Objective * To explore the epidemiology and risk factors of single and co-morbidity of cardio-cerebrovascular diseases based on a large-scale prospective cohort of elderly people in the community. Methods * The subjects of the study came from Shanghai Community Elderly Cohort. The baseline survey of this cohort began in February 2019 and ended in August 2019, collecting information including demographic information, diseases and family history, lifestyle and psychological status of cohort members. According to self-reported coronary heart disease and/or stroke, all cohort members were divided into four groups, which were single coronary heart disease group, single stroke group, cardio-cerebrovascular disease group (with both coronary heart disease and stroke), and control group (without coronary heart disease and stroke). Baseline information, disease history, lifestyle factors, psychological and sleep status among the four groups were analysed. Results * A total of 17 948 eligible subjects participated in the cohort study, including 2 050 cohort members with single coronary heart disease, 724 cohort members with single stroke, 269 cohort members with cardio-cerebrovascular disease, and 14 905 cohort members without coronary heart disease and stroke. The average age of these four groups were (70.4±6.2) years, (71.8±7.1) years, (73.2±7.0) years and (68.3±5.9) years, respectively. The proportions of hypertension (76.6%), hyperlipidemia (38.3%) and diabetes (26.0%) were the highest in the cardiocerebrovascular disease group, followed by the single stroke group (74.2%, 26.8% and 25.8%, respectively), and the single coronary heart disease group (72.9%, 21.1% and 21.7%, respectively), and the control group had the lowest proportion (54.6%, 8.7% and 15.4%, respectively). The proportions of depression symptoms (16.0%), anxiety symptoms (13.1%), sedentary habit (2.2%), and poor or fairly poor sleep (38.6%) in the cardio-cerebrovascular disease group were the highest, followed by the single stroke group (10.1%, 6.6%, 2.2% and 27.2%, respectively) and the single coronary heart disease group (7.9%, 4.8%, 0.5% and 27.0%, respectively). The proportion of regular exercise was the lowest in the cardio-cerebrovascular disease group (29.5%), while the proportion was the highest in the control group (39.2%). Conclusion * Patients with coronary heart disease or stroke, especially those with both coronary heart disease and stroke, have a high proportion of co-morbidity with primary diseases, unhealthy lifestyles and psychological disorders. In the study, ultrasonic extraction pretreatment and ion chromatography were used to determine the thiocyanate content of rapeseed meal. Rapeseed meal samples were extracted by ultrasonic assisted extraction and analyzed by computer and quantified by external standard method. The results showed that the established analytical method could meet the relevant requirements of methodology. The thiocyanate content in the sample had a good linear relationship in the range of 0.1~5.0 mg/kg, the correlation coefficient R²>0.999, the recovery rate was 86.1%~102.4%, and the relative standard deviation was 0.226%. Ion-bonded graphite intercalation compounds (GICs) is a type of layered materials with excellent performance, such as high electronic conductivity, good thermal stability and large interlayer space, attributed to which it has been widely used in energy storage, catalysis, adsorption, superconductivity and other fields in past years. Ion-bonded GICs is divided into electron-donating GICs and electron-accepting GICs. The typical representives of those two types of ion-bonded GICs are alkali meta-GICs and metal chloride-GICs. In recent years, alkali meta-GICs and metal chloride-GICs have continuously made new breakthroughs in the field of advanced rechargeable batteries. This article summarizes the intercalation processes of alkali metal (Li, Na, K) - GICs and the storage mechanism for alkali metal ions (Li+, Na+, K+) of metal chloride-GICs. The former demonstrates the interaction between alkali metal guests (Li, Na, K) and graphite host by comparing intercalation behavior of alkali metal ions (Li+, Na+, K+) intercalating into graphite. The latter discusses the electrochemical performance of metal chloride-GICs in the field of alkali metal ions (Li+, Na+, K+) batteries anode materials and the superiority of electrochemical performance after modification, and points out challenges what it would face as anode materials in energy storage. Data mining is an important method in big data and service computing. As a typical method in data mining, random forest is widely used due to its low error rate. In order to dealing with big data more accurately and efficiently, we make a further improvement in the accuracy and efficiency of the random forest. It demonstrates both theoretically and practically that our method can decrease the generalization error by about 12%~20% when the number we choose for replacement is beyond the number of the samples. Moreover, we replace the method of repeated sampling with a simple method, which proves equal to the method of repeated sampling. By this way, we can decrease the time of building the forest, thus promoting the efficiency by about 10%~40% when it is used alone. And this method can just make up for the efficiency loss of the first improvement. Combing the two aforementioned methods, we promote the efficiency of the unbalanced data by 10%, and improve the accuracy of the balanced data over 12% without any impact on the efficiency. This paper used binocular vision dynamic tracking technology in the kinematic calibration of independent research and development industrial robots. The advantages of static measuring and dynamic tracking characteristics of binocular vision dynamic tracking system, which was different from previous complex models, it used to track and measure robot link parameters errors. It proposed a dynamic calibration method, which combined with open characteristics of the robot control system, to implement the robot link parameters measurement, identification, correction and compensation. The experiments show that the positioning error of the independent research and development robot is significantly reduced, by using parameters feedback compensation. To overcome the shortages of current widely used static priority-driven round robin scheduling algorithm in RTOS, this paper proposed a static priority-driven short job first dynamic round-robin scheduling algorithm, called LC algorithm. The algorithm used SJF scheduling policy and dynamically allocated time slice, it set two ready queues RQ0 and RQ1 for each static priority, inserted short burst time processes into RQ1 and long burst time processes into RQ0. LC algorithm calculated waiting time for long burst time processes in RQ0, if the waiting time was too long, it reinserted the first RQ0 process into the tail of RQ1. Simulation test shows that the LC algorithm can maintain excellent performance in all cases. LC algorithm makes a good tradeoff between schedule overhead, performance, response speed and fairness. This paper takes the Taishan Nuclear Power Plant Project in Guangdong as the research background. The complicated entity finite element model was built with rational and simplified boundary conditions, and its mesh density was evaluated with the energy error over the model. The dome has a span of nearly 50 m with only 6 mm thick steel liner. The overlap element plus birth and death element technique was used according to the characteristics of time-varying structure in construction, and the effect of time-dependent elastic modulus of concrete was also taken into account ; the structural deformation and stresses of the large-span dome during continuous concreting construction were then analyzed. The structure stability bearing capacities at the critical stages of fresh concrete pouring construction were both analyzed which took into consideration the effect of initial geometrical imperfections and elasto-plasticity. The results show that the difference between the time-varying process analysis and the modeling analysis as a whole is significant, where the former structural deflection is 3.2 mm but the latter is 1.2 mm; the stability safety factor is not less than 3.4 and meets relevant requirement. In order to make an intensive study of the wind field characteristics in the coastal areas of China, based on the moving average method, the contrastive study of different time interval (3s, 10s, 1min and 10min) moving average statistical characteristics of strong wind near ground in Wenzhou city during two typhoon passages is presented. Compared with the moving average results at 10min time interval, the moving average results at 3s, 10s and 1min time interval utilized the field measurement datum more efficiently, and the more continuous and dense wind field statistics could be obtained, which can lead to a better continuous results and variation trend of mean wind speed and direction, turbulence intensity, gust factor, turbulence integral length scale, power spectral density of fluctuating wind speed, and the change regularity at some special time interval, especially in strong wind conditions. Compared with 3s and 10s time interval moving average method, the 1min time interval moving average method is more convenient in the statistical analysis of wind field for it's efficiency and lest computation burden. In scientific workflows, cluster or grid platform is used to deal with complex problems, and the emergence of cloud computing offers an alternative. The transferred data are huge in the data-in-tensive scientific workflows in cloud computing. Reducing the count and amount of the data transfers between different clusters in a datacenter is a challenging problem. There exists dependency in data of the scientific workflow. Firstly, a relational matrix is built based on the associate amount. Secondly, the relational matrix is clustered using bond energy algorithm. Thirdly, the clustered matrix is partitioned to k parts and each part is deployed to corresponding clusters in the datacenter. The purpose of this experiment was to explore the correlation between meat traits such as backfat thickness, eye muscle area and eye muscle depth and body weight, and to provide a reference for the production and breeding of Pishan Red Sheep. 506 six-month-old Pishan red sheep were selected for the experiment. The meat traits and body weight were measured by portable B-ultrasound. The influencing factors were analyzed by SAS 9.2 and the correlation analysis was carried out by SPSS 25.0 software. The results showed that lambing type, sex, and group had significant or extremely significant effects on backfat thickness, eye muscle depth, and eye muscle area, respectively (P<0.05 or P<0.01). The eye muscle depth of single lamb was extremely higher than that of three lambs (P<0.01), the eye muscle depth of double lamb was extremely higher than that of three lambs (P<0.01), the eye muscle surface of single lamb was extremely higher than that of multiple lambs (P<0.01), the eye muscle depth of double lamb was significantly higher than that of three lambs (P<0.05) and significantly higher than that of four lambs (P<0.05). Sex had an extreme effect on three meat traits index (P<0.01), among which male lambs were higher than female lambs in backfat thickness, eye muscle depth, and eye muscle area. Eye muscle area has the highest correlation with body weight, followed by eye muscle depth and backfat thickness. Eye muscle area has the greatest direct effect on Pishan red sheep, followed by eye muscle depth and eye muscle area. The study indicates that the backfat thickness, eye muscle depth, and eye muscle area of six-month-old lambs were affected by birth type, sex and feeding, and management methods of lambs, and their effects on these traits should be considered in feeding and breeding of six-month-old lambs to improve the accuracy of breeding and genetic evaluation of these traits. AIM: Using bioinformatics analysis and experiment validation to explore the differential expression genes related to abnormal lipid metabolism in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and the molecular mechanism of pachymaran affecting pyroptosis through squalene epoxidase (SQLE)/nucleotide-binding oligomerization domain-like receptor protein 3 (NLRP3)/gasdermin D (GSDMD) signaling pathway. METHODS: (1) The GEO, GSEA, DAVID, STRING and GEPIA databases were employed to screen abnormal lipid metabolism-related differentially expressed genes in HCC. (2) The tumor tissues from HCC patients (n=9) were collected to verify the differential expression of SQLE. (3) The inhibitory effect of pachymaran on the viability of human HCC cell line HepG2 was measured by CCK-8 assay. (4) The HepG2 cells were divided into control group and pachymaran (800 mg/L) group. The cell migration was analyzed by wound-healing assay, and RT-qPCR was used to measure SQLE mRNA expression. (5) The HepG2 cells with overexpres-sion of SQLE (OE-SQLE) were divided into 5 groups as follows: control group, overexpression negative control (OE-NC) group, OE-SQLE group, OE-NC+pachymaran group, and OE-SQLE+pachymaran group. The mRNA and protein expression levels of SQLE and pyroptosis-related factors were determined by RT-qPCR and Western blot. Colorimetric method and ELISA were used to measure lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), interleukin-1β (IL-1β) and IL-18 levels. The necrosis of HepG2 cells was analyzed by flow cytometry. RESULTS: The SQLE gene was screened through bioinformatics analysis, and its mRNA expression was significantly increased in tumor tissues from HCC patients (P<0. 01). In cell experiments, treatment with 800 mg/L pachymaran for 48 h had a significant inhibitory effect on HepG2 cell viability, and the expression of SQLE mRNA was reduced (P<0. 01). After overexpression of SQLE, the mRNA and protein levels of pyroptosis-related factors, necrotic rate, and LDH, IL-1β and IL-18 levels were significantly decreased (P<0. 05). After treatment with pachymaran, the above indicators were significantly increased (P<0. 05). Objective To explore the metabolic differences for the occurrence and development of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, the study performed the plasma metabolic analysis by nano-enhanced laser desorption ionization-mass spectrometry (NELDI-MS) on a large cohort. Methods * People were enrolled from general population establishment and follow-up cohort in Pudong New Area, Shanghai. Plasma samples were prospectively collected from 14 419 cohort people who met the criteria from February to August 2019. All the cohort people were divided into coronary heart disease (CHD) group (n=1 608), stroke group (n=461), cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases (CHD+stroke) group (n=145) and the control group (n=12 205). The plasma metabolic fingerprints (PMFs) of the enrolled samples were collected by NELDI-MS and then analyzed by statistical analysis for identifying the typical metabolic biomakers in patients with stroke, patients with CHD, and patients with both CHD and stroke. Results * Three hundred and forty-five metabolic signal peaks were extracted as PMFs. Six metabolic biomarkers with differential regulations were identified as the potential risk factor for cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases respectively by mass spectrometry data analysis. Further, the six metabolic biomarkers were mapped into the altered ketone body and fatty acid metabolism clusters. In the cluster of ketone body metabolism, the intensities of amidosulfonic acid, acetoacetic acid and methylmalonic acid were significantly increased in patients with CHD, but significantly decreased in patients with stroke and cardiovascular cerebrovascular diseases. In the cluster of fatty acid metabolism, the intensities of glucose, galacturonic acid and α-linolenic acid were significantly decreased in patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, but significantly increased in patients with stroke. According to the above six metabolic biomakers, three related metabolic pathways were identified in the cluster of ketone body metabolism, and two related metabolic pathways were identified in the cluster of fatty acid metabolism. Conclusion * The novel solid-phase MS approach used in this study has realized the high-efficiency collection of PMFs in a large cohort of people. Six plasma metabolic biomarkers with differential regulation are identified in cohort people with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, shedding light on the molecular pathological mechanisms of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases from metabolic perspectives. The experiment was to study the effect of natural plant extracts on growth performance, serum biochemical indexes, antioxidant capacity and immune function of weaning pigs. A total of 810 weaned piglets with an average body weight of 7 kg were randomly divided into three groups, with five replicates in each group and 54 piglets in each replicate. The piglets in blank group were fed with a basic diet, the piglets in control group were fed with basic diet supplemented with 53.2 mg/kg gritamycin + 39.2 mg/kg Bacillus peptide Zn, the piglets in test group were fed with basic diet supplemented with 500 g/t natural plant (dandelion and licorice, the content was 70%). The experiment lasted for 35 d, including 3 d of pre-experiment and 32 d of formal experiment. The results showed that adding natural plant extracts had a tendency to increase the weight of weaned piglets, ADG, ADFI and F/G (P>0.05). The diarrhea rate of piglets in test group and control group was significantly lower than that of blank group (P<0.05). ALB and HDL in serum of piglets in test group were significantly higher than that of blank group (P<0.05), TC and BUN were significantly lower than that of blank group (P<0.05). T-AOC and the activities of T-SOD and GSH-Px in serum of piglets of test group were significantly higher than those of control group and blank group (P<0.05), and the content of MDA was significantly lower than control group and blank group (P<0.05). The serum levels of IL-4 in test group and control group were significantly higher than blank group (P<0.05). The experiment indicates that natural plant extracts of dandelion and licorice can effectively reduce the diarrhea rate of weaned piglets, enhance the piglet's immunity and antioxidant capacity, improve growth performance. Objective. To analyze the spatio-temporal expression profile of angiotensin-converting enzyme 2 (ACE2), the receptor of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2), in human and mouse testes based on single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-Seq). Methods. Ten testicular tissues from humans and nine testicular tissues from C57BL/6 mice with normal developmental stages were collected and digested into single cell suspensions by enzyme, and then the cell-gene expression matrixes were obtained by scRNA-Seq standard processing procedures. After quality control, data standardization, batch effect processing, clustering, and dimensionality reduction, each subgroup of cells was annotated based on known testicular cell bio-markers to clarify the expression patterns and differences of ACE2 in human and mouse testes with normal developmental stages. Results. n this study, nine testicular cell subgroups found in human and mice were identified, including three subgroups of germ cells (spermatogonia, spermatocytes, and spermatids/sperm) and six subgroups of somatic cells (Sertoli cells, macrophages, vascular smooth muscle cells, endothelial cells, Leydig cells, and peritubular myoid cells). In terms of spatial distribution, ACE2 was predominantly expressed in human Sertoli cells in adult testes, and also expressed in Leydig cells, peritubular myoid cells, and germ cells. In terms of time scale, the transcription abundance of ACE2 in human Sertoli cells increased with the development of testis, and the expression level of ACE2 in Sertoli cells after puberty was significantly higher than that in infancy and childhood (P=0.000). Judging from the stages of mouse testicular development, the expression patterns of Ace2 were both significantly different from those in humans. In testis of the 5-week-old adult C57BL/6 mouse, the transcription level of Ace2 was low and it was mainly expressed in vascular smooth muscle cells (P=0.000), while the number of Ace2 positive cell in Sertoli cells was extremely low. Conclusion. ARS-CoV-2 may mainly infects human testis through Sertoli cells, and the conventional C57BL/6 mouse model is not suitable to simulate the effect of SARS-CoV-2 infection on human testicular function. Objective To investigate and understand the semen quality sitration of normal fertility men in the partial areas of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region during 2011 by the multicenter cooperation. Methods To study semen quality of 965 fertility men from four reproduction medcine centers in Guang xi zhuang autonomous Region. Their basic examine include age, longth of penis, volume of testis and so on. Semen samples were compared with the World Health Organization criteria. Questionnaire were used by special trainer for all reproductive centers. The semen quality were compared among different ages groups, nation groups, rigion groups and culture groups. Results Sperm progressive motility and sperm morphology reached 61.7% , 73.5% of normal levels respectively. Others reached above 80.0%. Sperm motility and sperm progressive motility were (64.493± 17.199)%, (47.478±15.305)% in 18-<30 group respectively. Sperm density of Han group and sperm morphology of Zhuang group were best among all groups. Culture degree did not affect semen quality. Conclusions The sperm motility bias and sperm deformity degree in the partial areas of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Rigion are higher and have local difference, which needs to further perfect the inrestigation data and felermine the influencing factors. Objective This study was aimed to investigate the clinical characteristics of AIDS patients with toxoplasmic encephalitis (TE) in order to provide clinical reference for its diagnosis. Methods 76 AIDS patients with TE treated in Yunnan Province hospital of infectious diseases from January 2012 to June 2014 were selected as subjects, and their clinical data were analyzed. Results CD4+T lymphocyte cell counts of all cases was 71 ± 18.23/µL. In blood of the 76 cases, positive IgG and IgM anti-toxoplasma antibodies were found in 18 cases (23.7%) and 6 cases (7.9%), respectively. In cerebrospinal fluid, positive IgG and IgM antibodies were found in 9 cases (11.8%) and 5 cases (6.6%), respectively. Imaging examination displayed lamellar low density umbra, which showed ring-like performance after enhancement. Conclusion There is a significant relationship between low CD4+T lymphocyte cell counts and the infection of TE in AIDS patients. Anti-toxoplasma IgG and IgM positive rates are low in AIDS patients with TE, but imaging examination has certain characteristics. This study suggests that the incidence rate of TE infection in AIDS patients with CD4+T lymphocyte cell counts below 200/µL can be reduced if early highly active antiretroviral therapy (HAART) and preventive medication will be required. This paper studied the problem that standard teaching-learning-based optimization algorithm (TLBO) easily converges to local optima when solving combinatorial optimization, and proposed a simulated annealing TLBO(SATLBO) algorithm. In the method, it used the simulated annealing algorithm. Randomly selected a bit of the bad individuals according to a calculated possibility of simulated annealing algorithm to the new population in the teacher phase and learner phase. It increased the ability of running away from local optima of TLBO by increasing the diversity of the population. It simulated the unmultimodal functions, multimodal functions and rotation functions, and compared the results with some other evolutionary computation algorithms. For accurately simulated temperature field of concrete raft foundation of the Taishan Nuclear Power Plant, finite element analysis (FEA) was used to consider effects of age, temperature and construction process. Based on concepts of equivalent age and hydration degree of concrete, equivalent age-hydration degree curve (EAHDC ) was obtained based on adiabatic temperature curve. With subroutine HETVAL of the software ABAQUS to specify hydration exothermic rate according to equivalent age-hydration degree curve, the effects of age and temperature on the hydration exothermic process of cement were considered. According to construction process and geometry of the raft foundation, half model of the raft foundation was adopted, and the model change interaction function (MCIF) of ABAQUS was used to simulate the construction process. Analysis results show; effects of temperature and age on the hydration exothermic process of cement can be simulated by using EAHDC; characteristics of temperature field, such as symmetric distribution and effect by construction process, can be captured by using half model of the raft foundation and MCIF of ABAQUS; simulated values, such as time of initial temperature rise, maximum temperature and its corresponding time, agree well with tested values by considering construction process. To control concrete quality of outer containment of the Taishan Nuclear Power Plant, thermal field out of concrete hydration was simulated, and appropriate curing measures were proposed. Based on hydration degree concept and equivalent age concept, equivalent age-hydration degree curve (EAHDC) of C55 concrete, used in outer containment, was developed. To consider effects of age and temperature on heat releasing process of hydration, EAHDC was employed in simulation of thermal field using subroutine HETVAL provided by ABAQUS software. Effects of height and thickness of the construction layer, shape and size of the hole, the efficiency of insulation and the curing period on temperature field were separately studied. Comparisons and analysis show; EAHDC can be used in thermal field simulation to take effects of age and temperature on heat releasing process of hydration into account; effect from height of construction layer is negligible while the height is in the range of 2.35-3. 60 m; the increment of thickness results in higher peak temperature, and insulation layer with a convection transfer rate of 1.8-5.4 W/(m² x °C) and curing period of 10 days with formwork are recommended.
