In order to explore the effects of different drying methods on the physicochemical properties and microstructure of Penaeus vannamei, the drying characteristics, color, texture, water distribution, astaxanthin content, antioxidant capacity and microstructure of P. vannamei were analyzed after medium-short wave infrared drying (MSWID) or hot air drying (HAD). The results showed that with the increase in drying temperature, the moisture content of P. vannamei decreased gradually, and MSWID could reduce the drying time of P. vannamei by 16.67% and make its color brighter compared with HAD at 70 ℃. The hardness, gumminess and chewiness of P. vannamei were significantly increased with increasing drying temperature (P 0.05). According to magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) results, the rate of water migration during MSWID was faster than that during HAD. Besides, the results of microstructure observation indicated that the muscle fiber of P. vannamei became looser and more porous after MSWID compared with HAD. For both drying treatments, the α-helix relative content of shrimp proteins first increased and then decreased, and the β-fold relative content showed a contrary trend. The astaxanthin content of MSWID dried shrimp was lower than that of HAD dried shrimp, and so was the antioxidant capacity. The quality of MSWID dried P. vannamei was better than that of HAD dried P. vannamei, indicating MSWID to be a promising drying method for P. vannamei.

For the public and stakeholders, it is necessary to demonstrate airworthiness safety of AI-based avionics system in acceptable means of compliance, so as to solve problems of trustworthiness, uncertainty and explainabili-ty of civil aircraft avionics system caused by introducing artificial intelligence/machine learning technology. First of all, the classification and application status of AI-based avionics system are analyzed, and the applicability of exist-ing guidelines and standards are expounded. Then, based on the review of the current research progress, the imple-mentation process and technical details of the certification framework for AI-based avionics system are summarized.Finally, the requirements and implementation methods of the compliance verification of AI-based avionics system in each stage of the whole life cycle are put forward, and the impact of compliance verification on the existing air-worthiness system is evaluated. The study provides the reference for the design and certification of civil aircraft AIbased avionics system.

Objective To determine the predictive value of median relative cerebral blood volume (rCBVmedian) of each habitat of glioblastoma (GBM) for overall survival (OS) by using multi-parametric MR habitat imaging analysis constructed by dynamic susceptibility contrast-enhanced perfusion weighted imaging(DSC-PWI) and diffusion weighted imaging (DWI). Methods A retrospective cohort trial was conducted on 58 patients with pathology-diagnosed GBM in Army Medical Center of PLA from January 2016 to December 2021. All patients underwent routine MRI, DSC-PWI and DWI examination within 1 week before surgery. Deep learning-based nnU-Net model and K-means clustering algorithm were applied to construct traditional habitat (TH), vascular habitat 1~4(VH1~4), and their combined habitat 1~6 (CH1~6). Spearman correlation analysis was used to determine the correlation between rCBVmedian value and OS of the GBM patients in different habitats. Kaplan-Merier survival curve was plotted for rCBVmedian-high group and rCBVmedian-low group according to their rCBVmedian value, and the difference was showed by Log-rank test. Cox analysis was performed to predict independent risk factors for OS. Results The correlation between rCBVmedian value and OS in GBM patients was stronger in CH1 and VHI than in other habitats (r=-0.404、-0.398, P=0.002). In the Whole ET, VH1 and CH1 habitats, the conversion of rCBVmedian into binary variables showed significant differences in OS between the 2 groups (P < 0.05). The rCBVmedian values of VH1 and CH1 habitats were independent risk factors for the prognosis of GBM patients (P < 0.05). Conclusion The rCBVmedian values, obtained from VH1 representing the high angiogenic-enhancing tumor habitat, and from CH1 representing the area with active tumor cell proliferation, may be significant indicators for predicting the overall postoperative survival of GBM patients.

In order to improve the ability of civil aircraft distributed integrated modular avionics (DIMA) system to cope with mission switching and resource failure, the dynamic reconfiguration environment and mechanism of DIMA are analyzed. And the task oriented dynamic reconfiguration strategy is proposed. Firstly, the relationship matrix of " task-function-resource" and the effectiveness evaluation system of dynamic reconfiguration are proposed. Then, the combined optimization weight method is introduced to calculate the priority weight of function application in different task modes. Finally, an example is used to analyze and compare the support degree of system resources to system functional integrity between task oriented dynamic reconfiguration strategy and common reconfiguration strategy under different task modes. The research results show that the task oriented dynamic reconfiguration strategy can significantly improve the effectiveness of dynamic reconfiguration with the increasing number of module failures. The neurotrophin-tyrosine receptor kinase B (TrkB) signaling pathway plays an important role in regulating the balance of excitation and inhibition in the primary visual cortex (V1). Previous studies have revealed its mechanism of regulating the level of cortical excitability by increasing the efficiency of excitatory transmission, but it has not been elucidated how TrkB receptors regulate the balance of excitation and inhibition through the inhibitory system, which in turn affects visual cortex function. Therefore, the objective of this study was to investigate how the TrkB signaling pathway specifically regulates the most important inhibitory neuron-PV neurons affects the visual cortex function of mice. The expression of TrkB receptor on PV neurons in the V1 region was specifically reduced by the virus, the functional changes of inhibitory and excitatory neurons in the primary visual cortex were recorded by multi-channel electrophysiological in vivo . The orientation discrimination ability of mice was tested by behavioral experiments, and altered orientation discrimination ability of mice was tested by behavioral experiments. The results showed that reduced expression of TrkB receptors on PV inhibitory neurons in primary visual cortex significantly increased the response intensity of excitatory neurons, reduced the orientation discrimination ability of inhibitory and excitatory neurons, and increased the signal-to-noise ratio, but the orientation discrimination ability at the individual level in mice showed a decrease. These results suggest that the TrkB signaling pathway does not modulate the function of PV neurons solely by increasing excitatory transmission targeting PV neurons, and its effect on neuronal signal-to-noise ratio is not due to enhancement of the inhibitory system.
