In this paper，the differences between neutral salt spray test and cyclic tests (including GM GMW 14872，Volkswagen PV1210，JASO M610) in the evaluation of corrosion effect of bare sheet and galvanized sheet were analyzed，and the effects of different accelerated corrosion tests on the corrosion morphology and corrosion mark expansion value of different coating materials were determined.By comparing and analyzing the evaluation results of the corrosion resistance of several coating materials obtained by different corrosion test methods，it could be found that the macroscopic morphology of paint damage in salt spray test and the above-mentioined cyclic tests presented as follows: GA board was the best，followed by GI board，and CR board was the worst.For the neutral salt spray test，the expansion value of single side erosion mark of GI board was the largest，followed by that of GA board，and CR board had the smallest value.For the JASO M610 and PV1210 cyclic corrosion tests，that value of GI board was the largest，followed by CR board，and GA board had the smallest value.For the GMW14872 cycle test，that value of GA board was the smallest，followed by GI board，and CR board had the largest value.

The article focuses on the study which investigates the efficacy of valproic acid (VPA) on the developmental competence of porcine handmade cloning (HMC) reconstructed embryos from different donor cells. The study used histone deacetylase inhibitors VPA. The results of the study showed that the blastocyst formation rate was 48. 92% and the total blastosphere cellular rate was 80. 33.

To systematically evaluate the effect of Panax notoginseng preparations (PNPs) on platelet function six literature databases including PubMed, EMbase, the Cochrane Library, CNKI, WanFang, and SinoMed were searched to collect RCTs of PNPs. RCTs reporting the outcomes of platelet function could be included. Biases were evaluated by Cochrane handbook. Two reviewers screened literature, extracted data and assessed the risk of bias of included studies independently. Inconsistency were solved by discussion.Meta-analysis was conducted by RevMan 5.3 software.A total of 36 RCTs were involved with the outcome including MPAR, PLT, TXB2 and safety. The results of systematic review showed that compared with placebo [SMD=1.84,95%CI(1.33,2.35),P<0.000 01] and non-antiplatelet agents [SMD=0.74,95%CI(0.19,1.28),P=0.008] PNPs can reduce the MPAR level; PNPs combined with non-antiplatelet agents can reduce MPAR [SMD=2.34,95%CI(1.14,3.54),P=0.000 1] and TXB2(SMD=1.25,95%CI(0.75,1.76),P<0.000 01]; PNPs combined with anti-platelet agents have better effect on MPAR [SMD=0.93,95%CI(0.58,1.29),P<0.000 01] and TXB2 [SMD=1.16,95%CI(0.74,1.58),P<0.000 01]. In terms of hemorrhagic adverse reactions, PNPs combined with anti-platelet agents haven't increase adverse events. Current evidences suggested that PNPs can reduce MPAR level and TXB2. PNPs combined with anti-platelet or non-antiplatelet agents can improve efficacy. However, due to the huge clinical heterogeneity and poor methodological quality, the evidence is not strng enough. Objective: To investigate the change of serum leptin levels in patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS) before and after surgery., Method: The cases were divided into effective (n=44) and non-effective (n=13) groups according to PSG. The effective cases were divided into decreased (> or = 5%, n=25) and non-decreased(<5%, n=19) BMI. The level of serum leptin was detected by radioimmunoassay., Result: The level of serum leptin after treatment (9.1 +/- 2.6 microg/L) was as high as before treatment (9.3 +/- 2.3 microg/L) in 13 non-effective cases. The level of serum leptin after treatment (7.15 +/- 1.23 microg/L) was significantly decreased than before treatment (12.79 +/- 2.98 microg/L) in 25 cases of decreased BMI (> or = 5%). The level of serum leptin after treatment (7.15 +/- 1.23 microg/L) was significantly decreased than before treatment (12.79 +/- 2.98 microg/L) in 19 cases of non-decreased BMI (<5%). Leptin level of all cases showed a positive correlation with AHI (P < 0.01)., Conclusion: The level of serum leptin in patients with OSAHS are increased. The serum leptin level of effective patients with OSAHS after treatment was significantly decreased. The level of serum leptin reflects the degree of AHI in patients with OSAHS.

Objective: To measure levels of cytokines including IL-1β, IL-12, IL-18 and TNF-α in children with newly diagnosed type 1 diabetes and to analyze their correlation with clinical indices such as infection and onset time., Methods: A total of 33 children with newly diagnosed type 1 diabetes were assigned to the case group, and 27 healthy children to the control group. The case group was further divided into increased white blood cell (WBC) and normal WBC subgroups according to peripheral WBC level. The serum levels of cytokines including IL-1β, IL-12, IL-18 and TNF-α were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Blood pH, blood sugar, blood lactate, fructosamine, peripheral leukocytes and neutrophils and some other clinical indices were also measured., Results: The level of IL-12 in the case group was higher than in the control group (P<0.001). In the case group, the level of IL-18 was negatively correlated with onset time (r=0.413, P=0.015), the neutrophil count was positively correlated with IL-1β level (r=0.413, P=0.023) and the WBC count was positively correlated with IL-18 level (r=0.352, P=0.038). IL-1β, IL-12 and IL-18 levels in the increased WBC subgroup were higher than in the normal WBC subgroup (P<0.05 for all comparisons)., Conclusions: Cytokine secretion disorders of Th1 cells exist in children with type 1 diabetes. Infections may induce cytokine secretion and might contribute to the early onset of diabetes.

Objective: To investigate the value of a disintegrin and metalloproteinase 12 secreting form (ADAM12-S) as a maternal serum marker in second trimester screening for trisomy 21 (Down syndrome, DS), and to develop an appropriate prenatal DS screening protocol., Methods: Serum samples were collected from 53 pregnant women carrying a trisomy 21 fetus and 621 pregnant women with matched gestational age and weight carrying a healthy fetus. ADAM12-S concentrations were determined with a time-resolved fluorescence immunoassay (TRFIA). Curve fitting by weighted regression and other statistical methods were conducted, and the model was optimized for prenatal trisomy 21 screening program in second trimester. ADAM12-S alone or in combination with other two- or three-combination test was selected as a serum marker for prenatal second-trimester screening of trisomy 21 by calculation of detection rate (DR) and false positive rate (FPR)., Results: By comparison, the median multiple of the median (MoM) value of ADAM12-S in DS pregnancy group was higher than that of the control group (P< 0.01). When FPR = 5%, the DR of ADAM12-S was 28.3%, and the positive and negative likelihood ratios were 5.66 and 0.75, respectively. The DR of three-combination test of ADAM12-S, alpha-fetoprotein (AFP) and free beta subunit of human chorionic gonadotropin (β-HCG) has increased to 52.80% from 39.62% of the conventional two-combination test (AFP and free β-HCG). For women with a risk between 1/300 and 1/1000 by two-combination test for DS, the DR has increased from 39.62% to 47.12%, but FPR only increased by 0.8% after adding ADAM12-S as a maternal serum marker., Conclusion: Considering the increased DR of pregnancies with a risk between 1/300 and 1/1000 in second trimester, ADAM12-S may provide a feasible maternal serum maker when combined with AFP and free β-HCG. The cost-effectiveness ratio is reasonable.

Objective: To study the chemical constituents of the leaves of Ipomoea batatas., Methods: The constituents were isolated and purified by silica gel and TLC, and their structures were elucidated by spectroscopy., Results: Six compounds were isolated from 90% ethanol extract and identified as tetracosane (I ), myristic acid (II), beta-sitosterol (II), beta-carotene (IV), daucosterol (V) and quercetin (VI)., Conclusion: Compounds I, II, IV, V are isolated from this plant for the first time.

Objective: To investigate the roles of nuclear factor-kappaB (NF-kappaB), p53 and Bcl-2 gene in lead acetate induced apoptosis in PC12 cells., Methods: Cell culture, Flow cytometry, RT-PCR and Western Blot were employed to analyze the expression of NF-kappaB, p53 and Bcl-2 gene, and clarify the effect of lead acetate on apoptosis in PC12 cells and related molecular mechanisms., Results: The PC12 cells were exposed to lead acetate at varied concentrations (100 micromol/ L, 200 micromol/L and 400 micromol/L) for 24 hours, Flow cytometry detected that the apoptosis rate of groups treated with lead acetate are higher than that of blank control groups with a dose-effect relationship (P < 0.05). RT-PCR results show that the mRNA expression level of NF-kappaB p65, p53 increased accordingly. Western Blot results show that the protein expression of Bcl-2 gene decreased., Conclusion: lead acetate induces apoptosis in PC12 cells, which may be related to activation of NF-kappaB and p53 gene and depression of Bcl-2 gene.

Objective: To determine the risk factors involved in myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS)., Methods: A 1:2 case-control study was conducted in 20 Shanghai' hospitals over a 3-year period, covering 266 "de novo" MDS cases corresponded to FAB criteria, and 532 age- and gender-matched controls from same hospitals with MDS cases. Subjects were all surveyed using the same standard questionnaire including histories of medications (Chloramphenicol, Sulfonamides, Meprobamate, Phenytoin, Colchicine, Cyclophosphamide, Propylthiouracil, Anti-TB medication, Tolbutamide, Primaquine and Chinese traditional herbs such as Bezoar, Angelica, Arsenic, Thunder cloud vine) at least 5 years prior to the onset of the disease, tumors, exposure to benzene, heavy metal, organic phosphates, pesticides, petrol/diesel, organic solvents, dye and hair dye products, radiation, house decorating, alcohol and smoking., Results: Occupational exposure to benzene increased significantly the risk of MDS (OR: 8.52, 95% CI: 2.30 - 31.10). Living near high voltage power lines (100 m) increased significantly the risk of MDS (OR: 1.60, 95% CI: 1.10 - 2.32). House decorating (one year prior to the onset of the disease) increased significantly the risk of MDS (OR: 2.40, 95% CI: 1.38 - 4.14). Other investigated occupational poisons did not increase significantly the risk of MDS. Hair dye products, alcohol and smoking did not increase significantly the risk of MDS., Conclusion: Occupational exposure to benzene, living near high voltage power lines and house decorating are the risk factors of MDS.

Objective: To investigate the role of intrahepatic CD4(+)CD25(+) T regulatory cells and Foxp3 gene in the natural tolerance in rat liver transplantation., Methods: The orthotopic liver transplantation models of inbred rats (LEW and DA rats) were established with double-sleeve technique and the models were divided into two groups: tolerance group (TOL group, LEW-to-DA) and rejection group (REJ group, DA-to-LEW). The intrahepatic lymphocytes from each group were isolated by using density gradient centrifugation. CD4(+)CD25(+) T cells were isolated by magic cell sorting system (MACS) and identified by flow cytometry (FCM). CD4(+)CD25(+) Tr cells suppression on the proliferation of CD4(+)CD25(-) T effector cells were analyzed by cell proliferation assay in vitro. Western blot was used to detect Scurfin protein expression of CD4(+)CD25(+) Tr cells., Results: CD4(+)CD25(+) Tr cells developed significantly greater in the TOL group than in the REJ group. In vitro, the spleen cells from LEW rats can irritate the proliferation of CD4(+)CD25(+) T cells more obviously than the syngeneic spleen cells. CD4(+)CD25(+) T cells could suppress the proliferation of CD4(+)CD25(-) T cells, but the inhibition was reversed by exogenous IL-2 (200 U/ml)., Conclusions: The immune suppression function of CD4(+)CD25(+) Tr cell, mediated by Foxp3 gene, is one of the mechanisms in liver transplantation tolerance.

Objective: To study the relationship between genetic polymorphism of tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-alpha, sites at -238 nt and -308 nt) and susceptibility to chronic benzene poisoning., Method: The polymorphism of TNF-alpha gene were detected by nested polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) technique from 50 benzene poisoning patients and 60 control individuals exposed to benzene., Results: The frequency of the TNF-alpha-238G/G, A/G and A/A in controls (95%, 5% and 0%, respectively), were not significantly different from those in patients (92%, 6% and 2%, respectively, P > 0.05). The frequency of the TNF-alpha-308G/G, A/G and A/A in patients were 76%, 24% and 0% respectively, and that in control individuals were 93%, 7% and 0% respectively. Chi(2) test showed that frequency of TNF-alpha-308A/G in patients was significantly higher than that in controls (chi(2) = 6.22, P = 0.013). Logistic analysis showed that TNF-alpha-308A/G was the independent risk factor of benzene poisoning (OR = 5.3, P < 0.05)., Conclusion: Individuals with TNF-alpha-308A/G gene polymorphism are susceptible to benzene poisoning.
