Flax fiber cloth and polylactic acid (PLA) were melted and blended to produce PLA/flax non-woven fabric composites through injection molding. The effects of flax fiber addition on the mechanical properties, thermal properties, and degradation performance of composites were explored. The results show that the addition of flax fiber improves the mechanical properties, thermal properties, and energy storage modulus of PLA/flax nonwoven fabric degradable composites, enhances the crystallinity of the composites, and enhances the degradation performance of the composites. When the flax fiber content is 20%, the tensile strength, impact strength, and bending modulus of the composites are 66.0 MPa, 5.52 kJ/m², and 4.0 GPa, respectively. The crystallinity of the composites reaches 13.89%, and the Vicat softening temperature is 141.32 °C. At the 40 d of degradation, the weight loss rate of the composite with the addition of 20% flax fiber reaches the highest, which is 12.03%. Aimed at the problems of unstable conductivity and worse mechanical properties of poly (3, 4-ethylenedioxythiophene): poly(styrenesulfonic acid) (PEDOT: PSS) conductive nonwoven fabric, a neural network model was used to optimize the properties of PEDOT: PSS conductive nonwoven fabrics.The experimental data of PEDOT: PSS conductive nonwoven fabrics were collected as the input and output of GA-BP neural network, and the optimization model for the ratio of PEDOT: PSS conductive polymers was established.The results showed that the optimized process parameters to prepare PEDOT: PSS conductive nonwoven fabric included the molar ratio of EDOT and PSS as 0.334 5, the concentration of ammonium persulfate as 0.029 7 mol/L,the concentration of iron sulfate as 0.048 7 mol/L, and the mass fraction of hydrochloric acid as 6.963 0%.The conductivity of optimized conductive nonwoven fabric was 6.713 S/m, the tensile strength of nonwoven fabric was 4.581 MPa. The conductivity of prepared PEDOT : PSS conductive nonwoven fabric after 20 min friction was decreased from 6.329 S/m to 5.348 S/m. After 60 min washing, the conductivity was decreased from 6.536 S/m to 5.435 S/m and the decrease trend was slow. Aimed to expand applications of aramid fiber fabrics and provide a reference for select fibers for filter bags using in high temperature flue gas filtration, properties such as filtration performance, temperature resistance, wear resistance, folding endurance, corrosion resistance and flame retardance of aramid fibre needle punched nonwoven fabrics were measured, in comparison with polyimide fiber needle punched nonwoven fabrics and glass fiber woven fabrics. It is found that aramid fiber fabric exhibits excellent temperature resistance. The tensile strength remains unchanged after thermal treatment under 220 °C for 24 hours. The folding endurance and corrosion resistance are excellent. The filtration performance of fabrics composited with 1 D aramid fibers is excellent while its flame retardance and wear resistance should be improved by PTFE emulsion impregnation. Aiming at the problem of efficient removal of Cr（Ⅵ) in water, this paper adopted the method of surface co-deposition and post-crosslinking, introduced polyethylenimine containing a large number of amino groups onto the surface of polypropylene non-woven fabric, prepared a new kind of efficient Cr（Ⅵ) adsorbent PP-E-PEI,and studied its adsorption performance of Cr（Ⅵ） in water.The results showed that polyethylene-imine successfully reacted on the surface of polypropylene fiber, and the structure was stable in acidic solution.Amino protonation is a necessary condition for Cr（Ⅵ） adsorption.Only when pH≤3.0 can Cr（Ⅵ） be effectively adsorbed.The charge quantity and concentration of coexisting anions are the main factors affecting the adsorption selectivity of Cr（Ⅵ).When co-existing with the univalent anions such as Cl- and NO-3,the selectivity coefficient（K) of the adsorption material for Cr2O72- can reach more than 400.The selectivity coefficient（K） of the adsorbed material for Cr2O72- is between 7 and 54 when it coexists with the bivalent anions such as HPO42- and SO42-.Using polypropylene non-woven fabric as the substrate, the adsorbent is in the form of fiber film, easy to be separated from the solution after the completion of adsorption. Seedling-raising technology has been one of the most important measures to treat regional seedling raising during machine transplanting. Among them, an efficient seedling raising has been developed for darkened germination by stacked plates and seedlings mulched with non-woven fabric for the hybrid rice in Sichuan rice areas. The better performance of machine transplanting can be realized for even seedling growth and strong packing root. This study aims to clarify the effect of synergistic seedling raising of darkened emergence by stacked plates in the open area (DE) and seedlings mulched with non-woven fabric (NM) on the seedling characteristics of indica hybrid rice. Tianyouhuazhan (the indica hybrid medium rice variety) was taken as the material in 2020-2021. The mode of swing-plate emergence (SE) and seedling mulched with film (FM) were chosen as the controls. A systematic investigation was made on the microenvironment and emergence characteristics in the emergence stage, seedling quality, and the adaptability of machine transplanting under DE and NM treatments. The results show that: 1) The DE increased the average temperature and average relative humidity of the microenvironment during the emergence stage, compared with the external environment (EE). The DE decreased the coefficient of variation (CV) of temperature and relative humidity, while shortening the time of seed emergence, and greatly improving the emergence rate and emergence uniformity, compared with SE. The NM effectively improved the microenvironment of the seedling bed for the balanced growth of seedlings, compared with FM. Finally, the DE+NM effectively improved the seedling uniformity and seedling rate. The seedling uniformity under DE+NM of two years increased by 7.22-8.91, 3.67-5.55, and 8.29-10.38 percentage points, respectively (P<0.05), and the seedling rate increased by 4.08-8.09, 11.79-14.88 and 20.10-40.02 percentage points, respectively (except for DE+FM in 2021, P<0.05), compared with DE+FM, SE+NM, and SE+FM. 2) The DE significantly increased the seedling density, the total root length, the number of white roots, root superficial area, and root biomass per unit area. The NM significantly increased the root volume per unit area. Finally, the DE+NM significantly increased the root volume, root superficial area, root biomass per unit area, and root coiling force (except for DE+FM in 2020). 3) The DE+NM significantly reduced the rate of missed and hurting seedlings, whereas, there was an increase in the ratio of 3-4 plants per hole, and increased the seedlings per hole, indicating the higher quality of mechanized transplanting. The DE+NM can be expected to strengthen the seedling, particularly for the characteristic of “neat seedlings, strong root and suitable for mechanical transplanting”. Therefore, the improved seedling raising performed better with the low cost, extensive resistance, high efficiency, and low carbon. In order to obtain sanitary spunbond nonwovens with excellent softness and air permeability, the fiber type, fiber fineness and areal density of the spunbond fabric were controlled by changing the polymer raw materials and process parameters, and the fibers with different fiber fineness and areal density were prepared. The effect of areal density on the properties of two spunbond nonwovens was studied, and the differences in the properties of the two spunbond fabrics with the same areal density were compared. The results show that the breaking strength, elongation at break and thickness of spunbond nonwovens increase with the increase of areal density, while the coefficient of variation, air permeability and softness decrease with the increase of areal density. Under the same areal density, the thickness, elongation at break, softness and air permeability of PE/PP bicomponent spunbond nonwovens are all greater than those of PP spunbond nonwovens, while the breaking strength decreases slightly. The low areal density (15 g/m²) PE/PP bicomponent spunbond non-woven fabric has a fiber fineness of 21.6 µm, a bending length of 1.28 cm, and an air permeability of 6 995.1 mm/s. In order to develop the base fabric material for nonwoven roller, samples were prepared by dry nonwoven process with high strength polypropylene (PP) fibers and polyimide (PI) fibers as raw materials.With fiber proportion.acupuncture density and acupuncture depth taken as factors, fabric density. thickness. tensile strength. breaking strength, bursting strength, water absorption ratio and pore diameter of samples as indexes, three-factors and three-levels orthogonal test was designed to explore the main factors affecting the property of base fabric material for nonwoven roller. In order to solve the problem that polyester nonwoven are not antibacterial and hydrophilic as medical and health products. The antibacterial and hydrophilic effects of chitosan/graphene oxide on polyester nonwoven fabrics were investigated. Chitosan and graphene oxide were prepared on polyester nonwoven fabrics by layer by layer self-assembly technology using electrostatic adsorption. The K/S value, anti bacterial property, moisture regain and tensile property of the polyester nonwoven fabrics were tested. It is found that the assembly state of chitosan and graphene oxide on the surface of nonwoven fabrics can be qualitatively analyzed by investigating the K/S value; the concentration of chitosan is 3 g/mL for finishing; the finished polyester nonwoven fabrics have good antibacterial and hydrophilic properties, and the breaking strength also slightly increases. Through this study, it can be seen that chitosan/graphene oxide can be used to finish polyester nonwoven fabrics with excellent antibacterial and hydrophilic properties by layer by layer self-assembly technology. In order to improve the construction efficiency of sand bag sloping breakwater in waterway regulation project, innovations were put forward around the key processes of material selection, design and processing. 510 g/m2 polypropylene filament woven fabric and 150 g/m2 non-woven fabric were used for the preparation of composite sand bag. The structure design of new sand bag was optimized through multi-layer disordered texture and unique weaving mode. The strength, permeability and sand retention of the new sand bag were verified through field test, and the breakthrough of sand bag filling height above 2 m was realized. In view of the• frequent occurrence of chop-and-kill violent terrorist attacks and the urgent need of the public securities and polices for light and comfortable stab-resistance equipment, the research into high-performance fabric-reinforced flexible stab-resistance materials has been extensively carried out. Based on the review of domestic and foreign researches in the field of flexible stab-resistance materials in recent years, the structural characteristics and stab-resistance mechanisms of woven, knitted. and nonwoven fabric-reinforced flexible stab-resistance materials were emphatically analyzed. The slippage between the yarns in the woven fabric has become an important factor causing material failure, and the loop structure of the knitted fabric makes it have self-locking and energy-absorbing effects. [Objective]The purpose of this study was to study the effect of high-molecular-weight polypomus polyester (PET) non-woven fabrics with different thicknesses on the medium and severe saline-alkali land crops barely covered by drip irrigation on soil water and salt trans-port. It provides reference for methods of soil salinity control. [Method] Bare fields of saline-alkali crops were covered with polyester non-woven fabrics of different thicknesses and the effects of various treatments on soil moisture, salt, and Na+ content were compared and analyzed. [Result] (i) Compared with non-covering measures, the moisture content of soil under polyester and non-woven fabrics was increased by 11.2 % and 12.54 % under medium and moderate saline-alkali conditions, and PET3 had the best water retention effect; (ii) Each treatment could reduce soil salinity and Nat content to varying degrees. The effect of 0 —20 cm soil layer was significant. The desalination effect of each treatment was; PETS > PET2 > PETI > CK. The desalination rate of PET3 in severe saline-alkali land was 57.04 % which was the highest among all treatments. (iii) The desalination rate of non-woven fabrics covering heavy saline-alkali land was higher than that of moderate saline-alkali land. [Conclusion] Non-woven fabric cover can reduce water evaporation, reduce water potential gradient between top soil and deep soil, and inhibit soil salt return. The desalination effect of non-woven fabric is related to the background salt content of the soil. The higher the desalination effect, the more significant; the greater the weight of the non-woven fabric, the water retention performance will increase. Activated carbon/TiO2 /polypropylene（PP） non-wovens were prepared by physical blending of activated carbon/TiO2 /PP. The microstructure，crystalline properties，mechanical properties and adsorption properties of PP nonwovens were characterized by differential scanning calorimeter（DSC），X-ray diffraction （XRD），electronic fabric stretching machine and visible spectrophotometer. The experimental results show that the degradation rate of TiO2 supported on activated carbon is high and the distribution of TiO2 is uniform when the ratio of activated carbon to titanium dioxide is 1∶3，so the ratio of activated carbon / TiO2 and PP is used to prepare non-woven fabrics by melt spraying. Therefore，the 1∶3 ratio of activated carbon/TiO2 to PP is used to melt - blown the nonwoven fabric. With the increase of the amount of activated carbon/TiO2，the adsorption performance of activated carbon/TiO2 /PP non - woven fabrics is enhanced. When the amount of activated carbon loaded titanium dioxide is 4%，the adsorption performance is better；the addition of activated carbon/TiO2 made mechanical properties of the non-woven fabrics reach the maximum value，but it has little effect on the crystallinity and melting point of the non-woven fabrics. Although the electrospun polymer fiber shows large specific surface area, its mechanical strength is usually poor, and the polar groups are often devoid. The electropsun polystyrene fibrous mats were treated with toluene emulsion and heated in oven in order to improve their mechanical strength. Afterwards, the polystyrene nonwovens embedded with the initiator azobisisobutyronitrile were further grafted with methacrylamido propyl trimethyl ammonium chloride (MAPTAC) in aqueous solution. The effects of the volume ratio of methanol to water and the dosage of the crosslinking agent N, N' -methylene-bis-acrylamide on the grafting were investigated in detail. The toluene emulsion effectively improved the nonwoven tensile strength. The results of water contact angle, water uptake, infrared spectra, and scanning electron microscopy all showed the monomer was successfully grafted onto the fiber surface. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
