Beef cattle in the farm are active, which leads the collection of posture of the beef cattle changeable, so it is difficult to automatically measure the body size of the beef cattle. Aiming at the above problems, an automatic measurement method for beef cattle's body size under multi-pose was proposed by analyzing the skeleton features of beef cattle head and the edge contour features of beef cattle images. Firstly, the consumer-grade depth camera Azure Kinect DK was used to collect the top-view depth video data directly above the beef cattle and the video data were divided into frames to obtain the original depth image. Secondly, the original depth image was processed by shadow interpolation, normalization, image segmentation and connected domain to remove the complex background and obtain the target image containing only beef cattle. Thirdly, the Zhang-Suen algorithm was used to extract the beef cattle skeleton of the target image, and calculated the intersection points and endpoints of the skeleton, so as to analyze the characteristics of the beef cattle head to determine the head removal point , and to remove the beef cattle head information from the image. Finally, the curvature curve of the beef cattle profile was obtained by the improved U-chord curvature method. The body measurement points were determined according to the curvature value and converted into three-dimensional spaces to calculate the body size parameters. In this paper, the postures of beef cattle, which were analyzed by a large amount of depth image data, were divided into left crooked, right crooked, correct posture, head down and head up, respectively. The test results showed that the head removal method proposed based on the skeleton in multiple postures hads head removel success rate higher than 92% in the five postures. Using the body measurement point extraction method based on the improved U-chord curvature proposed, the average absolute error of body length measurement was 2.73 cm, the average absolute error of body height measurement was 2.07 cm, and the average absolute error of belly width measurement was 1.47 cm. The method provides a better way to achieve the automatic measurement of beef cattle body size in multiple poses.

Text generation is a hot field in natural language processing. With the increasing capability of information collection, more and more structured data, such as tables, are collected. How to solve the problem of information overload, understand the table meaning and describe the table content is an important problem of artificial intelli-gence, so the task of table-to-text generation appears. Table-to-text generation refers to the language model input table data generated after the corresponding text description of the table. The text description generated by the model should express the information of the table smoothly and not deviate from the fact of the table. Firstly, this paper describes and defines the task background from table-to-text generation in detail, analyzes the main difficulties of the task, and introduces the main research methods. There are two major issues on table-to-text generation: what to describe and how to describe it. This paper summarizes the methods proposed by different researchers to solve these two problems, and summarizes the characteristics, advantages and disadvantages of the proposed models. The performance of these excellent models on the main dataset is compared and analyzed. At the same time, the models are classified according to the model type, and the horizontal comparative analysis is carried out. This paper also introduces the common evaluation methods in the field of table-to-text generation, and summaries the characte-ristics, advantages and disadvantages of different evaluation methods. Finally, this paper prospects the future development trend of table-to-text generation task.

Realizing the construction of intelligent farming by using advanced information technology, thus improving the living welfare of dairy cows and the economic benefits of dairy farms has become an important goal and task in dairy farming research field. Computer vision technology has the advantages of non-contact, stress-free, low cost and high throughput, and has a broad application prospect in animal production. On the basis of describing the importance of computer vision technology in the development of intelligent farming industry, this paper introduced the cutting-edge technology of cow physiological parameters and disease diagnosis based on computer vision, including cow temperature monitoring, body size monitoring, weight measurement, mastitis detection and lameness detection. The introduction coverd the development process of these studies, the current mainstream techniques, and discussed the problems and challenges in the research and application of related technology, aiming at the problem that the current computer vision-based detection methods are susceptible to individual difference and environmental changes. Combined with the development status of farming industry, suggestions on how to improve the universality of computer vision technology in intelligent farming industry, how to improve the accuracy of monitoring cows' physiological parameters and disease diagnosis, and how to reduce the influence of environment on the system were put forward. Future research work should focus on research and developmentof algorithm, make full use of computer vision technology continuous detection and the advantage of large amount of data, to ensure the accuracy of the detection, and improve the function of the system integration and data utilization, expand the computer vision system function. Under the premise that does not affect the ability of the system, to improve the study on the number of function integration and system function and reduce equipment costs.

The extraction of protein from tobacco waste residue is one of its comprehensive utilization ways. The ultrasonic-assisted alkaline extraction is helpful to obtain more protein from the waste residue tobacco leaves. On the basis of single factor experiment, the response surface method was used to optimize the ultrasonic-assisted extraction process of protein from the waste residue of tobacco leaves. The results showed that: when the pH of buffered solution was 10, the volume of buffered solution was 32.77 mL, the ultrasonic temperature was 70.9 °C, and the ultrasonic time was 46.1 min, the protein extraction amount of tobacco leaf waste residue reached (19.13 ± 0.21) mg·g-1, which was 140.6 % higher than that before optimization. In order to investigate the influence of double S plate wheel on rail corrugation, based on the theory that the saturated creep force induces the frictional self-excited vibration of the wheelset-track system and then causes rail corrugation, the finite element models of wheelset-track system of positive and negative double S plate wheels with small curve radius were established by ABAQUS software, and the single S plate wheel was used to validate the model. The complex eigenvalue method was used to study the effects of bending direction, bending degree and thickness of double S plate on rail corrugation. The results show that positive double S plate wheel is a non-corrugated wheel, and the bending degree and plate thickness have no obvious influence on rail corrugation. While negative double S plate wheel tends to cause rail corrugation, and the greater of the bending degree, the more likely it is to cause unstable vibration of the wheelset-track system. A comprehensive analysis of the characteristics of the network lateral and vertical grey incidence analyses is given, and then a new pruning algorithm based on grey incidence analysis for high-order neural network is presented. In this algorithm, grey incidence analysis is used to compare the correlation degree of each output sequence of the network units. The pruned connections and the incorporated connections are determined by the network vertical and lateral grey incidence analyses, respectively. The topological structure of the network is adjusted dynamically. After training, the pruned network has the optimum topological structure and obtains good generalization. Objective: To investigate the effect of protein kinase A (PKA) activation on aggregation funetion of platelets in vitro., Methods: The peripheral blood of healthy adults were collected, and the washed platelets were gained from collected peripheral blood. The washed platelets were treated with PKA activator Forskolin, then the platelet aggregation was induced by using Ristocetin, Thrombin, Collagen and ADP respectively, the platelet aggregation level was detected by the platelet aggregator., Results: Compared with the controls, 5 μmol/L forskolin significantly inhibited ADP and collagen-induced platelet aggregation (P＜0.001), and showed mild inhibiting effect on Thrombin-induced platelet aggregation (P＜0.05). 2.5-10 μmol/L forskolin significantly inhibited ADP and Collagen -induced platelet aggregation (P＜0.001); but not showed significantly inhibitory effects on Ristocetin-induced platelet aggregation (P＞0.05)., Conclusion: PKA activation inhibits agonists-induced platelet aggregation.

Objective: To investigate the prevalence of obesity and sleep disorders and the association between them among children in Lanzhou, China., Methods: The stratified cluster random sampling method was used to select 3 283 primary school students in four districts of Lanzhou of Gansu province. Physical examination and sleep questionnaire were conducted to screen out the children who met the criteria for sleep disorders or obesity as subjects. Among the 3 283 children, 200 healthy children without sleep disorders or obesity were enrolled as the control group., Results: The prevalence rate of obesity among the 3 283 children was 5.76% (189/3 283). Among these 189 obese children, 80 (42.3%) had sleep disorders. The prevalence rate of sleep disorders was 16.24% (533/3 283), and the prevalence rate of obesity among the children with sleep disorders was 24.6% (131/533). Snoring was the most common sleep disorder in obese children. The prevalence rate of obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome was 45% (36/80) among obese children with sleep disorders. The obese children had a significantly higher prevalence rate of sleep disorders than the children with normal body weight [42.3% (80/189) vs 20% (40/200), P<0.01]., Conclusions: There is a close relationship between obesity and sleep disorders in children in Lanzhou, China.

The mechanism of laser paint removal is studied based on emission spectrum and composition analysis by using laser induced breakdown spectroscopy and X-ray energy spectrum technology. The electron density and electron temperature of the plasma was calculated with the LIBS spectrums with different laser parameters. The morphologies of ablated paint surface were analyzed with a scanning electron microscopy while the changes of paint composition before and after ablation were measured with an X-ray spectrometer. The results show that, the plasma electron density, temperature and ablation area gradually increase with the increasing of incident laser energy. The carbon (C) content in paint decreases from 78.25% to 67.07% after the laser irradiation, indicating the occurrence of the ablation in the process of laser paint removal. By comparing the content of titanium (Ti) elements, C element and aluminum (Al), we found that the paint ablation will be more severe at higher laser energy. This paper is important to in-depth study of laser paint removal mechanism.

Objective: To study the mechanism of how iron-regulatory protein (hepcidin) affect iron overload in alcoholic liver disease (ALD)., Methods: Thirty male wistar rats were randomly divided into 3 groups: Lieber-Decarli liquid without alcohol group (control group), Lieber-Decarli liquid with alcohol (alcohol group) and hepcidin intraperitoneally injected group (hepcidin group), each rat was fed for 6 weeks. The Serum concentration of Alanine Aminotransferase (ALT), Aspartate Amino Transferase (AST), Iron, Total Iron Binding capacity (TIBC), Ferritin, Malonyl Dialdehyde (MDA) and Hepcidin were determined. Hepatic tissue was examined by hematoxylin and eosin staining, prussian blue iron staining and immunohistochemistry staining., Results: (1) Serum concentration of ALT in control group, alcohol group and hepcidin group were (25.2 ± 4.6) U/L, (37.9 ± 14.3) U/L and (40.9 ± 14.1) U/L (F = 4.907, P < 0.05), respectively. Serum AST among three groups were (32.3 ± 13.4) U/L, (55.0 ± 18.6) U/L and (48.3 ± 26.0) U/L (F = 3.742, P < 0.05), respectively. The secretions of ferritin were (224.72 ± 85.49) ng/ml, (345.59 ± 124.75) ng/ml and (339.47 ± 138.47) ng/ml (F = 3.539, P < 0.05). The serum concentrations of TIBC were (147.30 ± 31.98) μmol/L, (148.04 ± 58.74) μmol/L and (143.28 ± 37.38) μmol/L (F = 1.209, P > 0.05), respectively. The serum concentrations of iron were (55.64 ± 13.32) μmol/L, (60.37 ± 25.89) μmol/L and (49.77 ± 17.64) μmol/L (F = 0.651, P > 0.05), respectively. The serum concentration of MDA were (5.84 ± 2.17) nmol/ml, (6.51 ± 2.23) nmol/ml and (4.27 ± 2.68) nmol/ml (F = 2.782, P > 0.05), respectively. The serum concentration of Hepcidin were (155.96 ± 44.91)ng/ml, (124.11 ± 31.98) ng/ml and (114.96 ± 25.81) ng/ml (F = 3.839, P < 0.05), respectively. (2) Significant fat change observed in the liver of alcohol group. The positive granulations of iron staining were (0.8 ± 1.0), (1.2 ± 1.6) and (1.1 ± 1.1) (F = 0.254, P > 0.05), respectively. No differences found of liver iron express among the three groups. Intraperitoneal injection of hepcidin increased hepcidin expression in liver which was inhibited by alcohol (F = 4.139, P < 0.05)., Conclusions: ALD rats with lower hepcidin expression in liver can result in iron metabolism disorder. Ectogenic hepcidin can protect liver against alcohol damage by inhibiting lipid peroxidation.

Objective: To study the correlation between vitamin D receptor genetic polymorphism Fokand vitamin D deficiency rickets in children between 1 to 3 years old, and to explore the significance of hereditary factors in the development of vitamin D deficiency rickets., Methods: Sixty-two children with vitamin D deficiency rickets and 60 healthy children as a control group were enrolled. Serum levels of 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 were measured using ELISA. Polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) genetic analysis method was used. A restriction fragment length polymorphism in the vitamin D receptor genetic polymorphism Fok I was tested. The frequencies of the vitamin D receptor genotype and allele were compared between the two groups., Results: Serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 levels in the rickets group were significantly lower than those in the control group ( 9.1+/-4.1 ng/mL vs 16.1+/-6.9 ng/mL; P<0.05 ). FF genotype in the vitamin D receptor genetic polymorphism Fok I was more common in the rickets group than in the control group (53% vs 25%; P<0.05). F allele frequency in the rickets group was significantly higher than that in the control group (73% vs 57%; P<0.05)., Conclusions: There is a correlation between vitamin D receptor genetic polymorphism Fok I and vitamin D deficiency rickets. This suggests that vitamin D receptor genetic polymorphism might play an important role in determining susceptibility to development of vitamin D deficiency rickets.

Objective: To investigate the changes and the clinical significance of N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide (NT-proBNP) and glycogen phosphorylase isoenzyme BB (GPBB) levels in neonates with asphyxia complicated by myocardial injury., Methods: Sixty-four neonates with asphyxia (39 mild, 25 severe) were enrolled. Of the 64 neonates, 30 had myocardial injury and 34 did not develop myocardial injury. Twenty-five healthy neonates served as a control group. Plasma levels of NT-proBNP and GPBB were measured using ELISA. Myocardial enzymes and cardiac troponin I were stimultaneously measured, and electrocardiography and chest radiographs were obtained., Results: The plasma levels of NT-proBNP and GPBB in neonates with myocardial injury were significantly higher than those in neonates without myocardial injury and in the control group (P<0.01). The neonates with severe asphyxia had significantly increased plasma NT-proBNP and GPBB concentrations compared to those with mild asphyxia and the control group (P<0.01). Spearman rank correlation analysis showed that plasma NT-proBNP level was positively correlated with plasma GPBB level in neonates with asphyxia. Plasma levels of NT-proBNP and GPBB were also positively correlated with plasma levels of CK-MB, CK and LDH (P<0.01)., Conclusions: Both NT-proBNP and GPBB can be used as biomarkers of myocardial injury in neonates with asphyxia. The measurement of plasma NT-proBNP and GPBB levels was useful in early identification of myocardial injury and severity evaluation in neonates with asphyxia.

Objective: To investigate the potential association of the C-reactive protein (CRP) gene +1444C/T polymorphism with symptomatic carotid artery stenosis., Methods: Polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism was used for the detection of CRP +1444C/T genotypes in 192 patients with symptomatic carotid artery stenosis and 197 healthy controls. Serum high sensitivity-CRP (hs-CRP) levels were measured by routine method., Results: No TT genotype was detected in this study. Patients with >70% stenosis had higher CC genotype compared with those with <70% stenosis after adjusting for major cerebrovascular risk factors (OR: 2.958; 95% CI: 1.198 - 7.305; P=0.019). CRP levels were significantly higher in patients than in controls. Subgroup analysis according to clinical characteristics (single or double stenosis; >70% or <70% stenosis) did not show difference in CRP levels. There was no significant difference in the prevalence of CT genotype between patients and controls, or between single and double stenosis (P>0.05)., Conclusion: The CRP +1444 CC genotype is a risk factor for >70% carotid artery stenosis. The serum CRP level is associated with the presence of carotid stenosis. However, it is not associated with the number and severity of stenosis.

Objective: To observe therapeutic effects of different needling methods at Neiguan (PC 6) on hand spasm in the patient of stroke., Methods: One hundred and seventy-two cases were randomly divided into a simple acupuncture group (n=36), a slowly twirling needle group (n = 34), a rapidly twirling needle group (n = 30), a simple lifting-thrusting group (n = 35) and a lifting-thrusting-twirling needle group (n = 37). Acupuncture was given at Neiguan (PC 6), twice each day, 5 min each time, and in combination with rehabilitation exercise. Modified Ashworth scale and Fugl-Meyer (FMA) hand function score were used for assessment of therapeutic effects., Results: The transient effective rate and the effective rate after treatment for 8 weeks for hand spasm were 66.7% and 55.6% in the simple acupuncture group, 82.4% and 85.3% in the slowly twirling needle group, 96.7% and 90.0% in the rapidly twirling needle group, 80.0% and 82.9% in the simple lifting-thrusting group and 94.6% and 91.9% in the lifting-thrusting-twirling needle group, the rapidly twirling needle group and the lifting-thrusting-twirling needle group being better than other 3 groups (P<0.01). After treatment, the grades for Ashworth scale and FMA scores in the lifting-thrusting-twirling needle group and the rapidly twirling needle group were better than those in other 3 groups (P<0.05, P<0.01), with no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05)., Conclusion: Acupuncture at Neiguan (PC 6) has a very definite transient effect, and the lifting-thrusting-twirling needling manipulation and the rapidly twirling needling manipulation have the best inhibitive effect on spasm.

Objective: To study the therapeutic effects of brain-specific angiogenesis inhibitor 1 (BAI1) on human glioblastoma and relevant mechanism., Methods: Recombinant adenovirus carrying human BAI1 cDNA, AdeBAI1 and recombinant adenovirus carrying LacZ, AdeMock, were constructed with the COS-TPC method. The successful construction of AdeBAI1 and expression of AdeBAI1 was verified using RT-PCR. Glioblastoma cells of the line U87MG were transplanted into the mice brain using stereotactic technique. AdeBAI1 and AdeMock were injected into the tumors after the tumors were developed. The survival of the mice was observed. Human glioblastoma cells of the lines SW1783, U87MG, and U373MG were cultured and transfected with AdeBAI1 or AdeMock, and then collected 48 hours later and counted using MTT method. The total RNA was extracted using Trizol agent. The mRNA of BAI1 and other angiogenesis related genes were detected using RT-PCR., Results: The mean survival time of the AdBAI1-treated mice was 26 +/- 4.6 d, significantly longer than that of the AdMock-treated mice (17.3 +/- 2.3 d, P < 0.05). RT-PCR showed that BAI1 mRNA was expressed only in the glioblastoma cells transfected with AdeBAI1. The number of AdeBAI1 treated glioblastoma cells was 2.12 +/- 0.18 x 10(5), significantly less than that of the AdeMock treated cells (4.23 +/- 0.18 x 10(5), P < 0.05). The mRNA expression of angiostatin of the AdeBAI1 treated cells was 0.66 +/- 0.08, significantly less than that of the AdMock-treated cells (0.95 +/- 0.12, P < 0.05). The mRNA expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) of the AdeBAI1 treated cells was 0.68 +/- 0.07, significantly less than that of the AdMock-treated cells (1.02 +/- 0.14, P < 0.05). The mRNA expression of VEGF-B of the AdeBAI1 treated cells was 1.11 +/- 0.10, significantly more than that of the AdMock-treated cells (0.77 +/- 0.18, P < 0.05). The mRNA expression of thrombospondin of the AdeBAI1 treated cells was 1.16 +/- 0.16, significantly more than that of the AdMock-treated cells (0.60 +/- 0.22, P < 0.05)., Conclusion: Intratumor injection of AdeBAI1 can inhibit the tumor growth. The anti-tumor effect of BAI1 may arise from both anti-angiogenesis and anti-proliferation effects.
