The shale oil and gas exploration potential of the Jurassic Qianfoya Formation in the Sichuan Basin is promising. However, there is still a lack of understanding regarding the basic sedimentary characteristics and development patterns of fine-grained sedimentary rocks. Therefore, utilizing the principles of fine-grained sedimentology, this study thoroughly examines the geological features of the fine-grained sedimentary rock reservoir in the second member of the Qianfoya Formation in the Yuanba area. This investigation includes the analysis of material composition, sedimentary structures, reservoir space types, and classification of lithofacies types. Subsequently, the physical characteristics and reservoir space types of the main lithofacies reservoirs are compared and analyzed. Finally, the study predicts the favorable intervals for development. The results reveal that the fine-grained sedimentary rocks in the second member of the Qianfoya Formation in the Yuanba area consist of two rock types: clay rock and siltstone, with a total of 15 rock facies types. Organic-rich massive clay rock, organic-rich massive silty clay rock, organic-rich laminated silty clay rock, organic-rich banded silty clay rock, organic-rich massive silty clay rock, and organic-rich laminated silty clay rock are the six major lithofacies types of fine-grained sedimentary rock. Additionally, various types of reservoir spaces exist, such as interlayer fractures among clay minerals, shale bedding fractures, intercrystalline pores among clay minerals, intercrys-talline pores among iron pyrite, dissolved pores, and organic matter pores. Among these, intercrystalline pores of clay minerals are the most widely distributed. The average porosity and permeability of the six major lithofacies types were found to be 2% and 0.023×10-3 μm2, respectively. The lithofacies of organic-rich laminated silty clay rock, organic-rich laminated silty clay rock, and organic-rich massive silty clay rock exhibit rich reservoir space types, wide distribution, large quantity, higher porosity and permeability compared to other lithofacies, as well as higher TOC values, making them the most favorable reservoir lithofacies types. The dominant stratum of the second member of the Qianfoya Formation in the study area is situated in substratum 1, the bottom of substratum 2, and the middle and lower parts of substratum 3.

This is an essay in the field of process mineralogy. Systematic process mineralogy has been done in this study, focusing on a gold deposit in Africa, using automatic mineral analysis system (i.e. AMICS, MLA) combined with optical microscopy. This study finds that gold minerals are mainly native gold, with high fineness of around 900. Intergranular and fracture gold totally occupy 62.77% of gold, and 37.23% of gold appears as inclusions in gangue minerals. The particle size of native gold is fine, with 27.54% portion under 10 μm. Nonmetallic minerals are main gold-hosting minerals, while sulfides are less related to gold, only 32.15%. Taking these features into consideration, flotation of whole sulfides is not suitable for gold recovery in this deposit, while stirring leaching after fine grinding will quite fit.

With rapid urbanization, the contradiction between traffic and the environmental pollution caused by it is becoming increasingly prominent. To preserve ground buildings, an increasing number of tunnel schemes are adopted. Urban Karst exploration is based on drilling, supplemented by traditional geophysical methods such as high-density electrical method and shallow seismic reflection method, which are inefficient and difficult to implement owing to site conditions. As a geophysical exploration technology developed in recent years, electromagnetic wave technology has the advantages of high resolution and convenient field operation, which can better reveal the development scale and characteristics of underground Karst. Based on traditional data processing, setting the minimum value, choosing the reflection projection result as the initial model, using the low-pass filtering and angle-limiting technology, and adopting the structure program of continuous survey mode to carry out normalized calculation processing can greatly improve the accuracy of electromagnetic wave CT data interpretation. The findings of this study show that the electromagnetic wave detection technology can be applied effectively in Karst exploration, and its detection results have great guiding significance in urban tunnel engineering.

Based on reviews and summaries of the naming schemes of fine-grained sedimentary rocks, and analysis of characteristics of fine-grained sedimentary rocks, the problems existing in the classification and naming of fine-grained sedimentary rocks are discussed. On this basis, following the principle of three-level nomenclature, a new scheme of rock classification and naming for fine-grained sedimentary rocks is determined from two perspectives: First, fine-grained sedimentary rocks are divided into 12 types in two major categories, mudstone and siltstone, according to particle size (sand, silt and mud). Second, fine-grained sedimentary rocks are divided into 18 types in four categories, carbonate rock, fine-grained felsic sedimentary rock, clay rock and mixed fine-grained sedimentary rock according to mineral composition (carbonate minerals, felsic detrital minerals and clay minerals as three end elements). Considering the importance of organic matter in unconventional oil and gas generation and evaluation, organic matter is taken as the fourth element in the scheme. Taking the organic matter contents of 0.5% and 2% as dividing points, fine grained sedimentary rocks are divided into three categories, organic-poor, organic-bearing, and organic-rich ones. The new scheme meets the requirement of unconventional oil and gas exploration and development today and solves the problem of conceptual confusion in fine-grained sedimentary rocks, providing a unified basic term system for the research of fine-grained sedimentology.

Based on NCEP/FNL, surface observation and upper-air sounding data, and entries of the Southwest China Vortexes(SCVs) Yearbook, we analyzed the activities of Southwest China Vortexes with different vortex sources from 2012 to 2017. Composite and comparative analyses are conducted to the respective wind and other composite physical fields for the characteristics of Jiulong vortex, basin vortex and Xiaojin vortex prior and during the generation phase in the most frequent occurrence time of the year. The effects of background wind, cold and warm air flows, and frontogenesis on the generation of Jiulong vortex, basin vortex and Xiaojin vortex are then obtained. Results are as follows. (1) The main generation and moving period of SCV is from March to June. Jiulong vortex has the main role in SCV, followed by basin vortex. Xiaojing vortex is the least but has the biggest chance to move out of the source. (2) The formation of the Jiulong Vortex and the Xiaojin Vortex is related to the open shape topography of the southwest airflow flowing into their respective vortexes and the wind in Xiaojing vortex is stronger. The formation of the basin vortexes is related to the shear line. (3) The formation of Jiulong vortex and Xiaojin vortex is also related to the positive non-thermal wind vorticity in the warm advection area due to the influence of surface heating and southwest airflow on the leeward slope of the Plateau. However, the warm advection area of Jiulong vortex is larger than that of Xiaojin vortex, and its intensity is much lower than that of Xiaojin vortex. The formation of basin vortex is related to the stronger baroclinic effect of the cold air. (4) The formation of Jiulong vortex, Xiaojin vortex and basin vortex is all related to the enhancement of frontogenesis intensity of the respective vortex sources. But the factors influencing frontogenesis are different. The generation of Xiaojin vortex is mainly affected by the non-adiabatic pro?cess, and the formation of Jiulong vortex is mainly affected by the non-adiabatic change process, together with the horizontal and vertical motion of the airflow. The basin vortex generation is mainly affected by the vertical motion and the non-adiabatic also has some impact on it.

Abstract: Carbonate dissolution during the process of burial and evolution by percolating acid fluid was simulated using core plugs to analyze the characteristics and controlling factors of Cambrian carbonate rock dissolution in the Tarim Basin. The results showed that mineral composition and reservoir space type control selective dissolution. In the carbonate rock strata with high calcite content, the calcite is likely to dissolve first to form secondary dissolution pores; gypsum and anhydrite in the carbonate rock can be dissolved to form mold pores in contemporaneous and penecontemporaneous stages. Porous carbonate has mainly enlargement of matrix pores, with porosity and permeability increasing correspondingly, but not obviously. In comparison, dominant channels for fluid are likely to occur in fractured carbonate or porous carbonate forming cracks under high pressure, resulting in a relative reduction in the dissolution volume, but great increase of permeability. With the rise of temperature and pressure, corrosion ability of acid fluid to carbonate rock increases first and then decreases, there exists an optimum range of temperature and pressure for dissolution, which corresponds to the buried depth of 2 250−3 750 m of the Cambrian. Considering reservoir characteristics of the study area, it is concluded that calcite in the penecontemporaneous period is the material basis for the development of dissolution pore, and carbonate rock were mainly dissolved by early atmospheric fresh water, superimposed and reformed to form high quality reservoirs by multiple acid fluids including deep hydrothermal fluid and acid fluid generated during the process of organic thermal evolution under burial condition. AIM: To investigate the effects of sodium hydrosulfide (NaHS) on hexokinase 2 (HK2)-nucleo-tide-binding oligomerization domain-like receptor protein 3 (NLRP3)-gasdermin D (GSDMD) pathway and pyroptosis induced by lung ischemia/reperfusion (I/R) in rats. METHODS: Male Sprague-Dawley rats were divided into 6 groups: control group, control+NaHS group, I/R group, low-dose NaHS+I/R (L+I/R) group, medium-dose NaHS+I/R (M+I/R) group, and high-dose NaHS+I/R (H+I/R) group, with 6 rats in each group. The NaHS was administered via intraperitoneal injection at 1.5 mL, 30 min before modeling. The left lung tissues were collected 30 min after ischemia and 1 h after reperfusion, and the wet/dry weight ratio and total lung water content were recorded. Hematoxylin-eosin (HE) staining was used to examine lung tissue morphological changes. The levels of malondialdehyde (MDA), myeloper oxidase (MPO) and lactate in lung tissues were measured with test kits. ELISA was employed to determine the levels of interleukin-1p (IL-1p) and IL-18. The expression of glycolysis- and pyroptosis-related indicators was analyzed by Western blot, qRT-PCR and immunofluorescence staining. RESULTS: Compared with control group, the rats in NaHS group showed no significant differences in all laboratory tests (P>0. 05). The rats in I/R group exhibited significant lung injury, oxidative stress, increased lactate level, and up-regulated glycolysis and pyroptosis (P<0. 05 or P<0. 01). Compared with I/R group, the indicators in L+I/R group showed a downward trend (P<0. 01) or no difference (P>0. 05), while those in M+I/R group displayed a significant reduction (P<0. 05 or P<0. 01). However, the indexes in H+I/R group exhibited no significant differences in these tests (all P>0. 05). CONCLUSION: A moderate dose (56 xmol"L-1-kg-1) of NaHS mitigated the occurrence of pyroptosis by inhibiting the HK2-NLRP3-GSDMD pathway, thus contributing to the attenuation of lung I/R injury in rats. The effects of alkyl glycoside and alcohol ether glycoside alone on the interfacial tension between n-alkanes and Liaohe crude oil and on the interfacial tension in a composite system were studied by using a rotary drop interfacial tensimeter with the addition of ethylene oxide group (EO). The effects of mass fraction of surfactant, concentration of univalent and bivalent ions and EO group on dynamic interfacial tension of the system were investigated. The results show that the two glycoside surfactants can produce strong synergistic effect with sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate, and the EO chain can adjust the hydrophilic and oleophilic balance of the surfactants, so that the surfactants are more closely arranged at the interface. The increase of salinity can compress the double electron layer, make the interfacial molecules closely arranged, and reduce the interfacial tension. Under proper salinity conditions, the mixed surfactant system can produce ultra-low interfacial tension with Liaohe viscous oil. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The strains that can biotransform limonene to α -terpineol were screened based on the researches of hops endophytic bacteria, and the physiological, biochemical and molecular indicators of these endophytic bacteria were determined, subsequently the bioconversion conditions of limonene by endophytic bacteria were optimized. Results showed that, the F0-1 bacteria strain was Pseudomonas oryzihabitans. The optimal bioconversion conditions were determined as follows: system temperature of 30, pH value of 6.0, rotate speed of 200 r/min, preincubation time of 38 h in NA medium, limonene/ethanol solution addition of 20%, limonene concentration of 880 mg/L and bioconversion time of 12 h. After optimization, the product presented α-terpineol concentration of 97.54±3.34 mg/L, which was 10.6 times of the original conversion result 9.24±1.67 mg/L. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Brackish water resource is widely distributed in the North China Plain, which has not been effectively utilized. Using brackish water for irrigation can alleviate water resource conflict in the well-irrigated area and solve the problem of groundwater over-exploitation of the North China Plain. A long-term experiment (since 2006) was conducted to investigate the effects of brackish water irrigation on the quality and yield of winter wheat in the North China Plain. There were five salinity degrees of irrigation water, i.e. 1, 2, 4, 6, and 8 g · L-1, respectively. The results showed that higher salinity degree of irrigation water (4-8 g · L-1) significantly increased water absorption, development time, sedimentation, wet gluten content, and protein content, but decreased the stabilization time, flour yield, and gluten index. There was no significant difference between the treatments of 1 g · L-1 and 2 g · L-1 on grain yield and yield components, but the treatment of 2 g · L-1 significantly improved grain quality, including water absorption, development time, sedimentation, wet gluten, and protein content. Higher salinity degree of irrigation water (4-8 g · L-1) treatments significantly decreased spike number (44.0%-60.7%) and grain yield (35.6%-64.7%), compared with 1 g · L-1 treatment. Results of principal component analysis showed that 2 g · L-1 treatment had the best overall effect with no significant decrease in grain yield and quality of grain. It is of great importance to explore the effects of saline-water furrow irrigation on soil water-stable aggregates for safe and efficient utilization of saline water resources. We conducted a long-term cotton experiment with six levels of saline-water furrow irrigation (1, 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 g · L-1) since 2006 and analyzed the variations of soil salinity and water-stable aggregates in the 10th and 15th years under saline irrigation. The results showed that soil salinity in the 0-30 cm layer at the ditch increased with increasing salinity level of irrigation water. There were significant differences between the 6, 8, 10 g · L-1 and 1 g · L-1 treatments. Soil salinity in each treatment increased gradually with increasing soil depth. Saline-water furrow irrigation tended to reduce the stability of soil water-stable aggregates. When the salinity level of the irrigation water was ≥ 6 g · L-1, the mass fraction of macroaggregates (>0.25 mm), the mean weight diameter and geometric mean diameter of water-stable aggregates significantly decreased. In contrast, the fractal dimension and mean weight specific surface area increased significantly. The stability of soil water-stable aggregates decreased with soil depth in all treatments. Under the condition of saline-water furrow irrigation for several years, there was no accumulation of soil salinity and instability of water-stable aggre-gates in the 0-30 cm soil layer at the ditch with each passing year. With the irrigation scheduling of this study, saline-water furrow irrigation with salinity ≤ g · L-1 did not affect soil salinity and water-stable aggregate stability of cotton field in this area. In industrial production, the pollution level of industrial smoke and dust is often judged based on Ringelmann scale. An effective method is to monitor the industrial smoke using computer vision system. The accurate segmentation of smoke targets is the key to this system. Since the shape of industrial smoke is variable and similar to cloud, the existing algorithms do not work well in complex scenes, so the accuracy of segmentation needs to be improved. Aiming at this problem, this paper proposes an industrial smoke image segmentation method based on FCN-LSTM. On the basis of using fully convolutional network (FCN) to extract spatial features of the image, the time information of the image sequence is extracted by long short-term memory network (LSTM). The dynamic features of smoke and dust are used to distinguish the moving smoke and background, so as to enhance the anti-interference ability in complex scenes. Experiments show that, compared with the FCN, the proposed model can significantly improve the anti-interference ability in complex scenes. The model can effectively overcome the interference from the cloud, and solve the problem of interference points in the segmentation results of FCN. The indicator is increased by up to 8. 04%. To illustrate the genetic mechanism of complex agronomic traits in wheat, we investigated nine agronomic traits using 150 wheat cultivars (lines) from China across four environments. Genome-wide association analysis was performed using wheat 35K genotyping assay with five association models (Q, PCA, K, PCA+K, Q+K). The results revealed that the polymorphic information content (PIC) of values was between 0.0950 and 0.5000, and the minimum allele frequency (MAF) was between 0.0500 and 0.5000. Both the population structure analysis and the PCA analysis showed that the tested materials could be divided into two sub-populations. Linkage disequilibrium analysis found that the LD decay distances of the A, B, D, and the whole genome were approximately 4.7, 8, 11, and 6 Mb, respectively. A total of 652 significant (P ≤ 0.001) marker-trait associations (MTAs) were detected, thereinto, 21 SNPs could be detected on chromosomes 1A(1), 1B(4), 2A(3), 2D(2), 3A(1), 5A(1), 5B(5), 6A(1), 6B(2), and 7D(3) in two or more environments. Three SNPs were significantly associated with two traits and the physical position of one SNP was unknown. Single SNPs could explain 7.67 % to 18.79 % phenotypic variation. It was found that eight favorable allelic variations accounted for a low proportion in the tested population. Fourteen candidate genes that may be related to agronomic traits of wheat were identified. Among them, TraesCS5B02G237200, TraesCS7D02G129700, and TraesCS1B02G426300 may play important roles in plants resistance to biotic and abiotic stress. TraesCS5B02G010800 and TraesCS7D02G436800 may be related to the hormones synthesis and response in plants. TraesCS2A02G092200 may enhance the cell wall formation of plants. Obtaining the motor mechanical time constant Tm and inherent magnification K is knowed as system identify. Ship-borne photoelectric system was disturbed due to the roll, pitch, bow wave disturbance, and the reliability and accuracy of the system discerniblile directly affect the regulator parameter setting. Thereby, the steady state and dynamic accuracy will confront serious influence. Conventional formula method for motor mechanical time constant in the practical application is very inconvenient, and most of the occasions for Tm can't be gotten. Based on PC104 hardware platform, this paper deduced the approximate approach e exponential function as step method for system identification that is the theoretical basis, designed a friendly human-computer interaction interface to display and modify the result of the system on discerniblile easily. By test analysis: applying Origin fitting e exponential function can make the step method of Tm and K fitting credibility more than 96% , the fitting error is less than 0. 1, accuracy can meet the needs completely. The problem of low accuracy and credibility has been solved for getting Tm and K in the practical engineering. By combining advantages of the most two prevalent group recommending methods, this paper built a new algorithm frame and introduced the disagreement factor to perfect the model. In addition, considering the specialty of online groups, it defined a variable to describe the interaction frequency among group members, and evaluated its effect on recommending results by analyzing its relationship with the recommending precision index. It used the data of Douban to test the efficacy of this algorithm. Results show that the algorithm considering disagreement factor obtains better recommendation effect, and that a well-designed interaction mechanism contributes to improving recommending precision. The invasion of Phytolacca americana has produced serious damage to the coastal shelter forests in China. In order to search for the effective measures for controlling the growth of P. americana, several plots in the Robinia pseudoacacia forest invaded by P. Americana to the relatively same extent were installed, and the measures of physical control (mowing and root cutting) and chemical control (spraying herbicides) were adopted to control the invasion of P. Americana, taking the site with good growth of Amorpha fruticosa in the forest and without any control measures as the comparison. The results showed that mowing could rapidly decrease the growth of P. americana in the same year, but the growth recovered in the next year. 1/3 root cutting only reduced the aboveground growth of P. americana in the same year, and the growth was recovered in the third year; while 2/3 root cutting and whole cutting could effectively cleanup the P. americana plants all the time. Spraying quizalofop-p-ethyl and paraquat only killed the aboveground part of P. americana in the same year, but this part of P. americana recovered to the normal level in the next year; while spraying 45 g·L-1 of glyphosate could completely kill the whole P. americana plants till the third year. The growth of P. americana at the site with good growth of A. fruticosa and without any control measures maintained at a low level all the time, suggesting that planting A. fruticosa in R. pseudoacacia forest would be an effective approach to prevent and control the P. americana invasion. To develop a suitable tillage mode and irrigation schedule of transplanted cotton following wheat harvest under sprinkler irrigation, a field experiment was conducted to study the effects of different tillage modes (conventional tillage and no-tillage) and different irrigation schedules (45 and 22.5 mm of irrigating water quota) on the water consumption, seed yield, water use efficiency, and fiber quality of cotton. Comparing with conventional tillage, no-tillage decreased the soil evaporation among cotton plants by 20.3%. Whether with conventional tillage or with no-tillage, deficit irrigation (22.5 mm of irrigating water quota) did not affect seed yield and fiber quality, while decreased the water consumption and improved the water use efficiency. No-tillage with 22.5 mm of irrigating water quota under sprinkler irrigation not only decreased the soil evaporation effectively, but also achieved water-saving, high quality and high yield of transplanted cotton following wheat harvest. In an experimental field with maize/soybean strip intercropping, the transpiration of maize and soybean plants was measured with sap flow gauge based on heat balance method. In the intercropping system, the diurnal change of the sap flow rates of the plants fitted single-peak curve in sunny day and multi-peak curve in cloudy day. The plant sap flow rates were affected by many environmental factors, among which, solar radiation was the most important meteorological factor. The daily sap flow per maize or soybean plant showed significant correlations with solar radiation, air temperature, relative humidity, wind speed, and soil heat flux. During the observation period (June 1-30, 2008), the mean daily transpiration of maize plant (1.44 mm·d-1) was about 1.8 times of that of soybean plant (0.79 mm·d-1). Maize transpiration and soybean transpiration contributed 64% and 36% to the total transpiration of the intercropping system, respectively. Due to the spatial variation of stem diameter and leaf area, it would be necessary to install more sap flow gauges to accurately measure the sap flow of maize and soybean plants. To clarify the corrosion problem of a certain gathering and transportation pipeline in the Daniudi gas field, corrosion rate tests, micro-morphology observations and corrosion product analyses were conducted on the corrosion coupons and corroded pipe sections on-site. The corrosion mechanism of the gathering pipeline in an H2S/CO2 coexistence environment was studied to provide a basis for formulating corresponding corrosion protection measures. Results showed that the average corrosion rate of the corrosion coupon was 0.092 3 mm/a, which was higher than the 0.076 0 mm/a required by the industry standard. The local corrosion rate was 0.157 0 mm/a, the pitting corrosion coefficient was 2.7, and the maximum depth of the corrosion pit on the test piece of the corroded pipe section was 88 μm. The corrosion product film had a loose structure and poor protection performance. The corrosion products mainly contained C, O and S elements, which were much higher than the chemical composition of 20 carbon steel. The corrosion products were mainly composed of FeCO3, FeS and Fe2O3, indicating that the corrosion of the gathering pipeline was mainly caused by CO2 and H2S when encountering humid environments.

In this paper, the contents of 12 mineral elements in 100 samples of four types of takeaway fast food, including porridge and noodles, special snacks, Chinese fast food and Western fast food, sold in Beijing were analyzed by ICP-MS, and the RNI and UL values of the elements were used as the assessment criteria for preliminary dietary nutritional assessment of different age groups. The results showed that the range of mineral element contents in the samples was wide and the degree of dispersion was large. The intakes of Na, I and Cr could meet the daily dietary needs of the whole population in all types of takeaway samples, while the intakes of Ca, Mg and Fe were insufficient. The insufficient intakes of K, Zn, Cu, Mn, Mo and Se were found in some of the samples of some populations. The intakes of the 12 elements showed different degrees of variability among the four types of takeaways, with lower intakes of each element in congee and noodle dishes, and K, Ca, Mg, Zn, Fe, Se and Cr showed significant differences from the other three types. The intake of each element was lower in congee and noodles, which showed significant differences with the other three categories. In addition, the intake of take-away fast food was found to be excessive, with Zn and I exceeding 1.1%~5.3% and 3.6%~14.3%, respectively, in different age groups. The results showed that the long-term take-away population should pay attention to adjusting their dietary structure, balancing the intake of take-away food containing meat, vegetables, legumes, eggs and milk, and appropriately replenishing various types of minerals with insufficient intake. At the same time the health risks of “over-nutrition” brought about by fast food takeaways should be paid attention, and the young minors were the key concern groups.

However, due to the influence of its outline structure and the large heat transfer coefficient, large heat loss is caused during LNG transportation, with the transportation efficiency reduced. Therefore, the flow and heat transfer characteristics of LNG in the plain tube and the corrugated hoses with 5 types of different structural parameters were analyzed with the numerical simulation method. Meanwhile, the influence laws of the corrugation depth,corrugation pitch and Reynolds number on the heat transfer characteristics of the hoses were explored, and the heat transfer characteristics of the hoses were characterized with the thermal performance evaluation criterion(PEC). The results show that: The corrugated hoses have higher Nusselt number, greater friction coefficient and better heat transfer characteristics than the plain tubes. The Nusselt number in the corrugated hoses increases with the increase of Reynolds number, while the friction coefficient decreases with the increase of Reynolds number and becomes stable at high Reynolds number. Under the same Reynolds number, the Nusselt number of the corrugated hoses increases with the increase of the corrugation depth, but decreases with the increase of the corrugation pitch. Besides, the friction coefficient is proportional to the change of the corrugation depth and pitch, and the corrugation depth has the greatest influence. Generally, the research results could provide theoretical guidance for the engineering application and the structural optimization design of LNG cryogenic corrugated hoses.

Variable camber wing is one of the key research directions of advanced aircraft in the future. The inhe-rent contradiction between the rigidity of wing structure and the bending deformation ability is the difficulty in the design of variable camber wing structure. In this paper, a new structure and function integrated variable camber wing structure is designed. Based on the inductive motion mechanism of mimosa in nature, on the one hand, a double-layer array M-type elastic connector is arranged in the elastic deformation zone of the variable camber ribs to meet the requirements of structural stiffness and flexible deformation. On the other hand, the aerodynamic muscle is embedded in the ribs to meet the airfoil deformation drive while maintaining the overall airfoil structural stiffness. Through simulation analysis and experimental test of the prototype, the results show that the variable camber wing design can meet the camber change effect of 13.5° upward and 9.5° downward, thus verifying the feasibility of the variable camber wing structure design.

In order to better understand the research status in the field of HVDC interference in buried pipelines by numerical simulation technology, the research results of HVDC interference in buried pipelines at home and abroad were summarized. The method of calculation of numerical simulation technology was introduced, the calculation principles of two numerical simulation and calculation softwares, CDEGS and Beasy, were analyzed, and their advantages and disadvantages were compared. In addition, the application status of numerical simulation technology in the study of HVDC interference in buried pipelines was summarized. On this basic, the current problems in numerical simulation technology were pointed out, and the future calculation direction of numerical simulation technique used for HVDC interference in buried pipelines was prospected, which would provide reference and inspiration for relevant researchers and engineers.

An experimental investigation is conducted to study the hydrodynamic responses of cylinder floating production storage and offloading (FPSO) subjected to heading short-crested waves of different spreading parameters. The motion response and mooring dynamics of cylinder FPSO are analyzed and the results are compared with those from the long-crested waves. The simulation experiment shows that the short-crested waves induce smaller surge motions and mooring tensions, but generate bigger sways and roll motions compared with those of the long-crested waves. There are statistically significant differences in hydrodynamics of cylinder FPSO between short-crested and long-crested waves. The research results provide important references for further study of short-crested waves and their interaction with ocean engineering structures.

MAO coatings were prepared on AZ91D magnesium alloy surface in the phosphate electrolyte containing different concentrations of titanium nanoparticles.The effects of titanium nanoparticle concentration on the morphology,composition and properties of the as-prepared coatings were studied.Scanning electron microscope,energy dispersive spectrometer,X-ray diffractometer and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy were employed to characterize the morphology and composition of such coatings.The corrosion resistance of coatings was tested by an electrochemical workstation,and the light absorption performance of the coatings was evaluated by a spectrophotometer.Results showed that the added titanium nanoparticles in electrolyte had little influence on voltage variation.However,the titanium nanoparticles in electrolyte could form Mg2TiO4in the micro-arc oxidation coatings.With the increase of the concentration of titanium nanoparticles,the small micropores on the surface of the coatings decreased first and then increased,so the corrosion resistance increased first and then decreased;furthermore,the coating's color changed from gray to light blue and then dark blue,leading to a gradual decrease of the reflectivity to simulated sunlight

The accurate calculation of pressurized water reactor burned fuel neutron source intensity plays a significant role in the subcritical reactivity measurement. The calculation methods of both spontaneous fission source and (α, n) neutron source were researched in this paper. There were multiple sources of alpha particle in reactor core, including 238Pu, 239Pu, 240Pu, 241Am, 242Cm, 244Cm, etc. Among these sources, the dominant source was coming from 242Cm decay. 242Cm approximation method as well as ratio fitting method were proposed for obtaining (α, n) neutron source intensity. In 242Cm approximation method, all alpha particle sources were neglected with the exception of 242Cm. The ORIGEN code was used to analyze the ratio of (α, n) to the spontaneous fission neutron of 242Cm for different enrichment assemblies at different shutdown time. It is found that the ratio of (α, n) to the spontaneous fission neutron of 242Cm is fixed around 0.191. Therefore, the neutron number density of spontaneous fission neutron is multiplied by the factor of 0-191 to obtain (α, n) neutron source intensity due to 242Cm decay. On account of neglecting all (α, n) neutron source intensity with the exception of 242Cm, it is foreseeable that 242Cm approximation method would underestimate (α, n) neutron source intensity. In ratio fitting method, the ratio of (α, n) to the total neutron source intensity was analyzed. It is found that the ratio of (α, n) to the total neutron source intensity is linearly related to the burunp when the burnup is greater than 20 000 MW·d/tU. Therefore, two fitting methods were proposed to obtain the ratio of (α, n) to the total neutron source intensity. The polynomial fitting method was used with burnup less than 20 000 MW·d/tU, on the other hand, the liner fitting method was adopted with burnup greater than 20 000 MW·d/tU. Based on the in-house core design code package, the burned fuel neutron source calculation module was developed. In order to account for reactor core space effect and burnup history effect, the micro-depletion correction method in core design code package was used to obtain accurate number densities of actinide nuclides. The developed module was verified by calculating fuel assembly examples. Comparing with the reference code, the maximum errors of total source intensity is about 5% provided by both 242Cm approximation method and ratio fitting method. With the developed burned fuel neutron source intensity calculation module, both radial and axial distributions of burned fuel neutron source intensity in the reactor core are obtained. These distributions are of significant importance to ex-core detector signal measurements. The work in this paper is an important technology support for subcritical rod worth measurement development.

To overcome the shortcomings of the existing UV - curable vinyl polyesters, such as high viscosity and low curable functionality, the small molecular polyol was adopted to be used as the core to react with the anhydride to form the semi - ester firstly, and then react with the glycidyl methacrylate (GMA) via a ring - opening reaction to obtain vinyl star polyester with high solid and low viscosity. The effects of the anhydride and polyol types on the viscosity and film performances of star polyester were studied. The molecular structure and molecular weight of the polyester were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT - IR), 1H nuclear magnetic resonance (1H NMR) and gel permeation chromatography (GPC). Results showed that the number - average molecular weights of the star polyesters were ranged from 1 149 to 1 645 g/mol and the polymer dispersity index (PDI) was within 1.2. The viscosity of the polyester and the hardness of the polyester film increased with the augment of hydroxyl functionality of the polyol. Finally, with the modification through the introduction of polyether polyol (N210), the viscosity of the resin was reduced to 2 025 mPa·s, the hardness of the coated film reached 2 H, and the polyester film obtained an excellent adhesion and flexibility.

Community structure is an important property of complex networks.It is profoundly significant for understanding the organizational structure and functions of complex networks.A community detection algorithm (Dynamic Distance Stochastic Competitive Learning,DDSCL) is proposed to solve the community detection problem of complex networks.DDSCL is based on dynamic distance and stochastic competitive learning.The algorithm first combines node degree values and Euclidean distances between nodes to determine the initial positions of particles in stochastic competitive learning,which will allow different particles to not compete within the same community at the beginning of the wander,speeding up the convergence of the particles.The dyna-mic distance between nodes is then combined with a dynamic distance algorithm to incorporate the dynamic distance between nodes into the particle prioritization walking process.The particle prioritization process is more directional and less random in this way.The particle travel process will also optimize the change in dynamic distance.When the particles reach a convergence state,the node is occupied by the particle that has the most control over it.Each particle in the network eventually corresponds to a community,and the community structure of the network is revealed according to the nodes occupied by each particle.DDSCL is compared in experimental tests on eight real network datasets,and it uses NMI and modularity Q -value as evaluation metrics.It’s found that DDSCL outperforms other algorithms overall.The algorithm first reduces the randomness of preferential walking of particles in stochastic competitive learning.Then DDSCL solves the problem of fragmented communities arising from dynamic distance algorithms,and improves the accuracy of community detection results.The experimental results show the proposed algorithm’s effectiveness.

Uterine fibroids are the most common benign tumors of the uterus. They primarily occur in women aged 30-50 years old, rarely in adolescents. In this article, the diagnosis and treatment of a 16-year-old teenager with recurrent submucosal fibroids were reported. The patient underwent hysteroscopic myomectomy due to abnormal uterine bleeding （AUB）, whereas failed to receive postoperative follow-up on a regular basis. At 18 months after the operation, she was admitted to hospital again due to AUB. Transvaginal ultrasound detected a space-occupying mass of 5.2 cm×4.6 cm×3.8 cm in the uterine cavity. She repeatedly underwent hysteroscopic partial myomectomy. Postoperative pathological biopsy indicated the diagnosis of submucosal uterine fibroids. The diagnosis and treatment of this case suggests that in the diagnosis and treatment of recurrent uterine fibroids in adolescents, it is necessary to differentiate fibroids from sarcomatosis. Meantime, the patient’s fertility should be preserved to the largest extent and postoperative follow-up should be strengthened.

Multilingual neural machine translation (mNMT) leverages a single encoder-decoder model for translations in multiple language pairs.mNMT can encourage knowledge transfer among related languages,improve low-resource translation and enable zero-shot translation.However,the existing mNMT models are weak in modeling language diversity and perform poor zero-shot translation.To solve the above problems,we first propose a variable dimension bilingual adapter based on the existing adapter architecture.The bilingual adapters are introduced in-between each two Transformer sub-layers to extract language-pair-specific features and the language-pair-specific capacity in the encoder or the decoder can be altered by changing the inner dimension of adapters.We then propose a shared monolingual adapter to model unique features for each language.Experiments on IWSLT dataset show that the proposed model remarkably outperforms the multilingual baseline model and the monolingual adapter can improve the zero-shot translation without deteriorating the performance of multilingual translation.

Objective To explore the role of IDH1 in the expression of RNA binding proteins (RBPs) in glioma cell line LN229. Methods Lentivirus was used to construct IDH1 knockdown and control cells, and the expression of IDH1 was validated by RT-qPCR (real-time quantitative PCR) and Western blot. Then the total RNA of cells from each group was extracted for RNA sequencing (RNA-seq); the differentially expressed genes (DEGs) were identified by limma package and enriched pathways were analyzed; the differentially expressed RBPs were selected according to the RBP database and protein-protein interaction network was constructed by string database; finally, the expression level of candidate RBPs was tested in IDH1 knockdown, over-expressed and mutant cells(R132H) respectively. Results A total of 259 DEGs were detected in IDH1 knockdown LN229 cells, including 146 upregulated and 113 downregulated genes. These DEGs were significantly enriched in interferon related pathways and included 14 RBP-encoding genes, 9 of which were significantly enriched in interferon related pathways and showed close interaction; compared with the control group, IDH1 knockdown in LN229 significantly upregulated the expression of all the nine RBPs (P＜0.001), and IDH1 overexpression only downregulated IFIT3 (P＜0.01) involving in interferon pathway, while IDH1 mutation had no significant effect on IFIT3. Conclusions IDH1 regulates expression of interferon pathway related gene IFIT3 in LN229 cells.

Objective To analyze the clinical features of autonomic nerve dysfunction and sympathetic skin response (SSR) in patients with gout. Methods A total of 25 patients with gout diagnosed from March 2017 to January 2018 were enrolled, including 10 patients with tophus and 8 patients with autonomic nerve dysfunction(symptomatic). EMG was used to detect SSR. Results The main symptoms of autonomic nervous dysfunction in the gout group were abnormal sweat glands. Compared with the normal control group, the lower extremity latency period of patients in the gout group was prolonged (Z=⁃2.136, P =0.033) and the amplitude was reduced (Z =⁃2.959, P =0.003). Lower extremity amplitude of the symptomatic group was lower than that of the normal control group (Z =⁃3.426, P = 0.001) and the asymptomatic group (Z = ⁃3.308, P=0.001). The lower extremity amplitude of patients in tophout group was lower than that in the control group(Z =⁃3.176, P=0.001) and the non⁃tophout group(Z =⁃2.301, P= 0.021), while the lower extremity latency period of patients without tophout was prolonged(Z=⁃2.518, P= 0.120)and the amplitude was reduced(Z=⁃2.327, P=0.020),which were statistically significant different from the control group. Conclusions Abnormal autonomic nerve function exists in gout patients, mainly in lower limb injury, especially in patients with tophus or symptoms of autonomic nerve dysfunction. SSR can objectively evaluate the autonomic nerve function state.
