Objective To investigate short-term clinical efficacy of autologous leukocyte-poor platelet-rich plasma(LP-PRP) treatment of knee osteoarthritis(KOA). Methods 85 cases of patients with Keligren Lawrence grade Ⅰ-Ⅲ knee osteoarthritis in Peking University First Hospital Taiyuan Hospital (Taiyuan Central Hospital) from 2022 to 2023 were collected for autologous LP-PRP collection and quality assessment using a blood component separator, and all patients were treated with autologous LP-PRP. The degree and function of knee pain were assessed by visual analog scale(VAS) and knee arthritis index scale(WOMAC) at 1, 3 and 6 months after injection. Knee MRI was performed after 6 months of treatment, and the MRI imaging changes before and after treatment were compared. Different influencing factors in the treatment results were grouped and analyzed, mainly including platelet concentration in LP-PRP and K-L grading of knee joint. According to the platelet concentration in LP-PRP, it was divided into three grades, which are low concentration[(1 000)×109/L]; According to the K-L grade of the knee joint, the severity of knee osteoarthritis was divided into three grades: Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ. Piperazines are a class of new psychoactive substances with hallucinogenic effects that affect the central nervous system by affecting the level of monoamine neurotransmitters. Abuse of piperazines will produce stimulating and hallucinogenic effects, accompanied by headache, dizziness, anxiety, insomnia, vomiting, chest pain, tachycardia, hypertension and other adverse reactions, and may even cause cardiovascular diseases and multiple organ failure and lead to death, seriously affecting human physical and mental health and public safety. The abuse of new psychoactive substance piperazines has attracted extensive attention from the international community. The study of its pharmacological toxicology and analytical methods has become a research hotspot in the field of forensic medicine. This paper reviews the in vivo processes, sample treatment and analytical methods of existing piperazines, in order to provide reference for forensic identification.

Ultrahigh-performance concrete (UHPC) has become the most promising high-performance material, and has achieved excellent application in the field of impact and explosion protection engineering. Normal reinforced concrete (NC) beams subjected to impact load are prone to local punching shear failure. However, although the impact performance can be improved using UHPC beams, their application is limited by high costs. To achieve impact resistance at a lower cost, this work proposes a design scheme for locally replacing and wrapping NC beams with UHPC, with the aim of improving the impact resistance of NC beams. In this study, differing research conditions were employed (NC, UHPC, and NC–UHPC composite beams), and the impact resistance of specimens was compared and analyzed. Numerical models of NC and UHPC beams under impact loads were first established to verify the reliability of the modeling method, which is contact method, load application, initial velocity, boundary conditions, etc. The NC, UHPC, and NC–UHPC composite beam models were then established, and the impact performances of different NC–UHPC beam combinations were analyzed. The results revealed that compared with NC beams, the UHPC local replacement scheme effectively avoided local punching shear failure of beams. Under impact load, bending and shear cracks occurred on both sides, and the damage degree on both sides decreased with the increase of the local replacement length. For the UHPC wrapping, the failure mode of the beam changed from punching shear failure to bending failure. With an increase in UHPC thickness, the damage degree of the beam span increased, and it gradually reached that of the pure UHPC beam. Furthermore, both schemes effectively reduced peak displacement and residual displacement in the mid-span. Compared with the UHPC wrapping scheme, the peak displacement and residual displacement in the mid-span of the UHPC local replacement beam were reduced, and the mid-span bearing capacity was improved. Thus, we recommend that a local replacement length of more than twice the beam height should be selected to avoid the occurrence of local punching shear failure.

To optimize and establish the pretreatment method for aflatoxins (AFS) in grains, the method was optimized by using naturally contaminated grain samples. The grains were extracted by crushing, cleaned up by immunoaffinity column, and quantified by ultra performance liquid chromatography with fluorescence detector. The results showed that the extraction efficiency of 84% acetonitrile water was better than that of 70% methanol water, without soaking, and more than 99% of aflatoxin B1 could be extracted from the samples by vortex shaking for 20 min or high-speed homogenization for 2 min. The method has good accuracy and reproducibility. The results of the determination of aflatoxin B1 components in corn flour, brown rice flour, rice flour and other grain matrices of the national certified standards were within the range of standard values and their extended uncertainties, with a coefficient of variation of 5.2%, and the determination results were more satisfactory. The Lucaogou Formation in the Jimsar Sag is the main target layer of shale oil exploration and development in continental basins. However, its paleo-environmental information and organic matter enrichment mechanism still need to be determined. In order to investigate the paleo-environment of the Permian Lucaogou Formation, based on core and thin section observation, we carried out major and trace element analyses on 26 source rocks from Well J10025 by using X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy(XRF) and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS). This analysis, combined with GC-MS biomarker data and typical sedimentary structures, reflects the paleo-environmental characteristics of the Luchaogou Formation. Geochemical indicators such as C-value, Sr/Ba, V/Cr, Pr/Ph, P, and Co show that the Lucaogou Formation was generally developed in a saline lake environment under an arid to semi-arid climate, with relatively deep water during deposition and hypoxic to anoxic conditions. The upper member was deposited in a semi-arid, brackish lake with weak reducibility, deep water body, and high productivity. In contrast, the lower member was deposited in an extremely dry, highly saline, and strongly reductive shallow lake with low productivity. The paleo-environment of the upper member fluctuated wildly, while that of the lower member was relatively stable. The correlation analyses between paleo-environmental indicators and TOC show that the preservation conditions and dilution rate of organic matter have limited influence on organic matter enrichment of the Lucaogou Formation. At the same time, the primary productivity is the main controlling factor.

This paper expounded the characteristics of concentrated fruit juice, and the advantages, disadvantages and optimization of common concentrated technologies, summarized the research status of fermented fruit wine with concentrated fruit juice as raw material, and looked forward to the research direction of fermented fruit wine with concentrated fruit juice as raw material.

The evaluation indicators of fruit wine including sensory evaluation, physicochemical indicator, safety indicator, flavor composition and efficacy are summarized, and the impact of each index on fruit wine quality and research progress are also introduced. Moreover, the quality improvement and the relative quality evaluation system of the fruit wine is prospected.

Objective: The fatigue strength of a new type of vertical retort under the cyclic load of heat engine was studied, especially the residual fatigue life of the pot body after the crack appeared and the factors affecting the fatigue crack propagation of the germicidal pot. Methods: The mechanical characteristics of retort under sterilization and three kinds of cyclic loads were analyzed by Workbench, the design fatigue life of the retort under three alternating stresses was studied based on the S-N curve. The effect of the initial crack size, pressure and temperature on the stress strength factor and residual fatigue life of the crack retort were studied based on fracture mechanics. Results: The design fatigue life of this type of vertical retort was calculated to be 5×105 times, which meet the design requirements, and has a certain safety margin. Based on the fracture mechanics analysis, the crack size life curve of the sterilization retort was obtained, and the residual life of the sterilization retort with defects was predicted, which had certain innovation. Conclusion: Attention should be paid to the occurrence and propagation of cracks in the pot during use. The strength analysis and life prediction analysis of crack defects in the sterilization retort can be carried out according to the method proposed in this paper and experiment.

Objective: Comprehensive utilization of Dianhong rose resources to improve the added value of products. Methods: The single-factor experiment and response surface experiment were used to optimize the extraction process of supercritical CO2 with essential oil yield as the measurement index. The composition and relative content of different rose oils were analyzed by GC-MS. The components and relative contents of different rose oils were analyzed by GC-MS, and the antioxidant activities of different rose oils were evaluated. Results: The results showed that the optimal extraction parameters were as followed: particle size of 40 mesh, extraction pressure of 25.5 MPa, extraction temperature of 45.5 ℃, extraction time of 123 min, CO2 flow rate of 20 L/h. Under these conditions, the essential oil yield of rose was 1.185%. A total of 74 compounds were identified from different Dianhong rose oil, and the total volatile substances of Anning Dianhong rose essential oil were the highest. The essential oil of Yunnan Dianhong rose had good ability to scavenge free radicals. The antioxidant activities of essential oil from different producing areas were obviously different. Conclusion: The essential oil extracted by supercritical CO2 has good quality and can be used as a natural antioxidant.

旨在为脂肪酸高产菌株的筛选和构建奠定理论基础，研究谷氨酸棒杆菌脂肪酸合成酶A（FasA）对大肠杆菌脂肪酸合成的影响，利用生物信息学软件预测分析了FasA的性质并构建过表达载体pXMJ19-fasA，转化至大肠杆菌进行表达,对表达诱导剂异丙基-β-D-硫代吡喃半乳糖苷（IPTG）浓度进行考察，并测定了异源表达后的脂肪酸组成。结果表明，重组菌株在IPTG浓度为1 mmol/L下诱导20 h，棕榈油酸和油酸产量分别达到1.735、2.325 mg/g，与对照菌株相比分别提高了53.95%和59.68%。研究结果说明FasA对大肠杆菌合成棕榈油酸和油酸有促进作用。 In order to lay a theoretical foundation for screening and constructing fatty acid high-yielding strains, the effects of Corynebacterium glutamicum fatty acid synthase A (FasA) on the synthesis of fatty acids in E. coli were studied, the properties of FasA were predicted and analyzed using bioinformatics software, moreover the overexpression vector pXMJ19-fasA was constructed and transformed into E. coli for expression, the concentration of expression inducer isopropyl-β-D-thiogalactoside (IPTG) was investigated and the fatty acid composition after heterologous expression was determined.The results showed that when the recombinant strain was induced under the IPTG concentration of 1 mmol/L for 20 h，the yield of palmitoleic acid and oleic acid reached 1.735，2.325 mg/g ，which increased by 53.95% and 59.68% respectively compared with the control strain. These results indicate that FasA can promote the synthesis of palmitoleic acid and oleic acid by E. coli.

Objective To investigate the outcomes of a novel direct pulp capping agent containing platelet-rich fibrin (PRF) and mineral trioxide aggregate (MTA). Methods A total of 32 New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into 4 groups, namely, the PRF+MTA group (P+M group), PRF group (P group), MTA group (M group) and blank control group (BC group), with 8 rabbits per group. Dental pulp exposure and direct pulp capping were performed, and complete crown square sealing was performed on 2 mandibular central incisor teeth of each rabbit. Four rabbits from each group were euthanized after each observation period (7 and 28 days). The experimental teeth were subjected to HE staining. Inflammatory cell infiltration, calcified bridge formation and pulp tissue disorganization were observed and graded. Results Inflammatory cell infiltration: on the 7th day, group P+M and group M were lighter than group BC (P0.05). Calcified bridge formation: on the 7th and 28th days, group P+M was lighter than group P, group M and group BC (P0.05). Conclusion The combination of PRF and MTA for direct pulp capping provided light inflammatory cell infiltration, stable pulp status and a strong ability of pulp tissue to form calcified bridge, and the calcified bridge resembled certain points of osteodentin.

With the increasing proportion of renewable energy and power electronic equipment in applications, new-type power systems are bringing more external excitation with growing intensity in the development towards electrification and cleanliness. In order to reveal the influences of random factors from external excitation on the stability of new-type power systems, this paper presents a methodology of stability analysis for power systems from the perspective of numerical ranges, focusing on the Gaussian and Poisson excitation. Firstly, stochastic characteristics of Gaussian and Poisson excitation are described respectively. Then, a stochastic dynamic model is given for power systems under Gaussian and Poisson excitation, and Milstein-Euler numerical calculation method is constructed based on the predictor-corrector approach to iteratively solve the established model. The final part involves a quantitative analysis on the influence to the stability of new-type power systems in varying excitation intensity. The correctness and rationality of the stochastic dynamic model for power systems under Gaussian and Poisson excitation and the Milstein-Euler numerical calculation method were verified through analysis of numerical examples. The model and method proposed may be used as a reference for modeling and simulation of power systems under the influence of random factors, to support safe operation and optimal control.

Rebar corrosion is the principal factor affecting the service performance of reinforced concrete (RC) structures. Corrosion reduces the effective area of rebars as well as performance, and weakens the pin bolt effect of rebar on concrete. In addition, when the rebar is severely rusted, the concrete cover breaks, and the bond behavior between reinforcement and concrete deteriorates, affecting the mechanical properties of RC structures. In this study, a three-dimensional numerical model for shear analysis incorporating the nonuniform corrosion of reinforcement was established using an RC beam as the research object. The effects of corrosion on the mechanical behavior of the RC beam were explored via a multistage analysis method (namely, corrosion-induced expansion stage and structural deterioration stage). To model and simulate the expansion of the corrosion products, nonuniform radial displacement was applied to the concrete surrounding the rebar. The cracking process and the damage patterns of concrete resulting from corrosion were obtained. Then, taking the corrosion state as the initial condition, the static load was applied to analyze the mechanical behavior of the RC beam. After verifying the rationality of the multistage numerical model, the effect of the corrosion of tensile reinforcement and the shear-span ratio on the shear behavior of concrete beams without web reinforcement was analyzed. The modeling analysis results show that the corrosion of longitudinal reinforcement causes obvious longitudinal corrosion fractures in the concrete beam. Moreover, with the development of corrosion, the cracking area of the protective layer increases, reducing the shear capacity of the beam significantly. Furthermore, the shear-span ratio has a larger effect on the shear capacity of noncorroded beams than that of corroded beams. Finally, based on the simulation results, the calculation formulas of shear capacity in relevant design codes were discussed, and a methodology for predicting the shear capacity of RC beams without web reinforcement was proposed.

Objective: In order to develop a sugar-free, antioxidant and low-cost bread. Methods: Guava leaf extract and neohesperidin dihydrochalcone were added as functional ingredients to the bread. The specific volume, texture, water retention and free radical scavenging capacity of bread were tested to analyze its quality and antioxidant capacity. Results: There was no obvious linear relationship between the additive amount of the guava leaf extract and the comprehensive quality of the bread, but the additive amount of guava extract was positively correlated with the total phenolic content, DPPH+ and hydroxyl radical scavenging of bread. When the additive amount of the guava leaf extract was 7.5%, the comprehensive quality of the produced bread was the best. The sensory evaluation reached 78.6 points and the total phenolic content, DPPH+ and hydroxyl radical scavenging rate of the bread were increased to 85%, 70.3% and 141.7%, respectively. The bread had a strong antioxidant capacity. Conclusion: The quality and the sensory score of sugar-free bread treated with Guava leaf extract were increased and the antioxidant capacity has been greatly improved.

Lithium-sulfur battery is a kind of energy storage system with high specific capacity, low production cost and environmental friendliness. It has great development potential and application prospect in portable electronic device energy storage. However, lithium-sulfur batteries still face the problems of low Coulomb efficiency and short lifespan in practical applications. This is mainly attributed to polysulfide shuttle effect, low electrical conductivity of S8 and Li2S and uncontrolled lithium dendrite growth. The inhibition of lithium dendrite growth and the inhibition of the reaction between soluble polysulfide and lithium can not only enhance the safety and electrochemical performance of lithium sulfur batteries, but also play an important role in high-capacity lithium sulfur batteries. In this paper, the development of lithium-sulfur battery is reviewed, and the progress of high-sulfur loaded lithium battery is introduced emphatically. By analyzing the mechanism, we can understand the operation mechanism of lithium sulfur battery and develop improvement methods, including the use of graded porous carbon for cathode and element doping to increase the sulfur loading rate of active substance and reduce the shuttle effect of polysulfide. The development of liquid and solid electrolyte systems and strategies to enhance anode stability are also introduced. In addition, we believe that in-depth understanding of the mechanism of lithium-sulfur batteries can strengthen the cognition of lithium-sulfur batteries and guide the future development of high-sulfur loaded lithium-sulfur batteries. At the same time, improving synergies between components can further advance lithium-sulfur battery technology from button batteries and flexible pack batteries to subsequent commercial scale applications.

BACKGROUND Leucosphenite, a borosilicate mineral with a biaxial monoclines crystal structure, is a typical hydrothermal mineral. The mineralogy of leucosphenite in the shale of the Fengcheng Formation in the Junggar Basin in China has not been studied, and its genesis is not clear. OBJECTIVES To understand the mineralogical characteristics of leucosphenite in the Fengcheng Formation and its genesis. METHODS Electron probe microanalysis (EPMA), energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS) and X-ray diffraction (XRD) were used to analyze the mineral composition and crystal structure. RESULTS The crystal size of the leucosphenite in the Fengcheng Formation is at micron scale, and the morphology is plate-like or short columnar. Leucosphenite is associated with reedmergnerite. Leucosphenite is composed of 12.64% BaO, 13.47%TiO2, 10.69% Na2O, 53.46% SiO2, and 10.11% B2O3. Crystal planes corresponding to d=4.22(-220), d=8.45(-110), d=3.37(-112) are the three most developed planes. CONCLUSIONS The element composition and crystal diffraction characteristics of leucosphenite in the Fengcheng Formation are consistent with that found abroad, but the former is richer in B. Due to the obvious positive correlation between B content and salinity in the hydrothermal fluid, the leucosphenite of the Fengcheng Formation was formed in the hydrothermal fluid with higher salinity. Deep hydrothermal fluids intruded into the shale of the Fengcheng Formation, forming reedmergnerite and leucosphenite in turn.

The effects of Mooney viscosity of raw rubbers (Mv) of SBR 1500 and SBR 1586 on the properties of SBR 1500 and SBR 1586, such as Mooney viscosity of rubber compounds (Mb), modulus at 300% 25 min (M25), modulus at 300% 35 min (M35), modulus at 300% 50 min (M50), tensile strength (Ts) and elongation at break (Eb) of vulcanizates were investigated. The results showed that with the increase of Mv, Mb, M25, M35, M50, Ts and Eb of SBR 1500 and SBR1586 all increased linearly. When Mv increased by 1 unit, Mb, M25, M35, M50, Ts and Eb of SBR 1500 increased by 1.17, 0.11 MPa, 0.27 MPa, 0.56 MPa, 0.16 MPa and 2.8% respectively, and Mb, M25, M35, M50, Ts and Eb of SBR 1586 increased by 1.00, 0.08 MPa, 0.10 MPa, 0.57 MPa, 0.20 MPa and 3.8%. When the increase ranges of Mv of SBR 1500 and SBR 1586 were the same, the growth rates of Mb, M25 and M35 of SBR 1500 were higher than those of SBR 1586, and the growth rate of M50 of SBR 1500 was equal to that of SBR 1586, while Ts and Eb of of SBR 1500 were lower than those of SBR 1586.

Background and purpose: Adjuvant radiotherapy for breast cancer after early breast-conserving surgery has been recommended by the guidelines. However, the feasibility of hypofractionated radiotherapy with simultaneous integrated boost is not available. In this randomized controlled study, the cardiac dosimetry parameters and cardiac ultrasound indexes of the two radiotherapy plans were compared to evaluate the safety of hypofractionated radiotherapy with simultaneous integrated boost plan in terms of cardiotoxicity. Methods: A total of 40 patients with breast cancer who received breast-conserving surgery were selected in Zhongshan Hospital, Fudan University from March 2017 to March 2018. They were randomly divided into two groups, including 20 patients reveiving hypofractionated radiotherapy with simultaneous integrated boost plan (whole breast 4 005 cGy/15 Fx, tumor bed 4 500 cGy/15 Fx) and 20 patients reveiving conventional fractionation with simultaneous integrated boost plan (whole breast 5 000 cGy/25 Fx, tumor bed 6 000 cGy/25 Fx). The cardiac dosimetric parameters and cardiac ultrasound indexes of the two groups were compared. The dosimetric parameters included the average doses (Dmean) of the whole heart, left ventricle, right ventricle, right ventricular free wall, ventricular septum and left anterior descending (LAD) coronary artery, and the relative volume fraction of each structure irradiated by 5-35 Gy (V5 Gy-V35 Gy). The follow-up indexes of echocardiography included aortic root diameter, left atrial diameter, left ventricular end diastolic diameter, left ventricular end systolic diameter, ventricular septal thickness, left ventricular posterior wall thickness, pulmonary artery systolic pressure, left ventricular ejection fraction, E peak, A peak, E-peak deceleration time (DT), E, A, E/A and S wave peak. In addition, the cosmetic effect on breast after radiotherapy in the two groups was also evaluated. Results: Dmean of the whole heart in the hypofractionated group and the conventional group were (471.86±170.54) and (733.07±79.11) cGy (P0.05); Dmean of left ventricle were (908.64±865.60) vs (946.93±116.13) cGy (P>0.05). Dmean of right ventricle were (590.37±197.99) vs (905.73±180.82) cGy (P0.05). There was no significant difference in cosmetic effect between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion: Compared with the conventional fractionation plan, hypofractionated radiotherapy with simultaneous integrated boost significantly reduced the radiation dose of the whole heart and some cardiac substructures, and there were no abnormal cardiac ultrasound indexes during one-year follow-up. The dose fractionation method in this study is safe and feasible. Limiting the whole heart dose alone can not effectively protect LAD, so it is recommended to outline the cardiac substructure and limit the dose alone to better protect the heart.

【Background and objective】 Evapotranspiration is an important component in the hydrological cycle and provides a nexus between water, carbon and surface energy exchanges in terrestrial systems. It is difficult to measure in situ at large scales. Remote sensing can plug this gap and has seen rapid application over the past three decades. The purpose of this paper is to test the feasibility of remote sensing to estimate evapotranspiration at provincial and sub-provincial scales in Guangxi province of China. 【Method】 We established a model to calculate evapotranspiration using remote sensing data first and then compared it with ground-true data. It was then used to estimate the net irrigation water measured at different scales using a regression model. Based on the correlation coefficient between the measurements and estimations at different scales, we found the optimal scale for application of the model and established an accurate and effective method to estimate net irrigation water using remote sensing data. 【Result】 There is a linear correlation between net irrigation water and the remote sensing evapotranspiration at both provincial and sub-provincial scale, and the correlation coefficient was higher than 0.8. Comparison with measured results revealed that the errors of the evapotranspiration estimated using the remote sensing data was less than 0.5% at provincial and sub- provincial scales. 【Conclusion】 At large scales, remote sensing provides a reliable alternative to estimate evapotranspiration and be used to help improve irrigation and agricultural managements.

ObjectiveIn order to achieve the authenticity and quality identification of rice bean processed food, qualitative real-time fluorescent polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and quantitive droplet digital PCR (ddPCR) methods were established for adzuki bean ingredients misused or mixed in rice bean processed food.MethodsSpecific primers and probes for qualitative real-time fluorescent PCR were designed according to their conserved sequences in genomic DNA, as well as universal primers and probe for quantification of adzuki bean ingredient in rice bean processed foods using duplex droplet digital PCR. Then a linear formula of mass ratio-DNA copy was established.ResultsThe LODs of real-time fluorescent PCR for rice bean and adzuki bean were 0.1 and 0.01ng/μL separately, and the LOQs of ddPCR for both were 6 copies/μL. Accurate quantification of adzuki bean ingredient with a mass ratio from 5% to 80% in rice bean processed foods therefore could be achieved.ConclusionThis method could be used for qualitative and mass ratio quantification determination of adzuki bean ingredients in rice bean processed food.

The surface topography of parts serves as a crucial role for machining quality. In order to achieve accurately prediction of the surface topography of precision milling, a surface topography simulation method based on wavelet packet analysis and frequency spectrum analysis of cutting vibration is proposed in this paper. In the paper, firstly, the ball-end milling is taken as the research object and the motion trace model of cutting edge changing with time based on the workpiece coordinate system is established. And then the vibration equation obtained by wavelet packet analysis and spectrum analysis is put into the model. Finally, the surface topography of the part is simulated and predicted by employing MATLAB. The comparisons between simulation and trial experiments suggest that the accuracy of the surface topography simulation prediction model based on wavelet packet analysis and frequency spectrum analysis of vibration signal offers a reference for the actual processing and production.

Objective To explore the key points of clinical diagnosis and treatment of three mesiobuccal root canals. Methods In the procedure of endodontic therapy for the upper left second molar with pulpitis, through root canal exploration under a dental microscope and cone beam CT (CBCT)-assisted imaging examination, it was confirmed that the left upper second molar contained 3 roots and 5 root canals, among which the third root canal existed in the mesiobuccal root. Combined with perfect root canal preparation, cleaning, disinfection, filling and minimally invasive inlay repair, the clinical symptoms were eliminated. The patients were followed up and the related literatures were reviewed. Results One- and two-year follow-ups showed that the tooth had no discomfort and could be used normally. X-ray revealed that the filling was complete, and the periapical tissue was normal. The results of the literature review showed that the incidence of three mesiobuccal root canals in maxillary second molars was 0.11%-4.2%. It is difficult to find additional root canals only by X-ray imaging. Dentists should further determine the number and anatomical shape of root canals by CBCT and operating microscopy. When there are three mesiobuccal root canals in maxillary molars, dentists should avoid overpreparation. Healthy tooth tissue is the key to good prognosis. Conclusion During root canal therapy, clinicians should consider the anatomical variation of the root canal, should always be alert to the existence of an extra root canal, and should use CBCT, operating microscopy, ultrasound and various auxiliary instruments to locate and treat the variant root canal.

乙酰辅酶A羧化酶是谷氨酸棒杆菌中调控脂肪酸合成的关键酶。为了研究乙酰辅酶A羧化酶α亚基（accBC）基因对脂肪酸合成的影响，以accBC表达的菌株重组谷氨酸棒杆菌G-BC为材料，研究了诱导剂异丙基-β-D-硫代半乳糖苷（IPTG）浓度、培养时间、培养温度对重组谷氨酸棒杆菌G-BC脂肪酸产量的影响，并通过响应面法优化了重组谷氨酸棒杆菌G-BC产脂肪酸的培养条件，同时与原始菌株脂肪酸产量进行了对比。结果表明：重组谷氨酸棒杆菌G-BC产脂肪酸的最佳条件为诱导剂浓度1 mmol/L 、培养时间20 h、培养温度32 ℃，在此条件下脂肪酸产量为34.56 mg/g（以菌体干质量计），比原始菌株提高了1.68倍。说明乙酰辅酶A羧化酶α亚基对于谷氨酸棒杆菌合成脂肪酸有促进作用。 Acetyl-CoA carboxylase is a key enzyme regulating fatty acid synthesis in Corynebacterium glutamicum. In order to study the effect of acetyl-CoA carboxylase α subunit (accBC) gene on fatty acid synthesis,the recombinant Corynebacterium glutamicum G-BC(expression strain of accBC) was used as raw material, the effects of inducer(isopropyl-β-D-thiogalactopyranoside,IPTG) concentration, culture time and culture temperature on the yield of fatty acid were studied. Moreover, the culture conditions for fatty acid production of recombinant Corynebacterium glutamicum G-BC were optimized by response surface methodology. The fatty acid yield of the original strain and the recombinant strain was also compared.The results showed that the optimal culture conditions were obtained as follows: inducer concentration 1 mmol/L, culture time 20 h, and culture temperature 32 ℃. Under these conditions, the yield of fatty acid was 34.56 mg/g（based on dry weight of bacteria）, which was 1.68 times higher than original strain. The accBC can promote the synthesis of fatty acid by Corynebacterium glutamicum.

Graphite carbon nitride (g-C3N4) is a visible light responsive semiconductor material with the advantages of high stability, low cost, high adjustability of structure and property. With the continuous development of green and non-secondary pollution photocatalytic technology, g-C3N4has gradually become a research hotspot in the field of environment and energy science. Nevertheless, the bare g-C3N4 exhibits relatively low photocatalytic efficiency, which is due to the rapid recombination of photogenerated charge carriers and low visible light utilization efficiency. Among many modification methods, heterogeneous coupling is considered to be an effective method to improve the photocatalytic performance of g-C3N4. In recent years, with different inorganic semiconductors, precious metals, and carbon materials, heterogeneously coupled with g-C3N4, the researchers promoted the transfer efficiency of photoelectrons in the photocatalytic system, broadened the absorption range of visible light of g-C3N4-based photocatalysts, and enhanced the catalytic stability and structure regulation of g-C3N4. The catalytic mechanism of heterogeneous photocatalysts and construction of heterogeneous photocatalytic system based on g-C3N4 were summarized, the research progress of g-C3N4-based heterojunction in degradation of environmental pollutants was discussed. Finally, the prospect of designing excellent g-C3N4-based photocatalyst and their applications in photocatalytic degradation of dyes,organic pollutants and reduction of toxic heavy metals with excellent performance and its prospect in the field of environmental pollutant removal were prospected.

Epicardial adipose tissue (EAT) is a fat reservoir close to the myocardium and visceral pericardium. It has special anatomical and physiological characteristics. The volume and deposition site of EAT are closely related to the occurrence and development of atrial fibrillation (AF). This article discusses the connotation of the traditional Chinese medicine theory, " yang transforming qi and yin shaping up the body", and holds that the essence of abnormal accumulation of EAT is " yang transforming qi deficiency and yin constituting form too much". Yin pathogen gradually accumulates, local yin and yang imbalance occurs, and abnormal secretion occurs. With the extension of time, the intrinsic yang heat is accompanied and becomes increasingly exuberant. Finally, yin is difficult to control yang, resulting in EAT infiltrating normal tissues, inducing and promoting the occurrence and progression of AF. Under the guidance of this theory, when distinguishing the amount of yin and yang between the body and EAT, considering the ability of " yang transforming qi" and " yin constituting form" in the whole and part, the method of supporting yang and eliminating yin should be reasonably selected. At the beginning of the disease, it is mainly to restore " yang transforming qi". By avoiding the accumulation of evil from the yin, it dissipates the body of the yin that has become. When the disease progresses, it is necessary to " eliminate pathogenic factor", supplemented by different treatment methods such as eliminating dampness, activating qi, and promoting blood circulation. Furthermore, the whole course of the disease should take care of the patient's deficiency, pay attention to strengthening yang and tonifying the healthy qi, and eliminate yin and evil promptly to improve clinical efficacy. To study the inheritance of agricultural characteristics and lint yield traits in upland cotton parents and F1 crosses can provide the reference for breeding workers to select and improve certain traits. Four agronomic characters and four yield traits of 130 varieties (lines) and their 206 F1 crosses of upland cotton were analyzed on additive and effects by a genetic model with additive, dominance, and their interaction effects with the environment, genetic contribution analysis and decision coefficient analysis were conducted on the observation results. The results showed that these traits had rich genetic diversity with the coefficient of variation of the eight traits of the parents ranging from 5.54% to 50.83%, and the F1 crosses ranging from 3.96% to 55.87%. The additive contribution rate of agronomic traits (except for the first fruit branch node position to yield) to yield traits reached a very significant level (contribution rate was 4%--100%), and the additive contribution rate and dominant contribution rate of five petal boll rate and plant height to the boll number and boll weight and the contribution rate of dominant x environmental interaction reached a positive and significant level above 0.01. The genetic effects controlled by additive effects included the height of the first fruit branch, plant height, five petal boll rate, boll weight, and lint percentage, with lint percentage being the largest. Except for the small additive effect, plant height exhibits significant differences in dominant and additive effects x environmental interaction effects, dominance x environmental interaction effect and the generalized heritability of interaction were the maximum. The main decision-making and limiting traits for improving the lint yield in hybrid offspring of upland cotton had been identified. The coefficient of variation of upland cotton was relatively large. The five petal boll rate and plant height played a more important role in increasing the boll number and boll weight per plant. The Yichun area of Heilongjiang Province is tectonically located in the Xiaoxinganling-Zhangguangcailing arc-basin system in the eastern Xingan-Mongolian orogenic belt, with multiple-stage magmatic activities occurred in Mesozoic, which has recorded the tectonic evolution of arc-basin system. The paper studies in detail the petrology, geochemistry and chronology of the Mesozoic granites in Baihuaqingniandui area of northern Yichun. The results show that the Mesozoic granites exposed in the area mainly include fine-medium-grained syenogranite and porphyritic monzogranite. The LA-ICP-MS zircon U-Pb dating yields the age of 190.6±1.7 Ma, indicating the fine-medium-grained syenogranite was formed in the Early Jurassic. Lithogeochemically, the granites are characterized by high Si, rich in alkali, poor in Mg, Ca, P and Ti, with the A/CNK value of 1.05-1.15, belonging to peraluminous, high potassium calc-alkaline series, and depletion ofHFSEs (Nb, Ti and P) and LILEs (Ba and Sr), and enrichment of elements such as Rb, IK, Th and Hf. The REE patterns show asymmetrically right-dipping type, with obvious negative Eu anomaly. These geochemical characteristics reveal that the Early Jurassic granites in the area are typically of A2-type, formed in the post-orogenic extensional tectonic setting. Combined with the magmatic activities and tectonic events in Xiaoxinganling Mountains, it is believed that the Early Jurassic magmatic emplacement in Yichun area may have occurred under the post-orogenic extensional tectonic background caused by the westward subduction of paleo-Pacific Plate. Objective To establish a method using supramolecular solvent and gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry （GC-MS/MS） to analyze 9 benzodiazepines in urines. Methods Urine samples containing 9 benzodiazepines reference substance were subjected to liquid-liquid extractions with supramolecular solvent, which consisted of tetrahydrofuran and 1-hexanol. The solvent layer was evaporated to dryness by stream of nitrogen. The residue was reconstituted with methanol, and GC-MS/MS analysis was performed on it. The way of data collection was multiple reaction monitoring （MRM） mode; internal standard method was employed for quantification. Results In urine samples, when the range of mass concentration was 1- 100 ng/mL for diazepam, midazolam, flunitrazepam and clozapine, 5- 100 ng/mL for lorazepam and alprazolam, 2-100 ng/mL for nitrazepam and clonazepam, and 0.2-100 ng/mL for estazolam, respectively, good linearities were obtained, correlation coefficients were 0.999 1-0.999 9, the lower limits of the quantifications ranged from 0.2 to 5 ng/mL, the extraction recovery rates were 81.12%- 99.52%. The intra-day precision［relative standard deviation（RSD）］and accuracy（bias）were lower than 9.86% and 9.51%, respectively; the inter-day precision（RSD）and accuracy（bias）were lower than 8.74% and 9.98% , respectively. Nine drugs in urine samples showed good stability at ambient temperature and -20 ℃ within 15 days. The mass concentrations of alprazolam in urine samples obtained from 8 volunteers who took alprazolam tablets orally within 8-72 h after ingestions ranged from 6.54 to 88.28 ng/mL.

Objective To investigate the infection of Helicobacter pylori (Hp) and its resistance to six kinds of antibiotics in Shenzhen. Methods Urease test and Hp cultivation were performed in 5 080 patients with gastrointestinal discomfort in three hospitals in Shenzhen, and antibiotic sensitivity test of agar dilution was performed. Results Among the 5 080 patients, a total of 3 203 patients were Hp positive, with a positive rate of 63.05%. The resistance rate of 3 203 Hp strains to antibiotics was metronidazole (MNZ)(99.6%),amoxicillin(AMX)(30.5%),clarithromycin(CAM)(10.6%), doxycycline (DOX) (0.3%), furazolidone(FR) (0.2%), and levofloxacin(LVX) (0.1%). The rates of total sensitivity to Hp was 0.18%, single drug resistance, double and multiple drug resistance were 62.06%, 33.94% and 3.81%, respectively. MNZ and AMX had the highest double drug resistance (26.69%), while MNZ, CAM and AMX had the highest triple drug resistance (3.68%). The age ≤40 years seems to be a factor for single antibiotic resistance, while the age ＞40 years is a risk factor for double antibiotic resistance of Hp strain. Gender is an influence factor of Hp strain on CAM and single and double antibiotic resistance. Conclusions Hp has a high infection rate and high resistance to MNZ, followed by AMX and CAM.

The basic structure, working principle, and the development process and research status of resistive random access memory (RRAM) were outlined. Material systems, including dielectric materials, electrode materials, and substrate materials, as well as broad trends and recent researches of flexible RRAM were summarized; the performance characteristics of flexible RRAM, including storage performance and mechanics performance, were analyzed. The significance and challenge of developing flexible RRAM were explicated. Problems existing in this area and possible approaches to the problems were also put forward. It was concluded that the highly conductive stretchable electrode and the steadily stored stretchable dielectric are primary direction in the future.

The former is of great significance to the energy consumption caused by friction, which is directly related to the service reliability and life of the components in the mechanical field. The latter is very important for the management and application of the final generation of thermal energy in the process of energy conversion.Combination of them exists widely in fields such as aerospace, automobile machinery, etc.Addition of nano-materials into working fluid can not only significantly improve the thermal conductivity of heat transfer fluids, but also achieve anti-wear and lubrication of mechanical parts, showing excellent mechanical and thermal comprehensive properties. Nanofluids are a good working medium for both aspects.In this paper, in view of the hotspot of graphene nanofluids, the theoretical basis and method of dispersion of graphene nanofluids were reviewed, and the factors affecting the suspension stability of graphene nanofluids were investigated.The thermal conductivity mechanism, the influencing factors and the current progress of graphene nanofluids were analyzed. The main reasons for the non-large-scale application of nanofluids were analyzed. The progress of graphene as an additive in the field of lubrication was reviewed. Finally, the application design of graphene nanofluid synergistically enhanced heat transfer and antifriction lubrication was proposed. In the current spacecraft and other applications, due to the lack of extensive research on the thermal mechanical coupling performance of graphene nanofluids and the stability of spacecraft and long-term operational reliability, future research should be based on the current aerospace heat transfer medium and focus on the targeted design of nanoparticles.The research on dynamic flow heat transfer performance and loop life based on space environment should be carried out, which will lay a theoretical foundation and provide technical support for the future application of nanofluids in the spacecrafts.

Objective To investigate the learning needs of communication training between Intensive Care Unit(ICU) nurses and patients families in Peking Union Medical College Hospital. Methods The Department of Critical Care Medicine of Peking Union Medical College Hospital distributed questionnaires to 143 nurses working in the department, and scored whether nurses had negative experience in communicating with patients'families, confidence in building harmonious relationship and the need for training. Results A total of 138 questionnaires were obtained. 46.4% of nurses in ICU think they sometimes or often encounter negative experiences in their work. Only 30.4% of nurses were very confident or confident in their communication skills. As much as 83.3% of nurses believed that they should be trained in communication with patients family members. Conclusions Communication training is very important for intensive care nurses.

SmFeO3powders were synthesized by carbon adsorption co-precipitation method. The as-prepared samples were characterized by TG-DTA analysis, X-ray diffraction, UV-Vis absorption spectra and transmission electron microscopy, respectively. The photocatalytic activity of SmFeO3 powders was investigated under visible light irradiation of dysprosium lamp with methyl orange (MO) as the target pollutant. The results show that SmFeO3 powders are obtained with less agglomeration, small particle size and uniform distribution due to the addition of carbon black. The absorption wavelength of SmFeO3 shifts toward the long wavelength and the absorption intensity of SmFeO3 enhances in the ultraviolet and visible regions. The degradation rate of SmFeO3 powder prepared by carbon adsorption co-precipitation method reaches 82% within 60 min, which is 2.6 times of samples synthesized by precipitation method. The photocatalytic effects are significantly enhanced.

Phenol functionalized liquid 1,2-PB (1,2-PB-g-CA) was prepared by grafting bio based cardanol (CA) onto 1,2-polybutadiene rubber (1,2-PB) by olefin metathesis. The results showed that CA was successfully grafted onto polybutadiene, and the graft product with more than 10% functionality could be obtained in the open system. The dispersion of silica in the matrix could be improved by using 1,2-PB-g-CA as plasticizer in the butadiene-styrene rubber tread formulation filled with silica. At the same time, the existence of hydroxyl group of the modified oligomer was conducive to increasing the interaction between silica and rubber matrix. The vulcanizate had low rolling resistance and heat generation performance.

Biomass liquefaction is an useful technique to realize the high-value conversion and recycling uses of agricultural and forestry waste, as well as for substituting chemical feedstocks. In this paper, the organic solvent liquefaction method was used to liquefy bagasse lignin. The effects of different liquefaction parameters (catalyst dosage, liquid-solid ratio, liquefaction temperature, liquefaction time) on the liquefaction efficiency of bagasse lignin were explored, and its liquefaction products were also characterized. The results showed that the optimized process parameters for liquefaction of bagasse lignin were as follows: the liquefaction temperature was 150, the liquefaction time was 1 h, the liquid-solid ratio was 3:1, the catalyst dosage was 15%, and the residue rate of bagasse lignin was 0.87%. Under the combined action of phenol and sulfuric acid, bagasse lignin was degraded from its original spherical and spherical concave structure into residual particles. The ether bonds and the carbon-carbon bonds connecting the macromolecular structure of bagasse lignin were broken in different ways during the liquefaction process, such as pyrolysis, dehydration, dehydrogenation, deoxygenation, and decarboxylation. Subsequently, small molecular fragments in the liquefied intermediate products rearranged through condensation, hydroxyl methylation, and etherification reactions. Objective:To explore the levels of miR-454-3p and STAT3 in nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) tissues, as well as the effect of miR-454-3p targeting STAT3 on the process of epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) in NPC cells. Methods:NPC tissue and healthy tissue were collected in five cases from the Affiliated Hospital of Youjiang Medical University for Nationalities and Baise People's Hospital from June to August 2023. qRT-PCR detected the expression of miR-454-3p and STAT3 in each tissue sample. Untreated NPC cells CNE-2 was used as a blank control group (Blank group) . miR-454-3p mimics, mimics NC (negative control), miR-454-3p inhibitor and inhibitor NC (negative control) were transfected into CNE-2 cells by LipofectamineTM 3000 as miR-454-3p mimics group, mimics NC group, miR-454-3p inhibitor group and inhibitor NC group. The targeting relationship of miR-454-3p and STAT3 was predicted by Targetscan and confirmed by the dual-luciferase assay. The transfection efficiency and STAT3 mRNA levels were assessed using qRT-PCR following transfection. Wound healing and transwell experiments were executed to assess cell migratory and invasive abilities. The expression levels of STAT3 and proteins associated with EMT were assessed using Western blot analysis. Results:The expression of miR-454-3p was reduced in NPC tissues relative to healthy tissues, while the expression of STAT3 was elevated (all P<0.001) . The dual-luciferase assay findings indicated that miR-454-3p targeting regulates expression of STAT3 (P<0.001) . Compared to both the blank group and mimics NC group, STAT3, N-cadherin, and Vimentin expressions of the miR-454-3p mimics group were reduced. Conversely, it exhibited an increase in E-cadherin expression. The migratory and invasive capabilities of the cells were weakened (all P<0.05) . Compared to the blank group and inhibitor NC group, the expressions of STAT3, N-cadherin, and Vimentin in the miR-454-3p inhibitor group were upregulated. In contrast, the expression of E-cadherin was downregulated. Cells showed both enhanced migratory and invasive capacity (all P<0.05) . Conclusion:In NPC tissues, miR-454-3p demonstrated downregulation, whereas STAT3 exhibited upregulation. Notably, within CNE-2 human NPC cells, miR-454-3p significantly reduced STAT3 activity and effectively suppressed cell invasion and migration. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

BACKGROUND The analysis and testing process of high-phosphorus iron ore requires quality control of standard materials with similar matrix components, moderate content and fixed value components. At present, there are no certified reference materials available for high-phosphorus iron ore chemical composition analysis in China. The available iron ore reference materials in China and abroad have different matrix compositions and phosphorus contents. Phosphorus content is mostly less than 0.25%, while phosphorus content in high-phosphorus iron ore is higher than 0.25%. It is difficult to meet the analytical quality control requirements of high-phosphorus iron ore products with these reference materials. OBJECTIVES To develop three high-phosphorus iron ore reference materials with contents of iron and phosphorus forming a certain gradient and covering the content range of high phosphorus iron ore. CANDIDATES CHARACTERISTICS The sample GPFe-1 is composed of 40% metallic minerals, 25% quartz, 15% colloidal phosphate, 20% oolitic chlorite, clay mineral, apatite, carbonate minerals, rock debris and a small amount of organic matter. The metal minerals are hematite, limonite and pyrite.The contents of iron and phosphorus are 31%-37% and 0.1%-0.5%, respectively. The sample GPFe-2 consists of 40% hematite, 5% limonite, 55% gangue mineral, and minor collophanite and pyrite. The iron and phosphorus contents in GPFe-2 are 38%-44% and 0.6%-1.0%, respectively. The sample GPFe-3 is composed of 70% metallic minerals (hematite, limonite, pyrite), 5% quartz, 1% collophane, 3% chlorite, 1% cuttings, and minor apatite and calcite. The contents of iron and phosphorus in this sample are 48%-55% and 1.4%-2.0%, respectively. METHODS The samples of high-phosphorus iron ores were collected from the western Hubei Yelangping mining area in Zigui county of Yichang city, the Enshi Changling mining area (Wuhan iron and steel corporation mining area), and the Huoshaoping mining area in Changyang county of Yichang city (Bao Steel Group Changyang mining area). Uniformity and stability were tested for 25 components of SiO2, Al2O3, TiO2, P, K2O, Na2O, Fe, MnO, CaO, MgO, FeO, LOI, S, Cu, Pb, Zn, Cr, Ni, Co, Cd, Sr, Ba, V, As and Hg. Uniformity test was evaluated by variance analysis F test and relative standard deviation of test results. Stability test was evaluated by linear fitting and t-test. RESULTS Three samples were homogeneous and stable. The RSD of major elements and trace elements of 3 samples was less than 5%. The F value of variance test was less than the critical value F0.05(24, 25)=1.96, indicating that all the components of 3 samples were homogeneous. The stability test showed that the components of 3 samples had no directional change and statistically significant differences, indicating that the elements in the 3 samples were stable. The verified value was tested by 11 laboratories and by two or more different principles. The verified value components included 25 major elements and trace elements. Three components of Na2O, S and Hg of GPFe-1 had reference values, whereas other 22 components had certified values and uncertainties. The contents of iron and phosphorus in GPFe-1 were 35.18%±0.20% and 0.285%±0.010%, respectively. Two components of Cd and Hg in GPFe-2 had reference values, and other 23 components had certified values and uncertainties. The contents of iron and phosphorus in GPFe-2 were 41.46%±0.20% and 0.735%±0.020%, respectively. Two components of FeO and Hg in GPFe-3 had reference values, while other 23 components had certified values and uncertainties. The contents of iron and phosphorus in GPFe-3 were 51.44%±0.13% and 1.73%±0.05%, respectively. CONCLUSIONS The developed high-phosphorus iron ore reference materials meet the requirements for exploration, evaluation, and comprehensive utilization of high-phosphorus iron ore.

BACKGROUND Generally, the content of Se in groundwater is lower than 1μg/L. Mass interferences caused by polyatomic species and low ionization degree can seriously affect the accuracy for determination of trace and ultratrace Se in groundwater by Inductively Coupled Plasma-Mass Spectrometry (ICP-MS). Moreover, the current detection limit is higher than required for practical purposes. OBJECTIVES To establish DRC-ICP-MS method for determination of trace selenium in groundwater. METHODS Ethanol was used as a signal enhancer, methane was used as a reaction gas. The factors that affect different mass determination, including methane flow, ethanol content, atomizing gas flow rate, low mass interception (RPq), RF generator (Rf) power, ion residence time were discussed and optimized. RESULTS Ethanol can increase response values, whereas ethanol and methane can obviously eliminate the mass spectrometry interference. Under the optimized conditions, except 74Se, calibration curves show a good relationship (R > 0.9996). The method detection limits are 0.02-0.03μg/L, the relative standard deviation (RSD, n=5) is lower than 2%, and the average spiked recovery is 95.7%. CONCLUSIONS The method has simple pretreatment and single equipment, which can meet the requirements for determination of trace selenium in large quantities of groundwater.

Carboxyl-modified 1,2-polybutadiene (1,2-PB) was prepared by photoinitiation thiol olefin click chemistry method at room temperature. The results showed that 3-mercaptopropionic acid was successfully grafted onto 1,2-PB, and the carboxyl functionality was adjustable in a wide range of 0~46.2%. And the intensity of hydrogen bond could be controlled by adjusting the content of carboxyl group on the molecular chain, so that the glass transition temperature of the polymer could be increased from -2.1 ℃ to 26.3 ℃. The tensile strength of the unfilled rubber could reach 15.5 MPa, and the elongation at break was more than 350%. The effective damping temperature range of the material was widened from -8.28-3.83 ℃ to 23.63-73.03 ℃. The high carboxyl grafting rate in 1,2-PB/COOH endowed the material with excellent metal adhesion, and the remaining double bonds in the molecular chain could also be co-vulcanized with the butadiene styrene rubber matrix, which made it had excellent adhesion with the rubber layer.

Over the past 70 years since the founding of the People’s Republic of China, great changes have been seen in the financial industry in terms of its nature, function, scale, structure and other features. It has experienced six stages of development, namely, inception and consolidation, arduous growth, exploration and restructuring, segmentation, fictitious economy orientation, and real economy promotion and risk prevention. The precipitate phases of electron beam welded joint in GH141/GH907 superalloy dissimilar materials were studied by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscope (TEM) and energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS). The welded joint contains GH141 heat affected zone, GH907 heat affected zone and weld area. The results indicate that there is no new precipitate phase in the heat affected zones of electron beam welding. Under the current heat treatment process, the precipitate phases of GH141 heat affected zone are square granular γ′ phases which are covered in matrix densely, thick massive MC type carbides with random distribution and the M6C type carbides which are precipitated mostly in the grain boundaries. Precipitate phases of GH907 heat affected zone are needle shaped ε phases covered in matrix densely and block G phases Nb3Ni2Si which are dispersed distribution. Precipitate phases of weld area are different from the two kinds of welding materials. One of them is a new needle shaped phase which has parallel or staggered distribution, and the other one is a tiny square or ellipsoid granular new precipitate phase which is proved to be orthogonal crystal system NbTi4 phase.

This article mainly introduces the design and implementation of the virtual reality training system which has been promoted and applied in China Southern Power Grid Company Limited and has got a good effect.

1-(2,3,4,6-tetra-O-acetyl-β-D-glucopyranosyl)-3-butylimidazolium bromide (compound 2) was synthesized with 1-bromobutane and 1-(2,3,4,6-tetra-O-acetyl-β-D-glucopyranosyl) imidazole (compound 1), which is a glucose-derived chiral N-heterocyclic carbene precursor. Multiple chiral carbon atoms in compound 2 lead to quite complex nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectra. In this study, we analyzed compound 2 using elemental analysis, infrared absorption spectroscopy (IR), liquid chromatography-high resolution mass spectrometry (LC-HRMS), and assigned the 1H NMR and 13C NMR signals with one-dimensional (1D) and two-dimensional (2D) NMR spectroscopy, including 1H NMR, 13C NMR, DEPT135, DEPT90, DEPT45, COSY, 1H-13C HSQC and 1H-13C HMBC.

The Kulun complex, mainly composed of Late Paleozoic meta-volcanic rocks, has been newly discovered in Kulun Qi area on the border between Liaoning and Inner Mongolia in the east part of the northern margin of North China Plate. The profile survey confirms the rock association of Kulun complex including tuff, andesite and metasedimentary rock. The zircon LA-ICP-MS U-Pb isotope test for the tuff shows 391.0±3.7 Ma, indicating the formation age of Middle Devonian. The geochemical characteristics show that the complex was formed in later island arc environment. The tectonic evolution process of the Paleozoic accretionary orogenic belt in the east part of the northern margin of North China Plate is established through the study of the newly discovered Middle Devonian Kulun complex and related Paleozoic sedimentary events, magmatic events and deformation, combined with the research results of the Paleozoic complex, magmatic rocks and volcanic sedimentary strata in the area. The orogenic belt has experienced the Silurian active continental margin stage, Devonian arc-continental collision stage, Carboniferous-Middle Permian active continental margin stage and Late Permian collision orogenic stage. The Silurian Fangjiatun and Xibiehe rock formations were formed in the back-arc basin environment, indicating the study area was in the active continental margin environment during the Ordovician-Silurian. The volcano-sedimentation of the Devonian Kulun complex is the result of arc-continent collision, accompanied by magmatic activity under extensional background. The study area underwent pull-apart again under the post-collision extension background, and received the deposits of Baijiadian rock formation and Jiujuzi rock formation in the Carboniferous-Middle Permian, leading to the formation of the volcanic island arc of Tongjiatun rock formation. In the Late Permian, continent-continent collision occurred with the closure of Paleo-Asian Ocean, and the post-orogeny continued to the Triassic. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The study was conducted to compare the effects of different forms of nano-zinc oxide on the growth performance, immune function, and intestinal barrier of weaned piglets. A total of 192 weaned piglets aged 24 days (half in male and female), with an average weight of (7.47 ± 0.62) kg were randomly divided into four groups, with six replicates in each group and eight piglets in each replicate. The control group was fed a basal diet, and the experimental group I, group II and group III were fed with 2 000 mg/kg nano-zinc oxide, 500 mg/kg coated nano-zinc oxide, 1 000 mg/kg coated nano-zinc oxide, respectively. The experiment lasted for 14 days. The results showed that the total effective rate of nano zinc oxide was 7.12%, which was lower than that of coated nano zinc oxide (78.54%). All forms of nano zinc oxide significantly increased the final weight and average daily gain of weaned piglets (P<0.05), and significantly decreased the ratio of feed to gain and diarrhea rate (P<0.05), with the best effects observed in the experiment group III. Compared with the control group, the levels of immunoglobulin M and immunoglobulin A in the serum of weaned piglets in all experimental groups were significantly increased (P<0.05), and the secretion of immunoglobulin in the cecum and colon was significantly elevated in the experiment group I and experiment group III (P<0.05). Different forms of nano zinc oxide significantly decreased the serum diamine oxidase activity and endotoxin content in weaned piglets (P<0.05). The study indicates that dietary supplementation of nano zinc oxide and coated nano zinc oxide of weaned piglets can promote growth, reduce diarrhea rate, enhance immune function, and improve intestinal barrier function. The use of a total mixed diet can not only solve the problem of nutritional instability of cattle and sheep feed, improve production efficiency, but also make full use of agricultural and industrial by-products, protect the environment, and achieve green, healthy and sustainable development of the cattle and sheep industry. Chromium is a necessary trace element for livestock and plays an important role in animal metabolism, which mainly exists in the form of trivalent chromium. As a component of glucose tolerance factor (GTF), it is to promote the function of insulin, participate in the metabolism of glucose, lipid, nucleic acid and protein. It can lower blood sugar, reduce fat deposition, maintain RNA structural integrity, and promote amino acid absorption and transport. Chromium is widely used in livestock production, and it has a good effect on regulating organism homeostasis and alleviating animal stress. In dairy cow production, chromium can regulate rumen pH value, the concentration of ammonia nitrogen (NH3-N) and volatile fatty acid (VFA). It can relieve heat stress, enhance the immunity of dairy cows, improve postpartum negative energy balance and promote postpartum recovery of dairy cows through blood sugar regulation. The reproductive performance of dairy cows is affected by regulating reproductive hormone levels. Based on the biological mechanism of chromium, the paper reviews the application of chromium in regulating rumen fermentation, improving the production and reproductive performance of dairy cows, to provide a reference for efficient application of chromium in dairy cow production.
