The existing methods for recognizing violations in the underground belt conveyor area of coal mines suffer from insufficient feature extraction and difficulty in considering time differences in behavior. It results in low accuracy in recognizing violations (such as climbing, crossing, leaning, etc.) in the area. In order to solve the above problems, a belt conveyor area violation recognition method based on multi-feature fusion for time-difference network (MFFTDN) is proposed using the ResNet50 model. The method combines multi-feature fusion with time difference to perform multi-feature fusion on behaviors in different time periods. Firstly, the short-term multi-feature fusion (STMFF) module is introduced in the second and third stages of the original ResNet50 model, which concatenates the time and features from multiple consecutive frames together. Then the method performs time-difference calculation on the fused features, that is, the feature difference between adjacent frames, to capture local action changes in a short period of time. Secondly, in the fourth stage of the original ResNet50 model, a long- term multi-feature fusion (LTMFF) module is introduced to concatenate short-term multi-features from consecutive frames, and perform time-difference calculations on features from adjacent time points to obtain long-term multi- feature of behavior. Finally, the method classifies the fused features and outputs the recognition results. The experimental results show the following points. ① The average accuracy and precision of the MFFTDN based belt conveyor area violation recognition method have increased by 8.18% and 8.47% respectively compared to the original model ResNet50. It indicates that the simultaneous use of STMFF and LTMFF modules can effectively extract multi-feature information from different time periods. ② The accuracy of this recognition method on the self built dataset of violations in the underground belt conveyor area of coal mines is 89.62%, with an average precision of 89.3% and a model parameter size of 197.2×106. ③ The Grad CAM heatmap shows that this recognition method can more effectively focus on key areas of violations and more accurately capture violations in the underground belt area of the mine.

Molecular weight and its distribution, gel content, nitrogen and phosphorus content, wet strength, Mooney viscosity, mechanical properties and aging resistance of three kinds of domestic raw natural rubber were compared with those of imported ribbed smoked sheet. The results showed that among the four kinds of natural rubber, the imported ribbed smoked sheet had the highest molecular weight with a narrower distribution, the highest nitrogen content, moderate phosphorus content and gel content, the best wet strength, the highest Mooney viscosity, and better tensile properties, but the highest compression fatigue heat generation; The product of Chinese Academy of Tropical Agricultural Sciences had moderate molecular weight and its distribution, the highest gel content, better wet strength, the lowest Mooney viscosity, the largest elongation at break and tear strength, and the best aging resistance; The product of Hainan Natural Rubber Industry Group Co Ltd had the lowest molecular weight with a narrower distribution, lower nitrogen content, the highest phosphorus content, poor wet strength, and good aging resistance, but the shortest scorch time. The product of Yunnan Natural Rubber Industry Group Co Ltd had higher molecular weight with the widest distribution, the lowest gel content and nitrogen and phosphorus content, poor wet strength, and the worst aging resistance, but the longest scorch time and the lowest compression fatigue heat generation.

The iron and steel industry is an important basic industry of national economy，which uses a large amount of water，involves a long production process，and discharges a large number of pollutants. In order to strengthen the water pollutant discharge management of iron and steel industry，the United States，Germany，the European Union and other countries（regions） and the World Bank have all formulated water pollutant discharge standards，and each standard has its own characteristics. This paper sorted out Chinese and foreign water pollutant discharge standards for iron and steel industry，compared and studied the applicable scope，pollutant items，discharge limits，determination requirements of exceeding limit and other major technical contents. Finally，in order to improve Chinese discharge standards for iron and steel industry，relevant work suggestions were put forward.

The determination of track plane design parameters plays an important role in the construction of testing and operational lines for rack railways. On the basis of the calculation principles of standard gauge railway lines, combined with the matching relationship between meter-gauge vehicles and tracks, a preliminary study on the key design parameters of the rack railway track plane was conducted using vehicle dynamics theory. By comparing with standard gauge railways and summarizing relevant parameter values from domestic and international specifications, the calculation formulas and control indicators of the curve radius and the transition curve length for the rack railway were obtained. The results showed that for a rack railway with a maximum design speed of 120 km/ h on adhesion sections and 40 km/ h on rack sections, the minimum curve radius for the adhesion section could be set at 900 m under normal conditions and 750 m under difficult conditions. For rack sections, the minimum curve radius could be 350 m under normal conditions and 300 m under difficult conditions. The transition curve length for adhesion sections should be selected according to the curve radius, while the minimum transition curve length for rack sections should be 20 m. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Objective To detect the changes of （interleukin, IL） -1α, IL-1β and IL-13 mRNA in lung tissue and serum of drown rats, and to explore the potential value for the diagnosis of drowning in forensic practice. Methods Eighteen SD rats were randomly divided into drowning group, blank control group and myocardial infarction group （as control group）. The serum of right ventricular, the inferior lobe of right lung and the myocardium were taken from the rats in different groups. The expressions of IL-1α, IL-1β and IL-13 mRNA in the lung tissue and the serum of right ventricular were detected by TaqMan probe method. Results The expression differences of IL-1α, IL-1β and IL-13 mRNA in lung tissue between drowning group and blank control group, myocardial infarction group were not statistically significant （P>0.05）. The expression of IL-1β and IL-13 mRNA in serum of right ventricular increased （P0.05）. Conclusion The changes of cytokines IL-1β and IL-13 mRNA in the serum of right ventricular of drown rats are statistical significance, which are highly correlated with drowning.

For high yield peanut in Northeast Agro-pastoral Ecotone, topdressing ratios of NPK fertilizer (pure N 68.18 kg/hm², P 22.08 kg/hm², and K 174.33 kg/hm²) were used in 6 treatments for investigation of NPK effects. The field experiment was conducted under mulch drip irrigation. Nutrient and enzymatic activities of sandy soil and peanut yield were detected to clarify the optimal basal/topdressing ratio. Results showed that the content of soil organic matter and available N, the activity of urease and sucrase were both increased with the topdressing ratio, while the thicker the soil layer, the lower its content and activity were. The peanut yield was increased firstly and then decreased with the topdressing ratio, which was higher than the traditional fertilization method. The two-year peanut increasing yield range was 3.77%-41.27%. Yields reached the highest at T60, as 6427.7 kg/hm² and 6046.8 kg/hm² respectively. When all of the NK fertilizers were used as topdressing, the yield was not increased obviously, which was average 4.53% higher in two years. In summary, it had the best effect with 40% of the total fertilization amount used as the base fertilizer, and 60% used as topdressing under water and fertilizer integration measures in the area. Objective Intermittent oro-esophageal feeding combined with swallowing organ function training was carried out for patients with swallowing dysfunction after stroke, and its effect on swallowing function and nutritional status of patients was analyzed. Methods 80 patients with post-stroke swallowing dysfunction who were admitted to Department of Rehabilitation of Liyang People's Hospital from January 2019 to May 2020 were selected as the research objects. All patients were classified according to the random number table method and divided into control group (n = 40) and observation group (n =40). The control group received routine nursing and swallowing organ function training, and the observation group implemented intermittent oro-esophageal tube feeding on the basis of the control group. The swallowing function and nutritional status of the two groups before and after intervention were compared. Results There were no significant differences in the scores of the Watian drinking water test and video fluoroscopic swallowing study (VFSS) of swallowing between the two groups before the intervention (both P >0. 05), and the above scores of the observation group after the intervention were significantly different from those of the control group (both P <0. 05). There were no significant differences in the scores of penetration-aspiration scale (PAS) and swallowing quality of life (SWAL-QOL) questionnaire between the two groups before the intervention (both P > 0. 05), and the above scores of the observation group after the intervention were significantly different from those of the control group (both P <0. 05). There were no significant difference in serum total protein (TP), albumin (Alb), hemoglobin ( Hb) and other nutritional indicators between the two groups before intervention (all P >0.05). The levels of the above indicators in the observation group after intervention were significantly higher than those in the control group (al P < 0. 05 ). Conclusion Intermittent oro-esophageal tube feeding and enteral nutrition combined with swallowing organ function training can improve the swallowing function of patients with swallowing dysfunction after stroke, improve their quality of life and can also promote the improvement of nutritional levels. For solving the optimization problem of the internal layout in the logistics warehouse, an improved Fishbone warehouse layout method is presented based on the Fishbone layout method combined with the thinking of drive-in pallet racking system. In this layout method, for warehouse channel angle and picking channel angle, the angle model is proposed under three different conditions; the optimum channel angle of the logistics warehouse layout can be calculated by using Matlab computing platform. And then taking the influence of the pallet size on the total migration distance into consideration, the model of the minimization total migration distance is proposed. According to the fact of the case, the improved Fishbone layout effectively shortens the total migration distance of picking goods in the condition of keeping almost the same utilization rate of the warehouse areas, so that the improved Fishbone layout is a good warehouse layout method. Objective This study was aimed to evaluate the efficacy and toxicity of simultaneous modulated accelerated radiotherapy (SMART) for advanced cervical carcinoma. Methods From March 2012 to July 2013, 49 patients with advanced cervical carcinoma received accelerated chemoradiation with concurrent cisplatin. Step and shoot IMRT with simultaneous integrated boost (SIB) was delivered to patients. The doses for intensity-modulated radiotherapy with simultaneous integrated boost were 62.4 Gy/26 f, 2.4 Gy/f to the planning target volume (GTVnd), and 46.8 Gy/26 f, 1.8 Gy/f to the gross disease and pelvic nodes (CTV), respectively. Results All the patients completed chemoradiotherapy as prescribed. The CR, PR and SD of patients were 89.8%, 8.2% and 2%, respectively. Grade 3 myelosuppression and acute radiation enteritis occurred in 9 patients (18.4%) and 3 patients (6%), respectively. Conclusion The results showed that SMART exhibited good short-term effect for cervical carcinoma, and its acute toxicity was tolerable. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Accurate segmentation and localization of apple objects in natural scenes is an important part of wisdom agriculture research for information perception and acquisition. In order to solve the problem that apples recognition and positioning are susceptible to occlusion of leaves in natural scenes, based on the K-means clustering segmentation algorithm, the object recognition algorithm based on convex hull theory was proposed. And the algorithm was compared with the object recognition algorithm based on removing false contours and the full-contour points fitting object recognition algorithm. The object recognition algorithm based on convex hull theory utilized that apples were like circle, combining K-means algorithm with Otsu algorithm to separate fruit from background. The convex polygon was obtained by convex hull theory and fit it circle to determine the position of the fruit. To verify the effectiveness of the algorithm, 157 apple images in natural scenes were tested. The average overlap rates of the object recognition algorithm based on convex hull theory, the object recognition algorithm based on removing false contour points and the full-contour points fitting object recognition algorithm were 83.7%, 79.5% and 70.3% respectively, the average false positive rates were 2.9%, 1.7% and 1.2% respectively, and the average false negative rates were 16.3%, 20.5% and 29.7% respectively. The experimental results showed that the object recognition algorithm based on convex hull theory had better localization performance and environmental adaptability compared to the other two algorithms and had no recognition error, which can provide reference for occluded fruits segmentation and localization in the natural scenes.

Suspension sampling Atomic Spectrometry is a developing green analytical method, due to the fact that there is a reduction in the sample pretreatment process and that the use of acid and alkali reagents is avoided, which would otherwised result in environmental pollution. The surface tension of suspension, including polyacrylic acid sodium, polyethylene oxide, sodium hexametaphoshpate and sodium citrate mixed with lead zinc mineral powder, was detected by a surface tension instrument. Simultaneously, the atomization efficiency was evaluated and optimized using atomizer in Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometry (FAAS). The atomization efficiency of the aqueous solution and dispersants was enhanced with the increasing surfactants. The atomization efficiency was achieved using the maximum at specific concentration of surfactants. Different surfactants have different variation tendencies. The suspension prepared by polyethylene oxide with 2 g/L surfactant has the highest atomization efficiency. However, the suspension prepared by sodium polyacrylate with 5 g/L surfactant has higher atomization efficiency, which can even reach 20%, indicating that the surfactants can improve the stability of suspension and atomization efficiency and could be applied during analysis by Atomic Spectroscopy.

Fertilizer reduction and efficiency improvement is an important basis for ensuring the safety of the agricultural ecological environment. Microorganisms are the key driving force for regulating the soil nitrogen and phosphorus cycle. Studying the nitrogen and phosphorus transformation function of rhizosphere microorganisms can provide a microbiological regulation approach for further improving the use efficiency of soil nitrogen and phosphorus. Based on the field micro-plot experiments of three typical farmland soils(phaeozem, cambisol, and acrisol), metagenomic sequencing technology was used to study the differences in functional genes and regulatory factors of maize rhizosphere microorganisms during soil nitrogen and phosphorus transformation. The results showed that the functional diversity of maize rhizosphere microorganisms was affected by soil type. The functional diversity of rhizosphere microorganisms in phaeozem and cambisol was mainly affected by water content and nutrient content, and that in acrisol was affected by total phosphorus(TP) and available phosphorus(AP). For soil nitrogen transformation, the gene abundance of related enzymes in the pathway of nitrogen transformation was the highest in the urease gene( ureC ) and glucose dehydrogenase gene( gdh ), which were 7.25×10 -5 -12.88×10 -5 and 4.47×10 -5 -7.49×10 -5 , respectively. The total abundance of assimilatory nitrate reduction functional genes in acrisol was higher than that in phaeozem and cambisol, and the total abundance of functional genes related to other processes was the highest in cambisol. The abundance of functional genes encoding enzymes related to nitrogen metabolism was mainly driven by soil bacterial richness, total potassium(TK), and TP. For soil phosphorus transformation, the number of alkaline phosphatase genes( phoD ) catalyzing organic phosphorus mineralization was 1093, and the number of acid phosphatase genes( PHO ) was 42. The abundance of phoD was two orders of magnitude higher than that of PHO . In addition, fertilization had no significant effect on the abundance of phoD and PHO in the same soil type. Random forest analysis showed that the abundances of phoD and PHO were significantly affected by soil moisture, organic matter(OM), and total nitrogen(TN), but AP content had the greatest impact on PHO abundance. These results clarified the nitrogen and phosphorus transformation characteristics of maize rhizosphere microorganisms at the functional genomic level and enriched the molecular biological mechanism of the microbial nitrogen and phosphorus transformation function.

Urban parks have multiple functions such as social culture, economy, and environmental services during urban development. The rapid development of cities and economy may lead to the accumulation of heavy metals in the soil of urban parks, which may threaten human health. A total of 140 soil samples were collected in 32 typical parks in Beijing. The accumulation characteristics of Pb in the soil of urban parks were analyzed using the single-factor pollution and geo-accumulation indices. The sources of Pb pollution in soils were quantitatively analyzed using the stable isotope of Pb, and the health risk was assessed using the probabilistic risk assessment method based on Monte Carlo simulation. The results showed that the geometric mean of Pb in soils of urban parks in Beijing was 38.63 mg·kg -1 , which was 1.48 times the background value. However, it did not exceed the risk screening value(GB 36600-2018). The accumulation of soil Pb in urban parks increased with the increase in the proximity between the park and the central urban area and the increase in the establishment time. The soil Pb pollution index of 2 ring, 2-4 ring, and 4-6 ring parks were 0.16, 0.10, and 0.09, which did not reach the pollution level, and the geo-accumulation indices were 0.80, 0.07, and -0.31, respectively. Except for the no-moderate pollution level in ring 2 and ring 2 to ring 4, the other rings did not reach the pollution level. The sources of Pb pollution in urban parks were coal combustion, road dust, and paint, with the contributions of 45.4%, 19.6%, and 13.9%, respectively. The 95% quantiles of hazard index(HI) of soil Pb in the park for different age groups were 1.11E-01, 8.57E-02, 6.39E-02, 1.64E-02, 1.36E-02, 1.26E-02, 1.64E-02, and 1.78E-02, respectively, which indicated that there was no potential non-carcinogenic risk(HI<1). Exposure duration was the most sensitive to non-carcinogenic risks in people aged 0-18 years, and soil Pb concentration was the most sensitive to non-carcinogenic risks in people aged 18-80 years. The increase in body weight often reduced the non-carcinogenic risks. These results can provide theoretical basis for soil environmental risk control in urban parks.

Excessive application of chemical fertilizer has caused many problems in Angelica dahurica var. formosana planting, such as yield decline and quality degradation. In order to promote the green cultivation mode of A. dahurica var. formosana and explore rhizosphere fungus resources, the rhizosphere fungi with nitrogen fixation, phosphorus solubilization, potassium solubilization, iron-producing carrier, and IAA-producing properties were isolated and screened in the rhizosphere of A. dahurica var. formosana from the genuine and non-genuine areas, respectively. The strains were identified comprehensively in light of the morphological characteristics and ITS rDNA sequences, and the growth-promoting effect of the screened strains was verified by pot experiment. The results showed that 37 strains of growth-promoting fungi were isolated and screened from the rhizosphere of A. dahurica var. formosana, mostly belonging to Fusarium. The cultured rhizosphere growth-promoting fungi of A. dahurica var. formosana were more abundant and diverse in the genuine producing areas than in the non-genuine producing areas. Among all strains, Aspergillus niger ZJ-17 had the strongest growth promotion potential. Under the condition of no fertilization outdoors, ZJ-17 inoculation significantly promoted the growth, yield, and accumulation of effective components of A. dahurica var. formosana planted in the soil of genuine and non-genuine producing areas, with yield increases of 73.59% and 37.84%, respectively. To a certain extent, it alleviated the restriction without additional fertilization on the growth of A. dahurica var. formosana. Therefore, A. niger ZJ-17 has great application prospects in increasing yield and quality of A. dahurica var. formosana and reducing fertilizer application and can be actually applied in promoting the growth of A. dahurica var. formosana and producing biofertilizer.

Objective: To summarize the clinical efficacy and nursing experience of intrauterine blood transfusion (IUT) treatment for fetal anemia cases., Methods: The clinical data of 4 fetal anemia cases receiving IUT in Beijing Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital, Capital Medical University between 2020 and 2022 were collected. Four pregnant women aged 24-38 years were included in the study. They carried fetuses with anemia of unknown causes. The four pregnant women developed anxiety after they were informed of the diagnosis of fetal anemia. One-on-one psychological counseling before the IUT procedure and one-on-one companionship over the course of the surgery were provided for the pregnant women. In addition, they were closely monitored for blood transfusion reactions. Postprocedural observation of the puncture site and 24-hour monitoring of the newborns were also conducted., Results: The four pregnant women underwent 1-3 times of IUT in the second and third trimesters, with the minimum gestational age at the time of IUT being 25 + weeks and the blood transfusion volume being 20-107 mL/time. Two pregnant women experienced irregular uterine contractions during IUT in the third trimester. Other than that, all other IUT treatments were successful. After IUT, there was a significant improvement in fetal hemoglobin, peak systolic velocity of the middle cerebral artery (MCA-PSV), and cardiothoracic area ratio. One case did not give birth in our hospital and the outcome of the fetus was not known. The other three fetuses achieved good outcomes., Conclusion: Positive preprocedural psychological counseling for pregnant women, close intraoprocedural and postprocedural pregnancy monitoring, and the prevention of maternal and fetal complications are the key to improving the clinical efficacy of IUT and achieving a good fetal outcome., (Copyright© by Editorial Board of Journal of Sichuan University (Medical Sciences).)

Objective: To observe the effect of acupuncture at "Sanyinjiao" (SP6) on sperm motility, testicular B cell lymphoma/leukelia-2 (Bcl-2), Bcl-2 associated X protein (Bax), and Caspase-3 in mice with oligoasthenospermia induced by microwave radiation, so as to explore its underlying mechanisms in improving oligoasthenospermia., Methods: Male BALB/C mice were randomly divided into control, model and acupuncture groups( n =6 in each group). The oligoasthenospermia model was established by continuous microwave irradiation with frequency of 2 450 MHz and power density of 40 mW/cm 2 , 1 h daily for 18 days. At the same time, manual acupuncture was applied to the acupuncture group on bilateral "Sanyinjiao" (SP6) for 30 s, once daily for 18 days. Sperm motility including the percentages of progressive motility (PR), non-progressive motility (NP), and PR + NP sperms was detected by computer-assisted sperm analysis, H.E. staining was used to observe the testicular morphology and Johnson score was calculated, the expression levels of Bcl-2, Bax and Caspase-3 in testis were detected by immunofluorescence., Results: Compared with the control group, the percentages of PR sperms, NP sperms, PR+NP sperms, Johnson score, and expression level of Bcl-2 were significantly decreased ( P <0.05), while the expression levels of Bax and Caspase-3 were increased ( P <0.05) in the model group. Compared with the model group, the percentages of PR sperms, PR+NP sperms, Johnson score, and expression level of Bcl-2 were significantly increased ( P <0.05), while the expression levels of Bax and Caspase-3 were decreased ( P <0.05) in the acupuncture group. Outcomes of H.E. staining showed that the seminiferous tubules became thinner, spermatogenic cells and sperm decreased or even disappeared, and the supporting cells were partially missing in the model group, which was relatively milder in the acupuncture group., Conclusion: Manual acupuncture at SP6 can improve sperm motility in oligoasthenospermia mice induced by microwave radiation, which may be related to its effects in down-regulating the expressions of Bax and Caspase-3, increasing expression of Bcl-2 in the testis.

In recent years, the MYB-related gene family has been found pivotal in plant growth and development. MYB-related gene family in Angelica dahurica var. formosana was systematically investigated based on &quot;Chuanzhi No. 2&quot; through transcriptome database search and bioinformatics and the temporal and spatial expression patterns were analyzed through real-time fluorescence-based quantitative polymerase chain reaction(PCR). The results showed that 122 MYB-related proteins family were identified, mainly including the unstable hydrophilic proteins with good thermal stability. Most of the proteins were located in nuclei. The majority of the proteins had the structures of random coil and α-helix. Five MYB-related proteins family of A. dahurica var. formosana had membrane-binding domains. The conserved domain analysis of MYB-related proteins family of A. dahurica var. formosana showed that the MYB domains of genes in five subgroups, similar to 2 R-, 3 R-, and 4 R-MYB proteins, contained three evenly distributed Trp(W) residues in the MYB repeat sequence. The phylogenetic analysis of MYB-related proteins family in A. dahurica var. formosana and Arabidopsis thaliana showed that the MYB-related members were unevenly distributed in five subgroups, and A. thaliana and A. dahurica var. formosana had almost the same number of genes in the CCA1-like subgroup. There were differences in the number, type, and distribution of motifs contained in 122 encoded proteins. Transcription factors with similar branches had similar domains and motifs. The expression pattern analysis showed that the transcription factors AdMYB53, AdMYB83, and AdMYB89 responded to hormones to varying degrees, and they were highly expressed in leaves and responded quickly in roots. This study lays a foundation for further investigating the function of MYB-related transcription factors of A. dahurica var. formosana and solving the corresponding biological problems such as bolting early.

NAC(NAM/ATAF/CUC) protein plays an important role in plant growth and development, secondary cell wall formation and stress response. In this study, based on the sequencing data of Angelica dahurica, the NAC family was systematically analyzed using bioinformatics methods and its expression pattern was analyzed. Studies showed that 75 candidate genes had been selected from the NAC transcription factor family of A. dahurica, with the protein size of 148-641, all of which were unstable hydrophilic proteins. Most NAC proteins were localized in the nucleus, and had complete NAC domain. Phylogenetic analysis of NAC family proteins of A.dahurica and Arabidopsis thaliana showed that among the 17 subfamilies, NAC members were unevenly distributed in each subfamily, indicating that the evolution of species is developing in multiple directions. Among them, ANAC063 subfamily contained no NAC sequence of A. dahurica, which might be due to the functional evolution of the species. Analysis of protein transmembrane structure and signal peptide showed that NAC transcription factor could carry out transmembrane transportation, but its signal peptide function had not been found. Expression analysis showed that most transcription factors responded to abiotic stress and hormones to varying degrees, and the effects of hormones were obvious, especially ABA and IAA. In different organs of A. dahurica, most members of the NAC family had higher expression in root phloem, followed by root xylem. This study lays a foundation for further research on the function of A. dahurica NAC transcription factor and for solving the biological problems of A. dahurica.

Given that the biomechanical theory cannot well explain the therapeutic effect of fan-ashi point (a special site that may relieve pain by pressing), the skeletal muscle tension is adopted and it is attempted to interpret the mechanism of the curative effect and the effect onset of fan-ashi point. It is viewed that the longitudinal tension conduction and transverse tension conduction pathways of skeletal muscle are the material basis of the effect onset of fan-ashi point. Hence, acupuncture at fan-ashi point may alter the longitudinal or transverse tension conduction of skeletal muscle to relieve muscle and tendon pain.

In order to explore the effect of land-use change on soil bacteria in wetland systems, the topsoil (0-20 cm) of a natural wetland (NW), paddy field (PF), and dry land (DL) were collected in the Huixian karst wetland. The α -diversity, species composition, and abundance of soil bacterial communities were analyzed using high-throughput sequencing. The effect of environmental factors on bacterial community structure was also examined. The results showed that the soil bacteria in the Huixian karst wetland can be divided into 49 phyla and 145 classes. The Shannon index of bacteria in the PF was significantly higher, and the Simpson index of bacteria in the NW is significantly lower, than in the other two land-use types. The dominant phyla (operational taxonomic units, OTUs>1%) in the NW were Proteobacteria (52.15%), Actinobacteria (15.16%), and Acidobacteria (8.80%); the dominant phyla in the PF were Proteobacteria (45.79%), Acidobacteria (17.20%), and Chloroflexi (11.75%); the dominant phyla in the DL were Proteus (51.42%), Acidobacteria (15.51%), and Chloroflexi (7.43%). The dominant classes (OTUs>1%) in the NW were α -Proteobacteria (17.98%), β -Proteobacteria (13.72%), and Actinobacteria (13.13%); the dominant classes in the PF were Acidobacteria (14.35%), β -Proteobacteria (13.37%), and δ -Proteobacteria (12.02%); the dominant classes in the DL were α -Proteobacteria (19.44%), Formobacteria (13.30%), and Acidobacteria (13.03%). Among the dominant OTUs (>0.3%), the dominant genera of in the NW were Sphingomonas (OTU2, 59), Micromonospora (OTU5, 24 and 50487), Gemmatimonas (OTU1), and Tenotrophomonas (OTU8); the dominant genera in the PF were Lysobacter (OTU4 and 115) and Aquabacterium (OTU33); the dominant genera in the DL were Sphingomonas (OTU85, 157 and 2916), Rhodanobacter (OTU19 and 52), and Penlobacterium (OTU60). A heatmap showed that there were significant differences in soil bacterial community structure among the three land-use types. Redundancy analysis showed that pH, soil organic carbon (SOC), total nitrogen (TN), alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen (AN), exchangeable Mg 2+ , exchangeable Ca 2+ , soluble organic carbon (DOC), and available phosphorus (AP) were the main factors that affected the bacterial community structure in the Huixian karst wetland. These results indicate that changes in land-use types have significantly shaped the structure of soil bacterial communities in this area.

Objective: To detect the core muscle group in the patients with myofascial pain syndromes(MPS) by using the surface electromyography; to detect the distribution of muscle fiber type by the analysis of the median frequency and the slope of the median frequency., Methods: From October 2017 to March 2018, there were 100 patients with the MPS, including 45 males and 55 females; the average age was 48.5 years old, ranging from 29 to 76 years old. There were 40 cases of left back pain and 60 cases of right back pain. The course of illness was more than 6 months. Another 40 healthy patients without pain in the waist were included in the control group, 20 males and 20 females; the average age was 47.3 years old, ranging from 29 to 76 years old. All the patients had different degrees of back pain and muscle stiffness, which were diagnosed as lumbar fasciitis by clinical and imaging examination. Surface electromyography was used to measure the characteristics of the lumbar core muscles (multifissions, iliocostal muscles, and longest muscle) of the three groups in the Biering-Sorensen testing, such as median frequency(MF) and absolute slope of median frequency (MFs)., Results: The MF values of the multifidus muscle in the three groups were as follows:the left side of the non-pain group was 133.88±26.61, and the right side was 131.39±29.81; left side of lift side pain group 117.29±10.93, right side 133.70±17.81; in the right pain group, the left side was 131.36±17.37, and the right side was 118.28±13.57. The MF values of the iliocostal muscle in the three groups were:106.94±28.01 on the left side of the non-pain group, 114.68±18.96 on the right side; left side of lift side pain group 93.95±11.17, right side 107.60±27.86; in the right pain group, the left side was 105.93±15.52, and the right side was 97.27±19.27. The MF values of the longest muscle in the three groups were:109.24±26.20 on the left side of the non-pain group, 112.58±17.70 on the right side. Left side of left side pain group 95.58±10.83, right side 108.79±26.39; in the right pain group, the left side was 106.50±17.98, and the right side was 98.20±11.16. The MFs values of the multifidus muscle in the three groups were:0.221±0.109 on the left side of the non-pain group, and 0.259±0.169 on the right side; left side of left side pain group 0.318±0.184, right side 0.210±0.159; in the right pain group, the left side was 0.258±0.169, and the right side was 0.386±0.166. The MFs values of the iliocostal muscles in the three groups were:0.241±0.158 for the left side of the non-pain group, and 0.238±0.128 for the right side. Left side of left side pain group 0.330±0.208, right side 0.252±0.171; in the right side pain group, left side 0.249±0.150, right side 0.343± 0.144. The MFs values of the longest muscle of the three groups were:0.244±0.252 on the left side of the non-pain group, and 0.210±0.128 on the right side; left side of left side pain group 0.348±0.255, right side 0.241±0.224; in the right pain group, the left side was 0.239±0.155, and the right side was 0.334±0.233. There were no statistically significant differences in MF and MFs values of the left and right lumbar multifidus muscle, iliocostal muscle and longest muscle in the non-pain group( P >0.05). MF values of the pain side multifidus muscle, iliocostal muscle and longest muscle in the lumbago group were lower than those in the non-pain group( P <0.05). In this study,the leaves of autumn-sown Angelica dahurica var. formosana from Sichuan province in different growth years was used to explore the fitting model of photosynthetic response curve and the different photosynthetic physiological characteristics between annual and biennial A. dahurica var. formosana from Sichuan province. The results showed that the fitting model of the optimum light response curve of the leaves of A. dahurica var. formosana from Sichuan province with different growth years was all rectangular hyperbolic correction model. The light saturation points were 1 600,1 700 μmol·m-2·s-1,the light compensation points were17. 98,52. 23 μmol·m-2·s-1 in the leaves of annual and biennial plant,respectively. The diurnal variation curves of net photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate and stomatal conductance in the leaves all acted as a single peak value wave. The daily mean values of net photosynthetic rate and transpiration rate in the leaves of biennial plant were significantly higher than that of annual plant. There was no significant difference in daily mean stomatal conductance. The net photosynthetic rate was significantly positively correlated with stomatal conductance in both of the different growth years. The net photosynthetic rate of annual and biennial A. dahurica var. formosana from Sichuan province had extremely significant and significantly negative correlation with the intercellular CO2 respectively. The transpiration rate of annual plant was positively correlated with the effective photosynthetic radiation intensity and air temperature,but had significantly negative correlation with the intercellular CO2 concentration. The transpiration rate of biennial plant had extremely positive correlation with the effective photosynthetic radiation intensity,and negatively correlated with the intercellular CO2 concentration. In conclusion,the photosynthetic efficiency of the leaves in biennial plant of A. dahurica var. formosana from Sichuan province was higher than that in annual plant,but the ability to utilize weak light was lower than that of annual plant. It should be planted in the sunny field.

Based on the grey correlation analysis method, the chilling damage inducing factors and yield structure traits of rice in different growth stages, and the yield structure traits and final yield of rice were regarded as two grey systems. By seeking the grey relations of the grey systems and using the multi level grey correlation analysis method, the comprehensive assessment model of rice chil-ling damage was constructed, and the comprehensive assessment indices of chilling damages in sepa rate stages were established. The rice chilling damages at 27 stations in Northeast China from 1961 to 2015 were assessed separately. The results showed that there was a good corresponding relationship between the chilling damage and the rice yield. The low temperature during the vegetative growth stage, the vegetative growth and reproductive stage, the pollination stage or the grain filling stage significantly decreased the panicle number per plant, the average panicle grain number or the thousand kernel mass, and increased the empty grain rate. A good correspondence existed between temperature and rice yield in the typical chilling damage years.

The supply deficiency of crude medicinal plant of Paris polyphylla var. chinensis has become a bottleneck for related medicinal industry. An important approach to increase herbal production is to breed high-yield cultivated variety, which characterized ideal plant morphology. In the present study, we collected 99 wild germplasm resources of P. polyphylla and then measured their 12 main agronomic traits and contents of polyphyllin Ⅶ,Ⅵ,Ⅱ,Ⅰ. Followed analyses were used to characterize those traits and explore the potential connection with herbal yield or quality. The results showed that: ①There was ample morphological diversity in wild P. polyphylla, whose variation of agronomic traits reduced according to followed order: content of polyphyllin, weight of dry rhizome, petiole length, stem length, petal length, pedicel length, sepal length, leaf width, leaf length, sepal width, leaf number, stamen number, petal number. ② Most of those traits were significantly correlated to each other and generally represented the characterization of photosynthetic organs or reproductive organ. ③The total content of polyphyllin Ⅶ,Ⅵ,Ⅱ,Ⅰvaried between 0.02% and 0.87% and averagedat 0.13%, which showed no significant correlation with any agronomic trait. ④Plant breeders should play more attention on those germplasm resources with large leaves, large sepals and high stem., Competing Interests: The authors of this article and the planning committee members and staff have no relevant financial relationships with commercial interests to disclose., (Copyright© by the Chinese Pharmaceutical Association.)

Purpose: To observe the efficacy of semiconductor laser therapy in combination with botulinum toxin A type injection in treating temporomandibular disorders and the influence on serum levels of interleukin(IL)-1 and tumor necrosis factor(TNF)-α., Methods: Ninety patients with temporomandibular disorders were selected and randomly divided into control group and treatment group with 45 cases in each group. Patients in the control group received semiconductor laser therapy,once per day and 1 course for 1 week. Patients in the treatment group was given semiconductor laser therapy in combination with botulinum toxin A type. 50 U botulinum toxin A type were injected into the masseteric and temporal muscles with 5 injections at different sites in each side. The treatment course of patients was 2 weeks. Fricton scale indexes, pain index, and efficacy were compared between the two groups. Serum levels of IL-1 and TNF-α were detected in both groups. SPSS19.0 software package was used for data analysis., Results: After treatment, PI, DI and CMI in the treatment group were significantly lower than the control group (P<0.01). After 1 and 2 weeks of treatment, VAS score of the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.01). The total efficacy rate of the treatment group was 93.33%,which was significantly higher than control group (66.67%, P<0.05). Serum levels of IL-1 and TNF-α of the treatment group were significantly lower than the control group (P<0.01)., Conclusions: The efficacy of semiconductor laser therapy in combination with botulinum toxin A type injection in treating temporomandibular disorders is significant,and may be related to decreased serum levels of IL-1 and TNF-α.

Diabetic retinopathy(DR) and diabetic nephropathy(DN) are the most common complications of diabetes, and the main causes of death and disability of diabetes. Clinical reports showed that Fufang Xueshuantong capsule(FXT) had effective curative effect on DR and DN, but there was no report on the distribution of chemical compounds of FXT in beagle dog eyes and kidneys. In this study, FXT was given by gavage administration in Beagle dogs for 3 days, and then their eyeballs and kidneys were taken. The chemical compounds in beagle dog eyes and kidneys were detected by HPLC LTQ-Orbitrap technology. Furthermore, by comparing with the data from retrieving literature and references, the chemical compounds were identified by the accurate mass, retention time (tR), and MS/MS. According to ObgC gene sequences from Cyathula officinalis genomic data, the specific primers were designed, and a full-length CoObgC cDNA (2 226 bp) was obtained by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and rapid amplification of cDNA ends (RACE) methord. Sequence alignment showed that CoObgC gene contained a 1 818 bp open reading frame (ORF) encoding 605 amino acids. Sequence analysis predicted that molecular weight of CoObgC protein was about 66.39 kDa, the academic isoelectric point was 5.35, and the protein was stable protein. Then multiple sequence alignment was applied to construct phylogenetic tree. The real-time fluorescence quantification PCR (RT-qPCR) demonstrated that a high expression level in leaf, followed by root and flower, the low transcription was in stem. The recombinant vector pCABIA2300-CoObgC was constructed and introduced into tobacco epidermal cells by agrobacterium-mediated transformation, green fluorescence was tested and targeted to chloroplast under a laser scanning confocal microscope. Objective: To study the chemical constituents of the stems from Altingia chinensis., Methods: The stems from Altingia chinensis were extracted with 95% ethanol for reflux,and the extract were evaporated. The chemical constituents were isolated by silica gel chromatography and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography from petrol ether part and ethyl acetate part of extract. Their structures were identified on the basis of physico-chemical characters and spectroscopic analysis., Results: Eleven compounds were obtained from the stems from Altingia chinensis,which identified as myrsinene( 1),oleanonic aldehyde( 2),3β,23,28-trihydroxyolean-12-ene( 3),ursolic acid-3β-octadecanoate( 4),arjunglucoside Ⅱ( 5),β-sitosterol( 6),daucosterol( 7),trans-resveratrol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside( 8),ellagic acid 3,3’-dimethylether( 9),lyoniside( 10) and 3,3’-O-dimethylellagic acid-4’-O-α-L-rhamnoside( 11)., Conclusion: All the compounds are isolated from Altingia chinensis for the first time.

Objective: To observe the effect of acupuncture stimulation of bilateral "Hegu" (LI 4) and "Taichong" (LR 3, the so-called "Four Gate Points") on learning-memory ability, hippocampal interleukin-1 (IL-1) P and IL-2 and amyloid beta (Abeta) 42 levels in Alzheimer's disease (AD) rats,so as to reveal its underlying mechanism in improving AD., Methods: Male SD rats were randomly divided into sham operation, model, medication and acupuncture groups (n = 12 rats in each group). The AD model was created by microinjection of streptozotocin (10 pL, 3 mg/kg) into the lateral ventricle (repeated the microinjection once two days later). Bilateral LR 3 and LI 4 were punctured with filiform needles and stimulated manually, once a day, 6 days a week for 4 weeks. The rats of the medication group were intragastric perfusion of Donepezil HOI (0.045 mg/kg), once a day for 4 weeks. The learning-memory ability was detected by Morris water maze swimming tests. The immunoactivity of hippocampal Abeta 42 was detected by immunohistochemistry, and the contents of IL-1 P and IL-2 in the hippocampus tissue were determined by ELISA., Results: After modeling, the average escape latency of Morris water navigation task was significantly increased, and the target-platform crossing times of space probe trials were significantly reduced in the model group (P<0.05), suggesting a g-memory ability. After acupuncture intervention, the increased escape latency and the decreased target-platform crossing times were reversed, suggesting an improvement of the learning-memory. The hippocampal Abeta 42 immunoactivity and IL-1 beta content were significantly higher in the model group than in the sham operation group (P<0.05), but the hippocampal IL-2 content was markedly decreased in the model group (P<0. 05). Following the interventions, the increased Abeta 42 expression and IL-1 beta contents, and the decreased IL-2 contents in the hippocampus were also reversed in both the acupuncture and medication groups (P<0.05)., Conclusion: Acupuncture may improve learning-memory ability in AD rats, which may be associated with its effects in reducing hippocampal Abeta13 42 expression and IL-1beta content and in up-regulating IL-2 level.

Objective: To study the signal patterns of dual color dual fusion fluorescence in situ hybridization (DCDF-FISH) for detection of genetic abnormality in adult acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) patients and their diagnostic value and clinical application., Methods: The clinical data of 68 ALL patients confirmed in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively; The bone marrow samples were detected by DCDF-FISH, flow cytometry, conventional cytogenetics (CCG), reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR), and the correlation of these results was compared. And the reaction of patients to treatment was dynamically observed by DCDF-FISH., Results: Sixteen signal patterns were found in DCDF-FISH, including 14 kinds of atypical signal patterns (signal patterns of 1R2G, 2R3G, 2R4G and 3R3G as abnormal signal patterns without BCR/ABL fusion gene. Signal patterns of 1R1G1F, 1R1G3F, 1R1G4F, 1R2G1F, 1R2G2F, 1R2G3F, 1RnG2F (n ≥ 3), 2R2G1F, 1G4F, 1R4F corresponded to t (9;22) karyotype). Ph(+) ALL patients accounted for 17. All cases with Ph chromosome or BCR/ABL positive were B-ALL or My(+)-B-ALL. The Ph chromosome was detected in 12 cases (positive rate was 18%) by CCG. The positive rate was 25% (17/68) by DCDF-FISH and RT-PCR. The DCDF-FISH fluorescence pattern change before and after chemotherapy of the patients showed that the quantity and form of the signal pattern was changed after chemotherapy, and the common characteristics was the Ph chromosome in patients., Conclusion: The DCDF-FISH is a sensitive and reliable method for the detection of BCR/ABL rearrangement. Analyzing the dynamical change of DCDF-FISH signal patterns has been comfirmed to have a important guiding significance in the diagnosis, and anlysis of response to therapy, drug resistance and the prognosis of ALL patients.

Ten phenanthrenes, two organic acids, one organic acid ester and one flavonoid were isolated from the aerial part of Juncus setchuensis by various chromatographic techniques usingsilica gel, polyamide, Sephadex LH-20 as solid phases, and preparative HPLC. Their structures were identified by MS and NMR spectroscopic data as effusol(1), juncusol(2), juncuenin D(3), dehydroeffusol(4), dehydrojuncusol(5), juncuenin B(6),dehydrojuncuenin B(7), 2-methoxyl-7-hydroxyl-1-methyl-5-vinyl phenanthrene(8), 2-hydroxyl-7-carboxy-1-methyl-5-vinyl-9,10-dihydrophenanthrene(9), 2-hydroxyl-7-carboxyl-1-methyl-5-vinylphenanthrene(10), luteolin(11), vanillic acid(12), daphnetin(13), p-coumaric acid(14), respectively. Compound 13 was isolated from the genus Juncus for the first time and compounds 5, 8-12 were isolated from J. setchuensis for the first time. The elevated plus-maze(EPM) was used to evaluate the anxiolytic activity of compounds 6 and 7. Chemical constituents in extract of Scrophulariae Radix and their metabolites in rat plasma after oral administration were identified by HPLC-LTQ-Orbitrap. Samples were separated by a Venusil MP C₁₈ column using a binary gradient elution. The information on the total ion chromatogram, the extraction chromatogram and the mass spectrogram in a negative mode were synthetically analyzed by comparing the retention time, MS and MS/MS spectra with literature data and some of reference standards to conduct a qualitative study on constituents of Radix Scrophulariae extract in vivo and in vitro. Totally 37 compounds from Scrophularia ningpoensis extract were detected including 12 iridoid glycosides, 20 phenylpropanoids and 5 unknown compounds. In vivo, harpagide, harpagoside and angoroside C were confirmed to enter into the blood in prototype forms. Besides, another 2 prototype compounds and 2 metabolites were detected in rat plasma after oral administration of S. ningpoensis extract. Objective: To observe the effect of Kanli Granule (KG) on myocardial mechanics in pressure overload induced diastolic heart failure (DHF) rats., Methods: Totally 60 male Wistar rats were divided into the sham-operation group, the model group, the KG group, and the Valsartan group according to random digit table, 15 in each group. The pressure overload induced DHF model was established in all groups except the sham-operation group using abdominal aortic constriction surgery. Totally 7 rats died after modeling (with the mortality of 10. 67%) , and the rest 53 finished the following test. Rats in the KG group were administered with KG extract (calculated as 6. 75 g crude drug/kg) by gastrogavage. Rats in the Valsartan group were administered with Valsartan (7.2 µg/g) by gastrogavage. Equal volume of double distilled water was administered to rats in the model group and the sham-operation group by gastrogavage. All rats were intervened for 32 weeks. The response of isolated heart papillary muscle tonus to isoprenaline (ISO) and adenylate cyclase (Forskolin) was respectively observed. The enhancement phenomenon after resting development force (DF) of isolated heart papillary muscle tonus, and changes of DF in different Ca²⁺ concentrations were observed., Results: (1) In the ISO response test: Compared with the sham-operation group, the amplifications of DF, ±df/dt, -df/dt were obviously elevated in the model group (P < 0.05). Compared with the model group, the amplifications of DF and ±df/dt were obviously lowered in the KG group (P < 0.01), and the amplification of ±df/dt was also reduced in the Valsartan group (P < 0.01). (2) In the Forskolin response test: Compared with the sham-operation group, the amplifications of DF and ±df/dt obviously increased in the model group (P < 0.05). Compared with the model group, the amplifications of DF and ±df/dt were obviously reduced in the KG group (P < 0.01), and the amplification of DF was also reduced in the Valsartan group (P < 0.05). (3) In post-resting DF enhancement test: Compared with the sham-operation group, the amplification of DF showed gradually decreasing tendency along with prolonged resting time in the model group, and they were obviously lowered at all time points (P < 0.05). Compared with the model group, the amplification of DF was gradually increasing along with prolonged resting time in the KG group. The amplification of DF at post-resting 240 s was obviously larger in the KG group than in the model group (P < 0.05). The amplification of post-resting DF still showed gradually decreasing tendency along with prolonged resting time in the Valsartan group, with increased amplifications of DF at post-resting 60 s and 120 s (P < 0. 05) (4) The amplifications of DF in different Ca²⁺ concentrations: Compared with the sham-operation group, the amplifications of DF were significantly elevated in different Ca²⁺ concentrations (1.75, 3.5, 7.0 mmol/L ) (P < 0.05, P < 0.01). Compared with the model group, there was no statistical difference in amplification of DF in different Ca²⁺ concentrations in the KG group (P > 0.05). The amplifications of DF in different Ca²⁺ concentrations were significantly reduced in the Valsartan group (P < 0.05)., Conclusions: The ISO response and the Forskolin response were enhanced in isolated heart papillary muscle tonus of pressure overload induced DHF rats; enhanced post-resting DF was reduced; DF in different supra-physiologic levels of Ca²⁺ was still enhanced. KG could significantly improve excessive enhancement of pressure overload induced DHF rats in ISO response and Forskolin response, and improve enhancement of post-resting myocardium.

Volatile organic compounds (VOCs) are the most complex of a wide range of pollutants that harms human health and ecological environment. However, various countries around the world differ on its definition and control indicators. Its definition, control indicators and monitoring methods of our country and local standards were also different. Based on detailed analysis of the definitions and control indicators of VOCs, the recommendations were proposed: the definition of VOCs should be different according to the different concerns between "air quality management" and "pollution emissions management"; base on different control way from production source, technological process, terminal emission, total discharge control, the control indicators system consists of 10 indicators; to formulate industry VOCs emissions standards, the most effective control way and indicators should be chosen according to characteristics of production process, way of VOCs emissions and possible control measures, etc.

Objective: To investigate the association and interaction between smoking and the nicotine acetylcholine receptor subunits alpha 5(CHRNA5) gene polymorphisms on lung cancer in Chinese men., Methods: A case-control study was employed with a total of 204 male lung cancer patients and 821 healthy control subjects enrolled in the study. All the subjects were interviewed under a structured questionnaire with the contents on socio-demographic status and smoking behavior. Venous blood samples were collected to measure single nucleotide polymorphism of rs17486278 in CHRNA5. A series of multivariate logistic regression models were performed to assess the association and interaction between smoking and the CHRNA5 gene polymorphisms on lung cancer., Results: After controlling for potential confounding factors, data from the multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that individuals with smoking >15 cigarettes per day would significantly increase the risk of lung cancer when compared to the non-smokers (OR = 3.49, 95%CI:2.29-5.32). However, no associations between CHRNA5 rs17486278 polymorphisms and lung cancer were found. Furthermore, those who smoked 1-15 cigarettes per day had a positive interactive effect between rs17486278 CC genotype and lung cancer (OR = 16.13, 95% CI:1.27-205.33). Results from further stratified analysis on smoking behaviors and rs17486278 genotypes indicated that when compared with non-smokers on rs17486278 AA genotype, those individuals who smoked 1-15 cigarettes per day with rs17486278 CC genotype, individuals smoking >15 cigarettes per day with AA genotype and individuals smoking >15 cigarettes per day with AC genotype, all had a higher risk of developing lung cancer, with their OR value as 8.14(95% CI:1.17-56.56), 3.84 (95% CI:1.30-11.40) and 5.32 (95% CI:1.78-15.93), respectively., Conclusion: There was an interaction between smoking and CHRNA5 gene polymorphism on lung cancer.

The new National Emission Standard of Air Pollutants for Cement Industry (GB 4915-2013) becomes effective on Mar. 1st, 2014. It will play an important role in pollution prevention, total emission reduction, structure adjustment, and layout optimization for cement industry. Based on the research of emission standard in China, U. S., EU and Japan, the similarities and differences in the pollutant projects, control indicators, limits and means of implementation were discussed and advice was proposed, with the purpose to provide a reference for revision of emission standard, and to improve the level of environmental management and pollution control.

The new National Emission Standard of Air Pollutants for Cement Industry (GB 4915-2013) was released recently, which is the third revision since the first release in 1985. This paper reviewed the revision process for the emission standard of air pollutants in cement industry, analyzed the impact of environmental protection situation and management policies changes on the content and form of the standard. The standard formulating principles and several key issues together constitute the base of emission standard, which are not only important to complete the theories and methods of emission standard development, but also important to improve the environmental management and pollution control level.

The revised National Emission Standard of Air Pollutions for Cement Industry has been issued, which will be effective for the new enterprises and the existing enterprises on Mar. 1st, 2014 and July 1st, 2015, respectively. In the process of revision, the key technical issues on determination of standard limits was how to determine the feasible emission control level of air pollutions. Feasible emission control requirements were put forward, according to air pollutants emission, technologies, environmental management requirements and foreign standards, etc. The main contents of the revised standard include expanding the scope of application, increasing the pollutants, improving the particulate and NO emissions control level, and increasing special emission limits applied to key areas of air pollutants. The standard will become the gripper of pollution prevention, total emission reduction, structural adjustment and optimization of the layout, and will promote scientific and technical progression for the cement industry.

Objective: To learn the prevalence of infection of human and animals severe fever with thrombocytopenia syndrome bunyavirus (SFTSV) in Yantai, Shandong province, and to analyze the pathogenic features of SFTSV as well as its relationship between human and animal hosts., Methods: From April to November in 2011, 3 576 serum samples were collected from domesticated animals, including sheep, cattle, pigs, dogs, chickens, in Laizhou and Penglai areas where fever with thrombocytopenia syndrome frequently occurred among local residents. Total SFTSV antibodies and virus-specific nucleic acids of the serum were tested by ELISA and Real time RT-PCR, respectively. SFTSV infection on each animal was observed in different months. 2 590 human serum samples were also collected in Laizhou and Penglai areas, with IgG antibodies tested by ELISA. Virus was isolated with Vero cells from the serum which SFTSV viral nucleic acids were positive. S fragments were amplified by RT-PCR and sequenced, with homology analysis conducted on these sequences., Results: The overall positive rate of serum samples from animals on the total SFTSV antibodies was 40.24% (1 439/3 576) while the positive rate for specific nucleic acids was 4.56% (163/3 576). The positive rates for SFTSV antibodies were 62.78%, 52.97%, 45.56%, 28.73%, 1.45% and the positive rates for specific nucleic acids were 5.72%, 4.63%, 3.02%, 5.25% and 3.73%, in sheep, cattle, chickens, dogs, pigs, respectively. The antigens/antibodies for SFTSV in animals changed seasonally. The overall positive rate for SFTSV IgG antibody from 2 590 human samples was 5.41%. Thirteen virus strains were isolated from these serum samples (10 strains from human and 3 strains from animals). The nucleotide homology of 13S fragments' sequences ranged from 95.23% to 100.00% and the nucleotide homology with the isolates from other provinces were between 94.72% and 99.13%. The homology was considered to be high., Conclusion: High prevalence of SFTSV infections occurred both in human and domestic animals in Yantai city. The nucleotide sequences of SFTSV were highly homologous among human and domestic animals. The findings suggested that domesticated animals might serve as SFTSV proliferation and the hosts for transmission thus should be attached great importance.

Volatile organic compounds (VOCs) has become one of the priority control pollutants, due to the regional compound pollution problem represented by atmospheric haze. Through the analysis of the present situation for current national and local emission standards of VOCs, the pollution characteristics and the emission inventory of VOCs, a basic standard system of VOCs has been proposed and improved.

Objective: Factors associated with smoking cessation interventions initiated by hospital chest physicians in China had not been studied. We examined if the physicians' awareness of emerging evidence regarding negative effects of smoking was associated with the initiation of smoking cessation., Methods: A cluster randomized cross-sectional survey was conducted from July 2011 to August 2011 in hospital-based chest physicians (n = 354) in Guangzhou, China., Results: Of those who responded (n = 354, 92.2%), 63.8% were aware of emerging evidence regarding negative effects of smoking and 64.5% initiated smoking cessation programs with their patients who smoked. Regarding the related awareness on smoking differed across physicians depending on their affiliation to evidence hospitals(χ(2) = 54.7, P > 0.001), i.e., primary (44.9%), secondary (55.1%)and tertiary hospitals (87.0%)was further supported by the related odds ratio (OR = 1.732, 95%CI:1.072-2.797, P < 0.05). Smoking status of physicians was related to their practice on smoking cessation, supported by the odds ratio (OR = 4.251, 95% CI:1.460-12.380, P = 0.008). Smoking cessation practice by physicians also depended on their affiliated hospitals. Physicians working at primary and secondary hospitals were less aware of the fact that smoking could reduce patients' responsiveness to inhaled corticosteroids than those working at the tertiary hospitals(χ(2) = 37.9, P > 0.001). Furthermore, these physicians would less frequently prescribed medication related to smoking cessation(χ(2) = 137.71, P < 0.001)., Conclusion: Physicians who were better aware of the health hazards of smoking might more actively provide smoking cessation advice in their clinics. The awareness might correlate with the hospital levels they worked and the smoking status while the the advice they provided might correlate with their educational background, job title, department affiliation and smoking status, but not with the level of hospitals.
