on enterprise development leading to severe homogenization and limiting the ability of schools to cultivate industry-leading talents. Since the release of the "Construction Guidelines for Demonstrative Virtual Simulation Training Bases in Vocational Education" by the Science and Technology Development Center of the Ministry of Education in September 2021, 215 vocational education demonstrative virtual simulation training base cultivation projects have been actively developed. These projects align with the actual needs of talent cultivation in institutions and the development needs of regional economies and industries, resulting in notable achievements that serve enterprise talent needs and contribute to high-quality economic and social development. The study summarizes successful initiatives and characteristics of vocational education demonstrative virtual simulation training bases in talent cultivation across different regions, disciplines, and fields, analyzing the factors constraining the effectiveness of "experimental teaching for talent cultivation." It offers recommendations such as defining clear training objectives, encouraging interdisciplinary learning and collaboration, and establishing a comprehensive education, training, and research multiassessment system. [Conclusions] The construction of these training bases meets the needs of vocational education and national industrial transformation and development, ensuring that resources align with actual job skills and standards. This approach promotes a talent cultivation model that matches industry needs, encourages the integrated development of professional clusters, and facilitates international cooperation and exchanges. Purpose The main purpose of this article is to analyze the development of vocational subjects in indigenous educational institutes during the Japanese colonial period and how it cooperated with the official industrial positioning of indigenous tribes. While traditional farming was passed down from one generation to the next, vocational subjects in educational institutes during the Japanese colonial period were school subjects. The difference between the two deserves in-depth analysis. Finally, this study seeks to understand the impact of Japanese-introduced agricultural practices in indigenous tribal societies. Main Theories or Conceptual Frameworks The analysis spans the entire Japanese colonial period, divided into periods based on the formulation and revision of the Educational Institute regulations. The regulations issued by the Educational Institute of Taiwan Governor's Office were the 1908 "Education Standards for the Indigenous Children" and the 1928 and 1941 "Education Standards of Educational Institute". The study examines the development process of vocational subjects through the lens of these Educational Institute regulations. Research Design/Methods/Participants This article employs a historical research approach. In addition to discussing the standards of Indigenous Educational Institutes across different periods, it is also supported by the analysis and discussion of relevant historical documents to understand the development process of vocational subjects of Indigenous Educational Institute. Research Findings or Conclusions From the early days of the Japanese occupation, the indigenous affairs were handled by the police. Under the policy of "managing indigenous peoples", indigenous peoples education became part of the policy. The purpose of "managing indigenous peoples" was to train these peoples as citizens and farmers, as reflected in official policies. Agriculture become the official industry positioning for the indigenous tribes, and vocational subjects of Indigenous Education Institute was in line with the development of this industry had enabled graduates from educational institutes to engage in farming. In addition to vocational subjects at the educational institute, the government also provided industrial guidance to the tribes with the police station as the center. Together with the group relocation measures to the foothills, the tribes were allowed to enter an agricultural society. This type of agriculture was Japanesestyle agriculture, which was acceptable to the indigenous peoples and could even replace traditional farming because it was more productive. The crop income from the internship park could reduce the burden of official education fees and help increase the enrollment rate of children in educational Institute, which reached 87.71% in 1942. Coupled with the Takasago tribe's reservation measures promoted during the Showa period, each tribal household could be allocated farmland, making farming the main livelihood of the tribe. According to the statistics of the "Takasago people's production annual report", in terms of the harvest volume of food crops and income and savings, it could be inferred that the tribe had reached self-sufficiency. Theoretical or Practical Insights/Contributions/Recommendations Japan currently defines "vocational subjects" as subjects that focus on practical exercises. Currently, Taiwan's middle schools offer "Life Science and Technology" curriculums, which also include practical teaching content. These two types of curriculums may appear to be similar: the former had the connotation of career preparation and employment consideration in Japanese colonial period, while the latter have the function of career trial; similar to the former, the class hours of the latter include internships to enhance skill. For the current "Life Science and Technology" curriculums in middle schools are to strengthen practical abilities, they can appropriately plan the time for internships and practical activities. Because the Indigenous Educational Institute had an internship park, it also arranged internship hours related to vocational subjects and not included in the curriculum. This is similar to the "self-made education" promoted in recent years. This is similar to the "selfmade education" promoted in recent years. After a hundred years of development, college Chinese has accumulated a large number of teaching materials which can be divided into four categories : literary language, cultural language, writing language and combined language. Regardless of the type, cultivating students' "one ability and two consciousnesses" should be regarded as the core concept followed in the construction of textbooks for this course. Facing the requirements of the construction of new liberal arts in the new era, aiming at the college students trained by the new curriculum standard of Chinese in middle school, it is believed that writing is the embodiment of the high-order function of Chinese teaching, so we should pay special attention to the cultivation of students' creative writing ability and advocate the creation and compilation of new interdisciplinary integrated and systematic textbooks : one is the integration of reading and creative writing, and the other is the integration of communication, etiquette, eloquence and applied writing. As a guiding framework for course implementation, traditional course syllabuses can no longer meet the demands of engineering education accreditation. Against this backdrop, there is a pressing need to establish a new set of standards regarding curriculum construction. In this article, we introduce a standardized three-step procedure for the design of the Polymer Physics course syllabus based on engineering accreditation standards, in which the teaching methods and assessment tasks are aligned to the learning activities. First, the learning outcomes are set up to scaffold the course-specific graduate attributes. Second, appropriate teaching materials and strategies are selected according to the learning outcomes. Finally, assessment methods and grading criteria are developed to scientifically measure learning achievement. To meet the trend of 108 mathematics curriculum standards, the aim of the study is to fulfill the authentic assessment to explore primary students' performance on the concept of number sense. The advantage of authentic assessment is to connect with life context beyond school. Total 283 participants were from 93 fourth graders, 95 fifth graders, and 95 sixth graders. Students were sampled from one elementary school in Taoyuan city. For the quantitative methodology, the t-test for independent sample methods was taken to explore whether students have different performances. Additionally, the ordinal logistic regression was applied to analyze the response rate among the three questions for different grade levels. The qualitative methodology was adopted to analyze solving strategies of students in different questions by the four levels of coding criteria. The results of the ordinal logistic regression reveal that fourth to sixth grade levels are indifferent in item 1, but response rates are diverse in item 2 and item 3. The results indicate that students' performances are better while their grade levels are higher. In qualitative analysis, the results expose the variant guessing-problem solving strategies among different graders in item 3. The possible reason can be ascribed to their incomprehension. Three suggestions are recommended in education fields. Firstly, to meet the trend of mathematics literacy, primary teachers should design the real-life situation into mathematics lessons. As a second, based upon the nature of data, it is crucial to take advantage of the proper statistical model. The promulgation of The Curriculum Standard of P. E. and Health in Secondary Vocational Schools (2020 edition), which ends the situation that there is only outline but no standard in P.E. and health curriculum in secondary vocational schools, provides theoretical support and practical basis for the core literacy cultivation. By taking the core literacy cultivation of the discipline as the starting point, a systematic interpretation of The Curriculum Standard of P.E. and Health in Secondary Vocational Schools (2020 edition) is made in three aspects of development background, framework organization and implementation. The research shows that the development of curriculum standards is the task direction of "establishing morality and cultivating people" and the realistic demand of the curriculum reform of "P. E. and health" in secondary vocational schools. The key qualities of sports ability, health behavior and sports spirit run through the six elements of curriculum standard, that is,the curriculum nature and task,goal,structure,content,academic quality and implementation. And these elements are connected in an orderly manner through the series of discipline core literacy, and in turn give full play to the overall educational role of P.E. and health disciplines in the stage of secondary vocational education. During the process of its implementation, "establishing morality and cultivating people" should be taken as the guide and embodied in the objectives and targeted cultivation of P.E. and health curriculum, thus the integration of the core literacy and curriculum standards of P.E. and health will be effectively accomplished in secondary vocational schools. This article examines the design of a standards-based Chinese language course at Boston University and shares how the course integrates various digital tools to support learning outcomes. After discussing the course design principles, which include standards-based instruction, Backward Design, and the Community of Inquiry framework, the author introduces the course model, combining asynchronous learning, synchronous learning, and virtual community activities. The article also showcases one sample module, describes its Integrated Performance Assessments and learning activities, and examines its design against research informed pedagogical principles. The author demonstrates the tools used to facilitate task completion and increase interactions, followed by a discussion of what the author takes into account when choosing tools. Course evaluations and questionnaires were conducted during the 2019 Summer and 2020 Summer terms in order to understand students' perceptions of the course and the tools. The guiding cases released by the Supreme People's Court have established a double standard characterized by the distinction between the strict examination of students' actions by "the moral standard" and the limited examination by "the academic standard". Although both standards aim at a "conditionary" principle of law reservation, the different judgment logics lead to conflicts in the conclusions of the two different types of examinations. To resolve the contradiction, it is necessary to re-consider the transformation of the binary opposition between state and society. In democratic rule of law countries, both standards mix with each other and produce functional criteria for identifying the differences, and the route to judicial review of universities' disciplinary action against their students may be adjusted and reconstructed accordingly. The "purposeful" route to judicial review based on functionalism, according to the principle of law reservation, should acknowledge the universities'autonomy in education, and ensure the legal protection of students'rights and interests and the autonomy of colleges and universities through integrating "the moral standard" and "the academic standard". Since "the 11 th Five-Year Plan" period, our country has implemented a project to enhance the education quality at the undergraduate level. A review of the construction of the project shows that we have achieved a lot in this job while still facing some problems.
