As the major demand for the development and utilization of new energy, the large-scale development of wind power is a key support in achieving the strategic goal of “cabron peaking and carbon neutrality” for China. The problem of safe and stable operation of wind farms caused by external grid faults has become one of the key bottlenecks restricting the large-scale, clustered, and intelligent development of wind power. This paper mainly focuses on the voltage surge condition of the power grid. First, it analyzes the transient characteristics of high voltage ride-through (HVRT) of the doubly-fed induction generator-wind turbine, permanent magnet synchronous generator-wind turbine, and wind farms. Then, it summarizes the corresponding HVRT and post-fault voltage recovery coordinated optimal control strategies based on the different control areas, and it classifies and compares the working principles and advantages and disadvantages of various control strategies. Afterwards, it recapitulates the principle, advantages and disadvantages, and effects of the existing HVRT control method for large-scale wind farms, and analyzes the differences between the single wind turbine and the large-scale wind farms from the perspective of control structure. Finally, it discusses the development trend and potential research hotspots of wind farm voltage intelligent safety control in the future, aiming to provide reference for improving the large-scale application of wind power and the safe operation of power grids in China.

Recently,deep learning models have been widely used in various real-world tasks.Improving the robustness of deep neural networks has become an important research direction in machine learning field.Recent works show that training the deep model with noise perturbations can significantly improve the model robustness.However,its training requires a large set of precisely labeled examples,which is often expensive and difficult to collect in real-world scenario.Active learning(AL) is a primary approach for reducing the labeling cost,which progressively selects the most useful samples and queries their labels,with the target of training an effective model with less queries.This paper proposes an active sampling based neural network learning framework,which aims to improve the model robustness with low labeling cost.In this framework,the proposed inconsistency sampling strategy is employed to measure the potential utility for improving the model robustness of each unlabeled example with a series of perturbations.Then,those examples with the largest inconsistency will be selected for training the deep model with noise perturbations.Experimental results on the benchmark image classification task data set show that the inconsistency-based active sampling strategy can effectively improve the robustness of the deep neural network model with lower sample labeling cost.

BACKGROUND The traceability study of uranium ore concentrates plays an important role in nuclear forensics. By measuring the abundance ratios of lead and stontium isotopes, the results can provide some geographical indication information for traceability. OBJECTIVES To achieve the separation of large amounts of uranium from trace lead and strontium and to establish a set of methods for separating lead and strontium from uranium ore concentrate, while providing technical support for the establishment of a lead and strontium isotopes database in uranium ore concentrate. METHODS Based on Eichrom Sr resin's adsorption properties for lead and strontium, the main factors (acidity, current velocity and volume) affecting the recovery of lead and strontium were optimized by orthogonal testing. The best washing conditions have been determined. The combination of UTEVA resin and Eichrom Sr resin can effectively reduce uranium content in lead and strontium eluent and thus reduce the matrix effect. RESULTS The results show that the recovery of lead and strontium is more than 90% and the uranium content in lead and strontium eluent is less than 500ng, an improvement on the reported value of 48.8μg. CONCLUSIONS The actual uranium ore concentrate samples were measured by this method. The results show that the lead and strontium isotope abundance ratios can be used as the geographical traceability criteria for uranium ore concentrates, providing a technique for the future establishment of lead and strontium isotope databases for uranium ore concentrates.

Knowledge of element partitioning in the Earth's interior is of great importance, as it can contribute to interpret fundamental geological problems, such as element cycling, ore formation, and the property of supercritical fluid. The concentration and partition coefficients of elements under high temperature and high pressure could be in situ extracted by Diamond Anvil Cell (DAC) combined with Synchrotron Radiation Micro X-ray Fluorescence Spectrometry (SR-μXRF) with high accuracy and high resolution. The element's speciation in various phases could be simulated theoretically, based on geochemical thermodynamics, which helps to reveal the mechanism of element partitioning. The in situ detecting methods of element partitioning under high temperature and high pressure by DAC combined with SR-μXRF and geochemical thermodynamics simulation, and their applications on migration of elements in the Earth's interior, ore formation, the early development of Earth's formation and so on, are summarized in this paper. Studying element partitioning behavior under high temperature and high pressure using the proposed method will become more complex, which needs higher requirements for the temperature and pressure conditions. From this paper, the aim is to update and enrich the element partition data under high temperature and high pressure, which will enhance the understanding of material cycling in the Earth's interior.

In order to improve the accuracy of gesture recognition based on surface electromyography (sEMG), an improved deep forest combined hand motion recognition method was proposed. The extreme gradient boosting (XGBoost) tree was introduced into the deep forest model to form the cascade structure of deep forest together with the random forest and the complete random forest. The deep forest model integrates three different tree-based classifiers at each level, a total of four decision forests including a random forest, an extreme random forest and two extreme gradient boosting trees. The classification performance was improved by using the complementarity between different learning algorithms. In order to evaluate the performance of the model, the sEMG signals of 4 healthy subjects were collected for the verification experiment of hand action recognition, and compared with random forest, support vector machine, one-dimensional and two-dimensional convolutional neural networks algorithms. The result shows that the average recognition accuracy of the method for 16 commonly used hand actions is 94.14%, and the classification accuracy of sEMG signals is high. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Objective: To evaluate of the effects of mutations in BCP-A1762T/G1764A and PC-G1896A genes on hepatocarcinogenesis. Methods: Computer searches for PubMed, SCI, CNKI, VIP and WanFang Data databases were conducted to collect literature on the role of mutations in the disease process associated with HBV infection from database creation to July 1, 2021. Two researchers independently screened the articles, extracted information and evaluated the quality of the studies. Review Manager software version 5.4 was used for Meta-analysis. Results: A total of 40 articles were included, with a total of 12 423 cases and 3 710 cases of hepatocellular carcinoma . Meta-analysis showed that mutations in BCP-A1762T/G1764A gene were associated with the disease process of HBV infection and promoted hepatocellular carcinogenesis. mutations in BCP/PC gene were significant in the process of HBV infection in BCP-A1762T/G1764A in HCC vs non-HCC [OR=4.05, 95% CI=2.64 -6.22], CH-BC [OR=3.90, 95% CI=2.13-7.17], CHB [OR=2.77, 95% CI=1.78-4.32], LC [OR=1.64, 95% CI=0.95-2.84], which were statistically significant ; in PC-G1896A mutation HCC vs non-HCC [OR =1.49, 95% CI=1.02-2.17], CHBC [OR=1.56, 95% CI=0.89-2.72], CHB [OR=1.80, 95% CI=1.17-2.77] were statistically significant, while the difference was not statistically significant when comparing HCC with LC (P=0.4). The BCP-A1762T/G1764A mutation in the B genotypes/genotyped versus the C genotype [OR=0.36, 95% CI=0.20-0.64], with a statistically significant difference, and no statistically significant difference in the PC-G1896A mutation. BCP-A1762T/G1764A mutation in the C gene in HCC versus non-HCC [OR=3.71, 95% CI=1.82-7.61] and PC-G1896A mutation in HCC vs non-HCC [OR=2.81, 95% CI=1.34-5.91], the differences were statistically significant. Conclusions: Current evidence suggests that mutations in the BCP-A1762T/ G1764A and PC-G1896A genes have a significant effect on the increased risk of hepatocellular carcinoma and are genotype dependent. Nanjing 5718 is a rice variety with good eating quality approved by Jiangsu province in 2019 and was confirmed as super rice by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural affairs in 2021. Studying its yield composition characteristics, photosynthetic characteristics, and physiological basis can be helpful to investigate photosynthetic traits of super rice variety, improve its photo- synthetic performance through genetic improvement, and provide the theoretical basis for high-yield breeding and cultivation of japonica rice. In this study, the parents of Nanjing 5718 and Huaidao 5, a widely popularized rice variety with the same growth period type, as the control, dry weight of aboveground of plant, chlorophyll contents, photosynthetic rates, and photochemical characteristics of photosystem II (PSII), core antenna protein expression, photosynthetic enzyme activities, and chloroplast ultrastructure were investigated in Nanjing 5718 from full expansion of flag leaves at the beginning of booting to 35 days after flowering. The results showed the pigment contents of the leaves in Nanjing 5718 were higher, which were close to male parent Yanjing 608. The net photosynthetic rates, dry weight, and PSII electron transfer activities of flag leaves at the late growth stage were significantly higher in Nanjing 5718 than those in parents and Huaidao 5. The light energy conversion performance of PSII was superior. The core antenna protein CP43 and CP47 were more stable under strong light and high temperature, and their adjustment ability of Nanjing 5718 was better than that of parents and Huaidao 5. In addition, the activities of RuBP carboxylase in flag leaves were higher, the contents of photosynthetic products were higher, the chloroplast structure was more stable, the senescence characteristics appeared later, and the chloroplast decay rates were slower in Nanjing 5718, compared with parents and Huaidao 5. The results indicated that high photosynthetic performance of flag leaves was the basis for the formation of high yield characteristics of super rice Nanjing 5718 with large panicles. The great activity and function of photosystem proteins were main factors of improving leaf photosynthesis, and the stability of chloroplast structure could provide powerful support for high photosynthetic efficiency of leaves. Objective To study the clinical application of the modified nutritional risk screening tool and nutrition assessment in pediatric patients in China, and to provide a theoretical basis for establishing a standardized nutritional management process for pediatric patients. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed for the nutritional risk screening and nutrition assessment data of 16 249 hospitalized children. According to the degree of nutritional risk, the children were divided into a high nutritional risk group with 588 children, a moderate nutritional risk group with 4 330 children, and a non-nutritional risk group with 11 331 children. Nutrition assessment results were compared between groups. The composition of nutritional risk screening scores and the impact of nutritional risk screening on the rate of nutrition support therapy were analyzed. Results The incidence rate of nutritional risk was 30.27% (4 918/16 249), and the incidence rates of malnutrition and overnutrition were 27.37% (4 448/16 249) and 11.29% (1 834/16 249), respectively. Nutrition assessment results were significantly correlated with nutritional risk (≥5 years old: rs=0.313, P<0.05; <5 years old: rs=-0.304, P<0.05). There was a significant difference in the composition of scoring items between the groups with different nutritional risks (P<0.05). With the implementation of nutritional risk screening, there was a gradual increase in the rate of nutrition support therapy year by year (P<0.05). Conclusions There is a high incidence rate of nutritional risk in hospitalized children. A new method is proposed to construct a large girth and flexible length QC-LDPC codes by Chinese Remainder Theorem (CRT) and greedy algorithm. And the check matrix of the proposed codes is composed of the cyclical permutation based on staircase matrix. Compared with traditional CRT method, it only need know a component code-shortened array code, meanwhile, the proposed codes have flexible code lengths and rates with larger girth. If its girth is the same as that via traditional CRT method, it can make the shortest cycle numbers as less as possible. When the BER is 10-6 in AWGN and Rayleigh fading channel, simulation results show that the proposed girth-8(4,k) QC-LDPC codes with the same code length and rate has net coding gain(NCG) of about 1. 2 dB and 2dB over shortened array codes respectively, in addition, the NCG of the proposed codes is 0. 3 dB and 0. 7dB more than that of CRT codes separately, furthermore, the proposed codes have similar performance with Gallager random codes but encoding complexity is reduced greatly. A method for the detection of 3,4,5 -trihydroxy benzoic acid in tobacco essence and flavor was developed by using high performance liquid chromatography. After oscillate-extraction by ethanol,the samples were separated by a C18 column (100 mm x 3. 9 mm,5 µm), using methanol and 0. 05% phosphoric acid (6 : 94) as mobile phases by isocratic elution,and detected by diode array detector with the wavelength of 272 nm. The experimental results showed that: within the range of 0. 1 ~ 10. 0 mg/L,the linear correlation coefficient for 3, 4, 5-trihydroxy benzoic acid was 0. 999 4, the low detection limit was 1.01 (jLg/g, the recovery was 93. 1% ~ 103. 2%,the RSD <5% ( n = 5 ). The method was sensitive, accurate and easy-controlled, and it was suitable for quantitive determination of 3,4,5-trihydroxy benzoic acid in different types of tobacco essence and flavor. To gain the optimum regular of the constant runout control system, the kinetic model for MK7-3 arresting gear was established. The arresting performance of aircraft and the constraints were analyzed, and the optimal acceleration curve was carried out. Then, the optimization based on Hicks-Henne function and genetic algorithms (GA) was put forward. The comparison with the original control regular shows that the new control valve is more proper for the arrestment of aircraft. Finally, the kinetic simulation for different engaged speeds, weights and thrusts indicates that different aircrafts can be arrested at a constant distance and the loads on wires and the acceleration of aircrafts are proper, showing the validity and the good performance of the optimized control valve. PURPOSE: To investigate the expression of p53 and Beclin1 in salivary pleomorphic adenoma (PA) and its clinical significance. METHODS: The expression of p53 and Beclin1 were assessed by immunohistochemistry in 108 cases of PA and 20 cases of carcinoma in pleomorphic adenoma (CIPA). The results were used to analyze the relationship between gene expressions and the development of PA as well as the clinical pathological features. Statistic analysis was conducted with SPSS 20.0 software package. RESULTS: The positive expressions of p53 in PA samples (9%) were significantly lower than that in CIPA (14%) (P<0.001). The positive expressions of autophagy-related gene Beclin1 in PA samples (91%) were significantly higher than that CIPA (11%) (P<0.001). The expression levels of these genes were not associated with gender, age, clinical course, tumor size, and location of PA (P>0.05). There was a negative correlation between p53 and Beclin1 expression in PA (r=-0.330,P<0.05). CONCLUSIONS: The expression levels of Beclin1 and p53 protein are closely related to the development of PA. Reduced autophagy and enhanced anti apoptosis coexist in the process of tumor formation. The link cost and wavelength resource consumption of the current multi-source multicast routing methods are easily influenced by the variety of the number of destination nodes. To solve this problem, the multi-core multicast routing algorithm based on network coding is proposed. By selecting the multiple core nodes in the network, the algorithm constructs a network coding sub-graph for multicast routing. Then the core nodes selected according to the destination nodes are set as decoding nodes so as to reduce the influence of the number of destination nodes on coding sub-graph. The result shows that the algorithm can reduce the total link cost and wavelength resource consumption effectively in the multi-source network containing lots of destination nodes. To research the sortie generation rate (SGR) of carrier-borne aircrafts, an analytical SGR model based on multi-class, multi-server non-preemptive (HOD closed queueing network is proposed. Because the exact analytical solution is not available, an approximate method based on reduced work-load assumption and mean value analysis (MVA) iteration is presented. As a result, this approximation method can provide the marginal distribution of customs at each service facility. Then, an example is given. Simulation results and statistical results that show the accuracy and the validity of the method is good were given. PURPOSE: To study the expression of autophagy related beclinl in salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma and discuss its relationship with clinicopathological features and prognosis of salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma (SACC). METHODS: The expression of beclinl in 79 SACC cases and 20 samples of adjacent salivary gland tissues was detected by immunohistochemical staining method, correlation between beclinl expression and the clinicopathological features in SACC was analyzed. SPSS 16.0 software package was used for statistical analysis. RESULTS: The expression of beclinl in SACC was significantly higher than that in adjacent salivary gland tissues (P<0.05). In SACC, the degree of beclinl expression was significantly related to histological grade (P<0.05). The beclinl expression was greatly reduced in grade 1 and grade 2 SACC compared with that in grade 3. CONCLUSION: Beclinl expression significantly correlates with the clinicopathological characteristics of SACC. It may serve as a valuable marker for diagnosis and an indicator for prognosis of ACC. PURPOSE: To evaluate the accuracy and clinical value of diffusion-weighted magnetic resonance imaging (MR --DWI) in diagnosis of cervical lymph node metastases in patients with oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC). METHODS: The CT diagnostic results of 51 OSCC patients were compared with MR-DWI diagnosis of 20 OSCC patients, all the patients' pathologic diagnosis after cervical lymphadenectomy were clear and well categorized. As main imaging parameter of the MR-DWI was optimized, The diagnostic specificity, sensitivity and accuracy for metastatic nodes of different imaging inspection methods were calculated and compared with Chi-square test according to the pathologic diagnosis which served as the gold standard using SPSS16.0 software package. RESULTS: According to pathologic examination of the dissected specimens, the diagnostic accuracy for metastatic nodes of CT and MR-DWI were 69.2%, 85.0%, respectively. When b=800s/mm2, the images of MR-DWI were of high quality and accuracy (sensitivity, 87.5%; specificity, 83.3%),compared with CT (sensitivity, 76.2%;specificity, 63.3%). Correlation between MR-DWI and pathologic examination was analyzed with Chi-square test (Kappa: 0.694, P<0.005). CONCLUSIONS: A good correlation exists between OSCC cervical metastasized lymph node manifestation on MR-DWI and pathologic examination results. PURPOSE: To study the effect of recombinant human bone morphogenetic protein-2 (rhBMP-2) and rabbit external maxillary vascular bundle on osteogenesis in the process of rabbit mandibular defects repairing with chitosan(CS) and (3-tricalcium phosphate ((3-TCP) cement, and explore the feasibility of this reconstruction method. METHODS: CS/ (3-TCP cement with rhBMP-2 was placed into the rabbit mandibular defects, and external maxillary vascular bundle was embeded into scaffold materials. A total of 36 New Zealand rabbits were divided into experimental group with CS/(3-TCP/rhBMP-2 and maxillary vascular bundle embeded (n=12),one control group without vascular bundle embeded (n=12),and another control group without rhBMP-2 (n=12).The rabbits were sacrificed at 4th, 8th and 12th week after operation. The mandibular specimens were assessed by gross observation, X -ray image, bone density value and hematoxylin -eosin staining. The data was analized by SPSS 13.0 software package. RESULTS: The bone density value of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control groups at 8th and 12th week (P<0.05). At 12th week, gross observation of the experimental group showed that boundaries of the materials were difficult to identify by naked eyes; no obvious difference was observed between the specimens and autogenous bone in X-ray film; hematoxylin-eosin staining showed rich mature trabecular bone and lamellar bone. The indices measured in the experimental group were better than that of the control groups. CONCLUSION: rhBMP-2 and external maxillary vascular bundle can work together to help osteogenesis in the process of rabbit mandibular defects repairing with CS/(3 -TCP cement. PURPOSE: To clone CD gene, construct its eukaryotic expression vector pIRES-CD and obtain positive ACC-2 cells expressing E.coli CD gene stably. METHODS: PCR amplification was performed using primers based on E. coli CD gene sequence from Genebank. E.coli genomic DNA as template. PCR product was inserted into pMD18-T. After sequence confirmation, the gene was subcloned to pIRES to construct recombinant eukaryotic expression vector pIRES-CD. Then the combinant plasmid was conducted into ACC-2 cell by electroporation. ACC-2 cells stably expressing CD was obtained by 10-day positive selection with 400 µg/mL G418. Total RNA was extracted and the expression of the CD gene in transfected ACC-2 cells was identified by RT-PCR. RESULTS: PCR yielded a fragment of 1280bp and CD was verified by sequence analysis. A fragment of 6.1kb and inserted fragment of 1280bp were obtained by cutting positive recombinant plasmid of pIRES-CD with XbaI and NotI. RT-PCR analysis demonstrated that CD gene could be effectively expressed in ACC-2 cells. CONCLUSIONS: The CD gene is successfully amplified and the eukaryotic expression plasmid containing E.coli CD is successfully constructed. The positive ACC-2 cell clones expressing CD gene stably are obtained, which provide a basis for further study of adenoid cystic carcinoma gene therapy with CD/5-FC suicide gene system. Objective: To evaluate the internal quality control (IQC) of vaginal secretions (leucorrhea) routine testing. Methods: Total 1 235 samples were included in this study. Five samples were randomly selected every day from leucorrhea testing by suspension. The smears stained with Wright's were conducted by microscopic examination. Those suspicious samples with positive neisseria gonorrhoeae were rechecked by Gram stain, to assess the quality of suspecsion assay. The quality of normal saline was monthly checked by microscopic examination in direct smear or centrifugal sediment. Results: Among 12 months in 2011, besides the compliance rates of clue cells only in July and September were not qualified, 74.3% and 78.1% respectively, those rates in other months matched the standard of 82.5%-100%, the monthly average 90.2%-94.7%, suggesting that the testing quality was excellent. The compliance rate of trichomonas was highest (99.3%) in pathogens, while the compliance rate of clue cells was lowest (83.1%). The quality normal saline was eligible. Distributed energy storage (DES) wind turbine is an effective means to solve the problem of system frequency stability caused by large-scale wind power connection. In this paper, an inertial control method for DES wind farms based on model predictive control (MPC) is proposed.First, the linearized prediction model of the DES wind farm is established. Then, on this basis, in combination with the control framework of MPC, an optimization model and strategy of MPC inertial control are proposed considering the cost of energy storage loss and the balanced change of wind turbine rotor speed,in order to achieve the balanced change of wind turbine rotor speed during inertia control. The simulation results show that the proposed control strategy can effectively coordinate the active power output of the wind power generation unit and the energy storage system unit in the DES wind turbine, reduce the cost of charging and discharging loss of the energy storage system, and ensure that the rotational speed of all wind turbines in the wind farm tends to be average during the inertial control period, avoiding the problem of wind turbines exiting frequency regulation due to excessive reduction of the rotational speed of wind turbines. The inertial control strategy of the DES wind farm is beneficial to improve the frequency stability of the power grid, which is of great significance to ensure the safe operation of the power grid.

Wind tunnel tests of wind loads acting on the roof of Shenzhen new railway station were conducted in a boundary layer wind tunnel at Hunan University, for the conditions without train and with trains inside the station. In addition, the effects of wind speed amplify in the station were also investigated. This paper presents the results of the mean and RMS wind pressure coefficients, and comparisons of the maximum mean negative wind pressure coefficients and fluctuating wind pressure coefficients for the case of without train and with trains were made. Furthermore, the characteristics of probability density functions of wind pressures measured from typical pressure taps were analyzed, and the peak factors of that were estimated under a probability significance level of 99.999%. On the other hand, the results obtained from numerical simulations were also presented in the paper, and the results were compared with the wind tunnel test data. The outcomes of the combined experimental and numerical study indicate that: (1) The maximum mean negative wind pressure coefficients on the roof occur at the windward leading edge region, where the maximum fluctuating wind pressure coefficients occur also in this region; (2) There are some differences of the maximum mean negative wind pressure coefficients and RMS wind pressure coefficients under conditions with different number of trains inside the station, but such effects on the overall pressure distributions on the whole roof are negligible; (3) There are clearly negative skewed distributions for some pressure taps at the windward leading roof edge and much longer negative tails are observed, which follow Non-Gaussian distributions; (4) Wind flow was found to be congregated inside the holes at the structure, and the maximum wind speed amplify coefficient is up to 1.34; And (5) the results obtained from the numerical simulations are in good agreement with these of the wind tunnel test, illustrating that the Large Eddy Simulation (LES) approach and Discretizing and Synthesizing Random Flow Generation (DSRFG) technique are effective tools for numerical simulations of wind effects on the complex long-span roof structures. This study aims to analyze the current situation of outcome indicators in randomized controlled trial(RCT) of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) treatment for Alzheimer's disease(AD), so as to provide a reference for establishing a core indicator set in this field. The researchers systematically searched CNKI, Wanfang, VIP, Sino Med, EMbase, PubMed, Medline, and Cochrane Library. Independent screening of literature and extraction of information was conducted according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. In addition, the Ro B 2. 0 tool was used for bias risk assessment. A total of 78 RCTs were included, involving 6 379 patients,with 122 kinds of outcome indicators. According to functional attributes, the outcome indicators could be categorized into seven groups:TCM diseases(3 kinds, 13 times), symptoms and signs(26 kinds, 196 times), physical and chemical tests(68 kinds, 149 times),qua-lity of life(1 kind, 2 times), long-term prognosis(2 kinds, 2 times), economic evaluation(0 kind), safety events(21 kinds,194 times), and other indicators(1 kind, 1 time). The results show that the literature evaluation of RCTs of TCM treatment for AD is generally risky, and there are some problems in the selection of outcome indicators, such as lack of TCM characteristics, insignificant distinction between primary and secondary outcome indicators, lack of long-term prognosis and economic evaluation indicators, and non-standard safety event reports. It is suggested that future researchers should establish a core indicator set for AD that highlights the characteristics of TCM and then work to improve the quality of clinical trials.

This study explored the preparation process of the placebo of Jiawei Ermiao Granules and evaluated the placebo effect, aiming to provide qualified placebo samples for clinical trials of Jiawei Ermiao Granules and a reference for the preparation and quality evaluation of placebos of traditional Chinese medicine granules. On the basis of the comprehensive analysis results of Jiawei Ermiao Granules, the orthogonal experiment was conducted to optimize the flavoring agents and colorants. After manual evaluation, the placebo formula was determined as dextrin 10 g, Codonopsis Radix extract 5.0 g, bitter melon extract 1.6 g, Mume Fructus extract 0.3 g, stevioside 0.1 g, sucrose octaacetate 0.004 g, indigo 0.004 g, lemon yellow 0.003 1 g, sunset yellow 0.001 8 g, bitter tea powder 0.001 8 g, caramel 0.001 3 g. Pilot trials were conducted on the placebo formula. The simulation effect of placebo was evaluated independently and comparatively, and the objectively evaluated by electronic nose and electronic tongue. The results showed that the independent manual evaluation of the placebo formula had higher error rate, and the placebo and Jiawei Ermiao Granules showed the similarity of 99.61% in the comparative manual evaluation. The smell similarity between the placebo and Jiawei Ermiao Granules was 99.19%, and the electronic tongue test showed little difference in the taste. In conclusion, the placebo prepared in this study shows a high similarity to Jiawei Ermiao Granules, which is not easy to break the blindness when being applied to clinical trials. This study provides a reference for the preparation and quality evaluation and promotes the large-scale production of placebos of traditional Chinese medicine granules, playing a role in improving the persuasiveness and acceptance of the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicines.
