Background Overweight/obese women are a growing population with high incidence of depression, anxiety and psychological abnormalities. Due to lack of effective responsive measures to emotions and behaviors, weight loss outcomes are often unsatisfactory in overweight/obese women with anxiety and depression. And less attention has been paid to weight loss outcomes and emotions in this group.Objective To explore the effect of daily self-weighing supported by online supervision on body composition and emotions in overweight/obese women with anxiety and depression.Methods A prospective, randomized, controlled study was conducted with 92 overweight/obese women with mild to moderate anxiety and depression voluntarily recruited from Beijing's Haidian District from October to December 2019. The subjects were randomized into an experimental group (n=46) and a control group (n=46) at a ratio of 1∶1, and treated with weight control interventions for three months: besides eating the appropriate food combinations with scientific and individualized guidance and excising rationally, the experimental group measured their body weight daily with online supervision from the special member of our research group and reported the data to the group, while the control group measured their body weight per month, which was collected by our research group through monthly telephone follow-up. Body composition measurement result, anxiety assessed using Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and depression assessed using Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS) were compared at baseline and three months after the intervention.Results All the participants completed the questionnaire assessment and follow-up. In this paper, based on the research background of recovering uranium from wet-process phosphoric acid(WPA) by amino phosphonate acid chelating resin, the distribution of uranium in single particle amino phosphonate chelating resin was studied. The results show that the optimal laser frequency of LA-ICP-MS is determined to be 6 Hz, the beam spot diameter is 44 μm, and the energy density is 6 J/cm2. The resin with saturated adsorption and the resin with complete elution were selected as the external standard of the adsorption and leaching process, and the homogeneity test was carried out. The relative standard deviation of uranium content in the resin with saturated adsorption and the resin with complete elution are 3.87% and 3.52%(n=9), respectively. Uniformity is good. In situ microzone analysis of uranium in amino phosphonic acid chelating resin was carried out by LA-ICP-MS. The adsorption process of uranium on the resin is gradually completed from the outside to the inside, and the leaching process is gradually completed from the outside to the inside, and the concentration of uranium inside and outside the resin is gradually uniform and unified, and finally reaches adsorption saturation and leaching complete.

Aiming at the problems of traditional command and control system, such as closed system, low efficiency of man-machine cooperation and poor scalability, an open command and control system based on cloud native technology is proposed. Firstly, the expression model of commander’s operational intention is studied based on the combination of Boyd’s loop (OODA) and business process modeling notation (BPMN), which realizes multi-intention parallel execution and multi-strategy conflict resolution, and makes commander’s operational intention deeply couple with command and control system operation. Then, based on micro-services, service mesh, message middleware and other technologies, the basic framework based on cloud native theory is built to realize the rapid and safe expansion of basic services. In order to rapidly expand the atomic services that constitute the commander’s decision, a rapid development, deployment and delivery system of services is designed based on DevOps. Finally, the feasibility and reliability of the system are verified by the case of fire-concentrated shooting. Compared with the traditional command and control system, the open command and control platform can realize rapid and flexible system expansion, support flexible editing of operational processes and tactics. This technology can provide a solution for the command and control system from closed to open.

Nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD+) is an important coregulatory factor in cells. The metabolic disorder of NAD+ is closely related to the damage of cell function, physiological changes and the occurrence and development of diseases. The decrease of NAD+ level is accompanied by the occurrence of metabolic and age-related diseases such as aging, hearing impairment and cardiac damage.Therefore, it provides a new idea for the treatment of these diseases by supplementing and restoring the level of NAD+.

As the fault of Nose Wheel Steering(NWS)system is of concealment under the existing planned maintenance system,the potential fault early warning method of NWS is studied by mining the post flight Quick Access Recorder(QAR)data. Firstly,on the basis of analyzing the failure mode of NWS,the monitoring QAR parameters relating to the NWS failure are selected and handled. Secondly,based on the normal and faulty cases of NWS,combined with the operational principle of NWS,the Pearson correlation coefficient analysis method is used to determine the potential failure characteristics of the low correlation between the command value and actual value,so as to realize the detection of potential failure. Finally,the actual case of NWS is used to verify the effectiveness of the potential fault warning method based on QAR data,which provides a reference for the formulation of condition based on maintenance strategy of NWS.

Compound-specific isotope analysis (CSIA) online is an indispensable key technique for identifying the sources of organic contaminants in the environment and characterizing their transformation processes, but there are still some problems in practical applications. In this study, firstly, the development of six methods for online determination of compound-specific organic isotope analysis was introduced and reviewed, including Gas Chromatography-Isotope Ratio Mass Spectrometer (GC-IRMS), Liquid Chromatography Coupled-Isotope Ratio Mass Spectrometer (LC-IRMS), Direct Introduction-Gas Chromatography-Isotope Ratio Mass Spectrometer (DI-GC-IRMS), Gas Chromatography-Quadrupole Mass Spectrometer (GC-qMS), Gas Chromatography-Multicollector Inductively Coupled Plasma-Mass Spectrograph (GC-MC-ICPMS) and Gas Chromatography-Cavity Ring-Down Spectroscopy (GC-CRDS). Secondly, five noteworthy problems in online testing were proposed: sample pre-concentration, Gas Chromatography (GC) and Liquid Chromatography (LC) separation, selection of instruments and methods, the development of organic compound stable isotope standard material and safety control. Finally, three suggestions were proposed: 1) to develop vigorously the direct injection technology without combustion, such as GC-qMS and GC-CRDS, 2) to continually develop the determination technology for organic chlorine and organic bromine isotopes and 3) to rapidly develop international stable isotope standards for organic compounds. The new understanding in this study was that when multi-element isotope analysis was applied to study compound-specific isotopes, direct injection technology without combustion was the optimal choice.

The mathematical model of lift system of 280-B excavator was established.In view of nonlinear and time-varying factors of dynamic characteristics of the system,a design scheme of PID controller based on BP neural network was put forward.The controller has characteristics of classical PID control algorithm and good self-adaptive and anti-jamming capabilities of neural network.The Matlab simulation result showed that the PID controller based on BP neural network has high accuracy and strong adaptability which can get satisfied control effect.

An increasing and wide attention has been paid to the effect of artificial reservoirs on river geomorphology, water ecological environment system and hydrological characteristics. In this paper, two reservoirs on the Shiguan River, a tributary of the Huaihe River Basin, Meishan Reservoir and Nianyushan Reservoir are used as the study area. Samples are taken from the water body of the reservoirs, the Jiangjiaji section in the downstream of the reservoir, the Wangjiaba and Runheji sections at the upstream and downstream sections of the main stream of the Huaihe River in December 2020 to analyze the spatiotemporal variation characteristics of hydrochemistry ion, electrical conductivity, hydrogen and oxygen isotope content, and discuss the impact of reservoir construction on the water cycle of the basin. The results show that the two isotopic compositions of the water body have the same trend along the river direction, and the overall trend is positive. One is the dam interception and the other is the influence of latitude effect. The temporal change of isotopic concentration of the water bodies in the Meishan Reservoir and Nianyushan Reservoir is relatively stable, the isotopic temporal change of the upstream Wangjiaba Station is relatively stable, and that of the two sections on the tributary and the main stream affected by the reservoir fluctuates greatly. Hydrogen and oxygen isotopic composition of the river and the reservoir deviates from the local atmospheric precipitation line, mainly due to the interception effect of the reservoir, so that the evaporation is stronger than that of the ordinary river. The lower reaches of Jiangjiaji and Runheji Cl- and the electrical conductivity are affected by the water discharge from the reservoir, the value of which decreases. In order to make full use of wood processing residues, the wood-based panels were prepared from veneer processing residues in factories, and the elastic modulus, static bending strength, 24 h water absorption thickness expansion rate and profile density curve distribution are investigated. The results showed that the elastic modulus of the obtained panels was 18 439.6 MPa, the static bending strength was 206.5 MPa, and the thickness expansion rate of 24 h water absorption is 7.5%, which was better than the specified value for the performance of wood-based panels in the national standard. Objective To analyze the changes of CD4 / CD8 ratio in HIV-infected patients who accepted initial antiretroviral therapy(ART) with Tenofovir (TDF) + Lamivudine (3TC) + Efevirenz (EFV) for 48 weeks, and we explore the factors affecting the CD4/CD8 ratio achieve normalization. Methods Prospective research was adopted to analyze the changes of CD4/CD8 ratio in HIV-infected patients who were given TDF + 3TC+EFV initial ART for 48 weeks. Logistic regression analysis was adopted to analyze the influence factors of CD4/CD8 ratio normalization. Results Eventually, 282 HIV-infected patients were included in the study from Outpatient of Chengdu Public Health Clinical Medical Center, January 2014-December 2015, all of them were sexually transmitted, the MSM group had 196 patients, and Non-MSM group had 86 patients. The percent of patients whose CD4/CD8 rate <1.0 at baseline was 98.6%(278 cases), after treatment for 48 weeks, the percent was 87.2%(246). After ART for 48 weeks, CD4 increased (157.00±136.33) cells/µL, but CD8 decreased (337.95±489.86) cells/µL, CD4/CD8 ratio increased (0.35±0.31), the CD4/CD8 ratio increased mainly depends on the decreased of CD8. The baseline ratio of MSM group and Non-MSM group were with no significant difference (P=0.448), ART 48 weeks, the ratio of two group increased (0.32±0.29) vs (0.43±0.35), with significant difference (P=0.004), the ratio increase of MSM group was lower than that of non-MSM group. Analysis of multivariate Logistic regression: The factors of CD4/CD8 ratio achieved normalization were the route of infection MSM[OR=0.33, 95%CI(0.140-0.779)l, baseline CD4<200 cells/µL[OR=0.171, 95%CI(0.034-0.865)l, baseline CD8>750 cells/µL[OR=0.255,95%C/(0.092-0.701)], baseline CD4/CD8 ratio≤0.4[OR=0.167,95%CI(0.062-0.453)]. Conclusions In this study, the CD4/CD8 ratio was inverted at the beginning of most HIV-infected patients. After ART with TDF+3TC+EFV for 48 weeks, it can partially improve immune function disorders. The ratio of MSM group increased lower than Non-MSM group. Those patients who infected by MSM, with low baseline CD4, or high baseline CD8, or low baseline CD4/CD8 ratio were less likely to achieve normalization ratio after ART for 48 weeks, therefore, those patients with the above factors should start ART as soon as possible to improve the ratio inversion and immune function disorders. To solve the problem of detecting abandoned objects in complex environments, we propose an efficient method. Firstly, the candidate areas of the objects are obtained by comparing the foregrounds derived from a Gaussian mixture model based on partial updating and from an improved threeframe- difference method. And the blobs of temporarily static objects are segmented by applying shadow elimination and the connected component analysis. Then the blob whose static duration reaches the threshold is labeled as the abandoned object after ruling out the possibility of a static human by applying Histograms of Oriented Gradients (HOG) pedestrian detection. Finally, to overcome pedestrian occlusion and illumination changes, the Features from Accelerated Segment Test (FAST) local feature matching is applied to the detected abandoned objects. To evacuate the forward tree-shaped network, this paper proposed a decentralized, adaptive and robust control evacuation strategy that does not require demand estimate. Through analyzing how to determine the optimal routes at a typical ramp-to-freeway merge, it presented the basic principle to construct a controlled evacuation network. It defined the conception of forward tree-shaped emergency evacuation network and the made feasible application range and the specific risk level marking clear. For the typical substructure of forward tree-shaped network, it provided the evacuation routing and discharging strategy that make full use of the downstream capacity and take into account the higher risk level of the upstream incoming flow. Based on above analyses, it gave the basic steps of network evacuation strategy that include determining the limited capacity for every link in the upstream direction, determining the maximum feasible flow in the downstream direction, and adjusting the strategy dynamically. At last, it used a numerical example to compare the performance among the pure upstream priority strategy, the pure downstream priority strategy and the strategy proposed, the feasibility and effectiveness of the new proposed strategy are demonstrated. From a perspective of topology, this paper proposed a spanning tree approach to solve the network sensor location problems. The new transformed the original traffic network to a network with only one virtual centroid. The flow conservation condition held at every node in the transformed network. through analyzing the properties of spanning tree, it presented the new method to identify sensor locations for whole link flow inference. The new method has following features: a) avoiding the complex algebraic analysis and computation; b) uncovering the topological property of links installed sensors; c) the variety of spanning trees of a connected graph supplies multiply location schemes. To analyze the component and protein heat stability of yak milk fat globule membrane (MFGM), physical method was used to extract and separate MFGM from yak milk fat. The results show that the wash times to separate MFGM is very critical, and the optimum wash time is three. The yak MFGM mainly contains protein (26. 93%) and lipids (70. 34%), and there are other minor components in MFGM such as hexane, sialic acid and ash. The predominant amino acids in yak MFGM are Glu, Leu, Ser, Lys and Via, and among these amino acids, the essential amino acids account 49. 48% of total amino acids. When heated to 60°C the MFGM protein, especially for xanthine oxidase (XO) and Periodic acid Schiff 6/7 (PAS6/7), lose markedly. However, the SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions shows that the (β-lactoglobulin and a-lactalbumin begin to associate with the MFGM at 60 °C. the MFGM protein is heat unstable protein. The aim of this study is to analyze the major allergens in yak milk. The Balb/C mice were sensitized by intraperitoneal injection with yak milk protein. After the last sensitization, blood was collected through the eyes for antibodies and histamine determinations. The lymphocytes derived from spleens were cultured under sterile condition. The major allergens in yak milk were analyzed using western-blotting. The results showed the major allergens in yak milk were β-lactoglobulin, α-casein, and β-casein, and the allergenous extent was β-lactoglobulin > α-casen > β-casein. The higher content of IL-4, IL-5 and lower IFN-γ produced by the spleen lymphocyte proliferation indicated that the yak milk protein was the Th2 response. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The major allergens in yak milk were obtained by chemical methods, and purified by a fast protein liquid chromatography (FPLC) combined gel chromatography in order to analyze allergenicity of protein in yak milk. Casein and whey were isolated after adjusting isoelectric precipitating of skimmed milk to 4.6 by adding 10% acetic acid. Based on differential solubility in urea solutions and differential sensitivity of calcium, αs casein and β-casein were separated from whole casein. And then, the crude fractions of αs-casein, βcasein were further separated using anion-exchange FPLC and Sephadex GI00 column.β-aetoglobulin was separated from acid whey using chelating of citrate sodium at low pH in the presence of salt and purified by FPLC. The results of RP-HPLC showed that the purities of αs-, β-casein, and β-lactoglobulin were 87. 13%, 88.58%, and 80.00%, respectively. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Teaching Chinese characters requires both qualitative and quantitative research methods for the formation principles. The data in this study involves 1781 of the 2098 phonogramic characters listed in the Compulsory Characters for Mandarin Proficiency Levels and Character Frequency Lists, and the related 51 radicals with each being used in at least 10 characters. The quantitative analysis of the data has shown high relevance between a character's meaning and structure or between its meaning and sound, as represented by a relevance index of nearly 0. 8. A reliable and rapid method for genomic DNA extraction was constructed here to accelerate the identification of important genes in yak. In this method, the yak milk was first centrifuged, and then somatic cells were obtained for DNA extraction. The influences of different methods of protein removal, DNA precipitants, and storage conditions of yak milk on DNA quality were discussed. The quality of DNA was detected using PCR. Experimental results indicated that both the salting -out and phenol -chloroform method were effective for the removal of proteins, however the salting - out method was more simple and rapid. The precipitants isopropyl alcohol and ethanol were similar to precipitate DNA, but the glycol ether was the worst precipitant in this study. The storage conditions of yak milk have remarkable influence on the quality of DNA, and when the yak milk was stored at 4 °C for short term, or -20 °C for long term, the desired DNA can be got. Shuffled Complex Evolution (SCE) algorithm is a heuristic method that has yielded promising results for solving complex optimization problems. The characteristics of SCE are its simple structure, easy use, exactness of solution, and robustness. This paper utilizes a SCE strategy to parameter estimation of structural systems, which could be formulated as a multi-modal numerical optimization problem with high dimensions. Some results obtained with this algorithm are presented for the identification of structural systems under conditions including limited input/output data, noise polluted signals, and no prior knowledge of parameters. A diamond thin film was deposited on Si (100) using hydrogen and acetone as the gas source by the electron-enhanced hot filament chemical vapor deposition (HFCVD). A novel way to fabricate free standing window of diamond thin films at Si underlay deposited was developed on the basis of traditional silicon micro-processing technology, and free standing window sample of diamond thin films was fabricated by photolithography and anisotropic wet etching. According to the test results, the geometry of the window is good and the residual stress in films is poor. Thus, it is very adaptable for bulge/blister testing. This can be used to measure the diamond thin films adhesion and evaluate the mechanics performance of films, which will accelerate the applications and developments of diamond thin films in the fabrication field of semiconductor. Molecular dynamic simulations were performed to investigate the microscopic process when a 500 eV boron atom is implanted into a diamond lattice with (001) 2 x 1 reconstructed surface by using the Tersoff many-body potential. The relationship of the mean coordination number of the sample via time was calculated. The variations of temperature and lifetime of thermal spike created by the implantation were evaluated, whose values of thermal spike and thermal lifetime are 5 000 K and 0.18 ps respectively. Molecular dynamic simulations utilizing the Tersoff many-body potential were used to investigate the microscopic process of 500 eV boron single atom implantation into diamond lattice with a (001) 2 X 1 reconstructed surface. It shows that the long-range order of diamond lattic remains. The relaxation problems of surface and near surface of diamond (001) were also discussed: the outermost layer atoms relax inward, and other layers atoms relax outward, the distance between the outermost layer atoms and near surface atoms shortens by 15% compared with their original lattice sites. The stresses at surface are compressive, while they vary with the depth in a complex oscillatory. The results of the study are very useful for investigating the particle implantation into diamond. The influences of landscape pattern on water quality are dependent on spatial-temporal scales. However, the effects of landscape composition, landscape configuration, and landscape slope metrics on seasonal water quality at different spatial scales remain unclear. Based on the total nitrogen, total phosphorus, nitrate-N, and ammonium-N data from 26 sampling sites in the Qingshan Lake watershed, this study coupled landscape pattern analysis, redundancy analysis, and partial redundancy analysis to quantify the spatiotemporal scale effects of landscape pattern on riverine nitrogen （N） and phosphorus （P） concentrations. The results showed that： ① The explanatory ability of landscape pattern at the sub-watershed scale on riverine N and P concentrations was 6.8%-8.4% higher than that at the buffer scale, and this effect was more obvious in the dry season. ② At the sub-watershed scale, the percentage of forestland and the interspersion and juxtaposition degree of residential land had a greater influence on riverine N and P concentrations. At the buffer scale, the slope of farmland and residential land and the aggregation degree of forestland patches were the key factors affecting riverine N and P concentrations. ③ The contribution rate of landscape configuration to riverine N and P concentration variations （20.1%-36.5%） was the highest. The sensitivity of the effect of landscape configuration on riverine N and P concentrations to seasonal changes was the highest, and the effect of landscape slope on riverine N and P concentrations had the highest sensitivity to spatial scale changes. Therefore, landscape pattern-regulated non-point source pollution should be considered from a multi-scale perspective. These results can provide scientific basis for the formulation of landscape pattern optimization measures aiming at non-point source pollution control.

Objectives: To investigate the incidence rate, clinical characteristics, and prognosis of neonatal stroke in Shenzhen, China., Methods: Led by Shenzhen Children's Hospital, the Shenzhen Neonatal Data Collaboration Network organized 21 institutions to collect 36 cases of neonatal stroke from January 2020 to December 2022. The incidence, clinical characteristics, treatment, and prognosis of neonatal stroke in Shenzhen were analyzed., Results: The incidence rate of neonatal stroke in 21 hospitals from 2020 to 2022 was 1/15 137, 1/6 060, and 1/7 704, respectively. Ischemic stroke accounted for 75% (27/36); boys accounted for 64% (23/36). Among the 36 neonates, 31 (86%) had disease onset within 3 days after birth, and 19 (53%) had convulsion as the initial presentation. Cerebral MRI showed that 22 neonates (61%) had left cerebral infarction and 13 (36%) had basal ganglia infarction. Magnetic resonance angiography was performed for 12 neonates, among whom 9 (75%) had involvement of the middle cerebral artery. Electroencephalography was performed for 29 neonates, with sharp waves in 21 neonates (72%) and seizures in 10 neonates (34%). Symptomatic/supportive treatment varied across different hospitals. Neonatal Behavioral Neurological Assessment was performed for 12 neonates (33%, 12/36), with a mean score of (32±4) points. The prognosis of 27 neonates was followed up to around 12 months of age, with 44% (12/27) of the neonates having a good prognosis., Conclusions: Ischemic stroke is the main type of neonatal stroke, often with convulsions as the initial presentation, involvement of the middle cerebral artery, sharp waves on electroencephalography, and a relatively low neurodevelopment score. Symptomatic/supportive treatment is the main treatment method, and some neonates tend to have a poor prognosis.

Objective: To explore the clinical manifestations, pathological features, immunophenotype, as well as diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of patients with CD4 - CD56 + blastic plasmacytoid dendritic cell neoplasm (BPDCN), in order to further understand the rare disease., Methods: The clinical data, laboratory examinations and treatment regimens of two patients with CD4 - CD56 + BPDCN in the First Affiliated Hospital of Wannan Medical College were retrospectively analyzed., Results: The two patients were both elderly males with tumor involved in skin, bone marrow, lymph nodes, etc. Immunohistochemical results of skin lesions showed that both CD56 and CD123 were positive, while CD4, CD34, TdT, CD3, CD20, MPO and EBER were negative. Flow cytometry of bone marrow demonstrated that CD56, CD123, and CD304 were all positive, while specific immune markers of myeloid and lymphoid were negative. Two patients were initially very sensitive to acute lymphoblastic leukemia or lymphomatoid chemotherapy regimens, but prone to rapid relapse. The overall survival of both patients was 36 months and 4 months, respectively., Conclusion: CD4 - CD56 + BPDCN is very rare and easily misdiagnosed as other hematological tumors with poor prognosis. Acute lymphoblastic leukemia or lymphomatoid therapy should be used first to improve the poor prognosis.

Objectives: To investigate the effects of antenatal corticosteroid (ACS) therapy in pregnant women on the brain development of preterm infants using amplitude-integrated electroencephalography (aEEG)., Methods: A retrospective analysis was conducted on 211 preterm infants with a gestational age of 28 to 34 +6 weeks. The infants were divided into an ACS group (131 cases) and a control group (80 cases) based on whether antenatal dexamethasone was given for promoting fetal lung maturity. The first aEEG monitoring (referred to as aEEG1) was performed within 24 hours after birth, and the second aEEG monitoring (referred to as aEEG2) was performed between 5 to 7 days after birth. The aEEG results were compared between the two groups., Results: In preterm infants with a gestational age of 28 to 31 +6 weeks, the ACS group showed a more mature periodic pattern and higher lower amplitude boundary in aEEG1 compared to the control group ( P <0.05). In preterm infants with a gestational age of 32 to 33 +6 weeks and 34 to 34 +6 weeks, the ACS group showed a higher proportion of continuous patterns, more mature periodic patterns and higher Burdjalov scores in aEEG1 ( P <0.05). And the ACS group exhibited a higher proportion of continuous patterns, more mature periodic patterns, higher lower amplitude boundaries, narrower bandwidths, and higher Burdjalov scores in aEEG2 ( P <0.05)., Conclusions: ACS-treated preterm infants have more mature aEEG patterns compared to those not treated with ACS, suggesting a beneficial effect of ACS on the brain development of preterm infants.

Objective: To explore and summarize the clinical characteristics and treatment of aggressive NK-cell leukemia (ANKL), and provide new insights for clinical diagnosis and treatment of this disease., Methods: The clinical data of 7 patients with ANKL admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Wannan Medical College from March 2014 to July 2021 were retrospectively analyzed, and their clinical characteristics, laboratory and imaging results, treatment and outcomes were analyzed., Results: Among the 7 patients, 5 were males and 2 were females, with a median age of 47 (33-69) years old. The morphology of bone marrow cells in 7 patients showed similar large granular lymphocytes. Immunophenotyping revealed abnormal NK cells in 5 cases. By the end of follow-up, 6 cases died and 1 case survived, with a median survival time of 76.9 (4-347) days., Conclusion: ANKL is a rare disease with short course and poor prognosis. If combined with hemophagocytic syndrome (HPS), the prognosis is even worse. There is no unified treatment method at present, and the use of PD-1 inhibitors may prolong the survival in some patients.

Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy of percutaneous vertebroplasty(PVP) combined with nerve block in the treatment of lumbar osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures under the guidance of traditional chinese medicine "theory of equal emphasis on muscle and bone"., Methods: Total of 115 patients with lumbar osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures were treated by percutaneous vertebroplasty from January 2015 to March 2022, including 51 males and 64 females, aged 25 to 86 (60.5±15.9) years. Among them, 48 cases were treated with PVP operation combined with erector spinae block and joint block of the injured vertebral articular eminence (intervention group), and 67 cases were treated with conventional PVP operation (control group). The visual analogue scale(VAS) and Oswestry disability index(ODI) before operation, 3 days, 1 month and 6 months after operation between two groups were evaluated. The operation time, number of punctures and intraoperative bleeding between two groups were compared., Results: The VAS and ODI scores of both groups improved significantly after operation compared with those before operation( P <0.05). Moreover, the VAS and ODI scores of 3 days and 1 month after operation of the intervention group improved more significantly than that of the control group( P <0.05). The difference of VAS and ODI scores before operation and 6 months after operation between two groups had no statistical significances( P >0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the number of punctures and intraoperative bleeding between the two groups ( P >0.05)., Conclusion: Based on the theory of "equal emphasis on muscles and bones", PVP combined with nerve block can effectively relieve paravertebral soft tissue spasm and other "muscle injuries", which can significantly improve short-term postoperative low back pain and lumbar spine mobility compared to conventional PVP treatment, and accelerate postoperative recovery, resulting in satisfactory clinical outcomes.

Accurate quantification of non-point source pollution is an important step for non-point source pollution control and management at the watershed scale. Considering the non-point source pollution from baseflow, an improved export coefficient model (IECM) on a weekly scale was established based on the traditional export coefficient model (ECM), which was then used to estimate the surface flow non-point source total nitrogen (TN) loads contributed by different land use types of the Shangwu River watershed in the Qiandao Lake Region. The results showed that IECM performed well for the predictions of TN loads in the studied watershed, with the Nash-Sutcliffe efficiency coefficient (NSE) and R 2 values of 0.82 and 0.77 ( P <0.01) for the calibration period and 0.87 and 0.84 ( P <0.01) for the validation period, respectively. The IECM estimated TN exports through surface flow and baseflow were 5.74 kg·(hm 2 ·a) -1 and 9.85 kg·(hm 2 ·a) -1 from the Shangwu River watershed in the period of Nov. 2020 to Oct. 2021, which accounted for 36.80% and 63.20% of the corresponding streamflow TN load, respectively. Without consideration of the baseflow non-point source TN pollution, the ECM-estimated surface flow TN loading was 54.21% higher than that estimated by IECM. Obviously, attributing baseflow non-point source pollution to surface flow directly would lead to a serious load overestimation of surface flow. According to IECM, the estimated TN export intensity through surface flow from paddy fields, grasslands, woodlands, rainfed croplands, and residential lands was 10.95, 5.42, 5.20, 12.34, and 2.77 kg·(hm 2 ·a) -1 , respectively, which accounted for 5.80%, 4.00%, 26.55%, 0.38%, and 0.03% of the corresponding total streamflow TN loads. Therefore, the future management of non-point source nitrogen pollution in the studied watershed should focus mainly on the prevention and management of groundwater non-point source pollution and control of load export from surface flow on cultivated land (paddy fields and rainfed croplands).

Objective: To detect the body surface temperature of the relevant back- shu points in patients with chronic persistent asthma by infrared thermal imaging technology, and observe the specific changes of the body surface temperature of the relevant back- shu points under the condition of lung disease., Methods: Forty-five patients with chronic persistent asthma (observation group) and 45 healthy subjects (control group) were selected. The body surface temperature of bilateral Feishu (BL 13), Geshu (BL 17), Pishu (BL 20) and Shenshu (BL 23) were measured by BK-MT02A medical infrared thermography., Results: The body surface temperature of bilateral Feishu (BL 13), Geshu (BL 17), Pishu (BL 20) and Shenshu (BL 23) in the observation group was higher than that in the control group ( P <0.01, P <0.05). The body surface temperature of bilateral Feishu (BL 13) and Geshu (BL 17) was higher than that of ipsilateral Pishu (BL 20) and Shenshu (BL 23) in the two groups ( P <0.01, P <0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in body surface temperature between ipsilateral Feishu (BL 13) and Geshu (BL 17), between ipsilateral Pishu (BL 20) and Shenshu (BL 23) ( P >0.05)., Conclusion: The pathological increase of body surface temperature of Feishu (BL 13), Geshu (BL 17), Pishu (BL 20) and Shenshu (BL 23) in patients with chronic persistent asthma indicates that above acupoints have specificity in reflecting lung diseases. The Feishu (BL 13) and Geshu (BL 17), which have significantly increased body surface temperature, not only provide objective basis for the pathological pathogenesis of "deficiency in origin and excess in symptom" in patients with chronic persistent asthma, but also reflect the different expressions of different acupoints on the same meridian for the lung diseases.

Objective: To investigate the clinical characteristics, diagnosis, and treatment of one patient with primary adrenal natural killer/T-cell lymphoma (PANKTCL), and to strengthen the understanding of this rare type of lymphoma., Methods: The clinical manifestations, diagnosis and treatment process, and prognosis of the patient admitted in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed., Results: Combined with pathology, imaging, bone marrow examination， etc, the patient was diagnosed with PANKTCL (CA stage, stage II; PINK-E score 3, high-risk group). Six cycles of "P-GemOx+VP-16" regimen（gemcitabine 1 g/m 2 d1 + oxaliplatin 100 mg/m 2 d 1 + etoposide 60 mg/m 2 d 2-4 + polyethylene glycol conjugated asparaginase 3 750 IU d 5） was performed, and complete response was assessed in 4 cycles. Maintenance therapy with sintilimab was administered after the completion of chemotherapy. Eight months after the complete response, the patient experienced disease recurrence and underwent a total of four courses of chemotherapy, during which hemophagocytic syndrome occurred. The patient died of disease progression 1 month later., Conclusion: PANKTCL is rare, relapses easily, and has a worse prognosis. The choice of the "P-GemOx+VP-16" regimen combined with sintilimab help to improve the survival prognosis of patient with non-upper aerodigestive tract natural killer /T-cell lymphoma.

Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy of spinal endoscopy in the treatment of severe free lumbar disc herniation and explore the feasibility and application of microscopic drills to expand ventral space., Methods: Thirty patients with severe free lumbar intervertebral disc herniation treated by spinal endoscopic technique from April 2019 to March 2021 were collected, including 19 males and 11 females;aged from 19 to 76 years with an average of (44.03±16.92) years old. All patients had a single segmental lesion with prolapse of the nucleus pulposus. Among them, there were 3 cases on L 2,3 , 3 cases on L 3,4 , 15 cases on L 4,5 , and 9 cases on L 5 S 1 . During operation, posterior bone of vertebral body and pedicle notch were removed by a drill under the endoscope to enlarge the ventral space. And the free nucleus pulposus was exposed and completely removed. The intraoperative blood loss, operation time, hospital stay and postoperative neurological complications were recorded, and Japanese Orthopaedic Association (JOA) score, Oswestry Disability Index (ODI) and visual analogue scale (VAS) were compared before operation, 2 days, 3 months and 1 year after operation, and Macnab standard was used to evaluate clinical efficacy., Results: All operations were successful and the free nucleus pulposus was completely removed. Pain in the lower back and legs was significantly relieved on the day after operation. Two patients experienced transient pain and numbness in lower limbs after operation, and no serious nerve injury complications occurred. ODI and VAS at each time point after surgery were significantly lower than those before surgery ( P <0.01), and JOA score was significantly higher than before surgery ( P <0.01). The excellent and good rates of Macnab were 66.67% (20/30), 83.33% (25/30) and 90.00% (27/30) on 2 days, 3 months and 1 year after operation, respectively., Conclusion: For severe free lumbar intervertebral disc herniation, using of a drill under endoscope to expand the ventral space can smoothly remove the free nucleus pulposus and avoid nerve damage.
