As an important trait of poultry, bone characteristics affect the healthy development of poultry. Breeding of fast weight gain broilers and laying hens with a high laying rate increases the burden on skeletal system, which easily leads to abnormal skeletal development of chickens. Bone metabolism imbalance easily affects bone health, and then affects chicken growth performance. Chinese herbal medicine has many advantages, such as abundant medicine source, many nutrients and active ingredients, good application effect, little toxic and side effects, and is not easy to produce durable medicinal properties, so it has a wide application prospect in livestock and poultry production. At present, the research on Chinese herbal medicine and its active components regulating chicken bone metabolism and bone health has become a hot spot. In this paper, the growth and development of chicken bone, the characteristics of bone metabolism and common bone diseases of chicken were briefly described, and the research on bone metabolism and bone health of chicken by Chinese herbal medicine and its active components was summarized, which provided a reference for the development and application of Chinese herbal medicine in the prevention and treatment of chicken bone diseases. Groundwater in the decommissioned mining field of acid-based in-situ leaching of uranium has such characteristics as strong acidity and excessive uranium and SO42- concentrations, and its remediation is an urgent problem to be studied and solved. In this paper, the groundwater in the decommissioned mining field of an acid in situ leach uranium mine in northwestern China was taken as the research object, and the CaO neutralization method was firstly applied for the removal of uranium. After that, an anaerobic Desul fovibrio desul furicans microbial membrane reactor was constructed, and the effects of carbon source and influent flow rate on the removal of SO42- in the neutralized groundwater were explored. The results showed that after neutralization with 0. 167 g CaO, the pH value of each liter of groundwater was raised from original 3.0 to 7.0, the uranium concentration was decreased from original 0.4 mg/L to 0.04 mg/L, which met the standard for discharge, and the SO42- concentration was decreased from original 1 349.2 mg/L to 840.3 mg/L. The neutralized groundwater was then treated by the constructed Desul fovibrio desul furicans microbial membrane reactor, and when the carbon source was glucose and the influent flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, the SO42- concentration was decreased from 840.3 mg/L to 256 mg/L, which also met the standard for discharge. This study shows that the two-step remediation approach, in which uranium was firstly removed using CaO neutralization method and the SO42- was then removed by anaerobic Desul fovibrio desul furicans microbial membrane reactor, has a potential application prospect in the treatment of groundwater in the decommissioning mining field of acid in-situ leach uranium mining. Objective · To observe the effect of curcumin on intestinal ischemia/reperfusion (I/R) injury in the rats after cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), and explore the mechanism. Methods · Twenty-four healthy male SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups, namely control group (Sham group, n=6), curcumin group (Cur group, n=6), intestinal I/R injury after CPR group (I/R group, n=6), and curcumin+intestinal I/R injury after CPR group (Cur+I/R group, n=6). Tracheal and femoral artery and vein catheterization were carried out after anesthesia in the 4 groups. The cardiac arrest/CPR model was established by asphyxiation in I/R group and Cur+I/R group, while not in the other two groups. Curcumin (100 mg/kg) was injected intraperitoneally 1 min before CPR in Cur+I/R group. Meanwhile, equivalent curcumin was injected intraperitoneally in Cur group, and equivalent dimethylsulfoxide was injected in Sham group and I/R group. Venous blood samples were collected 6, 12 and 24 h after recovery of spontaneous circulation (ROSC) to detect the concentrations of tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and interleukin-6 (IL-6). The rats were sacrificed 24 h after ROSC, and the concentrations of malondialdehyde (MDA) and glutathione (GSH) and the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) in the intestinal tissues were measured. The pathological changes of intestinal tissues were observed by hematoxylin-eosin staining. The apoptosis of intestinal mucosal epithelial cells was detected by TUNEL assay. Hypoxia-inducible factor-1α (HIF-1α) and caspase-3 expressions in the intestinal tissues were detected by Western blotting. Ultrastructural changes of the intestinal tissues were observed by using transmission electron microscopy. Results · The concentrations of TNF-α and IL-6 in Cur+I/R group at 3 time points were lower than those in I/R group (all P<0.05), while higher than those in Sham group (all P<0.05). The MDA content in Cur+I/R group was lower than that in I/R group (P<0.01), while higher than that in Sham group (P<0.01). The SOD activity and GSH concentration in Cur+I/R group were higher than those in I/R group (both P<0.05), while lower than those in Sham group (both P<0.01). The expression of HIF-1α protein in Cur+I/R group was significantly higher than that in I/R group (P<0.01), but lower than that in Sham group (P<0.01). The expression of caspase-3 protein in Cur+I/R group was significantly lower than that in I/R group (P<0.01), while higher than that in Sham group (P<0.01). Pathological observation showed that ileal mucosal edema, inflammatory cell infiltration, epithelial exfoliation and adhesion at the top of villi, and exposed and ruptured lamina propria were found in I/R group. Intestinal mucosal damage in Cur+I/R group was significantly alleviated, compared with that in I/R group. TUNEL assay revealed that the apoptotic index in Cur+I/R group was significantly lower than that in I/R group (P<0.01), but higher than that in Sham group (P<0.01). Under electron microscopy, the intestinal mucosae of Sham group and Cur group were normal. In I/R group, intestinal mucosal epithelial cells presented sparsely arranged and lodged microvilli, degranulation of endoplasmic reticulum, and vacuolated mitochondria with broken ridges. Intestinal mucosal epithelial cells in Cur+I/R group showed densely and orderly arranged microvilli with clear structure, normal organelles, and complete junctional complexes between cells. Conclusion · Curcumin has a protective effect on intestinal mucosa I/R injury in rats after CPR. In order to study the effects of different atmospheres ( nitrogen and air) and temperature ranges (300 ~ 500 °C, 300 ~ 700 °C and 300 ~ 900 °C ) on the composition and amount of pyrolysis products in paper-making reconstituted tobacco substrates, solid phase microextraction, adsorption-desorption and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry methods were used for analysis. The results showed that under the nitrogen and air atmospheres, the pyrolysis products of substrates at the range of 300 ~ 700 °C and 300 ~ 900 °C obviously increased when compared with those at the range of 300 ~500 °C . A large number of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons and olefins were produced in these two temperature ranges. Nicotine was only found in the pyrolysis products of substrates at the range of 300 ~ 500 °C. The contents of furfural and phytadiene were higher at these three temperature ranges. In the same temperature range,under the air atmosphere,the release amount of important cleavage products such as crotonaldehyde, 2-methyl-furan and furfural with relatively low molecular weight was higher than that under nitrogen atmosphere. The relative release of alcohols increased, and the presence of oxygen in air promoted the full combustion of substrates, thereby resulting in the reduction of total pyrolysis products. The study was to enrich high-quality forage varieties of grass in dry area of Longdong on loess plateau. A total of 14 soybean varieties of various types were introduced in study. On the basis of variance analysis, K-means algorithm was used for cluster analysis, TOPSIS method was used for comprehensive evaluation, and the forage productivity was discussed. The results showed that two forage varieties, Mulu No.9 and Mulu No.2, showed good adaptability to the climate in test area. The main stem was more than 2 m, with many branches and abundant leaves. The yield was 5 620.6, 4 586.7 kg/667 m2, the crude protein content was 17.30% and 17.90%, the neutral detergent fiber content was 44.17% and 45.32%, the acid detergent fiber content was 36.10% and 36.70%, the crude fat content was 4.68% and 4.70%, the calcium content was 1.97% and 1.93%, and the relative feed value was 143.50 and 135.75. Among seed soybeans, Guichun 1607 and Guixia No.7 can be used as forage, with yields of 3 710.7, 3 464.0 kg/667 m², crude protein content of 19.30% and 18.30%, neutral detergent fiber content of 41.32% and 42.74%, acid detergent fiber content of 32.80% and 34.45%, crude fat content of 4.00% and 4.35%, calcium content of 1.61% and 1.79%, and relative feed value of 151.00 and 143.50. A method based on unstructured overset grid and global sub-iteration is developed, which is used to investigate the virtual flight of a vehicle with closed-loop control by synchronously simulating the coupled aerodynamics and flight dynamics. A static instable hypersonic configuration is pulled up with an increasing attack angle and then trimmed at a certain attack angle according to the designed control law, which is performed by the elevator deflection. The numerical virtual flight presents such integrative evolvement of unsteady flow, rigid body movement and aerodynamic control surfaces vividly. The numerical virtual flight agrees well with the traditional flight simulation based on aerodynamic database in terms of control effects, while there exits some difference during the whole process. Taking into account the importance of principle of new information priority on grey system theory, a distinguishing method of buffer operators whether meet the principle of new information priority is put forward. It is proved that the popular strengthening buffer operator did not meet the principle of new information priority, but reflects the priority of old data by using the linear least squares perturbation theory. That is the newer data is perturbed, the smaller perturbation bound; the older data is perturbed, the larger perturbation bound under the equal perturbation. In order to obtain the ultimate bearing characteristics, failure behavior and safety manners, the explicit finite element analysis calculation and the physical experiment were introduced to implement on the car seat elevation. On the finite element modeling, especially the material stress exceeding the yield limit, the real stress and real strain were used to descript the plasticity of material constitutive model. The structural displacement, velocity and acceleration response curves were obtained and the saw tooth effect was distinctive gradually with loading history. The phase transition was tracked through the response behavior and the phase point was extracted from the response curve. The ultimate torque of bearing seat elevation was about 96 N ½ m calculated through the phase point and loading history curve, which is in good agreement with the experiment. The seat elevation was lost failure and found that the structural damage location, accounting for the simulation and the physics experiment disassembled was very close. The results indicate that the method is validity to give an efficient guidance design and to assure the reliability of the seat elevation, which can give some evidence to estimate the maximum bearing moment and the failure behavior owning to the key components. To improve the efficiency of building the Delaunay triangulation mesh of point cloud data, this paper proposed a new Delaunay triangulation method based on parametric method. Firstly, this paper presented a point cloud segmentation algorithm based on region growing method, ensuring there was no overlap point after parameterization. Then it used a new parameterization method which could remain the distance between points furthest to project three-dimensional point cloud to two-dimensional plane. Thirdly, it reconstructed the point cloud' s Delaunay triangulation in two-dimensional plane and then returned the results to the three-dimensional space. Experimental results show that this method produces triangular mesh with good quality. SVM algorithm has great advantages in dealing with high dimensional data, but it does not consider the problem of semantic similarity measurement. However, LDA topic model can solve the problem of similarity measurement and single theme. In order to get more precise classification and make use of the advantages of SVM and LDA, this paper proposed a new efficient method. Firstly, it studied on LDA topic model for modeling and feature selection in order to determine the number of hidden topic number and topic-document matrix. Secondly, it proposed a new method for calculating the weights which considered the features and categories of correlation based on classical weight calculation. Finally, it applied this new method to the following SVM classifier (wSVM). The experiments were based on R software for categorization of the data obtained from So-gou laboratory. The psychological problems of job burnout have attracted more attention in resent years. Experts believe that job burnout can be better intervened if its evolution process is analyzed. The aim of the research is to study the process in which job burnout naturally develops, intervened and interacts among subjects, and to describe the development and evolution process of job burnout under different circumstances. Therefore, the paper established a network evolution model of subjects' information limited interaction, and the model was simulated and analyzed. Firstly, according to the characteristics of small world in interpersonal relationship network, a small world network was generated by using NW method, and the overall level of job burnout was evaluated. Secondly, because job burnout's process of psychological damage and intervention is slow and dynamic, a dynamic model was established on the basis of job burnout's natural development and qualities of being intervened and limited interactive. In addition, self-adjustment factors of the subjects in the relationship network were added to the model. Finally, a conclusion was drawn through simulation and analysis that the mismatch between the intervention ability and the natural development condition would lead burnout to diffuse, the reinforcement of the interaction between subjects in the network would lead burnout level to higher synchronization, and subjects' selfadjustment will significantly affect the propagation of burnout among group members. In some complex scenes of tracking, the traditional color feature based target tracking algorithm may have the unstable tracking. To solve this problem, a color and texture feature based target tracking algorithm is proposed. The texture feature is added in the traditional color Mean-shift based target tracking algorithm, and both the texture and the color features are extracted together. According to the sequence principle, the traditional color based mean drift tracking algorithm is still used to search the new position of the target, but, in each iteration process, the texture feature is used to search the optimal target position which has the largest similar feature. And the eight neighborhood search method(8areas with the same size are expanded around the candidate area)is applied to solve the problem of partial occlusion. ZnWO4/bamboo charcoal (ZW/BC) photocatalysts were synthesized by the microwave assisted sol-gel method with 5(NH4)2 ⋅ 12WO3 ⋅ 5H2O as the W source,and bamboo charcoal as the support. The structured features of these materials were analyzed by TG,while their morphologies were characterized by SEM and BET. High efficiency for the degradation of Rhodamine B ( RhB ) under both UV light was obtained for the ZW/BC photocatalysts. The results indicated that the composites with 20% (wt) bamboo charcoal sintered in air at 400 °C for 10 min in microwave power 640 W charactered had the better photo-catalytic ability in the UV light. The rock mass is change during mining, according to their evolutionary characteristics, the model of movement and destruction of rock mass was built up. Then the authors researched on the correlation between attenuation index of mass subsidence factor and the breaking number of unit length rock according to the law of the rock mass rupture. After that, we gained the functional relationship between the fracture length of rock mass and the mining height by regression fitting using of underground measurement data of field observation, at the while, we derived to confirm the relationship formula of subsidence factor with the mining height and influence coefficient of lithology. The results show that the subsidence factor decreases with the increase of the mining height, which approximately presents the negative logarithmic function relationship between them, and under different lithology, subsidence factor has different value; the harder the mass, the smaller the value, vice versa. In order to study the formation mechanism and evolution laws of gas flow channel in mining coal and rock, using relevant theories of fracture mechanics and rock mechanics with combinations of mining coal and rock's crack development characteristics, the gas flow channels in mining coal and rock ahead of working face were divided into isolated channel area, tensile fracture failure area, shear failure area,and failure area after abutment pressure peak. And according to the developmental process of crack in mining coal and rock and formation mechanism of gas channel in different areas, it's concluded that the first three areas belong to mesoscopic channels, and the fourth area belong to macroscopic channels. According to the relevant theories of material mechanics and deformation and mechanics characteristics of coal roof, crack developmental process and channel conduction property during mining process, roof macroscopic gas channels were divided into three areas from above to below; gas turbulent channel area, gas transition flow channel area and gas seepage channel area, and combined with simulation in laboratory, the development process of gas channel in overlying coal (rock) seams were analysed, which experienced the process of decompression, instability, crack initiation, mutation splitting, anastomosis contraction, accelerated closed, channel preservation, accelerated closed again and compaction closed completely. Aiming at the problems of buried tube nitrogen injection that the nitrogen injection spot with intervals in the space causes the failure of continuous nitrogen distribution in goaf, leading to poor inert effect. In addition, the unrecycling of the nitrogen injection pipe causes great resources waste. Based on the principle that the shear capacity of the mining nitrogen injection pipe is superior to its tensile strength, new fire nitrogen injection process (rotating traction and non-interval) was designed, fundamentally solving major defects of buried pipe nitrogen injection, which can realize the synchronous movement between nitrogen injection point and the workface. According to the relevant principles of planar problems in elastic mechanics, the calculation method about dynamic parameter of non-interval nitrogen injection process for fire control was put forward. By using a geotechnical engineering numerical simulation software, the stress distribution of the nitrogen injection pipe in the goaf of Yanzishan Mine was simulated, and the traction power was computed based on it. We also put forward the independence from interference factors of the order of grey relations, and point out that the convex relation and other 6 kinds of grey relation degree satisfy the independence from interference factors, the grey relation degree put forward by Julong Deng could not satisfy the independence from interference factors. Obejective To explore the correlation of Orexin A and respiratory drive in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) patients. Methods Pulmonary function was tested in 30 stable COPD patients and 20 normal healthy adults. Plasma orexin A level was measured with a radioimmunoassay kit. The correlation of Orexin A with BMI, age, BDI, FEV1, FVC, FEV1/FVC, MEP, MIP, P0.1 in COPD patients was analyzed. Results Plasma Orexin A levels in patients with COPD group(1.87±0.43) ng/L was higher than those in the control group(1.49±0.19) ng/L, P < 0.01. Plasma Orexin A levels in patients with COPD correlated negatively with FEV1 (r=-0.389, P < 0.05), and correlated positively with P0.1(r=0.728, P < 0.01) . Conclusion Plasma orexin A in COPD patients increased which may be caused by smoking and hypercapnia. Orexin A may play a crucial role in regulating respiratory drive in COPD patients. The experiment was to find a green and effective method to separate flavonoids from Eucommia ulmoides leaves. Ultrasonic-assisted choline tryptophan ionic liquid was used to extract flavonoids from Eucommia ulmoides leaves. Response surface methodology was used to optimize the extraction of total flavonoids. Aqueous two-phase combined with antisolvent precipitation was used to separate and extract flavonoids, and the components of flavonoids extracts were analyzed by liquid chromatography. The results showed that the optimum parameters of response surface optimization were ultrasonic time 54.76 min, ultrasonic power 504.8 W and liquid-material ratio 23.5 mL/g, and the predicted extraction rate of total flavonoids was 2.66%. Under the optimized conditions of ultrasonic time 55 min, ultrasonic power 505 W and liquid-material ratio 24 mL/g, the extraction rate of total flavonoids from Eucommia ulmoides leaves was 2.53%. The content of rutin and quercetin in flavonoids extract was 50.88% and 1.26%, respectively. The study indicates that the process used in the experiment is green and environmentally friendly, and can be used as an efficient method for separating and extracting flavonoids from Eucommia ulmoides leaves. Recently. the exploration of two-dimensional (2D) ferromagnetic materials has become a hot topic in the field of spintronic devices. In this work, Fe3 As, a new two-dimensional material, with Curie temperature ( Tc) of 300 K ( reach room temperature), was designed by means of spin-polarized density generalization theory calculations. The predicted 2D Fe3As has strong in-plane Fe--Fe coupling with large magnetic anisotropy energy (MAE) of approximately 366. 7 μeV, which contributes to maintain a long-range ferromagnetic order. The energy band of Fe3 As has both flat band and Dirac point features. The position of the flat band is positively related to the strength of the magnetic coupling. Furthermore, Tc increases progressively as the distance between the flat band and the Fermi surface continues to decrease under the effect of the biaxial strain. BACKGROUND: Percutaneous kyphoplasty is an effective method to treat Kummell's disease, but there is no uniform standard for the amount of injected bone cement. OBJECTIVE: To investigate the relationship between unilateral percutaneous kyphoplasty for treating Kummell's disease and the amount of injected bone cement. METHODS: Totally 35 cases of Kummell's disease, who were treated in the Wuxi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2014 to June 2018, were included in this study, including 11 males and 24 females. According to bone cement injection volume, unilateral percutaneous kyphoplasty was performed in two groups: Low volume group (n=16; volume ≤ 3 mL) and conventional quantity group (n=19; 3 mL ≤ volume ≤ 6 mL). The leakage of bone cement was observed during operation. Vertebral body refracture was postoperatively observed. Visual analogue scale and Oswestry dysfunction index were used to evaluate the efficacy of the surgery preoperatively, 2 days postoperatively and at last follow-up. Vertebral kyphotic Cobb's angle and the height of injured vertebral anterior edge were assessed by imaging. This study was approved by the Ethics Committee of Wuxi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: (1) All patients successfully completed the operation, and were followed up for 636 months. (2) Visual analogue scale scores and Oswestry dysfunction index of the two groups 2 days after treatment and at final follow-up were significantly lower than those before surgery (P < 0.05). However, there was no significant difference in visual analogue scale scores and Oswestry dysfunction index between the two groups (P > 0.05). (3) Cobb's angle of vertebral kyphosis and the height of the anterior edge of injured vertebral bodies were significantly improved in the two groups 2 days after treatment and at final follow-up [P < 0.05), but there was no significant difference between the two groups (P > 0.05). (4) In the conventional quantity group, cement leakage occurred in 5 cases and vertebral body refracture occurred in 2 cases. In the low volume group, cement leakage occurred in 1 case and vertebral body refracture occurred in 2 cases. The incidences of bone cement leakage and vertebral body refracture had no significant difference between the two groups (P > 0.05). (5) The results showed that unilateral percutaneous kyphoplasty could effectively relieve pain with different amounts of bone cement in Kummell's disease, and there was no difference in leakage rate and safety of bone cement. In order to study the influence of filter ventilation of heated tobacco products on aerosol released, 1#--5# heated tobacco products samples with 0, 2, 4, 6, and 8 ventilation holes set at cavity section of filter were prepared. With an in-situ aerosol characterization method with microprobe sampling and a thermocouple temperature measurement method, the effects of ventilation on the physical properties and temperature of aerosol were investigated and analyzed. The results showed that filter ventilation changed the particle size distribution of aerosol in heated tobacco products. The particle number concentration and volume concentration of aerosol behind ventilation holes in heated tobacco products decreased with the increase of the number of ventilation holes. The reduction rate of particle volume concentration of aerosol from sample 5# was 57. 4% compared with sample 1#. Ventilation reduced the count median diameter of aerosol. However, the change of count median diameter with the number of ventilation holes was not significant. The temperature of aerosol in front of and behind ventilation holes decreased with the increase of the number of ventilation holes. Since the discovery of graphene, various two-dimensional materials with novel properties have attracted more and more attention. Janus two-dimensional materials have asymmetric surface properties. These special structures often have peculiar electrical, magnetic and optical properties, which have become a research hotspot in the field of material science in recent years. In this paper, the structures of Janus two-dimensional materials CrXX'(X/X'= S,Se,Te)(CrSSe, CrSTe, CrSeTe) were built, their electronic, magnetic, optical properties were studied, and the effect of biaxial strain on above properties was studied. In terms of electronic structure, the results show that CrSSe, CrSTe and CrSeTe are metallic and excellent conductors of electrons. Biaxial strain does not change their metallicity, which means their electronic structure has good robustness. In terms of magnetic properties, due to the contribution of unpaired electrons in the 3d orbital of Cr atom, CrXX'(X/X' = S,Se,Te) have long range magnetic ordering. By applying tensile strain, their magnetic moments increase, and by applying compressive strain, their magnetic moments decrease. In addition, CrXX'(X/X' = S,Se,Te) have higher Curie temperature. The Curie temperature of CrSSe is 165 K, that of CrSeTe is 195 K, and that of CrSTe is 310 K, which is above the room temperature. For optical properties, the results show that CrXX'(X/X' = S,Se,Te) have excellent absorption capacity of visible and ultraviolet light, which is about 50% higher than that of typical light absorption material graphene. Their light absorption coefficients can be adjusted by applying strain, compressive strain and tensile strain can move the absorption spectrum to short wave and long wave respectively. In conclusion, this work provides theoretical guidance for the further study of the application of two-dimensional monolayer CrXX' (X/X' = S,Se,Te) in the field of new room temperature spintronic devices. At the same time, a convolutional neural network model is used to perform sentiment analysis on the barrage text of the video containing the advertisement, and further analyze the audience's emotional polarity to the situation that the video released by KOL containing the advertisement. A pedestrian detection method is proposed based on the fusion of HSV color space feature and LBP feature. HSV feature is global which can simply describe the global distribution of colors in an image while LBP feature is a good description of the spatial structure of a local image, therefore the proposed method takes both the global features and the local features into account, which has the advantages of low dimension and quick computing speed. In Matlab, Adaboost classifier is used to carry out the experiments. Results show that, compared with the classic Gradient Direction Histogram (HOG) feature, LBP feature, Pyramid Histogram of Oriented Gradients (PHOG) feature and HOG-LBP feature, the proposed method is of high recognition rate. Research on objective index weight configuration in the field of multiple attribute decision making is conducted in this paper. Evaluating objects are divided into different grey categories according to essential natural characteristics by grey correlation clustering method. Maximum entropy configuration model of objective index weight is built based on the similarity of natural characteristics difference in the same grey category and the diversity of natural characteristics difference of the different grey categories. In case study, comparative analysis with other methods is conducted. The results demonstrate that the model in this paper is feasible and effective. In order to expand meteorological satellite FY-3 in scientific research, the application of remote sensing inversion of the data is needed for evapotranspiration studies. Based on FY-3/VIRR channel characteristics and use of Shandong as a case study area, we proposed to use FY-3 satellite remote sensing data for regional evapotranspiration inversion and to establish a provincial regional daily evapotranspiration estimation system based on the surface energy balance equation in combination with ground meteorological elements ( air temperature and wind speed). To test our newly developed system for estimation of evapotranspiration, we used May 11, August 20, October 16, 2013 as our study dates. The results showed that evapotranspiration estimated from the inversion of the FY-3/VIRR data was respectively -0.19 mm/d, -0.12 mm/d, and 0.16 mm/d difference for the three tested dates as compared to the results obtained from the Penman equation. The relative deviation of the results between the two methods was 10%, 12% and 11% for the three tested dates, respectively. The tested results showed a better FY-3 data quality for the distribution patterns that reflected different types of surface evapotranspiration and features including the daily highest evapotranspiration in a variety of water surfaces. Followed by the types of water surface was the artificial influence of land uses such as arable land, urban, etc. The least affected by human activities for the evapotransiration was mainly natural vegetation and land cover types, such as woodlands, shrubs. The bare land had the lowest evapotranspiration inversion which accurately revealed the different land cover types in the area of evapotranspiration and the space characteristics and differences. Evapotranspiration spatial distribution of farmland has important implications for drought monitoring, irrigation, etc., It is necessary to conduct further analysis of cropland evaporation. Depending on grain yield, farmland can be divided into high, medium and low-yield fields. Evapotranspiration over the different grain yield types showed that amount evapotranspiration was high in the high and middle yield field and low in the low yield field. In the high and middle yield field, paddy water conditions were relatively good, soil water supply was adequate and crop growth was good resulting large amount of actual evapotranspiration. For the low yield field, soil water supply was poor resulting poor crop growth and hence small amount of actual evapotranspiration. The estimated result conformed to the water consumption characteristics of grain filling stage of wheat. The segment EOS/MODIS evapotranspiration product comparison analysis showed that: two kinds of daily ET overall spatial distribution was very similar with correlation coefficients >0.99 and the mean square root difference <0.36 mm. The above analysis showed that in the absence of data for measured evapotranspiration for all land cover types, the estimated daily ET using FY-3/VIRR through mutual comparison and verification of the results of the past studies were reasonable. This paper proposed a labeling to data stream binding method independent of the contents of the packet, which based on packet delay modulation, and introducing the packet inter-arrival delay as the new labeling vector. The method used Himming code to achieve the label error control, designing the data packet randomized blocks, and modulated the packet delay time according to the label binding rules, then realized the implicit binding of security label to data stream. Based on this method, it solved the targeted attack problems caused by explicit binding method and its inflexibility. HMX/Cu composite particles are prepared by the electroless plating method. The size, morphology and phase of particles are analyzed by SEM and XRD. And the DSC is applied to study their thermal decomposition characteristic. The results show that the composite particles coated with Cu of 80 nm in diameter have obvious catalysis effect on solid phase decomposition of HMX. The percentage of the prophase decomposition heat increases from 2. 37% to 97. 29% . On the other hand, the thermal decomposition peak moves to the low temperature of 35. 53 °C and the rate slows down. Especially, the thermal decomposition of HMX/Cu become to be very intense at the heating rate of 15 °C /min. Compared with HMX, the apparent activation energy of HMX/Cu is decreased by 33. 16 kJ/mol. It is advantageous to the thermal decomposition of nano HMX/Cu through adding a moderate amount of O2. In order to overcome the puzzles of being large in noise and drift error, long in adjusting time after suffering from interference, lager in overshoot of control system for two wheels self-balancing scooter, this paper proposed a sort of novel control method. Based on the signal fusion of Kalman filtering, it constructed the servo unit of direct torque current, and made the control of variable structure of sliding mode for the scooter. The filtering experiment shows that the angle noise decreases from 6° to 2.5°, the angle speed noise error decreases from 0.25 rad • s-1 to 0.10 rad • s-1, the zero-drift error decreases from 0.25 rad • s-1 to 0.08 rad • s-1. And after suffering from interference, the proposed method would be shorter in adjusting time, stronger in robustness, and no overshoot. In order to accurately forecast pollutant emission volume nationwhide, this paper constructed an improved gray Markov chain model by combining gray prediction with Markov chain, given the fact that pollutant emission was under the influence of multiple gray factors and the acquired pollution data was characteristic of high stochastic volatility. This gray system model was used for predicting general trend of pollutant emission volume, while the Markov chain was used as a sensor for detecting the system's stochastic volatility. Moreover, this model improved through real-time correction for more accurate prediction. On that basis, this paper applied an improved model to forecast pollutants' emission reduction based on gray Markov chain. Finally, it carried out a case study to forecast SO2 emission volume nationwhide, which analysed the forecast accuracy and validity of this model. The results demonstrate that, compared with traditional ones, this newly-combined gray Markov model has improved the prediction accuracy obviously and is an effective algorithm for the prediction of pollutant emission volume. For studying the regularity of strata behavior in mining face in thin bedrock with thick surface soil, the stability of structure of main roof were analyzed based on Lijiahao Coal Mine, and numerical simulation software UDEC was used to analyze the regularity of strata behavior in mining face under different ratio of rock and loadings, combined with field measurement of mining coal, block degree of rock i and ratio of rock and loadings were separately put forward to judge the stability of structure of main roof. It was considered analysis that the three-hinge arch structures formed after main roof breaking and the monoclinic structure formed after contacting waste rock of main roof will occur sliding instability when the block degree of rock i is more than 0.40 and less than 1.57; overburden also takes place sliding instability phenomenon easily when first weighting or periodic weighting of the main roof comes; key strata represents sliding instability in thin bedrock with thick surface soil, while it is not large of the ground pressure of regional in front of coal wall when the roof weighting comes; during the roof weighting coming, the regularity of strata behavior in thin bedrock with thick surface soil is that main roof cuts and splits along the coal wall, and emerges roof steps, the dynamic load action on face shield comes obviously. Nano octahydro-1, 3, 5, 7-tetranitro-1, 3, 5, 7-tetrazocine (HMX) was prepared by the use of pulverized machine HLG-50. The size distribution was traced by the nano laser particle size analyzer, and the particle size was characterized by SEM. The contaminants were detected by the use of FT-IR, Raman spectra, XRD and ICP-AES. The thermal decomposition of nano HMX was described by the TG/ DSC simultaneous thermal analyzer. The friction, impact and shock sensitivities were tested to indicate the stability. The result shows that the diameters of the most particles are less than 100 nm and the impurities in the product were absolutely few. The peak temperature of its thermal decomposition decreased a little compared with the raw materials. The friction sensitivity reduced by a large margin, particularly the impact and the shock sensitivities decreased 132.6% and 60.0%, respectively. In order to explore the methods of morphing aircraft variable-sweep and their aerodynamic characteristics, numerical simulation of the flow fields of a rotating variable-sweep wing-body and a shearing variable-sweep wing-body was conducted, and the aerodynamic characteristics and its mechanism were analyzed. Numerical simulation method of viscous compressible flow and hybrid grid of prism-hexahedron were used. The results demonstrate that: shearing variable-sweep has better characteristics than rotating variable-sweep in that the former has better lift-to-drag ratio and drag when flying at a speed in the range from M∞, 0.3 to M∞ 0.8, and the main reason is distinct flow field structure caused by the different variable-sweep methods. Objective To study and compare the molecular mechanism of Sini San (Cold-Limbs Powder) and Suanzaoren Tang (Spine Date Seed Decoction) in treatment of insomnia based on network pharmacology method. Methods A database of active compounds of Sini San and Suanzaoren Tang was established through searching the databases of Chinese medicinal compounds including traditional Chinese medicinal system pharmacology platform (TCMSP), and the predictive analysis of the compounds was conducted by using machine learning algorithm. Based on the analyses of KEGG pathway, gene ontology (GO) enrichment and disease association of therapeutic target database (TTD), Cytoscape software was used to construct complex network of active constituent-target-disease and topological analysis of the pharmacological mechanisms of Sini San and Suanzaoren Tang. Results There were 145 active constituents obtained from Sini San and among them saikoside and kaempferol had higher binding activities. There were 1 306 target proteins obtained and among them 22 were significantly correlated to diseases, and 49 significant KEGG pathways and 72 significant GO enrichment pathways obtained from Sini San. There were 139 active constituents obtained from Suanzaoren Tang and among them jujuboside and timosaponin had higher binding activities. There were 1 386 target proteins, 52 significant KEGG pathways and 84 significant GO enrichment pathways obtained from Suanzaoren Tang. Conclusion The potential network pharmacological mechanisms and active constituents of Sini San and Suanzaoren Tang in insomnia treatment are studied at the molecular biology level through complex network graph calculation and bioinformatics analysis. The purpose is to provide new ideas for further revealing the mechanism of treating insomnia with Chinese medicinal based on principle of different treatments for the same disease. The cubic spline interpolation function has good convergence, stability and 2nd-order smoothness. A numerical method for the solutions to nonlinear dynamic systems was constructed with the cubic spline interpolation functions. Advantages and disadvantages were compared between this method and the previous numerical methods for nonlinear dynamic systems, with the error estimation conducted in the 2 numerical examples. The results show that the numerical method derived out of the cubic spline interpolation functions has faster convergence rate and higher accuracy than the existing methods, and has good approximation to the analytical solutions to nonlinear dynamic systems. Submicron hexanitrohexaazaisowurtzitane ( CL-20 ) is prepared using HLG-50 pulverized machine. The laser particle size analyzer and SEM are used to characterize the particle size, size distribution and morphology of sample. The polymorph and purity of CL-20 particles are characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectrometer, laser Raman spectrometer, XRD and HPLC, respectively. The TG/DSC simultaneous thermal analyzer is used to study the thermal decomposition of CL-20. The shock sensitivity of samples are studied. The results show that CL-20 particles are pseudo-spherical with an average particle size (d50) of 210 nm. The polymorph of submicron CL-20 is consistent with that of the raw ε-CL-20. Compared with the raw CL-20, the thermal decomposition peak temperature of the submicron CL-20 is decreased slightly, and the shock sensitivity of the submicron CL-20 is considerably reduced by 53. 1% . The problem of seeking weights of decision-makers and attributes is studied in multi-attribute group decision making with interval grey numbers. For avoiding conflict between subjective weights and objective ones computed from attributes' values given by decision makers, the comprehensive weights are calculated by combining subjective weights and objective ones, where objective weights of attributes are obtained by using the maximum entropy model under the constrains of grey relation degree between the optimal project and every one. While, based on the degree of group consensus and information distribution, the weights of decision-makers are obtained by the maximum entropy thought and grey relation degree between every decision maker's comprehensive evaluations and average group evaluations. Finally, an aggregation approach of group decision making with interval grey numbers is presented. The numerical example is proved to verify the proposed method is more reasonable than other methods. The conventional way takes a long time to determine the uniformity of absorbent powders in blend procedure, which is an obstacle to automation and continuation of production process of solid propellant. Near-infrared (NIR) analysis is proposed to solve that problem. A micro NIR spectrometer is used to collect the spectra of absorbent powders that are stirred continually, and the moving block of standard deviation (MBSD) algorithm is utilized to quantitatively analyze the difference between spectra of absorbent powders. The uniformity and endpoint are presented from the standard deviation-time curve. In addition, the accuracy of NIR analysis on the collected samples is confirmed through high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The results show that NIR analysis is efficient, eco-friendly and safe. It is feasible to apply NIR analysis to monitor the blend uniformity of modified double-base absorbent powders online and determinate the endpoint of blend process in real-time. Different mass fractions of AlMg alloys are prepared by mechanical ball milling. AlMg/KMnO4 thermites are prepared by sonication dispersion method. These thermites could be an energetic material in the field of reactive materials and explosives. AlMg/KMnO4 thermites with different Al/Mg ratios are investigated by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) , ignition and combustion measurements respectively. The results show that the reaction temperatures of AlMg/KMnO4 decrease obviously with the higher Mg contents, the ignition temperatures decrease from 723 K to 493 K, indicating that the thermal reactivity of AlMg/KMnO4 thermites is better than that of Al/KMnO4. The combustion products of AlMg/KMnO4 thermites contain Al2O3, MgO and Mn, thus Mn is produced by the thermite reaction of AlMg/KMnO4. AlMg alloys react with the decomposited product of KMnO4. There are many fundamental problems in the process of morphing of aircraft with large-scale shape change. In order to explore these problems, this paper constructed a research platform and conducted an experimental study. Based on computation of the aerodynamic characteristics of "rotating variable-sweep" and "shearing variable sweep", a variable sweep style of large-scale shearing which has relatively higher aerodynamic efficiency was designed; ex-periment model based on controllable morphing structure and continuous morphing method was constructed; and the wind tunnel experiment was conducted. A sulfate-reducing bacteria(SRB) strain, named GY-2,was isolated from groundwater in a 705 m deep aquifer at a coal mine in Huaibei Plain for mechanism analysis on the abnormally low sulfate concentration in the coal measure strata groundwater, and was identified as Desulfotomaculum guttoideum by Phylogenetic analysis based on 16S rRNA genesequence.
