The airworthiness development status of civil aircraft in China was taken as the starting point of review. The airworthiness alternative methods of compliance method of the materials used in civil aircraft products were sorted out, and the relevant provisions requirements of materials used in civil aircraft products such as civil aircraft, engines and helicopters in China’s civil airworthiness regulations were analysed. In the process of materials airworthiness conformity verification, the establishment of standards (specifications) based on statistical analysis is the core of material conformity verification. MOC1, MOC2, MOC4 methods are mainly used to verify airworthiness conformity of materials approved with the model. Facing the future, the application of materials with independent intellectual property rights, the construction of materials independent verification technology and capacity are the key to realize the industrialization development of advanced civil aircraft.

BackgroundThe patient with ulcerative colitis (UC) in remission has a long course of disease, and needs a long-term maintenance treatment. Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) has proved to be partially effective in treating UC in remission, but the efficacy of Jianpiqingrehuashi granular decoction (JPQRHSGD) against UC in remission is not yet clear.ObjectiveTo evaluate the efficacy and safety of JPQRHSGD with mesalamine versus mesalamine in the treatment of UC in remission using an N-of-1 trial.MethodsAn N-of-1 trial was conducted between June 2020 and March 2021. Participant was an outpatient with UC in remission with spleen deficiency-induced dampness-heat syndrome who was selected from the First Affiliated Hospital, Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine. The patient received a treatment program, namely four rounds of treatment without washout consisting of eight cycles〔each round includes two cycles, that was, one-month intervention treatment (use of JPQRHSGD with mesalamine) alternating with one-month control treatment (taking mesalamine only) 〕. Efficaciesof two types of treatment were evaluated by of the TCM Syndrome Score (TCMSS) , Bristol Stool Form Scale (BSFS) , visual analogue scale (VAS) for abdominal pain and diarrhea, and Short Health Scale (SHS) . Objective: To identify the clinical and anatomical presentations and to discuss the guidelines for surgical management of anomalies of the first branchial cleft., Method: Twenty-one patients with first branchial cleft anomalies were treated in our department between January 1994 and December 2004, their clinical data were retrospectively analysed., Result: Surgery was performed on all patients. Among them 13 were males and 8 females, ranging in age from 1.5 to 33 years with an average of 15 years. Anatomically, 3 types of first branchial cleft anomalies were identified: fistulas (n = 17), cysts (n = 2), and fistula combined with cyst (n = 2). Before definitive surgery, soma patients (n = 4) underwent incision and drainage for infection owing to the difficulties in diagnosing this anomaly. Methylthioninium Chloride was used in almost all cases for tracking the fistulous during operation. Wide exposure is necessary in many cases,and a standard parotidectomy incision allows adequate exposure of the anomaly and preservation of the facial nerve., Conclusion: Complete removal without complications depends on a good understanding of regional embryogenesis, an awareness of the different anatomical presentations, and a readiness to identify and protect the facial nerve during resection.

Objective: To improve the diagnosis and treatment of the external auditory canal cholesteatoma (EACC) with erosin into the mastoid., Method: The data of 3 patients with erosin of the mastoid caused by EACC were analysed retrospectively and recent literatures were reviewed., Result: In all cases, the cholesteatomas were found in the external auditory canal and the mastoid cavity. The disease eroded the posterior aspect of the canal wall, and fistulas between the canal and the mastoid were found. The fallopian canal was eroded but the facial never and labyrinth were intact. All patients were treated with canal wall down mastoidectomy. There was no recurrence after 6 months to 9 years follow-up., Conclusion: EACC was easily misdiagnosed as keratosis obturans(KO). EACC with posterior canal wall-mastoid cavity fistula is an extremely rare occurrence. Treatment consists of the removal of the cholesteatoma sac and bony sequestra. Surgical treatment options can be taken depending on the stage of disease.
