In Order to coordinating the adaptability of complex woven fabrics to different sheds, a positive cam sheading mechanism suitable for semi shed was developed by combining conjugate cam, planar linkage group with the design of loom shedding system. After constructing a swing arm motion law with asymmetric static duration in MatLIb software, the static time of the lower warp yarn was effectively extended. On the basis of mechanism design, shed analysis and program Compilation, the accurate reverse design of the master cam theoretical profile and its pressure angle verification were carried out. The theoretical profile of the auxiliary cam was generated through path tracking simulation, and a digital functional prototype of the conjugate cam shedding mechanism was set up based on ADAMS/View. The research results indicate that there is good geometric closed contact between the master cam, auxiliary cam and the rollers, and the actual cam profile achieves ideal conjugate accuracy. Besides, the motion law of the heald frame is well matched with the swing arm follower, which can meet the requirement of long-term stop for the lower warp yarn on the semi shed. Aiming at shortcomings of domestic air-jet looms in terms of width and weft insertion rate, a highspeed air-jet loom control system based on ARM + FPGA was designed and developed. The FMC (Flexible Memory Controller) parallel bus was used to complete the data transmission between the two. According to the function of air-jet loom control system, the whole hardware control system was divided into main control subsystem, weft insertion control subsystem, clutch and brake subsystem, input and output subsystem, human-computer interaction subsystem and power supply subsystem by using the modular idea. According to the timing weaving process of air-jet loom weft insertion movement, FPGA internal hardware circuit with weft insertion control register and internal storage module as the core was designed. Based on FreeRTOS real-time operating system, high-speed weaving software framework was designed by using the Mealy finite state machine model and the spindle timing control strategy. Finally, the system was tested on the hardware control system simulation experimental platform. The results showed that the control system had the characteristics of stronger stability, faster running speed and stronger anti-interference ability, which can meet high-speed production demand of 540 cm nominal reed width of air-jet loom. In order to expand the application space of jacquard tie, enrich the production varieties of jacquard looms, and resolve the problems of fixed width, warp density and single variety of jacquard looms limited, the jacquard drawing needle parquet design technology and production weaving were integrated by studying the inherent characteristics of jacquard tie and using Zhejiang University Jingwei CAD software. Then a series of patterned plates were designed to make the healds move as instructed, so as to realize " a multi-purpose assembly" and patterned woven on the machine. The research shows that the drawing needle parquet design process not only makes the jacquard fabric flexible and changeable and breaks through the inherent defects, but also easies to operate, saves time and labor in the renovation of varieties. In order to solve the tension fluctuation of long warp yarn during loom weaving, a control method of differential separation I-RBF-PID let-off system based on online identification transfer function was proposed. It is difficult to establish an accurate mathematical model because of the nonlinear, time-varying and complex coupling characteristics of the let-off system caused by the clearance of the transmission system and the change of the reel diameter of the weaving shaft. LMS algorithm was used to identify the time-varying and high-order transfer function of loom, and the PID parameters were set by RBF neural network optimized by improved PSO. Step size optimizer and differential separation PID control strategy were introduced to improve the convergence accuracy and reduce overshoot of RBF-PID. The time-varying transfer function was applied to the I-RBF-PID control system by designing the transfer function updating formula. The results are compared with those of conventional PID controller and RBF-PID controller under the performance conditions of overshoot, arrival time and response speed. Development of figured warp colored products on dobby loom was discussed. Based on dobby weaving condition, technology key points of yarn configuration, composition design, weave design and looming drafting of figured warp colored fabric were studied. On 16 heddle electronic dobby rapier loom, 4 new figured warp colored products with different characteristics were developed. It was pointed out that figured warp could be designed to be uniformly distributed across entire width and strip distribution according to composition requirements. Ground weave could be single-layer structure or double-layer structure. Visual effect of fabric was determined by color contrast and color matching of figured warp and ground warp. In order to reduce the energy consumption of air jet looms, a new weft insertion method of main nozzle + weft insertion sheet was proposed. Firstly, based on SolidWorks software, a new type of weft insertion structure model with air passage was established, the SpaceClaim module of the finite element analysis software Ansys was used to extract the flow field in the new weft insertion sheet. Finally, the numerical simulation method was used to obtain the velocity cloud diagram of the symmetrical section of the new weft insertion sheet, the velocity attenuation curve on the center line of the airflow weft insertion, the air consumption and the velocity section diagram. The results show that when the air supply pressure is 0.3 MPa, the air consumption of the new weft insertion sheet in the full flow field is 1.997 m3/h, and the air consumption in the full flow field of the conventional single-hole auxiliary nozzle is 2.822 m³/h. Production key points of double elastic fabric on single beam jacquard loom were summarized. Quality index and cycle law of warp and weft yarn were introduced. Production difficulties of single beam were analyzed. In order to realize single beam instead of double beam, different programs of each process were optimized. Specific technology measures adopted in each process were detaily summarized. Using single beam to replace double beam to produce double elastic fabric series on jacquard loom was finally realized. Production technologies of developing high strength wear-resistanting double-layer check pattern fabric on air-jet loom were summarized. JC 14.5 texX2 ply was selected as warp, C 27.8 tex yarn was selected as covering weft and C 83 tex rotor spinning yarn was selected as ground weft.Technology measures and processes in warping, sizing, drawing - in, reeding and weaving processes were summarized, successful production of products was ensured.The results showed that loom - state fabric warp density was 679.5 ends/10 cm, weft density was 281.5 ends /10 cm, warp strength was 1 465.2 N, weft strength was 820.7 N, width was 160.5 cm and actual dry weight without size mixture was 402 g/m2.It is considered that the produced fabric has higher strength and better three-dimensional appearance, which can be used for car seats, cushions of home decoration items. The dynamic model of cam mechanisms in high-speed loom is builded and simplified into a single-free-degree elastodynamics modeling. The dynamic design model of cam shedding mechanism is set up, with the aim of making the cam contour line smooth without impact, and then the design equation of the cam contour line is calculated, which is used to construct a simulation design for a case so as to form the curve the research needs. The polynomial curve obtained is smooth without impact and satisfies the need of dynamic features of cam in high-speed loom. The take-up process of JWG1728 high-speed rapier loom is analyzed and some problems are pointed out that loom take-up roll drive will make friction disc have huger relative friction motion when the volume becomes bigger and the stability of tension is inadequate. Aiming at this problem, the servo motor is adopted to drive take-up roll directly. This proposal measures the real -time radius of take -up roll which is utilized to calculate the motor speed that is enough to drive take-up roll and is regulated by servo motor via controller, in order to keep a constant speed and tension during the winding operation. Considering the process that is simulated in MATLAB/ Simulink, when weft density is set, with the take-up radius increasing, the speed of motor drive gradually decreases so as to ensure constant take-up linear velocity. Based on the standard rack of a type of air-jet loom, the six-bar beating-up mechanism is established with the help of MATLAB optimization toolbox, also, the detail structure of the mechanism is designed. Then, the multi-rigid body dynamic analysis is carried out on the basis of virtual prototyping technology. The results show that the motion feature of designed six-bar beating-up mechanism is better than the original four-bar mechanism. The warp loosing motion designed for negative deformation of warp sheets which are caused by shedding motion of looms could partly decrease their tensile deformation. However, the function that the warp loosing motion easing the warp tension is affected by the diameter of warp beam. To adjust the parameter of the warp loosing motion, a static mechanical model of the back rest system of an air-jet loom has been built. Comparison has been made between the fluctuation of the warp tension and the varying of the back rest swing angle of the modified back rest system and that of the original one ,and the results indicate that the improved is more steadily.
