Edible fungi is a kind of large fungi with high protein, low fat and medicinal value. It has become one of the common food ingredients on the table because of its characteristics of more nutrition, fresh flavor, low calories and multi-functions. With the continuous upgrading of the consumption concept, high quality and nutrition have become necessary requirements for edible fungi consumption. Near-infrared spectroscopy (NIRS) technology has been widely used in the quality detection of edible fungi because of its advantages of fast, non-destructive, multi-component simultaneous detection, green and pollution-free. This paper comprehensively summarizes the research and application progresses of NIRS technology combined with chemometrics in quality evaluation of edible fungi in terms of physical and chemical components, active ingredients, variety identification, origin tracing, pathogen contamination and adulteration recognition in recent five years. At the same time, the development strategy of NIRS technology in the quality detection of edible fungi is proposed, which will provide methodology and ideas reference for improving the detection theory of NIRS technology and developing special testing equipment.

This paper aims to establish a model that can reasonably reflect the mechanical properties of coal containing gas under different water content and confining pressure conditions. Firstly, the stress-strain characteristics of coal containing gas under different water content and confining pressure conditions are analyzed based on triaxial tests. Afterwards, this paper obtains the Duncan-Chang model parameters by combining the Duncan-Chang model and Janbu formula. Moreover, it establishes the fitting formulas of initial elastic modulus failure stress and various influencing factors, and conducts an improved Duncan-Chang model to characterize the deformation law of coal containing gas under different stress levels. Finally, this paper verifies the improved model and evaluate the accuracy of the mode. The results show that the increase of water content is an important reason for the dynamic change of coal model parameters of coal containing gas. The prediction curve of the improved model is in good agreement with the actual test curve, and the improved model can accurately reflect the stress-strain characteristics of coal containing gas under different confining pressures and water contents.

The aromatic odor of Plectranthus hadiensis var. tomentosus has been found to have the potential to improve physical and mental health of people in indoor environment, but its effectivess is reduced for that the release of volatile organic compounds from plants is susceptible to indoor environmental changes. The purpose of this study was to investigate the response of volatile organic compounds released by P. hadiensis var. tomentosus to common indoor environmental changes, and to provide a scientific basis for its efficient and sustainable application in building a comfortable pro-biotic environment to improve the physical and mental health of indoor personnel. Thus, the effects of four typical indoor environmental factors, such as air temperature, air relative humidity, CO2 concentration and light variation, on the release of volatile organic compounds from P. hadiensis var. tomentosus were investigated in this study. And the dynamic headspace and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry techniques were used to analyze the volatile organic compounds in different indoor environments with an environmental control device based on mixed-level orthogonal array design. The results were as follows: (1) Among the four typical indoor environmental factors of air temperature, air relative humidity, CO2 concentration and light condition, CO2 concentration and air temperature had greater effects on the release of volatile organic compounds from P. hadiensis var. tomentosus, while the effects of air relative humidity and light were weak. (2) For P. hadiensis var. tomentosus cultivated under normal photoperiod, an environmental condition with CO2 concentration of 500 μmol·mol-1, air temperature of 25℃ and air relative humidity of 60% was the most suitable for releasing volatile organic compounds from P. hadiensis var. tomentosus in the absence of light. Under this environmental condition, the total amount of volatile organic compounds released by P. hadiensis var. tomentosus was 86.23 μg·L-1·kg-1, and the content of biological active components with potentials for the positive intervention of physical and mental health was 78.03 μg·L-1·kg-1. In summary, the results suggest that when the aroma plant P. hadiensis var. tomentosus is used to build an indoor pro-biotic environment to maintain or improve the physical and mental health of people in indoor, the environmental conditions should be controlled properly, especially CO2 concentration and air temperature, so as to fully and efficiently produce the positive health benefits from P. hadiensis var. tomentosus.

In order to explore the distribution rules of caving zone and water conducted zone of lower layer coal under the influence of mining on upper layer coal, based on theoretical analysis, distribution rules of floor fracture zone of upper coal layer and caving zone and fracture zone of overlying rock of lower coal layer with various of layer spacing have been simulated. Taking actual working face as background, the height of caving zone and fracture zone of overlying rock have been measured by using double-ended water stopper. The results show that the height of the caving zone of No.9+10 coal is 10.6 m, and the height of the fracture zone is 45.79 m. The mining of the upper coal seam has a certain influence on the development height of the fracture zone of the lower coal seam, and there is a negative correlation trend. The fracture zone of the upper and lower coal seams may be connected.

BackgroundChloropropanol esters (MCPDE) have attracted much attention in recent years as a kind of new contaminant found in various refined oils. The pollution of 3-monochloropropane-1,2-diol esters (3-MCPDE) is the most prominent. 3-MCPDE is hydrolyzed in organisms to 3-monochloropropane-1,2-diol which has been shown to have reproductive toxicity, nephrotoxicity, and potential carcinogenicity. Infant formula powders can be polluted by 3-MCPDE when refined edible oils are added during production.ObjectiveTo assess the risk of exposure to 3-MCPDE related to the consumption of infant formula powders for children aged 0-3 years in Shanghai market using the food consumption data and the data of 3-MCPDE contamination in these foods.MethodsGas chromatography-mass spectrometry was used to determine 3-MCPDE in 133 samples of infant formula powders in Shanghai. Using a multistage stratified random sampling method, a total of 807 infants and toddlers aged 0-3 years were randomly selected from each district/rural/town in Shanghai, including 208 children aged 0-6 months, 276 children aged 6-12 months, and 323 children aged 12-36 months. The food consumption data was investigated using food frequency questionnaire (FFQ) distributed by combining telephone inquiries and face-to-face interviews among guardians. Population's probability distributions of 3-MCPDE exposure were assessed by @Risk 7.5 software and Monte Carlo simulation algorithm. According to the dietary intake assessment model and the tolerable daily intake (TDI) of 3-MCPDE of 2.00 μg·(kg·d)−1 proposed by the European Food Safety Authority (ESFA), a risk assessment of exposure to 3-MCPDE was conducted for infants and toddlers aged 0 to 3 years old in Shanghai who consumed 3-MCPDE via infant formula powders.ResultsThe average concentration of 3-MCPDE in 133 samples of infant formula powders was 0.115 mg·kg−1 with a positive rate of 100.00%. Among different types of formula powders, infant formula powders for infants of 0-6 months had the highest concentrations of 3-MCPDE and fat [0.136 mg·kg−1 and 25.2 g (per 100 g sample) in average respectively]. 【Objective】By evaluating high-quality agricultural development level, the development and current situation of agricultural development in various provinces and cities of China could be mastered accurately. Base on this, it further puts forward corresponding suggestions which can promote the high-quality agricultural development.【Method】An evaluation index system based on four dimensions including agricultural digital economy development level, agricultural green development level, agricultural efficient output level and farmers' living standards was constructed. Based on the panel data of 27 provinces and cities in China from 2016 to 2020, the high-quality agricultural development level was evaluated by panel data entropy method, and its spatial-temporal evolution characteristics was analyzed by using Moran's index.【Result】The high-quality agricultural development level is generally low in China (annual average = 0.25) and its regional heterogeneity was significant from 2016 to 2020. The national average score of agricultural high-quality development level in 2020 was 0.26, while the national average scores of agricultural digital economy development level, agricultural green development level, agricultural efficient output level and farmers' living standard in 2020 were 0.14, 0.06, 0.03 and 0.04, respectively. The high-quality agricultural development level in China is positively correlative with spatial and the positive correlation shows a decreasing trend, and most of provinces and cities of China are in low-level clusters and remain unchanged for a long time.【Conclusion】According to the results, some suggestions as follows are proposed: Advocating green agriculture and improving the rural residential environment; promoting the development of agricultural digital economy and raising the level of agricultural output; strengthening agricultural innovation to enhance industrial competitiveness; changing the industrial model and improving the living quality of farmers; strengthening regional assistance to achieve common development.

Based on the comprehensive analysis of core, thin section, logging and seismic data, this study carried out the identification and comparison of Permian Changxing Formation sequences, clarified the typical sedimentary architectures of intra-platform shoal, investigated the vertical and horizontal development and distribution of intra-platform shoal in each sequence, and thus established the sedimentary evolution model of shoal body. The study results are reflected in four aspects. First, there are two complete third-order sequences (SQ1 and SQ2) in Changxing Formation in central Sichuan Basin. SQ1 is generally thick in the north and thin in the south, and SQ2 shows a thickness differentiation trend of “two thicknesses and three thinnesses”. Second, the Changxing Formation in central Sichuan Basin mainly develops intra-platform shoal, inter-shoal sea and intra-platform depression subfacies. In the vertical direction, the intra-platform shoal mainly presents two typical sedimentary sequences: stable superposed and high-frequency interbedded. Third, the stable superimposed sedimentary sequence is developed in the shoal belt at the edge of intra-platform depression, which is composed of two shoal-forming periods and located in the highstand systems tracts (HSTs) of SQ1 and SQ2. The high-frequency interbedded sedimentary sequence is developed in the southern shoal belt of intra-platform depression, which is composed of four shoal-forming periods and mainly located in the HST of SQ2. Fourth, during the SQ1 deposition, the intra-platform shoal was mainly developed at the edge of the intra-platform depression on the north side of the study area, and the inter-shoal sea subfacies was mainly developed on the south side. During the SQ2 deposition, the intra-platform shoal was widely developed in the area, forming two nearly parallel intra-platform shoal belts. The study results provide direction and ideas for exploration of Changxing Formation intra-platform shoal reservoirs in central Sichuan Basin.

Based on comprehensive analysis of cores, thin sections, logging and seismic data, the sequence stratigraphy and sedimentary evolution of the third and fourth members of Sinian Dengying Formation (Deng 3 and Deng 4 members for short) in the Gaomo area of Sichuan Basin were investigated, and the favorable zones for reservoir development in the Deng 3 Member and Deng 4 Member were predicted. (1) Two Type I and one Type II sequence boundaries are identified in the Deng 3 and Deng 4 members. Based on the identified sequence boundaries, the Deng 3 and Deng 4 members can be divided into two third order sequences SQ3 and SQ4, which are well-developed, isochronal and traceable in this area; the SQ3 thins from west to the east, and the SQ4 thins from northwest to southeast. (2) The sedimentary environment from the depositional period of SQ3 to SQ4 has experienced the evolution from mixed platform to rimmed platform, and the platform rimmed system on the west side is characterized by the development of platform margin microbial mound and grain shoal assemblages. The intraplatform area is a restricted platform facies composed of a variety of dolomites, and there are local micro-geomorphic highlands of different scales and scattered intraplatform mounds and shoals. (3) The Deng 4 Member reservoirs, with obvious facies-controlled characteristic, are mainly distributed in the upper part of high-frequency upward shallow cycle and the high-stand systems tract of the third-order sequence vertically, and are more developed in the platform margin belt than in the intraplatform belt, and more developed in the Gaoshiti platform margin belt than in the west Suining platform margin belt on the plane. (4) Three types of favorable reservoir zones of Deng 4 Member have been finely delineated with 3D seismic data; among them, the mound and shoal facies zones developed in the ancient highlands of the intraplatform are the first choice for the next exploration and development of the Deng 4 Member.

To investigate the pesticide residues in fruits and vegetables and their dietary risk to Chengdu residents. A total of 203 samples of 9 kinds of fruits and vegetables were collected from large farmer markets and supermarkets in Chengdu. The modified GB 23200.113-2018 QuEChERS pre-treatment method combined with gas chromatography-triple quadrupole-tandem mass spectrometry method was used to analyze 48 pesticides. Chronic dietary intake risk was assessed by a combination of fruit and vegetable consumption of residents in big cities and the food safety index method. It showed good linear relationships for 48 pesticides in the range of 0.025~25 μg/kg, with the correlation coefficients higher than 0.99. The average recoveries of the pesticides were 60.1%~117.7%, with relative standard deviations less than 10%. The limits of quantification were 0.083~3.3 μg/kg. This method could meet the requirements for trace determination of the 48 pesticides in fruits and vegetables. The detection rate of pesticide residues in 203 fruit and vegetable samples was 50.2%. Six pesticides were detected in all the samples, and all of them did not exceed the maximum residue limits. The detection rate of pyraclostrobin was the highest, being 29.1%. Various kinds of fruits and vegetables were polluted differently by pesticides. Berries and other small kinds of fruits, represented by strawberries, had the highest detection rate up to 91.7%. The results of chronic dietary exposure assessment showed that the food safety index values of all detected pesticides ranged from 0.00002 to 0.004, much less than 1. But the daily intake of propargite was relatively high (0.00257 mg/d), which should be paid more attention in the future.

Objective To identify the epidemiological characteristics of nontyphoid Salmonella infection in Shanghai, and provide scientific basis for the prevention and control. Methods The descriptive epidemiological method was used to analyze the epidemiological information of the collected diarrhea cases and the nontyphoid Salmonella test result from 26 foodborne disease surveillance sentinel hospitals in Shanghai. Results A total of 5 580 infectious diarrhea cases and specimens were enrolled. The positive detection rate of nontyphoid Salmonella was 4.19% (234/5 580). The serotypes were mainly Salmonella Enteritidis and Salmonella Typhimurium. There was no difference in the positive detection rate of nontyphoid Salmonella among different genders, ages and occupations. Spring and summer were the seasons when nontyphoid Salmonella positive detection rate was high. The positive rate of nontyphoid Salmonella in patients with fever or watery stool was significantly higher than in patients without fever or waterless stool. The positive rate of nontyphoid Salmonella was relatively high among the patients from small and medium-sized catering service and canteen. Conclusion Salmonella Enteritidis and Salmonella Typhimurium were the main serotypes of nontyphoid Salmonella in Shanghai, and the peak of nontyphoid Salmonella infection occured in spring and summer. The authorities should strengthen the supervision and management of catering service and canteen.

Objective To elucidate the prevalence of Listeria monocytogenes in Chinese salads in Shanghai, and to explore measures that can avoid cross-contamination and reduce the risk of infection caused by L. monocytogenes in salads. Methods Health risk and the influencing factors were estimated using a swift quantitative microbiological risk assessment (sQMRA) method with the prevalence of L. monocytogenes in Chinese salads collected from retail market in Shanghai, dietary consumption data and experimental data. Results The detection rate of L. monocytogenes in retail salads in Shanghai was 3.97% (6/151), the average concentration in contaminated samples was 60.53 CFU/g. For sensitive and non-sensitive people, the estimated incidence of nine different scenarios were 2.36×10-4-3.49×10-4 and 2.36×10-6-3.49×10-6, respectively, and the estimated cases were 162-431 and 6-17. Containers of different materials had different influence on the cross-contamination parameters of L. monocytogenes. The cross-contamination of the glass container was relatively high, and the estimated cases were the lowest. The cross-contamination parameters and ingestion of the ceramic containers were both low, and the estimated cases were the highest. After washing with sterile water or cleanser essence of the glass container and ceramic container, the estimated cases of L. monocytogenes infection were significantly reduced. Conclusion There was a certain risk of the contamination of L. monocytogenes in Chinese salads in Shanghai. Using glass containers and adopting cleaning measures could significantly reduce the number of cases of L. monocytogenes infection caused by cross-contamination during the preparation of Chinese salads in the kitchen.

Based on 3-D seismic data and drill-hole data in Moxi-Gaoshiti area, the impression seismic thickness from the top of Longwangmiao Formation, which is easier traced, to the bottom of Cambrian System was selected to characterize the karst paleogeomorphology of the fourth Member of Dengying Formation. The paleogeomorphology of the member can be further divided into three geomorphic units: karst platform, slope and superimposed slope, which had different paleohydrologic conditions, and thus different karstification intensity and reservoir quality. Among them, the superimposed slope with the strongest dissolution, has larger solution groove and cave systems, where the reservoirs with mainly honeycombed dissolved pores and cavities as storage space, are best in quality; the platform slope with weaker dissolution, has smaller solution groove and cave systems, where the reservoirs are poorer than those in the superimposed slope; the karst platform with the weakest dissolution, has piebald karst systems mainly, where the reservoirs with mainly pinhole to smaller dissolved pores and cavities as storage space, are poorer in quality on the whole, but there are some good quality reservoir bodies in local areas. The results show that, besides the highly explored scarp belt, the slope in the intra-platform with low exploration degree can also be favorable exploration area of the fourth member of Dengying Formation. Based on the outcrops, drilling cores, thin sections observation and geochemical analysis, studies were done on the genesis of dolomite in the Middle Permian of central Sichuan Basin. Mosaic fine-crystalline dolomite and subhedral-euhedral siliceous fine-crystalline dolomite can be identified microscopically, which have different geochemical characteristics. Genetic analysis indicates insufficient mantle-derived fluids and marine-derived fluids entered karst system through basement faults, and then were mixed with previously-preserved crust-derived fluids in varied degrees during early Longtan period; in the relatively porous karst system, carbonate sands were dolomitized to subhedral-euhedral dolomites; insufficient mantle-derived hydrothermal fluids were mixed with previously-preserved crust-derived fluids, with coincidence reconstruction on the regions where there were preexisting karst systems but short of hydrothermal fluids, resulting in precursor limestone breccias and host rocks dolomitized to form anhedral mosaic dolomite; during late Longtan period, the overlying sediments sealed the epigenetic karst systems, and the insufficient deep mantle-derived fluids were mixed with previous fluids within the karst systems, with coincidence reconstruction on the relatively porous dolomites, while the tight anhedral mosaic fine-crystalline dolomites didn't change much, forming two types of dolomites with different petrological and geochemical characteristics. Thus, the formation of preferable dolomite reservoir is possibly related to inland facies-controlled epigenetic karst, and therefore the exploration of Maokou Formation in Middle Permian should pay more attention to the karst-related reservoirs. Based on the analysis of deposition and tectonism, “residual thickness method” is used to restore the paleokarst landform of Middle Permian Maokou Formation in northwestern Sichuan Basin. With the feature of plain with karst hilllock, the paleokarst landform in this area can be classified into three secondary geomorphic units: karst platform, karst slope and karst groove, in which the karst hillocks and monadnocks on karst platform and karst slope are the favorable zones for the development of karst reservoirs, and favorable exploration zones in the next step. Furthermore, in the karst grooves, the Maokou Formation are often denuded into Members Mao 3 or Mao 2, and the seismic profiles show the top of Maokou Formation in karst groove is missing due to erosion. Members Mao 4 and Mao 3 are generally preserved in the karst platform. The seismic profiles across the karst platform and karst groove show that the NE and NW striking erosion grooves were the result of differential uplift and erosion caused by basement faulting at the end of Middle Permian, which then successively developed and formed the NW striking Guangyuan-Wangcang and the NE striking Jiangyou-Guangyuan troughs in Changxing Period. It is suggested to pay more attention to the geological research and exploration of the shallow carbonate platform areas adjacent to the syneclise and trough in fairly deep water. Based on newly drilled well data in the Gaoshiti area in the central Sichuan Basin, profile data of more than 150 field outcrops of the regional geological survey, and stratigraphic division and correlation of more than 30 wells in the Sichuan Basin and its adjacent areas, combined with regional seismic data, moldic methods are comprehensively used to restore the karst paleogeomorphy of the Dengying Formation, and thus studying the paleogeographic pattern and the significance of oil and gas exploration. The Sichuan Basin was surrounded by paleo-lands/underwater highlands in the late Sininan Dengying period, including Kangdian paleo-land in the west, Songpan paleo-land in the northwest, Hannan paleo-land in the north, Qianjiang-Zheng'an, Zhenba and Wuxi-Jianshi underwater highlands in the southeast and northeast. The Sichuan Basin was adjacent to Jiangnan Basin southeastwards and Qinling paleo-ocean northeastwards respectively. Affected by the separation of NS-striking Zitong-Junlian Aulacogen, NE-striking Langzhong-Tongjiang and Chongqing-Kaixian depressions in this basin, the Sichuan Basin presents the NS-trending framework of “three uplifts (Zhenba, Chuanzhong and Qianjiang-Zheng'an) and two depressions (Langzhong-Tongjiang and Chongqing-Kaixian)”, and is divided into two relatively isolated EW-trending paleo-uplift systems (NS-striking Mianyang-Leshan-Xichang paleo-uplift and nearly NE-striking Chuanzhong paleo-uplift). Controlled by karst paleogeomorphy of the Sinian Dengying Formation, the pattern of karst landscape consists of five secondary geomorphic units, such as karst highland, karst platform, karst slope, karst depression and karst basin, of which the karst platform and karst slope are the favorable zones for the development of karst reservoirs, providing advantages for the formation of large gas fields. The second tertiary combined model is applied to develop the second and third type reservoirs which have more oil layer quantity and strong anisotropism, compared to the regular main reservoir with polymer injection, whose seepage characteristics of polymer-injection-after-water-drive shows a remarkable difference, in addition. This development appears to have a larger effect on the remaining oil development and production. Simulating the second tertiary combined model by reservoir numerical simulation under different polymer molecular weight, polymer concentration, polymer injection rate on the polymer injection period, conclusions of the influenced seepage characteristics of original and added perforated interval pressure and water saturation are drawn. The conclusion shows that the polymer molecular weight could influence water saturation of added perforated interval; polymer concentration makes a significant impact on reservoir pressure; polymer injection rate has a great influence on the separate rate of original and added perforated interval. This research provides firm science evidence to the theory of the second tertiary combined model to develop and enhance oil injection-production rate.

Taking the B bed of the second submember of the second member of Triassic Jialingjiang Formation in Moxi gas field as an example, the basic characteristics and controlling factors of the “Khali” powder dolomite reservoir is analyzed systematically, and the genesis and forming mechanism of the powder crystal dolomite are examined. Logging and core analysis show that the reservoir has intercrystalline pores and intercrystalline dissolved pores as the main storage space, mainly lamellar throats, good configuration between pores and throats, and medium porosity and low permeability, representing typical porous-type reservoir. Dolomitization genesis analysis indicates that dolomitization occurred in the early diagenetic stage, with obvious spatial evolution pattern, the degree of dolomitization decreases gradually from top to bottom, and decreases with the increase of distance from the source of brine horizontally; over-dolomitization occurs in the study area, the petrophysical property of dolomite close to the source of brine is worse than the dolomite formed by seepage-reflux far from the source of brine, which suggests the “Khali” powder crystal dolomite is of seepage-reflux genesis. Reservoir genesis analysis shows that the intercrystal pores formed by seepage-reflux dolomitization acted as superior seepage channels for reservoir reformation later, and syndiagenetic karstification is the root cause of the formation of “Khali” powder crystal dolomite reservoir. This paper presents a geological prediction method of thin shoal facies reservoir through the analysis of shoal facies reservoir's genetic mechanism of the Middle-Upper Cambrian Xixiangchi Group in the Weiyuan area, Sichuan Basin. The development of shoal facies reservoirs is controlled by shoal thickness. Both sedimentary rates and scales of the shoal are closely related to microtopographic highs, which can develop inheritably for a long time under a stable tectonic background. So we present a prediction method that depositional microtopographic highs and shoal reservoirs' development probability can be portrayed by the thickness variation of isochronal geological bodies, which mainly composed of grain stone formed in a short time. Based on it, a prediction model was built for thin shoal facies reservoirs of the Middle-Upper Cambrian Xixiangchi Group, where useful geological data are extremely poor. The method was used to predict the distribution of shoal facies reservoirs within the research area. Later drilling showed that the prediction is consistent with the drilling result. In view of problem of difficult location of fault existed in real time fault detection methods of powerful conveyor belt, the paper proposed an identification algorithm of joints of powerful conveyor belt based on image processing technology which takes a joint as a reference point. Firstly, based on the characteristics of joint points, a joint point is represented by a value. According to the value, upper or lower joint point could be distinguished simply. Then according to the features of joints, matching style of the longest common subsequence algorithm was modified and applied to recognize joint. The practical application showed that the algorithm has high precision and fast speed, can efficiently recognize joints of powerful conveyor belt and satisfy demand of joint locating of fault detection of powerful conveyor belt.

An ultra-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS/MS) method was developed for the determination of 39 sex hormones in oil-based cosmetics. The sample was dispersed with n-hexane, then extracted with 70% acetonitrile, and separated on a CORTECS C18(2.1 mm x 150 mm, 2.7 μm) column by gradient elution using acetonitrile-water as mobile phase. The analysis was performed under multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) mode. The results showed that the matrix effects of 39 sex hormones were 0.78-1.26. The limits of detection (LODs) and limits of quantitation (LOQs) for 39 sex hormones were in the range of 0.6-2.3 μg/L and 1.9-6.8 μg/L, respectively. There was good linear relationship for 39 sex hormones in the mass concentration range of 1.87-67.41 μg/L with their correlation coefficients (r) all above 0.995. The average recoveries at three spiked levels of 0.25, 0.50 and 1.00 μg/g were in the range of 81.7%-110.6%, with relative standard deviations (RSDs, n=6) of 1.2%-14.1%. Deyanqimiao amphibolite series is located in the eastern of Ondor Sum area, the central of Inner Mongolia. The structural location is in Ondor Sum subduction-accretionary complex zone, the northern margin of North China Plate. Geochemical characteristics and SHRIMP zircon U-Pb dating of Deyanqimiao amphibolite series were analyzed. The results show that mass fractions of SiO2 of amphibolite series are 51.62%-55.60%, those of Al2O3 are 16.45%-17.78%, total alkali mass fractions are low, reaching 4.50%-5.12%; amphibolite series has the alc-alkaline series geochemical characteristics, and the original rock is gabbroic and gabbro-dioritic intrusive; zircon n(206Pb)/n(238U) weighted average age is (490.3±4.6) Ma; light rare earth element is rich in amphibolite with on Eu anomaly (0.84-1.05), the ratios of mass fractions of light and heavy rare earth elements are 5.93-7.73; amphibolite has Nb, Ta obvious negative anomaly and Ti, P loss, so that the original rock has the characteristics of subduction belt magma, and forms in island arc tectonic environment. PURPOSE: To establish 2-dimensional gel eleetrophoresis images and compare the differences of serum proteins of oral lichen planus patients before and after hydroxychloroquine therapy. METHODS: The serum of oral lichen planus patients before and after hydroxyehloroquine therapy were collected, and total protein were extracted. Differential proteome profiles were established and analysed by means of 2-DE and MALDI-TOF-MS. The types and functions of protein were analyzed. SAS 9.12 software package was used for statistical analysis. RESULTS: Six proteins were well characterized including plasminogen precursor, Apo A-IV preeursor,C4A/C4B complement, C2 precursor, Vitamin D binding protein and hypothetical protein. The differences were statistically significant. CONCLUSIONS: Plasminogen preeursor,Apo A-IV precursor,C4A!C4B complement, C2 precursor, Vitamin D binding protein and hypothetical protein are differentially expressed in oral lichen planus patients before and after hydroxyehloroquine therapy, but the results need to be validated by other biochemical technologies. Objective To explore the treatment options for congenitally missing teeth in patients with ectodermal dysplasia and provide a clinical reference. Methods A patient with ectodermal dysplasia with a concave midface, anterior protrusion of the chin, and underdevelopment of the lower third of the face presented with congenital loss of multiple maxillary teeth, malocclusion of the remaining teeth, congenital loss of mandibular dentition, small dental arches, and upper and lower alveolar bone hypoplasia. The patient was treated by means of a removable partial maxillary prosthesis, implants in the anterior region of the lower mandible designed with the assistance of digital guides, and bar-clamped implant-overlay prostheses. A literature review of the protocol for the treatment of this condition was also conducted. Results In addition to good retention and stability after denture wear, an excellent occlusal relationship, improvement of the patient's facial appearance, including upper and lower lip fullness, more equal balancing of the lower and middle 1/3 of the face, and improved masticatory function were achieved. The results of the literature review showed that patients with ectodermal dysplasia who are congenitally edentulous usually have a complex intraoral situation that makes restoration difficult, and common restorative modalities for these patients include fixed bridges, removable partial dentures, complete dentures, overdentures, and implant prostheses, which need to be selected according to the actual intraoral situation of each patient. Currently, there is no consensus on the treatment of congenitally missing teeth in patients with ectodermal dysplasia, and some scholars have suggested that fixed restorations be recommended for patients with fewer missing teeth, while the option of removable or implant-covered denture restorations should be given to patients with more missing teeth, with removeable prostheses for underage patients that are replaced with permanent fixed prostheses when the jaws have stabilized. Conclusion In patients with ectodermal dysplasia with congenital tooth loss, all factors should be taken into account, and an individualized restorative plan should be developed.

With the emergence of concepts such as metaverse and Web3.0, blockchain plays a very important role in many fields. Cross-chain technology is an important technical means to achieve inter-chain interconnection and value transfer. At this stage, traditional cross-chain technologies such as notary and sidechain have trust issues. At the same time, in the field of cross-chain identity authentication, there are problems that the identities of each chain are not unified and users do not have control over their own identities. Firstly, it systematically summarizes the development process and technical solutions of digital identity and cross-chain technology, and analyzes and compares four digital identity models and nine mainstream cross-chain projects. Secondly, by analyzing the main research results of cross-chain identity authentication in recent years, a general model of cross-chain identity authentication is designed, and the shortcomings of existing solutions are summarized. Then, it focuses on the cross-chain identity authentication implementation scheme based on DID, and analyzes the technical characteristics, advantages and disadvantages of different solutions. On this basis, three DID-based cross-chain identity authentication models are summarized, the main implementation steps are functionally described, and their advantages, limitations and efficiency are analyzed. Finally, in view of the shortcomings of the current DID-based cross-chain identity authentication model, its development difficulties are discussed and five possible future research directions are given.

In view of the harsh marine atmospheric corrosion environment and the long-life design requirement of reinforced concrete bridges，the requirements for the comprehensive performance of bridge splicing adhesives are constantly increasing.In this research， an epoxy adhesive for offshore bridge splicing was developed， and the effects of different curing agents and pigment to binder ratios(P/B) on the properties of the epoxy adhesive were investigated.The anti-corrosive performance of the epoxy adhesive was evaluated through electrochemical workstation， salt water resistance performance， and neutral salt spray acceleration test.Results showed that the tensile strength and compressive strength of the prepared epoxy adhesive were 22.1 MPa and 92.7 MPa， respectively.After testing with neutral salt spray for 2 000 h and salt water immersion for 2 000 h， the paint film was complete， without corrosion or peeling.The electrochemical corrosion rate of epoxy adhesive with a thickness of 100 μm in 3.5%NaCl was about 1/1 000 of that of pure carbon steel， indicating that the developed epoxy adhesive had good corrosion protection function.

The effects of technological parameters of solid boroncarburizing and boron-carbon compound carburizing on the microstructure and properties of 12Cr13 martensitic stainless steel were studied.For the co-carburizing，12Cr13 steel was treated by solid borocarburizing heat treatment with different boron-carbon ratios；as for the boron-carbon compound carburizing，12Cr13 martensitic stainless steel was solid carburized first，then the boronizing treatment was carried out to get the optimal composite carburizing parameters.The microhardness，XRD phase structure，corrosion resistance under electrochemistry，friction and wear properties of 12Cr13 martensitic stainless steel samples under the optimum co-carburizing and compound carburizing parameters were tested and analyzed.Results showed that under the co-carburizing conditions of 950 ℃and 6 h，the optimum boron-carbon ratio of borocarburizing agent was 6:4；Under the condition of chemical compound carburizing for 6 h，the optimum parameters of boron-carbon compound carburizing were 950 ℃carburizing and 950 ℃boronizing.After the final heat treatment (quenching＋low temperature tempering) of borocarburizing and compound carburizing test pieces，the hardness of the surface layer could reach 1 507.3 HV0.98 N， and the hardness of the core was 420.6 HV0.98 N.The thickness of the borocarburizing and compound carburizing layers under the optimum parameters was 976 μm and 1 125 μm，respectively.The electrochemical test showed that the corrosion resistance of the material was improved after borocarburizing and boron-carbon compound carburizing，and the corrosion potential was -0.578 V for borocarburizing and -0.582 V for boron-carbon compound carburizing.The wear test showed that the borocarburizing and boron-carbon compound carburizing could significantly improve the wear resistance of 12Cr13 martensitic stainless steel.

The characteristic aroma volatile compounds of black tea were identified, the aroma profile of black tea was dissected, and the perceptual interaction of important characteristic aroma compounds was explored. On this basis, the modified vector model and Steven’s law were applied to this system. Headspace solid-phase microextraction (HS-SPME) and solvent-assisted evaporative extraction (SAFE) combined with gas chromatography-olfactometry (GC-O) were used to evaluate aroma compounds. A total of 51 characteristic aroma compounds were obtained. The major aroma substances identified were alcohols and aldehydes. The results of aroma extract dilution analysis (AEDA) and aroma intensity (OI) record showed that linalool, phenethyl alcohol, (Z)-3-hexenol, geraniol and methyl salicylate significantly contributed to the aroma of black tea. The partial least squares method was used to analyze the correlation between compounds and aroma characteristics, and the electronic nose sensors were matched with the aroma profile using the gray correlation method for comprehensive understanding of the aroma of black tea. Feller’s additive model was used to analyze the perceptual interaction of aroma compounds. Among the 10 groups of binary compounds, eight showed a masking effect, and the remaining two showed a synergistic effect. In conclusion, the above experiments can provide a reference for further study of important flavor substances in black tea.

In order to aovid peri-implantitis，Ti-ZnO nanocomposite coatings were prepared on the surface of pure Ti slices by reactive magnetron sputtering.The effects of nano-ZnO content on the microstructure and antibacterial performance of the coatings were studied by means of changing the splicing ratio of Ti target and ZnO target.The microstructure，roughness and wettability of the samples were characterized and measured by scanning electron microscopy (SEM)，X-ray diffraction (XRD)，atomic force microscopy (AFM) and JC2000C1 interfacial tension tester.In addition，the release of Zn ions from the coatings was measured by inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry (ICP-MS)，the cytotoxicity of the coatings was tested by CCK-8 method，and the antibacterial performance of the coatings was evaluated by plate colony counting method.Results showed that when the ratio of Ti target to ZnO target was 95 ∶5，the nano-ZnO content in Ti-ZnO coating was the highest，the roughness and contact angle with liquid phase of the coating reached the maximum values of 0.547 nm and 101.25° respectively，the coating had no cytotoxicity and met the standards for biosafety materials，and the antibacterial performance of the coating was the best with an antibacterial rate up to 91.05%.
