Objective To investigate the effect of transitional care model on postpartum depression of primiparas. Methods Totally 400 primiparas were randomly divided in to the control group and observation group, with 200 cases in each group. Primiparas in the control group received routine nursing and health education, and those in the observation group were given transitional care. The Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS) were used to measure the psychological states. The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) was used for sleep quality measurement. The incidence of postpartum depression and satisfaction degree were investigated. Results Scores of SDS and SAS were decreased in both two groups after intervention, and Scores of SDS and SAS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P＜0. 01). Score of PSQI was decreased in both two groups after intervention, and score of PSQI in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P＜0. 01). Compared with those in the control group, A lower incidence of postpartum depression and higher satisfaction degree were reported in the observation, with a significant difference(P＜0. 01). Conclusion The transitional care model, as a proved way of optimizing quality of postpartum nursing, is effective to relieve the primipara’s negative emotion, improve the sleep quality and reduce the incidence of postpartum depression. This paper summarized nursing measures of skin and soft-tissue infections(SSTIs) complicated with allergic dermatitis caused by catheter insertion during continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion (CSII) in a patient with latent autoimmune diabetes in adults (LADA). Key issues of nursing were as follows: debridement, drainage, systemic and local anti-infection in the early stage of skin care, and negative-pressure wound therapy to improve the wound healing in the later stage of skin care; comprehensive blood glucose management including standardized self-management of insulin pump and monitoring on adverse reactions of clindamycin hydrochloride, levofloxacin and clindamycin; enhancement on psychological nursing and health education. The patient was discharged form hospital and the follow-up results showed that the wound was healed and the blood glucose was well-controlled. Objective To investigate the role of extracellular signal regulated kinase 1/2 （ERK1/2） in colitis through the regulation of NADPH oxidase and mitochondrial fission. Methods Mice models of acute colitis were induced by 3% dextran sulfate sodium （DSS）. Thirty C57BL/6J mice were randomly divided into six groups by random number table method： control group， 3%DSS group，1% dimethyl sulfoxide （DMSO） group， ERK1/2 inhibitor（PD98059） group， 3%DSS+1%DMSO group and 3%DSS+PD98059 group， with five mice in each group. The changes of body weight， colonic length， disease activity index and colonic histopathological changes of mice in the control and 3%DSS groups were evaluated， and the expression levels of ERK1/2， p-ERK1/2， Nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate oxidase 1 （Nox1） and Nox2 in colonic mucosa of mice were detected. Mice in 1%DMSO and 3%DSS+1%DMSO groups were intraperitoneally injected with 1%DMSO. Mice in the PD98059 and 3%DSS+PD98059 groups were intraperitoneally injected with PD98059. The colonic histopathological changes were evaluated among four groups， and the expression levels of Nox1， Nox2， Dynamin related protein 1 （DRP1）， p-DRP1-S616 and p-DRP1-S637 mitochondrial fission related proteins were detected. Mitochondrial fission of colonic epithelial cells in the control and 3%DSS groups was observed by transmission electron microscopy. The co-localization of Nox2 and mitochondrial outer membrane translocator enzyme TOM complex （TOMM20） in colonic mucosa of mice in two groups was analyzed by double-immunofluorescence staining. The correlation between relative expression levels of DRP1 and Nox2 mRNA in mouse colonic mucosa was analyzed in two groups. Results Compared with the control group， mice in the 3%DSS group exhibited body weight loss， shortened colonic length， increased disease activity index and increased colonic histopathological score. The expression levels of p-ERK1/2， Nox1， Nox2 in colonic mucosa of mice were significantly up-regulated in the 3%DSS group （all P < 0.05）. In mice with colitis， mitochondrial fission in colonic epithelial cells was increased， and the colonic mucosa co-localization of DRP1 and Nox2 was elevated， and the relative mRNA expression levels of both target genes were positively correlated （r = 0.678， P < 0.05）. ERK1/2 inhibitor PD98059 improved colonic histopathological changes in mice with colitis， and down-regulated the expression levels of Nox1， Nox2， DRP1， p-DRP1-S616 in colonic mucosa. Conclusion Inhibition of ERK1/2 may ameliorate colitis by down-regulating NADPH oxidase expression and alleviating mitochondrial fission.

Objective To investigate the role ofβ-arrestin1 （ARRB1） in liver fibrosis and elucidate the mechanism of hepatic stellate cell activation induced by ARRB1/p38 signaling pathway to promote liver fibrosis. Methods Twelve male C57BJ/6L mice were randomly divided into the control （n = 6） and model groups（n = 6）. The liver fibrosis mouse model was established by 20% carbon tetrachloride. In addition， liver tissue samples from patients with liver cirrhosis and healthy controls were collected. Liver fibrosis was assessed by HE and Sirius red staining. The expression levels of ARRB1， p38， pp38， α-SMA and collagen Ⅰ were detected by immunohistochemistry， western blot and quantitative real-time PCR. The human hepatic stellate cell line LX2 was activated by TGF-β cytokine and the expression level of ARRB1 was analyzed. Furthermore， siRNA or plasmid was used to silence or overexpress ARRB1， and p38 specific inhibitor （SB203580） was adopted to reveal the regulatory relationship between ARRB1 and p38. Results ARRB1 expression was up-regulated and the activation of p38 signal was strengthened in liver fibrosis tissues（all P < 0.05）. TGF-β treatment activated hepatic stellate cells and ARRB1 and p38 signaling in hepatic stellate cell LX2. The up-regulation or down-regulation of ARRB1 expression level could correspondingly affect p38 signaling and regulate the activity of hepatic stellate cells， while the change of p38 activity exerted no effect uponthe expression of ARRB1. Conclusion The expression level of ARRB1 is up-regulated in liver fibrosis， which can activate hepatic stellate cells by activating the p38 signaling， thereby promoting the incidence and development of liver fibrosis.

Gears are often in a harsh working environment, and their vibration signals have the characteristics of non-linearity and non-stationarity. Therefore, it is of great significance to develop a fault diagnosis method suitable for gears. To solve this problem, an intelligent fault diagnosis method based on adaptive projection intrinsically transformation sine-assisted multivariate empirical mode decomposition (APIT-SA-MEMD) and Floyd local linear embedding (FLLE) algorithm is proposed. Multivariate empirical mode decomposition of adaptive projection intrinsically transformation has modal aliasing phenomenon, so APIT-SA-MEMD is proposed to reduce the modal aliasing phenomenon existing in traditional empirical mode decomposition. First, the APIT-SA-MEMD method is used to decompose the gear vibration signal, and the IMF component that can characterize the gear vibration signal is obtained. On this basis, the time domain and frequency domain features of the selected IMF components are extracted to obtain a high-dimensional feature matrix. Finally, FLLE is used to perform dimensionality reduction and clustering analysis on the high-dimensional feature matrix to realize the identification of gear fault modes. Experimental results show that the proposed method can accurately identify different types of gear faults.

Objective To explore whether β-arrestin2 plays a role by regulating autophagy in colitis. Methods 20 β-arrestin2 wild-type （WT） and 20 β-arrestin2 knockout （KO） mice were randomly and evenly divided into four groups, including β-arrestin2 WT control group and experimental group, β-arrestin2 KO control group and experimental group. In the experimental groups, the mice were given free access to 3% dextran sulfate sodium （DSS） for 7 d to induce acute colitis. In the control groups, the mice were given sterile ddH2O. The disease activity index of mice was observed and recorded in each group. The colon tissues of mice were collected, and the expression levels of autophagy-related proteins including LC3B and Beclin1 were observed and detected by immunohistochemistry and western blot. The expression of β-arrestin2 was knockdown by siRNA in HCoEpiC cells, and then the cells were treated by Earle's Balanced Salt Solution （EBSS） to induce autophagy. Then, the expression level of LC3B protein was detected. Results The expression of autophagy-related proteins was significantly up-regulated in the colon mucosal tissues of WT experimental mice. Compared with WT mice, the colonic inflammation was significantly ameliorated in β-arrestin2 KO mice after DSS treatment. And the expression levels of autophagy-related proteins LC3B-Ⅱ/Ⅰ were significantly down-regulated in β-arrestin2 KO mice in the experimental groups（P < 0.05）.There is no significant difference in the expression levels of Beclin1（P > 0.05）. After knocking down the expression of β-arrestin2 in HCoEpiC cells and EBSS treatment, the expression levels of LC3B-Ⅱ/Ⅰ were significantly down-regulated （P < 0.05）. Conclusion β-arrestin2 can regulate the autophagy in colitis, and the deficiency of β-arrestin2 can inhibit autophagy to ameliorate the colonic inflammation.

Objective: To express the glycolytic enzyme alpha-enolase (ENO1) and its three enzyme active site deletion mutant ENO1 proteins (ENO-M1, pFastBac-M2, ENO1-M3) using a baculovirus expression vector system (insect BEVS), laying the groundwork for the subsequent study of metabolic therapy for cervical cancers. Methods: Molecule cloning was used to insert optimized ENO1 gene sequence into the pFastBacTM1 vector to obtain the recombinant plasmid pFastBac-ENO1 with target genes. Three active sites essential for ENO1's glycolytic function were deleted, and the corresponding optimized sequences were inserted into the pFastBacTM1 vector to generate the recombinant plasmids with three active site deletion, namely pFastBac-M1, pFastBac-M2 and pFastBac-M3. Recombinant baculoviruses rBV-ENO1, rBV-M1, rBV-M2 and rBV-M3 were subsequently obtained through transposition and transfection. The expression and specificity of the target proteins were examined using WB assay. Results: Recombinant bacilli rBacmid-ENO1, rBacmid-M1, rBacmid-M2 and rBacmid-M3 were successfully amplified, obtaining a gene fragment of about 2 000 bp in size, which was consistent with the expected size. The insect BEVS could express the ENO1 protein and its recombinant proteins (ENO1-M1, ENO1-M2, ENO1-M3) with three enzyme active site deletions, each with a molecular weight of approximately 52 000, as expected. WB analysis confirmed that these proteins reacted with the specific His-tag antibody. Conclusion: The insect BEV successfully expresses the target protein and its proteins with enzyme active site deletions, namely ENO1-M1, ENO1-M2 and ENO1-M3. A kind of CVT mountain bike is designed innovatively,the working principle and structure of the continuously variable transmission（ CVT） and booster are analyzed in detail. The driving force when CVT mountain bike started is calculated,all show that the bike started lightly with the reasonable transmission structure. The finite element analysis（ FEA） of frame and handlebar is carried out,the displacement contour and stress distribution figures of the frame as well as the displacement maps of the handlebar indicate that the structure could meet the requirements with a higher safety factor.

To improve the visible light photocatalytic (PC) activity of TiO2 photocatalyst, the well-aligned TiO2 nano-tubes (TiO2 NTs) were in-situ grown by anodization of Ti foils, and the graphene film was anodic electrodeposited onto the aforementioned TiO2 NTs to constructed graphene film decorated TiO, NTs (GF/TiOj NTs) photoelectrode. Apparent morphology, surface composition and light absorption ability of the resulting photoelectrodes were characterized by scanning electron microscopy ( SEM ), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and UV-visible light diffuse reflection spectroscopy (UV-vis DRS). It was found that the graphene were successfully decorated onto the surface of TiO2 NTs electrode, and existed as the transparent film. In addition, the light absorption of GF/TiO2 NTs photoelectrode was greatly red-shifted to visible light region. Furthermore, the methyl blue (MB) was served as the probing molecules, and the effects of deposition voltage and deposition time on the PC performances were mainly investigated. It was found that when the deposition voltage and applied time were +0. 8 V and 10 min, respectively, the optimal photodecomposition of MB could be obtained. Under the simulated sunlight irradiation within 120 min, the 65. 9% degradation rate of MB could be achieved, which was 1. 35 time larger than that of pristine TiO2 NTs photoelectrode. To solve the problem of agglomeration, low catalytic activity and difficulty to recycle and utilize of the 1-D, 2-D nanomaterials during the process of degradating organic pollutants. 3-D TiO2 nanoflowers with chrysanthemum structure were prepared by template hydrothermal method in which TiO2 (P25) and NaOH as raw materials, with assistance of ZnO nanostructure templates. Petals in nanoflowers were self-assembled and arranged directionally by TiO2 nanoparticles. The TiO2 nanoflowers was characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), nitrogen adsorption-desorption, ultraviolet-visibles diffuse reflectance sepctroscopy (UV-vis DRS), Fourier transform infrared (FTIR). The SEM images indicated that TiO2 nanoflowers were chrysanthemum shape and average particle size was 5 µm. Self-assembled nanoflower of the diameter of the nanoparticles was about 15 nm. It was confirmed by XRD that the TiO2 nanoflowers was pure anatase crystalline structure with good crystallinity. The N2 adsorption-stripping isotherm results showed that specific surface area was 102.3 m²/g and average pore size is about 17.41 nm. Methylene blue as the target pollutant, the photocatalytic degradation of methylene blue rate in 80 minutes could reach 98% under UV irradiation. So photocatalytic activity of TiO2 nanoflowers was higher than P25, and showing stronger photocatalytic degradation ability. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

It was found that when the deposition voltage and time were -0. 8 V and 10 rain, respectively, the optimal photodegradation of MB could be obtained, which fitted well with the pseudo-first-order kinetics formula. Objective To investigate the effect of miR-107 on the proliferation of colorectal cancer cells. Methods The expression of miR-107 was detected in colorectal cancer tissues and colorectal cancer cell lines by real-time quantitative PCR (qRT-PCR). miR-107 expression was up-regulated and down-regulated by the transfection of miR-107 mimic and miR-107 inhibitor in HT29 cells, respectively. The effect of miR-107 on the proliferation of HT29 cells was evaluated by MTT assay. The tumorigenic ability of HT29 cells was detected by soft-agar colony formation assay and nude mouse tumorigenic assay. The expression of cyclin D1 in HT29 cells was tested by Western blot analysis. Results The expression of miR-107 was significantly up-regulated in both colorectal cancer tissues and cells. Overexpression of miR-107 promoted the proliferation and tumorigenicity of HT29 cells, while the decrease of miR-107 expression inhibited the proliferation and tumorigenicity of HT29 cells. Overexpression of miR-107 up-regulated the expression of cyclin D1 in HT29 cells. Conclusion Overexpression of miR-107 in both colon cancer tissues and cells promotes the proliferation and tumor formation potential of HT29 cells via up-regulating cyclin D1 expression.

Objective: To set up the multiple risk factors model of patients with anatomical left ventricular aneurysm (LVA) post acute ST-elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) and quantitatively assess the pathopoiesis of all the factors., Methods: A total of 518 consecutive inpatients with acute STEMI hospitalized from June 2010 to December 2013 in our hospital were enrolled in this study, patients were divided into two groups: LVA group (n = 106, 20.5%) and non-LVA group (n = 412, 79.5%). All demographic and clinical data were collected by cardiologists. Finally, all of the risk factors for anatomical LVA in the acute STEMI patients were quantitatively analyzed by a binary logistic regression model., Results: The multiple risk factors logistic regression model was set up for the anatomical LVA in patients with acute STEMI. Anterior wall myocardial infarction, occlusion of the left anterior descending branch, two or three vessels stenosis, high systolic blood pressure, sinus tachycardia and white blood cell count over 10 000 per microliter were all independent risk factors of the LVA in acute STEMI, with the odds ratio (OR) 18.21, 21.56, 4.22, 7.16, 1.98 and 1.57, respectively (all P < 0.05) . However, first medical contact less than 12 hours (OR = 0.60), collateral circulation of the coronary arteries(OR = 0.53), primary percutanous coronary intervention(OR = 0.23) and venous thrombolysis(OR = 0.12) were all protecting factors of the LVA in acute STEMI patients (all P < 0.05)., Conclusion: Anterior wall STEMI, occlusion of the left anterior descending branch, two or three vessels stenosis, high systolic blood pressure, sinus tachycardia and white blood cell count over 10 000 per microlitre are independent risk factors of the LVA in acute STEMI patients. However, first medical contact less than twelve hours, collateral circulation of the coronary arteries, together with the primary percutanous coronary intervention and venous thrombolysis are protective factors of the LVA in patients with acute STEMI. It is important for cardiologists to assess the risks of LVA and make emergent and suitable efforts to reduce the risk of developing LVA in STEMI patients.

Objective: To investigate the prevalence and related factors of abnormal pelvic floor muscle strength and provide theoretical evidence for the prevention and treatment of pelvic floor dysfunction., Methods: A total of 1008 migrant women in hospitals of Guangzhou and Foshan were screened for pelvic floor strength at 42 days postpartum from Oct, 2013 to July, 2014. EMG biofeedback equipment was employed to assess the strength of type I and II muscle fiber and a questionnaire was designed to record its related factors., Results: The incidence of abnormal type I and II muscle fiber strength was 49.21% and 49.60%, respectively. No statistical significance was observed in the abnormal rates among women with different ages or occupations. Compared with women who chose vaginal delivery, women with cesarean section had significantly reduced abnormal rates. A negative correlation was found between parity and type I and II muscle fiber strength., Conclusion: The delivery mode and parity are factors affecting pelvic floor muscle strength among migrant women in the Pearl River Delta, suggesting the necessity of health education and promotion of family planning policy.

Objective: To analyze the correlation between ST segment elevation, Q wave and peak biomarkers with left ventricular dysfunction in patients with acute anterior ST elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI)., Methods: A total of 138 consecutive inpatients with acute anterior STEMI, left anterior descending branch as the convict vessel, from January 2009 to January 2012 in our hospital were enrolled in this study. They were divided into reperfusion (n = 92) and non-reperfusion group(n = 46). Clinical data, electrocardiogram, peak biomarkers, type B natriuretic peptide (BNP) were collected by physicians and the patients were followed up three months., Results: The sum of the ST segments elevation, Q waves and Q wave leads in anterior STEMI were positive correlation with the Killip grades, myocardium biomarkers, BNP and left ventricle end diastolic diameters (LVEDD) [γ, 0.52-0.75, P < 0.01], while negative correlation with left ventricle ejection fraction (LVEF) [γ, -0.63--0.95, P < 0.01]. The sum of R wave altitude was negative correlation with myocardium biomarkers, BNP and LVEDD in three months after the onset of STEMI [γ, -0.48--0.79, P < 0.01], while positive correlation with LVEF [γ, 0.73-0.82, P < 0.01]. BNP, one of the best markers of left heart dysfunction, was found to be strongly negative correlation with LVEF in acute stage and three months after the onset of STEMI [γ , -0.92, -0.80, P < 0.01]., Conclusion: There are close correlations between electrocardiogram, myocardial biomarkers and left ventricular dysfunction in acute anterior ST segment elevation myocardial infarction, which may be strong predictors for the short-term prognosis.

Objective: Nucleotide guanosine-3', 5'-(bis) pyrophosphate (ppGpp) synthesized by (ppGpp) synthesase RelA or bifunctional ppGpp synthase/degradase RelA/SpoT, mediates bacterial stringent response to various stressful conditions. Here we characterized the slr1325 (syn-rsh) gene encoding a RelA/SpoT homolog (Syn-RSH) of the cyanobacterium Synechocystis sp. PCC6803., Methods: We performed phenotypic complement test using Escherichia coli strain with(p) ppGpp-synthesis defect to determine Syn-RSH function(s), and employed chromatographic analysis of 32P-labeled cellular mononucleotides to detect the accumulation of ppGpp in Escherichia coli strains expressing Syn-RSH and in Synechocystis sp. PCC6803., Results: Syn-RSH expression in E. coli relA/spoT double mutant was able to restore the cell growth arrest; Chromatographic analysis of 32P-labeled cellular mononucleotides revealed that Syn-RSH expression resulted in the synthesis of ppGpp in E. coli strain with relA and spoT mutant mutation. Additionally, Synechocystis cells accumulated a low level of ppGpp under laboratory growth conditions., Conclusion: Syn-RSH possesses ppGpp synthase/degradase activities, and ppGpp is required for Synechocystis cell viability under normal growth conditions.

An innovative mesh titanium dioxide (TiO2) electrode was prepared by anodisation. The morphology and the crystalline texture of the TiO2 film on electrode were examined by SEM and Raman spectroscopy respectively. The results indicated that the structure and properties of the film depended on anodisation rate, and the anatase was the dominant component under the controlled experimental conditions. Biasing could increase the efficiency of photocatalytic degradation of organic matters. Mineralization Rhodamine B (Rh B) was complete relatively in photoelectro-catalytic (PEC) oxidation. Both chromogen destruction of Rh B and de-ehtylation in PEC degradation took place simultaneously.
