Coalbed methane (CBM) development and underground coal gasification (UCG) are important sources for coal-based natural gas production in China, and coal and CBM resources are abundant in the inclined coalbed development area of the Xinjiang foreland thrust belt. To deeply analyze the feasibility of coordinated development of CBM and UCG in inclined coal seams, the existing key technologies of CBM and UCG and their significances for coordinated development of CBM- UCG was systematically analyzed, the advantages, the technical routes, major problems and future research directions of coordinated development of CBM and UCG in inclined coal seams were also elaborated, the major problems faced and the direction of future research were proposed, and the following understanding was obtained. ① The coordinated development of CBM-UCG under the “CBM development dredging effect”, “UCG thermal desorption effect”, and “UCG mining pressure releasing effect” can form a virtuous cycle of mutual promotion. ② The coordinated development technology routes was proposed, such as vertical wells + inclined well along coal seam with “first drainage and then gasification”, multiple inclined wells along the coal seam with “simultaneous drainage and gasification”, directional L-typed CBM wells + UCG wells along the coal seam direction with “simultaneous gasification and drainage”, UCG wells along inclined wells in the lower coal + directional L-typed CBM wells in the upper coal seam with “first drainage, then gasification, and then drainage again”, and the “well factory” arrangement of complex well type. ③ The coordinated development of CBM and UCG faces theoretical issues such as weak theoretical foundation research on geological constituency evaluation, unclear expansion range of UCG thermal action under the condition of fracture network, and the undetermined range of rock movement and pressure relief in the UCG process of inclined coal seams. It also faces the engineering issues such as coordinated development of CBM-UCG “well factory” drilling technology, coordinated development of CBM wells and UCG wells production system, coordinated development of CBM and UCG wells geodynamic measurement and control, and the sealing and high-temperature-resistant protection of CBM wells. ④ It is necessary to strengthen the study on the evaluation of geological site selection for the coordinated development of CBM and UCG in inclined coal seams, the theoretical research on the development dynamics, and the pioneering experimental study on engineering coordination technology, so as to ensure that the coordinated development is safe, orderly, controllable and efficient.

This study investigated the effects of different dilution concentrations of azoxystrobin and thiophanate-methyl on the preservation of postharvest litchi fruit at ambient temperature. By analyzing the physiological indicators of litchi fruit during storage, the optimal fungicide formulation was selected, verified, and dietary exposure assessed thus the preservation method of extending shelf life for litchi at ambient temperature was obtained. 【Objective】Lateolabrax maculatus iridovirus (LMIV) is a serious threat to the safety of Lateolabrax maculatus aquaculture industry, and there are no specific prevention and control drugs. Early diagnosis plays an importantrole in the prevention and control of LMIV. The study intends to establish a simple, fast and accurate on-site rapid diagnosis method to provide technical support for the primary layer diagnosis of LMIV.【Method】Cross priming amplification (CPA) was used to design CPA primers for the highly conserved region of ATPase gene of LMIV. The constructed ATPase recombinant plasmid was used as a positive template to optimize the primer concentration ratio, Bst DNA polymerase, Betaine, MgSO4, dNTPs, concentration reaction temperature and time in the reaction system. Combined with the disposable nucleic acid test strip technology, the visual detection of LMIV was established by LMIV-CPA.【Result】The results showed that the optimal primer concentration ratio was 1.0 μmol/L for the cross-primer CPF, 0.4 μmol/L for the stripping primers F3 and B3, and 0.8 μmol/L for the probe primers B1 (FAM) and B2 (Biotin); Concentrations of MgSO4, Betaine, dNTPs and Bst DNA polymerase were 6 mmol/L, 0.4 mol/L, 0.6 mmol/L and 0.256 U/μL; The reaction temperature was 62 ℃ and the optimum reaction time was 45 min. The amplified product of this experiment was trapezoidal band by gel electrophoresis, the reaction product with probe was detected by a disposable nucleic acid test strip detection device, and the reaction result could be visualized by the presence or absence of a characteristic band within 3 to 5 minutes. LMIV could be detected specifically by this method without cross-reaction with other aquatic viruses and pathogenic bacteria. A total of 156 clinical samples were detected by the LMIV-CPA method and the conventional PCR method. The positive detection rate of LMIV-CPA was 93.30%, and that of the conventional PCR method was 85.83%. The detection limit of LMIV-CPA was 102 copies/μL and the sensitivity was 10 times that of conventional PCR, revealing that LMIV-CPA was better than PCR.【Conclusion】LMIV-CPA detection method does not rely on expensive instruments and professional technicians. It can be applied to the on-site rapid detection of LMIV, which provides technical support for accurate and rapid diagnosis as well as effective prevention and control of LMIV.

[Objective] The large-diameter shield section on Shanghai City Railway Airport Link Line is parallel to the existing Shanghai-Hangzhou High-speed Railway. Due to strict deformation control requirements of high-speed railway subgrade, it is necessary to conduct in-depth research on the influence law of subgrade deformation caused by large-diameter shield parallel construction on existing high-speed railway. [Method] Based on Shanghai City Railway Airport Link Line engineering, in the process of large-diameter shield parallel construction, through field-monitoring of the existing high-speed railway subgrade, the land subsidence and the high-speed railway subgrade base plate displacement are monitored respectively. Based on field measurement data, the influence law of large-diameter shield parallel construction reinforced with portal isolation piles on soil disturbance and high-speed railway subgrade deformation is analyzed. [Result & Conclusion] Upon completion of shield construction, the maximum land subsidence occurs right above the tunnel, with ground heave at far end from the high-speed subgrade and land subsidence at the closer end. The maximum total land subsidence during and after the shield construction process is 21.14 mm and 20.32 mm, respectively, meeting control requirements. The effect of shield construction on ground vertical displacement is mainly concentrated within 20 m before the cutterhead reaching the section and within 50 m after it passes the section. Portal isolation piles can effectively restrict the displacement of the soil mass outside piles, control high-speed railway subgrade deformation, thus providing good isolation effects. After the completion of shield construction, the maximum horizontal and vertical displacements of Shanghai-Hangzhou High-speed Railway subgrade are both 1.9 mm, indicating that the parallel shield construction did not affect the normal operation of Shanghai-Hangzhou High-speed Railway.

【Objective】The study was carried out to evaluate the feasibility and efficacy of feeds produced by fermented kitchen waste to spotted-brown chickens as a partial replacement of basal diets, with a view to providing basic data for the resource utilization and promotion of kitchen waste feed.【Method】One-day-old spotted-brown chickens were selected, and 0% (CK), 10% and 20% fermented kitchen waste feeds (FKWF) were added to the basal diet, and the amount of basal diet was reduced accordingly. At the 63rd day of the test period, the growth performance, slaughter performance and nutritional performance indexes such as crude protein, crude fat, calcium, phosphorus, zinc, selenium, inosinic acid and amino acids in chicken meat were measured.【Result】The results of broiler growth performance showed that the differences in feed-to-weight ratios between broilers in the 10% and 20% FKWF groups and CK were not significant, however, broilers in the 10% FKWF group had the highest weight. The results of slaughter performance showed that there were no abnormality in the skin color, muscle tissue elasticity, pH and odor of broilers of 10% and 20% FKWF groups, and the differences in organ coefficients were not significant compared with that of CK; the results of muscle nutritional performance showed that the crude protein contents of chicken meat in 10% and 20% FKWF groups increased by 7.50% and 3.42%, phosphorus contents increased significantly by 11.44% and 4.37%, and inosinic acid contents increased significantly by 7.10% and 6.00%; the fresh-flavored amino acid (FAA), sweet amino acid (SAA), essential amino acid (EAA), and total amino acid (TAA) were significantly higher in 10% and 20% FKWF groups than those in CK; aspartic acid, glycine, alanine, valine, isoleucine, leucine, tyrosine, phenylalanine, histidine and cysteine were significantly increased by 4.49%to 12.79% compared with CK; aspartic acid, valine, isoleucine, and leucine in the 20% FKWF group were significantly increased by 3.37% and 5.74%, compared with CK.【Conclusion】It is feasible and effective to replace the basal diet by a certain proportion of biofeed produced by fermented kitchen waste to feed broilers, which can save feed costs and improve economic benefits.

【Objective】Streptococcus dysgalactiae causes joint swelling and dyskinesia in pigs, which greatly reduces feed remuneration and economic benefits of pig farms. Recent studies suggest that Streptococcus dysgalactiae subsp. equisimilis is also a potential zoonosis pathogen. This study not only provides data for the prevention and treatment of S. dysgalactiae equinoides from pigs, but also has public health significance.【Method】Several piglets in a large-scale pig farm in Guangdong Province showed swollen joints and claudication symptoms in March 2022. In order to determine the cause of the disease, according to the results of clinical autopsy, the joint fluid of the diseased piglets was sampled aseptically for bacterial isolation and culture, morphological observation of dominant bacteria, biochemical identification, 16S rDNA gene sequence analysis, drug sensitivity test and mouse pathogenicity test, and PCR identification of virulence genes,【Result】According to the morphological and physical and chemical characteristics of the isolated strain, combined with 16S rDNA sequencing and online BLAST analysis results, it was identified as S. dysgalactiae subsp. equisimilis. The results of antibiotic sensitivity test showed that the isolated strains were sensitive to ceftriaxone, cefaclor, penicillin G, cefalexin, cefepime, ciprofloxacin, sulfamethoxazole, spectinomycin and enrofloxacin, less sensitive to amikacin, doxycycline, polymyxin B, norfloxacin and ampicillin, while resistant to kanamycin, gentamicin, streptomycin, lincomycin and amoxicillin. PCR identification of virulence gene showed that the genotype of the isolated strain was eno + napr + cfb - lmb + bca - bac - scpB + cyl +. The result of mouse pathogenicity test showed that the isolated strain caused visceral lesions and death in mice, showing significant pathogenicity.【Conclusion】This is the first report on pathogenic S. dysgalactiae from swine in South China, which provides reference for the prevention and treatment of clinical S. dysgalactiae from swine.

The two successive earthquakes of magnitude 7.8 in Turkey on February 6, 2023, were a remarkable tectonic movement and a particularly typical scientific experiment scene. At present, various observational data are abundant, providing a perfect opportunity for scholars around the world to verify their conjectures, models and conduct experiments. By using the thermal infrared annual mean line difference amplitude enhancement ratio method and the sliding annual moving average method of TEC (Total Electron Content) microscopic anomaly events，which are both created by the writer, we found that there were high intensity thermal infrared anomalies in the east and west sides of the epicenter area in late April to early May and in August 2022, respectively. About one month before the earthquake, the synchronous thermal infrared activity of the east and west sides of the epicenter and the northern region was significantly enhanced. In particular, the annual mean line difference amplitude enhancement ratio of the northern region hit the highest record since 2018 on January 31, 2023, and was 2.5 times the average level of the four years before the earthquake. The sliding annual moving average method of TEC microscopic anomaly events showed that the annual mean value of TEC microscopic anomaly events in the epicentre and its vicinity began to decline rapidly from 2021, and the annual mean value before the earthquake hit the lowest level in history, which was only about a quarter of the previous high since 2000. The two anomalies of thermal infrared and TEC are highly overlapping in time and space, and the earthquake occurred in the above two abnormal regions, indicating that the two anomalies may be closely related to this seismic series.

In order to explore the effect of electron beam irradiation sterilization on the quality of Panax notoginseng powder, the effects of different irradiation doses (0, 2, 4, 6, 8, 13 kGy) on the number of microorganisms, moisture content, total ash, alcohol-soluble extracts, active ingredients, the antioxidant capacity and fingerprint of Panax notoginseng powder were investigated. Rock bolt support and borehole pressure relief change the medium properties of roadway surrounding rock, form the roadway gradient surrounding rock structure with three media and two planes, increase the absorption and attenuation ability of stress waves, and prevent the impact damage of roadway. In order to reveal the attenuation law of stress wave propagation in roadway gradient surrounding rock structure, the stress wave transmission model of gradient surrounding rock structure is established, and the mechanism of energy absorption and burst prevention of gradient surrounding rock structure is revealed from the aspect of wave field decomposition and energy distribution of elastic wave at the interface of different medium. The influence of the density of relief zone and the incident angle of stress wave on the energy coefficient is analyzed. It is found that the density of relief zone and the incident angle of gradient surrounding rock can significantly affect the energy coefficient of each refraction wave. Based on the numerical calculation of different gradient surrounding rock structure, the influence law of gradient surrounding rock structure on stress wave propagation attenuation is analyzed by integrating the amplitude attenuation factor, wave impedance matching factor, energy absorption ratio, and energy attenuation factor. The results show that as the width of the pressure relief zone of the gradient surrounding rock structure increases, the vibration frequency of the stress wave decreases, the amplitude attenuation factor increases, and the energy attenuation factor shows an upward trend, which improves the cushioning and seismic isolation performance of the gradient surrounding rock structure and enhances the burst prevention ability of roadway. When the width of the pressure relief zone is small, the complex superposition of stress waves in the gradient structure will be formed, which makes the amplitude of stress waves surge in the local region. Reasonable width of pressure relief zone can avoid the complex superposition of stress waves in the structure with three media and two planes. The row spacing between boreholes in the pressure relief zone decreases, the elastic modulus and density of the medium in the pressure relief zone of the gradient surrounding rock structure decrease, and the proportion of energy absorption increases, which improves the absorbing performance of the stress wave. The greater the wave impedance matching factor of the three zones in the gradient surrounding rock structure, the greater the energy attenuation factor, that is, the greater the difference in the medium properties of the three zones, the better the attenuation effect of the gradient surrounding rock structure on stress waves. The size and physical and mechanical properties of the pressure relief zone can be changed by adjusting the depth and row spacing of the pressure relief boreholes, which can effectively improve the wave absorption of the gradient surrounding rock structure, cushioning, and seismic isolation performance. Combining with engineering case analysis, it is proved that the surrounding rock with gradient structure can effectively absorb the stress wave energy generated by rock burst and avoid rock burst disasters.

Because of the lack of comprehensive evaluation on the control design reliability and their control ability of rockburst in current rockburst mines, the rockburst still occurs in some mines although the rockburst control measures have been taken. Based on the method of evaluating the safety degree by safety factor in geotechnical engineering, the basic idea of rockburst mine safety is put forward. Through site investigations, it is found that the damage area caused by rockburst is limited in proportion to the total working area of the working face. The stress concentration in the surrounding rock of mine roadway is limited, ranging from 1 to 6. The energy released by rockburst accidents is no more than 109 J level, that is, the energy released by rockburst is limited. The safety evaluation of rockburst mine can be transformed into roadway safety evaluation, that is, the safety of roadway can ensure the safety of the whole mine. After rock burst occurs, controlling the shrinkage rate of roadway section within 20% can basically avoid casualties. Therefore, it is pointed out that rockburst can be prevented and controlled. Therefore, the conditions of non-occurrence of rockburst and occurrence of no casualties are put forward, that is, the actual load stress of roadway surrounding rock deformation system is lower than the critical stress of rockburst when roadway instability occurs and the energy released by the instability of the surrounding rock deformation system is lower than that absorbed by the surrounding rock support system. Safety evaluation should be carried out after impact risk evaluation, hazard classification and control design of rockburst, which includes critical condition, calculation of safety factor and classification of safety grade. Based on the instability theory of rockburst disturbance response, two aspects that need to be considered in safety evaluation are given: stress safety and energy safety. The stress safety is determined by the ratio of the actual stress under load to the critical stress of buckling in the surrounding rock deformation system (i.e. the stress safety factor). The energy safety is determined by the ratio of energy released from the instability of surrounding rock deformation system to the energy absorbed by surrounding rock supporting system (i.e. energy safety factor). Furthermore, the mine safety is divided into three levels: A, B and C, corresponding to safety, basic safety and unsafe respectively. Among them, if the stress safety factor is greater than 1.5 and the energy safety factor is greater than 1.0, it is a Grade A safe mine. The mine has control ability of rockburst and can be mined normally. If the stress safety factor is greater than 1.0 and the energy safety factor is greater than 1.5, it is a Grade B basic safety mine. The mine has control ability of rockburst and can be mined normally. If the safety factor is not Grade A or Grade B, it is classified as Grade C unsafe mine. The mine does not have control capability of rockburst or mining activities should be suspended. Taking a mine as an example, the complete flow of mine safety calculation and evaluation results are given. Finally, the stress safety factor and energy safety factor of some coal mines in China are given. Combined with the actual occurrence of rockburst in these mines, the reference of the calculation results of safety factor is verified, which shows that the safety evaluation method has certain reliability and practicability.

With the development of precision medicine for lung cancer, targeted therapy has greatly improved the survival and prognosis of patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), but the occurrence of acquired drug resistance ultimately leads to patients with no targeted drugs available and no standard treatment options for this group of patients afterwards. The emergence of immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs) has revolutionized the treatment of advanced NSCLC. However, due to the unique features of NSCLC with epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) mutation, such as immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment (TME), single ICIs treatment has limited clinical benefits in NSCLC patients with EGFR mutation, and the combination of ICIs with chemotherapy and/or targeted therapies is the trend. This review further discusses potential subpopulations with EGFR mutations that may benefit from ICIs treatment, and analyzes how decisions can be made in the era of combined immunotherapy to maximize the efficacy of ICIs treatment in EGFR mutation targeted therapy for NSCLC patients with drug resistance, with the aim of achieving individualized treatment.

[Introduction] Hydrogen energy plays an important role in the construction of a new energy system due to its extensive sources, convenient storage and transportation, and efficient utilization. This paper systematically analyzes the development strategies of the hydrogen energy industry in the United States and European Union, and combines with the actual development of Chinese industry, and gives specific policy suggestions for the development of the hydrogen energy industry. [Method] The successful experience of hydrogen industry development in the United States and Europe was summarized by combing and analyzing the relevant policies, strategic planning and typical practices of hydrogen energy development in the two major economies. [Result] Based on the current development status of the hydrogen energy industry in our country, this paper puts forward a number of targeted policy recommendations, including strengthening the top-level design to further improve the hydrogen energy industry development policy system; strengthening the guidance of scientific and technological innovation, and attaching importance to the innovation and breakthrough of core technologies in key links of hydrogen energy; expanding the diversified application of hydrogen energy and building a collaborative ecology; attaching importance to international cooperation and taking an active part in the formulation of international rules and standards. [Conclusion] The policy recommendations mentioned in the article can provide reference for relevant departments and industries, so as to further improve the development quality and speed of the hydrogen energy industry.

In order to clarify water migration and textural changes in oil-tea camellia seeds during fresh storage after harvest, low-field nuclear magnetic resonance and magnetic resonance imaging techniques were used to clarify moisture state and distribution law and textural profile analysis was used to monitor the changes in the texture characteristics taking the oil-tea camellia seeds produced in Guizhou Province as test materials. And correlation analysis was carried out. The results showed that the water content of the oil-tea camellia seeds decreased continuously during storage. The water content of Qianyu 1 decreased from 33.86%±3.03% (0 d) to 8.64%±0.24% (56 d), and that of Xianglin 210 decreased from 53.03%±3.36% (0 d) to 10.73%±0.25% (56 d). The rate of decrease in kernel water content was higher than that of the oil-tea camellia seeds. The proportion of non-flowable water was the highest in the oil-tea camellia seeds, whereas that in Qianyu 1 decreased to 62.89% and that in Xianglin 210 decreased to 60.64% after 56 d of storage. The hydrogen proton density image of the fresh oil-tea camellia seeds was bright. Local water loss increased as storage time was prolonged, and the image gradually approached the background color. The fracture and hardness properties of the oil-tea camellia seeds decreased continuously during storage, and that of the seed kernels changed flexural; The springiness of the seed kernels was gradually lost; The cohesiveness of Qianyu 1 changed slightly, while that of Xianglin 210 increased first and then decreased. The estuary is the transition zone between the river and the marine ecosystem. The terrestrial ecological sensitive factors entering the sea will greatly affect the ecological status of the coastal waters. Therefore, monitoring of ecologically sensitive factors entering the sea is an important basis for coastal ecological protection and ecological disaster prevention and mitigation, and is also a key part of promoting the sustainable development of the marine economy. However, the establishment of the ecological early warning and monitoring system for the estuary in China is still in its infancy, and there is still a big gap between it and developed countries. This paper started with the impact of the ecological status of the estuary on the health of the marine ecosystem, summarized the development process, construction and application direction of the marine ecological early warning and monitoring technology in the estuary at home and abroad, and deeply discussed the ecological significance of building ecological early warning monitoring stations in the estuary and system development direction.

【Objective】Streptococcus suis (SS) is an important porcine pathogen and a zoonotic pathogen. Among various types, Streptococcus suis type 2 (SS2) has the strongest pathogenicity. It can not only cause acute sepsis, meningitis, arthritis and even death in pigs, but also lead to human infection and death. In order to evaluate the transmission risks of SS in slaughterhouses, the sampling, detection, isolation and identification of SS were carried out in a slaughterhouse in Dongguan.【Method】The synovial fluid and tonsils of 40 pigs were collected for PCR detection and SS isolation. The isolated strains were used for morphology, physiology and biochemistry identification, 16S rDNA PCR amplification, typing PCR detection and antibiotic sensitivity test.【Result】The nucleic acids extracted from the synovial fluid and tonsils of 40 pigs were detected by PCR. In 40 synovial fluids, the positive rate of SS was 22.5%, but no SS2 was detected. In 40 tonsil samples, the positive rate of SS was 32.5%, in which the positive rate of SS2 was 7.5%. Three strains of SS were isolated from 80 tonsil and synovial fluid samples of 40 pigs. The PCR results showed that one of the three strains was SS type 4, and the genotype was epf-mrp+gdh+gapdh+fbps-orf2+sly-; while the other two strains were SS type 9, and the genotypes were epfmrp+gdh+gapdh+fbps-orf2+sly-and epf-mrp-gdh+gapdh+fbps-orf2+sly+, respectively. The drug sensitivity test showed that the three SS strains were resistant to penicillin G, lincomycin, polymyxin B and sulfaisoxazole, and sensitive to enrofloxacin, ciprofloxacin, spectinomycin and amoxicillin.【Conclusion】The results suggest that there are a large number of recessive infection of SS in the pigs of the slaughterhouse, and there is a risk of human infection by SS2.

To extract the amentoflavone (AME) from Selaginella moellendorffii with deep eutectic solvent technology, three kinds of deep eutectic solvents were prepared by one-step method, and the best deep eutectic solvent for extracting AME of Selaginella moellendorffii was selected. The results of the clear magnetic resonance, fourier infrared spectroscopy and thermogravimetric analysis indicated that the deep eutectic solvent was successfully prepared. The extraction process of AME from Selaginella moellendorffii was optimized by single factors and response surface method. Results showed that, the best deep eutectic solvent was choline chloride:geraniol. The best extraction conditions were molar ratio 1:2, water content 20%, liquid-solid ratio 10 mL/g, ultrasound time 31 min, and the ultrasonic power was 240 W. Under this condition, the actual content of AME was (2.75±0.12) mg/g. The results of comparison with hot immersion method, cold immersion method, ionic liquid ultrasonic extraction method and ethanol ultrasonic extraction method showed that the deep eutectic solvent combined with ultrasonic extraction could not only save the extraction time, but also significantly increase the AME extraction rate.

Mineral processing technology and technological mineralogy were studied complex polymetallic lead-copper-zinc sulfide ores from Inner Mongolia. Findings show that the valuable elements in the ore are Cu, Pb, Zn and Ag, and the copper, lead and zinc minerals are metasomatized and wrapped each other, among which galena and chalcopyrite are wrapped, and the particle size of the wrapped galena is not uniform. Galena and sphalerite are mostly in continuous relationship, and the contact surface between them is smooth and straight, which is easy to separate. The silver mineral is associated with these metal minerals, so the ores was used by the technological process of mixed flotation of copper and lead, separation of copper and lead and zinc flotation from tailings. Finally, a total of 3 concentrate products were obtained. In the copper concentrate, the average grades of Cu and Ag were 18.41% and 594.82 g/t with 86.53% and 25.30% recovery rates. In the lead concentrate, the average grades of Pb and Ag were 62.70% and 428.05 g/t with 85.01% and 54.62% recovery rates. In the zinc concentrate, the average grades of Zn and Ag were 28.12% and 165.75 g/t with 59.99% and 4.80% recovery rates; The total recovery of silver reached 84.72%, which realized the comprehensive recovery of valuable elements in ore.

Objective: The deep eutectic solvent was used to extract the amentoflavone (AME) of Selaginella uncinata and the extraction process parameters were optimized. Method: Three deep eutectic solvents were synthesized and screened, and then the structure of the deep eutectic solvent with the best extraction effect was characterized. The effect of extraction time, extraction temperature, extraction power, and liquid-solid ratio on the extraction effect of amentoflavone from Selaginella uncinata were investigated. The response surface design technology was further used to optimize the extraction conditions, and compared with traditional extraction methods (dipping method, percolation method, ultrasonic method). Results: The suitable deep eutectic solvent for extracting AME was selected as choline chloride: 4-terpineol. The best extraction conditions were: Ultrasonic power of 280 W, liquid-to-solid ratio of 16:1 mL/g, extraction temperature of 48 ℃, extraction time of 24 min, and AME maximum extraction of (0.941±0.07) mg/g. In order to improve the quality of dried beef products, the impact of protease-producing lactic acid bacteria on the degradation of beef protein was clarified. Three lactic acid bacteria (LAB) strains with high protease-producing ability were inoculated in the dried beef, namely Lactococcus lactis (S-1), Lactococcus gracilis (S-2) and Pediococcus pentosaceus (S-3). The samples without adding starter were used as control group (CK). Instrumental analysis and sodium dodecyl sulfate polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE) were used to detect the protein degradation of dried beef. The results showed that the contents of non-protein nitrogen, amino acid nitrogen and TCA-soluble peptide increased gradually with the extension of fermentation time, and the inoculation group was significantly higher than the CK group (P 0.05). The total free amino acids in the samples of S-1 and S-2 groups were significantly increased (P < 0.05). SDS-PAGE results showed that the protein degradation degree of the inoculation group was significantly higher than that of the CK group. In the process of dried beef production, inoculation of protease-producing lactic acid bacteria could significantly improve the degree of protein degradation, and S-1 group had the most obvious effect on protein degradation.

Aiming at the synergistic rock-breaking mechanism of supercritical carbon dioxide (SC-CO2) jet pressure and temperature difference, a heat-fluid-solid calculation model of rock-breaking stress was established and verified to be effective, and the variations of jet flow field and rock stress with jet standoff distance of SC-CO2, water and nitrogen were studied. With the increase of jet standoff distance, the jet pressure of SC-CO2 decreases and the jet temperature difference increases. The SC-CO2 jet is higher in pressure than the nitrogen jet and differs little from the water jet. Temperature difference of SC-CO2 jet is 5 times that of water jet and more than 2.5 times that of nitrogen jet when the jet standoff distance is larger than 10. The temperature stress is the main reason why SC-CO2 jet is superior to water and nitrogen jets in rock-breaking. The rock under the SC-CO2 jet has greater rock stress, effective rock-breaking jet standoff distance and rock-breaking area. The jet pressure plays a major role in rock-breaking when the jet standoff distance is small, while the jet temperature difference plays a major role in rock-breaking when the jet standoff distance is large. The SC-CO2 jet is an efficient volume rock-breaking method, which results in tensile and shear failure on the rock surface under short time jet and large area tensile failure inside the rock simultaneously under long time jet.

A new method to obtain multiple scale wind retrievals is proposed by using the Multi-scale Integrating Velocity Azimuth Process (MIVAP) method with different scale analysis sectors for nowcasting. The retrieved winds from the IVAP method with the large-scale analysis sectors are considered as the steering winds involving the systematic movement, while the small-scale internal motion vectors are estimated by the IVAP method with small scale analysis sectors. Then the retrieved winds with different scales are synthesized as the motion vectors for extrapolation nowcasting. Compared to the traditional Multi-scale Tracking Radar Echoes by Correlation (MTREC) methods, which rely on tracking radar echoes of a few time slices, the MIVAP method only needs the radar echo and radial velocity observations at the latest time. Comparison experiments based on a series of convective rainfall cases demonstrate that it is practical to apply the retrieved winds from the MIVAP method for nowcasting. The statistical verification tests show that extrapolated motion from the MIVAP method appears at the right of that from the MTREC method, and the speed of the former is faster than the latter. Nowcasting using the MTREC method performs better than that applying the MIVAP method in the few periods of the first 30 minutes, while the MIVAP method achieves better evaluation scores than the MTREC method after 30 minutes of forecasting periods, so the MIVAP method has a better performance than the MTREC on the whole.

Based on the thermal infrared phenomena before and after the 2008 Wenchuan MS8.0 earthquake，the 2013 Yaan Lushan MS7.0 earthquake and the 2017 Jiuzhaigou MS7.0 earthquake，the amplitude fluctuation level of the mean difference of the original MODIS satellite 1 km high-resolution brightness temperature data was analyzed. ① Before these three earthquakes，there were significant difference amplitude changes in the area near the epicenter，which were low value anomalies，lower than 50% of the historical average，and then developed into high value anomalies，and the peak values of high value anomalies were all more than 3 times of the historical average. ② Wenchuan earthquake，Yaan Lushan earthquake and Jiuzhaigou earthquake occurred 55 days，35 days and 22 days after the anomalous peak value，respectively. ③ The anomalous predominance is not located in the epicenter：The anomalous preseismic area of Wenchuan earthquake is mainly located in the Qaidam block in the northwest of the epicenter，and the anomalous preseismic area of Yaan Lushan earthquake and Jiuzhaigou earthquake is located in the Bayan Hala block in the west of the epicenter. Among them，the anomalous area before Wenchuan earthquake is much larger than the latter.

Objective To study the changes of blood coagulation function of donors before and after peripheral blood stem cell(PBSC)mobilization and collection, so as to evaluate the safety of the current scheme. Methods 30 donors who received PBSC mobilization and collection in Zhujiang Hospital from October 2018 to October 2020 were enrolled. After mobilization by G-CSF, the correlation between coagulation function, blood routine indexes and TEG indexes of donors was analyzed, and the influence of PBSC mobilization and collection on coagulation function of donors was evaluated. In recent years，after long-term analysis and research，the authors found that the ionospheric TEC anomaly obtained using the iterative method to analyze the ionospheric data has a good spatial correspondence with the occurrence of medium and strong earthquakes. Some progress has been made in the medium and long term earthquake monitoring and prediction according to the summarized anomaly characteristics. In this paper，the iterative method is used to analyze and predict anomalous regions. The sliding interquartile method is used to analyze the ionospheric TEC data in the short time series before and after moderate earthquakes in the predicted region. After removing the interference factors，obvious anomalies of ionospheric TEC variation are found. The two methods are used to judge the TEC anomalies in the ionosphere before and after moderate earthquakes，so as to provide a new idea for the study of earthquake precursors.

As one of the indispensable means of medical examination, neuroimaging methods play a vital role in the diagnosis of Parkinson's disease (PD) and Parkinson-plus syndromes. The review summarized neuroimaging characteristics of PD and Parkinson-plus syndromes, and the application of structural MRI (sMRI), fMRI, PET and SPECT on diagnosis and differential diagnosis of related diseases and syndromes. Alzheimer's disease (AD) is one of most common neurodegenerative diseases, which gradually begins and develops after 65 years old, presenting as progressive and irreversible memory loss and other cognitive decline, and finally causes dementia and disability. Therefore, early diagnosis, timely treatment and effective prevention of AD have been become important clinical and scientific problems. During the period of Twelfth Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development, our team have engaged in AD diagnosis and treatment for a long time and carried out studies in the field of pathogenesis, epidemiology, screening of risk factors, neuropsychological tests, imaging, biomarkers and early intervention of AD. Parkinson's disease (PD) is one of the most common neurodegenerative diseases. Because of its high prevalence, severe disability and chronic course of disease, it has become one of the most important research focuses in modern medicine ranging from early diagnosis and treatment to prevention. During the period of Twelfth Five?Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development, our team made use of previously established PD Clinical Databse and applying basic research platform, focused on clinical and basic development of PD, and further extended our investigation into the field of pathogenesis, diagnosis and treatment in PD with characteristics of translational medicine. Several progresses have been made in a multiple of aspects: 1) a novel cellular mechanism of mitochondrial fission with the involvement of VPS35 gene, dysregulation of which might be involved in the pathogenesis of familial and sporadic PD. 2) The predictive value of autonomic ysfunction and dopamine transporter (DAT) PET in identifying patients with idiopathic rapid eye movement sleep behavior disorder (iRBD) with a high risk of progressing into neurodegenerative synucleinopathy diseases could form a basis for future disease - prevention trials. Additionally, we initiated the research on PD mortality rate and analyzed the common reasons of death, which added to the evidence of clinical prognosis and progression. 3) We issued the first, second and third versions of "Chinese guidelines for treatment of Parkinson's disease", as well as the "Diagnostic criteria of Parkinson's disease in China (2016 edition)", which could help improve the diagnostic ability and optimize the clinical treatment of PD in China. The result of neuropsychological tests is crucial to confirm a diagnosis of dementia or cognitive impairment. It might be improper judging individuals with different basic cognitive function using the same standard. The evaluation of premorbid intelligence is an effective way for error correction, but not enough attention has been paid during clinical practice. Objective To investigate the prevalence, diagnosis and treatment of depression, anxiety, psychiatric symptom, cognitive impairment and motor complications of Parkinson's disease (PD). Methods Face to face interview was carried out among patients with idiopathic PD from Outpatient Department of Neurology, Ruijin Hospital affiliated to Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine from March to May 2015. Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS), Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS), Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) were used for evaluation of depression, anxiety and cognitive impairment. Results A total of 55 patients with PD were enrolled in this study. Prevalences of depression, anxiety, psychiatric symptom and cognitive impairment of PD were 16.36% (9/55), 14.55% (8/55), 23.64% (13/55) and 9.09% (5/55), respectively. Ratio of previous diagnosis and treatment were 2/9, 2/8, 2/13 and 1/5, respectively. Prevalences of fluctuation and dyskinesia were 27.27% (15/55) and 9.09% (5/55), separately. There were no significant differences in prevalences of depression (P = 0.858), anxiety (P = 0.188), psychiatric symptom (P = 0.926), cognitive impairment (P = 0.286), fluctuation (P = 0.205) or dyskinesia (P = 0.417) between male and female PD patients. Conclusions Prevalences of depression, anxiety, psychiatric symptom, cognitive impairment and motor complications of PD were high, while ratios of diagnosis and treatment were relatively low. Background As commonly used scaffold material in tissue engineering, chitosan has many advantages, such as strong biodegradability, low antigenicity, good biocompatibility and no pyrogen reaction. This study aims to isolate, cultivate and purify Sprague-Dawley (SD) rat bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs), and to observe the growth of BMSCs when co-cultured with self-made chitosan porous scaffold in vitro and to test the biocompatibility of this tissue engineering scaffold, so as to lay the foundation for promoting nerve regeneration of transplant treatment. Methods Three-week-old healthy male SD rats were used in this study, and BMSCs were isolated and purified through bone marrow adherent culture method. The surface markers of BMSCs at Passage 3 were detected and identified by flow cytometry (FCM) and the BMSCs were three?dimensionally cultured in vitro on chitosan porous scaffolds produced by freeze-drying method. Ethanol alternative method was used to detect the chitosan scaffold porosity. Scanning electron microscope was used to explore the internal structure of the scaffold, measure the size of its aperture, and observe the morphology and development of the cells within the scaffold. Methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium (MTT) method was used to determine the cells' proliferation. Results The cultured BMSCs were uniform and similiar to fibrous arrangement, and mixed cells reduced obviously. The identification result of FCM showed the CD29 positive rate was 98.49% and CD45RA positive rate was only 0.85%. The chitosan scaffold had an interlinked, uniform similar three-dimensional porous structure and its aperture porosity was 90%. Some cells stretched out pseudopod and infiltrated into the porous structure of scaffold, even fusing with them. The BMSCs were seeded in the scaffold successfully. The chitosan scaffold had no obvious effect on BMSCs' proliferation. Conclusions Chitosan porous scaffolds have good structural character and biocompatibility, and can be used as an alternative cell-carrier for later cell replace treatment of central nervous system diseases. doi: 10.3969/j.issn.1672-6731.2014.11.015

Objective To assess the neuropsychological function and quality of life of the patients after awake craniotomy (AC). Methods A case ⁃ control study was conducted among 81 patients who underwent awake craniotomy, and a 1⁃to⁃1 control group (matched by age, gender, degree of education, tumor location and characteristic) undergoing general anesthesia (GA) in glioma resections was assembled. The incidence of postoperative neurological deficits, psychological disorders and recurrence were investigated during telephone follow⁃ups, and Medical Outcomes Study Short Form 36 (SF⁃36) was adopted to evaluate the life quality of patients. Results Almost 73 pairs of patients fulfilled the survey of AC and GA group respectively. There were 21 patients and 28 patients with postoperative neurological deficits, and 12 patients and 8 patients with psychological disorders in AC and GA group respectively. Thirty patients of AC group had the recollection of being awake during the surgery. There were 9 patients in CA group having long ⁃ term ( > 6 months) neurological deficits, which was less than the number of GA group (18 patients, P = 0.038). According to the assessment in short⁃term, medium⁃term and long⁃term postoperative neurological deficits, there was no significant difference in the quality⁃of⁃life scores between the two groups (P > 0.05, for all). Conclusion Awake craniotomy can be the main method for removing the lesions located in or close to functional areas with lower incidence of long⁃term postoperative neurological deficits, and it has no significant impact on the psychological status and the quality of life postoperatively． DOI：10.3969/j.issn.1672⁃6731.2012.06.013

A fluid-solid-chemistry coupling model is built considering fluid flow and ion transmission induced by shale-drilling fluid system electrochemical potential osmosis, nonlinearity of flow and solute diffusion in shale-drilling fluid system, and solid deformation resulted from fluid flow and ion transmission. The model is used to compute the time-varying pore pressure, stress and damage index in formations around the wellbore of a well. The result shows that the pore pressure and stress are lower without consideration of the diffusion potential induced by ion selective character of shale membrane. The linear model overestimates the pore pressure and stress fields around the sidewall. The damage index reveals that collapse first occurs in formations near the wellbore, the caving pressure increases and changes obviously with time, the fracture pressure reduces but doesn't change significantly with time, and the drilling fluid density window narrows down with time. Iron phthalocyanine (FePc) with an ideal N-coordinated environment has been regarded as a promising catalyst for the oxygen reduction reaction (ORR). However, its self-aggregation and inferior stability remain to be solved for further application. Herein, poly-FePc-based hyper-crosslinked polymers with tetrathiafulvalene (TTF) modification (named pFePc-TTF) are innovatively constructed and applied as an efficient ORR catalyst for aluminum–air batteries (AABs). Thanks to the donor (TTF)–acceptor (FePc) effect, the resultant pFePc-TTF catalyst exhibits satisfactory ORR activity with a half-wave potential of 0.90 V, a four-electron transfer process, methanol tolerance, and excellent stability in alkaline electrolytes. The improved electrocatalytic performance might be ascribed to the introduction of TTF as an electron donor, which effectively modulates the electron distribution of the Fe atom and optimizes the absorption energy of intermediate species. As expected, both liquid AABs and all-solid-state flexible AABs equipped with pFePc-TTF display outstanding battery performance in comparison to those equipped with commercial Pt/C.
