To enhance the effectiveness and specificity of violation behavior management, the behavior security “2-4” model (24Model) and self-organizing mapping network (SOM) are introduced to study the distribution characteristics of violation behavior. The 24Model is used to analyze on-site violations and construct a violation classification system; the violation feature data is trained and learned through SOM, and the clustering features of the department are analyzed in conjunction with the k-means algorithm to generate a visual topology that identifies the key violations. The results indicate the establishment of a three-level classification system for violation behaviors; the study identifies departments with a high frequency of violations and their specific high-frequency violation behaviors; according to the three-level mapping of violations, “failure to reasonably arrange process equipment and working environment”, “failure to effectively maintain equipment and facilities”, “absence from work or duty” are high-frequency violations across the entire mine, which are widely found in most of the mines. According to the mapping of secondary violations, the number of “unsafe operation” is the highest, mainly reflecting “failure to operate according to regulations or operation not in place”, which mostly occurs in the production technology department and the drilling rig team. Adopting targeted measures for key violations and corresponding departments can effectively reduce the possibility of accidents caused by unsafe act.

ObjectiveTo analyze the factors influencing axillary lymph-node metastasis (ALNM) in microinvasive breast cancer (MIBC) patients, as well as to establish the risk-prediction model of ipsilateral ALNM in MIBC patients. MethodsA total of 4475 primary female MIBC diagnosed by pathology from 2010 to 2015 were searched and screened from the SEER database. The obtained data were used to establish a prediction model for ALNM of MIBC. A total of 2266 primary female MIBC patients diagnosed by pathology from 2018 to 2020 in the SEER database were screened as the external validation cohort. The clinicopathological data of the enrolled MIBC patients were collected. Univariate analysis was used to screen out the factors affecting ALNM in MIBC patients. Statistically significant variables in univariate analysis were included in multivariate logistic regression analysis. The independent factors influencing ALNM in MIBC patients were screened out, and a nomogram was established. The area under the curve (AUC) was calculated by plotting the ROC curve. After plotting the calibration curve, the model was evaluated by Hosmer-Lemeshow goodness-of-fit test. ResultsA total of 309 patients were diagnosed with ipsilateral ALNM among the 6741 MIBC patients, accounting for about 4.58%. Polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) is a kind of membrane material with excellent performance. However, the hydrophobicity of the membrane surface can easily lead to membrane fouling, which hinders its practical application in wastewater treatment. In order to improve the surface hydrophilicity of PVDF, three kinds of copolymer microspheres with different particle sizes were synthesized, and then polyethyleneimine was grafted on the surface of the membrane. The PVDF membrane modified by polyethyleneimine grafting/microsphere blending was tested by FTIR, XPS, SEM, Zeta potential and other analysis tests. The oil-water separation performance, protein contamination resistance, and dye adsorption and retention performance of the membrane were investigated. The results showed that the modified membrane was hydrophilic and oleophobic underwater, and the separation efficiency of oil-water emulsion was above 99%. The membrane was resistant to protein pollution, and the flux recovery rate of bovine serum albumin after filtration could reach 99.3%. It could adsorb and intercept anionic dyes, and the interception rate of Congo red dye was above 90%.

Objective To investigate the blood transfusion compatibility test results of a child with thalassemia after delayed hemolysis reaction, and to formulate transfusion strategies based on other clinical data to ensure the safety of clinical blood use. Methods A comprehensive analysis was conducted on the transfusion compatibility test results of a child with thalassemia, combined with Rh blood type system detection, blood transfusion history, serum bilirubin changes, clinical symptoms and other data to determine the occurrence of delayed hemolytic reaction, and formulate the subsequent appropriate blood matching strategies. Results On admission, the blood type of the patient was B DccEE, with hemoglobin (Hb) 38 g/L, reticulocyte ratio (Ret%) 2.92%, total bilirubin (TBil) 65.8 μmol/L, direct bilirubin (DBil) 12.0 μmol/L, indirect Bilirubin (IBil) 53.8 μmol/L, negative for unexpected antibody screening, no agglutination or hemolysis on both primary and secondary sides of the cross-matching over with type B DCcEe donors, negative for direct anti human globulin test(DAT), negative for indirect anti human globulin test (IAT), lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) 1 050 U/L, aspartate aminotransferase(AST) 113 U/L, urine occult blood 2+, urine bilinogen 4+, and a history of red blood cell transfusion 5 days before admission. The above results indicated that the child had a delayed hemolytic reaction, then type B DccEE leukocyte-depleted suspension red blood cell was transfused, and various indicators improved after transfusion. Conclusion Appropriate blood matching strategies should be formulated based on the results of blood transfusion compatibility testing and other clinical data before transfusion for children with thalassemia in order to effectively ensure transfusion safety.

ObjectiveTo present the exploration and application of a prospective follow-up research method for acute infectious disease surveillance based on natural community populations， using COVID-19 infection as an example， and to provide a reference for improving the infectious disease surveillance and early warning system.MethodsA multi-stage probability proportional sampling method was employed to sample residents from all communities of 16 administrative districts in Shanghai， with households as the units. A cohort for acute infectious diseases based on natural community populations was established. The baseline survey was conducted for all cohort subjects， and COVID-19 antigen test kits were distributed. From December 21， 2022 to September 30， 2023， prospective follow-up monitoring of COVID-19 antigen and nucleic acid was carried out on the study subjects on a weekly basis. The baseline characteristics and follow-up information of the cohort subjects were described.ResultsThe cohort for acute infectious diseases included a total of 12 881 subjects， comprising 6 098 males （47.3%） and 6 783 females （52.7%）. The baseline survey revealed that 35.2% （4 540/12 881） of the subjects had a history of COVID-19 infection. During the follow-up period from December 21， 2022 to September 30， 2023， the average incidence density in the cohort was 0.61/person-year， with a higher incidence density in females （0.63/person-year） compared to males （0.59/person-year）. Individuals aged 60 and above （0.64/person-year） and those with underlying health conditions （0.67/person-year） had a higher incidence density. Healthcare workers showed a notably higher incidence density （0.84/person-year） than that in other occupational groups. As of September 30， 2023， a total of 340 subjects in the cohort experienced secondary infections， with a median interval of 170 days between the first and second infections.ConclusionThis study applies cohort study method to acute infectious disease surveillance， providing crucial data support for estimating infection rates and forecasting alerts for acute infectious diseases in the community. This method can be promoted and applied as a new approach for acute infectious disease surveillance.

Objective·To evaluate the changes in cognitive function in overweight and obese adolescents, and explore the association between cognitive function and fibroblast growth factor 21 (FGF21).Methods·A total of 175 adolescents from a senior high school in Shanghai were divided into normal weight group (n=50), overweight group (n=50) and obese group (n=75) based on their body mass index (BMI). General information, anthropometric data and laboratory testing indicators of the adolescents were collected and compared. The cognitive function of the three groups of adolescents was assessed by using the accuracy (ACC) and reaction time of Flanker task and n-back task. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to detect the serum FGF21 level of the three groups of adolescents. Atherosclerosis is a common chronic systemic vascular disease that can cause coronary artery heart disease (CHD) and carotid artery stenosis. CHD and carotid artery stenosis usually coexist, and they are important risk factors for complications after revascularization. There is still no consensus on how to choose a revascularization strategy when both diseases are present. This article reviews the epidemiology and revascularization strategies of CHD combined with carotid artery stenosis in order to provide a theoretical basis for the effective treatment of comorbidity.

【Background and Objective】 The APEX model is a comprehensive watershed-scale model for simulating the effects of management practices on agricultural systems and their impacts on water quality, soil erosion, and nutrient cycling. This paper analyzes the sensitivity of its parameters to water status in soil. 【Method】 The analysis is based on data measured from 2016 to 2019 from an irrigation experiment conducted in Jiaodong in Shandong province. Winter wheat was used as the model plant; the Sobol, Morris, and FAST methods were used to analyze the sensitivities of the APEX model parameters associated with crop growth and water stress. We considered the influences of groundwater depth, rainfall and irrigation. 【Result】 When groundwater depth was 1.25 m, the maximum root depth (RDMX) was the most sensitive parameter affecting evapotranspiration, biomass, and yield, while the maximum potential leaf area index (DMLA) was the most sensitive parameter impacting leaf area index (LAI). When the groundwater depth was increased to 5 m, the sensitive parameters influencing crop evapotranspiration and yield differed, with PARM38 (weight coefficient of water stress calculation) and RWPC1 (proportion of root biomass during germination) becoming the most sensitive parameters. Results calculated from all three methods indicated that as irrigation water increased, the sensitivity of RDMX decreased, while the sensitivities of DMLA, DLAI (peak point in growth season), and WA (potential light energy utilization) increased. The sensitivity of RDMX was significantly higher in dry years than in humid years, as opposed to the sensitivity of DMLA. Uncertainty analysis demonstrated that wheat biomass, yield, and evapotranspiration fell within the 5% to 95% confidence interval of the simulated data. 【Conclusion】 The most sensitive parameters identified by the Sobol, Morris, and FAST methods were consistent, although their sensitivity indexes varied with irrigation treatments, rainfall patterns, and groundwater depth. Considering computational efficiency and accuracy, the Morris method is more suitable for parameter sensitivity analysis of the APEX model. These findings provide valuable insights into the application of the APEX to analyze the impact of environmental conditions on crops.

The effect of cold plasma on the composition and diversity of apple surface fungi and endophytes in cold storage was analyzed by high-throughput sequencing. Microbial co-occurrence networks were constructed. The results showed that cold plasma significantly inhibited the elevation of the α diversity of apple surface fungal communities and affected their composition during cold storage, but there were no significant effects of cold plasma on apple endophytic communities. The predominant fungi on the apple surface were unidentified (52.76%), Penicillium (14.70%), Aspergillus (13.80%) and Acremonium (8.33%). Cold plasma reduced the relative abundance of potentially harmful postharvest fungi on the surface of apples such as Penicillium, Aspergillus and Acremonium. The dominant endophytic bacteria of apples were unidentified (80.78%), Staphylococcus (4.23%) and Bacillus (3.13%). Cold plasma decreased the relative abundance of endophytic Staphylococcus, Bacillus and Corynebacterium. The dominant endophytic fungi of apples were unidentified (30.69%), Rhizopus (18.15%), Lysurus (6.56%), Aspergillus (4.38%) and Cutaneotrichosporon (3.26%). Cold plasma caused a significant decrease in the relative abundance of Zygosaccharomyces, Mortierella and Penicillium. The symbiotic networks of surface fungi and endophytic bacteria of ‘Golden Delicious’ apples were more complex, with more key nodes and complex correlations between nodes. Cold plasma could affect the co-occurrence networks of surface fungi and endophytic bacteria, simplifying their structures. But the co-occurrence network of endophytic fungi was simple in structure with less connectivity between nodes.

Objective To analyze the interdependent relationships between insulin resistance (IR) related indicators and Chinese medicine syndromes in patients with diabetic kidney disease (DKD) of stages G2 and A2/3,and to explore rules of Chinese medicine syndromes differentiation in patients with DKD (stages G2 and A2/3). Methods A total of 98 patients with DKD (stages G2 and A2/3) admitted to Nanjing Drum Tower Hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 were retrospective analyzed. The general clinical indexes, the frequency of Chinese medicine syndromes and the distribution of Chinese medicine syndromes type were investigated. Furthermore, IR related indicators including fast blood glucose (FBG), fast insulin (FIN), fast C-Peptide (FCP) and homeostatic model assessment of insulin resistance (HOMA-IR) were examined, respectively. And then, the multivariate regression analysis of IR related indicators and Chinese medicine syndromes was performed. Results Among 98 patients with DKD (stage G2, A2/3), root cause syndrome included 64 cases of spleen-kidney Qi deficiency syndrome, 20 cases of deficiency of both Qi and Yin syndrome, 8 cases of Yin deficiency dryness-heat syndrome, and 6 cases of deficiency of both Yin and Yang syndrome. The clinical manifestation syndrome included 42 cases of blood stasis syndrome, 10 cases of phlegm stasis syndrome, 5 cases of damp-heat syndrome, and 1 case of cold-dampness syndrome. There were 58 cases of complex syndrome types, including 28 cases of spleen-kidney Qi deficiency and blood-stasis syndrome. Compared with non spleen-kidney Qi deficiency syndrome patients, the TG, FIN, FCP and HOMA-IR in patients with spleen-kidney Qi deficiency syndrome were significantly increased (P＜0.05). Logistic regression analysis showed that there was no correlation between Chinese medicine symptoms (frequent or clear urination, fatigue, numbness, and soreness in the waist and knees) and elevated FBG and FIN(P＞0.05). For those with fatigue symptom, the probability of FCP elevation was 7.661 times higher than those without this symptom (P＜0.05). For those with fatigue symptom and frequent or clear urination symptom, the probability of HOMA-IR elevation was 10.787 and 5.911 times higher than those without the symptom, respectively (P

The safety evaluation granularity of the current coal mine safety monitoring and management system is basically at the mine level or subsystem level. It cannot be finely managed for different areas of the mine. In order to solve the above problem, a unified area division method is proposed for safety risk assessment based on the features of operational scenarios in various areas of the mine. This method combines information such as risks, hidden dangers, disasters with area operating conditions, equipment maintenance management, and personnel positioning to unify and organize data from various safety systems. A comprehensive assessment of the safety indicator system is conducted from four dimensions: human, machine, environment, and management. The weights of each indicator in the area safety assessment are calculated through a combination of subjective and objective weighting methods. The subjective weighting is achieved through the analytic hierarchy process, while the objective weighting method is achieved through the entropy weighting method. The method constructs an area safety assessment model, which quantitatively evaluates and classifies the current safety situation of coal mines. The method uses normalized fusion weights to calculate the basic safety score, and considers high-risk combinations, historical trend changes, and inter regional coupling effects to modify the score. The comprehensive safety scores of all levels of coal mine areas are obtained. This model has been successfully applied to the intelligent comprehensive control platform of Shaanxi Xiaobaodang Mining Co., Ltd.. It provides effective reference for accurately evaluating underground safety risks in coal mines and improving the level of coal mine safety management.

Objective To investigate the intervention effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) Baduanjin exercise combined with remote ischemic conditioning therapy for patients with mild cognitive impairment in stroke. Methods Seventy patients with mild cognitive impairment after stroke were recruited as study subjects and randomly divided into control group(n=35) and intervention group(n=35). Patients in the control group received conventional treatment and care, and those in the intervention group received TCM Baduanjin exercise combined with remote ischemic conditioning therapy on the basis of conventional care. The cognitive function, daily living ability and quality of life of the two groups were compared before and after 12 weeks of intervention. Results After 12-week intervention, the scores of Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA), Modified Barthel Index (MBI) and Stroke-specific Quality of Life Scale (SS-QOL) were significantly better than those before the intervention in both groups (P＜0. 01), and scores of the intervention group were significantly higher than those of control group (P＜0. 01). Conclusion TCM Baduanjin exercise combined with remote ischemic conditioning therapy is safe and effective for patients with mild cognitive impairment after stroke, and can improve overall cognitive function, daily living ability and quality of life. The nutritional composition and dietary fiber content of pine pollen fiber, oat fiber, and pine pollen-oat fiber products and their physicochemical properties, and correlation were analyzed to investigate the effects of pine pollen (compound) fiber composition on their physicochemical properties. The results indicated that, except for the moisture content, the proximate composition of pine pollen-oat compound fiber was between that of pine pollen fiber and oat fiber. The water-holding capacity (WHC), oil-holding capacity (OHC), cation exchange capacity (CEC), cholesterol adsorption capacity (CAC), nitrite scavenging capacity (NSC), and metal ion adsorption capacity (MIAC) of three fiber products ranged from 3.04 to 5.14 g/g, 2.18 to 3.65 g/g, 0.04 to 0.20 mmol/L, 15.50 to 28.79 mg/g, 1.95% to 26.22%, and 15.58 to 19.16 mg/g, respectively. In order to promote the scientific management of seascape and the construction of beautiful cities in China, this paper reviewed the evolution of seascape character assessment in the UK, in particular discussed assessment practice and implications of seascape management for China. The results showed that the UK had gradually developed seascape character assessment based on landscape character assessment, carried out seascape character assessment practice from national, regional and local levels, and paid attention to the research and development of key technologies and the connection of output results. In the future, the management of seascape should be strengthened, seascape be incorporated into the national landscape and the overall development of coastal zone be promoted with the help of information platform.

Objective: To solve the problems of low dehydration rate of solid-liquid separation device and discharge not free of kitchen waste. Methods: By Optimizing the parameters of the key parts of the solid-liquid separation device, modeling the solid-liquid separation device based on Creo, analyzing the extrusion process through EDEM simulation software, the optimized screw shaft prototype was made and verified. Results: The optimized spiral shaft structure parameters were conveying distance 373 mm, compression distance 180 mm, compression end diameter 96 mm, spiral blade diameter 98 mm and axis length 553 mm; the force range of solid-liquid separation device was 2.7~4.5 N, wtih average force of 3 N, and discharge speed range of 1.3 ~ 4.7 m/s with average speed of 1.9 m/s. Conclusion: The dehydration rate of kitchen waste solid-liquid separation device is significantly improved, the discharge is smooth, and the dehydration effect is better than that before optimization.

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of posterior surgery for children with thoracic and lumbar tuberculosis. Methods Clinical data of 9 children with vertebral tuberculosis who underwent posterior surgery in our department from January 2013 to June 2021 were collected and retrospectively analyzed. The operation time, blood loss, length of hospital stay and other indicators, as well as the general condition after operation and during follow-up were summarized and analyzed. Kyphosis correction was evaluated with the results of X-ray filming and CT scanning. Visual analogue score (VAS), Oswestry disability index (ODI) and Frankel scores were used to evaluate the recovery of neurological function. Results For the 9 children, there were 5 males and 4 females, at a mean age of 6.4±3.3 years, and there were 4 cases of thoracic, 2 of thoracolumbar and 3 of lumbar tuberculosis. Preoperative Frankel scores showed that there were 2 cases in Grade C, 3 in Grade D, and 4 in Grade E for neural status. The mean follow-up time was 29.2±8.6 months. All patients had attained neurological improvements with Frankel grade increasing by more than 1 grade. At the final follow-up, the VAS score decreased from 3.2±2.0 to 1.0±0.5, while ODI score from 31.3±21.3 to 13.7±8.7. The Cobb angle of kyphosis was decreased from (46.2±23.8)° preoperatively to (22.6±16.9)° postoperatively. All patients achieved satisfactory osseous fusion in 1 year after surgery. Only 1 patient had tuberculosis recurrence and received a second operation. The mean operation time was 398.2±203.7 min, mean blood loss was 550.0±355.3 mL, and mean hospital stay was 20.0±8.4 d. Conclusion Posterior approach can achieve satisfactory outcomes and avoid the occurrence of kyphosis in the treatment of thoracic and lumbar tuberculosis in children.

In the process of intelligent coal mine construction, there are problems such as the 'data island' phenomenon, low data quality, lack of data governance system, and insufficient data empowerment. In order to solve the above problems, this paper analyzes the basic requirements of intelligent coal mine big data governance. This paper studies the key technologies of intelligent coal mines such as data acquisition and storage, data cleaning and standardization, data asset planning, data sharing and exchange. Combined with the field practice of data governance in Xiaobaodang Coal Mine, the overall technical architecture of intelligent coal mine big data governance based on the Industrial Internet system is proposed. The architecture functions correspond to the basic requirements of intelligent coal mine big data governance. It realizes the access, integration and fusion of multi-source heterogeneous perception data downward, provides data services for the development of various coal mine intelligent applications upward, and sediment various business indicators and model algorithms of coal mines in the middle, forming important data assets for coal mines. Unified access to to data form various coal mine systems is achieved through data access storage services based on different data access protocols. The necessary protocol conversion and data preprocessing are realized during the access process. The data processing is achieved through data cleaning and standardization services to improve data quality. The data is transformed into systematic data assets by adopting a hierarchical governance architecture. Finally, data assets are provided to other systems through standard interfaces through data sharing services, achieving the implementation of data value. The practical application of intelligent coal mine data governance achievements in different business scenarios is demonstrated from the perspective of coal mine single system application, mine-level application and company-level system application. After unified data governance, intelligent coal mine big data can achieve data fusion applications. It can break data islands, improve data quality, form coal mine unique data assets, and provide important value for coal mine production and operation.

【Objective】 The effect of water consumption of winter wheat varieties on yield was investigated to provide theoretical basis for selecting drought-resistant varieties to improve winter wheat yield in water-deficient areas. 【Method】 A two-factor randomized block design was adopted, Cangmai 6002 (CM6002) and Heng 4399 (H4399) were used as the main treatments. Three water treatments were set for each variety: no irrigation in the whole growth stage (W0), spring first water (irrigation at jointing stage, W1) and spring second water (irrigation at jointing stage and anthesis stage, W2), each irrigation amount was 60.0 mm. The effects of water consumption difference in different growth stages and soil layers on winter wheat yield were studied. 【Result】 There was no significant difference between CM6002 and H4399 in total water consumption, soil water storage consumption and its proportion in total water consumption, but there was a great difference in water consumption at different stages. From sowing to jointing stage, soil water storage consumption and water consumption of CM6002 were higher than H4399, but there was no significant difference among varieties. From jointing to anthesis stage, CM6002 soil water storage consumption and water consumption were significantly lower than H4399. From anthesis to maturity, water storage consumption and water consumption of CM6002 were higher than those of H4399, and there were significant differences between the two cultivars under W1. Under W0, soil water storage consumption of CM6002 in 120~200 cm soil layer was significantly higher than that of H4399. Under W1 and W2, soil water storage consumption of H4399 in 0~40 cm soil layer was significantly higher than that of CM6002, but that in 120~160 cm soil layer was significantly lower than that of CM6002. Compared with H4399, CM6002 decreased the pre-anthesis dry matter mobilization, dry matter mobilization efficiency and contribution rate to grain, but increased the post-anthesis dry matter accumulation and contribution rate to grain. The yield of CM6002 was 2.7%, 1.3% and 3.2% higher than that of H4399 for W0, W1 and W2, respectively. 【Conclusion】 Under the experimental conditions, reducing water consumption from jointing to anthesis, increasing water consumption from sowing to jointing, anthesis to maturity and deep soil water storage consumption were beneficial to increase winter wheat yield.

The coal mine massive data has problems such as 'data island', weak correlation, poor data quality due to lack of data management system. It is difficult to make full use of the data and provide analysis and decision-making support for coal mine intelligence. The data warehouse can meet the requirements of multi-source heterogeneous data integration in coal mine, and provide data basis for intelligent application in coal mine. By analyzing the coal mine data types, characteristics and intelligent application requirements of actual data, the intelligent coal mine data warehouse modeling method is studied. Firstly, the layered architecture of intelligent coal mine data warehouse is constructed, and the characteristics of data model of original data layer, detailed data layer, basic index layer, service data layer and public dimension layer are analyzed. Secondly, taking the data of fully mechanized working face as an example, the modeling process of data warehouse is expounded from the aspects of business data analysis, application demand analysis and layered architecture design. Thirdly, the construction method of data model in coal mine data warehouse is introduced. The original data is transformed into data warehouse dimensional model through dimension alignment, dimension association and dimensional index aggregation. The method solves the application problem of coal mine data association in different dimensions. Finally, in order to solve the problem of portability of coal mine data warehouse, the design idea of coal mine parametric data warehouse based on general data warehouse in coal mine industry + parametric ETL (extraction-transformation-load) method is proposed. The platform of coal mine data warehouse in the laboratory environment is set up to process the data of fully mechanized working face of Shanxi Tiandi Wangpo Coal Industry Co., Ltd. The auxiliary mechanism model analysis and visual management cockpit are realized based on the processing data, which verifies the practicability of intelligent coal mine data warehouse. The performance indexes of the original data model and the intelligent coal mine data warehouse are compared. The results show that the data organization, model reuse and iteration difficulty of the intelligent coal mine data warehouse are better than those of the original data model, and the data query response time is shortened by more than 50%.

ObjectiveTo conduct on-site epidemiological investigation， emergency response， tracing of infection source and analysis of a confirmed COVID-19 case of a foreign airline cargo service staff member in Shanghai’s international airport， aiming to provide reference for prevention of imported COVID-19 cases under regular prevention and control of COVID-19.MethodsA retrospective field epidemiological investigation was conducted to collect information of basic characteristics， illness onset， diagnosis， treatment， clinical manifestations， exposure history and risk factors within 14 days before onset， close contacts， close contacts of close contacts， and key places related to activity trajectories. Respiratory tract specimens of cases and contacts were collected for detection of SARS-CoV-2 by real time RT-PCR （rRT-PCR）. Emergency response， including infection source analysis and contact management， was conducted.ResultsThe case developed pharyngeal itch on July 28， 2021， and fever on the 30th， and went to the hospital for treatment twice on the 31st. Because his specimen was positive for SARS-CoV-2 by rRT-PCR on August 1， he was isolated and treated on August 2 and diagnosed as a confirmed case of COVID-19. The case was a foreign airline cargo service member at an international airport. The two regular nucleic acid screenings of him as a high-risk occupation on July 21 and 28 were negative. He did not leave Shanghai within 14 days before the onset of illness. During July 22nd and 23rd， he was repeatedly exposed during work to the high-risk environment that may have been contaminated by SARS-CoV-2 and had contact with the crew of foreign airlines， and the personal protection was not standardized. None of the 67 close contacts and 567 close contacts of close contacts in Shanghai showed symptoms during the 14-day medical quarantine， and the specimens of them were all negative for SARS-CoV-2 by rRT-PCR. The results of genome sequencing analysis showed that the genomic homology between the virus of the case and the one of recent domestic local epidemic and the recent imported cases was low， and the homology with the overseas Delta mutant strain was higher than that of the domestic Delta mutant strain.ConclusionThe situation of prevention of COVID-19 import is still serious. It is necessary to conduct regular nucleic acid screening for high-risk occupational groups， strengthen the diagnosis and reporting awareness of medical institutions， effectively implement the prevention and control measures for people， objects， and environment at international airports， and further enhance the public's awareness of personal protection.

Objective To prepare mesoporous silica nanoparticles (MSN) loaded with doxorubicin (DOX) and to evaluate their physical properties, drug release, uptake by tumor cells, inhibition of cell proliferation and promotion of apoptosis. Methods DOX was loaded into the channels of MSN by infiltration to prepare mesoporous silica nanocomposites (MSN-DOX), whose morphology was then observed using transmission electron microscopy (TEM), and the size and surface charge of nanocomposites were measured with a nano particle size analyzer. Dialysis bag was applied to study drug release behavior of the nanocomposites under different pH conditions. Laser confocal microscopy was used to observe the uptake of MSN-DOX by bladder cancer cells. CCK-8 assay was carried out to detect the biocompatibility of MSN and the inhibitory effect of MSN-DOX on cell proliferation. Finally, the expression of apoptosis-related proteins was tested to analyze the effect of MSN-DOX on apoptosis. Results The prepared nanocomposites were spherical, uniform in size, in a size of 203.6±3.0 nm, with a surface charge of -8.1±4.7 mV. The DOX loading was 4.83%, and the encapsulation efficiency was 10.15%. In vitro studies showed that DOX was slowly released from the nanocomposites, and the release rate and total release amount were correlated with the environmental pH value. Lower pH value led to faster drug release rate and more total release amount. Cellular uptake experiments indicated the nanocomposites were efficiently ingested by tumor cells, thereby increasing the intracellular drug accumulation. In addition, MSN had good biocompatibility, and MSN-DOX significantly inhibited the proliferation and promoted the apoptosis of tumor cells, with increased expression levels of apoptosis-related proteins. Conclusion Our prepared MSN-DOX nanocomposites have good properties and stable structure, which can be efficiently ingested by bladder cancer cells, thus effectively inhibiting proliferation and promoting apoptosis of tumor cells.

Objective To study the anti-tumor effect of IR-780, a mitochondrial targeting small molecule, on cisplatin-resistant T24 cell line (T24/DPP). Methods T24/DPP cell line was constructed by repeated and discontinuous stimulation of T24 cells with cisplatin. After the drug-resistant cells were treated with different concentrations of IR-780, cell viability was detected by CCK-8 assay and cell migration was measured by wound healing assay. The suborganelle localization of IR-780 was determined by confocal fluorescence microscopy with aid of mitotracker treatment. Cell apoptosis and production of mitochondrial reactive oxygen species (ROS) were determined by flow cytometry. T24/DPP cells were injected subcutaneously into 6-~8-week-old male nude mice to establish a tumor-bearing nude mouse model. The tumor-bearing mice were randomly divided into 3 groups, including control group (5 mg/kg PBS), DOX group (5 mg/kg DOX) and IR-780 group (5 mg/kg IR-780). After intraperitoneal administration of IR-780, the accumulation of IR-780 were detected by near-infrared in vivo imaging system and confocal fluorescence microscopy, while the tumor volume and weight were measured. Results ① In vitro, IR-780 inhibited the proliferation and migration of T24/DPP cells in a dose-dependent manner (P < 0.05). IR-780 was selectively accumulated in the mitochondria of T24/DPP cells. With the increase of IR-780 concentration, the production of mitochondrial ROS and the rate of apoptosis in T24/DDP cells were increased (P < 0.05). ② In vivo, near-infrared imaging and frozen sections of tumor tissue showed that IR-780 preferentially accumulated in the tumor of tumor-bearing nude mouse model. The tumor volume and weight of the IR-780 group were significantly less and lower when compared with the control group (P < 0.05) and DOX group (P < 0.05). Conclusion IR-780 can significantly inhibit the growth of T24/DDP cells and subcutaneous tumor xenografts in nude mice, and the mitochondrial pathway might be involved in the apoptosis of T24/DPP cells induced by IR-780.

Background and objective The curative potential of various bronchoscopic treatments such as electric snare, carbon dioxide freezing, argon plasma coagulation (APC), Neudymium-dopted Yttrium Aluminium Garnet (Nd:YAG) laser and photodynamic therapy (PDT) for the treatment of intraluminal tumor has been administered previously, but this regimen is not common in the treatment of typical carcinoid. The aim of this study is to investigate the curative effects both in short-term and long-term of interventional bronchoscopy in the treatment of typical carcinoid. Methods We retrospectively reviewed the clinical data of typical carcinoid patients who were treated with interventional bronchoscopy for tumor suppression and they were hospitalized in the Emergency General Hospital from December 2010 to December 2020, and Wilcoxon rank sum test and chi-square test were used for analysis. Results A total of 32 patients were included, including 18 cases of preoperative bronchial artery embolization (embolization rate 56%, 95%CI: 31%-79%). The grade score of dyspnea decreased from before treatment to after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant [(1.44±1.03) score vs (0.25±0.58) score, P=0.003]; The degree of bronchial stenosis decreased from pre-treatment to post-treatment, and the difference was statistically significant [(87.50%±13.90%) vs (17.50%±6.83%), P

In order to solve the problem of path planning for the spacecraft cluster to reach the dynamic target point under the premise of considering obstacle avoidance. In view of the fixed search radius, it will be difficult for the spacecraft to find a better value when it is close to the target point. This paper converts the orbital dynamics of each member spacecraft into an optimization problem considering constraints, and proposes an improved CPSO algorithm based on coordination. The path planning method of the traditional particle swarm optimization (CPSO): The dynamic radius search method that changes the search radius by changing the distance between them, and improves the CPSO algorithm based on this. The improved CPSO algorithm autonomously finds the optimal path of each member spacecraft at the current moment through the dynamic search radius, thereby obtaining the optimal solution for the dynamic path planning of the spacecraft cluster in three-dimensional space. The simulation results show that the use of the improved CPSO algorithm can not only obtain the optimal solution to the spacecraft cluster dynamic path planning problem, but also greatly reduce the fuel consumption in its path planning and improve the path stability of each member spacecraft.

In the presence of compound disturbances, a multi-spacecraft cooperative collision avoidance capture control method based on disturbance observer was proposed, which can solve the problem of low speed rolling non-cooperative target close-range capture in space. Firstly, a relative motion model of attitude and orbit coupling is established. Secondly, the disturbance observer is used to estimate and cancel the compound disturbance in the capture process. At the same time, the hyperquadric surfaces are used to describe the shape of space non-cooperative targets and capture spacecraft to establish a composite artificial potential field, and a robust control law with collision avoidance function is also designed. Finally, the stability of the controlled system is proved by using Lyapunov function, and the collision avoidance performance of the system is analyzed. Numerical simulations are carried out to evaluate the effectiveness of the proposed control scheme.

[Introduction] In the offshore wind turbine, as the connection form of the upper wind turbine and the steel pipe pile foundation, the grouted connections are widely used. In recent years, the power of wind turbines has become larger and larger, and higher requirements have been placed on the performance of the grouted connection. [Method] In this paper, the numerical analysis method was used. And the influence of the parameters of the grouted connection on its mechanical properties was analyzed. Based on the thickness of the grout tg, the ratio of height to distance of shear keys h/s and the ratio of length to diameter of the grouted connection L/Dp, the change of the load-displacement curve, the variation of contact pressure distribution and the stress state was analyzed. [Result] The results of numerical analysis show that the changes of the three dimensional parameters tg, h/s and L/Dp of the grouted connections will affect its mechanical properties. [Conclusion] By analyzing the structural parameters of the grouted connections, it is of great significance to ensure its normal operation and guide the design work.

Objective To analyze the characteristics of laboratory biomarkers associated with hypercoagulability in patients undergoing lung cancer surgery during the perioperative period and its diagnostic value for deep venous thrombosis (DVT). Methods We enrolled 143 patients treated with lung cancer surgery based on eligibility criteria. The lower extremity deep vein was examined perioperatively by compressed ultrasonic (CUS) to determine the DVT. The laboratory biomarkers associated with hypercoagulability were measured. We analyzed the area under curve (AUC) of ROC and cutoff in DVT (+) and DVT (-) groups with significant different biomarkers. Results Thirty-three patients with DVT were first diagnosed from the postoperative 3rd day (POD3) to 7th day (POD7). The fibrinogen degradation product (FDP), D-Dimer, brain natriuretic peptide and C reactive protein were significantly increased in the postoperative POD1-POD7 (P < 0.05). There were significant differences in the change levels of FDP and D-D during the perioperative period between the DVT (+) and DVT (-) groups (P < 0.05). The AUC and diagnostic cutoff values of POD1-FDP, POD3-FDP, POD3-D-D were 0.726 and 4.65μg/ml, 0.811 and 4.85 μg/ml, 0.772 and 1.55 μg/ml, respectively. The sensitivity and specificity of serial test were 46.5% and 94.9% for the combined diagnosis. Conclusion The value of increased levels of POD1-FDP, POD3-FDP and POD3-D-Dimer for DVT diagnosis is moderate. The combined diagnosis with serial test could improve the specificity of diagnosis.

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and reliability of a novel allograft cervical cage in treatment of cervical spondylosis, and observe the effect of subsidence on clinical outcome. Methods We retrospectively reviewed 80 cases with cervical spondylosis undergoing anterior cervical discectomy and fusion (ACDF) with BioCage® or PEEK cage in our department from January 2015 to December 2016. During follow-up, X-ray film (anterior-posterior and lateral) and computed tomography (CT) scan were used to assess segmental and overall cervical lordosis, intervertebral height, cage positioning, and final fusion state. Visual analog scale (VAS) and neck disability index (NDI) were calculated to evaluate clinical outcomes. Results There were 43 cases (29 males and 14 females, at a mean age of 50.44 years, ranging from 24 to 81) undergoing ACDF using Biocage® and 37 cases (26 males and 11 females, at a mean age of 49.31 years, ranging from 24 to 78) using PEEK cage. During the follow-up of 12 to 36 months (average 23.02 months), the segmental and overall cervical lordosis were greatly improved in both groups (P < 0.05), and the intervertebral height was also significantly better than that of pre-operation (P < 0.05) though having some loss in the last follow-up. The VAS score and NDI score were obviously reduced after operation (P < 0.05). No migration or extrusion of the cage (by the distance from posterior edge of fusion cage to posterior vertebral body wall, D-PCW) was observed immediately after surgery and at the latest follow-up. There were no statistical differences in the height and occurrence of subsidence between the 2 kinds of fusion cages. In 3 months postoperatively, BioCage® group all achieved bone fusion according to the CT image, with a fusion rate of 100% (43/43), while 1 case of PEEK group had not gotten fusion, with a fusion rate of 97.3% (36/37), and this case achieved fusion in 6 months postoperatively. Among the 17 cases experiencing cage subsidence, 9 were from the BioCage® group and 8 from the PEEK group. In these subsidence cases, their VAS and NDI scores were respectively reduced 3.94 (from 5.09 to 1.15) and 26.87 (from 35.34 to 8.47), and the differences of VAS and NDI improvement was not statistically significant between those with and without cage subsidence (P>0.05). Conclusion The novel cervical allograft cage (BioCage®) is designed according to the anatomical shape of Chinese cervical vertebra. Its large bone contact area of endplate and dentate processes on surface can effectively prevent the slip of the cage and provide immediate postoperative stability. At the same time, the cage facilitates the normal cervical lordosis, and has a good safety and effective adjunct to ACDF for the treatment of patients with cervical spondylosis.

Abstract: Based on the fine characterization of weathering crust paleokarst landform of the Ordovician Yingshan Formation in Lungu area, Tarim Basin, the size, number and reservoir controlling characteristics of karst monadnocks have been investigated quantitatively. Impression method and karst monadnock volume formulas were employed to characterize the various levels of karst microtopography, to work out the number, relative relief, area, volume and other parameters of monadnocks, and analyze the reservoir development situation at different parts of monadnock. The results showed that the weathering crust karst reservoirs in Lungu area are 140-160 m in relative altitude, and thinning from karst highland to karst slope and terrace. Two hundred fifty-two karst monadnocks have been identified in the study area. Among them, type I and type II monadnocks are fewer in number, but larger in bulk volume, and are favorable reservoir development zone. The karst monadnocks have a high coincidence ratio with current structural high points of 96.42%, and the monadnock morphology has remained basically unchanged during the late tectonic movement, thus “karstification-reservoir-accumulation” configuration has been kept good. In the main part (core) of karst monadnocks, there are cave, vug, fracture-vug, and fracture reservoirs, thicker high quality reservoir, and all reservoir parameters are better than those of karst monadnock wings. It is found that the relative amplitude of karst monadnock is positively correlated with single well productivity, and the scale and position of monadnock are closely related with productivity. Production system of mine was classified according to energy consumption intensity of large-scale electromechanical equipment and main energy consuming equipments of each subsystem were listed. Electricity consumption of large-scale electromechanical equipment in mine was gotten according to relevant information of a coal mine, and influence factors on energy consumption of the equipment were summarized. Formula of energy consumption of the equipment was derived in details, and working efficiency of the equipment was optimized by use of the best square approximation method for calculating energy consumption of the equipment according to the optimization results. A design scheme of coordinative control system of large-scale electromechanical equipment in mine based on Internet of things was introduced. The actual application shows that coordinative control method of large-scale electromechanical equipment in mine based on efficiency optimization can effectively reduce energy consumption of coal mine production.

With the in-depth study of tumor immune microenvironment, immune checkpoint inhibitors represented by PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitors have achieved promising results in tumor treatment. However, the treatment response rate is low with immunotherapy alone. Integrative therapy is the development trend of tumor therapy. The combined treatment strategies of PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitors with chemotherapy, radiotherapy, TKI, antiangiogenic drugs, etc. are being actively explored. This paper reviews the mechanism and progress of related combined regimens.

The feasibility of taking the plane steel ball transmission mechanism as a speed increaser is analyzed. Through building the dynamics model of a meshing pair of the presented transmission mechanism,the self- locking mechanism of a meshing pair is analyzed. The research results show that each meshing pair is unavoidably self- locking in a certain area. However,the plane steel ball transmission mechanism could be used to realize the speed increasing transmission by the tooth profile of meshing pair is modified since the transmission has multi- meshing pairs and every meshing pair is on different phase.

Background and objective Post-operation management of minimally invasive thoracic surgery is similar to that of open surgery, especially on the drainage tube of the chest. The aim of this study is to compare the advantages of using 16 F versus 28 F chest tubes in video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery (VATS) lobectomy of lung cancer. Methods Data from 163 patients (February-May 2014) who underwent VATS lobectomy of lung cancer with insertion of one chest drain (16 F or 28 F) were analyzed. The following post-operative data were evaluated: primary healing of tube incision, CXR abnormalities (pneumothorax, fluid, atelectasis, subcutaneous emphysema, and hematoma), drainage time, new drain insertion, and wound healing at the site of insertion. Results A total of 75 patients received 28 F chest tubes, and 88 patients received 16 F chest tubes. Both groups were similar in age, gender, comorbidities, and pathological evaluation of resection specimens. After adjustment, no statistically significant difference was found between the two groups in relation to tube-related complications including residual pneumothoraces (4.00% vs 4.44%; P=0.999), subcutaneous emphysema (8.00% vs 6.67%; P=0.789), retained hemothorax (0 vs 41%, P=0.253), and drainage time [(28.4±16.12) h vs (22.1±11.8) h; P=0.120)] The average total drainage volume and rrhythmia rates of the 16 F group [(365±106) mL, 14.67%)] was less than that of the 28 F group [(665±217) mL, 4.5%; P=0.030, P=0.047]. The rates of primary healing at the site of insertion in the 16 F group (95.45%) was higher than that in the 28 F group (77.73%, P=0.039). A significant difference was found on the post-operative length of stay of the two groups [(4.23±0.05) d vs (4.57±0.16) d, P=0.078]. Conclusion The use of 16 F chest tube for VATS lobectomy of patients with lung cancer did not affect the clinically relevant outcomes tested. However, 16 F chest tube facilitated faster wound healing at the site of insertion.

In order to study the change law for Stribeck curve of the sliding bearings under different loads,the pin disc friction test rig is established,the thickness of oil film and friction coefficient are collected by changing the load and speed. The curve of friction coefficient and pressure,speed,viscosity,namely Stribeck curve are plotted by using the MATLAB. The experimental results show that,with the increase of the speed,the friction coefficient decreased at first and then increased. The smaller the load,the sooner enter into the bottom of Stribeck curve,the easier to achieve fluid lubrication,the bearing lubrication state can be improved effectively by changing the load of bearing.

The microscopic identification of minerals can often be improved with the use of computer technology. An auxiliary analysis program for the microscopic identification of minerals based on Visual Basic tools is described in this paper. Design methods and procedures of the program, including mineral properties analysis and digitization, identification error reduction methods are discussed. When using the application for determination of minerals, it is acceptable to input complete or part of the optical properties of query minerals during microscopic observation. Through calculation and comparison, final search results can match most query minerals. The application analysis results demonstrate the accuracy and efficiency for identifying query minerals. The program can also identify more mineral information, such as optical properties, the causes of the occurrence and identification characteristics. In addition, the program can be used to establish a mineral information database.

On the basis of oil and gas distribution in southern Huanghua Depression, the hydrocarbon accumulation conditions and developing characteristics of the main faults of different stages are researched. The mechanism of source faults accumulating hydrocarbon is analyzed. Research shows that the seismic pumping mechanism of long-term developing source faults is the main driving force of hydrocarbon accumulation. The sources of seismic pumping control the horizontal distribution of hydrocarbons, while the sources of seismic pumping and the secondary seismic pumping sources produced by the main tensional layer control the lengthways accumulation of oil and gas. The reservoir sands or oil traps near the seismic pumping region may be the most efficient fields for hydrocarbon accumulation. Hydrocarbons sourced from the second member of the Kongdian formation are mainly distributed at the southwest tail of the Kongxi fault and the fault rapidly decreased displacement or the abruptly changed strike of the Kongxi, Fenghuadian, and Kongdong faults. The main tensional layer of the upper Kongyi formation accumulates large quantities of oil and gas. A 58-year-old man was admitted with a typical presentation of acute left heart failure. However, the patient showed a partial response to the anti-heart failure therapy. Following admission, a continuous fever was monitored, and a CT scan revealed that multiple opacities on bilateral lungs had progressed. Bronchoscopy was performed, and Coxiella burnetii was detected by Metagenomic next-generation sequencing (mNGS) in bronchoalveolar lavage (BALF), and transbronchial lung biopsy showed organizing pneumonia. Considering that the patient had a history of rabbit breeding and delivery, with some newborn rabbits dying before he became ill, organizing pneumonia secondary to Q fever pneumonia was diagnosed. Anti-Q fever treatment was initiated and the patient's temperature returned to normal. Glucocorticoid was administered after adequate treatment for Q fever. The patient's symptom of dyspnea relieved soon and opacities on CT scan were absorbed remarkably. The final diagnosis was organizing pneumonia secondary to Q fever pneumonia accompanied with left heart failure.

Objective: To investigate the genetic subtypes and drug resistance monitoring of newly reported human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection/AIDS virus in Anhui Province from 2020 to 2023. Methods: An observational design study was used to collect blood samples from patients diagnosed with HIV/AIDS in the AIDS Prevention and Control Department of Anhui Provincial Center for Disease Control and Prevention from January 2020 to December 2023.The HIV-1 pol gene was amplified by reverse transcription-nested PCR, and the genetic subtypes were identified by phylogenetic tree analysis using MEGA 7.0 software. The mutation sites of drug resistance were analyzed by the online software tool of Stanford University's HIV Drug resistance database. The influencing factors of drug resistance before treatment were analyzed by multivariate logistic analysis. Results: A total of 335 plasma samples were collected, and 332 HIV-1 pol gene sequences were obtained successfully. The main gene subtypes were CRF01-AE, accounting for 35.55% (118/332), followed by CRF07-BC, B and B+C types [29.22% (97/332), 11.74% (39/332), 9.93% (33/332)]. The total drug resistance rate before treatment was 30.12%(32/100), and the drug resistance rate of protease inhibitor (PIs) in HIV-1 was 6.33% (21/332). The drug resistance rate of nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitors (NRTI) before treatment was 6.33% (21/332). The drug resistance rate of non-nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitors (NNRTI) before treatment was 17.47% (58/332).The comparison of drug resistance rate of different drug types showed statistical significance ( χ 2 =30.435, P <0.05).Among the 100 cases of drug resistance, the main mutation point of HIV-1 protease inhibitor was Q58E (21.00%), and the main mutation point of nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitor was M184V/I (6.00%). Non-nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitor resistance mutation points mainly K103N (22.00%).There were statistically significant differences in the starting time of antiviral therapy, the number of CD4 + T cells at baseline and the drug resistance rate of gene subtypes (the chi-square values are respectively 24.152, 32.516, 11.652, P <0.05).Multivariate logistic analysis showed that the baseline CD4 + T cell count was <200/μl, subtype B, subtype B+C, CRF01-AE subtype, CRF55-01B subtype and 01-BC subtype was the influential factor of drug resistance before treatment (the chi-square values are respectively 4.577, 8.202, 4.416, 5.206, 7.603 and 4.804, P <0.05). Conclusion: The newly reported HIV/AIDS population in Anhui Province from 2020 to 2023 has a variety of viral gene subtypes, and NNRTIs are the main types of drug resistance gene mutations before treatment. Attention should be paid to the number of baseline CD4 + T cells, the duration of antiviral treatment, and the distribution of gene subtypes to reduce the drug resistance of HIV/AIDS patients before treatment.

The aim of this study was to comprehensively understand the water environment quality status and its change trend in the Inner Mongolia section of the Yellow River Basin. To analyze the water quality in recent years,the water quality data in the Yellow River basin from 2003 to 2020 were firstly collected from five typical monitoring stations．Various data analysis methods, including principal component analysis, cluster analysis, and a long short-term memory model, were used along with an improved comprehensive water quality identification index to explore the spatiotemporal characteristics of water quality in the Yellow River Basin. The results showed that the overall water quality in the basin has improved and stabilized over time. In terms of temporal variation, there was a distinction between the wet season and dry season, with a better status observed during the wet season due to increased agricultural irrigation and higher water volume. Spatially, the five monitoring sections could be divided into three categories based on strong natural factors that maintained their temporal characteristics during the wet season； however, significant differences were observed during the dry season due to urban water usage patterns. Analysis using LSTM models revealed that ammonia nitrogen will continue to decline and have a decreasing impact on the comprehensive water quality. These findings provide valuable insights for the comprehensive management of water quality in Inner Mongolia's Yellow River Basin.

Objective: To assess the efficacy of neoadjuvant treatment with PD-1 (programmed cell death protein 1) inhibitors combined with paclitaxel (albumin-conjugated) and cisplatin (TP regimen) for locally advanced hypopharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma and laryngeal organ function preservation. Methods: Data of 53 patients, including 51 males and 2 females, aged 38-70 years old, who were diagnosed with locally advanced hypopharyngeal squamous carcinoma confirmed by histology and enhanced CT at the Cancer Prevention and Control Center of Sun Yat-sen University during the initial treatment from January 1, 2019 to January 15, 2023, were retrospectively analyzed. All patients received neoadjuvant therapy with PD-1 inhibitors combined with albumin-bound paclitaxel (260 mg/m 2 ) and cisplatin (60 mg/m 2 ) for 3 to 4 cycles. The main outcome measures were larynx dysfunction-free survival (LDFS), overall survival (OS), and progression-free survival (PFS). Survival curves were plotted using the Kaplan-Meier method, and Cox multifactorial analysis was further performed if Cox univariate analysis was statistically significant. Results: The overall efficiency was 90.6% (48/53). The 1-year and 2-year LDFS rates were 83.8% (95% CI : 74.0% to 94.8%) and 50.3% (95% CI : 22.1% to 91.6%), the 1-year and 2-year OS rates were 95.2% (95% CI : 88.9% to 100.0%) and 58.2% (95% CI : 25.6% to 81.8%), and the 1-year and 2-year PFS rates were 83.9% (95% CI : 74.2% to 94.9%) and 53.5% (95% CI : 32.1% to 89.1%). Adverse events associated with the neoadjuvant therapy were mainly myelosuppression (45.3%), gastrointestinal reactions (37.7%) and hypothyroidism (20.8%). Conclusion: The neoadjuvant treatment of locally advanced hypopharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma using PD-1 inhibitors combined with paclitaxel and cisplatin can provide with a higher survival rate with a improved laryngeal organ function preservation rate.

A 64-year-old female patient was admitted to Beijing Chao-Yang Hospital on February 21, 2023 because of right-sided chest pain for more than 4 years and left-sided chest pain for more than 9 months. She had a past medical history of previous tuberculosis and rheumatoid arthritis. A chest CT in October 2018 revealed multiple pulmonary nodules. A CT-guided biopsy showed no tumors, and adenosine deaminase levels in the pleural effusion were elevated, suggesting a high likelihood of tuberculosis. As a result, anti-tuberculosis treatment was initiated in March 2019. In December 2019, she underwent a right lower lobe resection due to localized hydropneumothorax on the right side. Postoperative pathology unveiled granulomatous inflammation with necrosis. A chest CT in May 2020 showed a significant increase in nodules and cavities. In January 2023, a diagnosis of cryptococcal pneumonia was considered, and she was prescribed oral fluconazole. Finally, the diagnosis of pulmonary rheumatoid nodules was confirmed after a pathological consultation of the postoperative specimen. After one month of treatment with oral prednisone and mycophenolate mofetil, a follow-up chest CT showed improvement. It was recommended that she continue with her current treatment and undergo regular chest CT scans.

In this article, we reported a 28-year-old female patient who presented with intermittent hemoptysis, cough, and sputum production. Laboratory tests showed no abnormalities in the blood counts or inflammatory markers, and the sputum cultures were negative. A chest computed tomography scan showed bronchiectasis associated with infection in the middle and lower lobes of the right lung and right pleural thickening. We performed bronchoalveolar lavage by bronchoscopy in the dorsal segment of the right lower lobe and found Mycobacterium avium intracellulare complex (MAC) by Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) of bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF). The patient's symptoms improved significantly after anti-mycobacterium treatment and the extent of infection was reduced on imaging. To further identify the cause of bronchiectasis, the patient is tall and thin, with slender limbs. Cardiac color ultrasound showed the widening of aortic sinus. Her genetic testing of blood samples revealed the gene mutation in the FBN1 g ene (c.4349G>A). Based on these results, she was diagnosed with Marfan syndrome.

The study aimed to examine the effects of virtual reality (VR) technology-based phase I cardiac rehabilitation (CR) program in elderly coronary heart disease (CHD) patients after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). Thirty-six cases of elderly CHD patients who underwent PCI in the First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University from June 2022 to April 2023 were recruited by convenience sampling method. The patients were randomly assigned by means of random digital table method to two study groups: control group (n = 18), which received conventional nursing intervention after PCI, and experimental group (n = 18), which received a combined program of conventional nursing intervention together with CR program based on VR technology. The 6 min walk test (6MWT), Simple Physical Performance Battery (SPPB), SF-36 scale, Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale (HADS) and Impact of Events Scale-Revised (IES-R) were tested before and after rehabilitation. Moreover, the incidence of major adverse cardiovascular events (MACE) was recorded at 3 months after PCI. After VR-based CR, the 6MWT distance and SPPB scores of patients in the experimental group were higher than those in control group (P < 0.05). The HADS scores and IES-R scores of the patients in the experimental group were lower than those in control group (P < 0.01), and the difference in SF-36 scale scores was not statistically significant between two groups (P > 0.05). The incidence of MACE was not significantly different at 3 months after PCI (P > 0.05). These results suggest that VR-based phase I CR program mitigates the degree of PCI postoperative stress, anxiety, and depression in elderly CHD patients, however, enhances the resistance to fatigue and does not increase the risk of adverse cardiac events, suggesting it is a safe intervention.

Objective: To explore the predictive effect of the renal tumor scoring system on the surgical outcomes of cystic renal masses (CRM). Methods: A retrospective analysis was performed on the data of 234 patients who received robotic-assisted partial nephrectomy (RAPN) treatment in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University from January 2018 to June 2020. And 31 cases had CRM and 203 cases had solid renal masses (SRM). The propensity score of patients was calculated by logistic regression model, and 1∶2 matching was performed by the nearest neighbor method. The changes in perioperative indexes and long-term estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) in CRM group and SRM group were compared. The CRM group and SRM group were stratified according to the complexity grading of R.E.N.A.L. score and PADUA score, respectively, to compare the difference in the achievement rate of ideal surgical outcome between the two groups, and analyze the predictive factors affected. The CRM diameter was stratified with 4 cm as the cut-off value (CRM1 group with a diameter<4 cm, CRM2 group with a diameter≥4 cm), and the surgical results were compared with the matched SRM1 group and SRM2 group. Results: In the matching cohort, the CRM group comprised 29 patients with a mean age of (48.7±10.8) years, of which 22 (75.9%) were males. The SRM group included 58 patients with a mean age of (50.4±10.2) years, of which 41 (70.7%) were males, with no statistically significant difference (all P >0.05). The warm ischemia time (WIT) [ M ( Q 1 , Q 3 )] in the CRM group was longer than that in the SRM group [23(18, 25) vs 19(17, 25) min, P =0.040]. The operation time (OT) [ M ( Q 1 , Q 3 )] in the CRM group was also longer than that of the SRM group [130(100, 150) vs 108(86, 120) min, P =0.006]. The change in serum creatinine before and after the operation [ M ( Q 1 , Q 3 )] was higher in the CRM group than in the SRM group [15(10, 23) vs 12(6, 17) μmol/L, P =0.030]. The ideal surgical outcomes were achieved in 7 patients (24.1%) in the CRM group and 36 patients (62.1%) in the SRM group. The number of patients achieving ideal surgical outcomes in R.E.N.A.L. intermediate complex surgery and PADUA advanced complex surgery in the SRM group were 24 (58.5%) and 15 (51.7%), respectively, which were higher than those in the CRM group 6 (27.3%) and 1 (5.9%) respectively ( P <0.05). Preoperative eGFR ( OR =0.758, 95% CI : 0.719-0.799) and the nature of the tumor (CRM as reference, OR =4.883, 95% CI : 1.550-15.378) were influencing factors for achieving the ideal surgical outcome. Subgroup analysis showed that eGFR changes before and after surgery and the estimated blood loss (EBL) in the CRM2 group were higher than those in the SRM2 group, and WIT and OT were longer than those in the SRM2 group (all P <0.05). The EBL and WIT of the CRM1 group were shorter than those of the CRM2 group ( P <0.05). Conclusion: The surgical risk of RAPN in complex CRMs with a maximum diameter of≥4 cm is higher than the risk of RAPN in SRM with equivalent R.E.N.A.L. and PADUA scores.

The initial clinical manifestations of pulmonary artery involvement in Takayasu arteritis were complicated and non-specific, making early diagnosis difficult. Three cases of Takayasu arteritis with pulmonary artery involvement (TA-PAI) initially presenting as community-acquired pneumonia (CAP) were reported. The clinical characteristics and lab test results of the three cases were summarized, and the relevant literature on TA-PAI mimicking CAP was concomitantly reviewed. It might be helpful in the early recognition and diagnosis of such patients.

The short-term reduction of air pollutant emissions is an important emergency control measure for avoiding air pollution exceedances in Chinese cities. However, the impacts of short-term emission reductions on the air qualities in southern Chinese cities in spring has not been fully explored. We analyzed the changes in air quality in Shenzhen, Guangdong before, during, and after a city-wide lockdown associated with COVID-19 control during March 14 to 20, 2022. Stable weather conditions prevailed before and during the lockdown, such that local air pollution was strongly affected by local emissions. In-situ measurements and WRF-GC simulations over the Pearl River Delta (PRD) both showed that, due to reductions in traffic emissions during the lockdown, the concentrations of nitrogen dioxide (NO 2 ), respirable particulate matter (PM 10 ), and fine particulate matters (PM 2.5 ) in Shenzhen decreased by (-26±9.5)%, (-28±6.4)%, and (-20±8.2)%, respectively. However, surface ozone (O 3 ) concentration did not change significantly[(-1.0±6.5)%]. TROPOMI satellite observations of formaldehyde and nitrogen dioxide column concentrations indicated that the ozone photochemistry in the PRD in spring 2022 was mainly controlled by the volatile organic compound (VOCs) concentrations and was not sensitive to the reduction in nitrogen oxide (NO x ) concentrations. Reduction in NO x may even have increased O 3, because the titration of O 3 by NO x was weakened. Due to the small spatial-temporal extent of emission reductions, the air quality effects caused by this short-term urban-scale lockdown were weaker than the air quality effects across China during the widespread COVID-19 lockdown in 2020. Future air quality management in South China cities should consider the impacts of NO x emission reduction on ozone and focus on the co-reduction scenarios of NO x and VOCs.

At present, China's efforts to achieve a "carbon peak" and "carbon neutrality" not only put great pressure on environmental governance to industrial enterprises with relatively high carbon emissions but also bring great pressure to their economic growth. However, with the proposal of a carbon trading policy, in-depth research was carried out to explore whether it can produce the effect of "carbon reduction and economic promotion." Based on the data of 30 provinces and cities from 2005 to 2019, this study conducted an in-depth analysis on the impact and path of carbon trading policies and industrial carbon productivity through methods such as double difference and multiple mediation effect models. The results showed that the carbon trading policy could significantly improve the level of industrial carbon productivity; at the same time, the effect will vary significantly with different pilot regions; the policy can produce significant effects of environmental regulation, structural optimization, technology, and energy structure optimization. It is suggested to promote the transformation of China's industrial economy to low-carbon development by accelerating the improvement of the legal system at the environmental regulation level, accelerating the construction of a new development system for the environmental protection industry, strengthening the innovation and research and development of green technology and accelerating the optimization of the energy structure.

Objective: To explore the expression pattern and clinical significance of Integral membrane protein 2A（ITM2A） in drug resistant patients with chronic myeloid leukemia (CML)., Methods: The expression of ITM2A in CML was evaluated by qRT-PCR, Western blot and immunocytochemistry. In order to understand the possible biological effects of ITM2A, apoptosis, cell cycle and myeloid differentiation antigen expression of CML cells were detected by flow cytometry after over-expression of ITM2A. The nuderlying molecular mechanism of its biological effect was explored., Results: The expression of ITM2A in bone marrow of CML resistant patients was significantly lower than that of sensitive patients and healthy donors（ P <0.05）. The CML resistant strain cell K562R was successfully constructed in vitro. The expression of ITM2A in the resistant strain was significantly lower than that in the sensitive strain( P <0.05). Overexpression of ITM2A in K562R cells increased the sensitivity of K562R cells to imatinib and blocked the cell cycle in G 2 phase( P <0.05), but did not affect myeloid differentiation. Mechanistically, up-regulation of ITM2A reduced phosphorylation in ERK signaling ( P <0.05)., Conclusion: The expression of ITM2A was low in patients with drug resistance of CML, and the low expression of ITM2A may be the key factor of imatinib resistance in CML.
