As an environmentally friendly energy, green power has been widely used in recent years. In order to explore the effectiveness of green power trading in the provincial power market, firstly, by combing the foreign green power market mechanism and trading organization, and comparing and analyzing the current situation of green power trading in the domestic state grid area and the south grid area, the development situation and rule characteristics of green power trading in various provinces in China were summarized. Then, the demand analysis and practical exploration of differentiated green power trading were carried out from three aspects of distributed green power participation in market trading, green power deviation adjustment and green power curve formation. Finally, the performance evaluation index system of provincial green power trading was constructed, and an example analysis was carried out to provide a reference scheme for the green power trading method and market evaluation of provincial power market. The method of market mechanism is rigorous in mathematical derivation, clear in theoretical explanation, small in algorithm computation, and less limited in network scale and topology structure. This paper reviewed the classical li-terature and recent studies about two methods based on market mechanism; auction and contract net, and introduced and summarized the basic principle, progress, application background and limitations of this method in detail. As one of the essential means to support the operation of new power systems in the future， demand-side flexible resources can effectively deal with the challenges brought about by the integration of high-proportion renewables and clean energies. A scientific， rational， and perfect ancillary service market mechanism is significant in promoting the utilization and development of demand-side flexible resources. Therefore， this paper investigates and summarizes the current research and market practice of auxiliary service market mechanisms at home and abroad. Firstly， the existing domestic ancillary service market mechanisms for demand-side flexible resources participating in auxiliary service market trading are sorted out， and several problems existing in the operation of the current market mechanism are summarized. Then， the relevant market mechanisms of Australia， the United States， and the United Kingdom and their exploration and practice in flexible resource utilization on the demand side are introduced. Finally， future suggestions on the utilization of flexible resources on demand side and the construction of power ancillary service market in China are advanced.

With the development of new power system， there arise a large number of flexible loads on the demand side， making the power users become prosumers. Prosumers can take their flexible regulation ability as commodities to participate in market-oriented transactions， and their pouring into power market is bound to bring tremendous pressure to market operating institutions. Therefore， a distributed trading mechanism is proposed to adapt to the demand-side power interactions at various points in small numbers. According to different interaction scenarios， a weak centralized trading mode and a fully distributed trading mode are designed， respectively. In the weak centralized trading mode， blockchain network and smart contract are used to replace the functions of the trading center， and the market clearing is completed iteratively based on Lagrange dual decomposition algorithm. The fully distributed trading mode uses the consistency protocol to transmit the price signal among prosumers and transforms the market clearing into the recognition of value among prosumers. The example analysis shows that the proposed distributed trading mechanism eradicates s the information barriers among prosumers， reduces the transaction cost， improves the consumption rate of renewables， and realizes the optimal allocation of power resources.

In view of the problems of dispersion, repetition, closure and low efficiency in the sharing of large-scale scientific instruments in universities, this paper introduces the involution theory and analyzes the institutional obstacles faced by the sharing of large-scale scientific instruments in practice from the contradiction between supply side and demand side of large-scale scientific instruments, as well as the tendency of management decentralization, purchase duplication, utilization inefficiency, cognitive degradation, support weakening and channel fragmentation. The suggestions such as the market operation mechanism of "Prior to carry and try" and open sharing modes of three types, three modes, three stages and three steps are proposed to improve the sharing of large-scale scientific instruments in universities for decision-making reference. The market mechanism is the basis for achieving carbon neutrality. Through the market mechanism, the global cost can be the lowest to achieve carbon neutrality. Therefore, in the process of carbon neutralization, it is necessary to give full play to the decisive role of the market in resource allocation. China has explored and accumulated experience in various market mechanisms for more than 10 years, and has established the carbon market, green certificate market, white certificate market, energy market, etc. At the same time, the power system is also strengthening market-oriented reform. Nevertheless, there are still imperfect systems and conflicts among various markets. Therefore, it is urgent to straighten out these markets so that they can play a synergistic role with maximum effect. This study combed and analyzed the current situation of the existing market mechanism and the relationship in between, then expounded the conflict and overlapping. On this basis, it is put forward that the energy-use rights market and the energy-saving market should be merged as soon as possible, the green certificate market and the carbon market should be unified, and the marketization process of the power system should be fully considered, so that the market mechanism can improve economic efficiency and emission reduction effects. In addition, with the evolution of globalization and deglobalization of market mechanism and supply chain, the voice during international cooperation becomes particularly important. Starting from clarifying carbon responsibility, strengthening the voice during international cooperation and carbon neutrality, this study analyzed the two basic modes of production responsibility and consumption responsibility, and held that the global carbon emission situation has undergone important changes. China's emissions are mainly concentrated on the production side, and the emissions of western developed countries (especially the United States) are more concentrated on the consumption side. Based on this, it is considered that China should adhere to the consumer responsibility principle of "beneficiary pays", and put forward policy suggestions on strengthening international cooperation in carbon neutralization in developing countries with scientific research as the guide, comprehensively considering carbon emission rights and improving the new carbon neutralization communication system. The unique geographical location and the special evolutionary process of animals and plants creates extreme richness of biodiversity in Australia. However, in the past 200 years, human activities have led to a growing number of alien invasive species, as well as the deforestation and over-farming, which has made Australia one of the seven countries with the most severe biodiversity problems, rank only second to Indonesia. In recent years, the Australian government has strengthened the protection of biodiversity, and developed a sound legal framework and protection mechanism to avoid further deterioration. This study focused on analyzing the measures adopted by Australia in biodiversity, such as laws and regulations, protection zone construction, market mechanism, and protection technology. Since the 1940s and 1950s, Britain has taken the lead in establishing a public service system and carried out many reforms in public service. At the end of 1980s, the public service reform in Britain had an exemplary role, and governments in various countries followed suit. Summarizing the experience of British public sports service governance has reference significance for Chinese public, sports service governance. Decentralization is the basis of the co-governance of multiple subjects in British public sports service, and co-governance is the governance mode of British public sports service. However, there are some restrictive factors in the governance of public sports service in China, including the unbalanced and insufficient allocation of sports venue resources restricting the equalization of public sports services; insufficient reform and development of sports social organizations; imperfect market mechanism of public sports service supply subjects; the fragmentation of public sports service supply. The enlightenments drawn include: improve the balanced development of public sports service; build a "strong government and strong society" model of public sports service governance; establish and improve the market mechanism of public sports service supply subjects; and accelerate the transformation of public sports service governance from fragmentation to integrity. As an effective means to solve the current situation of Internet, network virtualization still faces many challenges. Aiming at the problems existing in distribution efficiency and maximize the value of the virtual network resource allocations virtual network resource allocation model based on the two-stages hybrid auction( T-SHA ) .analyzed and determined the first stage used the Dutch auction and took the first-price sealed auction in the second stage. Then combined with the independent private value model, the paper made a theoretical analysis of the expected benefits, the effectiveness and complexity. Finally the experimental results and conclusions:the fairness index of T-SHA,first-come first-service, VCG were 0. 58,0. 5,0. 2,T-SHA more helpful to improve the fairness among users than the other two algorithms. In addition, the SP participation rate of the Dutch auction,T-SHA and VCG were 0. 7,0. 93,0. 83, which shows that T-SHA can attract the participation of SP and increase the intensity of the auction to improve the final bid. According to the problem of slot allocation in ground holding policy, a slot trading method is introduced based on market mechanism. A decision-making model of airlines is presented, which can not only increase flexibility and autonomy in slot exchanging, but also can reduce the delay cost of airlines and the overall airport delay cost by slot trading.
