Because the purpose and object of coding problem are different,it is necessary to make adjustments according to diffe-rent problems.For the coding problem of track blocks,a method of representing them by two-dimensional function is proposed,and track blocks are recognized by phase correlation.Firstly,track block is expanded under the two-dimensional polar coordinate system,and it is expressed as a two-dimensional discrete function.Due to the rotational invariance of the track block,the representation of track blocks is not unique,and a parameter matrix is introduced to specify a normal representation.Secondly,the phase correlation algorithm is used to measure the similarity of two track blocks.Finally,according to basic tracks in the block and their relative position,track block is compressed and encoded out of the representation of two-dimensional discrete function.Experiments show that our method has better expression of internal spatial structure and rotational invariance,and it is more extendable than the traditional coding methods.The solution of coding and matching problem is more adaptable for track blocks building and optimizing.

Objective: To investigate the effect of HBP-A on meniscal injuries and the expressions of genes associated with pathological hypertrophy and calcification of the meniscusinduced by abnormal loading., Methods: Bovine meniscus explants were subjected to 25% strain at 0.3 Hz for 3 h and treated with 0.6 mg/mL of HBP-A. The cell viability in the meniscus explants after 72 hin culture was determined using live/dead staining and the expression levels of genes associated with pathological hypertrophy and calcification of the meniscus (ANKH, ENPP1, ALP, MMP13, and IL-1) were measured using real-time PCR and Western blotting. The conditioned medium was collected for testing sulfated glycosaminoglycan (GAG) release., Results: The number of dead cells, loss of proteoglycan content, and the expressions of ANKH, ENPP1, ALP and MMP13, and IL-1 at both the mRNA and protein levels were all significantly lower in the meniscus explants treated with 0.6 mg/mL HBP-A than in the explants with only 25% abnormal pressure stimulation (n=3, P<0.05)., Conclusion: HBP-A can effectively alleviate meniscal injuries induced by abnormal loading and suppress the expressions of genes related with pathological hypertrophy and calcification of the meniscus, and can serve as a potential drug for treatment of knee osteoarthritis.

Internal resistance (R(int)) is an important parameter for kinetic studies on an electricigenic microorganism reaction system (EMRS). The traditional polarization curve measurement method is too laborious and tedious, usually leads to remarkable disturbance on system running. An improved method was put forward in this study, by decreasing the adjustment range of the external resistance value (R(ext)). In the situation of 10 omega of R(ext) step length and 1 min of voltage stabilization time, the whole test can be finished in 10 min, and the differences of the system current before and after R(int) determination were less than 20 microA. Different stabilization time has little influence on the results. Though to shorten the R(ext) step length can lessen the disturbance on the system running,it simultaneously leads to a larger measurement errors because of the multimeter precision limitation. The method advanced may be used to monitor the real-time R(int) change of EMRS.
