【Objective】 In order to effectively improve the calculation accuracy of reference crop evapotranspiration(ET0) in Fenhe basin, 【Method】 Daily meteorological data in the past 58 years (1960—2017) were collected from seven meteorological stations in Fenhe basin and it’s vicinity. According to the combinations of different meteorological elements, 16 ET0 calculation models were built based on adaptive network-based fuzzy inference system (ANFIS), and were compared with Hargreaves-Samani, Irmak-Allen and Makkink, which applicability were evaluated. 【Result】 ①The non-linear relation between ET0 and each input factor can be well displayed by ANFIS model. The simulation accuracy of ANFIS2 model established by only inputting Tmax, Tmin and Ra can meet the usage requirements (R2=0.882, NSE=0.876, RMSE=0.341 mm/d). With the increase of meteorological elements, the simulation accuracy of ANFIS model was improved. ②The simulation accuracy of ANFIS model was higher than that of Hargreaves-Samani, Irmak Allen, and Makkink models when in the same input condition. ③The ANFIS model had strong generalization ability and portability in the Fenhe basin. High accuracy was shown in mutual portability of ANFIS models established in different zone (R2=0.983, NSE=0.978, RMSE=0.134 mm/d). 【Conclusion】 Therefore, the model based on adaptive network-based fuzzy inference system (ANFIS) can be used as a recommended model for the calculation of ET0 in the Fenhe basin in the absence of meteorological data, which can provide a technical support for the efficient utilization of agricultural water resources in the Fenhe basin.

Aluminum alloy is widely used for its light weight characteristic and excellent corrosion resistance. Cold spraying technology is one effective method to fabricate the Al anti - corrosive coatings owing to its high speed and low temperature deposition characterization. In this work, the aluminum powder was mixed with ceramic phase powder to prepare the composite powder by mechanical mixing, and Al5056/Al5056 - Al2O3/Al5056 - SiC/Al5056 - WC coatings were prepared by cold spraying on the Al1060 substrate. The porosity and content of the ceramic phase in the coating were studied through Image - Pro Plus software, and microhardness testing was carried out on the composite coatings. Meanwhile, the effects of ceramic types on the electrochemical properties of composite coatings were studied, and the corrosion resistance of the coating was analyzed in combination with the corrosion morphology. Results showed that the ceramic phase could be effectively deposited, but the self aggregation of ceramic particles during the spraying process affected the compaction of the coating. Besides, Al5056 and Al5056 - Al2O3 coatings exhibited high impedance modulus, but the self corrosion current density and corrosion rate of Al5056 - Al2O3 coatings were reduced by an order of magnitude compared with other coatings. Thus, the Al5056 - Al2O3 coating showed the best corrosion resistance performance.

In order to solve the problem that the quality of camellia oil is affected by the addition of DE acidification and alkali refining agent and active clay bleaching agent in the traditional tea seed oil refining process, after the tea seed crude oil is washed, the inorganic ceramic membrane tube and food grade activated carbon are used for coupling filtration. At the same time, the purpose of degumming, deacidification and decolonization is realized, and the regeneration cleaning of ceramic membrane tube is studied. The results show that the optimum filtration conditions are: the pore diameter of ceramic membrane tube is 100 KD, and the filtration temperature is 70 C, after filtration, the phospholipid content decreased from 1.542 mg/g to 0. 216 mg/g, and the degumming rate reached 85. 99%, the acid value decreased from 5.56 mg IKOH/g to 1.4 mg IKOH/g, and the DE acidification rate reached 74. 82%, the color is yew, meeting the requirements of the first grade oil in the national standard of tea seed oil. For problems such as unable to determine position of mine locomotive of existing scheduling system of mine railway transportation precisely, the paper proposed a design scheme of intelligent scheduling system of mine railway transportation. The system uses wireless relay platform to achieve locomotive-ground two-way information exchange, uses RFID technology to achieve precise positioning of locomotive, and can dynamically calculates safe distance of the running locomotives according to their speed and position, so as to realize moving block and improve traffic density.

To investigate the blast resistance of point-supported glass curtain wall, a series of site blast tests were conducted, considering two types of glass thicknesses and different TNT charges from 0. 4 kg to 30 kg. The overpressure and displacement were measured and the failure mode was observed. The tests show the following results. The overpressure suddenly increases and quickly decays within a few milliseconds. The displacement response of the glass curtain wall increases with the increase of TNT charge. The increase of the glass thickness reduces the displacement response of the point-supported glass curtain wall. The failure mode is the tearing off of PVB at the support of the laminated glass panel while the glass shards still adhere to the PVB. Nonlinear dynamic finite element simulation of the blast tests show that, the difference of displacement response obtained by finite element analysis and blast test is less than 35%, severe stress concentration exists at the rim of support hole and finally causes the failure at the support hole, which agrees with the failure mode observed from the blast test. Objective: To evaluate the prevalence and potential risk factors of hypertension among community residents aged 18 years old and over in Qiqihar in 2014., Methods: 5850 subjects aged ≥ 18 years old in three communities in Qiqihar were selected by random cluster sampling. The demographic information, personal health condition, living habits and the prevalence of hypertension using unified design questionnaire were surveyed. The height, weight, waist and hip circumference, and blood pressure levels were measured., Results: The prevalence of hypertension was 26.56% among the survey, population while the standardized prevalence was 22.19%. Comparing with different demographic characteristics, physique and behavioral lifestyle, the age, gender, education, marital status, family history, BMI, WHR, smoking, alcohol consumption, exercise, and taste affected the occurrence of hypertension, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.001). After univariate logistic regression analysis, age, family history, BMI and alcohol consumption were related with hypertension (P < 0.05)., Conclusion: The prevalence of hypertension among community residents aged ≥ 18 years old in Qiqihar is high.

Objective: To explore the expression level and clinical significance of interleukin-11 (IL-11) in the tissue and serum samples of in breast cancer bone metastasis patients., Methods: Peripheral blood samples were collected from 180 breast cancer patients at Tianjin Medical University Cancer Hospital from May 2007 to January 2009 and confirmed by histological pathology. According to the occurrence of bone metastases, they were divided into 2 groups of bone metastasis (MBC-B) and without bone metastasis (PBC) (n = 90 each). Another 20 healthy controls were selected from the same hospital during the same period after excluding a history of endocrine and metabolic diseases and other chronic diseases. Peripheral blood samples were collected to detect the expression level of IL-11 by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. At the same time, tumor tissue samples were collected from 40 breast cancer patients with bone metastasis and 40 breast cancer patients without bone metastasis. And their complete archive data were available. The expression levels of IL-11 in tumor tissue samples were detected by tissue chip and immunohistochemistry. The IL-11 mRNA expression levels of different breast tissue samples were analyzed by fluorescent quantitative reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). Independent prognostic indicators of postoperative patient survival were screened and layered by the median level of serum concentration. Log-rank test was employed for survival analysis., Results: The serum concentrations of IL-11 in MBC-B, PBC and healthy control groups were (242.9 ± 56.3), (85.9 ± 35.7) and (66.4 ± 20.3) µg/L. And it had statistically significant difference (F = 43.532, P < 0.05); MBC-B group was significantly higher than PBC group (t = 40.44, P < 0.001). High expression rates of IL-11 were 57.5% and 14.3% in MBC-B and PBC groups. MBC-B group was significantly higher than PBC group (χ² = 36.626, P < 0.01). The survival time of breast cancer patients with bone metastases and high levels of IL-11 was 25.2 months and it was shorter than those with bone metastases and low levels of IL-11 (44.6 months). The difference was statistically significant (χ² = 9.550, P < 0.01)., Conclusion: The expression level of IL-11 is associated with the occurrence of bone metastasis in breast cancer. And breast cancer with a high expression level of IL-11 may be more susceptible to bone metastases.

Objective: To discuss the treatment of acute progressive cerebral infarction by continuous anticoagulation with small doses of heparin., Methods: A prospective, randomized, and controlled clinical research was conducted. Three hundred and fifty-one patients were randomly divided into three groups. Group A (n=119) was treated with heparin, which was controlled by an infusion pump with a speed of 18 U×kg(-1)×h(-1) for 24 hours, and the dosage was regulated according to the changes in activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT) which was determined every 8 hours. Group B (n=115) was treated with intravenous drip of 12,500 U of heparin with a speed of 18 U×kg(-1)×h(-1) once a day. Group C (n=117) was treated with 5000 U of low-molecular-weight heparin calcium injection twice a day. After 14 days, nerve function defect according to the National Institutes of Heath stroke scale (NIHSS) score was determined, the adverse events (e.g. intracranial hemorrhage, subcutaneous ecchymosis, gingival bleeding, hematuria and occult blood in stools) were observed. After 6 months, the recurrence rate and Barthel index (BI) would be determined., Results: The total efficiency in group A (95.80%) was significantly higher than that in group B (85.22%) and group C (85.47%). Recurrence rate in group A (1.68%) was significantly lower than group B (8.70%) and group C (8.33%) with significant differences (P<0.05 or P<0.01), while there was no significant difference between group B and group C (both P>0.05). The BI of group A (89.27±8.56) was significantly higher than group B (72.57±9.77) and group C (71.66±9.37) with significant difference (both P<0.01), while there was no significant difference between group B and group C (P>0.05). Adverse event rate in group A (5.88%) was slightly higher than that of group B (3.48%) and group C (4.27%), but the difference was not significant (both P>0.05)., Conclusions: Continuous infusion of low dosage of heparin could significantly reduce neurologic impairment score in patients with progressive cerebral infarction, increase cure rate, reduce the recurrence rate, and raise the BI of patients, and it dose not increase the risk of intracranial and extracranial hemorrhage.

Objective: To compare the efficacy of methylene blue versus carbon nanopartIcles suspension injection as a tracer for sentinel lymph node detection in breast cancer and the factors associated with the definition of sentinel lymph node biopsy., Methods: One hundred and sixteen patients with early breast cancer underwent intraoperative sentinel lymph node biopsy, among them 51 patients accepted injection of methylene blue dye, while 65 patients received carbon nanopartIcles suspension injection. The mapping procedures and SLNB were performed using subareolar or peritumoral injection of methylene blue or carbon nanopartIcles suspension injection at the site of the primary breast cancer, followed by the axi11ary lymph node dissection (ALND). All the SLN and ALN were evaluated pathologically post-operatively., Results: In the MB group, the false-negative, sensitivity, accuracy, specificity rate of SLNB detection were 88.2%, 13.3%, 86.7%, 84.3%, and 100%, respectively. In the CNP group, the false-negative, sensitivity, accuracy, specificity rate of SLNB detection were 98.5%, 8.7%, 91.3%, 95.4%, and 100%, respectively. The false-negative, sensitivity, specificity rate in the CNP group were trended to be higher than those in the MB group, but the difference of the accuracy and detection rates are significant (P < 0.05)., Conclusions: Compared with methylene blue solution, the carbon nanoparticle injection shows a better stability and operability for the sentinel lymph node detection in breast cancers.

Objective: To investigate the chemical constituents of Antipathes dichotoma., Methods: The compounds were isolated and purified by column chromatography on silica gel and their structures were identified by spectral analyses and comparison with literatures., Results: Nine compounds were obtained from A. dichotam and characterized as cholesterol (I), ergosta-5-ene-3-ol (II), 4-methyl-ergostatrien-3-ol (III), p-hydroxybenzoate (IV), 3,4-dihydroxybenzaldehyde (V), vanillin (VI), caffeic acid (VII), batyl alcohol (VIII), and theymine (IX)., Conclusion: Compounds II - VII are obtained from Antipathes dichotoma for the first time.

Objective: To investigate the association of fibroblast growth factor receptor 2 gene (FGFR2) rs2981582 polymorphism with breast cancer in Chinese women., Methods: A case-control study was performed in 936 breast cancer patients and 471 patients with benign breast diseases by using a novel fluorescent quantitative PCR method., Results: The numbers and frequencies of genotypes CC, CT, and TT in the control group were 234(49.68%), 181(38.43%) and 56(11.89%) respectively. The numbers and frequencies of genotypes CC, CT, and TT in the breast cancer group were 426(44.56%), 400(41.84%) and 130(13.60%) respectively. And no significant difference was found between the two groups (P=0.183). However, stratified analysis found that the numbers and frequencies of genotypes CC, CT, TT in the estrogen receptor(ER) positive subgroup of breast cancer patients were 189(41.27%), 202(46.12%) and 67(14.63%) respectively, and significant difference was observed compared with control group (P=0.035)., Conclusion: Association was found in the single nucleotide polymorphism(SNP) of the rs2981582 locus of intron 2 in FGFR2 gene between the ER positive breast cancer patients and control patients with benign breast diseases. The fluorescent quantitative PCR is a specific, easy-to-operate, low-expense method and is suitable for SNP detection in large scale samples.

Objective: To investigate the expressions of homeobox transcription factor-2 (CDX(2)) and E-cadherin and their relations to the clinicopathological characteristics of gastric carcinoma., Methods: Immunohistochemistry was performed on 83 human gastric carcinoma specimens and 40 normal gastric mucosa specimens for examining the expressions of CDX(2) and E-cadherin, and the relations of their expression with the tumor differentiation, infiltration and metastasis were analyzed., Results: According to the LaurAn classification, the positive expression rate of CDX(2) in intestinal type of gastric carcinoma was 56.86%, and 34.38% in the diffuse type, showing significant difference between the two types (P<0.05). The positivity rate of E-cadherin was also significantly different between the two types (66.67% vs 28.13%, P<0.01). In regard to tumor differentiation, the positivity of CDX(2) and E-cadherin expressions was significantly different between moderately to well differentiated tumors and poorly differentiated ones (P<0.01). The tumors infiltrating mucosal and submucosal layers were significantly different from those infiltrating the muscular and serous membrane layer in the positivity of CDX(2) and E-cadherin expressions (P<0.01), which were also different for the presence of lymph node metastasis (P<0.05). Regression analysis did not reveal significant correlations between CDX(2) and E-cadherin expression in gastric carcinoma (P>0.05)., Conclusion: The abnormal expression of CDX(2) and E-cadherin plays an important role in the development of gastric carcinoma, especially the intestinal type. CDX(2) and E-cadherin may serve as useful markers to predict the prognosis of patients with gastric carcinoma.

The soil samples were collected from primeval forest, alpine meadow, marshy, grainfield and vegetable farmland ect. 9 different kinds of Vegetative type and from 2970 - 4590 altitude of southeastern of Tibet. The amount,composition, antimicrobial activity of mesophilic and psychrophilic actinomycetes and some mesophilic actinomycetes of physiological and biochemical characteristics were studied by normal methods. These actinomycetes were identified at genus level by their morphological properties. Results indicated that: (1) 9 genus of actinomycetes were isolated from soil and Actinosynnema was never reported in China. Grain field contains the largest quantity of actinomycetes. (2) Primeval forest contains the largest quantity of antimicrobal actinomycetes, so more and more antimicrobal actinomycetes information can be obtained from them. (3) The strains tested had stronger antimicrobial activity against Gram-positive bacteria than Gram-negative bacteria, had stronger antimicrobial activity against fungi than bacteria. (4) Many strains of streptomyces have some enzyme activities such as gelatin utilization, Milk-clotting enzyme etc.

Objective: To understand high risk behaviors related to HIV/AIDS and the intravenous drug users' knowledge about HIV/AIDS., Methods: Forty-eight intravenous drug users (IDUs) were interviewed by using questionnaires., Results: The survey showed that 75% of the subjects were male, 83.3% of their educational levels were below junior middle school, and most of them lived in cities(83.0%), having no occupation or having special occupation. The age at the beginning of drug use was 11 years old, the ages in cities were earlier than those in the countryside (F = 3.898, P = 0.029). For the reasons of using drug, 58.1% of IDUs did so through curiosity; 57.1% of IDUs had ever shared the syringes and needles with others, 62.5% of them shared with fixed people. 79.5% of the IDUs had casual sex partners, and 68.75% had multiple sex partners, but only less than 40% of them used condoms when having sex with casual partner., Conclusion: There are many high risk factors related to the IDUs' drug addiction and sex behaviors which can facilitate the transmission of HIV.
