Background Perioperative acute ischemic stroke (POAIS) is a severe complication of surgery, which can increase surgical mortality and reduce patients' quality of life. The pathogeneses are complex and rarely explored, especially in patients with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) . Objective To investigate the influencing factors of POAIS in NSCLC patients and the predictive value of serum uric acid (SUA) on the occurrence of POAIS in NSCLC patients. Methods A total of 25 NSCLC patients admitted to the Fourth Hospital of Hebei Medical University from July 2014 to April 2022, who suffered from POAIS following lung resection were selected as the case group, while 126 patients without POAIS were randomly selected as the control group after matching by age and gender. The preoperative baseline data, intraoperative data and postoperative pathology-related data of all patients were collected. Multivariate Logistic regression analysis was performed to explore the influencing factors of POAIS in the NSCLC patients, and the receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve was plotted to evaluate the predictive value of preoperative SUA on the development of POAIS in NSCLC patients. Results The average age of the 151 patients was (64±7) years, 57.62% (87/151) of whom were male. The multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that SUA was an influencing factor of POAIS in NSCLC patients〔OR=0.990, 95%CI (0.982, 0.998) , P=0.019〕. The ROC curve indicated that the area under the curve (AUC) of SUA to predict POAIS in NSCLC patients was 0.64, with an optimal threshold value of 307.40 μmol/L, sensitivity and specificity of 58.7% and 76.0%, respectively. Conclusion Preoperative SUA level can serve as an independent predictor of POAIS incidence in NSCLC patients. Higher SUA levels at baseline may predict a lower risk of POAIS.

Industrial Internet can drive the high-quality development of industries, and accelerating the development of industrial Internet is conducive to the transformation and upgrading of China’s manufacturing industry and to the improvement of its international competitiveness. To build an industrial Internet model that is universally adapted to large, medium, small, and micro enterprises, this study analyzes the existing industrial Internet models in China and abroad, and proposes an industrial Internet ecosystem model (IIEM) composed of three dimensions and six layers. Additionally, the operation mechanism of IIEM is presented in terms of entity, resource, digital intelligence, and dynamic value flows. Digital intelligence flow exhibits the flow value of data—a new production factor—at different levels and dimensions of IIEM, which explains the basic logic for improving the intelligent level of enterprise production systems and delivered products and expounds on the basic paths of digital transformation. IIEM emphasizes industrial attributes. Furthermore, the effectiveness of IIEM in assisting enterprises to understand the evolution and realization paths of industrial Internet and to integrate into the industrial Internet platform is verified through case study.

To consider the influence of expansion joint parameters on the vehicle-bridge coupling dynamic response, the equivalent contact force and displacement models were proposed by analyzing the process of wheel passing through the joint. The vehicle-bridge coupling dynamic response analysis model considering the impact of expansion joint parameters was established by the local mode extraction method and the modal synthesis method. Based on the Matlab platform, the analysis procedure of vehicle-bridge coupling vibration considering vehicle passing expansion joint and the numerical calculation method were constructed. The vehicle-bridge coupling dynamic response analysis method considering the expansion joint parameters was verified by the field-testing results of a simple-supported-to-continuous girder bridge. The results show that the errors between the numerical results and the field-testing results of the pea values of the acceleration and displacement response of the expansion joints and the main beam are within 7%, indicating that the proposed analysis method can be used to analyze the vehicle-bridge coupling dynamic response considering the impact of expansion joint parameters. Objective: To investigate the effect of calmodulin (CaM) and its mutants on binding to voltage-gated Na channel isoleucine-glutamine domain (Na V 1.2 IQ)., Methods: The cDNA of Na V 1.2 IQ was constructed by PCR technique, CaM mutants CaM 12 , CaM 34 and CaM 1234 were constructed with Quickchange TM site-directed mutagenesis kit (QIAGEN). The binding of Na V 1.2 IQ to CaM and CaM mutants under calcium and calcium free conditions were detected by pull-down assay., Results: Na V 1.2 IQ and CaM were bound to each other at different calcium concentrations, while GST alone did not bind to CaM. The binding affinity of CaM and Na V 1.2 IQ at [Ca 2+ ]-free was greater than that at 100 nmol/L [Ca 2+ ] ( P < 0.05). In the absence of calcium, the binding amount of CaM wild-type to Na V 1.2 IQ was greater than that of its mutant, and the binding affinity of CaM 1234 to Na V 1.2 IQ was the weakest among the three mutants ( P < 0.05)., Conclusions: The binding ability of CaM and CaM mutants to Na V 1.2 IQ is Ca 2+ -dependent. This study has revealed a new mechanism of Na V 1.2 regulated by CaM, which would be useful for the study of ion channel related diseases.

Objective: To explore the feasibility and safety of robotic surgical system for radical gastrectomy after liver transplantation., Methods: A 65-year-old male patient with gastric cancer after liver transplantation underwent radical distal subtotal gastrectomy using Da Vinci surgical system at the General Surgery Department of Southwest Hospital Affiliated to the Army Military Medical University on October 23,2018. The placement of Trocars was arranged using five-hole method. No metastatic tumors were found during intraperitoneal exploration and the first hepatic hilum was found to be wrapped with omentum majus. The tumor located at gastric antrum near the lesser curvature. Then the first and the second station lymph nodes were dissected successively. Distal gastrectomy, Billroth II and Brown anastomosis were performed. The anatomical changes of upper abdomen and gastric lymph reflux after liver transplantation were analyzed., Results: Radical distal gastrectomy with D2 lymphadenectomy was successfully performed under the whole robotic surgical system. The operative time was 315 minutes,and blood loss was 145 ml. A total of 19 lymph nodes were dissected, of which 11 were metastatic lymph nodes. The operative difficulty was to separate the adhesion around the hepatic hilum precisely so as to avoid the damage of hepatic surface, as well as the colon hepatic flexure and duodenum which were closely adhered to hepatic hilum. Meanwhile,it was necessary to pay attention to protetion for the common bile duct and portal vein. The endoscopic wrist joint of the robot surgical system was flexible and delicate, which had obvious advantages in the process of anatomical separation of the adhesions among organs and adhesions around denuded common hepatic artery without normal vascular sheath. Semi-liquid diet was provided on the third day after operation. The immunosuppressants were resumed on the third day after operation. The patient was discharged on the 7th day postoperatively without any complications. There were no abdominal bleeding, incision infection,anastomotic leakage, anastomotic stenosis and other complications. Two months after operation, the patients diet and daily life is normal., Conclusion: The robotic surgical system is safe and feasible for gastric cancer surgery after liver transplantation.

Objective: To explore the surgical techniques and feasibility of robotic surgery for carcinoma in the remnant stomach(CRS)., Methods: Clinicopathological data of 20 CRS patients undergoing robotic surgery at the Minimally Invasive Center for Gastrointestinal Surgery, Army Medical University Southwest Hospital from November 2012 to October 2017 were retrospectively collected. The surgical methods, procedures, main difficulties, and key techniques were analyzed, and the clinical efficacy was evaluated., Results: Among 20 CRS patients, 14 were male and 6 were female with mean age of 59.9 years and mean BMI of 19.7 kg/m 2 . For the primary diseases, 17 patients underwent laparotomy, 3 underwent laparoscopic radical resection of gastric cancer; 18 cases received distal subtotal gastrectomy plus Billroth II( anastomosis, 2 received distal subtotal gastrectomy plus Billroth I( anastomosis. CRS located in anastomotic stoma in 15 cases and in the gastric fundus and cardiac part in 5 cases. Preoperative staging revealed 2 cases of T2NxM0, 1 of T3NxM0, 2 of TxNxM0 and 15 of T4aNxM0. Sixteen patients received robotic surgery with Roux-en-Y reconstruction successfully, and 4 patients were converted to laparotomy for palliative total gastrectomy, including 1 case with diaphragm invasion, 1 case with transverse colon invasion, and 2 cases with tight adhesions. The mean surgery time was (255±35) minutes, mean blood loss was (230±50) ml, mean number of dissected lymph nodes was 19.5±3.0, mean recovery time to gastrointestinal function was (2.3±1.0) days, mean time to feeding was (2.3±1.0) days, and mean time to ambulatory activity was (2.5±0.5) days. Pathological examinations revealed 12 patients with poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma, 6 patients with moderately differentiated adenocarcinoma, and 2 patients with mucinous adenocarcinoma. Postoperative pTNM staging was identified as follows: stage I(B for 1 patient, stage II(A for 2 patients, stage II(B for 5 patients, stage III(A for 5 patients, stage III(B for 4 patients, and stage III(C for 3 patients. One patient died 2 weeks after operation due to multiple organ failure. One patient received another hemostasis operation due to hemorrhage of splenic artery and recovered postoperatively. Two patients experienced anastomotic leakage, 1 patient developed duodenal stump fistula and 1 patient experienced incision site infection postoperatively, and all of them recovered after conservative treatment. During 5-60 months follow-up, 10 cases died and 10 cases survived, including 1 case for 6 years., Conclusions: Robotic surgery for CRS is feasible with satisfactory short-term efficacy. However, the long-term efficacy requires further study.

Objective: To explore the effects of cryopreservation on the cell survival rate, cell viability, early apoptosis, migration ability, and tendon-related marker expression of tendon-derived stem cells (TDSCs) in rat patellar tendons., Methods: The patellar tendon tissues were harvested from 12 4-month-old male Sprague Dawley rats; 12 patellar tendon tissues from 6 rats were cryopreserved (the experimental group), and the other 12 patellar tendon tissues were not treated (the control group). The patellar tendons were digested with 0.3% type I collagenase to obtain nucleated cells. The survival rate of nucleated cells was detected by trypan blue exclusion assay, and colony-forming ability by crystal violet staining. TDSCs were isolated and cultured to passage 3 (P3). The cell viability of TDSCs was detected by Alamar Blue method, the early apoptosis by Annexin V-FITC/PI assay, the cell migration ability by Transwell method, and the mRNA expressions of tendon-related markers [collagen type I (Col1α1), scleraxis (Scx), and tenomodulin (Tnmd)] by real-time quantitative PCR., Results: The survival rate of nucleated cells was 91.00%±3.63% in the control group, and was 61.65%±4.76% in the experimental group, showing significant difference ( t =12.010, P =0.000). The formation of the primary nucleated cell clones was observed in 2 groups. At 12 days, the number of colonies forming of the experimental group [(8.41±0.33)/1 000 nucleated cells] was significantly lower than that of the control group [(15.19±0.47)/1 000 nucleated cells] ( t =28.910, P =0.000). The percentage of TDSCs in the active nucleated cells in the experimental group (1.37%±0.09%) was significantly lower than that in the control group (1.67%±0.10%) ( t =5.508, P =0.003). The growth trend of TDSCs (P3) in the 2 groups was consistent within 14 days. There was no significant difference in absorbance ( A ) value between 2 groups at each time point ( P >0.05). The early apoptotic rate of TDSCs was 1.67%±0.06% in the experimental group and was 1.63%±0.06% in the control group, showing no significant difference ( t =0.707, P =0.519). Under microscope, TDSCs adhered to the lower chamber of the Transwell chamber; the number of cells was 445.00±9.70 in the experimental group and was 451.50±12.66 in the control group, showing no significant difference ( t =0.998, P =0.342). The relative mRNA expressions of Col1α1, Scx, and Tnmd were 3.498±0.065, 0.062±0.002, and (4.211±0.211)×10 -5 in the experimental group and were 3.499±0.113, 0.062±0.001, and (4.341±0.274)×10 -5 in the con-trol group, showing no significant difference ( t =0.013, P =0.991; t =0.042, P =0.969; t =0.653, P =0.549)., Conclusion: The survival rate of nucleated cells in cryopreserved rat tendon tissues is lower, but a large number of active TDSCs, and its cell viability, early apoptosis rate, migration ability in vitro , and cell tenogenic differentiation ability are remained.

Objective: To investigate the changes of Wnt7b/β-catenin signaling pathway molecules in the differentiation of fetal rat alveolar epithelial type II cells (fAEC2)., Methods: Fetal rat lung tissues were extracted from pregnant SD rats (19 days), and then fAEC2 were isolated and purified. After fAEC2 were cultured for 48, 72, 96 hours, the morphological changes of fAEC2 and the expression of β-catenin were respectively observed by inverted microscope and immunofluorescence. The mRNA expressions of Wnt7b, cyclin D1, pulmonary surfactant C (SP-C) and aquaporin 5 (AQP5) were detected by real-time quantitative PCR. The protein expressions of cyclin D1, nucleus β-catenin, SP-C and AQP5 were measured by Western blotting., Results: β-catenin was expressed in cell membrane when fAEC2 were cultured for 48 hours; the expression of β-catenin decreased in cell membrane while enhanced in cytoplasm and nucleus at 72 hours; whole-cell β-catenin expression was lowered at 96 hours. The expressions of Wnt7b and cyclin D1 mRNAs were significantly raised at 72 hours and reduced obviously at 96 hours compared with 48 hours. SP-C mRNA expression level went down gradually with the extended culture time, and AQP5 mRNA level went up gradually. The protein expressions of cyclin D1 and nucleus β-catenin were significantly enhanced at 72 hours and weakened at 96 hours compared with 48 hours. SP-C protein expression was down-regulated with the prolonged culture time, and AQP5 protein expression was up-regulated., Conclusion: Wnt7b/β-catenin signaling pathway may play an important role in fAEC2 transdifferentiation.

The separation and qualitative analysis of 54 common C5-C7 hydrocarbon components on three Al2O3 capillary columns, including S type, KCl type and M type, were investigated in detail. The results showed that the separation of the 54 C5-C7 hydrocarbon components were partly different on these three Al2O3 capillary columns, and the most of C5-C7 hydrocarbon components could be well separated, except that some of them couldn't achieve a baseline separation or co-eluted. Linear temperature programmed retention indices of the 54 C5-C7 hydrocarbon components, including 15 C5 hydrocarbons, 25 C6 hydrocarbons and 14 C7 hydrocarbons, were determined on these three Al2O3 capillary columns. The determination of linear temperature programmed retention indices for these C5-C7 hydrocarbon components on Al2O3 capillary columns provided a basis for the qualitative analysis of them. At the same time, a real pyrolysis gas sample from one of the petrochemical plants was qualitatively analyzed according to the linear temperature programmed retention indices, and the contents of C5-C7 hydrocarbon components were determined. The application field of Al2O3 capillary column was expanded and it is helpful for the analysis of light hydrocarbons in petrochemical enterprises.

Objective: To compare the efficacy between laparoscopic and open surgery in the treatment of gastric gastrointestinal stromal tumor (gastric GIST), and to explore the feasibility and safety of laparoscopic resection for gastric GIST., Methods: Clinical data of 226 gastric GIST patients confirmed by pathology with maximal tumor diameter less than 10 cm undergoing operation in our department from January 2002 to December 2013 were retrospectively analyzed. Among them, 158 patients received laparoscopic surgery(laparoscopic group), and 68 open surgery (open group). Related indicators of clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups. Laparoscopic group patients were further divided into 4 groups according to chronological order, including 39 patients in group A, 39 in group B, 39 in group C and 41 in group D. Operating time was compared among 4 groups., Results: Compared with the open group, laparoscopic group had shorter operation time [(138.8±69.2) min vs. (173.3±74.5) min, P=0.001], less intraoperative bleeding [30 ml vs. 125 ml, P=0.000], faster recovery to postoperative first flatus [(3.2±1.1) d vs. (3.8±1.1) d, P=0.000] and resumption of oral intake [(3.9±1.5) d vs. (4.7±1.5) d, P=0.000], and a shorter hospital stay [(8.1±2.3) d vs. (10.0±2.6) d, P=0.001]. The operation time of laparoscopic group A, B, C and D was (181.0±81.2) min, (124.7±57.8) min, (126.9±67.9) min and (123.4±51.8) min respectively, and the difference was statistically significant(F=7.188, P=0.001). Median follow-up time of 226 patients was 32 months(5 to 104 months). In laparoscopic group, 136 cases(86.1%) received follow-up, and the 1-, 3-, and 5-year overall survival were 98.7%, 90.7% and 72.8% respectively. In the open group, 59 cases (86.8%) received follow-up, and the 1-, 3-, and 5-year overall survival were 98.3%, 87.1% and 83.1%, respectively. The survival between two groups were not significantly different(P=0.164)., Conclusions: Laparoscopic surgery removing gastric GIST with a maximal diameter of less than 10 cm is safe and feasible. The learning curve of laparoscopic gastric GIST surgery is about 40 cases.

The study focuses on the quantitative analytical characterization of benzaldehyde, benzyl alcohol, acetophenone and phenylacetaldehyde in complex aromatic samples by gas chromatography-high resolution quadrupole time of flight mass spectrometry (GC-QTOF MS). The four compounds in real sample were accurately qualified and quantified through a comprehensive analysis of the GC retention times and the accurate masses of the ion fragments obtained by the high resolution MS. The new method therefore effectively avoids the interference of the real sample substrate, which reduces the accuracy of the analysis results. The peak area of the characteristic ion fragment for each compound was used for quantitation calculation. The MS signal responses of the four compounds showed good linear relationships with the corresponding mass concentrations and the linear regression coefficients were greater than 0. 99. The method recoveries were 87. 97% - 103.01%. The limits of detection (LODs) were 0. 01, 0. 03, 0. 02 and 0. 01 mg/L for benzaldehyde, benzyl alcohol, acetophenone and phenylacetaldehyde respectively. The contents of the four compounds in three real samples were analyzed. The study provided a new strategy for oxygenate analysis in complex aromatic samples using GC-QTOF MS. By measuring the accurate masses, the new method reduces the reliance on chromatographic separation ability and makes up the shortcomings of the traditional GC-MS methods.

The syngas-to-olefin (SGTO) products mainly consist of hydrocarbons along with small amounts of oxygenates as the byproducts. A C18 solid-phase extraction (SPE) column was used for oxygenates enrichment in SGTO products. As the hydrophobic compounds, the hydrocarbons had stronger interaction with a C18 SPE column than oxygenates. Under the optimized elution conditions, the oxygenates were first eluted from the C18 SPE column with 60% (v/v) methanol solution. The fraction of oxygenates was then analyzed with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) for qualification and gas chromatography-hydrogen flame ionization detection (GC-FID) for quantification. The FID response factors of n-alkanol and n-ketone were used for alkanols and ketones quantitative calculation and the method recoveries were 88%-98% and 64%-87% respectively. In the range of 197-4,785 mg/L, good linear relationships of the FID responses with the corresponding mass concentrations of the standard samples were obtained with the linear regression coefficients greater than 0.99. Sixty-seven oxygenates were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. The results showed that the fraction of the oxygenates mainly consists of alkanols and ketones. The total content of the oxygenates in SGTO products was 6.2%. The enrichment method only requires a very small amount of sample and the total process can be completed within 10 min. The analysis results of SGTO product studies can provide the necessary basic data for SGTO catalysts and dynamics studies.
