This paper proposes an improved adaptive noise-aided complete ensemble empirical mode decomposition (ICEEMDAN) method to address the issue of low signal-to-noise ratio in distributed optical fiber acoustic sensing systems. The proposed approach utilizes sample entropy and wavelet threshold denoising algorithm to extract valuable components from high noise components. The ICEEMDAN is applied to decompose the acquired signals, and sample entropy is calculated to identify the noisy components, which are then subjected to wavelet threshold denoising. Finally, the denoised components are reconstructed with the untreated intrinsic mode functions. Experimental results demonstrate that the denoising treatment significantly enhances the signal-to-noise ratio by 5.34 dB, reduces the mean square error by 0.014 8, and improves waveform similarity by 5.7%. Compared to other commonly used denoising methods, the proposed approach not only exhibits superior performance in terms of signal-to-noise ratio but also demonstrates better performance in mean square error and waveform similarity, thereby preserving useful signals more effectively.

Aiming at the problem that the PID control algorithm can not meet the requirement of tracking and docking of moving flange due to its slow response speed when controlling the LNG unloading arm, which has strong nonlinearity and time-varying system, the fuzzy control theory is introduced, and the fuzzy control algorithm based on experience and the fuzzy PID control algorithm which is combined with PID control are proposed and implemented respectively, which does not depend on the dynamic model of the LNG unloading arm. The two intelligent control algorithms are respectively applied to the LNG unloading arm of the test site. Taking a single joint as the test object, the performance test and the tracking test of the simulated moving target flange are carried out. The test show that the algorithm designed by introducing the fuzzy control theory has significantly improved the comprehensive response speed compared with the PID control algorithm, and the fuzzy PID control algorithm can fully meet the docking requirements of moving target flange in practical application because of its strong resistance to time delay.

Coal gangue slurry backfilling is an important technical means of harmless large-scale disposal of gangue under low disturbance conditions, and is one of the important ways to achieve green coal mining, in line with the national green development concept. But for the preparation, long-distance transportation, and goaf disposal of the slurry backfilling material and other aspects of the research is still imperfection, part of the problem of research is still blank, seriously restricting the development of slurry backfilling technology in the field of coal gangue solid waste disposal. Through recent years, coal gangue slurry backfilling in the basic theory and key technology has made a lot of results. The article systematically composes a variety of coal gangue backfilling solid waste disposal technology and its development history, summarizes its applicability and advantages and disadvantages, elaborates the technical background and scientific connotation of the birth of slurry backfilling, and clarifies the key technology and process principle of slurry backfilling. From the perspective of large-scale promotion and application, the three key scientific issues of precise preparation and rheological characteristics of slurry backfilling materials, long-distance pipeline transport characteristics of gangue slurry, spatial dynamic evolution of goaf and the law of slurry intervention have been summarized, and research on precise slurry production technology, pipeline transport technology, and multi-position backfilling technology of slurry has been focused around the above key scientific issues. The rheological characteristics of gangue slurry under multi-factor coupling conditions are analyzed, the mechanism of gangue slurry formation is revealed, the precise preparation model of gangue slurry is constructed, the determination method of key parameters of gangue slurry pipeline transportation is proposed, and the flow and diffusion laws of three forms of slurry-high, low and adjacent are summarized, which in turn to guide the slurry backfilling engineering practice. Based on the above research, the shortcomings and the focus of the future research of the current research on slurry backfilling technology are analyzed, and the development trend of coal gangue slurry backfilling technology under the background of Dual Carbon has prospected, and the following three directions are considered to be the focus of future research: ①mineralized CO2 preparation of carbon-negative slurry technology; ②slurry reconstruction rock layer technology based on MICP technology; ③slurry replacement fluidized mining technology for hard-to-mine coal bodies.

The traditional reinforcement learning method has the problems of overestimation of value function and partial observability in the field of machine motion planning, especially in the obstacle avoidance problem of UAV, which lead to long training time and difficult convergence in the process of network training. This paper proposes an obstacle avoidance algorithm for UAVs based on a deep recurrent double Q network. By transforming the single-network structure into a dual-network structure, the optimal action selection and action value estimation are decoupled to reduce the overestimation of the value function. The fully connected layer introduces the GRU recurrent neural network module, and uses the GRU to process the time dimension information, enhance the analyzability of the real neural network, and improve the performance of the algorithm in some observable environments. On this basis, combining with the priority experience playback mechanism, the network convergence is accelerated. Finally, the original algorithm and the improved algorithm are tested in the simulation environment. The experimental results show that the algorithm has better performance in terms of training time, obstacle avoidance success rate and robustness.

The roadway with dynamic pressure and high slope refers to the roadway which is seriously affected by dynamic pressure and has a high slope. This type of roadway not only experiences disturbances in the excavation process, but also has to experience the disturbance of the adjacent working face and this working face in the later mining process. This makes the deformation and destruction process of the surrounding rock of this kind of roadway different from that of the conventional mining roadway, and the stability of the surrounding rock with high slope is relatively weak. Taking the air intake roadway of a mine's roadway with dynamic pressure and high slope of 15312 working face as the research object, the deformation and damage mechanism of the roadway with dynamic pressure and high slope is studied by using a combination method of numerical simulation and on-site monitoring. And the support parameters of the roadway with dynamic pressure and high slope are optimized accordingly. By analyzing the damage characteristics of the air intake roadway of 15312 working face, it is concluded that the factors affecting the stability of the surrounding rock of the air intake roadway mainly include the strength of the surrounding rock, the size of the roadway section, the stress environment of the surrounding rock and the strength of the surrounding rock support. It is difficult to control the stability of the roadway from the perspective of the low strength of the surrounding rock itself, the large size of the roadway section and the complex stress environment in which the surrounding rock is located. It is proposed to improve the overall stability of the roadway from the perspective of optimizing the roadway support parameters, which is taking measures to increase the support strength and support range of the two sides of the roadway. Numerical simulation results show that the surrounding rock support stress field after the optimization of the support parameters is approximately circular, and the surrounding rock support stress field of the side wall is larger. The result is more suitable for the stability control of the surrounding rock of of the air intake roadway of the 15312 working face. The monitoring results of on-site anchor rods and anchor cables show that after the optimization of the support parameters, the stability control of the surrounding rock of the roadway with dynamic pressure and high slope can be achieved, the deformation of the surrounding rock is smaller, and the control effect is better.

In order to study the law of ground pressure appearance in the face with large mining height in shallow coal seam and determine its reasonable working resistance of support, the 5-2 coal 503 working face of Daliuta Coal Mine in Shendong is selected as the research object. The law of ground pressure appearance in the face with large mining height in shallow coal seam is studied through the thin plate theory and the field measured ground pressure data, and the support resistance is calculated by combining two different theoretical calculation formulas force analysis. The results show that the initial step distance of 52503 working face is 64.4 m, which is basically consistent with 61.7 m calculated based on thin plate theory; the periodic weighting step fluctuates between 7.65 m and 29.75 m during the normal mining period, with an average of 19.16 m, a dynamic load coefficient of 1.45-1.57, an average of 1.50, which shows a strong mine pressure; during the weighting period, the support resistance along the inclined direction of the working face presents a “convex” type among them, the lower support resistance of the working face is about 69.8% of the middle part, and the upper support resistance of the working face is about 66.5% of the middle part; the working resistance calculated based on the two support strength theories is 17 871 kN and 19 890 kN respectively, which is smaller than the ZY21000/36.5/70D hydraulic support with the rated working resistance of 21 000 kN, which can meet the support requirements of the roof pressure above the working face.

In order to study the influence of the aspect ratio of the short-wall filling roadway on the stability of surrounding rock, the theory of numerical analysis and numerical simulation were used to analyze the principle of cooperative roof control of the short-wall filling roadway. The change laws of the stability of surrounding rock under different aspect ratios are presented.Research indicates that: when the height of the roadway is fixed, the maximum approach of the top floor and the two sides increases slowly with the increase of the width to height ratio and then decreases slightly, and then increases rapidly after the width to height ratio is greater than 1.0. And when the width to height ratio of the roadway is 1.0, the deformation of the panel per unit area is the smallest, which is most beneficial to the stability of the surrounding rock of the panel. Combined with the specific conditions of Bailiang Xusheng Coal Mine, the reasonable width-to-height ratio of the short-wall filling roadway was determined to be 1.0, and a specific support scheme was given based on the asymmetric deformation characteristics of the roof.

In order to solve the control problems of open-off cut composite roof, such as rapid damage, long duration and severe deformation, the structural characteristics of composite roof are obtained through field measurement, and the displacement changes and plastic zone development characteristics of open-off cut floor and side under different iterations are statistically analyzed by FLAC3D software, which reveals that the law of development and deformation characteristics of the plastic and plastic zone of the surrounding rock changes under the condition of single roof and composite roof. At the same time, based on Goodman’s elastic sandwich theory, the mechanical model of composite roof elastic sandwich composite beam is established, and the calculation formula of the limit span of composite roof is obtained. Finally, the parameters of “bolt cable + single pillar” combined support are optimized. The field practice results show that, on the basis of mastering the structural characteristics and failure characteristics of the large-span composite roof, in the support scheme with “strong anchor cable + single pillar” as the core, the average value of 0-4.0 m rock separation layer is 108 mm, and the support scheme effectively controls the deformation of the surrounding rock in the opening of the large-span composite roof.

Gantry crane girder structure testing systems can be measured with the deflection of main beam with different structures in the same test environment. At first,through the finite element analysis,the four-pillar tester couldn’t meet the requirements of the large span bending test,Thus,through the finite element simulation,two pillar tester can meet the test requirements,Besides,the use of reinforced concrete structures constitute a closed since the reaction force loading system with the load frame steel structure,instead of the traditional steel structure used in the large span bending test. Finally,compared with the selection of four column structure,the advantages of the two column structure with reinforced concrete structure are given in equipment costs,installation and debugging.

Taking the coupled double tank as an example, a real-time simulation platform of water tank level control system based on WinCC is introduced in this paper. Firstly, the dynamic monitoring screen of the process flow of the double tank is constructed using WinCC, and then the solution of the nonlinear mathematical model of the tank liquid level and the calculation of the incremental PID control quantity are realized under C scripts. Finally, by setting the same sampling time and relating the corresponding variables, the communication between the dynamic monitoring screen and the C scripts is realized, so as to form a complete closed-loop control system, and the manual/ automatic mode test is carried out. The simulation platform can display the change process of water tank liquid level in real time with animation, with strong three-dimensional and realistic sense. It can realize the functions of online modification of controller parameters, and undisturbed switching between manual and automatic modes, which has good human-computer interaction effect. Urban green space structure and pattern have been one of the highlights in Landscape Architecture studies, accompanying with urgent demands of promoting ecological spatial structures in urban construction. Focusing on functional connectivity and construction strategies of the structure of green space network in Haidian District of Beijing, this research builds resistance surface and identifies linkages through habitat quality evaluation of the InVEST Model and the simulation with the Least-Cost Model, while adopting functional connectivity index (NL, NC, IIC, PC, and dIIL) to indicate the structural characteristics of green space network at varied distance thresholds. Results reveal that, on the whole, the distance threshold of 2,200 meters is most appropriate for the structure of the existing green space network of Haidian District, when 10 components and 353 linkages are identified and six important nodes and three important linkages that require a protection priority are further determined. Findings also disclose that the forest network of target tree species and that of water network of target water bird species are highly fragmented. Forest network serves in forms of dominant patch structure, local network structure, and fragmented cluster structure in the western mountainous area, the northern plain area, and the southeastern urban area, respectively. Moreover, the research proves that by introducing ten important linkages, the connectivity of forest network can be improved by 1.7 times, completing the overall structure in multiple directions and helping form a stable and resilient structure of the network. Finally, the research puts forward strategies for urban green space construction, including identifying construction objectives and target species, identifying and protecting important nodes and important linkages, and introducing possible important linkages and improving the structure of green space network, to help efficiently improve urban ecological quality. The conventional peptide substrates of SARS-CoV-2 main protease (Mpro) are frequently associated with high cost, unstable kinetics, and multistep synthesis. Hence, there is an urgent need to design affordable and stable Mpro substrates for pharmacological research. Herein, we designed a functional Mpro substrate based on a dimerization-dependent red fluorescent protein (ddRFP) for the evaluation of Mpro inhibitors in vitro . The codon-optimized DNA fragment encoding RFP-A 1 domain, a polypeptide linker containing Mpro cleavage sequence (AVLQS), and the RFP-B 1 domain was subcloned into the pET-28a vector. After transformation into Escherichia coli Rosetta(DE3) cells, the kanamycin resistant transformants were selected. Using a low temperature induction strategy, most of the target proteins (ddRFP-M) presented in the supernatant fractions were collected and purified by a HisTrap TM chelating column. Subsequently, the inhibition of Mpro by ensitrelvir and baicalein was assessed using ddRFP-M assay, and the biochemical properties of ddRFP-M substrate were analyzed. Our results showed that the fluorogenic substrate ddRFP-M was successfully prepared from E . coli cells, and this biosensor exhibited the expected specificity, sensitivity, and reliability. In conclusion, the production of the fluorogenic substrate ddRFP-M provides an expedient avenue for the assessment of Mpro inhibitors in vitro .

SARS-CoV-2 main protease (Mpro) is responsible for polyprotein cleavage to release non-structural proteins (nsps) for viral genomic RNA replication, and its homologues are absent in human cells. Therefore, Mpro has been regarded as one of the ideal drug targets for the treatment of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19). In this study, we first combined the fluorescence polarization (FP) technique with biotin-avidin system (BAS) to develop a novel sandwich-like FP screening assay for quick discovery of SARS-CoV-2 Mpro inhibitors from a natural product library. With this screening assay, anacardic acid (AA) and 1, 2, 3, 4, 6- O -pentagalloylglucose (PGG) were found to be the competitive inhibitor and mixed-type inhibitor targeting Mpro, respectively. Importantly, our results showed that the majority of the reported Mpro inhibitors are promiscuous cysteine inhibitors that are not specific to Mpro. In summary, this novel sandwich-like FP screening assay is simple, sensitive, and robust, which is ideal for large-scale screening. Natural products AA and PGG will be the promising lead compounds for generating more potent antiviral agents targeting Mpro, and the stringent hit validation at the early stage of drug discovery is urgently needed.

There are so many biomechanical risk factors related with glaucoma and their relationship is much complex. This paper reviewed the state-of-the-art research works on glaucoma related mechanical effects. With regards to the development perspectives of studies on glaucoma biomechanics, a completely novel biomechanical evaluation factor -- Fractional Flow Reserve (FPR) for glaucoma was proposed, and developing clinical application oriented glaucoma risk assessment algorithm and application system by using the new techniques such as artificial intelligence and machine learning were suggested.

Objective: To explore the effect of acupuncture and moxibustion on severe obesity complicated with hyperlipidemia in different genders and their comprehensive effect, lipid indexes, and obesity indexes., Methods: A total of 264 patients of severe obesity complicated with hyperlipidemia were assigned into a male group (106 cases) and a female group (158 cases)．According to their clinical symptoms and patterns, acupuncture and moxibustion differentiation therapies were applied for stomach and intestine heat type, spleen deficiency and dampness resistance type, phlegm-dampness internal resistance type, liver depression and spleen deficiency type, spleen and kidney yang deficiency type and yin deficiency and blood stasis type．The obesity indexes were weight (W), obesity degree (A), body mass index (BMI) and body fat percentage (F); the blood lipid indexes were total cholesterol (TC)，triglyceride (TG)，low density lipoprotein (LDL-C) and high density lipoprotein (HDL-C). The comprehensive effect, obesity and blood lipid indexes were observed．., Results: The total effective rate of the male group was 91.5% (97/106), and the total effective rate of the female group was 85.4% (135/158) , without statistical significance ( R >0.05). After treatment, the obesity indexes of W, A, BMI and F and the blood lipid levels of TC, TG, LDL-C decreased, the levels of HDL-C increased compared with those before treatment in the two groups ( P <0.05, P <0.01). The different values before and after treatment of the above all indexes in the male group were higher than those in the female group (all P <0.05)., Conclusion: Acupuncture and moxibustion can both improve the obesity and blood lipid indexes for the patients with obesity complicated with hyperlipidemia. The effect is better for male than for female. The methods can prevent and treat hyperlipidemia.

A set of device for the in vivo measurement of the pressure difference between the anterior and the posterior chambers (PDAP) was designed to investigate the temporal varying rules of PDAP in the anterior segment of rabbit eyes. A platform was established for the in vivo measurement of PDPA according to the mechanism of joint implement. Rabbit models with high intraocular pressure (IOP) were constructed by means of injecting Carbomer into anterior chamber to increase IOP. The in vivo 24 hours continuous measurements of PDAP were performed for normal rabbit eye and eye with high IOP. The developed device could sensitively response to the small pressure difference in eye. The pressure difference in the normal rabbit eye varied with time, and the variation range during a whole day was 5.84-96.84 Pa which reflected the existence of physiological rule. For the rabbit eye with high IOP, pressure in anterior chamber was higher than that in posterior chamber which was in consistence with the theory of self-adaptation adjustment. The present study indicates that the approaches and device designed in this paper can well implement the measurement of PDAP as well as the temporal varying rules of PDAP in the anterior segment during a whole day.

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of electroacupuncture (EA) for visceral fat of simple obesity with stomach and intestinal heat., Methods: Forty patients (waistline of male ≥ 90 cm and female ≥ 80 cm) were treated with EA at Quchi (LI 11), Zusanli (ST 36), Xiajuxu (ST 39), Shangjuxu (ST 37), Neiting (ST 44), Qiangu (SI 2), Erjian (LI 2), Tianshu (ST 25) and Fenglong (ST 40) for continuous 3 courses (12 treatments as 1 course) once every other day. The observation items before and after treatment were obesity indices[body weight (W), obesity degree (A%), body mass index (BMI), body fat percentage (F%, skinfold thickness me-thod)], body circumference indices (chest measurement, waistline, hip circumference, thigh circumference, waist-to-hip ratio) and body composition indices[body fat percentage (F%), body moisture content ratio, visceral fat cross assessment index (VFA)]. Besides, 40 healthy control subjects with similar ages and gender ratio were recruited as control., Results: The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.5% (39/40), with lower W, A%, F%, BMI, chest measurement, waistline, hip circumference, thigh circumference, waist-to-hip ratio and VFA as well as higher body moisture content ratio after treatment (all P <0.01). While there was statistical significance between the two groups for all the indices after treatment (all P <0.01)., Conclusions: EA can induce body weight and visceral fat of simple obesity with stomach and intestinal heat as well as improve body composition. Besides, body moisture ratio increases.

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture on obesity complicated with hyperlipidemia, and to explore the therapeutic differences among patients with different obesity levels., Methods: A total of 1528 patients of obesity complicated with hyperlipidemia were enrolled into the study. According to the clinical symptoms and signs, they were treated with acupuncture according to the syndrome differentation. According to their obesity levels (A), body mass index (BMI) and body fat percentage (F%) before treatment, they were assigned into a mild obesity group, a moderate obesity group and a severe obesity group. The obesity index of body weight, A, BMI and F%, the blood lipid levels of total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), low density lipoprotein (LDL-C) and high density lipoprotein (HDL-C) were observed before and after treatment. The total efficacy, weight loss effect and lipid-lowering effect were evaluated., Results: ① The constituent ratio of severe obesity in male patients overweighted that of female patients ( P <0.01), and the obesity was positively correlated with age and disease duration ( r =0.145 and 0.164, both P <0.01). ② After treatment, the total effective rate was 98.9% (461/466), the weight loss rate was 99.4% (463/466) and lipid-lowering rate was 99.1% (462/466) in the mild obesity group, which were the all highest among three groups, indicating the lower obesity level achieved the better acupuncture efficacy. ③ Acupuncture can significantly regulate the obesity index and blood lipid levels (all P <0.01); the obesity was negatively correlated with BMI and HDL-C (all P <0.01), and positively correlated with F%, TC, TG and LDL-C (all P <0.01)., Conclusions: Acupuncture has dual effects on obesity and hyperlipidemia, which is significantly effective for patients with different obesity levels; acupuncture has the optimal effect on mild obesity, and had the optimal regulation on F% and blood lipid levels on severe obesity; acupuncture has superior overall regulation effects on obesity complicated with hyperlipidemia.

Objective: To explore the efficacy on obesity of spleen deficiency and damp blockage pattern and hyperlipemia treated with warm needling therapy and auricular acupuncture and the effect mechanism of the combined treatment., Methods: One hundred and ten patients of obesity of spleen deficiency and damp blockage pattern and hyperlipemia were randomized into an observation group and a control group, 55 cases in each one. Additionally, a healthy group (52 cases) was set up as the control. In the control group, the warm needling therapy was applied to Taibai (SP 3), Chongyang (ST 42), Yinlingquan (SP 9), Zusanli (ST 36), etc., once every two days. In the observation group, on the basic treatment as the control group, the auricular acupuncture was applied to Pi (CO₁₃), Wei (CO₄), Fei (CO₁₄), Shen (CO₁₀), etc., once every 2 to 3 days. The efficacy was evaluated after 3-month, treatment in the two groups. The observation was conducted on the obesity outcomes [body mass, obesity degree (A), body mass index (BMI), body fat percentage (F%)], blood-lipoids indicators [such as serum total cholesterol (TC), triacylglycerol (TG), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C)], fat-islet endocrine axis outcomes [such as fasting plasma glucose (FPG) , fasting leptin (FLP), fasting insulin (FINS), insulin sensitivity index (ISI), insulin resistance index (Homa-IR) and insulin β cell function index (Homa-β)], as well as autonomic nerve function index (Y) before and after treatment in the patients of the two groups. The efficacy was assessed in the two groups., Results: The total effective rate was 96.4% (53/55) in the observation group, better than 87.3% (48/55, P < 0.01) in the control group. For the improvements of the obesity indices, the differences were not significant between the two groups (all P > 0.05). Before treatment, the levels of TC, TG, LDL-C, FLP, FPG, FINS and Homa-IR in the two groups were all significantly higher than those in the healthy group (all P < 0.01), and the levels of HDL, ISI, Homa-β and Y were significantly lower than those in the healthy group (all P < 0.01). After treatment, except Homa-β, the other indices were all improved significantly (all P < 0.01). The results in the observation group were better than those in the control group (all P < 0.01)., Conclusion: The patients of obesity of spleen deficiency and damp blockage pattern and hyperlipemia have the disturbances of lipid metabolism, "fat-islet endocrinal axis" function and automatic nerve function. The combined treatment of warm needling therapy and auricular acupuncture or simple warm needling therapy present the effects of weight reducing and lipid reducing. The effect of the combined treatment is better than simple warm needling therapy. The efficacy mechanism is probably relevant to the positive regulation of blood glucose, lipid metabolism, fat-islet endocrinal axis and automatic nerve function.

On this basis, combined with the self-character of TCM, the potential path for the academic cultivation of young scholars is refined: focusing on clinical practice, confirming clinical efficacy, deepening mechanism exploration, improving clinical therapeutic effect, optimizing clinical program, extending clinical disease spectrum, inheriting, seeking, breaking through, innovating, expecting and topping over. It is believed that during the academic cultivation, the importance is to form the stable research direction and continuity, organize research team, absorb actively new knowledge and thoughts, and adopt multidisciplinary cross and coordination so as to achieve the greater success ultimately.

Objective: To compare the differences of clinical effects in female patients with obesity and hyperlipidemia of yang deficiency of spleen and kidney syndrome between warm acupuncture combined with auricular acupuncture and simple warm acupuncture., Methods: One hundred and thirty patients were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, 65 cases in each one. In the control group, acupuncture was used at Pishu (BL 20), Zhongwan(CV 12), Shenshu(BL 23), Zhongji(CV 3), Guanyuan(CV 4), Mingmen(GV 4), Taibai(SP 3), Fenglong(ST 40), etc.; warm acupuncture was applied at Pishu(BL 20), Zhongwan(CV 12), Shenshu(BL 23) and Zhongji(CV 3); the treatment was required once every two days and for 3 months continuously. In the observation group, based on the treatment in the control group, thumbtack intradermal needles were embedded at auricular points, including pi(CO13), shen(CO10), pangguang(CO9), sanjiao(CO17), neifenmi(CO18), neishengzhiqi(TF2), etc. Obesity indices [body mass(W), obesity degree(A), body mass index(BMI), body fat percentage(F%)] blood lipid indices [serum total cholesterol(TC), triglyceride(TG), low density lipoprotein(LDL-C), high density lipoprotein(HDL-C)] and clinical efficacy were observed before and after treatment in the two groups. Results After treatment in the two groups, the obesity indices of W, A, BMI, F% and the blood lipid levels of TC, TG, LDL-C were obviously decreased compared with those before treatment (all P<0. 01) and the HDL-C levels were apparently increased than those before treatment (both P<0. 01). After treatment, the improvement of TC and HDL-C in the observation group was superior to that in the control group (both P<0. 01). The difference was not statistically significant in the aspect of improving every obesity index between two groups (all P>. 05). The comprehensive total effective rate of the observation group was 95.4% (62/65), which was better than 84. 6% (55/65) of the control group (P<0. 001)., Conclusion: Warm acupuncture combined with auricular acupuncture and simple warm acupuncture can both benignly adjust abnormal lipid metabolism of obesity patients with hyperlipidemia, and warm acupuncture combined with auricular acupuncture are superior to simple warm acupuncture treatment on antiobesity action and improving the TC and HDL-C levels.

Objective: To provide a clinical reference by comparing the conventional 226 Hz tympanometry with 1000 Hz tympanometry in two groups of young children with otitis media effusion evidenced by CT scan., Method: One hundred and seventy-seven young children (226 ears), from 1 to 60 months, with otitis media effusion were involved in this study. They were divided into six groups by age: 0-6 months group, 6-12 months group, 12-18 months group, 18-24 months group, 24-36 months group, 36-60 months group. They were tested with tympanometry of 2 probe-tones of 226 and 1 000 Hz. Type A tympanogram was defined as a normal middle ear function in 226 Hz and single-or double-peak in 1 000 Hz tympanometry. One hundred and fifty-eight normal young children (266 ears) were selected as control group. The results were analysed with Chi square test. Receiver operator characteristic (ROC) analysis was performed to evaluate the two methods., Result: In the young children with otitis media effusion, the detection rate of 226 Hz tympanogram in six groups was 21.1%, 35.2%, 46.9%, 42%, 62.5% and 68% respectively, while 94.7%, 98.1%, 96.9%, 91.2%, 95.8% and 88% respectively in 1 000 Hz tympanogram. In the young children with normal middle ear function, the detection rate of 226 Hz tympanogram in six groups was 95.1%, 88.6%, 85.1%, 93.3%, 88.5% and 93.5%, while 87.8%, 94.3%, 89.4%, 95.6%, 94.2% and 97.8% respectively in 1 000 Hz tympanogram. The detection rate was significantly different between 226 and 1 000 Hz tympanogram in the young children under 36-month old., Conclusion: A single-or double-peak 1000 Hz tympanometric patterns as normal criteria was a simple way to evaluate young children s' middle ear function. 1 000 Hz tympanometry should be given priority to the children within 36-month old in detection middle ear function,the 226 and 1 000 Hz tympanometry should be done at the same time within 36-60 months old.

This paper assessed the effects of cry1Abl/cry1Ac-carrying transgenic Bacillus thuringiensis rice (Bt rice) and chemical insecticides on the arthropod communities under paddy-field conditions in terms of arthropod guild dominance, family composition and dominance distribution of each guild, individuals of each guild, some common indices of arthropod communities, and community dissimilarity. In most cases, no significant differences were found between the Bt and control rice plots without any chemical insecticide spray in such arthropod community specific parameters as guild dominance, family composition and dominance distribution, temporal dynamics of the individuals of each guild or all arthropod, as well as some common community indices (including species richness, Shannon-Wiener diversity index, evenness index and dominant index) and their temporal dynamics. The similarity of arthropod community between the Bt and control rice plots were apparently higher. It was clear that Bt rice generally showed no marked negative effect on the arthropod community in paddy field. In contrast, some arthropod community specific parameters such as guild dominances in the control plot with chemical insecticide spray were in some cases markedly and even significantly different from those in the control plot without any chemical insecticide spray. The similarity of arthropod community between the control plots with and without chemical insecticide spray was relatively lower. It could be concluded that the effect of Bt rice on the arthropod community was apparently lower than that of chemical insecticides.
