Objective To analyze the risk factors for prognosis of patients with malignant bowel obstruction (MBO) using multiple factors, and establish the nomogram model for predicting the survival of patients with MBO. Methods The clinical data of 203 patients with MBO from June 2013 to June 2019 who were followed up in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively. Results A total of 143 (70.4%) patients have been followed up. It was shown with univariate analysis that indexes of gender, age, platelet, C-reactive protein, and total protein levels, comorbidities, the treatment with somatostatin, enteral nutrition, and parenteral nutrition, length of hospital were not related to the survival of patients with MBO. The vehicle vibration during operation in the urban rail transit aff ects the operation of the balise transmission system, resulting in the loss of beacons and the failure of the train positioning. Firstly, this paper analyzes the fundamentals of the balise fault caused by vehicle vibration theoretically. Then, a customized vibration test bench is designed and utilized to simulate vehicle vibration states during operation based on the structure of the balise transmission system and the status of vehicle movements. Finally, the simulations conducted using the vibration test system verify the reliability of the theory, enabling the provision of the corresponding preventive measures to reduce the loss of beacons and the failure of the train positioning. Objective: To investigate the role of NOD-like receptor protein 3 (NLRP3) inflammatory vesicle activation in the progression of endometriosis (EMT) to endometriosis-associated ovarian cancer (EAOC) and the mechanism. Methods: EOAC tissues (n=15), EMT tissues (n=15), and normal endometrium tissues (CON, n=15) resected from patients during April 2018 and June 2019, as well as the clinical data of patients, were collected from the Shanghai Changning Maternity and Infant Health Hospital. Expression of NLRP3, BRCA1/BRCA2 containing complex subunit 3 (BRCC3), caspase-1 and IL-1β in the tissues of each group was detected by immunohistochemistry and WB methods. BRCC3 overexpression plasmids and si-BRCC3 plasmids were constructed and transfected into EMT CRL-7566 cells. The expression level of BRCC3 protein in the transfected cells was detected by WB method. The changes in cell proliferation, apoptosis, migration and invasion of transfected cells were detected by MTT method, flow cytometry and Transwell test, respectively. The BRCC3-overexpressing cells were further interfered with NLRP3. The expression levels of BRCC3 and NLRP3 proteins after the interference were detected by WB method, and the changes in cell proliferation, apoptosis, migration and invasion after interference were also detected. Results: The expression levels of NLRP3, caspase-1, IL-1 p and BRCC3 in EAOC and EMT tissues were higher than those in CON group (all P<0.01), and there was a positive correlation between the expression of NLRP3 and BRCC3 in EAOC tissues (r=0.65, P<0.01). Overexpression of BRCC3 significantly promoted cell proliferation, migration and invasion and inhibited cell apoptosis in CRL-7566 cells (all P<0.01); While knockdown of BRCC3 had the opposite effects (all P<0.01). Over-expression of BRCC3 increased the expression level of NLRP3 (P<0.01), while interference with BRCC3 inhibited the expression of NLRP3 (P<0.01). Interference with NLRP3 partially attenuated the inhibition on cell apoptosis (P<0.01) and promotion on cell migration (P<0.05) and invasion (P<0.01) brought by BRCC3 overexpression. Conclusion: Both NLRP3 and BRCC3 are highly expressed in EAOC and EMT tissues. Over-expression of BRCC3 can promote the proliferation, migration and invasion but inhibit apoptosis of CRL-7566 cells. In the fiber optical sensor demodulation based on asymmetric 3 x 3 coupler, the fiber-optic median phase shift 3 x 3 adder due to the limitation of the manufacturing process and the susceptibility to external environmental interference, and then the three-way signal output has an uneven splitting ratio and an asymmetric phenomenon that the phase difference cannot meet 120°, which causes a problem that could not be accurately corrected. In order to solve these problems, a new 3 x 3 replacer was used, and theoretical analysis and experimental verification were performed. The mean two algorithms were used to pre-process any two signals output, and compressed the original three signals. The power and phase difference between the output signals of the two channels make the new three-channel signals after correction to be approximately symmetrical output, and then perform a symmetric algorithm operation. Simulation and experimental results show that the new scheme can effectively correct the asymmetry of the three output signals of the positive 3 x 3 converter, and classify it. Noise level of the new scheme is about 10 mW and signal-to-noise ratio is about 50dB. Compared with the traditional alternative scheme, the new structure can obtain higher accuracy and signal-to-noise ratio of the signal under test. In addition, according to the simulation and experimental results, the symmetry conditions of the output of the replacer and the anti-noise capability of the new superposition scheme are analyzed. Coronary atherosclerotic heart disease is a serious threat to human life and health. In recent years, the main treatment for it is to implant the intravascular stent into the lesion to support blood vessels and reconstruct blood supply. However, a large number of experimental results showed that mechanical injury and anti-proliferative drugs caused great damage after stent implantation, and increased in-stent restenosis and late thrombosis risk. Thus, maintaining the integrity and normal function of the endothelium can significantly reduce the rate of thrombosis and restenosis. Stem cell mobilization, homing, differentiation and proliferation are the main mechanisms of endothelial repair after vascular stent implantation. Vascular factor and mechanical microenvironmental changes in implanted sites have a certain effect on re-endothelialization. In this paper, the process of injury caused by stent implantation, the repair mechanism after injury and its influencing factors are expounded in detail. And repairing strategies are analyzed and summarized. This review provides a reference for overcoming the in-stent restenosis, endothelialization delay and late thrombosis during the interventional treatment, as well as for designing drug-eluting and biodegradation stents.
