ObjectiveTo explore the mental health status and relevant factors among community residents during the normalization stage of prevention and control of COVID-19.MethodsFrom August 28 to September 7， 2020， an online cross-sectional survey using snowball sampling was conducted among community residents via Wenjuanxing platform， and their mental health status were assessed using Patients' Health Questionnaire Depression Scale-9 item（PHQ-9）， Generalized Anxiety Disorder-7 item（GAD-7）， Insomnia Severity Index（ISI） and Chinese Perceived Stress Scale（CPSS）.ResultsAmong the 476 community residents， the detection rates of depression， anxiety， insomnia and high perceived stress were 32.35%， 21.22%， 24.58% and 48.74%， respectively. In terms of gender， the detection rate of high perceived stress was higher in male than in female（χ2=5.269）； in terms of marital status， the detection rates of depression and anxiety among the unmarried， divorced or widowed residents was higher than those of the married residents（χ2=5.251， 8.851）； in terms of mental health service status， the detection rates of depression， anxiety， insomnia and high perceived stress among residents with mental health service needs was higher than those among residents without the needs（χ2=46.316， 66.934， 20.153， 21.576）， with statistical significance（P

In northern China, soil temperature slowly rises in spring, often subjecting apple roots to sub-low-temperature stress. Sugar acts as both a nutrient and signaling molecule in roots in response to low-temperature stress. To explore the effects of exogenous sugars on the growth and nutrient absorption of Malus baccata Borkh., we analyzed growth parameters, photosynthetic characteristics of leaves, and mineral element content in different tissues of M. baccata seedlings under five treatments, including control (CK), sub-low root zone temperature (L), sub-low root zone temperature + sucrose (LS), sub-low root zone temperature + fructose (LF), and sub-low root zone temperature + glucose (LG). The results showed that compared to CK, plant height, root growth parameters, aboveground biomass, leaf photosynthesis, fluorescence parameters, chlorophyll content, and the contents of nitrogen (N), phosphorus (P), potassium (K), calcium (Ca) and magnesium (Mg) in M. baccata seedlings were significantly decreased under the L treatment, and the content of Ca in roots was significantly increased. Compared to the L treatment without exogenous sugar, photosynthesis, functional parameters, chlorophyll content, and growth parameters increased to different degrees after exogenous sucrose, fructose, and glucose application. The N and P contents in roots were significantly increased. The N, P, and K contents significantly increased in stems while only the Ca content significantly increased in stems treated with sucrose. Leaf N, P, K, Ca, and Mg contents significantly increased after being treated with the three exogenous sugars. In conclusion, exogenous sugars can improve photosynthetic efficiency, promote mineral element absorption, and alleviate the inhibition of growth and development of M. baccata at sub-low root zone temperatures, and the effect of sucrose treatment was better than that of fructose and glucose treatments. Objective: To explore and analyze the imaging examinations, clinical presentation, operative methods complication and the surgical outcomes of fibrovascular polyp of the hypopharynx （hFVP）. Methods: The clinical data of 10 patients with hFVP were analyzed retrospectively from January 2015 to June 2020 at the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University. Results: All the 10 cases were sporadic. The locations of pedicle: 5 cases were found in pyriform sinus （4 on the left side, 1 on the right side） ,3 cases were found in lateral pharyngeal wall （on the right side），and 2 cases were found in postcricoid space. Among 10 cases, 8 cases were treated with endoscopic coblation cauterization,1 case had excision of endoscopic laryngeal forcep, and 1 case for endoscopic CO2 laser treatment as well as coblation cauterization. Follow up for 5.9-71.4 （30.9） months showed that 7 cases had no recurrence, 2 cases had no connection, 1 cases had recurrence once. One patient recurred once underwent the last operation with transcervical approach as well as tracheotomy,and no recurrence was found in the follow up of 13.2 months. Conclusion: Fibrovascular polyp of the hypopharynx is rare benign submucosal neoplasm clinically, and endoscopic coblation cauterization is a good choice. Objective: To investigate the effect of nano-realgar on proliferation and apoptosis of cervical cancer cells.
, Methods: Different cervical cancer cell lines (Caski/HPV16+, adeno carcinoma; Hela/HPV18+, squmous carcinoma; C33A/HPV-, adeno carcinoma) were incubated with nano-realgar at different concentrations (5, 10, 20, 40 mg/L) for different times (24, 48, 72, 96 h). The morphology was observed under phase contrast microscope. The cell viability and apoptosis were examined by MTT and flow cytometry, respectively.
, Results: The inhibitory effect of nano-realgar on the proliferation of cervical cancer cells was in a dose-dependent manner, with a range of inhibitory rate from 9.02% to 49.06%. Taking the group (20 mg/L) for an example, the inhibitory rates for Caski, Hela and C33A were 39.15%, 36.17% and 30.56%, respectively. The results of flow cytometry showed that the nano-realgar induced apoptosis in a concentration-dependent manner, with a range of apoptosis rate from 19.29% to 99.54%. Also taking the group (20 mg/L) for an example, the apoptosis rates for Caski, Hela and C33A were (60.43 ± 2.88)%, (41.95 ± 3.01)% and (43.49 ± 2.19)%, respectively. High concentration of nano-realgar (20 or 40 mg/L) could induce block of Hela and Caski at G2/M stage.
, Conclusion: Nano-realgar can inhibit the proliferation of different cervical carcinoma cell lines and can induce the cell apoptosis. The inhibitory effect on cell proliferation is strongest for Caski, followed by Hela and C33A. It can also induce G2/M stage block on HPV positive cervical cancer cells at high enough concentration.
