Objective·To investigate the expression of miR-146a in peripheral blood CD4+ T lymphocytes of patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and its correlation with inflammatory cytokines such as tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and interleukin-6 (IL-6).Methods·A total of 30 active RA patients who received medical treatment and 30 healthy controls who underwent physical examinations at the People's Hospital of Longhua, Shenzhen from August 2019 to July 2021 were selected. Peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) and CD4+ T lymphocytes were isolated from venous blood extracted from RA patients and healthy controls, respectively. Quantitative real-time PCR (qPCR) was used to detect the expression of miR-146a in peripheral blood CD4+ T lymphocytes, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to detect the levels of TNF-α and IL-6. After transfection of the peripheral blood CD4+ T lymphocytes of RA patients with miR-146a mimic, the expression of miR-146a, TNF-α and IL-6 was detected again. The correlations between miR-146a expression and TNF-α and IL-6 expression in RA patients, both before and after transfection, were analyzed by using Pearson correlation coefficient.Results·Before transfection with miR-146a mimic, the expression levels of miR-146a, TNF-α and IL-6 in peripheral blood CD4+ T lymphocytes of RA patients were significantly higher than those of healthy controls (all P

[Objective] The high-quality development of resource-based cities is an important part of the high-quality development of Chinese cities. At present, the shrinkage of resource-based cities in China is obvious. Exploring the mechanism of influence of resource industry dependence on urban shrinkage can provide a reference for the transformation of resource-based cities and promote the high-quality development of cities. [Methods] Based on the cross-sectional data of 792 resource-based cities at or above the county level in China in 2010 and 2020, this study empirically tested the influence of resource industry dependence on the shrinkage of these cities and its mechanism by using the least square regression model, the mediation effect model, and the moderating effect model. [Results] (1) The benchmark regression results showed that resource industry dependence had a significant promoting effect on urban shrinkage after controlling the influence of other factors on urban shrinkage. (2) Mechanism analysis showed that the resource industry relied on impeding the accumulation of human capital to promote urban shrinkage. (3) The results of moderating effect test showed that resource price had a negative moderating effect on the influence of resource industry dependence on urban shrinkage. (4) The influence of resource industry dependence on the shrinkage of resource-based cities and the intermediary effect of human capital were heterogeneous. The promoting effect of resource industry dependence on the shrinkage of resource-based cities was more significant in mature cities, while the intermediary effect of human capital was more significant in mature and declining cities. [Conclusion] Improving the level of human capital and paying attention to resource price forecasting are feasible measures to promote the population growth of resource-based cities which depend on the development of resource industries. It is suggested that resource-based cities should change the development mode of resource-dependent industries, pay attention to the accumulation of human capital, and improve the ability of resource price forecasting.

[Objective] Public data access is a crucial measure to unlock the value of digital resources, offering resource-based cities new opportunities to accelerate their transformation. Unveiling its impact on transformation efficiency and the underlying mechanisms provides a scientific basis for promoting the high-quality development of resource-based cities from the perspective of new quality productive forces. [Methods] This study treated the construction of data access platforms by local governments as a quasi-natural experiment, and used panel data from 114 resource-based cities in China from 2006 to 2021. A non-radial directional distance function was employed to measure transformation efficiency, considering the scenario where capital, labor, land, technology, and energy inputs are variable, as well as an alternative scenario where only energy input is variable. A multi-period difference-in-differences model was used to examine the effects and mechanisms of public data access on the transformation of resource-based cities from the perspective of new quality productive forces to ensure the accuracy of the results. [Results] (1) The study found that public data access resulted in an average improvement of 5.1% in the transformation efficiency of resource-based cities with all five inputs variable, and a 5.8% improvement under the alternative scenario, thereby significantly expediting the transformation of these cities. This conclusion remained valid after endogeneity treatment and robustness tests. (2) Mechanism analysis revealed that public data access facilitated the transformation of resource-based cities through three channels: green technology innovation, enhanced synergistic agglomeration of manufacturing and productive services, and the perfection of digital financial services. (3) Heterogeneity analysis indicated that the public data access had a more pronounced effect on the improvement of transformation efficiency in resource-based cities located in the central region, in the regeneration stage, and belonging to the old industrial base. [Conclusion] The key role of data access in introducing data elements into the transformation of resource-based cities should be emphasized. Actively leveraging the important role of data platforms in technological innovation, industrial development, and financial services provision could help resource-based cities develop new quality productive forces and transform towards high-quality development.

A series of star-shaped multi-arm styrene-butadiene copolymers (S-g-SSB-6) were synthesized by living anionic polymerization, with n-butyllithium as initiator, styrene and butadiene as monomers, 2,2-di(tetra-hydrofuran-2-yl) propane as polar structure regulator and hexachlorodisilane as coupling agent. The molecular weight and its distribution, coupling arm number and coupling efficiency of S-g-SSB-6 were characterized by gel permeation chromatogram. The rheological properties of S-g-SSB-6, star-shaped multi-arm styrene-butadiene copolymer with SiCl4 as coupling agent, and linear styrene-butadiene copolymer (L-SSB) were characterized by rotational rheometer, and the effects of branched chain length and branched chain flexibility on the rheological properties of S-g-SSB-6 were also investigated. The results showed that the coupling arm numbers of S-g-SSB-6 reached 4.1, and the coupling efficiency was greater than 80%. S-g-SSB had lower melt viscosity and better fluid flow than those of L-SSB under the same weight-average molecular weight. When the branching degree was the same, the melt viscosity of S-g-SSB-6 increased with the increase of single arm molecular weight and molecular chain rigidity.

The key points and difficulties in the consistency work of joint operation scheme interoperability are analyzed. According to the characteristics of joint operation scheme and the requirement of the joint operation scheme interoperability, a technical framework for the consistency of joint operation scheme interoperability is proposed. The framework includes the consistency description method of joint operation scheme, and the design of scheme interoperability pattern is divided into profession, hierarchy and sub-mode, and the design of scheme interoperability software functions and process. The case analysis shows that framework can solve the problem of inconsistencies in the joint operation scheme interoperability and effectively enhance the cooperative engagement capability.

Rice bran extract (RBE) is a nutritional substance isolated from rice bran. Due to its high content of bioactive components and its good antioxidant capacity, RBE has unique advantages in the food and health fields. Furthermore, the types and contents of bioactive compounds obtained vary depending on the raw materials and preparation methods used. This review systematically discusses the common preparation methods, functional properties and application status of RBE in the context of recent research on it, and points out the shortcomings of the current research. Next, this paper explores the potential application value of RBE in the food and health fields and future research hotspots, in order to provide a theoretical basis for the intensive processing of rice bran.

Artificial intelligence generated content (AIGC) models have attracted widespread attention and application worldwide due to their excellent content generation capabilities. However, the rapid development of AIGC large models also brings a series of hidden dangers, such as concerns about interpretability, fairness, security, and privacy preservation of model-generated content. In order to reduce the unknowable risks and their harms, it becomes more and more important to carry out a comprehensive measurement and evaluation of AIGC large models. Academics have initiated AIGC large model evaluation studies aiming to effectively address the related challenges and avoid potential risks. This paper summarizes and analyzes the AIGC large model evaluation studies. Firstly, an overview of the model evaluation process is provided, covering model evaluation pre-preparation and corresponding measurement indicators, and existing measurement benchmarks are systematically organized. Secondly, the representative applications of the AIGC large model in finance, politics and healthcare and their problems are discussed. Then, the measurement methods are studied in depth through different perspectives, such as interpretability, fairness, robustness, security and privacy, and the new issues that need to be paid attention to AIGC large model evaluation are deconstructed, and the ways to cope with the new challenges of large model evaluation are proposed. Finally, the future challenges of AIGC large model evaluation are discussed, and its future development direction is envisioned.

Background Polycystic ovary syndrome with insulin resistance (PCOS-IR) is recognized as one of the most challenging subtypes of PCOS to treat due to its intricate pathogenesis and significant individual variability. Although Metformin, as a first-line medication, can ameliorate blood glucose levels and enhance insulin sensitivity, its efficacy in regulating hormonal imbalances and improving ovarian function is limited. Additionally, its gastrointestinal side effects often hinder patient adherence. Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Yishen Quzhuo Formula compared to metformin in the treatment of PCOS-IR. Methods A prospective study enrolled 102 PCOS-IR patients from June 2022 to October 2023 at the Department of Gynecology, Beijing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Capital Medical University. Patients were randomly assigned in a 2∶1 ratio to the experimental group (n=68) treated with Yishen Quzhuo Formula or the control group (n=34) treated with metformin. The comparison was made between the two groups in terms of ovulation rate, pregnancy rate, sex hormones [follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH), LH/FSH ratio, testosterone (T), anti-Müllerian hormone (AMH) ], glucose and lipid metabolism indicators, BMI, waist-hip ratio (WHR), and incidence of adverse reactions. Results After treatment, the basal body temperature (BBT) ovulation rate in the experimental group increased compared to before treatment (P0.05). After treatment, both groups showed a decrease in LH/FSH compared to before treatment (P0.05). After treatment, the waist circumference of the control group was lower than that of the experimental group (P0.05). During treatment, adverse reactions such as hypoglycemia, fatigue, epigastric discomfort, and diarrhea occurred in patients, with a lower incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group (5/68, 7.35%) than in the control group (15/31, 48.39%) (χ2=20.404, P

ObjectiveTo establish the structural confirmation methods of three suspected new psychoactive substances （NPSs）, and explore a more general qualitative testing method.MethodsInfrared absorption spectroscopy （IR）, gas chromatography-mass spectrometry （GC-MS）, 1H-nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy （1H-NMR）, 13C-nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy （13C-NMR）, 19F-nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy （19F-NMR） and other techniques were used to identify the composition and structure of 5 samples containing suspected NPS submitted by public security bureaus.ResultsNPSs were found in the above 5 samples, and 3 were confirmed as NPS included in the newly listed controlled substances on July 1, 2024, namely 2-（methylamino）-2-（2-methylphenyl）cyclohexan-1-one （2-MDCK）, 2-（ethylamino）-2-（2-fluorophenyl）cyclohexan-l-one （2-FXE）, 1-（3,4-methylenedioxyphenyl）-2-（dimethylamino）pentan-1-one （dipentylone）, respectively. The first two substances were phencyclidine NPS, and the third substance was synthetic cathinone NPS.ConclusionThis study systematically summarizes the distinguishing features of the infrared absorption spectrometry, nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy and mass spectrometry of three NPSs, which can provide a reference for the qualitative identification of unknown substances.

ObjectivesWith the annual increase in the generation of solid waste, traditional treatment methods have struggled to meet the increasingly stringent environmental requirements and the demands for resource recycling. In order to realize the efficient utilization of solid waste resources, a combined medical waste-waste tire resource utilization system based on gasification and pyrolysis was proposed.MethodsThe system fully combined the advantages of plasma gasification and pyrolysis technologies, coupling the medical waste plasma gasification power generation technology with tire pyrolysis technology. The syngas obtained from the gasification and pyrolysis processes was utilized together as the fuel of a gas turbine. At the same time, the high-temperature flue gas produced by the gas turbine provided the heat source for tire pyrolysis, after which the flue gas heat was recovered by a waste heat boiler. While harmlessly treating the medical waste-waste tires, the gradient utilization of energy was realized. The energy analysis and economic analysis of the proposed system were carried out under the condition of fixed feed rate.ResultsThe system is able to achieve a total energy output of 23.59 MW, with a total energy utilization efficiency of 52.56%, which is much higher than the efficiency of conventional waste-to-energy generation. The system has good economic returns, and can realize a relative net present value of 727.978 1 million yuan in a 20-year life cycle, and the dynamic payback cycle is only 3.13 years.ConclusionsThe research results provide a new technical path for the efficient co-processing of solid waste resources.

ObjectivesThe large-scale penetration of wind power has reduced the frequency regulation capability of the power system to a certain extent.As a relatively mature and effective technical means, the energy storage system is widely used in power grid frequency regulation. Therefore, the response process and optimal configuration of energy storage system (ESS) participating in power grid frequency regulation under the control of virtual synchronous generator were studied.MethodsBased on the simulation software DIgSILENT/PowerFactory, an ESS control model and typical power system were constructed to analyze the frequency response characteristics of the grid before and after the ESS participation. Furthermore, considering the reserve capacity of wind turbines under different output modes, the configuration results of the ESS were optimized by dividing the wind speed range and determining the wind turbine power reserve coefficient, so as to realize the adaptive adjustment of the frequency regulation coefficient of the ESS.ResultsThe investment of the ESS can effectively improve the frequency response and reduce wind curtailment of the system. By reserving the frequency regulation capacity of wind turbines reasonably, the ESS can provide reliable power support for the power grid.ConclusionsThe self-adaptive adjustment method of the frequency regulation coefficient of the ESS based on the wind speed and the output power of fans can effectively reduce the overshoot and the output power of the ESS while meeting the frequency regulation requirements, thereby extending the working time.

Objective To evaluate the consistency between Kyoto classification scoring of gastritis and modified Kyoto classification scoring of gastritis in directly determining Helicobacter pylori （Hp） infection under white light endoscopy by endoscopists with 13C urea breath test， and to clarify the clinical application value of the modified Kyoto classification scoring of gastritis. Methods Digestive endoscopists in a county hospital in Chongqing received special training on the Kyoto classification of gastritis. Patients who underwent both the upper gastrointestinal endoscopy and 13C urea breath test within one week were screened. At the same time， the Kyoto classification scoring of gastritis and the modified Kyoto classification scoring of gastritis were used to score the endoscopic gastric mucosa characteristics of the target population. The total score was calculated and compared with the 13C urea breath test. Results A total of 1 342 patients were included in the study. The sensitivity of the Kyoto classification scoring of gastritis and the modified Kyoto classification scoring of gastritis for the diagnosis of Hp infection under white light endoscopy were 74.03% and 90.70%， the specificity was 95.85% and 95.39%， and the positive predictive values were 80.93% and 82.39%， the negative predictive values were 93.94% and 97.73%， respectively. The sensitivity， negative predictive value and AUC of the modified Kyoto classification scoring of gastritis in the diagnosis of Hp infection under white light endoscopy had statistical significance compared with the Kyoto classification scoring of gastritis （all P <0.01）. Conclusion For endoscopists receiving special training for Kyoto classification of gastritis， the modified Kyoto classification scoring of gastritis yields high diagnostic consistency in directly determining Hp infection under white light endoscopy.

Adjunctive interventions for accelerating orthodontic tooth movement have been a hot topic of interest in orthodontics. Prolonged orthodontic treatment is often associated with multiple potential complications, such as decalcification, caries, root resorption, and gingival inflammation. Therefore, applying adjunctive interventions that accelerate orthodontic tooth movement and reduce the duration of orthodontic treatment can provide patients with numerous benefits that are of profound clinical significance. Currently, adjunctive interventions for accelerating orthodontic tooth movement can be divided into two main categories: surgical and nonsurgical. Surgical interventions, represented by corticotomy and modified corticotomy procedures, are the most common in clinical practice and can minimize the treatment duration, augment alveolar bone, and expand the range of orthodontic tooth movement. However, these procedures are inevitably traumatic and have many risks and limitations that prevent them from being widely used in clinical practice. In recent years, multiple modified corticotomy techniques, such as corticision, piezocision, micro-osteoperforation, and discision, have been proposed; these techniques can reduce soft and hard tissue damage and the incidence of postoperative complications and are relatively easy to perform in the clinic. Corticotomy and other improved surgical techniques can shorten the duration of orthodontic treatment to a certain extent and promote the recovery of periodontal health with no adverse effects on periodontal, dental, or pulp tissues. However, in clinical application, several potential side effects (such as periodontal tissue damage, root resorption, loss of pulp vitality, etc) and shortcomings need further research with long-term follow-up.

Objective To explore the efficacy of a novel and simple manual bone cone drilling hematoma drainage for hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods From January 2021 to December 2022, 103 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage at The Affiliated Bozhou Hospital of Anhui Medical University were included. They were treated with traditional bone cone drilling hematoma drainage (traditional group, n = 51) and novel-type bone cone drilling hematoma drainage (novel-type group, n = 52). Based on pre- and post-surgery head CT results, the hematoma clearance rate and accuracy of catheter placement were calculated. National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) was used to assess the severity of neurological deficits, and modified Rankin Scale (mRS) was used to evaluate the neurological functional prognosis. Results The hematoma clearance rate in the novel-type group [(45.54 ± 24.23)% vs. (35.08 ± 6.49)%; t = 3.008, P = 0.004] and the accuracy of catheter placement [90.38% (47/52) vs. 68.63% (35/51); χ2 = 7.509, P = 0.006] were significantly higher than those of the traditional group. The novel-type group and the traditional group showed statistically significant differences in hematoma volume (F = 9.157, P = 0.003) and mRS score (F = 4.412, P = 0.038). The postoperative hematoma volume (t = - 4.625, P = 0.000) and mRS score (t = - 2.712, P = 0.008) of the novel-type group were lower than those of the traditional group. Statistically significant differences were observed in hematoma volume (F = 280.635, P = 0.000), NIHSS score (F = 443.320, P = 0.000) and mRS score (F = 552.781, P = 0.000) before and after surgery in the 2 groups; the hematoma volume (t = 10.233, P = 0.000; t = 19.906, P = 0.000), NIHSS score (t = 14.576, P = 0.000; t = 15.286, P = 0.000) and mRS score (t = 20.201, P = 0.000; t = 13.511, P = 0.000) after operation were lower than those before operation in the 2 groups. Conclusions The novel and simple manual bone cone drilling hematoma drainage is a safe and effective treatment for hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.

Objective The Laiwu Basin is a typical monocline fault basin in the central and southern regions of Shandong Province. It has a complex geological structure and an uneven distribution of groundwater resources within the region. Previous researchers have conducted a large number of hydrogeological and spring water protection studies, but no relevant research has been conducted on the relationship between the development laws of fissure karst and the distribution of karst groundwater. Methods In this study, karstification and groundwater enrichment characteristics were investigated in the Laiwu Basin through research methods of data collection, field geological surveys, hydrogeological drilling, and rock and mineral testing. Results Carbonate strata are concentrated in the southern part of the Laiwu Basin, with a monoclinal structure controlled by the geological structure, which is scattered sporadically in the northern and eastern regions. Karst development is affected by many factors, such as formation lithology, geological structure, groundwater dynamic conditions, and magma intrusion. The principal surface karst features are grikes and karst valleys. In addition, the principal underground karst features were dominated by dissolution fissures and holes at 400 m depth. Karst groundwater is primarily concentrated in multistage structural fault basins, hanging walls formed by water-blocking faults, groundwater pressure discharge areas, and karst development areas on the anticlinal flank of the mine. Conclusion The karst water cycle in the Laiwu Basin has a general regularity of monoclinic basins but is influenced by multiple factors, forming karst water systems of varying sizes that are relatively independent. Significant differences were observed in the development characteristics and water abundance patterns of karsts in different regions. Fault structures and geological water-blocking areas have relatively abundant karst water, whereas the shallow karst water has a strong runoff cycle. [ Significance ] This study provides scientific and technical support for the exploitation and utilization of groundwater resources in water-scarce mountainous areas of central and southern Shandong Province.

[Objective] In order to investigate the mechanism of mechanical effect of root-soil complex and the application of modeling method. [Methods] The concept and connotation of root-soil complex, the principle of mechanical effect and mechanical model of root-soil complex, advantages and disadvantages as well as the scope of application were summarized and analyzed by using literature analysis method and comparative analysis method. [Results] (1) The root-soil complex was a composite whole of mechanical coupling effect between root system and soil body, and the root system was intertwined in soil playing a reinforced role. (2) The mechanical relationship between root system and soil body was essentially the result of soil mechanical, hydraulic and composite mechanical properties of root-soil complex. The soil mechanical and hydraulic properties focused on the influence of roots on the soil and the influence of water on the soil and root system respectively, and the composite mechanical properties focused on the direct influence of soil properties on the properties and structure of plant roots, so that the mechanical relationship between roots and soil was in a dynamic balance through the three. (3) The study of the composite mechanical model of the root-soil complex was slightly less than that of the soil mechanical and hydraulic model, which were based on quantitative parameters and measure the soil consolidation effect by comparing parameters. However, the composite mechanical properties involves both soil and hydraulic properties, which was a comprehensive consideration and should be the key research direction in the future. [Conclusion] In-depth research was needed in the future to investigate the effects of freeze-thaw cycle, dry-wet alternation and dry-hot cycle on root and soil interaction in different regions, the shear strength of multi-type plant mixtures, the influence mechanism of chemical and microbial effects on soil-water propertiess and the construction of composite models need to be further studied. This study can provide important theoretical value and engineering reference for vegetation restoration, soil and water conservation and sustainable development in ecologically fragile areas.

Background Dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM) is a common cause of sudden cardiac death and heart failure in children, its different etiologies are significantly associated with the prognosis of children with DCM. However, there is a lack of accurate etiologic diagnosis and effective risk stratification programs. Primary DCM has the highest prevalence and relatively poor prognosis, especially in children with genetic factors. Therefore, the analysis of mortality risk factors based on genetic background would be beneficial for the accurate prognosis and risk stratification of children with DCM. Objective To explore the proportion of genetic etiology, genetic characteristics and factors related to poor prognosis of primary DCM in children. Methods The clinical data and genetic testing results of 42 children with primary DCM who were hospitalized in Hebei Children's Hospital from July 2018 to December 2022 and completed genetic testing were retrospectively collected, and the included children were regularly followed up in the cardiology outpatient department of Hebei Children's Hospital after discharge. With the time of death or 2022-12-31 as the end point of follow-up, the children were divided into the death group (9 cases) and survival group (33 cases) according to the follow-up outcomes. Survival curves of the children were plotted using the Kaplan-Meier method, and comparisons between groups were performed using the Log-rank test. Multivariate COX proportional risk model was used to analyze the risk factors for death. Results The median age of first diagnosis was 12 (7, 96) months, and the median follow-up time was 24 (9, 36) months. The median follow-up time was 8 (0, 11) months in the death group and 30 (12, 39) months in the survival group, the difference was statistically significant (Z=-2.19, PT) in the dead children with negative gene mutation was classified as unclear clinical significance. The Kaplan-Meier survival curve of the children was plotted, and the Log-rank test results showed that the survival rate of children with negative gene mutation was higher than that of children with positive gene mutation (χ2=18.1, P

Ad Hoc network is widely used because of its distributed flexibility, in which nodes may generate different types of traffic, and some high-priority traffic requires lower delay and other Quality of service (QoS) requirements. However, as the load of traffic increases, the probability of conflict increases significantly, which makes it difficult to guarantee the requirement of these traffic. It is significant to design the efficient multiple access protocol to ensure the quality of different kinds of traffic. Channel reservation mechanism is an important method to ensure QoS. However, the existing channel reservation mechanism does not fine-adjust reservation parameters according to the QoS when dealing with various traffic differently, and the differentiation mechanism is rough. In addition, it is difficult to ensure the performance of common services when low-latency services are met. Therefore, a differentiated service guarantee adaptive reservation mechanism (DSGARM) to solve the above problems is proposed. The core idea of the protocol is to provide differentiated services in detail according to the delay tolerance requirements of each business. Absolute reservation mechanism is used to guarantee delay-sensitive services, and relative reservation mechanism is used to service relatively delay-insensitive services. In the protocol, a model is established to design an adaptive algorithm to quantitatively calculate reservation parameters that meet the delay requirements. On the premise of prioritized reservation for various services, appropriate reservation parameters can be adjusted according to network conditions to ensure the delay tolerance requirements of each type of service. The present work can be widely applied to scenarios with differentiated business requirements. The simulation results show the advantages of the present protocol and have great practical significance.

Therefore, it is necessary to find out the most reasonable calibration scheme for the mechanical center.PurposeThis study aims at the calibration scheme for the mechanical center extraction of high energy photon Ssurce (HEPS) sextupoles, and obtaining the corrected mechanical central coordinate system.MethodsThe method of directly measuring the reference plane of the sextupole was adopted for the mechanical center calibration of magnets. By rotating the conventional calibration coordinate system with a given pole seam deviation angle, the three polar seam surfaces were brought closer to the theoretical positions to decrease the main diagonal component of the sextupoles. The mechanical center calibrations were performed twice for each hexacode iron to further reduce the impact of the polar seam error.ResultsThe calibration results show that the calibration repeat accuracy is 0.005 mm for the sextupole. The standard deviation between the measured value and the design value of the pole seam spacing is 0.015 mm. Additionally, the standard deviation of the reference point before and after the rotation of the coordinate system is 0.09 mm, with a maximum rotation angle of 0.6 mrad.ConclusionsThe calibration scheme of this study can be used to improve the calibration accuracy and provide reference for the calibration of similar equipment. It ensures smooth installation of accelerator devices and is of significant importance for accelerator collimation measurements.

The evolution of inclusions in molten steel in tundish before and after vacuum treatment during the production of GCr15 bearing steel in a steel plant is analyzed， the results showed that total oxygen content in molten steel increased greatly in tundish. Magnesium aluminum Spinel inclusions increased in RH soft blowing and tundish to varying degrees， and the number increased significantly in tundish. The MgO aggregate particles in the working layer of the tundish coating are greatly reduced， and some MgO particles are dissolved in the molten steel， resulting in the increase of oxygen content in the molten steel.The effect of different SiO2 content on the phase of tundish coating was discussed by thermodynamic simulation analysis. It was proposed that the control of SiO2 content at range 4%~6% and the strengthening of tundish masonry management can reduce the formation of high temperature low melting phase in tundish coating and effectively improve the flaw detection eligibility rate of bearing steel GCr15 head slab.

The research progress in chemical crosslinking and filler enhancement of tetrapropyl fluoro elastomer was reviewed at home and abroad with 39 references. The key roles of co-crosslinkers and fillers were elucidated in the construction of crosslinking networks. The aging mechanism of tetrapropyl fluoro elastomer was summarized syste-matically under environmental conditions such as heat, oxygen, acid and alkali, and hydrogen sulfide.

BackgroundLuminescence dating technology has made significant advancements in determining the chronology of archaeological materials subjected to low firing temperatures. However, the luminescence dating of archaeological materials subjected to high firing temperatures remains challenging.PurposeThis study aims to explore the luminescence emission spectrum characteristics and luminescence properties of high-firing temperature quartz to verify the feasibility of thermoluminescence (TL) signals from different bands in luminescence dating.MethodsFirstly, the high-firing temperature (about 950 °C) quartz extracted from pottery unearthed at the Lingjiatan archaeological site was taken as a case study, spectral measurement platform was established using a Risø DA-20 luminescence dating instrument coupled with an Andor spectrometer and a charge-coupled device camera to analyze the luminescence spectral properties of archaeological quartz with high firing temperatures. Then, five filter combinations and two photomultiplier tubes (PMTs) were used to compare the TL and isothermal thermoluminescence (ITL) sensitivities of blue and red emissions. Kinetic parameters for Blue TL and Red TL were determined by deconvolving the glow curves with the general-order equation. Finally, exposure experiments were conducted on the Blue and Red TL using a solar simulator. The single aliquot regenerative dose (SAR) protocol was implemented to assess the applicability of the Blue TL-SAR, Blue ITL-SAR, Red TL-SAR, Red ITL-SAR, and optically stimulated luminescence (OSL)-SAR methods for dating archaeological quartz exposed to high temperatures during production or use.ConclusionsThe spectral analysis reveals that the archaeological quartz subjected to high firing temperature exhibits significant Red TL emissions at approximately 620 nm, which is correlated with the TL peak at 375 °C. This Red TL at 375 °C exhibits a marked insensitivity to light. The multi-wavelength TL, multiwavelength ITL, and conventional OSL dating results are consistent with the known radiocarbon age within the error range. This study demonstrates the potential feasibility of using luminescence signals of different wavelengths for chronological studies of archaeological materials subjected to high firing temperatures.

The effects of different base wine volumes (150, 200, and 250 L) during the distillation process on the volatile compounds of distilled wine made from Merlot grapes from the Jiaodong Peninsula were investigated in order to optimize the distillation conditions of distilled Merlot wine. In this study, headspace solid-phase microextraction combined with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (HS-SPME-GC-MS) was used to qualitatively and quantitatively analyze the volatile compounds of the intermediate distillates from different volumes of base wine. In addition, statistical analysis of the volatile composition data was performed by principal component analysis (PCA) and orthogonal partial least squares discriminant analysis (OPLS-DA). In total, 67, 67, and 64 aroma compounds were detected in the distillate samples from 150, 200, and 250 L of base wine, respectively. In each sample, 37 esters were found. Ester content was significantly higher in the distillate from 150 L than 200 and 250 L from base wine. PCA and OPLS-DA results consistently showed that 13, 1, and 1 aroma substances had positive effects on distilled samples from 150, 200, and 250 L of base wine, respectively. This study will lay the foundation for the production of high-quality distilled wine and thereby contribute to the development of the wine industry.

ObjectiveTo establish a rat model of hyperuricemia （HUA）， to study the effect of Liqing granules on lowering serum uric acid， and to evaluate its safety .MethodsMale SD rats were randomly divided into solvent control group and model group according to their body weight. For the model group， serum uric acid （SUA） was determined after 7 days of intra-gastric administration of potassium oxyazinate. The model group were randomly divided into model control group， positive control group， and low， medium， high dose group based on SUA level. Each group from the model group continued to receive potassium oxyazinate in the morning. The animals in the model groups received 0.5% CMC-Na， 10 mg·kg-1 benzbromarone （Doses by body weight） and Liqing granules 0.6， 1.2， 2.4 g·kg-1 （Doses by body weight）， respectively in the afternoon. 0.5% CMC-Na suspension with the same volume was given both in the morning and afternoon for the solvent control group. Levels of SUA， creatinine （CREA）， alanine aminotransferase （ALT） and aspartate transaminase （AST） were determined after 32 and 45 days administration of the test substance.ResultsSUA of the model group was （218±23） μmol·L-1 after 7 days of modeling， which was significantly higher than that of the solvent control group （P0.05）. CREA in the medium and high dose groups significantly decreased （P0.05）.ConclusionLiqing granules can assist in lowering blood serum uric acid in the rat HUA model， and no damage to liver and kidney function is found.

The internal dimension of a small diameter variable cross-section composite inlet is small,the surface treatment is difficult,and the overall manufacturing is difficult. How to reduce the process difficulty on the basis of meeting the surface quality requirements of the inlet,and at the same time endow the parts with functionality,is an urgent problem to be solved. A manufacturing method is proposed,which can realize structural and functional integration. The block and combined structure design is adopted,then the skin parts with uniform thickness(surface waviness not exceeding 0.5 mm) and small deformation are formed under the process control. To solve the problem of seam level difference between segmented skins,the synergistic method of flange edge connection and fixed connection with plate is adopted. After assembly alignment,the surface quality of the inlet cavity meets the requirements,and the effective filling of the joint further guarantees the realization of the aircraft function. Then the composite air inlet that meet the design and usage requirements has been successfully manufactured.

Objective: To identify mouldy peanuts in a fast and non-destructive way and improve the identification efficiency. Methods: Collected hyperspectral peanut data using a spectrometer, identify moldy peanuts using deep learning technology, and established a Hypernet PRMF model, which was compared with Deeplab v3+, Segnet, Unet, and Hypernet as control models. Integrated the proposed peanut recognition index into hyperspectral images as data feature pre extraction. Simultaneously integrating the constructed multi feature fusion blocks into the control model to improve the recognition efficiency of moldy peanuts. Results: The average pixel accuracy of all models exceeded 87%. the Hypernet-PRMF model had the highest detection accuracy of 90.35%, while for the whole peanut dataset, Hypernet-PRMF had a low false recognition rate and could effectively identify all mouldy peanuts in the figure. Conclusion: The Hypernet-PRMF model built based on deep learning has high pixel accuracy and detection precision, which can effectively identify mouldy peanuts and provide a reference basis for the identification and detection of other mouldy food and other hyperspectral objects.

The corrosion failure of steel is one of the key problems to shorten the service life of power facilities in some strong corrosive environments， such as marine and chemical plants.To address this problem， the proposition of substituting steel in power transmission and transformation equipment with high-strength 7xxx series aluminum alloys was introduced.Accelerated indoor simulation tests were conducted， using a 5%NaCl salt spray corrosion environment to emulate marine atmospheric conditions.A comparative analysis was performed on the mechanical property degradation and change law of surface corrosion morphology of Q345 steel for substation facilities and 7075 aluminum alloy after varying corrosion durations (7，21，42 d) by integrating tensile tests and microscopic structural observations.Further， employing corrosion weight loss methods and computer simulation techniques， the mechanical properties of the two materials under identical corrosion conditions and loads were comparatively studied.Results indicated that the mechanical properties of both materials tended to decline with the extension of salt spray corrosion time under 5%NaCl salt spray corrosion environment， moreover， the highest tensile strength attenuation rate of Q345 steel (24.58%) was 8 times that of 7075 aluminum alloy (3.00%).Both materials displayed a corrosion rate trend that initially increased and then decreased， with the average corrosion rate of Q345 steel [0.03 g/(m2·d)] being approximately 15 times that of the 7075 aluminum alloy [0.002 g/(m2·d)].At the same corrosion cycle， the corrosion pits in Q345 steel were larger and deeper than those in the 7075 aluminum alloy， resulting in a significantly higher degree of stress concentration caused by corrosion pits in Q345 steel under the same external load compared to 7075 aluminum alloy.Consequently， in theory，7075 aluminum alloy could replace Q345 steel as the base material for power facility components.

In order to meet the growing requirements of users for wireless services in various scenarios, highly densely deployed wireless local area network(WLAN) will be developed. However, due to the limited frequency resources, there must be a large number of wireless access points(APs) in the same channel. But APs which are located in the same channel will interfere with each other, resulting in a decline in the fairness of throughput in the network. And it can not provide users with good quality of service. In order to improve the fairness of throughput and experience of users, it is necessary to formulate the reasonable network parameter adjusting methods. A method based on neural network and genetic algorithm is proposed. The neural network is used to build the relationship between the parameters of WLAN and the fairness of throughput. The trained model is used as the fitness evaluation function of the genetic algorithm. And the genetic algorithm is used to solve the optimization parameter combination configuration to improve the fairness of throughput in WLAN. Simulation results show that the present algorithm can improve the fairness of throughput in the whole network.

Objective: This study aimed to investigate the influence of degree of polymerization of amylose on the digestibility characteristics of its ternary complexes. Methods: Ternary complexes of seedless breadfruit starch, prepared by separately mixing amyloses extracted from five cultivars (GJS, FSS, SMS, SS and CS) with amylopectin extracted from GJS, having the highest degree of polymerization among amylopectins from these cultviars, at a 1:1 ratio were prepared with lauric acid (LA) and β-lactoglobulin (β-LG) and characterized for supramolecular structure and digestion kinetics by high-performance size-exclusion chromatography (HPSEC), X-ray diffraction (XRD), small-angle X-ray scattering (SAXS), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), atomic force microscopy (AFM), and Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy. All five complex samples displayed obvious characteristic peaks of ternary complexes, V-type crystalline structure and rodlike molecular configuration. As the degree of polymerization of amylose increased, the complexing index (CI) (from 68.81% to 83.55%), relative crystallinity (from 21.10% to 28.35%), short-range order (from 0.44 to 0.63), molecular mass (from 2.90 × 106 to 8.02 × 106 Da), molecular density index (from 3.50 to 23.07 g/(mol·nm3), gelation temperature (from 98.52 to 103.71 ℃), and gelation enthalpy (from 13.95 to 18.73 J/g), second-order kinetic rate constant (from 1.00 × 10-2 to 2.92 × 10-2 min-1) increased, while the semicrystalline lamellae thickness (from 3.20 to 4.82 nm), mass fractal dimension (from 1.28 to 1.81), characteristic length of crystallite unit (from 6.33 to 7.01 Å), radius of gyration (from 70.31 to 93.94 nm), and nanosurface “blocklet” size (from 7.05 to 15.03 nm) dropped, which led to a decrease of in vitro glycemic index (from 78.83 to 85.71). Statistical analysis showed that the degree of polymerization of amylose could remarkably affect the multiscale superstructure of the ternary complexes, which in turn could change its digestion kinetics. The results provide new theoretical guidance for the production of starch-based multicomponent foods.

The scraper conveyor chain transmission system is prone to frequent faults due to its complex load bearing capacity. However, traditional fault diagnosis requires a large amount of prior knowledge and subjective intervention, which requires high technical personnel. In order to achieve the autonomy, accuracy, and efficiency of fault warning for the scraper conveyor chain transmission system, a fault warning method for the scraper conveyor chain transmission system based on LSTM-Adam is proposed using the powerful data mining capability of deep learning. Firstly, a monitoring system for the working conditions of the scraper conveyor is built based on configuration technology. The system collects real-time operating data of the scraper conveyor, such as the torque and speed of the output shaft of the reducer, the pressure of the middle groove plate, the vibration acceleration in the vertical direction of the scraper, and the strain in the running direction of the scraper chain. The data is cleaned and normalized in min-max to provide data support for fault warning. Secondly, a prediction model is built based on LSTM and trained and optimized using the Adam optimization algorithm to obtain the optimal LSTM Adam prediction model. Finally, the real-time operating data of the scraper conveyor is imported into the LSTM-Adam prediction model to obtain the predicted values of the scraper conveyor operating parameters. The sliding weighted average method is used to calculate the residual between the predicted value and the true value. The maximum residual of the same type of data under normal operating conditions is used as the warning threshold. When the residual exceeds the warning threshold, an early warning is given. The experimental results show that the LSTM-Adam prediction model can accurately predict the trend of strain data of the scraper chain and provide accurate warnings for stuck chain and broken chain faults.

USRP (ultrasonic surface rolling processing) was used to change the surface layer of 6061 aluminum alloy, so as to realize the change of the second phase microstructure of 6061 aluminum alloy by USRP under different static pressure conditions to improve corrosion resistant, which was characterized by using scanning electron microscopy, laser confocal microscopy, scanning Kelvin probe force microscopy, etc. Based on the principle of microzone galvanic corrosion and considering the impedance of solution and oxide, the correlation law between the size of the second phase and the development of local corrosion was obtained. The effect of the size of the second phase on the development of local corrosion was verified by in-situ observation using laser confocal microscope. The results show that the initial self-corrosion current density of aluminum alloy in 3.5%(mass fraction) NaCl solution is only 1/15 of that of the untreated sample, the corrosion rate is reduced by 93.04%, when the surface layer is rolled with 0.10 MPa static pressure. The Mg2Si phase has no significant morphology change during the rolling process, and it has no significant effect on the corrosion performance before and after USRP. The AlFeSi phases with long strip continuous distribution are refined into micro- and nano-scale dispersion distributions under the action of USRP. The fully refined AlFeSi phase weakens the galvanic corrosion effect due to the reduction of the local anode/cathode area ratio of the corrosion microcell, which promotes the metastable pitting nucleation rate of the aluminum alloy matrix, but also cause the rapid dissolution of the aluminum alloy itself. When self-dissolution occurs or Al2O3 oxide film is formed in the inner wall of metastable corrosion hole, the electrochemical corrosion effect of AlFeSi relative to aluminum alloy matrix is greatly weakened, so as to improve the corrosion resistance of 6061 aluminum alloy as a whole.

In this paper, based on the research background of recovering uranium from wet-process phosphoric acid(WPA) by amino phosphonate acid chelating resin, the distribution of uranium in single particle amino phosphonate chelating resin was studied. The results show that the optimal laser frequency of LA-ICP-MS is determined to be 6 Hz, the beam spot diameter is 44 μm, and the energy density is 6 J/cm2. The resin with saturated adsorption and the resin with complete elution were selected as the external standard of the adsorption and leaching process, and the homogeneity test was carried out. The relative standard deviation of uranium content in the resin with saturated adsorption and the resin with complete elution are 3.87% and 3.52%(n=9), respectively. Uniformity is good. In situ microzone analysis of uranium in amino phosphonic acid chelating resin was carried out by LA-ICP-MS. The adsorption process of uranium on the resin is gradually completed from the outside to the inside, and the leaching process is gradually completed from the outside to the inside, and the concentration of uranium inside and outside the resin is gradually uniform and unified, and finally reaches adsorption saturation and leaching complete.

Based on the coupling of hydride generation (HG) and microwave plasma torch (MPT), a rapid and sensitive method of hydride generation-microwave plasma torch-mass spectrometry (HG-MPT-MS) for arsenic under atmospheric condition was developed. The mass spectral behavior of arsenic under different ionization conditions was investigated. In both positive and negative ion modes, arsenic displayed characteristic mass spectrum peaks, which was significantly different from electrospray ionization (ESI), inductively coupled plasma (ICP) and other common ionization techniques. HG-MPT-MS enabled ionization of analytes at molecular level, and it formed adduct ions with NO3-, and even dimers of arsenate ions. Due to the combination of hydride generation and microwave plasma torch, the background noise and the signal intensity of analytes were greatly improved. Therefore, this method was suitable for direct mass spectrometry analysis of trace arsenic in complex samples. In addition, the influence of HCl concentration on the signal intensity, and the regulation of arsine generation behavior by microwave power were studied. Compared with ICP, microwave plasma torch showed more obvious advantages on the analysis of arsenic, such as extremely low power and argon consumption, soft ionization and continuous energy regulation. The total ion chromatography (TIC) and the extracted ion chromatography (EIC) of all analytes displayed good signal stability and peak shape. In addition, arsenic concentration and its signal intensity showed a good linear relationship (R2>0.998) in the concentration range of 1-500 μg/L, and the detection limit was 0.02 μg/L. This method was applied to analysis of a reference water standard and two real water samples of lake water and river water. The results showed that the determined value was in agreement with the certified value for the reference standard. Spiked recoveries of the river water and lake water samples ranged from 95.0% to 105.0% with the relative standard deviation (RSD) of 8.0%-11.0%. On the other hand, the commonly used hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry (HG-AFS） was also compared with MPT and ICP, which was more economic on power and argon consumption, and had even lower detection limit. However, MPT might have more advantages on simultaneous analysis of multi-elements, such as As, Sb, Bi, Se, Te, Hg and so on. This method was expected to provide a useful tool for sensitive analysis of As and other metalloids from complex matrices.

In this study, self-assembled quaternary complexes of lactoferrin (LF), epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG), high methoxylated pectin (HMP) and β-cyclodextrin (β-CD) were constructed and characterized, and successfully utilized for stabilizing high internal phase Pickering emulsions (HIPPEs). In comparison with ternary complexes, the quaternary complexes had lower interfacial tension (reduced by about 3 mN/m) and more appropriate wettability (contact angle close to 90°), and were more effective in stabilizing HIPPEs (smaller droplet size and enhanced homogeneity). The dense cross-linking network of the quaternary complexes endowed HIPPEs with higher viscoelasticity (increasing elasticity and viscosity by up to 1.9 and 5.3 times, respectively), textural properties, 3D printing characteristics, and refrigeration stability. β-CD significantly improved the antioxidant activity of HIPPEs (up to 2.1 times) by interfering with the combination of EGCG with LF or HMP. In addition, the self-assembly sequence could flexibly regulate the structures and emulsifying properties of the quaternary complexes, with the LF-β-CD-EGCG-HMP complex having the most pronounced effect. In conclusion, this study provides a theoretical basis for the construction of protein-polyphenol-polysaccharide-polysaccharide complexes and their applications in HIPPEs.

In order to evaluate the insulation condition of oil-immersed transformers effectively, a weight allocation method considering expert experience and degradation state is proposed in this paper. Firstly, a hierarchical structure for insulation condition evaluation is built based on dissolved gas in oil, ambient temperature and defect information, and subjective weights is assigned to each index based on expert experience. Then, the method of combined weight is adopted to introduce entropy weight into the weight allocation of index layer, thus weights of the index layer are dynamically adjusted to reflect the differences in the individual operation process while retaining expert experience for the criterion layer. Furthermore, the transformer insulation state is subdivided into five states from common four to realize more accurate perception of insulation state. Finally, case study of four 500 kV transformers shows that the method proposed can effectively identify normal transformers and discriminate abnormal transformers compared with the method based only on objective or subjective weight, which verifies the rationality of the method.

In this study, the effect of three self-assembly sequences on the structural properties, three-dimensional (3D) printing characteristics, storage stability and freeze-thaw stability of high internal phase Pickering emulsions (HIPPEs) stabilized by ternary aggregates of lactoferrin, epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG) and low methoxylated pectin was evaluated. The results showed that self-assembly sequence directly affected the ability of ternary aggregates to stabilize HIPPEs. The particle sizes of the ternary aggregates were between 1.7 and 2.9 μm, and they showed different network structures and surface wettabilities (between 55.62° and 68.15°). Optical microrheology and texture analysis showed that the decreasing order of the viscoelasticity, hardness, adhesiveness and chewiness of HIPPEs was lactoferrin-EGCG-low methoxylated pectin > lactoferrin-low methoxylated pectin-EGCG > low methoxylated pectin-EGCG-lactoferrin. The HIPPE stabilized by lactoferrin-EGCG-low methoxylated pectin was solid-like and more suitable for 3D printing. The microstructure showed that these HIPPEs were oil-in-water Pickering emulsions. It is particularly noteworthy that the HIPPE stabilized by lactoferrin-EGCG-low methoxylated pectin showed excellent long-term storage stability and freeze-thaw stability, which is of great significance for its potential application in cold chain logistics. In conclusion, when using ternary complexes to stabilize HIPPEs, self-assembly sequence is an important factor that cannot be ignored.

In order to clarify the geological factors affecting underground coal gasification(UCG) of closed coal mines and build a scientific and systematic geological index evaluation system, in this paper, we take a typical close coal mine in Hebei Province as a study case to establish an evaluation system of geological conditions. This evaluation system systematically analyzed and quantified 4 first-level geological indexes and 22 second-level geological indexes, corresponding to the several stages from planning to production of UCG. By using analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, the importance matrix of evaluation index is established and the index weight is determined. Combined with the actual situation of too little remained resources, extremely complex coal seam structures and excessive water inflow, the evaluation result is one-vote veto, and a set of scientific and systematic geological index evaluation system is finally formed. The application of the evaluation system in typical closed coal mines in Hebei Province(coal seams 8-1, 11, 12, 14 in Linnancang Coal Mine, coal seams Ⅲ3 , Ⅴ2 in Xuandong No.2 well, coal seam 5 in Beiyangzhuang Mine, coal seams 1, 5, 6 in Cuijiazhai Mine and coal seams 1, 9 in Xiandewang Mine) shows that it is suitable for UCG.

Background At the end of 2014, the department of policies, regulations and supervision of the State Administration of traditional Chinese medicine carried out started to the preparation development and revision of clinical diagnosis and treatment guidelines of traditional Chinese medicine at the end of 2014, and made progressdeveloped in 240 clinical diagnosis and treatment guidelines of traditional Chinese medicine in 13 specialized fields. The Chinese society of traditional Chinese medicine undertookakes this part of the work. Objective In order to understand the current situation of the preparation development and revision of clinical diagnosis and treatment guidelines for in the field of traditional Chinese medicine, analyze the problems existing in the work of thethis project team from the perspective of methodology and give suggestions, this project team conducted investigated research on the preparation development and revision project team of clinical diagnosis and treatment guidelines of developed by traditional Chinese medicine of the Chinese Academy of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods The survey will be conducted from June to December 2020. The survey object participants are is the project groups of the preparation development and revision of the clinical diagnosis and treatment guidelines of Chinese medicine of the Chinese Society of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Each project team member of this project team finishedlls in a questionnaire, and finally gathers the overall opinions of the project team were collected. The Chinese Society of Traditional Chinese Medicine issued a notice to invite all project teams to participate in the survey by means ofusing questionnaire star electronic questionnaire, and finally collected the answers on the network. Focusing Based on the research theme, the questionnaire includes five aspects: 1. understanding of the clinical diagnosis and treatment guidelines of for traditional Chinese medicine; 2. guide preparation development and revision procedures and application of methodology application; 3. key issues and key links steps in the preparation development and revision of the guidelines; 4. implementation, promotion and application of the guidelines; 5. overall investigation on about the guidelines preparation development and revision of the guidelines. The questionnaire is semi-structured, with 30 structured questions and 4 open questions. After the completion of the survey, the researchers conducted data summary and descriptive analysis on the results after survey. Results The survey finally recovered collected 198 valid questionnaires. The survey results suggest that most project teams (94.45%, 187/198) think that more clinical diagnosis and treatment guidelines of for traditional Chinese medicine are still needed in this field, and the coverage of clinical diagnosis and treatment guidelines of traditional Chinese medicine is still not wide enough, and the clinical application is poor; In terms of the procedures for the preparation development and revision of the guidelines and the application of methodology application, 99.49% (197/198) of the project teams followed the technical plan for the preparation development and revision of the guidelines, and 99.49% (197/198) of the project teams had methodological experts participating in the whole process. In terms of the key issues and key linkssteps in the preparation development and revision of the guidelines, most project teams believed that the main difficulties difficulties mainly focus on theare lack of high-quality clinical research evidence support (89.39%, 177/198), the lack of methodological tools consistent with the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine (70.20%, 139/198), the difficulty in unifying clinical classification standards (66.16%, 131/198), and the absence of fixed standards for the selection and dosage of prescriptions and drugs (60.61%, 119/198). In terms of the implementation, promotion and application of the guidelines, 71.21% (141/198) of the project team believed that the promotion and application were in line with expectations, but there were also some difficulties in promotion and application; In terms of overall research investigation on about the preparation development and revision of the guidelines, the vast majority (96.97%, 192/198) of the project teams said that they had invested a lot of human, material, energy and other resources in the preparation development and revision of the guidelines. Conclusion Most project teams thought clinical diagnosis and treatment guidelines for traditional Chinese medicine had significant guidance in clinical practice, and each project team face some problems and difficulties in guideline development and revisions. We give proposed the following suggestions: in the future, attention should be paid to the preparation development and revision of the guidelines, and relevant financial support should be increased; during the preparation development and revision of clinical diagnosis and treatment guidelines of traditional Chinese medicine, all working groups need to have methodological experts participate in the whole process and control the quality; increase training on evidence-based medicine and the formulation of clinical diagnosis and treatment guidelines; strictly follow the latest technical solutions and methodological processes; during the preparation development and revision of the guidelines, we should pay attention to the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment, and aim at clinical practicality and applicability, in order to improve the quality of clinical diagnosis and treatment guidelines of traditional Chinese medicine and promote traditional Chinese medicine to better serve people's health.

During the forming of aramid paper honeycomb sandwich component of aircraft composites in the autoclave, the structure bears thermo-mechanical coupling case, and it may exist the phenomenon of the honeycomb crack during the forming. The tensile, compressive, shear and thermal properties of aramid paper honeycomb core are obtained by testing. Meanwhile, the numerical simulation of thermo-mechanical sequential coupling of the whole honeycomb sandwich component and the local core area are carried out by combining the finite element analysis method and the inversion method. The results show that the thermal stress during the forming process will not cause the adhesive layer between honeycomb cells to crack, but gas pressure will. The difference value of pressure difference between honeycomb cells required for adhesive layer′s slight destruction and complete destruction is positively related to the initial normal fracture stress of adhesive layer. The pressure difference required for the adhesive layer′s complete destruction is decreased with the increase of the number of loaded cells.

Due to the lack of domestic 980 nm pump laser design experience and production process, the key technology of high power 980 nm pumped laser to break through. In this paper, a 980 nm pump laser with 400 mW output power has been successfully developed by using a domestic solution, including the design and implementation of chips, gratings and coupling fibers. By using the all metallized package directly coupled with wedge-shaped fiber and selecting the double grating structure for wavelength locking, the wavelength stability of the 980 nm pumped laser with 400 mW output power in the operating temperature range of -50~75 ℃ can reach 0.01 nm/ ℃. Moreover the 980 nm pump laser has passed the 800 mA charge aging at 75 ℃ for more than 5 000 h. This has laid a foundation for the research of domestic pump lasers with high reliability.

Atmospheric corrosion has a significant impact on the safe operation of power transmission and transformation equipment in power grids.At present，the atmospheric corrosion resistance and anti-corrosion technology of steel widely used in the field of power transmission and transformation equipment cannot meet power grid construction and long service life requirements.In this paper，current situation of atmospheric corrosion of power transmission and transformation equipment was described first，then the influence of environmental parameters such as atmospheric composition，atmospheric relative humidity，temperature，chemical composition and microstructure of steel on the corrosion rate and corrosion mechanism of power grid equipment were pointed out.Furthermore，combined with the atmospheric environment conditions in Guizhou province，the key problems to be solved in the application of weathering steel in Guizhou power grid were analyzed.Finally，it was proposed that through on-site exposure test，accelerated test and development of on-line monitoring technology，not only massive corrosion data could be collected，corrosion rating could be achieved and a complete atmospheric corrosion grade map could be established，but also the corrosion mechanism of weathering steel in a specific atmospheric environment could be obtained by combining big data processing and machine learning methods to provide technical support for the safe operation of weathering steel in power grid equipment instead of ordinary carbon steel and related equipment.

The traditional monitoring methods for coal mine roadway deformation have problems such as incomplete data collection, non intuitive data format, poor precision, and inability to achieve continuous monitoring of the entire roadway deformation. In order to solve the above problems, a deformation monitoring method for coal mine roadway based on 3D laser scanning is proposed. Firstly, the method uses 3D laser scanning technology to obtain real 3D point cloud data of coal mine roadways. Secondly, the deep learning model VoxelNet is used to detect and denoise 3D laser scanning data, converting unordered point cloud data into high-dimensional feature data. The Alphashape algorithm is used to fit the discrete points of the extracted roadway cross-section. The multi-dimensional difference calculation based on the difference method is used to obtain specific data of roadway deformation, achieving full coverage of roadway deformation monitoring in the mining area. The 3D laser scanning technology is applied to deformation monitoring of the 30507 working face in Tashan Coal Mine. The cross-sectional analysis and 3D overall analysis are conducted on the 3D point cloud data of the roadway. The analysis results indicate that the main deformation in the area can be directly observed through the relative deviation of the section contour of the second stage roadway. If the upper contour deviates inward, the roof will collapse. If the lower contour deviates outward, the floor will bulge. As the distance between the measuring point and the working face gets closer, the color of the attached color model leans towards red and blue. The darker the color, the greater the deformation of the roadway.

Aiming at the problems existing in the current mechanisms of delay guarantee in wireless networks(i.e. poor scalability, coarse granularity for provided service levels, and improving delay performance at the expense of sacrificing some resource utilization), this paper puts forward both the idea of particle access and the corresponding access mechanism. In this paper, a traffic flow is modeled as a group of information particles that carry a certain amount of information and are valid for certain periods of time. Firstly, the definitions of information particles and the group of information particles are given. It is proved that the minimum reachable access bandwidth of an information particle group can be achieved by using the EDF(earliest deadline first) transmission strategy. Moreover, a fine-grained mechanism of delay guarantee based on the idea of particle access is proposed for the dynamic access environment in wireless networks. Extensive simulations are carried out for the application scenario of downlink transmissions, and it is shown that, in the case of heavy traffic loads, comparing with the rapid growth of the average packet delays and the packet loss rates in a legacy access mechanism, the proposed fine-grained access strategy based on the idea of particle access can also achieve the better performance on the average packet delays and the packet loss rates, and hence higher effective throughput is obtained. The research in this paper pave a new way for further improving quality of service (QoS) mechanisms of wireless networks.

In order to minimize the maximum weighted response time for any node in the network to reach the central control node, a central control node election algorithm based on dynamic programming is proposed. Firstly, the response times of nodes and links in the wireless network are modeled as the node weights and edge weights in the network topology, and then the central control node election problem that minimizes the maximum weighted response time for any node in the network to reach the central control node is modeled as the central problem, where represents the number of central control nodes. Then, by using the interpolation method based on dynamic programming, the weighted response time between the two points can be obtained, and the K-central problem modeled is transformed into several R-control set problems. Then, several control R-set problems are transformed into several 0-1 integer programming problems, and each integer programming problem can be solved one by one by using the branch and bound method. Finally, a simplified implementation method based on the above algorithm is given when K=1, the optimality of the proposed algorithm is proved and the complexity of the algorithm is analyzed. Simulation results show that the proposed central control algorithm can minimize the maximum weighted response time of the network.

As an ideal medical theranostic radionuclide, 177Lu is widely applied in many cancer diagnostics and therapies. The carrier added 177Lu has the advantages of simple radiochemical process and high irradiation yield. Herein, this paper conducted the research on the preparation of carrier added 177Lu by thermal neutron irradiation of 176Lu in the high flux engineering test reactor (HFETR). This work irradiated natural lutetium and enriched 176Lu. As a result, 177Lu with specific activity of 0.87 Ci/mg and 177mLu content of 0.009% was produced by 13 days irradiation of natural Lu at thermal neutron flux of 2×1014 n·cm-2·s-1; 177Lu with specific activity of 24.9 Ci/mg and 177mLu content of 0.02% was produced by 28 days irradiation of enriched 176Lu (86.5%) at thermal neutron flux of 1×1014 n·cm-2·s-1; 177Lu with specific activity of 25.76 Ci/mg and 177mLu content of 0.002% was produced by 5 days irradiation of enriched 176Lu (86.5%) at thermal neutron flux of 2×1014 n·cm-2·s-1; and 177Lu with specific activity of 28.3 Ci/mg and 177mLu content of 0.009% was produced by 12 days irradiation of enriched 176Lu (86.5%) at thermal neutron flux of 2×1014 n·cm-2·s-1. Among them, both 177Lu products using enriched 176Lu targets meet the domestic group requirements with specific activity more than 20 Ci/mg and 177mLu/177Lu less than 0.07%. Overall, carrier added 177Lu which can meet the standards can be prepared by irradiation of enriched 176Lu in HFETR. It is expected to realize localized production of carrier added 177Lu according to market demand and promote the domestic researches in 177Lu nuclear medicine applications.

Recently,the fairness of the algorithm has aroused extensive discussion in the machine learning community.Given the widespread popularity of spectral clustering in modern data science,studying the algorithm fairness of spectral clustering is a crucial topic.Existing fair spectral clustering algorithms have two shortcomings:1) poor fairness performance;2) work only for single sensitive attribute.In this paper,the fair spectral clustering problem is regarded as a constrained spectral clustering problem.By solving the feasible solution set of constrained spectral clustering,an unnormalized fair spectral clustering(UFSC) method is proposed to improve fairness performance.In addition,the paper also proposes a fair clustering algorithm suitable for multiple sensitive attribute constraints.Experimental results on multiple real-world datasets demonstrate that the UFSC and MFSC are fairer than the existing fair spectral clustering algorithms.

In advanced high-speed fiber optic communication systems, due to the introduction of dense wavelength division multiplexing technology, the signal spectral interval is getting narrower and narrower, and the traditional out-of-band Optical Signal-to-Noise Ratio (OSNR) monitoring technology is no longer accurate. Therefore, further study is required in the low-cost in-band OSNR monitoring scheme. A Deep Neural Network (DNN) link OSNR monitoring scheme for Intensity-Modulation and Direct Detection (IMDD) system is proposed. We used a 5-layer DNN trained from 550 000 datasets to successfully estimate the OSNR of the 2 GBaud On-Off Key (OOK) signal in the range of 5 to 15 dB, and the Mean Absolute Error (MAE) is less than 0.8 dB.

ObjectiveTo evaluate the clinical efficacy of transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS) in the treatment of aphasia after stroke by meta-analysis.MethodsData were searched from the Chinese databases (China National Knowledge Infrastructure Database, Wanfang Database, China Biology Medicine Database, VIP Database) and English databases (PubMed, Web of Science, Embase and Cochrane Library). The randomized controlled trials (RCTs) of tDCS in the treatment of aphasia after stroke were included, and the retrieval time for each database was from inception to August 2021. The main outcome measures were clinical efficacy, aphasia symptom scores [Western aphasia battery (WAB), picture naming test, communication abilities of daily living (CADL), etc.]. Two researchers conducted literature screening, data extraction and quality evaluation independently according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The odds ratio (OR) and 95% confidence interval (CI) were used as the effect indicators for the ranking data and Stata 15 was used for meta-analysis of clinical efficacy; RevMan 5.4 was used to analyze the continuous data by Meta-analysis, and the mean difference (MD) and 95% CI were used as the effect indexes. The statistical heterogeneity was assessed by probability value (P value) and heterogeneity value (I 2 value). The fixed effects model was used when the included studies were homogeneous (I 2≤50%, P≥0.1) , while the random-effects model was used for analysis when the included studies were heterogeneous (I 2>50%, POR=3.46, 95% CI (2.30, 5.21), PMD=14.06, 95% CI (11.82, 16.29), Z=12.32, PMD=2.13, 95% CI (1.32, 2.94), Z=5.17, PMD=0.50, 95% CI (0.05,0.95)], Z=2.20, P=0.03], WAB-retelling score was significantly higher [MD=2.58,95% CI (2.18,2.98), Z=12.54, PMD=2.07, 95% CI (1.63, 2.50), Z=9.28, PMD=23.17, 95% CI (10.11, 36.23), Z=3.48, P=0.000 5]. In case of electrochemical machining of special stainless steels,a passivation film is easy to form on the machining surface,which can lead to machining difficulties.Meanwhile,the pitting corrosion is easy to occur on the non-machining surface,which can result in an reduction of surface quality.So,how to improve the quality of the machining surface has always been an urgent problem in aerospace and other mechanical industries.In this paper,the reasons for machining difficulties of this material were analyzed based on its composition and mirostructure.The composite electrolyte formula was developed with NaNO3 and NaClO3 as the base and some active ingredients as additives,the influences of the voltage and feed speed on material removal rate and lateral clearance were discussed.Finally,the electrolyte formula and appropriate process parameters for this kind of difficult-to-machine material were given.Results showed that in the composite electrolyte of 10% NaCl + 6% NaNO3 + 2% NaClO3,under the working condition of a voltage of 14 V,a feed speed of 3.0 mm/min and an electrolyte pressure of 0.6 MPa,the special stainless steel obtained good surface processing quality,and the surface roughness Ra was up to 0.38 μm.

To solve the multi-parameter and multi-objective optimization problem in the intelligent resource allocation of textile enterprises, Multi-P-LevyFOA is proposed. Firstly, a multi-parameter and multi-objective resource allocation model for intelligent transformation of textile enterprises is established. Then, if the number of iterations is less than or equal to 2/3 of the total number of iterations, based on the random number of Levy flight, the population position is updated to expand the search range and avoid falling into local optimization. When the number of iterations is greater than 2/3 of the total number, the population position is updated with random numbers of uniform distribution, and the search range is narrowed to avoid jumping out of the optimal value range. The global and local optimization ability of the algorithm at different iteration times are analyzed, and the time complexity of Multi-P-LevyFOA algorithm is analyzed and compared with standard FOA and five improved FOA, and its convergence is proven. The performance of Multi-P-LevyFOA is compared with other four improved FOA, the influence of threshold SEP of the algorithm on the 22 benchmark functions is analyzed, and the influence law of β parameter on the optimization effect of the algorithm in Levy flight is studied. Finally, taking the intelligent resource allocation of a textile enterprise in Shaanxi province as an example, the feasibility of Multi-P-LevyFOA is verified. Experimental results show that the Multi-P-LevyFOA can effectively solve the multi-parameter and multi-objective optimization problem under appropriate βparameters, which provides a reference for the intelligent resource allocation of textile enterprises.
