Hydrolyzed milk proteins include hydrolyzed whey protein and hydrolyzed casein. Hydrolyzed whey protein can be divided into partial （moderate） hydrolyzed whey protein and extensive hydrolyzed whey protein. Hydrolyzed milk protein is used as raw material in infant formula for special medical purpose in China， while partially hydrolyzed milk protein can be used as raw material for standard infant formula in Europe， America， Australia， New Zealand， Japan and Korea. Extensively hydrolyzed milk protein can only be used as raw material for special medical use formula food. The quality of different types of hydrolyzed milk protein ingredients provided by different manufacturers varies a lot. And there is no one-to-one correspondence between their physiological effects related to allergy and gastrointestinal symptoms in healthy infants and infants with high allergy risk. This article reviews the progress of research and regulatory management of hydrolyzed milk protein infant formula powder on allergy and functional gastrointestinal disorders of infants and toddlers.

In order to save the United network resources and improve the utilization rate of network resources, for discrete switched linear parameter varying (LPV) systems with distributed delays, an event-triggering mechanism with independent filter and controller is established, and the Her and controller are designed synchronously. The Lyapunov functional with low conservative time-delay correlation is selected, and the average dwell time (ADT) method is used to obtain the sufficient conditions for the exponential stability of the filter error system and the control system and for meeting the performance index. The linear matrix inequality (LMI) technique is used to solve the parameters of the filter and controller. The design scheme is verified by simulation. The results show that the synchronization designs scheme of filter and controller makes the system stabilize the original system state under the condition of incomplete measurably, improve the disturbance rejection ability of the system, and effectively reduce the occupation of network resources. The experiment was to study the effect of dietary folic acid on content of folic acid in egg yolk, egg quality and egg yield of Huabei Chai chickens. A total of 315 47-week-old Huabei Chai chickens were randomly divided into seven groups with three replicates in each group. The chickens in control group (group 1) were fed with basal diet. Group 2 to group 7 were experimental groups, the diets were supplemented with 300, 600, 1 200, 1 800, 2 400 and 3 600 mg/kg folic acid, respectively. The pre-experiment lasted for 7 d, and the formal experiment lasted for 28 d. On the 7th, 14th and 28th day of the formal test, 35 eggs were randomly selected in each group, 15 eggs were used for the determination of egg quality and 20 eggs were used for the determination of folic acid content. The results showed that folic acid content reached saturation, the highest was 1.58 μg/g, and decreased with the increase of folic acid supplemental concentration and feeding time. Folic acid had no significant effect on egg yolk weight, egg yolk color and egg shape index. Dietary folic acid only had a fluctuating effect on egg production. The experiment indicates that the addition of folic acid to diet can significantly increased the content of folic acid in egg yolk, which has a certain impact on egg weight, egg white weight, eggshell weight, eggshell color, eggshell thickness, relative density and Hartmann unit, but has little impact on egg yield. Objective: To explore the association between energy and protein intake and sarcopenia among elder people from eight cities across China., Methods: The current study is based on a previous research conducted in 2016 which was named "Chinese Urban Adults Diet and Health Study". A total of 427 participants aged 65 and older were enrolled. Questionnaire was conducted to obtain the socio-demographic characteristics of participants. 24 h dietary recall was used to assess the dietary intake and energy and protein intake was calculated according to China Food Composition. The subjects were then divided into four groups(Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4) according to their energy intake(<1197. 6 kcal/d, 1197. 6-1531. 4 kacl/d, 1531. 4-1984. 0 kcal/d, ≥1984. 1 kacl/d) and protein intake(<36. 8 g/d, 36. 8-50. 4 g/d, 50. 4-68. 6 g/d, ≥68. 6 g/d). Bioelectrical impedance analysis was used to measure the skeletal muscle mass, hand-held grip strength meter was used to measure the skeletal muscle strength, and four-meter gait speed test was used to measure the skeletal muscle performance. According to the criteria of Asian Working Group for Sarcopenia, the health status of the skeletal muscle was evaluated., Results: Compared with the Q1 group, there was no significant difference in skeleton muscle mass, grip strength, walking speed and the detection rate of sarcopenia among the energy intake groups(Q2-Q4). Compared with the Q1 group, the Q2 protein intake group had greater grip strength(β=0. 12, 95%CI 0. 03-0. 21, P=0. 009) and faster gait speed(β=0. 20, 95%CI 0. 07-0. 34, P=0. 003)., Conclusion: The level of protein intake is associated with the grip strength and gait speed of the elderly in China, but has no significant effect on the detection rate of sarcopenia.

The descriptions about Dachaihu Decoction (DD) were retrieved from ancient and modern literatures. A feeling of being oppressed in stomach or abdomen was raised to be a main symptom of Dachaihu Decoction syndrome (DDS). The pathogenesis of DDS includes failure of shaoyang to flow upward, abnormality of gallbladder and stomach, and inner stagnation of heat. The main clinical feature of abdominal compartment syndrome is severe abdominal distension, which is similar to that of DDS. Significant effects could be achieved by using DD. The clinical use of classical prescriptions should focus on main symptoms and grasp the pathogenesis.

Objective: To compare the difference of macroscopic and microscopic characteristics and total saponin content between wild and cultivated product of Panax japonicus from the west of Hubei province., Methods: Cleared the difference of wild and cultivated product of Panax japonicus by macroscopic and microscopic characteristics of powder and transversection and determined the content of total sponin by the vanillin-perchloric acid., Results: Compared with cultivated product, in medicinal properties, the wild one was darker, with shorter diameter and rougher surface. In microscopic features, wild product had pigment, while the cultivated one had none; Moreover, the calcium oxalate crystal were more and the xylem bigger in wild product. As for total saponins, cultivated product had more total ginsenosides than the wild one., Conclusion: There are certain differences in macroscopic and microscopic characteristics and total ginsenosides between wild and cultivated product of Panax japonicus.
