As the disaster-causing characteristics of coal and gas outburst and the mechanism of induced mine airflow disaster are not clear, the facilities such as air door and self-rescue system are often arranged on site according to miner’s experience, thus it is difficult to take safety protection measures and formulate scientific and reasonable emergency plan. In order to accurately grasp the impact dynamic effect and disaster-causing characteristics of coal and gas outburst, based on the similarity theory, a set of physical simulation experimental system considering the disaster-causing strengthening effect caused by gas in the pressure relief area around the outburst hole was developed. And the key parameters of the gas supplement device were determined through strict calculation based on the outburst model and gas seepage theory. The experimental system mainly includes outburst hole dynamic system, outburst excitation device, roadway simulation system and data acquisition and control center, which can simulate outburst dynamic phenomena such as the formation and propagation of outburst shock wave, the migration of outburst coal-gas two-phase flow and gas countercurrent in the simulated roadway. The simulation experiment of outburst disaster with a gas pressure of 0.8 MPa was carried out. And the forming process of outburst shock wave was directly observed with a high-speed camera. The results show that the outburst shock wave is formed instantly in the pipeline at the moment of outburst, followed by impact flow, outburst gas flow and coal-gas two-phase flow. The comparable velocities of each parameter are in the order: the air shock wave velocity > impact flow velocity > outburst gas-flow velocity > outburst coal-gas two-phase flow front velocity. The maximum velocities of each parameter are 546.5, 496.7, 112.6 and 51.5 m/s respectively, and gradually decay along the pipeline. At the moment of outburst, high-pressure gas poured into the roadway space from the outburst hole, resulting in gas reflux. During the outburst process, the gas pressure inside the outburst hole decreases exponentially. After the outburst occurs, the gas concentration in the roadway changes with time in “sudden rise stage” and “slow decline stage”, and the migration mode of the gas outburst in the roadway mainly includes “displacement" and “diffusion”. The accumulation height and quality of outburst coal along the main roadway are consistent. The difference of grain size distribution between outburst coal and raw coal is mainly concentrated in 0−500 μm, while the difference of maximum grain size distribution is mainly concentrated in 150−200 μm. In addition, the proportion of coal powder with particle size distribution in the range of 150−200 μm increases with the increase of the distance from the outburst mouth, showing a strong sorting ability.

Objective: To explore the film printing technology for displaying the true size of costal cartilage on medical film. Methods: The CT images of costal cartilage of 31 patients were selected and processed 14×17 inches (35×43 cm), calculate the main image display area and 14×17 the scale between the actual image display areas on the film shall be made into physical scales of 10 cm and 5 cm in length. Print the film in 2×2. Four images are arranged in the grid, and the transverse or sagittal images of single rib cartilage are printed on a 5 cm physical scale; with 1×1 The grid is a single image layout, and the 3D images of all the front rib arches (including costal cartilage) are printed on a 10 cm physical scale. The film measurement values of six indicators, including the length of the ascending and transverse parts of the right sixth costal cartilage, the width and thickness of the transverse junction of the ascending part, the thickness of the sternal end of the costal cartilage and the rib end of the costal cartilage, were compared with the solid measurement values during the operation, and statistical analysis was made. Results: (1) The printed film was measured, and the 10 cm and 5 cm scales shown on the film were equal to the actual size of the ruler. (2) There was no significant difference between the measured values of six groups of costal cartilage images on film and the measured values of costal cartilage entities during surgery. Conclusion: The printing technology based on DICOM protocol can realize the real size printing of costal cartilage CT image on film. The morphological data of the target tissue obtained by the operator from the film are reliable.

Background and objective A great individual differences to chemotherapeutic effects existed in the patient with advanced lung cancer. How to choose the optimum regimens to achieve the individuation and maximum effect of chemotherapy for lung cancer is worth exploring. The study was designed to examine the effect of ex vitro chemo-sensitivity assay in xeno-free culture of autologous malignant effusion cells from patients with advanced lung adenocarcinoma. Methods The 50 treatment-naive patients with lung adenocarcinoma complicated with malignant pleural or pericardial effusions were enrolled. Effusions of all cases had been controlled by closed drainage and 300 mL-500 mL of which were retained under sterile condition from 25 cases (Chemo-sensitivity group). Primary malignant effusion cells were isolated from autologous effusions of the patients. Then, xeno-free culture (average 11 days) were intervened with 8 chemotherapeutic drugs commonly used in clinical practice and were determined by CCK-8 assay. Optimum regimens were selected for chemotherapy based on the results of chemosensitivity test. As a contrast, chemotherapy regimens for the other 25 patients (Control group) were on the basis of physician’s clinical experience. Results After four cycles of chemotherapy, in Chemo-sensitivity group, 17 (68.0%) cases were determined for partial response (PR), 5 (20.0%) cases for stable disease (SD), and the objective response rate (ORR) was 68.0%, the disease control rate (DCR) was 88.0%. Meanwhile, in Control group, 9 (36.0%) cases were determined for PR, 7 (28.0%) cases for SD, and, the ORR was 36.0%, the DCR was 64.0%. Background and objective Lung cancer is the leading cause of cancer-related death in men and women. It is also the most common cause of brain metastases. A brain metastasis model is difficult to be established because of the presence of the blood-brain barrier (BBB) and the lack of optimal methods for detecting brain metastasis in nude mice. Thus, the establishment of a Chinese lung adenocarcinoma cell line and its animal model with brain metastasis potency and in vivo research is of great significance. Methods CPA-Yang1 cells were obtained from a patient with human lung adenocarcinoma by lentiviral vector-mediated transfection of green fluorescence protein. Intracardiac inoculation of the cells was performed in nude mice, and brain metastatic lesions were detected using micro 18F FDG-PET/CT scanners, small animal in vivo imaging system for fluorescence, radionuclide and X ray fused imaging, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) with sense body detection, and resection. The samples were divided into two parts for cell culture and histological diagnosis. The process was repeated in vivo and in vitro for four cycles to obtain a novel cell clone, CPA-Yang1-BR. Results A novel cell clone, CPA-Yang1-BR, was obtained with a brain metastatic rate of 50%. The use of MRI for the detection of brain metastases has obvious advantages. Conclusion An experimental Chinese lung adenocarcinoma cell clone (CPA-Yang1-BR) and its animal model with brain metastasis potency in nude mice were established. MRI with sense body or micro MRI may be used as a sensitive, accurate, and noninvasive method to detect experimental brain metastases in intact live immunodeficient mice. The results of this study may serve as a technical platform for brain metastases from lung adenocarcinoma.

Background and objective The recurrence and metastasis of lung cancer is a tough problem worldwide. The aim of this study is to establish a novel Chinese lung adenocarcinoma cell line and its real bone-seeking clone sub-line for exploring the molecular mechanism of lung cancer metastasis. Methods The cells came from the pleural effusion of a sixtyfive years old female patient with lung adenocarcinoma and supraclavicular lymph node metastases. The gene expression was detected by real-time quantitative PCR. Intracardiac injection of the cells into nude mice was performed and in vivo imaging was obtained by bone scintigraphy and conventional radiography. Bone metastases were determined on bone scintigraphy and then the lesions were resected under deep anesthesia for bone metastasis cancer cell culture. The process was repeated for four cycles to obtain a real bone-seeking clone. Results The tumorigenesis rate started at 4th passage in immunodeficient mice via subcutaneously and as well as later passages. Approximately 1×106 cancer cells were injected into left cardiac ventricle of immunodeficient mice resulted bone metastasis sites were successfully revealed by bone scintigraphy and pathological diagnosis, the mandible (100%), scapula (33%), humerus (50%), vertebral column (50%), femur (66.7%) and accompanied invasion with other organs, the adrenal gland (17%), pulmonary (33%), liver (50%), submaxillary gland (33%) in the mice after inoculation two-three weeks. The chromosome karyotype analysis of the cells was subdiploid. Quantitative real-time PCR was used to examined and compared with SPC-A-1 lung adenocarcinoma, ESM1, VEGF-C, IL-6, IL-8, AR, SVIL, FN1 genes were overexpress. The novel cell was named CPA-Yang3. The femur metastasis cell was repeated in vivo-in vitro-in vivo with three cycles and harvested a real bone metastasis clone. It was named CPA-Yang3BM. Conclusion Tne characteristics of novel strain CPAYang3 is a highly metastasis cell line of Chinese lung adenocarcinoma and CPA-Yang3BM is a real bone-seeking clone.

This study was to establish a novel chinese lung adenocarcinoma cell line with high metastasis potential for exploring the mechanism of reccurrence, development and MDR in lung cancer. Methods The cell came from the abdominal dropsy of a fifty-six years old female patient with lung adenocarcinoma and the tumor markers CA125, CYFRA21-1, CEA, NSE were detected to be higher secretion by radioimmunoassay in the abdominal dropsy. Tumorigenicity of immunodeficient mice was confirmed in 8th passage. The cell growth curve was mapped. Analysis of chromosome karyotype was tested. The gene expression was measured by real-time quantitative PCR. Results The tumorigenesis rate started at 8th passage in 3/10 immunodeficient mice via subcutaneously and the fully tumorigenicity was at 11th passage as well as later passages. Under the microscope, the cell showed oval-shap and adherence. The chromosome karyotype analysis of the cells was sub-triploid. Approximately 1×106 and 1.5×106 cancerous cells were injected into left cardiac ventricle and tail vein of immunodeficient mice respectively. The results showed multiorgan metastasis in the mice after three-four weeks, including mandible, scapula, humerus, vertebral column, femur, rib and brain, liver, adrenal gland, pulmonary in the mice after inoculation. The bone metastasis rate was 100% in the tumor bearing mice by bone scintigraphy and pathology. Quantitative real-time PCR was used to examined and compared with SPC-A-1 lung adenocarcinoma, ESM1, VEGF-C, IL-6, IL-8, AR genes were overexpressed. The novel cell was named CPA-Yang2. Conclusion The characteristics of novel strain CPA-Yang2 is a highly metastasis cell line of Chinese lung adenocarcinoma. It has stable traits, highly metastasis ability and maybe is a MDR lung cancerous cell line. Of course, it’s a good experimental model for lung cancer research.

The chromosome karyotype analysis of the cells was sub-triploid. The tumor marker CEA was detected in higher secretion by radioimmunoassay in the cell culture suspension. The article reports on the veterinary study of Cao San-jie and colleagues which aimed to construct genechip detection process for transmissible gastroenteritis virus (TGEV). It states that a batch of target genes were amplified and explored through the probes labeling method from the recombinant plasmid of TGEV genes. It indicates that the optimal target gene concentration at 200 mg/L through multiplex probe concentration generated good results.

The article offers information on a study which explores the mitochondrial cytochrome oxidase I gene sequence of Hypodermia (H.) sinens infecting chiru. It notes that molecular bioloic techniques were used for species identification of H. sinense by obtaining a 688 protein coding region of the mitochondrial cytochrome oxidase I gene through polymerase chain reaction (PCR). It mentions that the sequence exhibited 99.1% homology to H. sinense, 93.6% to H. lineatum, and 91.4% to H. bovis.

Objective To develop a deep learning model for automated age estimation based on 3D CT reconstructed images of Han population in western China, and evaluate its feasibility and reliability. Methods The retrospective pelvic CT imaging data of 1 200 samples （600 males and 600 females） aged 20.0 to 80.0 years in western China were collected and reconstructed into 3D virtual bone models. The images of the ischial tuberosity feature region were extracted to create sex-specific and left/right site-specific sample libraries. Using the ResNet34 model, 500 samples of different sexes were randomly selected as training and verification set, the remaining samples were used as testing set. Initialization and transfer learning were used to train images that distinguish sex and left/right site. Mean absolute error （MAE） and root mean square error （RMSE） were used as primary indicators to evaluate the model. Results Prediction results varied between sexes, with bilateral models outperformed left/right unilateral ones, and transfer learning models showed superior performance over initial models. In the prediction results of bilateral transfer learning models, the male MAE was 7.74 years and RMSE was 9.73 years, the female MAE was 6.27 years and RMSE was 7.82 years, and the mixed sexes MAE was 6.64 years and RMSE was 8.43 years. Conclusion The skeletal age estimation model, utilizing ischial tuberosity images of Han population in western China and employing the ResNet34 combined with transfer learning, can effectively estimate adult ischium age.

Important forensic diagnostic indicators of sudden death in coronary atherosclerotic heart disease, such as acute or chronic myocardial ischemic changes, sometimes make it difficult to locate the ischemic site due to the short death process, the lack of tissue reaction time. In some cases, the deceased died of sudden death on the first-episode, resulting in difficulty for medical examiners to make an accurate diagnosis. However, clinical studies on coronary instability plaque revealed the key role of coronary spasm and thrombosis caused by their lesions in sudden coronary death process. This paper mainly summarizes the pathological characteristics of unstable coronary plaque based on clinical medical research, including plaque rupture, plaque erosion and calcified nodules, as well as the influencing factors leading to plaque instability, and briefly describes the research progress and technique of the atherosclerotic plaques, in order to improve the study on the mechanism of sudden coronary death and improve the accuracy of the forensic diagnosis of sudden coronary death by diagnosing different pathologic states of coronary atherosclerotic plaques.

Purpose: To investigate the binding interaction of astaxanthin with the transmembrane transporter protein cluster determinant 36 (CD36). Methods: Molecular docking was used to simulate the binding interaction between astaxanthin and CD36, the interaction parameters were obtained using an algorithm, the number of binding sites was determined, and the best matching model was established. Moreover, surface plasmon resonance (SPR) was used to measure the binding and dissociation constants of intermolecular interactions. Results: Astaxanthin entered the hydrophobic cavity inside CD36, and the docking binding energy was −11.70 kcal/mol, suggesting a dose-dependent effect. Besides, the equilibrium dissociation constant KD was 1.00 × 10-6 mol/L, indicating that astaxanthin bound to CD36 with high affinity, and the kinetic curves showed that the binding mode of astaxanthin and CD36 was slow binding and slow dissociation. Astaxanthin bound to more amino acids of CD36 through hydrophobic interaction. Unlike lutein and β-carotene, which formed weak van der Waals force with the polar amino acid Asn53 of CD36, astaxanthin formed hydrogen bonding with Asn53, which may be partly responsible for the high-affinity binding between astaxanthin and CD36. Furthermore, it was inferred that the ketone group on the terminal ring of astaxanthin or α-hydroxy ketone formed by hydroxyl and ketone groups played a certain role in the formation of hydrogen bonds. Conclusion: Astaxanthin interacts spontaneously with CD36 with high affinity, and the binding mode is slow binding and slow dissociation, contributing to efficient transmembrane transport.

Aimed at the modeling error of the integrated strapdown inertial navigation system(SINS)/global positioning system (GPS) navigation system and the particle degradation problem of particle filter(PF), an in-flight alignment method of integrated SINS/GPS navigation system based on the combined PF-UKF filter is proposed, in combiation with the unscented Kalman filter(UKF). First, the attitude angle is replaced by the error quaternion. The position and velocity differences between SINS and GPS are selected as the observation variables. In addition, a novel error equation of the integrated navigation system is established. Moreover, the sampled particles are divided into random particles and deterministic particles in the proposed combined PF-UKF filter. The random particles are collected by probability density function, and the determined particles are the state values obtained by collecting sigma point of UKF algorithm. Therefore, the proposed method can effectively reduce the complexity of PF and the degree of particle degradation. The simulation results show that compared with the UKF algorithm, the proposed method can effectively improve the error accuracy of integrated navigation system with a better robustness.

Fatigue failure is one of the most important reasons for the failure of engineering application components. However, due to the high cost of fatigue experiments, it is necessary to use mechanical properties to predict fatigue strength. Based on the true stress-strain curves, a novel model for fatigue strength prediction is established and is used to calculate the fatigue strength. The strength predicted is compared with that calculated by the staircase method and the Basquin equation. The results show that the model could obtain the fatigue strength of the materials only by using tensile strength and work-hardening strength, and it is suitable for other steels, which greatly saves costs and increases accuracy.

Objective: To analyze the current research status of rehabilitation nursing for adult burn patients in China, and to disuss the related strategies., Methods: Chinese scientific articles on adult burn patients' rehabilitation nursing published from January 2003 to December 2013 were retrieved from 3 databases namely China Biology Medicine disc, Chinese Journals Full-text Database , and Chinese Science and Technology Journals Database . From the results retrieved, data with regard to publication year, journal distribution, research type, region of affiliation of the first author, and the main research content were collected. Data were processed with Microsoft Excel software., Results: A total of 417 articles conforming with the criteria were retrieved. During the 11 years, the number of the relevant articles per year was on the rise, and the increasing rates in 2005, 2008, 2009, and 2013 were all above 30% . Regarding the distribution among journals, these 417 articles were published in 151 journals, with 188 articles in Source Journal for Chinese Scientific and Technical Papers , accounting for 45.08%. Regarding the research type, 173 out of the 417 articles were dealing with clinical experiences, accounting for 41.49% ; 172 out of the 417 articles were dealing with experimental studies, accounting for 41.25% . The regions of affiliation of the first author were mainly situated in Guangdong province, Shandong province, Hunan province, and Jiangsu province, with Guangdong province contributing 58 articles, accounting for 13.91%. The research content of these articles was mainly focused on psychological nursing, nursing model, and health education, respectively 188,101, and 85 articles, accounting for 45.08%, 24.22%, and 20.38%., Conclusions: The research on rehabilitation nursing for adult burn patients in China has been carried out nationwide. Although the number of relevant papers is on the rise, the quality of these papers needs to be further improved. There is an urgent need for the guideline on rehabilitation nursing for adult burn patients in China so as to standardize the content and procedure of rehabilitation nursing.
