Based on the; different types of humic acids, including mineral-humic acid, bio-mimic acid, the study compared the characteristics and the effects of difference humic acid fertilizers on plant growth and soil fertility with the chemical fertilizer and organic fertilizer. The results showed that, compared with the chemical fertilizer, the soil organic matter increased 11.14% and 12.03%, total N concentration in soil increased 20.62% and 22.26%, rapid available K concentration in soil increased 6.02% and 9.28%, rapid available; P concentration in soil increased 28. 05% and 29.49% of the mineral-humic and bio-humic acid fertilizer treatment. Soil physical and chemical properties was also improved. The bio-humic acid fertilizers could achieve a better effect than humic acid and other organic fertilizer with inorganic fertilizer. The humic acid fertilizer could increase the yield of rape, and N, P, K concentration in plant. After 60d pot experiment, the dry matter increased 9.43% and 16.38% of the mineral-humic acid and bio-humic acid fertilizer treatment. Compared with the organic fertilizer, humic acid had better effects on crop nutrient content. Infrared Touch Screen is the first option for big size touch screen, however, in actual application, there are some general deficiencies like insufficient resolution, low response speed and complicated fabrication and assembling process in mass production. To improve these defects, a design scheme of infrared screen is proposed. In hardware section, the two-dimension strobe infrared scanning circuit, receiving circuit and filtering circuit are incorporated to modularize the transmitting and receiving circuits and facilitate the fabrication and assembling process. In software section, a pulse infrared scanning method is proposed first and the approaches to the pulse scanning based on Timer and ADC built in STM32F205 is also defined, by which the scanning speed of infrared screen is improved. Then the design idea of rescanning is introduced to improve the positioning accuracy of touching point on infrared screen by rescanning without cost increase in hardware. At last, the approaches to HID report descriptor which supports multiple points touching is described to realize the driver-free installation of infrared screen. The actual application proves that the design lessens the fabrication complexity and fulfill the plug-and-play function and effectively improved the definition and response speed of infrared touch screen. A thermophilic fungus that have high lipase activity was screened from the acid waste water of a tine mine in Yunnan Province. It was identified as Neosartorya fischeri through morphological observation and internal transcribed spacer (ITS) sequence analysis, and named Neosartorya fischeri PI. The lipase gene Lip024 was cloned from N. fischeri P1 genome and expressed in Escherichia coli BL21 ( DE3) and Pichia pastoris GS115, with the activity of recombinant lipase 0.09U/mL and 0.26U/mL, respectively. High density fermentation was performed in 3.7 L fermenter for the recombinant strain, and the recombinant enzyme activity reached 5.22U/mL. Lip024 was purified to homogeneity by ultrafiltration and anion exchange chromatography. The optimal pH of recombinant Lip024 was pH 7.0, and the enzyme showed high stability at pH3.0 ˜ 7.0. Objective To investigate the relationship between serum bile acid and fetal distress in patients with intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy. Methods The clinical data of 120 patients with intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy were retrospectively analyzed during January 2007 to October 2013. Patients were divided into mild and severe groups according to serum bile acid value. The information of delivery mode and the incidence of fetal distress were collected. Results There was no statistically significant difference in age of patients between the two groups. The caesarean section rate and incidence of fatal distress in severe group was significantly higher than those of mild patients. Conclusion In the late pregnancy of patients with intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy requires close monitoring of serum bile acid value. High-risk patients should be prepared to grasp the opportunity to terminate the pregnancy to ensure maternal and child health. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Objective: To study the feasibility of fully automatic segmentation of labyrinth, facial nerve and ossicles in clinical routine temporal bone CT images based on 3D U-net neural network. Method: Clinical data were divided into two groups: ①Normal group: data were randomly assigned from 30 patients for routine temporal bone CT examination; ②Abnormal group: cochlear, ossicles and facial nerve morphology variation of 1 case each. The structures of facial nerve, labyrinth and ossicles were manually initial segmented and fine segmented by 2 clinicians with Mimics 20.0. Three-dimensional convolutional neural network（3D U-Net） was selected to conduct deep learning on the same data. The dice similarity coefficient（DSC） was used as the evaluation index. Result: The 3D U-net neural network was used to automatically segment the labyrinth, ossicles and facial nerve in the routine temporal bone CT. In the normal group, the DSC of labyrinth, ossicles and facial nerve were 0.79±0.03, 0.64±0.05 and 0.49±0.09, respectively. In the abnormal group, the DSC of these structures were 0.71, 0.54 and 0.40. Conclusion: According to the anatomical characteristics of the temporal bone, the labyrinth, ossicles and the facial nerve can be totally automatic segmented by 3D U-net neural network, and the accuracy was closed to that of manual segmentation. Objective: To explore the optimal implantation strategy of tissue-engineered liver (TEL) constructed based on decellularized spleen matrix (DSM) in rats., Methods: DSM was prepared by freeze-thawing and perfusion with sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) of the spleen of healthy SD rats. Primary rat hepatocytes isolated using modified Seglen 2-step perfusion method were implanted into the DSM to construct the TEL. The advantages and disadvantages were evaluated of 4 transplant strategies of the TEL, namely ectopic vascular anastomosis, liver cross-section suture transplantation, intrahepatic insertion and mesenteric transplantation., Results: The planting rate of hepatocytes in the DSM was (74.5∓7.7)%. HE staining and scanning electron microscopy showed satisfactory cell status, and immunofluorescence staining confirmed the normal expression of ALB and G6Pc in the cells. For TEL implantation, ectopic vascular anastomosis was difficult and resulted in a mortality rate of 33.3% perioperatively and massive thrombus formation in the matrix within 6 h. Hepatic cross-section suture failed to rapidly establish sufficient blood supply, and no viable graft was observed 3 days after the operation. With intrahepatic insertion method, the hepatocytes in the DSM could survive as long as 14 days. Mesenteric transplantation resulted in a hepatocyte survival rate of (38.3+7.1)% at 14 days after implantation., Conclusion: TEL constructed based on DSM can perform liver-specific functions with a good cytological bioactivity. Mesenteric transplantation of the TEL, which is simple, safe and effective, is currently the optimal transplantation strategy.

Objective: To explore the effect of dimethyl sulfoxide(DMSO) on suppressing the release of gut inflammatory cytokine and re-store of the barrier impairment following zymosan-insulted systemic inflammatory response syndrome (SIRS)., Methods: S D rats were randomly divided into four groups:sham with administration of normal saline (SS group); sham with administration of DMSO (DS group); zymosan with administration of normal saline (ZS group); and zymosan with administration of DMSO (ZD group), each group includes two subgroups at 4 h and 24 h after surgery. At 4 h and 24 h after intraperitoneal injection of zymosan (750 mg/kg), the levels of intestinal inflammatory cytokines (tumor necrosis factor-αand interleukin-10) and the activity of diamine oxidase in plasma were examined. Intestinal injury was evaluated by using an intestinal histological score., Results: DMSO suppressed the release of tumor necrosis factor-αand increased interleukin-10 levels in the intestine compared with the ZS group at the corresponding time points. DMSO decreased the level of diamine oxidase in plasma compared with the ZS group. DMSO restored the injury of intestinal villi and the gut injury score was significantly lower than that in the ZS group., Conclusions: DMSO can suppress the release of intestinal inflammatory cytokines and restore zymosan-insulted gut barrier impairment.

Objective: To explore the inhibitory effect of migration-inducing gene 7 (Mig-7) gene silencing induced by retroviral-mediated small hairpin RNA (shRNA) on vasculogenic mimicry (VM), invasion and metastasis of human hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) cells in vitro., Methods: Two target sequences (Mig-7 shRNA-1 and Mig-7 shRNA-2) and one negative control sequence (Mig-7 shRNA-N) were synthesized. The recombinant retroviral vectors carrying Mig-7 shRNA were constructed, and HCC cell line MHCC-97H were transfected with Mig-7 shRNA-1, Mig-7 shRNA-2, Mig-7 shRNA-N, or the empty vector, or treated with 125 µg/mL recombinant human endostatin (ES). Mig-7 expression in the treated cells was detected using semi-quantitative PCR and Western blotting. The inhibitory effect of Mig-7 silencing on VM formation was investigated in a 3-dimensional cell culture system; the changes in cell adhesion, invasion and migration were assessed with intercellular adhesion assay, Transwell invasion assay and Transwell migration assay, respectively., Results: The expression of Mig-7 at both mRNA and protein levels decreased significantly, VM formation, invasion and metastasis were suppressed, while intercellular adhesion increased significantly in MHCC-97H cells in Mig-7 shRNA-1 and Mig-7 shRNA-2 groups (P<0.05); such changes were not observed in cells transfected with Mig-7 shRNA-N or the empty vector, nor in cells treated with ES., Conclusions: Mig-7 silencing by retroviral-mediated shRNA significantly inhibits VM formation, invasion and metastasis and increases the intercellular adhesion of the HCC cells, while ES does not have such inhibitory effects.

A magnetic anchoring supermicroinvasive laparoscopic system, including in vitro magnetic navigation handle and in vivo magnetic anchor laparoscopy is introduced. The magnetic anchor laparoscopic comprises an outer cannula, two data lines, a camera, a high color temperature LED light and two inner magnets. It is tiny enough to enter the abdominal cavity through conventional laparoscopic trocar and achieve orientation, navigation as wel as adjustment thefi eld of view within the abdominal cavity by attracting with the in vitro magnetic handle, thus it does not take up space of the laparoscopic trocar in working state. The system which can not only apply in single-port laparoscopic surgery based on a single traditional laparoscopic trocar but also apply in traditional laparoscopic surgery with less trocar, wil enhance the extent of minimaly invasive surgery and reduce the operation diffi culty at the same time. The clinical application of the system wil optimize the minimaly invasive techniques and benefi t the patients.

In recent years, the emergence of single-port laparoscopic technology promoted the development of the technology of laparoscopy, but deficiencies like equipment conflict or lack of triangulation severely hampered the clinical application of this technology. The appearance of single-port laparoscopic flexible instruments makes up for those deficiencies to a great extent. The element is to add a wrist joint to the tip of the instrument to form triangulation and reduce equipment conflict. But this technique is still in an early stage of development. The purpose of this article is to summarize the characteristics and problems of existing flexible single-port laparoscopic instruments, and to provide information for the further improvement, finally the future development was expected.

Liver transplantation is the only way to treat end-stage liver disease. In order to overcome the shortage of donor, marginal donors have been used widely, which bring about a series of problems. Machine perfusion can stimulate the circulation in vivo and is beneficial for the protection of liver. It could also improve the graft function and reduce postoperative complications, which makes it a hot spot in recent years. The aim of this study is to summarize the current status and prospects of application of machine perfusion on clinical liver transplantation.

A new anastomat for digestive tract operations, based on the magnetic compressive technique and mechanical transmission mechanism, is composed of a removable head and a reusable body. The head includes two parts: the proximal end can be fixed to the body, and the distal end could be used for performing a purse string suture. The procedure of anastomosis is similar to that of the stapler, and the anastomoses is established using a pair of magnetic rings. The instrument makes magnamosis more simple and feasible, and it would facilitate the clinical application. The body of the anastomat is reusable and the head could be replaced according to the clinical scenarios, these could reduce the medical cost. The magnetic rings would be excreted with the feces, and there is no foreign body response at last.

Objective: To optimize the protocols for isolation, in vitro culture, identification and induction of hepatic differentiation of rat bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs)., Methods: Rat BMSCs were separated and purified by differential adherent culture for 1.5 h with the first medium change at 12 h. The surface markers of BMSCs were detected by flow cytometry. The cells were induced to differentiate into adipogenic, osteogenic, and chondrogenesis lineages. A 3-step protocol including sequential addition of growth factors, cytokines and hormones was used to induce the BMSCs to differentiate into hepatocyte-like cells., Results: The cells isolated using this protocol were positive for CD29, CD44, and CD90 and negative for CD29 and CD45. The adipogenic, osteogenic, and chondrogenic differentiation of the BMSCs were verified by Oil red, Alizarin red, and toluidine blue staining. The BMSCs induced with the 3-step protocol differentiated into hepatic-like cells that expressed hepatocyte-specific proteins (ALB and AFP) and genes., Conclusion: The optimized protocol allows simple and efficient isolation of highly purified populations of BMSCs, which can be induced into hepatic lineages in specific microenvironment.

Objective: To optimize the protocols for isolation and culture of mesenchymal stem cells from rat bone marrow (BMSCs)., Methods: BMSCs were isolated by adherence to plastic with frequent medium change and reduced trypsinization time. The cell growth curves were drawn and the surface markers of BMSCs were detected by flow cytometry. The cells were induced to differentiate into osteogenic, adipogenic, hepatic and cholic lineages., Results: The cells isolated using this method were positive for CD29, CD44, and CD90 and negative for the hematopoietic surface markers CD45. The osteogenic and adipogenic differentiation of the BMSCs was verified by alkaline phosphatase staining, Alizarin red staining and Oil red staining. The cell subcultures up to passage 10 maintained capacities of differentiation into osteogenic and adipogenic lineages. The BMSCs induced with sequential addition of growth factors, cytokines and hormones differentiated into cells expressing hepatocyte- and cholangiocyte-specific markers., Conclusion: The optimized method allows efficient isolation of homogenous populations of MSCs from rat bone marrow, which can be induced into multiple cell lineages.

A new system of blood flow block for control of bleeding in abdominal operation is composed of an abdominal magnetic blocking unit, an abdominal external electromagnet unit and other non-magnetic operation instrument. The abdominal external electromagnetic unit is placed in advance in the operation bed. The abdominal magnetic blocking unit can be placed directly on the ventral of the large vessels when need to blocking the abdominal large vessels during the operation. According to the non-contact suction characteristics of magnetic materials, the two magnetic units will attract each other and compression the vessels. Using this system for vascular occlusion does not need clear exposure and without separating vessel. There is the advantage of rapid, accurate and reliable for the system.

A device of extrahepatic portacaval shunt is introduced. This device is composed of the daughter and parent magnets and the vascular interventional operation equipment. It is based on the principle of magnetic compression technology, through the intervention approach the daughter and mother magnet are moved to the portal vein and inferior vena cava, respectively. Then the two magnets attract and compress the vessel walls of portal vein and inferior vena cava. Two weeks later, the magnets are detached from the vessel wall with a RUPS-set and the portacaval shunt is established. It is mainly used for the treatment of portal hypertension. It belongs to the interventional operation, there is no any foreign body remaining after the portacaval shunt is established, which can maintain long-term patency. Futhermore the portacaval shunt will not be expanded, therefore it can significantly reduce the incidence of hepatic encephalopathy.

Objective: To observe the effect of ischemic postconditioning on phosphatidylinositol-3-OH kinase (PI3K) and extracellular signal-regulated protein kinase 1/2(ERK1/2) in rats after hepatic ischemia reperfusion in rats and investigate the mechanism of ischemic postcoditioning of the liver., Methods: Three cycles of 1 min-off-1 min-on ischemic postconditioning regime were used in a rat model of 70% hepatic ischemia-reperfusion injury. The changes in the liver function, hepatocyte apoptosis, phosphorylation of Akt and ERK1/2 were assessed in rats treated with sham operation, LY294002+sham operation (LY+S), PD98059+sham operation (PD+S), ischemia reperfusion (IR), ischemic postconditioning (IPO), LY294002+ ischemic postconditioning (LY+IPO), or PD98059+ischemic postconditioning (PD+IPO)., Results: Ischemic postconditioning significantly alleviated hepatic ischemia-reperfusion-induced liver function injury and hepatocyte apoptosis and increased phosphorylation of Akt and ERK1/2. LY294002 and PD98059 antagonized the effects of ischemic postconditioning in the liver., Conclusion: Activation of PI3K and ERK1/2 may mediate the protective effect of ischemic postconditioning against hepatic ischemia- reperfusion injury in rats.

Objective: To assess the role of p38 mitogen-activated protein kinases (p38MAPK) in the protective effect of remifentanil preconditioning (RPC) on hepatic ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats., Methods: Ninety-six male SD rats were randomly assigned into sham-operated group, ischemia-reperfusion group (I/R group), RPC group, and SB (an inhibitor of p38 MAPK) +RPC group. The rats were sacrificed at the end of reperfusion, and serum levels of alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), and interleukin-1β (IL-1β) were measured. HE staining was used to observe the hepatic histopathological changes, and Western blotting was employed to examine p38MAPK and pp38MAPK protein expression. TUNEL staining was used to examine cell apoptosis in the liver tissues., Results: Compared with sham-operated group, I/R group showed significantly increased serum levels of AST, ALT, TNF-α and IL-1β with obvious histopathological changes and cell apoptosis in the liver. RPC significantly decresed the elevated serum levels of AST, ALT, TNF-α and IL-1β and lessened hepatic histopathological changes, and caused reduced p38MAPK phosphorylation and hepatic cell apoptosis index. The protective effects of RPC were abolished by SB 203580 pretreatment., Conclusion: RPC attenuates the production of inflammatory factors by activating p38MAPK signal pathway to improve hepatic ischemia-reperfusion injury, and these effects can be blocked by SB203580, a p38MAPK inhibitor.

Objective: To study the diagnosis and treatment of gastrointestinal injury caused by magnetic foreign body ingestions in children., Methods: A literature search was performed to identify all the studies related to gastrointestinal tract injury caused by ingesting magnetic foreign body using databases including Google, Medline, ISI Web of Knowledge, Ovid, Wanfang data, VIP, CNKI, degree dissertation, meeting abstracts, and request for document delivery. Language was limited to English, Chinese, Japanese, and Korean. Parameters studies were age at diagnosis, gender, country, regional distribution, number of magnetic foreign bodies, source of magnetic foreign bodies, clinical features, diagnosis, and method for foreign body removal., Results: A total of 98 cases of magnet ingestion were identified from 17 countries and regions. There were 94 patients under the age of 18, with most children younger than 5 years old(62.2%,61/98). The age at peak incidence was 3 years old (16.3%, 16/98). Magnetic foreign bodies ingested included toys(74.5%), medical apparatus(8.2%), accessories(4.1%), and others(6.2%). The number of bodies ranged from 2 to 100. Eleven (11.2%) patients were complicated with allotriophagia or autism. Delay diagnosis and treatment existed in all the patients to varying extents, of whom one died from severe infection. Exploratory laparotomy showed a wide range of bowel damage from the esophagus to the colon, including perforation and intestinal fistula. Intestinal damage was the most common injury (51.0%), followed by intestine-colon fistula (15.3%). All the patients required bowel resection with anastomosis or fistula repair except for 2 children who were managed by endoscopic removal of the foreign bodies., Conclusion: Ingesting more than one magnet will lead to severe gastrointestinal injury. Early diagnosis and surgical intervention are important. More precautious measures should be taken for children aged younger than 5 years old.

Objective: To study on ursolic acid extraction rate from leaves of Paulownia fortunei by conventional powder and ultramicro powder., Methods: We spent different time extracting ursolic acid from coventional powder and ultramicro powder, then determined the content by HPLC and compared., Results: In ultramicro powder the extraction of ursolic acid was nearly twice of conventional powder; The time reaching the maximum extraction of ultramicro powder was 5 minutes, but that of conventional powder was 20 minutes., Conclusions: The extraction of ursolic acid from leaves of Paulownia fortunei by ultramicro smashing is more efficient.

Objective: To investigate the influence of escharectomy at different time-points after burn injury on the lymphocyte apoptosis and the antigen presentation function of monocytes in peripheral blood of scalded rats., Methods: One hundred and thirty-six Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal control ( C,n = 8 ), scald ( S, n = 64,without treatment after scald) , A ( n = 40, with escharectomy at 36 post-burn hour( PSH) ) , B ( n = 24, with escharectomy at 72 PSH ) groups. The rats in A , B, S groups were inflicted with 30% TBSA full-thickness scald. The rats in S group were sacrificed on 6,12,24,72,120,168,216, 288 PSH, while those in A and B groups were sacrificed at 72 -288 PSH, 168 -288PSH, respectively. The rats in C group were also sacrificed as control. The apoptotic rate of peripheral lymphocytes, the positive expression rate of MHC- II in mononuclear cells, the changes in concentration of IL-4 and gamma-IFN were determined in each group. The correlation of above indices were also analyzed., Results: (1) The apoptotic rate of peripheral lymphocyte in S group were increased dramatically at 6PSH, peaking at 24 PSH( 18. 19+/-1.42% ) , then decreasing gradually, reaching the lowest level at 72 PSH(8. 25+/-0.56% ) , then it increased gradually again, approaching almost the peak value at 288 PSH( 17.81 +/- 1.99% ). The values were all obviously higher than those in C group( P <0.05). The apoptotic rates of peripheral lymphocyte in A and B groups were evidently lower than that in S group ( P <0. 01). (2) The positive expression rate of MHC-II in monocyte was decreased sharply at 6 PSH, and it was 20% lower than that in C group (37. 2 +/- 2. 4% ) at 24 PSH. It then increased gradually, but it was significantly lower than that in A, B groups at 288 PSH (18. 8 +/-2. 8, P <0.01). (3) The plasma level of y-IFN in S group increased gradually from 6 PSH on, peaking at 24 PSH(440. 8 +/-25. 1 )ng/L,then decreasing gradually , and it reached the lowest level at 288 PSH (51.3 +/-37.0) ng/L. The IL-4 level in S group was increased gradually ,peaking at 288 PSH (78. 1+/-2. 8) ng/L. (4) There was negative correlation between the expression rate of MHC- II in S group and IL-4/gamma-IFN ratio in escharectomy groups during 72 - 288 PSH ( r = - 0. 96, P < 0. 05)., Conclusion: Eacharectomy after scald can inhibit peripheral lymphocyte apoptosis, slow down the insertional tendency of IL-4/gamma-IFN , and ameliorate the antigen presentation function of monocytes. Moreover, escharectomy during shock stage can markedly promote the immune function of monocytes.

Objective: To reconstruct the blood supply of hepatic artery of the recipient rat by a modified arterial "sleeve" anastomoses., Methods: SD-SD and SD-Wistar rats liver transplantation were performed in 30 and 50 cases, respectively. The donor splenic artery, left gastric artery, right gastric artery and gastroduodenal artery were ligated, meanwhile the proper hepatic arteries were reserved. The celiac trunk of donors and the stump of right kidney artery of recipient were anastomosed by using 8-0 suture with "sleeve" technique., Results: The mean time of artery anastomoses was 4.00 +/- 1.31 min. The rate of success was 96.3%. The longest survival time in the model SD-SD (29 survived) was more than 2 months. In SD-Wistar (48 survived), acute rejection was observed 3-5 days after operation and the mean survival time of rat was 9 d., Conclusion: The modified arterial "sleeve" anastomoses is an effective method to reconstruct blood supply of hepatic artery of rat recipient in rat liver transplantation.
