This article reports a case of acute myelomonocytic leukemia (AML-M4, CBFB gene positive) with lower limb microthrombus formation after haploidentical hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, and summarizes the experience of diagnosis and treatment. The patient received achieved complete remission (CR) after routine chemotherapy, but relapsed 2 years later and underwent a haploidentical hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. During routine treatment after transplantation, the patient’s coagulation related indicators, including D-dimer (D-D), antithrombin Ⅲ (AT-Ⅲ), von Willebrand factor (vWF), fibrinogen degradation products (FDP) and fibrin monomer (FM), were dynamically observed. The patient experienced jaundice and elevated transaminases around 100 days after transplantation, and underwent plasma exchange treatment three times through the right lower limb femoral vein catheterization. After removing the venous catheter for one week, there was left ankle concavea pitting edema of the left ankle. Vascular ultrasound examination indicated the formation of microthrombus in the superficial venous plexus of the gastrocnemius muscle in the left lower limb. D-D, vWF, FDP, FM and other indicators were increased, while AT-Ⅲ levels was decreased. After 2 weeks of oral administration of 5 mg/d berritol for antithrombotic treatment, the above coagulation indicators gradually returned to normal, and the left lower limb intermuscular venous plexus thrombosis and limb swelling disappeared. Therefore, dynamic monitoring of coagulation indicators, such as D-D, AT-Ⅲ, vWF, FDP, and FM may serve as diagnostic indicators for predict transplant related microthrombus and hypercoagulable status, providing an experimental basis for effective anticoagulant treatment in clinical practice.

BackgroundLeft ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) is often used to classify heart failure (HF) . Some HF patients were observed to have improved ejection fraction after treatment, thus giving rise to the concept of HF with improved EF (HFimpEF) . However, most relevant studies have focused on European countries and the US, and there are few reports on the clinical characteristics and diagnosis of this population in China.ObjectiveTo analyze the clinical characteristics, prognosis and prognostic predictors in Chinese HFimpEF patients.MethodsParticipants included in this case-control study were chronic HF inpatients who were recruited from Department of Heart Center, Hebei General Hospital from June 1, 2018, to May 1, 2020. Demographic data and baseline clinical information were obtained from the electronic medical record, in particular, clinical phenotypes of HF classified by baseline and follow-up LVEF included four: HF with preserved EF (HFpEF) , HF with mid-range EF (HFmrEF) , HF with reduced EF (HFrEF) and HFimpEF. Follow-up was conducted via electronic medical record review, outpatient department and telephone since the last reexamination with echocardiography. The follow-up continued through 2021-06-01, with all-cause death and all-cause readmission as endpoint events. Predictors of HFimpEF were explored by binary Logistic regression. Kaplan-Meier estimator was used to describe the survival of patients with all-cause death and all-cause readmission. Cox regression model was used to identify risk factors for all-cause death and all-cause readmission.ResultsA total of 530 cases were included, including 245 (46.2%) with HFpEF, 55 (10.4%) with HFmrEF, 133 (25.1%) with HFrEF, and 97 (18.3%) with HFimpEF. The purpose of this study was to prepare a kind of Zearalenone fast quantitative test strip based on time-resolved fluorescence immunochromatographic assay.Europium nanoparticles were used as fluorescent probes to label anti-zearalenone monoclonal antibodies,and a quantitative immunochromatography method was established based on competitive inhibition principle.The results showed that the sensitivity of Zearalenone fluorescent detection strip was 0.1 ng/mL,the linear range was 0.1～5.0 ng/mL,the standard recovery rate of negative samples of corn and wheat was between 93.45% and 112.2%,and the coefficient of variation of 5 repeats for the same sample was less than 15%.The results show that the Zearalenone fluorescent test strip has the technical characteristics of high sensitivity,short reaction time and accurate quantification,which is suitable for the rapid quantitative detection of Zearalenone in grain and its products.

This paper summarizes the rapid detection methods of edible vegetable oil components from the aspects of analysis principle and application technology, such as simulation sensory analysis, spectral analysis, electromagnetic spectrum analysis and biochip technology. The application results of these techniques in the component mixing identification of edible vegetable were further analyzed. It was showed that the integrated online rapid detection technology of multi-channel, multi parameter and multi capacity will be the developing direction of component analysis of edible vegetable oil and will lay a technical foundation for further improving the quality supervision of edible vegetable oil and safeguarding the interests of consumers in China.

To make an accurate estimation of leaf are index (LAI) based on machine learning methods and images from UAV, we compared the several mainstream machine learning methods for maize LAI prediction, such as Artificial Neural Network method (ANN), Gaussian Process Regression method (GPR), Support Vector Regression method (SVR), and Gradient Boosting Decision Tree (GBDT). For this purpose, field experiments that considering apply of different amount of organic fertilizer, different amount of inorganic fertilizer, different amount of crop residue, and different planting density were carried out. Based on these experiments, field campaign were conducted to obtain UAV multispectral images and LAI data at different growth stages in maize. Based on above data, firstly, correlation analysis was used to select LAI-sensitive spectral indices, and then the Partial Least Squares Regression method (PLSR) and ANN, GPR, SVR, GBDT were coupled to design the LAI prediction models, respectively, and their performance for LAI prediction were compared. The results showed that the LAI prediction model constructed by PLSR+GBDT method had the highest accuracy and the best stability. The models of R² and RMSE values were 0.90 and 0.25, and the verified R² and RMSE values were 0.90 and 0.29 during validation, respectively. The model based on PLSR+GPR model was followed, with R² and RMSE values of 0.86 and 0.30 during calibration, and R² and RMSE values of 0.89 and 0.29 during validation, respectively. Besides, it had faster training speed and could give the uncertainty of the prediction. The model designed by PLSR+ANN method had R² and RMSE values of 0.85 and 0.31 during calibration, and R² and RMSE values of 0.89 and 0.30 during validation, respectively. The model designed by PLSR+SVR method had R² and RMSE values of 0.86 and 0.32, and R² and RMSE values of 0.90 and 0.33, respectively. Through the breakthrough of key technologies involving producing different size metal periodic structure, the transfer of metal periodic structure, and optimizing process parameters, the "metamaterial" structural absorbing composite with good wave-absorbing and mechanical stabilities that contained multi-layer metal periodic structure was prepared. The "metamaterial" structural absorbing composite has a high broadband absorbing property in the frequency range of 2-18GHz.

Research on the occurrence characteristics of insect pests in different storage materials. Knowing the development characteristics of Plodia interpunctella larvae infested on several variety of peanuts in different oleic content, can provide reference on their scientific management in stored peanut. [Methods] The developmental duration, instars, and larvae head capsule width of Plodia interpunctella (Hübner) were assayed in several varieties of high oleic acid peanut kernel that included in Kainong 1715, Kainong 1760 and Kainong 301, as well as some non-high oleic acid varieties that involved in Yuhua 47, Kainong 192, Kainongbai No. 2 and Haihua No.1, at temperature of 24, 28 and 32 °C. The zero developmental temperature and effective accumulated temperature of the larvae were also calculated according to the tested temperatures and development days. [Results] There were five instars of larvae in all seven assayed varieties of peanut at three temperatures. The developmental duration of P. interpunctella larvae cultured with high oleic acid variety of Kainong 1715 was 77, 46, and 37 d, respectively. The shortest developmental duration was 53, 27, and 27 d in non-high oleic acid variety of Kainongbai No.2, at 24, 28 and 32 °C, respectively. The developmental duration of the larvae in high oleic acid variety of Kainong 1715, Kainong 1760, and Kainong 301 was significantly longer than that in others. The developmental duration from larvae to pupae was shorten with temperature increasing. The head capsule width in each larvae instar was not significantly among of peanut varieties, the time reached the same width of head capsule was different significantly. The zero developmental temperature of the larvae in high oleic acid variety of Kainong 1715, Kainong 1760, Kainong 301, and non-high oleic acid variety of Kainongbai No.2 was 16.4, 15.2, 17.3 and17.7 °C, respectively. The effective accumulated temperature in larval stage of the moth in high oleic acid variety of Kainong 1760 was highest up to 619 degree·days, and lowest (331.5 degree·days) in non-high oleic acid variety of Kainongbai No.2. [Conclusion] The development duration of the larvae in high oleic acid peanut was obviously longer than that in non-high oleic acid peanut. The head capsule width of larvae at each instar was not significantly affected by peanut in different oleic content. The developmental threshold temperature of the larvae in different peanut varieties was between 15.2 and 17.7°C. This study uses time domain terahertz radar system to discuss systematic imaging studies on the scaled models based on the improved Back-Projection (BP) algorithm. We image the scaled models with different shapes and are able to distinguish spatial gaps as small as 6 mm. The Theoretical calculation predicts that the lateral resolution and the axial resolution can be as high as 0.125 mm. Center enhancement and background rings caused by the algorithm in the imaging results are also qualitatively analyzed and are proposed methods to overcome this problem.

Objective : To analyze the effect of glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase (G6PD) gene mutations on the structure and function of enzymes. Methods: A retrospective analysis of G6PD screening records of 205 103 neonates collected in the Shanghai Children's Hospital from 2014 to 2017 was performed. Wilcoxon test was used to analyze the enzyme activity and mutant genes. The software tools Psipred, SOPMA, and JPred4 were used to predict the secondary structure of the protein, and the 3D structure of G6PD was predicted based on the amino acid chain by SWISS-MODEL and modified by PyMOL and LigPlot+. Six different analysis software programs, including Mupro, SDM, CUPSAT, mSCM, DUET, and Dynamut, were utilized to compare protein stability of the wild-type with the mutant forms. PROVEAN was used to analyze the effect of amino acid changes on the enzyme. Results: Two hundred and thirty samples were positive for enzyme deficiency, of which 121 positive samples were genetically tested and eight mutations were identified. Three common mutations c.95A>G, c.1376G>T, and c.1388G>A were present, and c.1024C>T mutation was identified in 14 samples. These four mutations induced a change in protein structure, reduced protein stability, and had adverse effects on function. In addition, c.1388G was adjacent to the glycerol ligand binding region in the wild type structure, whereas the c.1388G>A mutation caused this residue further away from it. Conclusion : Four nonsynonymous mutations (c.95A>G, c.1376G>T, c.1388G>A and c.1024C>T) reduce the stability of the G6PD enzyme by changing the structure of the protein, in which the c.1388G>A mutation also affects the binding ability of the protein to the substrate. Objective To study the effect of bronchopulmonary dysplasia (BPD) on neurobehavioral development within one year after birth in preterm infants. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed for the preterm infants with a gestational age of <34 weeks who were born from September 2017 to December 2019 and completed the followup assessments of neurobehavioral development at the corrected gestational ages of 40 weeks and 3, 6, and 12 months. According to their diagnosis, they were divided into a BPD group with 23 infants and a non-BPD group with 27 infants. The outcome of neurobehavioral development was compared between the two groups at different time points. Results There was no significant difference in the neonatal behavioral neurological assessment score between the BPD and non- BPD groups at the corrected gestational age of 40 weeks (P>0.05). Based on the Gesell Developmental Scale, compared with the non-BPD group, the BPD group had significantly lower global developmental quotient (DQ) and DQs of fine motor, adaptive behavior, and personal-social behavior at the corrected gestational ages of 3, 6, and 12 months (P<0.05). For both groups, the DQ of language at the corrected gestational age of 6 months was significantly higher than that at the corrected gestational age of 12 months (P<0.017), the DQ of personal-social behavior at the corrected gestational age of 6 months was significantly higher than that at the corrected gestational age of 3 months (P<0.017), and the DQ of adaptive behavior at the corrected gestational age of 12 months was significantly higher than that at the corrected gestational ages of 3 and 6 months (P<0.017). Based on the BSID-II scale, there were no significant differences in mental development index and psychomotor development index at each time point between the two groups (P>0.05). The mental development index at the corrected gestational age of 3 months was significantly higher than that at the corrected gestational ages of 6 and 12 months in both groups (P<0.001). Conclusions Preterm infants with BPD have delayed neurodevelopment within one year after birth compared with those without BPD, which should be taken seriously in clinical practice. There are few methods for solving H-weighted nearest correlation matrix (HNCM) problem in the literatures. The main reason is that it is difficult to obtain a computable formula for the projection of a matrix onto the positive semidefinite matrix cone under the H-weight. The alternating direction method (ADM)is applied for solving HNCM problems. At each iteration, a quadratic program with closed-form solution and a projection on positive semidefinite matrix cone without weight are calculated. The method is very simple and easy to be implemented. To speed up the calculation, a modified ADM is also studied. Progesterone, as a female hormone, plays a key role in human reproduction. Progesterone participates in regulating the oocyte development and maturation, ovulation, embry development and implantation, and pregnant maintenance. It was found that the inadequate progesterone could be one of causes of early abortion. Progesterone regulates the uterine receptivity for implantation and an optimal uterine environment for embryonic development. Progesterone also has positive effects on oocyte maturation and quality by regulating LH pulsatility and its receptor, and the development of dominant follicle. In addition, progesterone has a direct effect on the embryo development. In in vitro cultured embryos, progesterone supplementation increased the blastocyst rate and the implantation rate. The pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of progesterone have been well studied, and synthetic progesterone has already been used in clinic. However, there were still much controversy in pathophysiological mechanisms of progesterone. This review summarizes the effects of progesterone on uterine endometrium, oocyte and embryo development. A firm's probability to incur loss (from being attacked) depends on both his security level and the network security level. We fully characterize equilibria of the noncooperative game, which give us the individually optimal security choices. And we also get the socially choices. After comparing these two equilibrium results, it is found that the nature of interdependent causes a negative externality that results in under-investment in self-defense relative to the socially efficient level by ignoring marginal external costs or benefits conferred on others. To solve the above mentioned problem, we design cyber insurance as an incentive for information system security investment. Objective To evaluate the consistency of MRV and MRI for the diagnosis of cerebral venous sinus thrombosis (CVST), and to study MRV performance of normal people and venous sinus variation performed by MRV. Methods Both MRI and MRV examinations were performed in 29 CVST patients to explore the diagnostic coincidence rate. Eleven normal controls were collected to recieve MRI and MRV examinations, and the variability of blood flow and connection mode in intracranial venous sinus was observed. Results Coincidence rate was 92.59% (25/27) in the 3.0T, and was 88.24% (15/17) in the 1.5T. The major sinus variation of the normal controls was mainly located in the transverse sinus. Among 11 normal controls, 5 persons had almost the same thickness of bilateral transverse sinus, 5 had thicker right transverse sinus, and 1 had thicker left transverse sinus. Conclusions MRV has a high coincidence rate with MRI in the diagnosis of CVST, but it can not distinguish the inherent variability, which can be judged when combined with MRI scan. Variation in brain venous sinus of normal people is mainly concentrated in transverse sinus. Traditional view believes that left transverse sinus can be thinner than the right. The hydro-ballistic trajectory and cavity of the half sphere bullet and general pistol bullet are experimentally researched by a high speed digital video recorder when they entrain water at six speeds and at two depths of water. The experimental results show that the shape of a bullet has important influence upon the hydro-ballistics stability of the bullet motion. The hydro-ballistics of the half sphere bullet is stability, but the stability is not well for pistol bullet. The shape of pistol bullet cavity is "lotus root". The velocity attenuation law of the bullet have similarity at a range of bullet entraining water speeds. The velocity attenuation law in water has similarity for both of the half sphere and pistol bullet. The speed of bullet in water decreases very quickly. A calculation model is established to predict the velocity attenuation law of the bullet. The calculation results are compared with the experimental results, they agree well with each other. The article presents a study on the determination of serum concentrations of trace elements including selenium, zinc and iron at different physiological stages of dairy cows. It also highlights the oxidative status of serum in dairy cows which are not related to age. It states that the serum concentrations of the trace elements and the oxidative status of serum in were the lowest which indicate imbalances in one month before calving and lactation.

The article reports on the study of the influence of 1α, 25-dihydroxyvitamin D3 on the cell cycle and proliferation of osteoblasts. Isolated osteoblasts from skull were dealt with different concentrations of 1α, 25-dihydroxyvitamin D3. Results show that low doses of 1α, 25-dihydroxyvitamin D3 can improve proliferation and inhibit differentiation while high doses do the opposite.

With cucumber (Cucumis sativus L.) variety Jinyou 1 as test material, a greenhouse experiment was conducted to study the effects of different water and fertilizer supply on the cucumber soil nutrient content, enzyme activity, and microbial diversity. Three water regimes (50%-60%, 70%-80%, and 90%-100% soil relative moisture content) and two fertilization practices (600 kg N · hm-2 + 420 kg P2O5 · hm-2 and 420 kg N · hm-2 + 294 kg P2O5 · hm-2) were designed. The increase of water and fertilizer supply benefited the increase of soil available P content and sucrase activity. Increasing fertilization rate increased soil NH4+-N content but decreased soil protease activity, and increasing soil relative moisture content decreased the soil NH4+-N content and urease activity. Soil microbial diversity had no significant correlations with soil nutrient contents, but significantly positively correlated with soil urease activity and negatively correlated with soil sucrase activity. Among the treatments, the treatment 70%-80% soil relative moisture content + 600 kg N · hm-2 and 420 kg P2O5 · hm-2 had the highest soil nutrient contents, soil urease, sucrase, and phosphatase activities, and soil microbial diversity and evenness, being the best in soil potential productivity. The article presents a study which determines the influence of osteoprotegerin (OPG) and receptor activator NF-kB ligand (RANKL) on duck's osteoclasts formation and activation. The result showed that the area of lacunar resorption decreased with concentration and increasing of OPG-RANKL may advance osteoclasts (OC) formation and activation. On the other hand, OPG may limit bone absorbing activity through inhibiting the formation and activation of OC.

Abstract: Legal hierarchy is not only a basic problem of jurisprudence but also an important premise of the rule called "Lex superior derogat legi inferiori". At present, there are some disputes regarding the basis of dividing the legal hierarchy. "Legislation Law of the People's Republic of China" itself has not made an explicit reply to this problem. This will inevitably affect the legal force, and will not favor the application of law. It will thus pose an obstacle to the unity of the legal system. Seeking the source of the Merkl-Kelsen's theory of legal hierarchy, we can know that legal hierarchy bas three characteristics: conditionality, reification and controllability. The original intention of the theory is not meant to equate directly the legal hierarchy and the legal force rank. but is to show the fact that the law in higher rank can control the one in lower stage within a legal order, which thus provides the basis for the application of the law. Connected with the original meaning of the hierarchy theory and development of the legislative practice, the standard for dividing legal hierarchies may consist of two aspects: On the one hand the formulation institution is the formal standard; on the other hand whether to exercise the valid examination authority is the substantive standard, that is to say, the substantive standard is whether to implement the level surveillance and the valid control or not. This standard is applicable to the legal framework of our country and it may refer specifically to: (1) The enacting agency of a higher level law is be authorized to supervise the implementation of a lower level law. (2) The enacting body of a higher level law can amend or cancel a lower level law. (3) A lower level law is not permitted to contravene or to violate a higher level law. (.I) A lower level law does not become effective until it is reviewed and approved by the enacting body of a higher level law. (5) The legal force of a higher level law is not to be trumped universally. Through restructuring this standard, the relations among the complex sources of law in our country become clearer and we can make a response and an explanation to the disputed questions in real practice. The article presents a study regarding the toxicological effects of the two heavy metals including lead acetate and cadmium chloride towards the kidneys of rats. It investigates the antioxidant indices and ultrastructural findings in the renal cortex. It states that oxidative damage is one of the synergestic effect of lead and cadmium coadministration which results to nephrotoxicity.

Elastic wave in the seabed caused by low frequency noise radiated from ship is the so-called ship seismic wave which can be used to identify ship target. In order to obtain the propagation characteristics of ship seismic wave in shallow sea with thick porous sediment, a 3D staggered grid finite difference algorithm for calculating seismic wave at seafloor is presented based on Biot wave theory for porous elastic sediment. Numerical calculation of seismic wave caused by low frequency sound source in a typical shallow sea environment is carried out. The calculated results show that the components of seismic wave in the near field include not only fast P-wave, slow P-wave and S-wave transmitted into the sediment, but also an interface wave which propagates nearby the seafloor. However in the far field, the wave components of seismic wave are mainly normal modes and interface wave, the former propagates mainly in the waveguide of sea water and the latter propagates along the seafloor. This paper considers the discrete-time Geo/G/1 queueing system with delayed D-policy. By using the total probability decomposition technique, we study the transient and equilibrium properties of the queue length from the beginning of the any initial state, obtain both the recursion expressions of the z-transformation of the transient queue length distribution at any time n+ and the recursion expressions of the steady state queue length distribution, and then we give the stochastic decomposition of the queue length in equilibrium. The important relations between the steady state queue length distributions at different epochs (n-, n, n+) are discovered. Finally, by numerical examples we discuss the sensitivity of the steady state queue length distribution towards system parameters and illustrate the important value of the expressions of the steady state queue length distribution for calculating conveniently in the system capacity design. This study aims to investigate the therapeutic effects of alkaloids in Tibetan medicine Bangna(Aconiti Penduli et Aconiti Flavi Radix) on osteoarthritis(OA) rats in vitro and in vivo and the underlying mechanisms. Chondrocytes were isolated from 2-3 week-old male SD rats and lipopolysaccharide(LPS) was used to induce OA in chondrocytes in vitro. Methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium(MTT) assay was used to investigate the toxicity of seven alkaloids(12-epi-napelline, songorine, benzoylaconine, aconitine, 3-acetylaconitine, mesaconitine, and benzoylmesaconine) to chondrocytes. Chondrocytes were classified into the control group, model group(induced by LPS 5 μg·mL~(-1) for 12 h), and administration groups(induced by LPS 5 μg·mL~(-1) for 12 h and incubated for 24 h). The protein expression of inflammatory factors cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2), inducible nitric oxide synthetase(iNOS), tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α), and interleukin-1β(IL-1β) in each group were detected by Western blot, and the protein expression of matrix metalloprotease-13(MMP-13), aggrecan, collagen Ⅱ, fibroblast growth factor 2(FGF2) by immunofluorescence staining. For the in vivo experiment, sodium iodoacetate was used to induce OA in rats, and the expression of MMP-13, TNF-α, and FGF2 in cartilage tissues of rats in each group was detected by immunohistochemistry. The results showed that the viability of chondrocytes could reach more than 90% under the treatment of the seven alkaloids in a certain dose range. Aconitine, 12-epi-napelline, songorine, 3-acetylaconitine, and mesaconitine could decrease the protein expression of inflammatory factors COX-2, iNOS, TNF-α and IL-1β compared with the model group. Moreover, 12-epi-napelline, aconitine, and mesaconitine could down-regulate the expression of MMP-13 and up-regulate the expression of aggrecan and collagen Ⅱ. In addition, compared with the model group and other Bangna alkaloids, 12-epi-napelline significantly up-regulated the expression of FGF2. Therefore, 12-epi-napelline was selected for the animal experiment in vivo. Immunohistochemistry results showed that 12-epi-napelline could significantly reduce the expression of MMP-13 and TNF-α in cartilage tissues, and up-regulate the expression of FGF2 compared with the model group. In conclusion, among the seven Bangna alkaloids, 12-epi-napelline can promote the repair of OA in rats by down-regulating the expression of MMP-13 and TNF-α and up-regulating the expression of FGF2.
