The experiment was to investigate effect of mixing ratio of Medicago sativa and Avena sativa L. on nutritional content, fermentation quality and feed value of forage-type FTMR. The experiment set the ratio of Medicago sativa, Avena sativa L., corn straw were 29L35:7:4:25 (FTMR1 group), 30:30:10:4:26 (FTMR2 group), 34:29:7: 4: 26 (FTMR3 group), 35: 26: 9: 4: 26 (FTMR4 group), 39: 25: 6: 4: 26 (FTMR5 group), respectively, to prepare five groups of FTMR. The FTMR were fermented at room temperature for 60 d. The results showed that the crude protein content of FTMR1 group was significantly higher than that of FTMR5 group (P<0.05). The content of neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent fiber content of FTMR3 group and FTMR4 group were significantly lower than that of FTMR1 group (P<0.05). The ammonia nitrogen content of FTMR3 group was significantly higher than that of other groups (P<0.05). The butyric acid content of FTMR2 group and FTMR4 group were significantly lower than that of other groups (P<0.05). The feeding value of FTMR3 group and FTMR4 group were significantly higher than that of FTMR1 group (P<0.05). The experiment indicates that nutritional content, fermentation quality and feeding value of FTMR4 group forage-type fermented total mixed ratio are relatively high, which is suitable for using in Inner Mongolia. Engineering practice shows that the gas diffusion rules during desorption of hard and soft coal particles are significantly different. This is the key reason leading to the distinction of coal and gas outburst hazard between soft coal and hard coal. The difference of gas diffusion can be used to predict and prevent outburst disaster. Particle size is one of the key factors that cause the difference. Influence rules and mechanisms of particle size have not been found yet. Based on gas transport theory in multi-porous medium, D-values of gas diffusion velocity between soft coal and hard coal with different particle sizes were studied using physical simulation method. The study shows that the D-value declines with particle size decreases when the particle is between basic size and limited size. If particle size is less than the basic size, then the gas diffusion velocity and gas diffusion parameters are no difference between the different coals. If the particle size is equal to or more than the limited size, then the D-value will reach its maximum value, to which is almost stable. The ratios of soft coal to hard coal on gas diffusion kinetic parameters appear to have similar variation rules. According to the Fick's second law, the variation rule of gas diffusion kinetic parameters is a direct reason that results in the change rules of gas diffusion velocity. Different characteristics of pore structure between soft coal and hard coal were investigated using the mercury injection. Also, the influence mechanism of particle size on the different gas diffusion between coals was analyzed. The research results show that the volumes of macropore and mesopore are larger in soft coal, therefore they increase with the particle size decrease. That is, particle size decrease reduces the gap of pore structure between soft coal and hard coal. It reduces the difference of gas diffusion path channels, which is a natural reason. The research results provide a theory base for choosing particle size during determination of gas initial diffusion velocity index (Δp), gas desorption index of drill cuttings (K1, Δh2), and coal seam gas content. Starting from the inland corrosion environment characteristics, we carried the field investigation to study the damage of actual inland port anti-corrosion coating. Combined with the current port steel structure anti-corrosion coating properties, working conditions and failure characteristics, we indicated that the failure of inland steel structures' anti-corrosion coating at present is mainly controlled by the atmosphere and water environment pollution and erosion of the coating caused by high velocity sediment laden flow, and the wear is the major factor, and put forward further research ideas to solve the problem. This paper presents to apply EDA devices to replace the traditional electronic design. Starting from the practical application, it describes a single CPLD chip using vending machine design approach, and it takes advantage of the unique role of VHDL language for complex digital system and the FPGA which can be programming, so that vending machines hold more powerful features. The design includes digital display, dot matrix scanning and other related knowledge and technical methods such as clock display mileage button shake, interference and other engineering concepts. Quartus II software is used as a development platform. The design combines the hardware and software, and the software is the control subject, the hardware achieves carrier. In order to reveal the difference of evapotranspiration of paddy fields under water-saving irrigation on different scales, the differences of evapotranspiration between field scale and plot scale of paddy field under water-saving irrigation was analyzed based on the field experiment. In addition, the reasons for the difference between evapotranspiration of paddy fields under water-saving irrigation on different scales were investigated in this paper. The evapotranspiration on field scale and plot scale of paddy fields under water-saving irrigation was measured by eddy covariance system and lysimeter, respectively. The results showed that there were significant (p < 0.05) differences between the evapotranspiration of paddy fields under water-saving irrigation on filed scale and plot scale in the whole and early, middle and late growth stages. The variation trend of evapotranspiration of paddy fields under water-saving irrigation on field scale was similar to that on plot scale. But the difference existed on value of evapotranspiration of paddy fields under water-saving irrigation. The evapotranspiration on field scale of paddy fields under water-saving irrigation in the whole growth stages was 18.7% smaller than that on plot scale. The evapotranspiration on field scale of paddy fields under water-saving irrigation in the early, middle and late growth stages was 15.5%-20.5% smaller than those on plot scale. The significant differences (p < 0.05) were also showed between the evapotranspiration of paddy fields under water-saving irrigation on field scale and plot scale in the different growth stages. High significant differences (p < 0.01) were showed between the evapotranspiration of paddy fields under water-saving irrigation on field scale and plot scale in different times (ten days, five days). The evapotranspiration of paddy fields under water-saving irrigation on field scale in ripening stage increased by 7.9% compared to that on plot scale. The evapotranspiration of paddy fields under water-saving irrigation on field scale in other growth stage decreased by 10.2%-29.5% compared to that on plot scale. As the day time shortened, the decreased amplitude of evapotranspiration on field scale of paddy fields under water-saving irrigation increased compared to that on plot scale. Differences between different time steps of evapotranspiration of paddy fields under water-saving irrigation on different scales was caused by underlying surface, atmospheric turbulence conditions, meteorological factors, soil moisture condition, irrigation process and so on. Underlying surface conditions, atmospheric turbulence, the process of water replenishment, the soil water status and meteorological factors were the main reasons for the differences between evapotranspiration of paddy fields under water-saving irrigation on filed scale and plot scale. Relative air humidity and air temperature can lead to the differences of evapotranspiration of paddy fields under water-saving irrigation on different scales. They were the main factors affecting the difference of evapotranspiration of paddy fields under water-saving irrigation on different scales. The effect of meteorological factors on evapotranspiration of paddy fields under water-saving irrigation was mainly related to soil moisture and marginal effect. The reveal of the evapotranspiration differences of paddy fields under water-saving irrigation on different scales can be used for the transformation of evapotranspiration of paddy field under water-saving irrigation on different scales. The resistant behavior of large-scale billboard should be taken into consideration while design. The mechanical behavior of large-scale billboard under lateral wind load is analyzed by numerical simulation of FEA and model test. It is a significant concept to enhance the torsion resistance ability of billboard structure in order to reduce the disaster under wind load. The most unfavorable wind load in certain direction is also pointed out. The relationship between stiffness and mass distribution and structure failure model is discussed. Results show that the vibration model is related to stiffness and mass distribution, column torsion is the key matter, which is proven by model test. Aim at the problem of the performance analysis was emphasized particularly on the afterward methods such as performance monitor, management, and data analysis of the deployed processes, this paper analyzed the state-of-art of business process performance analysis and simulation optimization in detail. Then it proposed an IBPSM method that was compatible to the corresponding enterprise model and workflow model. It also designed a prototype system of the IBPSM-supported MBPST. Preeclampsia (PE) is one of the main causes for the death of pregnant women. The developmental disorders of placental trophoblastic cells are related to the pathogenesis of PE. The malfunction of placenta may result in a high oxidative stress at the feto-maternal interface, which stimulates the excessive production of various factors from placenta. Those soluble placental factors are released into maternal circulation, eventually leading to the maternal symptoms of PE. Those hormones and molecules secreted by placenta, such as VEGF and anti -VEGF, methoxyestradiol, atrial natriuretic peptide, activin A and inhibin A, could partly reflect the developmental disorders of placenta. miRNAs and genetics were also found to be related to the pathogenesis of PE. The lake water environmental problem has been more and more serious. It is a very important subject to find a more effective way of water pollution control. In this paper, the lake water environment decision support system (DSS) is set up, using the knowledge and methods of complex system and multi-agent modeling. The various entities in the lake water environment (such as government, polluting enterprise and a lot of aquatic organisms) are abstracted as the agents, which have some certain intelligence. A method based on reinforcement learning is proposed to achieve the intelligent prediction and warning of the lake water pollution. Based on lots of gas measuring parameters and gas-geological analyzing data, gravitational gliding structure formation mechanism was analyzed from the basic character, and the influence of gliding structure on coal thickness, coal body structure, stress state, coal metamorphism degree, and gas occurrence were studied, and the controlling role of gravitational gliding structure to coal and gas outburst was clarified. The results show that due to the control function of gravitational gliding structure, the original structure of coal is damaged, coal thickness has large variation, coal metamorphism degree is relatively taller, adsorption ability is relatively strong, and the gas volume is relatively high. The trailing edge is mainly affected by tensile stress with more fissures in coal seam roof, and form a series of high angle normal faults, which makes for the absence of gas and restrains outburst happening. The leading edge which is mainly affected by compressive stress forms thrust fault combination and a dense water-barrier protection strata in coal seam roof, which hinders gas emission and makes gas content increased dramatically, and which is prone to coal and gas outburst accidents. The material surface loss caused by wear is the main problem faced by mechanical parts such as agriculture, mining and earthwork equipment. Surfacing alloy with excellent wear resistance on the substrate by surfacing technology can significantly prolong or improve the service life of mechanical parts. Compared with nickel-based and cobalt-based surfacing alloys, iron-based surfacing alloys have the advantages of wide composition range, easy performance regulation and low price, so they have attracted the attention of scholars. In this paper, the research progress of wear resistance of iron-based surfacing alloy surface coating is comprehensively evaluated. The strengthening methods of wear resistance of iron-based surfacing alloy are summarized from three aspects: composition design, compound doping and post-treatment process. The experiment evaluated the effect of adding lactic acid bacteria and molasses alone or in combination on fermentation quality and nutritional value of natural pasture silage. The experiment set the control group (without additives), the lactic acid bacteria supplement group (3% FW), the molasses supplement group (4% FW), the lactic acid bacteria and molasses mixed supplement group (3% FW + 4% FW) four treatment groups. After silage for 60 d, the nutritional quality, fermentation quality and microbial quantity of silage were determined by opening the bag. The results showed that separate or mixed addition of lactic acid bacteria and molasses can improve the fermentation quality of natural pasture silage to varying degrees. The pH value, ammonia nitrogen content in each treatment group of additive were extremely lower than those of control group (P<0.01), and the lactic acid content and the number of lactic acid bacteria in each treatment group of additive were extremely higher than those of the control group (P<0.01). The content of crude protein was significantly increased than that of control group (P<0.05), and the content of prophetic acid was extremely decreased than that of control group (P<0.01). Adding lactic acid bacteria alone had lower pH value and higher crude protein content. The experiment indicates that the fermentation quality of natural pastures with lactic acid bacteria alone is better than that with molasses alone, the nutrient quality and fermentation quality of natural herbage mixed with lactic acid bacteria agent and molasses were the best. Traditional determination of fluoride and chloride in gypsum and its products has the disadvantages of complicated pretreatment, long detection time, poor accuracy and low sensitivity. To remedy this, an ion chromatography method which can simultaneously determine the fluoride and chloride in gypsum and its products has been successfully developed. The sample was extracted firstly by ultrasonic processing and eluted by Na2CO3-NaHCO3. The solution was then separated by anion column and suppressed by self-electric chemistry suppressor. Finally, the solution was detected using a conductivity detector. By optimizing the pretreatment and separate conditions, the concentrations of the fluoride and chloride have good linear relationships with the peak area in the measured range with correlation coefficients of 0. 9999 and 0. 9998 for F- and Cl-, respectively. The proposed method yielded the detection limits of 0. 15 ng/mL and 0.28 ng/mL for F - and Cl-, respectively, the recovery of 95.0% -99.7% and the RSD of less than 5% (n =8). The proposed method utilizes ultrasonic extraction and avoids purification. The pretreatment can be completed in less than 0. 5 h and the loss of target analyte can be avoided. Aiming at solving the problem that rotating machinery vibration is too large around the critical speed, a single-span rotor system bench was established to simulate the starting process. Without changing original supports of the rotors system, one self-designed magneto-rheological damper was installed at each shaft. Different working conditions were set to study the influences at different operating current of dampers. According to test results, a PID control strategy was proposed and a vibration active control system was designed. Based on amplitude, vibration of a single-span rotor was controlled with the current which adjusted with different vibration and sent to dampers. The results indicate that the damper can reduce the vibration of the shaft near the critical speed vibrations, and the control method can adjust the vibration in real time, and keep the vibration around the target value, without stopping the machine. As the policy working environment becomes increasingly complex, uncertain and random, it is urgent to research into the synergy problems of energy conservation and emission reduction policies in China. This paper sorts out the major aspects of the current researches on energy conservation and emission reduction policies and policy synergy based on the overview of the existing policies of energy conservation and emission reduction. In view of the analysis, it can be found that as to the researches on energy conservation and emission reduction policy, at present researches mainly concentrate on the aspects of analyzing the deficiencies and working difficulties, evaluating the result, analyzing the potential and cost in different policy circumstances, looking for the optimal way, analyzing the policy welfare, discussing the international comparison and using for reference, and so on, but pay less attention to the synergy problems of energy conservation and emission reduction policies; the researches of policy synergy mostly focus on the aspects of discussing the synergetic situation, necessity, performance and implementation mechanism, etc. By drawing on existing research results, this paper further discusses the follow-up research directions of policy synergy on energy conservation and emission reduction polices from the perspectives of assessing the current synergetic situation and performance, discussing the enlightenment and reference from the foreign countries synergy mode, exploring the optimal synergy way, analyzing the international synergy models and best degree of synergy, exploring the approaches to avoid the failure and negative effects of the synergy, analyzing the synergy of energy conservation and emission reduction polices with other polices, building the synergetic mechanism, etc. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

This paper proposed a resource allocation scheme based on the coalitional game. First, it used an admission control mechanism to provide services of mobile applications to the users given the available long-term reserved resources in a pool. And it introduced an optimization formulation to obtain the optimal decision of admission control. Then, for a given coalition of service providers, the revenue obtained from utilizing the resource pool had to be game shared among the service providers. It developed a coalitional game model for sharing the revenue. The simulation results show that the proposed method is effective, which can obtain the optimal strategies of service providers on capacity expansion such that their profits are maximized. Field measurement of wind characteristics at site of long-span bridges is one of the basic research areas on bridge wind engineering. The wind characteristics parameters based on field measurement can provide a basis for the verification and modification for wind tunnel testing and simulation technology. A long term and continuous field measurement was carried out with the ultrasonic anemometers and propeller anemometers installed at site of Xi-hou-men Bridge. Based on the data of field measurement, this paper presents the field measurement results of natural wind characteristics of strong monsoon at site of Xi-hou-men Bridge, including turbulent intensities, gust factors, turbulence integral length scales, power spectral density, the profiles of mean wind speed and spatial correlation of gusty wind, and so on. These field measurement results can provide detailed wind characteristics of coastal areas which can be taken as a reference for the design and construction of other similar long span bridges.
