Aiming at the requirement of automatic tile paving of prefabricated components in prefabricated buildings, a new robot configuration based on parallel mechanism for tile grabbing and compacting was proposed. Firstly, the designed paving robot consisting of three branches was designed, and each of which contained two different types of actuators corresponding to the grasping and vibration working modes of the robot. Secondly, combined with the layout characteristics of the mechanism, the degree of freedom characteristics of the mechanism were analyzed, and the forward and inverse solutions for its position were derived. Thirdly, for the generalized coordinates, an equivalent motion screw was used to describe the motion characteristics of the closed-loop four-bar mechanism, and the paving robot in the vibration working mode was instantaneously equivalent to a 3-RRC parallel mechanism. Finally, based on the screw algebra, the first-order and second-order influence coefficients of kinematics were derived in a concise and compact form, and the corresponding numerical examples were given to verify. The results show that the paving robot has a large working space. Combined with the vibration output of different frequencies and amplitudes, it can realize the integration of tile grabbing and compacting. The proposed tile paving robot has certain feasibility and provides reference for further research and application of automatic tile paving.

The features of the unconformity, fault and tectonic inversion in the eastern Doseo Basin, Chad, were analyzed, and the genetic mechanisms and basin evolution were discussed using seismic and drilling data. The following results are obtained. First, four stratigraphic unconformities, i.e. basement (Tg), Mangara Group (T10), lower Upper Cretaceous (T5) and Cretaceous (T4), four faulting stages, i.e. Barremian extensional faults, Aptian–Coniacian strike-slip faults, Campanian strike-slip faults, and Eocene strike-slip faults, and two tectonic inversions, i.e. Santonian and end of Cretaceous, were developed in the Doseo Basin. Second, the Doseo Basin was an early failed intracontinental passive rift basin transformed by the strike-slip movement and tectonic inversion. The initial rifting between the African and South American plates induced the nearly N-S stretching of the Doseo Basin, giving rise to the formation of the embryonic Doseo rift basin. The nearly E-W strike-slip movement of Borogop (F1) in the western section of the Central African Shear Zone resulted in the gradual cease of the near north-south rifting and long-term strike-slip transformation, forming a dextral transtension fault system with inherited activity but gradually weakened in intensity (interrupted by two tectonic inversions). This fault system was composed of the main shear (F1), R-type shear (F2-F3) and P-type shear (F4-F5) faults, with the strike-slip associated faults as branches. The strike-slip movements of F1 in Cretaceous and Eocene were controlled by the dextral shear opening of the equatorial south Atlantic and rapid expanding of the Indian Ocean, respectively. The combined function of the strike-slip movement of F1 and the convergence between Africa and Eurasia made the Doseo Basin underwent the Santonian dextral transpressional inversion characterized by intensive folding deformation leading to the echelon NE-SW and NNE-SSW nose-shaped uplifts and unconformity (T5) on high parts of the uplifts. The convergence between Africa and Eurasia caused the intensive tectonic inversion of Doseo Basin at the end of Cretaceous manifesting as intensive uplift, denudation and folding deformation, forming the regional unconformity (T4) and superposing a nearly E-W structural configuration on the Santonian structures. Third, the Doseo Basin experienced four evolutional stages with the features of short rifting and long depression, i.e. Barremian rifting, Aptian rifting–depression transition, Albian–Late Cretaceous depression, and Cenozoic extinction, under the control of the tectonic movements between Africa and its peripheral plates.

This research aims to ameliorate the eating quality of Chinese traditional starch-based food: buckwheat Wantuo via the addition of exogenous polyphenol. The mixed flour (MF) was prepared by adding various amount of Epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG) to common buckwheat flour. The influence of addition amount on physicochemical properties (like color, hydration and pasting) of MF and eating quality (like total phenol content, antioxidant activity and digestibility) of buckwheat Wantuo (BWT) were investigated. The results clearly showed that the color of MF turned dark red while the water solubility index and setback value were increased and decreased with increasing EGCG concentration, respectively. Meanwhile, the number of pores in MF gel section was significantly increased, whereas the pore size was decreased. The ordered structure and relative crystallinity as well as the cohesiveness and resilience of BWT samples were decreased gradually, while the total phenols content and antioxidant activity of BWT samples were significantly increased. Remarkably, the starch digestibility was significantly decreased. Sensory attributes of texture and color were insignificant with the addition of EGCG, whereas the taste score was affected. When the addition amount of EGCG was 1%, setback value of MF was decreased about 16.30%; rapidly digestible starch of BWT was decreased about 14.4%, while total phenolic compound content and pGI value of BWT were increased and decreased to 534.04 mg GAE/100 g and 61.72, respectively. At this point, the sensory score was 78.00 which was the highest in BWT samples. The results above indicated that the addition of EGCG can significantly influence the physicochemical properties of MF and can help ameliorate the antioxidant activity and digestibility of BWT.

With the continuous development of aerospace applied research, the space system is rapidly developing towards space networking, integrated operation and intelligent service.Therefore, how to construct an integrated and intelligent space TTC＆OC network more and more becomes the key problem in developing our future national space TTC＆OC network.Aiming at this problem, the development status of the space TTC＆OC network at home and abroad were first analyzed, then the common problems and challenges of the space TTC＆OC network for the development of intelligent integration were summarized and analyzed.On this basis, an interpretation of the integrated and intelligent space TTC＆OC network was given.Preliminary design of the integrated and intelligent space TTC＆OC network architecture was also given.Furthermore, some key technical problems in constructing the future integrated and intelligent space TTC＆OC network were discussed.

Almost all current studies on link prediction problem focus on undirected networks.Unfortunately,many complex networks in the real world are directed.Ignoring the direction of a link will overlook some important information or even make the prediction meaningless.Directly applying the methods for undirected networks to directed networks will reduce the accuracy of prediction.A new method for link prediction in directed networks based on triad patterns was proposed.The proposed metric compare the difference of triad structures between undirected and directed networks and use potential theory to filter the triad patterns.By statistics of triad closeness in various networks,new method calculate the similarity between nodes using the triad closeness index of a network as the weight for different triad patterns.Experiments on nine real networks show that accuracy of proposed method is 4.3% better than benchmark methods.

Objective To compare the effects of sufentanil and fentanyl as general anesthesia on hemodynamics, recovery profiles and the stress reaction at perioperative period in patients undergoing intracranial tumor resection. Methods A total of 50 patients scheduled were randomized to receive sufentanil (group S, n = 25) or fentanyl (group F, n = 25) as general anesthesia for intracranial tumor resection. Sufentanil was performed in group S by combination of intravenous propofol and sevoflurane anesthesia, while fentanyl plus propofol continuous intravenous infusion was used in group F followed by sevoflurane anesthesia. The patients' mean arterial pressure (MAP), heart rate (HR) and pulse oxygen saturation (SpO2) were continuously monitored and recorded at different time points including baseline (T0), postanesthesia induction (T1), 1 min after endotracheal intubation (T2), head holder application (T3), skin and dural incisions (T4, T5), dural closure (T6), spontaneous breath recovery (T7) and after endotracheal extubation (T8). Blood glucose and epinephrine were determined before and after anesthesia induction. Results In both groups, the HR at T5, T7 and T8 were higher than baseline value (P < 0.05, for all), and MAP decreased at T1, T5 and T6 (P < 0.05, for all). Increased MAP was seen in group F during T4 and T8 (P < 0.05, for all). MAP and HR were all higher in group F than those in group S during operation at different monitoring times (P < 0.05 or P < 0.01). Autonomous respiration recovery and endotracheal extubation were all earlier in group S than group F (P < 0.05, for all). There were no significant differences of blood glucose and epinephrine at preoperation, skin incision 30 min and extubation (P > 0.05, for all). Conclusion Compared to fentanyl, hemodynamics is more stable at different anesthetic periods, and cardiovascular reaction is more mild in endotracheal intubation by using sufentanil as anesthesia. Neither fentanyl nor sufentanil obviously effects blood glucose and epinephrine at perioperative period. DOI：10.3969/j.issn.1672-6731.2010.04.010

To achieve effective integration of production monitoring systems within various workshops, and the sharing of data resources in the LAN (local area net), on the basis of the existed monitoring systems, first, a common data interface was developed, and datum in heterogeneous database were effectively integrated. Then, two technical difficulties that are network management and data security were studied, and the corresponding solutions were designed via database technology, network technology and RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) theory, etc. Meanwhile, work principle of the system was introduced. Finally, a networking integrated monitoring system was developed for the textile enterprise. The application results show that the integrated monitoring system has achieved effective integration of heterogeneous databases, solved the problem of data isolation, and realized the sharing of production data within local area net. To improve the current automated guided vehicle (AGV) charging strategy at automated terminals, which is not fully coordinated with the distributed power supply, a joint optimization method of AGV logistics scheduling and orderly charging is proposed. First, the synergetic relationship between AGV logistics scheduling and charging scheduling is analyzed, and a joint optimization framework is built. Then, a method to calculate the distance traveled by AGVs while considering the segregation requirements of trucks inside and outside the terminal is proposed. Afterwards, for the AGV charging module, the judgment conditions of AGV charging status and the pile selection method are defined. Furthermore, to minimize the cost of purchasing electricity at the terminal, a joint optimization model of logistics scheduling and orderly charging is constructed by considering time-of-use tariff, distributed power feed-in tariff, power balance constraint, state of charge constraint at the termination moment, upper and lower bound constraints of decision variables, and logistics scheduling constraint. Finally, a fast solution method based on improved particle swarm optimization algorithm is proposed, of which the effectiveness and economic efficiency are verified by an actual case of a terminal.

An effective method for the internal interaction within modeling reality systems is provided by graphs; however, they have been unable to effectively display and capture the high-order heterogeneity that widely exists between multiple entities. Hypergraphs have been recognized for their ability to surpass the limitations imposed by low-order relationships. Hypernetwork link prediction, which involves predicting unknown hyperlinks based on the observed hypergraph structure, has increasingly become a hot topic in network science due to its capacity to fully describe the association patterns of complex systems. Existing methods typically design reasoning models for the entire topology, often overlooking the implicit aggregation characteristics within the network, which leads to an incomplete prediction of hyperlink categories. To address these issues, a coordination matrix minimization model based on hypergraph spectral clustering parser (SCL-CMM) was proposed. Initially, higher-order hypernetworks were mapped into heterogeneous hypergraphs with certain semantics. Subsequently, the spectral clustering parser was employed to extract the structural features of hyperlinks. The original hypergraph was reconstructed into multiple homoprotonic graphs, and the distribution of potential hyperlinks was inferred within the observation space of the subgraph, rather than the entire adjacency space, in order to restore the complete hypernetwork structure. This method federated learned the structural characteristics and aggregation attributes of hypernetworks to model the high-order nonlinear behavior of each subgraph, thereby solving the problems of single category and low precision in heterogeneous hypergraphs link prediction. Extensive comparative experiments were conducted on nine real datasets, demonstrating that this method significantly outperformed existing methods in terms of AUC score and recall rate.

In order to explore the effect of postharvest treatment with combined phenylalanine (Phe) and 1-methylcyclopropene (1-MCP) on the appearance quality of peach fruits, bagged peach fruits were treated after harvest with water (control), Phe, 1-MCP or Phe combined with 1-MCP (Phe + 1-MCP). The changes in peach fruit phenotype, peel color difference, anthocyanin content, and the expression of genes associated with anthocyanidin and ethylene metabolism were measured during storage. The results showed that the single treatments with Phe or 1-MCP led to a higher peel anthocyanin content compared with the control group. Furthermore, the combined treatment was more effective in increasing the synthesis of anthocyanin than the single treatments. On the 6th day of storage, the anthocyanin content in the peel in the combined treatment group was 76.71 mg/kg, which was 7.29, 3.36, and 1.33 times higher than that in the control, Phe and 1-MCP groups, respectively. Phe + 1-MCP treatment effectively enhanced the expression of genes related to the synthesis of anthocyanins (PAL, CHS, CHI, F3H, DFR, ANS, UFGT, MYB10.1, bHLH-3 and WD40-1) and reduced the expression of genes related to ethylene synthesis and signal transduction (ACS, EIN4 and EIL) in peach peel. This study not only further confirmed that 1-MCP treatment can effectively promote the synthesis of anthocyanin in peach peel, but also found a synergistic effect between Phe and 1-MCP, which will provide a theoretical basis for the application of Phe + 1-MCP in the regulation of peach color after harvest.

Objective To screen the valuable core(long non-coding RNAs,lncRNAs) from the tissue of ovarian cancer (OC) through expression profiling chip, and carry out expression verification and analysis. Methods Thirty-six tissue samples of ovarian cancer and of 22 normal ovaries were collected from January 2018 to June 2019 in the General Hospital of Ningxia Medical University and then expression profile chips were used to detect differentially expressed lncRNAs and mRNAs molecules, while real-time PCR was to verify the expression of lncRNAs. The expression of key core lncRNAs were measured by in situ hybridization, and the potential functions of lncRNAs were evaluated by bioinformatics. Results Compared with normal tissues, 4 982 different lncRNAs fragments were found in cancer tissues. The high expression of zinc finger E-box binding homeobox protein 2-AS1 (ZEB2-AS1) was the most significant one (P＜0.05); ZEB2-AS1 was over-expressed in multiple cancer tissues including liver cancer, colon cancer and kidney cancer;The expression level was correlated with tumor size, pathological grade, pathological type and clinical stage (P＜0.05).The high expression led to a decrease in overall survival and disease-free survival rate(P＜0.05). ZEB2-AS1 had microRNA binding sites, which was in agreement with the expression of the corresponding neighboring gene ZEB2. Conclusions The abnormal expression of ZEB2-AS1 in OC suggests potential research value in future.

Objective To study the changes of small heat shock proteins (sHSPs) and autophagy-related proteins in hippocampus of spontaneous type 2 diabetic db/db mice. Methods The db/m mice were used as control group, while diabetic db/db mice were used as model group, 10 mice in each group. The body weight, fasting blood glucose (FBG), the expression of small and medium heat shock protein family and autophagy-related genes in hippocampus were detected by real-time PCR, and the expression of HSPB8, BAG3, LC3 and P62 was detected by Western blot. Results 1) The body weight and fasting blood sugar of db/db mice were significantly higher than those of db/m mice(P＜0.01). 2)Small heat shock protein family B [small] member 1-10 (HSPB1-10) gene was expressed in the hippocampus of mice. The expression of HSPB1, HSPB3, HSPB5, HSPB6 and HSPB8 in db/db group was significantly lower than that in db/m group(P＜0.05); the expression of HSPB2, HSPB9 and HSPB10 in db/db group was higher than that in db/m group(P＜0.05); the expression of LC3 in db/db mice was higher than that in db/m group(P＜0.01), whereas the expression of P62 was lower than that of db/m(P＜0.01). 3)The expression of HSPB8, BAG3 and LC3-Ⅱ increased in db/db group(P＜0.01), but the expression of P62 decreased(P＜0.05). Conclusions All sHSPs are expressed in the hippocampus of mice, but the expression profile is different. The expression of HSPB8 protein is increased and autophagy is activated in the hippocampus of 8-week-old diabetic mice.

Objective: To explore the effects of cyclopamine on the proliferation and apoptosis of LNCaP cells and the expression of the PCA3 gene in human prostate cancer in vitro., Methods: LNCaP cells were treated with cyclopamine at the concentrations of 1, 5, 10 and 15 micromol/L for 24, 48 and 72 hours. The inhibitory effects of cyclopamine on the proliferation and apoptosis of the LNCaP cells were detected by MTT and flow cytometry respectively, the morphological changes of the cells observed by Hoechst 33258 staining, and the expression of the PCA3 gene determined by real-time fluorescence quantitative reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction (FQ-RT-PCR)., Results: Compared with the blank control group, cyclopamine significantly inhibited the proliferation of the LNCaP cells at 5, 10 and 15 micromol/L (P <0.01), reaching IC50 at 10 micro mol/L at 48 hours. The apoptosis rates of the LNCaP cells at 24, 48 and 72 hours were 37.21%, 57.38% and 57.98% in the 10 micromol/L group and 21. 16% , 71.31% and 72.90% in the 15 micro.mol/L group, significantly different from those in the control (P <0. 01). The cell apoptosis showed a rising trend with the increase of cyclopamine concentration and acting-time, while the expression of the PCA3 gene was decreasing with the increased concentration of cyclopamine, significantly lower than that of the blank control group (P <0.01) , and extremely low in the 10 micromo/L group, Conclusion: Cyclopamine intervention at 10 and 15 micromol/L for 48 and 72 hours could significantly inhibit the at all time points. Proliferation and induce the apoptosis of LNCaP cells and reduce the expression level of PCA3.

In order to understand the characteristics of the phycophyta community structure and water quality in Sichuan section of Jialing River, water samples were collected from 12 sites along the section in dry season (January) and rainy season (September), with the phycophyta species composition, Shannon diversity index (H'), Pielou evenness index (E), and Margalef richness index (d) analyzed. A total of 171 phycophyta species (including variety) were collected, belonging to 8 phyla, 42 families, and 95 genera, among which, Bacillariophyta, Chlorophyta, and Cyanophyta were the dominant groups. In dry season, the mean cell density of the phycophyta was 14.71 x 10(4) ind x L(-1), being the highest at sites JX (28.33.4 x 10(4) ind x L(-1)) and HYZ (25.40 x 10(4) ind x L(-1)), and diatom species had a higher richness than the others. In rainy season, the mean cell density was only 10.78 x 10(4) ind x L(-1), being the lowest (3.31 x 10(4) ind x L(-1)) at site QJ, and the species richness of chlorophyta and cyanobateria had somewhat increase. In the whole section, the mean d, H', and E of the phycophyta were 2.35, 1.60, and 0.31 in dry season, and 2.57, 2.09, and 0.39 in rainy season, respectively. Our results indicated that there were significant differences in the spatiotemporal distribution patterns of the community structure, cell density, diversity index, and evenness index of phycophyta in Sichuan section of Jialing River. The water quality of this section was overall belonged to mesosaprobic, being better at sites JX and SX (belonged to oligosaprobic or beta-mesosaprobic), but worse at sites CX, HYZ, XZ, and QJ (belonged to alpha-mesosaprobic).
