Objective To investigate the expression and significance of phosphorylated p38mitogen - activated protein kinase (p -p38MAPK) in mice with acute liver failure induced by D - galactosamine (D - GalN)/lipopolysaccharide (LPS) and patients with HBV - related acute - on - chronic liver failure (HBV - ACLF). Methods C57BII6 mice induced by D - GalN/LPS were used to establish a acute liver failure model, and experimental groups were set up at 0, 0.5, 1, 2, 4, 6, and 8 hours (n = 4 for each group). All mice were sacrificed and the samples of liver tissues were given HE staining to observe pathological changes. Western blotting and immunohistochemical staining were used to perform semiquantitative analysis and detect the expression of p - p38MAPK in liver tissues. Meanwhile, the expression of p - p38MAPK in patients with HBV - ACLF, hepatitis B cirrhosis, and chronic hepatitis B was also observed. Independent - samples t test was used to draw comparison between groups. Results Western blotting showed that the expression of p - p38MAPK in liver tissue homogenate increased with time. The semiquantitative analysis showed that the expression was significantly higher in the 6 h group than in the control group (t = -2.727, P = 0.034). Immunohistochemical staining showed that liver inflammation aggravated with the survival time, and p - p38MAPK was expressed by sinus cells at early stage, and then by liver cells with the damage continued in mice, and there were lots of p - p38MAPK - positive liver cells around the necrotic liver tissues. Expression of p - p38MAPK was very low in normal human liver tissues; however, tumor - infiltrating lymphocytes and p - p38MAPK - positive liver ceUs could be seen in liver tissues of patients with chronic hepatitis B. The expression of p - p38MAPK was increasingly observed with the course of the disease, which was consistent with the aggravation of the disease. Conclusion The expression of p - p38MAPK is found positively correlated with the liver tissue damage in the mouse model of acute liver failure induced by D - GalN/LPS, implying that p - p38MAPK plays a significant role in the development of acute hepatic failure. Objective The aim of this study was to explore the diagnostic value of liver stiffness measurement combined with serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein detection in HBV-related cirrhosis patients complicated with primary liver cancer. Methods A total of 156 previously untreated chronic hepatitis B-related cirrhosis patients and 50 healthy subjects were included in this study- The 156 patients were divided into two groups; those with primary liver cancer (67 cases ) and without liver cancer (89 cases). The 50 healthy subjects were considered as normal control group. Liver stiffness measurement (LSM) was conducted and serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (CRP) level was assayed in all the 156 patients and 50 normal individuals, and their measurement values were statistically compared and analyzed. Results The LSM value was (39. 72 ±29. 05) kPa in the liver cancer patients, significantly higher than the (27.81 ± 18. 46) kPa in the cirrhosis alone patients and (4. 25 ± 0. 74) kPa in the healthy controls (P<0.01 for both). Serum hs-CRP levels in the liver cancer patients was 5.81mg/L, significantly higher than 1.78 mg/L in the cirrhosis alone patients and 0. 38mg/L in healthy controls, (P<0.01 for both). The higher the grade of LSM values was, the positive rate of CRP was higher in the cirrhosis patients complicated with primary liver cancer. In patients with LSM values ⩾27.6 kPa, the serum CRP positive rate was 64. 2% in patients with primary liver cancer, significantly higher than the 38. 0% in patients with cirrhosis alone (P<0.01). In the 67 HBV-related cirrhosis patients complicated primary liver cancer, the LSM value and serum hs-CRP level in AFP-positive patients were (48. 95 ± 28. 59) kPa and 4. 91 mg/L, respectively, higher than those in the AFP-negative patients (28. 64 ± 26. 83) kPa and 4. 16 mg/L, but with a nonsignificant difference (P > 0. 05). Objective To investigate the awareness and influencing factors of topical corticosteroid (TCS) therapy among caregivers caring for children with eczema, in order to facilitate targeted medication education and improve medication compliance of children and treatment efficacy. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among caregivers of children with eczema who were admitted to the dermatology department of the Children's Hospital Affiliated to the Capital Institute of Pediatrics from December 2020 to March 2021. The questionnaire included caregivers' awareness of TCS and its side effects, children in compliance with TCS treatment, and methods to access related knowledge. The influencing factors of caregivers' awareness of TCS treatment for eczema were analyzed. Results Only 22. 22% (38/171) of caregivers were aware of TCS well, while 16. 37% (28/171) of caregivers were not aware of TCS at all. Moreover, 9. 36% (16/ 171) of caregivers were fully aware of the side effects of TCS. Caregivers acquired knowledge about TCS treatment mainly from " network" (46.20% ), patients or people around them (38. 60% ) and doctors (22. 81% ) . About 62% ( 106/171 ) of the caregivers who took care of the children completely followed doctors' orders, while 35. 08% (60/171) partially followed doctors' orders. Small proportion of caregivers (5/171, 2. 92% ) did not use TCS at all. Awareness of TCS and TCS side effects among caregivers differed with caregivers' age, education level and occupational status (all P < 0. 05 ). Likewise, the methods of caregivers to obtain information about TCS treatment and in compliance of doctor's instructions varied with caregivers' age and education level (both P <0. 05), but not with their occupational status (both P >0. 05). Conclusions Caregivers of children with eczema have liitle awareness of TCS for the treatment of eczema, and caregivers' awareness of TCS and medication compliance are influenced by age and education level. Clinicians should pay attention to the diiferences in obtaining information about disease and medication among diiferent population, strengthen publicity and popular science, promote rational drug use, and improve skin health management of children with eczema. In this paper, Mg-doped SiOx anode materials for Lion batteries were synthesized using a high temperature solid-state method, and the influence of different Mg doping amounts on the electrochemical performacne of SiO anode materials was investigated. The results show that the six anode material doped with 15wt% Mg has better first coulomb exigency and cycle performance. The first coulomb exigency of Mg1 5- SiO is 84.16%. After 100 cycles, the capacity retention rate was 56.03%. Appropriate amount of Mg doping can consume SiO2 phase and form electrochemical native phase of MgSiO3, which inhibits the formation of irreversible phases of ilium slicate and lithium oxide, thus improving the electrochemical performance of Silox. Objective: To investigate the protective effects of Ficus tsiangii extracts on oxidative injuries of endothelial cells by H2O2,anti-oxidant activity in vitro and anti-platelet aggregation activity. Methods: Endothelial cells were incubated with F. tsiangii extracts for 1 h, and then were exposed to 150 µmol/L H2O2 for 4 h to induce oxidative injuries. Cell viability was determined by MTT assay. The antioxidant activity of F. tsiangii extracts in vitro was evaluated by a cell-free oxidation reaction. Anti-platelet aggregation activity of F. tsiangii extracts was assayed in the Born turbidimetric method using adenosine diphosphate(ADP) and platelet-activating factor (PAF) as inducers. Results: F. tsiangii extracts could protect endothelial cells from H2O2-induced oxidative damages, lower the concentrations of oxidative products and also moderately inhibit platelet aggregation. Conclusion: F. tsiangii extracts might have the effects of protecting endothelial cells from oxidative injuries induced by H2O2, and have anti-oxidant and anti-platelet aggregation activities in vitro. Spontaneous polarization of ferroelectric materials can generate a buiitrin electric field. In this study, Ag2O and CdS nanoparticles were supported on ferroelectric LiNbO3 and glass substrates by physical dispersion method, and Rhodanine B (RhB) was selected as a representative organic pollutant to evaluate the photocatalytic degradation efficiency of Ag2O and CdS on the different substrates. The results show that the photocatalytic activity of the same semiconductor nanoparticles on different substrates js LiNbO3(+Z) > glass > LiNbO2 (-Z). On the same substrate, Ag2O exhibits better photocatalytic activity than CdS. Based on the polarization generated built-in electric field at the interface of semiconductor/ferroelectric and the photocatalytic degradation reaction, the mechanism of ferroelectric polarization affecting the photocatalytic degradation performance of semiconductors is proposed. Molecular dynamics simulation is used to study the hydrogen bond structure and damping properties of hindered phenol A0-70/acrylate rubber (ACM) and hindered amine GW-622/ACM system. The solubility parameters of A0-70 are closer to ACM, the A0-70/ACM system is more stable, and its compatibility is better than that of the GW-622/ACM system. Radial distribution function and hydrogen bond analysis show that intermolecular and intermolecular hydrogen bonds are existed in both systems. As the content of A0-70 and GW-622 increases, the number of hydrogen bonds generated increases, and the probability of bonding increase. When the content of A0-70 and GW-622 are the same, the number of intermolecular hydrogen bonds are the same in both composite systems, but the compatibility of A0-70 and ACM is better, and thus A0-70/ACM system possess better damping performance. The increased number of intermolecular hydrogen bonds in the composite system induce the increase of intermolecular interaction force, decrease of free volume fraction, increase of cohesive energy density. Furthermore, the molecular chains are stacked tighter, the energy consumption in the process of breaking and forming bonds increase, and the damping performance improve. The simulation results provide some differences for studying the relationship between hydrogen bond structures and damping performance of high-damping organic composite materials. Low temperature hydrogenation catalyst CT6-11 has been used in tail gas treatment unit of sulfur recovery plant with 4 000 t/a of Dushanzi Petrochemical Company since August 2011. The result of running for one year shows that CT6-11 has a good low temperature hydrogenation and hydrolysis performance.
