Bistatic interferometric Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) overcomes the baseline length limit of the configuration of single-station interferometric SAR with two antennas and has become the primary method of terrain mapping using spaceborne interferometric SAR. To reduce the cost of surveying and mapping while promoting the development and application of Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV)-borne bistatic interferometric SAR, the Aerospace Information Research Institute, Chinese Academy of Sciences took the lead in designing and developing a UAV-borne bistatic interferometric SAR processing system and performed flight experiments at Bailing Airport in Inner Mongolia. Herein, the system design, composition, and performance are introduced, and the scheme and implementation of the first flight experiment, along with the preliminary data processing results, are presented. In addition, the key performance metrics of the system, such as 0.5 m-elevation measurement accuracy, are verified in this study. The system serves as a foundation for future research topics, such as distributed InSAR using a multiaviation platform and tomography data acquisition and processing.

Ketamine has gained increasing attention as a novel antidepressant. This article reviews the clinical studies on the antidepressant and anti-suicidal properties of ketamine and its enantiomers （R-ketamine， S-ketamine）.

Objective: To effectively solve the difficulty of observing the electron microstructure of samples with high water content. Methods: A series of samples with high water content were observed by conventional scanning electron microscope with a new mode instrument combination of semiconductor cold cooling table. Results: Under the conditions of conductive tape as matrix, voltage 5 kV, electron beam spot of 50 or 60, and cold table temperature of 4 ℃, the sample with high water content did not need to be fixed and dehydrated, and its microstructure could be directly imaged under the scanning electron microscope to observe its microstructure. The microstructure of the sample hadd no deformation phenomena such as shrinkage, stretching and distortion, which could reflect the original appearance of the sample more realistically. Conclusion: The new mode of free combination of conventional scanning electron microscope with semiconductor cold cooling table is an effective means to solve the microstructure observation of high water content samples, and is an economical, cost-effective and widely adaptable mode.

Objective To investigate the effect of quality control circle (QCC)activities to reduce the errors in rechecking of finished drug products in pharmacy intravenous admixture service (PIVAS). Methods A QCC team was established to conduct QCC activities. The current situation and factors of errors in rechecking of finished drug products in PIVAS were analyzed. Targeted nursing countermeasures were carried out. Results The rate of errors in rechecking of finished drug product in PIVAS was decreased from 75. 93% to 15. 74%. Conclusion The QCC is effective to reduce the errors in rechecking of finished drug products in PIVAS. It helps to ensure the patient safety and promoting the rational drug use in clinical settings. (目的 探讨品管圈活动降低静脉用药调配中心成品复核差错发生率的效果。方法 成立品管圈, 确立“降低成品复核差错发生率”为主题活动, 进行计划拟定、现况把握、原因分析、运用 PDCA 程序, 拟定对策并组织实施, 分析效果。结果 针对改善重点, 通过品管圈活动, 将成品复核差错发生率由75. 93%降至15. 74%。结论 通过品管圈活动, 科室联合整改, 有效降低了成品复核差错发生率, 提高患者用药和临床合理用药的安全性和有效性。)

Objective To investigate the effect of quality control circle(QCC) activities in improving the quality of subcutaneous anticoagulant injection. Methods A QCC group was established and activity theme of improving standard rate of subcutaneous anticoagulant injection was clarified. Factors influencing the subcutaneous anticoagulant injection was investigated and analyzed, and the PDCA procedure was adopted for decision making and countermeasures implementation. Results The standard rate of subcutaneous anticoagulant injection was increased form 52. 38% to 88. 00% after implementation of QCC activities. Conclusion The QCC is an effective management tool in improving the quality of subcutaneous anticoagulant injection and ensuring the safety and effectiveness of anticoagulation. Conventional long distance forced and short distance exhausted ventilation system create vortexes at the head, which increases the further dust accumulation and circulation. For this problem, this paper proposes a long pressure short drainage dust removal system that can change the angle of air flow at the outlet of the pressurized air cylinder. Combined with the actual situation of 12307 heading face of Wangjialing Coal Mine, the software Fluent was used to simulate the migration characteristics of dust in the roadway under the action of the air flow angle at the outlet of the pressure air duct and the pressure pumping ratio, and the effects of the air flow angle at the outlet of the pressure air duct and the pressure pumping ratio under different coupling modes were obtained. The study adopts non-stationary simulation to visualize the dust transport law. The results show that the dust removal efficiency increases with the increase of the pressure pumping ratio when the air flow angle at the outlet of the pressure duct is unchanged. When the pressure pumping ratio is constant, the vortex at the head gradually weakens with the increase of the air flow angle at the outlet of the pressure duct. Therefore, when the air flow angle at the outlet of the pressure duct is 60° and the pressure pumping ratio is 0.67, the dust removal effect is the best.

High - entropy alloys are a kind of novel multi - principal component alloy that recently breaks through the design concept of traditional alloys, which were significantly superior to conventional metallic materials in compressive strength, hardness, thermal stability, wear resistance and corrosion resistance. Meanwhile, cold spray is a solid - state deposition technology, attracting great attention around the world in preparing high - performance coatings, repairing, and remanufacturing parts, and additive manufacturing parts and components, which could provide a new approach for preparing high - entropy alloys. In this work, by analyzing the research status of cold spraying high entropy alloy at home and abroad, the recent progress of cold spraying high - entropy alloys was reviewed from feedstock powders preparation, spraying process parameter optimization, microstructure and properties of coating, particle bonding mechanisms, and post - treatment processes. Besides, the future research direction of cold spraying high performance high - entropy alloys was also prospected.

Usually satellite is under complex dynamic load during the launch phase,it’s easy to cause satellitestructure damageto influence spacecraftmission. Mechanical environment tests show that spacecraftstructure damage always occurs because of larger acceleration response of equipment such as large mass or high center of mass,and affecttedthe project development.Difference from the usual engineering solutions,a method based on gap elastic impactting is studiedto reducing damage. By constructing mechanical model,simulation and analysis has been done to a designated parameter structurepanel and equipment,results show that the methed as one of solutions of lower damage is valid to reducing defomation and load located at connection between equipment andstructure.

In order to solve the data center link congestion problem,based on the characteristics of the flow distribution and flow types,a flow identification and scheduling scheme based on optical interconnect structure,named HCFD (host-controller flow detection),was proposed to identify the elephant flow which has a large impact on the network performance,and use the SDN controller to make forward strategy,and schedule the network traffic reasonably.The implementation of the scheme was to use the Netfilter framework in Linux kernel protocol on the host side to mark the flow that exceeds the threshold amount.Then,the classification model was used in the controller side to classify the marked flow.Finally,the appropriate forwarding strategy was developed based on the above results.With the advantage of the photoelectric network,mechanisms of flow depth fusion and switching could be realized.The scheme which integrates the advantage of the existing research results,was expected to identify elephant flow more accurately and comprehensively.It can effectively alleviate the network congestion,make full use of network bandwidth,reduce end-to-end delay and packet loss rate.

As space resolution raisingandexposuretimeincreasing,disturbance influence become greater to image qulity,so reducing disturbance of high speed rotor is one of key design items for high-resolution optical remote sensing satellite on GEO robit. Currently multiple effective schemes have been presented to solve the problem by researchers,astrategy is discussed and proposed to reducing disturbance resulting from static unbalance base on rotor-equipment layout. With optimization and stimulation,theresults show that the method is valid to reducing disturbance from static unbalance by using layout optimization.

Objective: To analyze the clinical effect of fetal chromosomal reciprocal translocation in order to optimize procedures for prenatal diagnosis and clinical counseling., Methods: Conventional G-banding karyotype analysis was performed on 7901 amniotic fluid samples. For fetuses found to have carried a reciprocal translocation, karyotypes of their parents were checked. Fetuses with de novo translocations also underwent microarray analysis to exclude small deletions, and were subjected to prenatal ultrasound monitoring till birth and one year follow-up. Those with de novo translocations were followed till 3 years old., Results: A total of 24 fetal reciprocal translocations have been identified, which gave a detection rate of 0.30%. Analysis of parental karyotypes has found reciprocal translocations in 17 cases, including 9 maternal and 8 paternal cases. The remaining 4 were of de novo mutations, for which parental examination was refused in three cases. For fetuses with inherited translocations, prenatal ultrasound monitoring and follow-up results were all normal. For those with de novo translocations, although gene chip analysis has failed to detect copy number variations (CNVs), prenatal ultrasound and follow-up results had found three with abnormal outcome. These included 1 case with reciprocal translocation involving the X chromosome and an autosome., Conclusion: For prenatally detected reciprocal chromosome translocations, parental origin should be traced. Gene chip analysis can help to exclude small deletions and duplications. However, ultrasound monitoring and follow-up after birth are equally important. Based on comprehensive analysis of the results of combined testing, accurate counseling can be provided.

Objective: To determine the origin of 1 prenatally detected small supernumerary marker chromosome (sSMC) using SNP-chip technology, and to deduce the underlying mechanism., Methods: The fetal sample was subjected to karyotype analysis. The identified sSMC was subjected to genom wide scan using a SNP microarray chip. The results were validated with fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH)., Results: The karyotype of the fetus was determined as 46, X, +mar, which was verified by SNP microarray chip analysis as Yp11.2-11.3 duplication, along with loss of Yq11.2 region, FISH analysis has confirmed that the sSMC has derived from the Y chromosome., Conclusion: The karyotype of the fetus was determined as 46, X, idic(Y) (pter→ p11.2::11.2→ pter). Regional deletion of Yq11.2 has been associated with male azoospermia. SNP chip analysis can exclude minor deletions and duplications with a size of more than 1 Mb, which may be applied for verifying difficult cases as well as microdeletion and duplication syndromes upon prenatal diagnosis.

Objective: To assess the diagnostic value of multiplex ligation-dependent probe amplification (MLPA) for detection of common chromosome aneuploidy in amniotic fluid (AF) cells in order to obtain an accurate, rapid, cost-effective and high-throughput method in routine prenatal clinical practice., Methods: The MLPA test was performed on 500 AF samples by using kit P095 and the results were obtained by using analysis software RH-MLPA-v511. The results were compared with that from fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) and traditional karyotyping (TK). The technical critical issues were analyzed in routine diagnostic application., Results: The absolute specificity and sensitivity of the MLPA test to detect the aneuploidy were 100%. For the 500 AF samples, the success rate of the MLPA tests was 97%. Among them 92% were finished within three working days and 5% required more days for repeating. The test failure rate was 3%. The results confirmed that for the 38 detectable aneuploid samples, the probe reliability weighted mean ratio values were more than 4SD compared to normal diploids and the 2 suspected trisomy samples were more than 2SD. In this study, authors analyzed hybridization efficiencies of 8 probes for chromosome 21, and the presence of a trisomy was considered if at least 4 of the 8 probes gave probe ratio of >1.3., Conclusion: Thedata suggested that MLPA is a rapid, simple and reliable method for large scale testing for aneuploidy of chromosomes 13, 18, 21, X, or Y in AF. The MLPA technology is complementary to AF culture and valuable for prenatal diagnosis.
