Sweat contains many physiological information about the body, such as electrolytes, metabolites, hormones, temperature, etc. Sweat-based wearable sensors enable real-time, continuous, non-invasive monitoring of multimodal bio-metrics at the molecular level, and are widely studied for their significant potential in areas such as motion sensing, disease prevention, and health management. This paper described the five modules of substrate, sweat collection, sensing, power supply and decision making in the integrated structure of wearable sweat sensors, highlighted the excellent performance and applications of nanostructures (such as metal-based and carbon-based materials) in electrochemical sensing sensitive materials, and finally discussed the challenges of wearable sweat sensors in terms of trace sweat collection and variability of physicochemical variables in multi-parameter sensing, meanwhile, future directions of wearable sweat sensing are proposed for two key problems of sweat collection and real-time calibration, including bionic microfluidics and multi-parameter feedback regulation methods to achieve efficient collection and accurate detection of microscopic sweat, promote the application and development of real-time early warning of sweat sensing for chronic major diseases.

Objective: To investigate the effect of RAB25 on the sensitivity of erastin-induced ferroptosis in colorectal cancer(CRC). Methods: The GEPIA database was used to analyze the mRNA expression levels of RAB25 in CRC tissues and the co-expression between RAB25 and ferroptosis related genes. The lentivirus-mediated RAB25 knockdown cell line was constructed. The expression of RAB25 was detected by quantitative real-time polymerase chain (qRT-PCR) and western blotting. After adding erastin at different concentrations(0-20 μmol/L), the cell proliferation rate was measured by CCK8 assay. The cell morphology and the mitochondrial structure were observed by inverted fluorescence microscope and transmission electron microscope, respectively. In order to reduce the vibration of bearings in the bearing rotor system, a set of adaptive preload device based on pneumatic control was proposed. The vibration suppression effect of preload on the rotor and bearing roller at different rotating speed was studied based on preload force and rotating speed. An active control system composed of data acquisition system and pneumatic system was developed to monitor the vibration state of the bearing in the process of rotation in real time, and the preload was adjusted timely to ensure that the vibration was suppressed to the greatest extent during the normal operation of the bearing. The rotor system equipped with an aligning roller bearing (22208CA) was tested to verify the function of the device. The experimental results show that the vibration suppression effect of the device is more than 30% when the rotor speed is less than the first critical speed, and the bearing vibration amplitude is greatly reduced. The discharge of wastewater containing phenol and Its derivatives causes serious position to water re¬sources. In order to solve the problem, SiO2-Cu2 and SiO2-CuO catalysts were prepared by impregnation, calcination and other treatment methods, using the laboratory-made SiO2 particles as the catalyst career to support the five center Cu (II). And the prepared catalysts were applied to the CWPO of phenol. Based on the conversion of phenol after degraded in aqueous solution and the COD removal rate of the sample, the effects of reaction conditions such as reaction temperature, reaction time, oxidant concentration, catalyst concentration and initial pH value of the medium on the catalytic performance of the two catalysts were systematically studied. The experimental results show that the SiO2-Cu2 and SiO2-CuO catalysts have excipient catalytic activity in a wide pH range, and the 100% phenol conversion rate and about 90% COD removal rate can be achieved under the conditions of phenol concentration of 1.0 g/L, catalyst concentration of 0.23 g/L, reaction temperature of 70 °C, reaction time of 20 h, and hydrogen peroxide concentration of 5,0 g/L. Thermogravimetric analysis was used to study the pyrolysis and combustion characteristics of stems with different morphology. And the differences of kinetic parameters in each weight loss stage of stem during the pyrolysis or combustion were compared and analyzed based on the Coats-Redfern method. The results showed that the color of the filamentous stem was darker when compared with the flaky stem. The micro-surface of filamentous stem presented a rough gully shaped irregular honeycomb structure and exhibited a good blending applicability with cut tobacco. The weight loss process of stems with different morphology under pyrolysis conditions could be divided into four main stages. Among these stages, the weight loss and corresponding weight loss rate of filamentous stem in the volatile loss stage were higher than those of flaky stem, indicating that it possessed a good volatile flavor component retention capacity. The comprehensive pyrolysis index of filamentous stem was 1.24x10-4/(%·min-1·°C-2), which was higher than that of flaky stem. And this result showed a better pyrolysis characteristics of filamentous stem. The weight loss of different stems during the combustion process could also be mainly divided into four stages. Filamentous stem exhibited a higher comprehensive combustion characteristic index and lower combustion residual mass. The main weight loss stages during the thermal decomposition of different stems were mainly controlled by a 1.5-order chemical reaction model. The development of high-throughput sequencing techniques enabled a deeper and more comprehensive understanding of environmental microbiology. Specifically, the third-generation sequencing techniques represented by nanopore sequencing have greatly promoted the development of environmental microbiology research due to its advantages such as long sequencing reads, fast sequencing speed, real-time monitoring of sequencing data, and convenient machine carrying, as well as no GC bias and no PCR amplification requirement. This review briefly summarized the technical principle and characteristics of nanopore sequencing, followed by discussing the application of nanopore sequencing techniques in the amplicon sequencing, metagenome sequencing and whole genome sequencing of environmental microorganisms. The advantages and challenges of nanopore sequencing in the application of environmental microbiology research were also analyzed.

Objective: To investigate the relationship between miR-144 and Toll-like receptor 2 (TLR2)., Methods: RT-qPCR was used to determine the expression of TLR2 and its downstream inflammatory cytokine TNF-α in rat macrophage cell line NR8383 transfected by a mimic miR-144 or miR-144 inhibitor. The fragments of 3'UTR region of rat TLR2 mRNA including wild or mutant miR-144 binding site obtained by PCR using rat liver cDNA were ligated to pmirGLO report gene vector digested with SacI and XbaI to construct the recombinant vectors of pmir-TLR2-3'UTR and pmir-mutant-TLR2-3'UTR. The miR-144 targeting TLR2 was further determined by dual luciferase reporter assay and miR-144 mimics., Results: TLR2 and TNF-α in NR8383 cells were decreased after transfection with 100 nmol/L mimic miR-144 for 24 h and increased after transfection with 100 nmol/L miR-144 inhibitor. PCR and double-enzyme digestion with SacI and XbaI confirmed successful insertion of the target fragments. Dual luciferase reporter assay suggested the binding of miR-144 to the 3'UTR of rat TLR2 mRNA., Conclusion: miR-144 negatively regulates the expression of TLR2 and its down-stream cytokine TNF-α by targeting TLR2 in NR8383 cells.

Objective: To study the regulation trend of resveratrol on TNF-alpha, IL-1beta, IL-6 expressions in bronchoalveolar layage fluid (BALF) of RSV-infected BALB/c mice at different time points., Method: RSV-induced BALB/c mice were orally administered with resveratrol. Their BALFs were collected at 24, 72 and 144 h after the first nasal drip with RSV to detect the level of TNF-alpha, IL-1P3, IL-6 by EILSA., Result: The expression of TNF-alpha, IL-1Pf and IL-6 in BALF increased significantly compared with the normal group (P <0. 01) after 24 hours of RSV infection, while the expression of TNF-alpha (P < 0.01), IL-1beta (P < 0.05), IL-6 (P < 0.01) in the resveratrol group decreased notably compared with the model group. After 72 hours of infection with RSV, although the expression of TNF-alpha (P < 0.05), IL-1beta (P < 0.01) and IL-6 (P < 0.01) in BALF in model group were higher than those in the normal group, they were much more lower than at 24 h. The expression of IL-1beta and IL-6 (P < 0.05) in the resveratrol groups were down-regulated significantly, but no difference had been shown in TNF-alpha expression compared with the RSV infection group. After infection with RSV for 144 h, the expression of IL-1beta (P < 0.01) and IL-6 (P < 0.05) in BALF in the model group were higher than those in the normal group, but there was no difference in the secretion of TNF-alpha. The expression of TNF-alpha, IL-1beta and IL-6 showed also no remarkable difference between the resveratrol groups and the RSV infection group., Conclusion: Resveratrol can inhibit the over expression of inflammatory factors TNF-alpha, IL-1beta, IL-6 in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid of RSV-induced BALB/c mice and keep them at a low level with the passing of infection time.

Objective: To evaluate the therapeutic effect and the prognosis of the laryngeal function preserving surgery (LFPS) and total laryngectomy in hypopharyngeal carcinoma., Method: Ninety-three cases of laryngopharynx carcinoma were retrospectively analyzed from September 1974 to September 2006. Among which 57 cases were primary pyriform sinus cancer, 20 cases were postero-cricoid cancer and 16 cases were postero-pharyngeal wall cancer. 53 cases were treated by LFPS, and 40 cases were treated by total laryngectomy. The treatment effectiveness, complication, survival rate and repair materials were analysed., Result: Adopting Kaplan-Meier survival analysis, the 3-year survival rates were 69.9% and 5-year survival rates were 43.0%. The 3-year survival rates of LFPS and Non-LFPS were 73.6% and 67.5%, and the 5-year survival rates of LFPS and Non-LFPS were 49.1% and 32. 5%. There was no significant difference between the two groups (chi2 = 2.566, P > 0.05). Single element analysis indicated survival rates concerned with T-stage (chi2 = 9.764, P < 0.05), neck lymphatic transfer (chi2 = 10.472, P < 0.01) and the degree of pathological differentiation (chi2 = 25.894, P < 0.01). Cox regression analysis suggested that T-stage, the degree of pathological differentiation and whether going through the surgical operation were the independent element of the patient's prognosis. There was no significant difference between LFPS and No-LFPS in the neoplasms location, complication, neoplasms residuum and neoplasms recurrence., Conclusion: LFPS did not affect the survival rates and LFPS was feasible. LFPS can increase the living quality of laryngopharynx carcinoma patients.
