To optimize the gas transfer, adsorption and photo-generated charge separation in the process of photocatalytic CO2 reduction by g-C3N4, the photocatalytic materials were designed from the aspects of foam pore structure and heterojunction construction. The typical g-C3N4 foam was first constructed using surfactant foaming method, and then Cu(OH)2 nanosheets were loaded to prepare the Cu(OH)2/CNF composites with projects of electroless copper plating and hydrogen oxidation treatment. The structure and photocatalytic properties of the as-prepared samples were investigated. The results show that g-C3N4 foam and Cu(OH)2/CNF all demonstrate developed structures with 3D micron pore frameworks, which is conducive to improving CO2 diffusion and adsorption at dynamics during gas-solid catalytic process. The adsorption amounts of CO2 for g-C3N4 foam and Cu(OH)2/CNF are respectively 3.97 cm3/g and 3.59 cm3/g, which are 2.96 times and 2.68 times respectively higher than that of pure g-C3N4 powder. Moreover, many Cu(OH)2 nanosheets are also formed in the Cu(OH)2/CNF samples which provide a way to simultaneously broaden light absorption and form heterojunction between g-C3N4 and Cu(OH)2. This heterojunction can accelerate the separation of photo-generated e--h+ and make photo-generated electrons transfer from g-C3N4 to Cu(OH)2. As a result, the Cu(OH)2/CNF has demonstrated optimal photocatalytic activity with CO production rate at 11.041 μmol·g-1·h-1, which is 2.76 times and 6.83 times respectively higher than that of g-C3N4 foam and g-C3N4 powder.

Intelligent distributed protection and control is a promising route towards flexible and safe operation of the medium-voltage distribution network with widespread access to distributed energy resources. A fundamental premise of distributed decision-making is that each smart terminal unit (STU) can identify the topology of the feeder and track its changes. A distributed topology identification algorithm with high fault tolerance based on peer-to-peer communication is proposed in this paper. The STU configured at the looped network node requires no pre-set static topology of the feeder group, but only relies on local measurement and information exchange with neighboring STUs. Through rule judgment, it can realize the dynamic tracking and monitoring of the complete topology and open-loop mode of the feeder group, which reduces the configuration requirements of the algorithm on the terminal. Meanwhile, the method only needs each STU to exchange the local measurement and judgment information, which reduces the requirement of communication. Test examples show that the proposed method is reasonable and effective, and it can significantly improve the tolerance of topological identification to measurement errors by combining local measurement mutual checking and contralateral connectivity predictive correction.

In order to study the influence of different boundary constraints on the bearing characteristics of the bolt anchorage section, the stress conditions of the bolt in the state of tension bearing and bolt-surrounding rock coordinated deformation bearing state were analyzed, and the numerical calculation with different boundary constraints was carried out. The research results show that the axial force of the bolt decreases along the anchorage length under different boundary constraints, and the attenuation speed is faster under lateral constraints. Under the condition of top fixed and lateral restraint, the axial force of the bolt decreases at 1/2 of the anchorage length, obviously slows down and approaches to zero. The axial force of the bottom fixed lateral restraint bolt decreases slowly within 5 cm of the anchorage beginning, and then decreases in a power function. Under the condition of top fixed and lateral restraint, the shear stress peak of the bolt-anchorage agent interface appears at 2 cm of the outer end of the anchorage, while under the condition of bottom fixed and lateral restraint, the shear stress peak is at 9-10 cm of the anchorage depth. Under the condition of top fixed and lateral restraint, the peak shear stress of anchorage agent-surrounding rock interface is located at the outer end of anchorage, and the peak shear stress under the condition of bottom fixed lateral restraint is located at 8 cm outside the anchorage. The magnitude and location of the shear stress peak value of the two interfaces are different, which is the important influencing factor of various anchorage failure modes.

In this paper, ethylenediamine, diethylenetriamine and triethylene tetramine were used as N source and boric acid as B source to prepare different precursors to directly high temperature ammonolysis polymerize borocarbonitrides (BCN-x, recorded as BCN-EDA, BCN-DETA and BCN-TETA, respectively). XRD, SEM, TEM, XPS, UV-Vis, and PL were used to analyze the chemical composition, morphology, and optical properties of samples. And the photocatalytic CO2 reduction performance of BCN-x samples was assessed without compromising agents and cocatalysts. The results show that all the prepared samples have lamellar structure, and BCN-EDA represents higher crystallinity and higher photocarrier separation efficiency. Under visible light irradiation at 350-780 nm, the produced BCN-x can reduce CO2 to CO and CH4, and BCN-EDA has the best photocatalytic CO2 reduction performance, with a CO yield of 32.20 µmoL/g and the photocatalytic stability can be maintained within 20 h. Objective To investigate the correlation between brain metastatic MRI features and EGFR mutation status in the patient with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and explore the value of radiographic characteristics of MRI for evaluation of EGFR mutation. Methods Clinical data of 116 patients diagnosed with brain metastases from NSCLC admitted in our hospital during January 2011 and January 2017 were collected. Their EGFR mutation status in pulmonary primary tumors and metastatic tissues was detected by amplification block mutation system (ARMS). The features of MR images were analyzed for the correlation of EGFR mutation status with number, size, location of the metastatic brain tumors, strengthen approaches, size of peritumoral brain edema of the largest lesion and peritumoral brain edema index. Results Among the 116 patients with brain metastasis of NSCLC, 50 patients had EGFR mutation, at a mutation rate of 43.1%. The patients younger than 60 years had significantly higher ratio of EGFR 19Del mutation (25.4% vs 10.2%, P=0.040) and lower ratio of L858R mutation (16.4% vs 34.7%, P=0.023) when compared with those older than 60 years. Of the 201 brain metastatic lesions measured, the diameter of peripheral edema were significantly larger in the patients with EGFR wild type than those harboring EGFR 19Del mutation (median: 2.87 vs 1.54, P=0.008), and in those with L858R mutation than those with 19Del mutation (median: 3.31 vs 1.54, P=0.034). However, the index of peripheral edema in the patients with EGFR wild type was obviously higher than those harboring EGFR 19Del mutation (median: 0.979 vs 0.413, P=0.012). The predictive model for EGFR 19 deletion mutation was developed based on age, diameter and index of peripheral edema of metastatic tumor, and the capacity of this model was 0.733 (95%CI=0.625~0.842) by ROC analysis. Conclusion Clinical features and MRI radiographic characteristics of brain metastatic lesions of NSCLC can be used to predict EGFR mutation status. Our study provides theoretical evidence for selecting subpopulation benefiting from EGFR-TKI from the patients who can't detect the mutation of EGFR medically.

Based on Adams software, a multi-rigid-body dynamics model of the spindle transmission system of the peeling machine is established. The key components of the spindle transmission system of the peeler are flexibly processed by ANSYS, and the rigid-flexible coupling model of the spindle transmission system is constructed. The gear engagement process of the spindle transmission system is simulated by simulating the rotating speed of the gears at all levels of the spindle transmission system and setting the contact force parameters of the gears. The transmission ratio of the gears is verified. It is determined that the acceleration fluctuation mainly depends on the excitation frequency. At the same time, the tangential direction of the driving gear-transmission gear and the transmission gear-spindle gear is determined. The simulation values of force and radial force are 3 649.21 N, 1 580.15 N, 3 598.64 N and 1 415.13 N, respectively, which are in good agreement with the theoretical values, and the reliability of the simulation is verified by gear meshing frequency. Finally, 10 nodes with the maximum equivalent stress of three flexible parts in the simulation process are extracted, and the results are lower than the allowable stress of gear material, which can provide theoretical reference for the design and manufacture of the spindle drive system of high-performance peeler in practical application.

Hierarchical porous carbon foam, using liquid foam as soft template and water-soluble phenolic resin as carbon source and isocyanate as curing agent, was fabricated by microwave activation method. The structure and electrochemical properties of the carbon foam were characterized. The results show that the microwave activation technology can improve the rapid evolution of H2O molecules on the liquid foam film to form a large number of nanopores on the carbon foam wall to lead to the increased specific surface area,but do not change the average pore size. The specific surface area of the activated sample is 378.2m2/g and its specific capacitance at 1A/g current density is 123.7F/g, which is about 94% higher than that of the unactived sample.And the internal resistance of the sample is reduced due to the improvement of the pore structure by microwave activation.

The direct foaming method combined with gelcasting was employed to prepare mullite ceramic foam. Triacetin, polyimide and hydroxypropyl cellulose were creatively proposed as gelling agent for gelcasting process, respectively. The influence of gelling agent on rheological properties and the correlation rule with the curing time were studied. The results show that different kinds of gelling agent have different influence on rheological properties. It is considered that the rheological properties have significant influence on the curing time. Ameliorating the thixotropy, improving the rate of viscosity growth, and enlarging the linear viscoelastic domain of foam slurry are conducive to shorten the curing time of foam slurry. Among these three gelling agents, the triacetin obtains the optimal effects, the initial curing time and curing time of foam slurry is both shortest.

g-C3N4 micro tubes (TCN) were prepared by hydrothermal combined with thermal polymerization u sing melamine as the main raw material. And then CoS2/TCN Scotty junctions were constructed by loading cobalt sulfide on the tubular surface of prepared TCN. The obtained samples were characterized by XRD, SEM, TEM, FLS and photoelectrochermcal workstation, and their photocatalytic activity was investigated by photo- catalytic activity evaluation system in absence of sacrificial agent. The results show that CoS2 is uniformly distributed on the tubular surface of TCN, and the loading of CoS2 enhances the utilization of visible light by TCN. As the Fermi level !! Of CoS2 is lower than that of TCN, the electrons near the heterojunction interface transfer from TCN to CoS2 in the ground state, resuming in equilibrium of the Fermi level at the interface. Tak¬ing advantage of the spay potential difference at the heterojunction interface, the photo generated electrons from TCN can be quickly extracted by CoS2 through Scotty junction, so as to promote the separation of pho- to generated electrons and hoes. Under the illumination of 350-780 nm, the CO yield of the optimal performance sample reached 16.04 jumbo/(g x h), similar to that of Pt/TCN (16.70 jolt/(g x h)), and 5.14 limes of TCN. In order to solve the problem of high expense in the underwater explosion of directional warhead, the similarity is researched by dimensional analysis. The aim is to research the relationship of explosion pressure between original and small scale models. The result of dimensional analysis is verified by the simulation of AUTODYN. As a result, if the mass of TNT in the small scale model is β³ times of that in original model, the peak pressure in original model is as same as that in the small scale at β times distance. It indicates that the small scale model can replace the original model if the similarity rule is used. Ecological planning is one of the most important tools in realizing city's sustainable development. The ecological planning in China was started in the 1980s, and on the basis of assimilating the existing theoretical and practical experiences from western countries, basically formed a theoretical system in accordance with the Chinese characteristics and acquired a series of practical results. This paper reviewed the research and development processes of China's ecological planning. It is considered that the study of our ecological planning was derived from the geographical principles of land resources ecological utilization, the ecological principles of complex ecological system theory, and the combination of these two principles. The ecological planning has experienced three research stages, i. e. , single-disciplinary exploration, multi-disciplinary and multi-perspective study (including landscape ecology, ecology and urban planning), and interdisciplinary and multi-disciplinary collaboration research. The ecological planning and the related conceptions, primary principles, main academic points, and representatives at each research stage were summarized, and through the discrimination of the basic conceptions of ecological planning and other related plans, it was pointed out that ecological planning is an general conception which includes land ecological planning, urban ecological planning, and eco-city planning, and the principles and theories of eco-logical planning should be integrated into, led and restricted the present planning system to promote the city's and regional sustainable development. Ecological civilization is to normalize human development behaviors to harmonize the relationships between social and ecological development and eco-environment protection. In this paper, a comparative analysis was made on the ecological demonstration activities of ecological demonstration areas led by the Ministry of Environmental Protection, exemplar cities of national environmental protection, and ecological provinces, cities, and counties. It was considered that all the ecological demonstration activities had the problems of lacking pertinence of construction goals, disordered construction subjects, inefficient construction processes, and lacking continuous incentive mechanisms of assessment. In the meantime, through the analysis of the connotations of eco-civilization, the relationships between eco-civilization and eco-demonstration constructions were approached, and the eco-civilization construction mode was put forward in terms of construction goal, construction subject, and construction processes and assessment. The construction mode included the construction goal based on regional characteristics, the synergistic cooperation of construction subjects, the expanding ways of public participation, and the establishment of evaluation system for comprehensively measuring the 'actions and results'. A three-dimensional dynamic digital image correlation (DIC) test system is set up based on the digital image correlation (DIC) method. The dynamic response experiment of AL1060 plate with speckles is conducted using the underwater impact loading device, and the out-of-plane displacement of Al target is obtained. The pressure-time histories of shock wave are measured by dynamic high-pressure transducers mounted on an anvil. A two-dimensional axisymmetric simulation model is established, and the formation and propagation of shock wave in water and the deformation process of Al plate are analyzed. The investigation shows that the deformation growth of the target presents an annulus expanding from the boundary to the center, and a shear cracking phenomenon easily appears at the constraint boundary. The calculated real-time deformation of target and the shock wave-pressure history are well in agreement with the experimental data,which confirms that it is feasible to study the underwater shock of plate structure using the underwater impact loading device in combination with 3D DIC. In order to obtain an equivalent underwater explosion impulsive loading, the theoretical analysis is carried out for the impact of a flyer plate on a piston, which seals a conical target chamber filled with water, based on one-dimensional elastic wave propagation and a linear equation of state for water. The impact process is simulated by using AUTODYN software, and the decay times of shock waves for two pistons with different thicknesses are analyzed and compared. According to the theory and numerical simulation research, an equivalent equipment is designed, and the pressure-time curve is measured at the central point of chamber medial wall. The results show that it is feasible to obtain an equivalent underwater explosion shock waves in the laboratory through high speed impact, and the flyer speed and the piston thickness determine the peak pressure and decay time in the conical target chamber, respectively. The equivalent equipment can be used to investigate the shock response of typical structures and materials subjected to underwater explosion impulse loading. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

As a new technology of drug-free treatment, virtual reality technique has been used in various medical fields, and is being increasingly applied in the field of wound repair. Virtual reality technology can alleviate the pain caused by acute and chronic wounds, relieve the psychological anxiety of patients with wounds, and then facilitate the recovery of patients. This paper reviews the research progress of virtual reality technique's application as a clinical adjuvant therapy in wound repair in three aspects: pain treatment, psychological treatment, and functional rehabilitation, analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of this technique, and discusses the prospects of its further application in the field of wound repair.

The medical literature contains a wealth of valuable medical knowledge. At present, the research on extraction of entity relationship in medical literature has made great progress, but with the exponential increase in the number of medical literature, the annotation of medical text has become a big problem. In order to solve the problem of manual annotation time such as consuming and heavy workload, a remote monitoring annotation method is proposed, but this method will introduce a lot of noise. In this paper, a novel neural network structure based on convolutional neural network is proposed, which can solve a large number of noise problems. The model can use the multi-window convolutional neural network to automatically extract sentence features. After the sentence vectors are obtained, the sentences that are effective to the real relationship are selected through the attention mechanism. In particular, an entity type (ET) embedding method is proposed for relationship classification by adding entity type characteristics. The attention mechanism at sentence level is proposed for relation extraction in allusion to the unavoidable labeling errors in training texts. We conducted an experiment using 968 medical references on diabetes, and the results showed that compared with the baseline model, the present model achieved good results in the medical literature, and F1-score reached 93.15%. Finally, the extracted 11 types of relationships were stored as triples, and these triples were used to create a medical map of complex relationships with 33 347 nodes and 43 686 relationship edges. Experimental results show that the algorithm used in this paper is superior to the optimal reference system for relationship extraction.

Objective: To investigate the relationship between double-triggering and abnormal movement of air in the lungs (pendelluft phenomenon) under pressure support ventilation (PSV)., Methods: A prospective observational study was conducted, postoperative patients admitted to department of critical care medicine of Beijing Tiantan Hospital, Capital Medical University from April 1, 2019 to August 31, 2020 and received invasive mechanical ventilation with PSV mode were enrolled. Electrical impedance tomography (EIT) monitoring was performed. Airway pressure-time, flow-time, global and regional impedance-time curves were synchronously collected and analyzed offline. The volume of abnormal movement of air in the lungs at the beginning of inspiration was measured and defined as pendelluft volume. Double-triggered breaths were identified by trained researchers. Pendelluft volume during double-triggering was measured including the first triggered breath, the double-triggered breath, and the breath immediately following the double-triggered breath. Pendelluft volume was also measured for normal breath during the study. According to the frequency of double-triggering, patients were divided into severe (≥ 1 time/min) and non-severe double-triggering group. Pendelluft volume, parameters of respiratory mechanics, and clinical outcomes between the two groups were compared., Results: In 40 enrolled patients, a total of 9 711 breaths [(243±63) breaths/patient] were collected and analyzed, among which 222 breaths (2.3%) were identified as double-triggering. The Kappa of interobserver reliability to detect double-triggering was 0.964 [95% confidence interval (95%CI) was 0.946-0.982]. In 222 double-triggered breaths, pendelluft volume could not be measured in 7 breaths (3.2%), but the pendelluft phenomenon did exist as shown by opposite regional impedance change at the beginning of double-triggered inspiration. Finally, pendelluft volume was measured in 215 double-triggered breaths. Meanwhile, 400 normal breaths (10 normal breaths randomly selected for each patient) were identified as control. Compared with normal breath, pendelluft volume significantly increased in the first breath, the double-triggered breath, and the following normal breath [mL: 3.0 (1.4, 6.4), 8.3 (3.6, 13.2), 4.3 (1.9, 9.1) vs. 1.4 (0.7, 2.8), all P < 0.05]. Patients in severe double-triggering, pendelluft volume of normal breath and double-triggered breath were significantly higher than those in non-severe double-triggering group [mL: 1.8 (0.9, 3.2) vs. 1.1 (0.5, 2.1), P < 0.001; 8.5 (3.9, 13.4) vs. 2.0 (0.6, 9.1), P = 0.008]. Patients in severe double-triggering group had significantly higher respiratory rate than that in the non-severe double-triggering group (breaths/min: 20.9±3.5 vs. 15.2±3.7, P < 0.001). There were no significant differences in other respiratory mechanics parameters and main clinical outcomes between the two groups., Conclusions: During PSV, the abnormal movement of air in the lungs (pendelluft phenomenon) was more likely to occur in double-triggering especially in double-triggered breath. The more frequent the double-triggering occurred, the more serious the pendelluft phenomenon was. A higher pendelluft volume of normal breath and a higher respiratory rate were related to severity of double-triggering.

Objective: To evaluate the safety and feasibility of injection test which is used to locate esophageal balloon catheter., Methods: A prospective study was conducted. The patients undergoing invasive mechanical ventilation (MV) admitted to general intensive care unit (ICU) of Beijing Tiantan Hospital Affiliated to Capital Medical University from May 2015 and March 2017 were enrolled. The commercially available esophageal balloon catheter was modified to perform injection test. The catheter was withdrawn step by step and the injection test was repeated until the presence disturbance wave presented, which indicated that the balloon had just entered the esophagus. The position where disturbance wave appears was named 0 cm. End-expiratory occlusions were performed at the positions of +15, +10, +5, 0, -5, -10 and -15 cm, respectively, and the changes of esophageal pressure (Pes) and airway pressures (Paw) were measured in the spontaneous breathing and passive ventilation, and the ratio between the changes (ΔPes/ΔPaw) was calculated., Results: A total of 20 patients were enrolled, of which 15 patients finished both the spontaneous and the passive ventilation parts, and 2 patients finished only the spontaneous part and 3 patients finished only passive part. (1) Disturbance waves could be induced by injection test in all patients. The average depth of disturbance wave in spontaneous breathing was deeper than that in passive ventilation (cm: 42.4±3.8 vs. 41.8±3.3), but there was no significant difference between the two ventilation settings (P = 0.132). No adverse events occurred during the study period. (2) Pes increased with the stepwise withdraw of esophageal catheter, reached the maximal value at +5 cm, and then decreased when the catheter was further withdrawn, no matter in the spontaneous or the passive ventilation. In spontaneous breathing, the ΔPes/ΔPaw was within the ideal range (0.8-1.2) at the positions of 0, -5 and -10 cm. The ΔPes/ΔPaw was closest to unity at the positions of 0 cm (0.98±0.15). The ΔPes/ΔPaw at -15 cm (0.66±0.26) was significantly lower than that at 0 cm (P < 0.05). For passive ventilation, the ΔPes/ΔPaw was within the ideal range at the positions of -5 cm and -10 cm, and the ΔPes/ΔPaw was closest to unity at the positions of -10 cm (0.94±0.12). The ΔPes/ΔPaw at 0 cm and -5 cm was significantly higher than that at -10 cm (1.43±0.31 and 1.12±0.14, respectively); while the ΔPes/ΔPaw at -15 cm (0.68±0.23) was significantly lower than that at -10 cm (all P < 0.01)., Conclusions: Ideal position of the esophageal balloon catheter could be determined quickly and easily by using injection test. Blind source separation technique based on independent component analysis (ICA) can separate blood volume pulse (BVP) from the facial video and then realize the telemetry of heart rate, blood oxygen saturation, respiratory rate and other vital signs parameters. However, the superiority of ICA in BVP extraction has not been demonstrated in the existing researches. Some researchers suggested using traditional G-channel method for BVP extraction (G-BVP) instead of ICA method (ICA-BVP). This study investigated the applicability of ICA-BVP comparatively. To solve the inherent permutation problem of ICA, a spectral kurtosis-based method was proposed for BVP identification. The experimental results based on the facial video datasets from 9 subjects shows that ICA-BVP method has apparent advantages in motion artifacts attenuation and ambient light changes elimination. The kurtosis-based method achieved a good performance in BVP identification and dynamic heart rate (HR) estimation. In practical application, the proposed ICA-BVP method could present a better stability and accuracy in vital signs parameters extraction.

Terahertz waves have unique properties and advantages, which makes it gain increasing attention and applications in the biomedical field. Burns is a common clinical trauma. Since the water-sensitive and non-destructive characteristics of terahertz, terahertz imaging techniques can be used to detect burns. So far, terahertz imaging technology in the assessment of burn injuries has been developed from ex vivo to in vivo, and high-resolution images can be obtained through the gauzes and plasters. In this paper, we mainly introduces the application of terahertz imaging technology and development in the assessment of burn injuries.

Purpose: This study was designed to analyze the three-dimensional structure of platelet-rich fibrin (PRF) gel as scaffold for dental pulp regeneration, and to investigate the effect of PRF gel on the proliferation of human dental pulp cells (hDPCs) in vitro., Methods: PRF gel prepared by Choukroun's protocols was evaluated by light microscope and scanning electron microscope (SEM). The extract of PRF gel was collected at the time point of 7th day. The experimental group was divided into 2 subgroups (25% and 75%) according to the volume fraction of PRF gel extract. The 2 subgroups were named 1PRF and 3PRF, respectively. The hDPCs were isolated and cultured in DMEM with 1PRF and 3PRF, respectively. Cell proliferation was detected using cell counting kit-8 (CCK-8) at 24, 48, 72, 96, 120, 144 and 168 h, respectively. The data was analyzed with SPSS16.0 software package., Results: Platelet and leukocyte were mainly distributed at the junction between the red corpuscles and the PRF gel, which was called "buffy coat". "Buffy coat" was constructed by large and dense fibrin clusters. At 24, 48, 72 and 96 h, there was no significant difference (OD) value of optical density(OD) between experimental group and control group(P>0.05). At 120, 144 and 168 h, the OD value in the experimental group was significant higher than that of the control group (P<0.05); there was no significant difference of OD value between group 1PRF and 3PRF (P>0.05)., Conclusions: The results confirm that the three-dimensional structure of PRF gel is constituted by fibrin network. A large amount of platelet and leukocyte which can release high quantities of growth factors are concentrated in the PRF gel. The extract of PRF gel can accelerate the proliferation of hDPCs in time-dependent manner. PRF gel may be a proper scaffold for pulp regeneration. Objective: To explore the expressions of TUBB3 (β-tubulin III) and γ-synuclein (SNCG) in colorectal adenocarcinoma and their clinical significance., Methods: The expressions of TUBB3 and γ-synuclein were detected by SP immunohistochemistry in 180 cases of colorectal adenocarcinoma., Results: TUBB3 protein positive rate was 82.2% and γ-synuclein protein positive rate 73.9% in colorectal adenocarcinoma. And there were insignificant differences of positive expression between TUBB3 and γ-synuclein (P > 0.05). The positive expression of TUBB3 was not correlated with gender, age, histological differentiation, depth of tumor invasion or clinical stage (P > 0.05). The positive expression of γ-synuclein was closely correlated with depth of tumor invasion and clinical stage (P < 0.05), but with gender, age or histological differentiation (P > 0.05). The positive expressions of TUBB3 and γ-synuclein were correlated in colorectal adenocarcinoma (r = 0.154, P < 0.05)., Conclusions: γ-synuclein, detected by immunohistochemistry is better than TUBB3 in colorectal adenocarcinoma. And γ-synuclein may be used as a new prognostic biomarker and therapeutic target.

To study the lead excretion effect of the chelator Zn-DTPA on the lead intoxication mice, inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) was applied to detect the lead content of biological samples. The acute lead intoxication mice model was established by injecting lead acetate intraperitoneally with the dose of 1 mg. Zn-DTPA was administered intraperitoneally to mice once daily for five consecutive days 4 h after intoxication. Control group, model group, combination of Zn-DTPA and Ca-DTPA group were evaluated at the same time. The urine was collected every day. The mice were sacrificed in batches in the 2rd, 4th, 6th day. Biological samples including urine, whole blood, femur and brain were prepared and nitrated. Lead concentration was detected by ICP-MS. The result showed that Zn-DTPA could increase lead content in urine markedly and reduce lead content in blood, femur and brain.

Ecological planning is one of the most important tools in realizing city's sustainable development. The ecological planning in China was started in the 1980s, and on the basis of assimilating the existing theoretical and practical experiences from western countries, basically formed a theoretical system in accordance with the Chinese characteristics and acquired a series of practical results. This paper reviewed the research and development processes of China' s ecological planning. It is considered that the study of our ecological planning was derived from the geographical principles of land resources ecological utilization, the ecological principles of complex ecological system theory, and the combination of these two principles. The ecological planning has experienced three research stages, i. e., single-disciplinary exploration, multi-disciplinary and multi-perspective study (including landscape ecology, ecology and urban planning), and interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary collaboration research. The ecological planning and the related conceptions, primary principles, main academic points, and representatives at each research stage were summarized, and through the discrimination of the basic conceptions of ecological planning and other related plans, it was pointed out that ecological planning is an general conception which includes land ecological planning, urban ecological planning, and eco-city planning, and the principles and theories of ecological planning should be integrated into, led and restricted the present planning system to promote the city's and regional sustainable development.

Ecological civilization is to normalize human development behaviors to harmonize the relationships between social and ecological development and eco-environment protection. In this paper, a comparative analysis was made on the ecological demonstration activities of ecological demonstration areas led by the Ministry of Environmental Protection, exemplar cities of national environmental protection, and ecological provinces, cities, and counties. It was considered that all the ecological demonstration activities had the problems of lacking pertinence of construction goals, disordered construction subjects, inefficient construction processes, and lacking continuous incentive mechanisms of assessment. In the meantime, through the analysis of the connotations of eco-civilization, the relationships between eco-civilization and eco-demonstration constructions were approached, and the eco-civilization construction mode was put forward in terms of construction goal, construction subject, and construction processes and assessment. The construction mode included the construction goal based on regional characteristics; the synergistic cooperation of construction subjects, the expanding ways of public participation, and the establishment of evaluation system for comprehensively measuring the 'actions and results'.

Objective: To test the effects of the 21.5 kDa human brain myelin basic protein (MBP) on the proliferation and apoptosis of HepG-2., Methods: pSVCEP-MBP-CAT plasmid containing the full-length 21.5 kDa MBP cDNA was transfected into human hepatoma carcinoma cells (HepG-2). The pSVCEP-CAT vector transfected HepG-2 cells served as negative control. RT-PCR and Western blot were performed to confirm the effectiveness of the transfection. MTT measures were used to determine the proliferative curve of cells. H2O2 was then added to induce cell apoptosis. DNA ladder, immunohistochemistry assay, comet electrophoresis and TUNEL (Terminal Deoxynucleotidyl Transferase Biotin-dUTP Nick End Labeling) were used to detect the apoptosis and relevant protein expressions., Results: The 21.5 KDa MBP cDNA was transfected into HepG-2 cells successfully. MTT measures of pSVCEP-MBP-CAT transfected group showed increased proliferation and anti-apoptosis. The control group displayed with more typical DNA ladders and much higher level of Caspase-3 than the MBP group. Comet and TUNEL assays revealed that the control group cells had significant DNA damages and serious apoptosis, whereas the MBP group showed slight changes., Conclusion: The 21.5 kDa MBP promotes the proliferation of HepG-2 and blocks apoptosis.

Objective: To investigate relationship between expression of inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) and proliferative potency of endothelium in hemangioma (HM)., Methods: Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect expression of iNOS and Ki-67 protein in 49 cases of HM and 29 cases of vascular malformation (VM)., Results: Expressive rate of iNOS and Ki-67 protein of 49 cases of HM was 38% and (10.98 +/- 7.93)%. Expressive rate of iNOS and Ki-67 protein of 29 cases of VM was respectively 3% and (0.03 +/- 0.19)%. The expressive rate of iNOS and Ki-67 protein of HM was significantly higher than that of VM (P = 0.001 and 0). The expressive rate of Ki-67 protein of HM of proliferative phase was (12.67 +/- 7.65)% , which was significantly higher than that of HM of extinctive phase, (7.27 +/- 7.49)% (P = 0.028)., Conclusions: Expression of iNOS and Ki-67 protein of HM is significantly higher than that of VM, and the proliferative potency of HM is significantly higher than that of VM.
