To explore the feasibility of low tube voltage, small dose and low concentration of contrast media combined iDose in head and neck CTA, 60 cases undergone head and neck CTA were randomly and equally divided into experimental group and control group. 100 kV lube voltage and 50mL contrast agent with 270 mgI/mL concentration combined with rapid iterative reconstruction algorithm were used in the experimental group, while 120 kV tube voltage and 50mL contrast agent with 370 mgI/mL concentration were used in the control group. The CT value, noise (SD) , CNR, SNR, image quality score, CTDIvol and DTP of the two groups were compared, and the image quality and radiation dose were evaluated. The results showed that the CT value of the cervical vessels in the experimental group was slightly lower than that of the control group, and the CT value of the intracranial vessels was slightly higher than that of the control group. The image quality of the two groups met the clinical diagnostic needs. The noise (SD) of the experimental group combined with iDose technique was lower than that of the control group, while the SNR and CNR were higher than those of the control group. The radiation dose of 理 the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the CTDIvol and DPP decreased by about 51% and 56%, respectively. Therefore, low tube voltage, small contrast media dose and low concentration combined with rapid iterative reconstruction (iDose) for head and neck CTA examination is feasible. The image quality can fully meet the clinical diagnostic needs, and the radiation dose is significantly reduced. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
