ObjectiveFocusing on digital health literacy， this study elucidated the current research status， focal points， and developmental trends in this field over the past decade through bibliometric analysis and knowledge mapping of relevant papers.MethodsUtilizing software such as CiteSpace and VOSviewer， this study analyzed literature on digital health literacy from 2012 to 2022 retrieved from the Web of Science （WoS） database， employing bibliometric approaches such as keyword co-occurrence， timeline clustering， keyword burst detection， and author collaboration networks.ResultsThe research generally exhibited a continuing upward trend in publication volume； application fields were concentrated in disciplines such as mathematics and medicine； keywords include healthcare， intervention measures， health management， and technological applications. Research in digital health literacy （DHL） has evolved from an early focus on mobile health and behavior change to mid-term focus on health information and internet technology， and more recently to a greater focus on mental health and information technology applications， as well as the application of digital health and mobile technology in health behaviors， reflecting the field’s continuous development towards diversification.ConclusionResearch on digital health literacy is steadily growing and has received widespread recognition and attention from the academic community. With the development of mobile technologies and data science， the field of DHL is expected to make more in-depth research and application breakthroughs in education， scientific research， healthcare， public health， and social welfare.

Objective To study the effect and mechanism of berberine (BBR) on the lung metastasis of mouse breast cancer via epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT). Methods CCK-8 and Transwell migration assays were utilized to investigate the proliferation and migration properties of breast cancer 4T1 cells after BBR treatment.Mouse 4T1-Luc cells were injected into mice under the fourth mammary fat pad, and the mice were then randomly divided into the control and BBR groups.The mice in the BBR group received daily intraperitoneal injections of BBR working solution and those in the control group were continuously intraperitoneally injected with the same volume of the solvent used to dissolve BBR powder.Tumor metastasis in the lungs of living mice was detected by using an in vivo imaging system.After 42 days of administration, lung metastasis was measured via microscopy and HE staining.Western blot analysis was used to examine the effects of BBR on the expression of EMT-related proteins (Vimentin and Snail) as well as the activation of the Akt and ERK signaling pathways. Results BBR significantly promoted 4T1 cell migration (P < 0.05).In vivo experiments showed that the number of lung metastases in the BBR group had significantly increased compared with that in control group (P < 0.05) as observed under microcopy and histological staining.Compared with the control group, BBR upregulated the expression levels of Vimentin and Snail as well as the phosphorylated levels of p-Akt and p-ERK (P < 0.05). Conclusion BBR may promote EMT and lung metastasis of breast cancer 4T1 cells by activating the expression of proteins in the p-Akt and p-ERK pathways.

In order to investigate the effects of co-deposition of SiC and WS2 particles on the microstructure, wear resistance and corrosion resistance of Ni coatings, the pure Ni coating, the Ni-SiC composite coating and Ni-SiC-WS2 composite coating were prepared on the surface of 1060 aluminum. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffractometer (XRD), energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS) and microhardness tester, friction and ball disc wear tester and electrochemical workstation were used to detect and analyze the surface and cross section morphology, phase composition, elemental contents and microhardness of the coatings, and the wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the pure Ni, Ni-SiC and Ni-SiC-WS2 composite coatings were compared. Results showed that the Ni-SiC-WS2 composite coating was flat and compact, with a mass fraction of 7.05% (mass fraction, the same below) and 2.53% for SiC and WS2, respectively. This resulted in the reduction of nickel grain size by 63.39% and 21.63%, compared with the pure Ni coating and the Ni-SiC composite coating, respectively. The microhardness of Ni-SiC-WS2 composite coating was up to 424.73 HV0.5 N, which was 57.70% and 20.46% higher than that of the pure Ni coating and the Ni-SiC composite coating, respectively. WS2 particles in the coating had good antifriction effect, which made the friction coefficient of the Ni-SiC-WS2 composite coating further reduced by 17.39% compared to Ni-SiC composite coating, and wear rate reduced by 24.62%. The self-corrosion current density of Ni-SiC-WS2 composite coating was the lowest, at 4.68 μA/cm2, which was reduced by 53.85% and 11.36%, compared with the pure Ni coating and the Ni-SiC composite coating, respectively. The Ni-SiC-WS2 composite coating had higher impedance value of 112 361 Ω·cm2, which demonstrated better corrosion resistance than the Ni coating and the Ni-SiC composite coating.

With the rapid development of avionics system,a large number of devices and sensors are connected to the in-plane network,which makes the architecture of the in-plane communication network complex and heavy.Wireless communication network can effectively solve many problems,such as complicated wiring,heavy weight and difficult line fault detection.However,wireless network still has certain limitations in real-time and reliability,which is precisely the most concerned problem of airborne interconnection system.In this paper,the existing wired communication network architecture is analyzed,a hybrid communication network architecture of wireless access network and wired backbone network is designed according to its communication characteristics.The candidate wireless communication schemes are evaluated and selected.The fixed time slot of wireless network access is improved to dynamic allocation according to traffic,the mathematical model of dynamic time slot allocation is established,and the TDMA period and the optimal time slot allocation strategy are designed.Finally,a typical airborne network task shows that the strategy can improve the network utilization rate from 36.5% to 41.8% on the premise of ensuring that the system is schedulable,which verifies the effectiveness of the method.

In order to correctly evaluate the phosphating effect on the surface of galvanized steel plate,the two most typical phosphating film evaluation methods,namely P ratio and crystal coverage rate determination method were compared and analyzed.Different methods were used to determine P ratio and crystal coverage rate of phosphating film,respectively.Results showed that when the accuracy of XRD data of phosphating film could not be determined,the method of measuring the diffraction peak area of P phase and H phase was more accurate than that of determining the P ratio.When the XRD data of phosphating film was accurate,the P ratio calculated by directly measuring the diffraction intensity of P phase and H phase was more accurate.When there were many grain shapes and complex grain distribution in SEM morphology,the crystal coverage rate of phosphating film could be measured more accurately according to Q/JL J130012-2018.When the grain distribution was relatively uniform,the crystal coverage rate of the phosphating film could be measured by Photoshop software analysis method,which was more intuitive to observe the distribution of grain interstice.

BACKGROUND The toxic and hazardous elements in manganese ore not only affect manganese purification, production environment and product quality, but have also always been a technical problem in the manganese industry and particularly in experimental testing. At present, there are a total of 10 existing manganese ore composition analysis standard materials in the world, all of which lack the certified values of harmful components such as Cl, F, Co, Cr, Hg and As. Therefore, they do not meet the needs of manganese purification research, environmental monitoring, manganese ore import and detection method research. OBJECTIVES To prepare manganese ore composition analysis standard materials with quantitative values for Cl, F, As, Pb, Cd, Cr and Hg. METHODS Two certified chemical composition reference materials of manganese ore (GBW07139, GBW07140) were prepared by collecting samples from 3 large-scale manganese mining areas in Hunan Province and Xinjiang Autonomous Region. According to the type of deposit, all the samples passed the 97μm standard sieve and the initial uniformity inspection, and were packed into the smallest packaging unit individually or in combination. RESULTS For the uniformity test of randomly selected 2×30 bottles, the measured values of F were all less than F0.05(29, 60)=1.59, and the relative standard deviation was between 0.45% and 6.44%, indicating good uniformity of the samples. The long-term stability/short-term stability test was carried out within one year, and the linear model/average consistency data showed no significant difference, indicating good stability of samples. Ten laboratories participated in the collaborative certified value research, which included 23 components such as Mn, MnO2, SiO2, Al2O3, Fe, CaO, MgO, K2O, Na2O, TiO2, S, P, Cu, Co, Zn, Ni, Pb, Cd, Hg, Cr, As, Cl and F. In the two manganese ore composition analysis standard materials, the mass fractions of Mn were 21.63% and 41.55%, Cl were 38×10-6 and 1214×10-6, Ni were 1075×10-6 and 30.9×10-6, respectively. CONCLUSIONS This batch of manganese ore composition analysis standard materials contain certified values of Cl, F, Pb, Cd, Cr, Co, Hg and As, and is suitable for quality control of manganese-related analysis and testing.

Address to poor adaptability of traditional smelting methods to raw materials like bismuth concentrate, especially unsuitable for low-grade bismuth concentrate, low comprehensive recovery rate of valuable metals, difficult treatment of low concentration SO2 produced by pyrometallurgy, and high cost, a new process for separating molybdenum, tungsten, sulfur and bismuth by pressure oxidation alkaline leaching was proposed using low grade bismuth polymetallic concentrate of Shizhuyuan as raw material. The effects of alkali dosage, time, temperature, total pressure and liquid-solid ratio on the leaching rate of molybdenum, tungsten, sulfur and bismuth were studied. Under the optimum conditions, the leaching rate of molybdenum, tungsten and sulfur is 99.73%, 90.81% and 97.69% respectively, while bismuth remains un-leached and is enriched in the slag, which realizes the efficient separation of molybdenum, tungsten, sulfur and bismuth in low-grade bismuth polymetallic concentrates. BackgroundArrhythmia is a common cardiovascular disease, which has a range of transient or paroxysmal conditions. Arrhythmia easily occurs outside of the hospital, but signals of its onset often could not be captured by traditional ECG devices since they can not be worn at any time.ObjectiveTo assess the effect of applying scatter diagram in prehospital screening for arrhythmia via analyzing patients' data monitored by the single lead, wearable remote ECG monitoring system.MethodsParticipants (n=1 076) were primary care patients who were selected from Yinchuan from September 2018 to September 2019. All of them used single lead, wearable remote ECG monitoring system to monitor cardiac rhythms prehospitally when they had palpitation, dizziness, chest tightness, shortness of breath and other symptoms, and real-timely uploaded 24-hour ambulatory ECG data to be used for screen for arrhythmia by different approaches: approach A (diagnosis made using scatter diagram analysis by primary care physicians) , approach B (diagnosis made using scatter diagram analysis by physicians from Remote ECG Center, the First People's Hospital of Yinchuan) , and approach C (diagnosis made using scatter diagram analysis and ECG analysis by physicians from Remote ECG Center, the First People's Hospital of Yinchuan) . Prevalence and types of arrhythmia detected by these approaches and diagnostic coincidence rate of these approaches were analyzed. The sensitivity, specificity, positive and negative predictive values of approaches A and B were assessed with those of approach C as the gold standard.Results(1) The frequencies of arrhythmias detected by approaches A, B and C were 1 301, 1 323, and 1 647, respectively. The types of arrhythmias detected by approaches A, B and C were 14, 14, and 15, respectively. And the prevalence of arrhythmias detected by approaches A, B and C were 80.9%, 81.2% and 87.5%, respectively. (2) The diagnoses made by approaches A and B were highly consistent〔Kappa=0.891, 95%CI (0. 711, 1.071) , P=0.617〕, and the diagnostic coincidence rate was 96.7%. Objective We aimed to explore the mechanism of Ziyin Mingmu Formula in improving retinitis pigmentosa. Methods Twenty SD rats were randomly divided into the blank serum group and the Ziyin Mingmu Formula containing serum group using a random number table method, with 10 rats in each group. The rats in the Ziyin Mingmu Formula containing serum group were given Ziyin Mingmu Formula (46.875 g/kg), while the rats in the blank serum group were given distilled water. The Ziyin Mingmu Formula containing serum and blank serum were prepared. Analysis of chemical components in Ziyin Mingmu Formula containing serum using liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry technology. Adult retinal pigment epithelial cell line-19 (ARPE-19) cells were treated with tunicamycin to induce endoplasmic reticulum stress injury model. The optimal volume fraction of Ziyin Mingmu Formula containing serum was screened by CCK-8. ARPE-19 cells were divided into the blank group, the model group, the blank serum group, the Ziyin Mingmu Formula containing serum group and the tauroursodeoxycholic acid group, each group is intervened separately. After 24 hours of intervention, the morphological observation of cells was performed using a multi-time dynamic cell function analysis system, cell survival rate was detected by CCK-8, cell apoptosis rate was detected by Annexin V-FITC/PI, and protein and mRNA expressions of 78 kDa glucose regulated protein (GRP78), inositol-requiring enzyme 1 (IRE1) and activating transcription factor 6 (ATF6) were detected by Western blotting and ddPCR. Results The main chemical components in Ziyin Mingmu Formula containing serum were obtained by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry analysis, such as arbutin, salicylic acid, luteolin, Salvianolic acid A, erysovine, taurine, quercetin, maltol, baicalin, and danshensu. Compared with the model group, the number of cells in Ziyin Mingmu Formula containing serum group increased, the growth was more uniform, and the floating dead ARPE-19 cells and fragments decreased. The cell survival rate of Ziyin Mingmu Formula containing serum group and taursodeoxycholic acid group increased, and the cell apoptosis rate decreased (P< 0.05). The protein expressions of GRP78, IRE1, and ATF6 in Ziyin Mingmu Formula containing serum group were decreased, and IRE1 and ATF6 in taursodeoxycholic acid group were decreased (P< 0.05). The mRNA expressions of GRP78, IRE1, and ATF6 in Ziyin Mingmu Formula containing serum group and tauroursodeoxycholic acid group were decreased (P< 0.05). Conclusion Ziyin Mingmu Formula can reduce the cell apoptosis of ARPE-19 cells induced by endoplasmic reticulum stress, and its molecular mechanism is related to down-regulating the expression of GRP78, IRE1, ATF6 and inhibiting the endoplasmic reticulum stress response. BACKGROUND The development and rational utilization of stone coal vanadium ore resources require accurate analysis of its components and quality control. At present, there is no standard material for composition analysis of vanadium ore in the world, and the existing standard material cannot meet the needs of exploration, development and research of vanadium ore in China, either in the content of vanadium pentoxide or in the certified values of other elements. OBJECTIVES To prepare standard materials for composition analysis of stone coal vanadium ore. METHODS Ore samples, roof and floor rocks and artificially stripped high-grade samples were collected from four large stone coal vanadium districts, including Xiaoyuanchong vanadium mine in Chongyang County, Hubei Province, the Niuguuping in Zhijiang County, Hunan Province, the Yantouzhai in Guzhang County, Hunan Province, and the Heichong in Fenghuang County, Hunan Province. The samples were subjected to jaw-type primary crushing, roller crushing, coarse-grain sieving and mixing, ore blending and mixing, disc fine grinding, fine-grain sieving, and inactivation. After passing the initial inspection, samples were bottled and numbered. RESULTS For the uniformity test of randomly selected 4×35 bottles, the measured values of F were all less than F0.05(34, 70)=1.60, and the relative standard deviation was between 0.31% and 7.48%, indicating good uniformity of the samples. Long-term and short-term stability tests were carried out on randomly selected samples, and no statistically significant difference was found, indicating good stability of the samples. Nine laboratories participated in the collaborative certified value research, which included 16 components such as V2O5, C and SiO2. Mass fractions of V2O5 in the four stone coal vanadium ore standard materials were 0.63%, 0.86%, 1.55%, 3.99%, covering cut-off grade of 0.50%, industrial grade of 0.70%, and rich-ore grade of ≥ 1%. Carbon contents of four standard materials were 2.40%, 3.46%, 5.60% and 7.27%, respectively. CONCLUSIONS The successful development of 4 standard substances (GBW07875, GBW07876, GBW07877, GBW07878) in this batch can provide reference for scientific utilization and research of stone coal vanadium ore.

The testing blocks of AlSi7MgTi alloy were prepared by selective laser melting (SLM) technique and T6 heat treatment using alloy powders fabricated by supersonic gas atomization equipment. The microstructure, phase composition, residual stress, and mechanical properties of as-built and T6 treated alloys were investigated by optical microscope,scanning electron microscope,X-ray diffractometer,Raman spectrometer and tensile tests, respectively. The results indicate that as-built alloy mainly consists of supersaturated α(Al) solid solution and Si phases. The microstructure characterized by layer-by-layer stacking and interlaced of "scale-like" melt pool, shows obvious anisotropy. In addition, Si phase exists in the form of cellular eutectic silicon, which is connected by blocky and fibrous eutectic silicon. The eutectic silicon near melt pool boundary is relatively thick, while it is smaller in interior of melt pool. T6 heat treatment promotes the precipitation of Si phases, and leads to the Ostwald coarsening of eutectic silicon. Meanwhile, the melt pool morphologies and cellular eutectic silicon structure are basically eliminated by T6 heat treatment. Additionally, the residual stress is significantly reduced after heat treatment. The tensile strength and yield strength of as-built alloy reach up to 420-430 MPa and 280-300 MPa respectively, with elongation of 5.1%-11.0%. However, the tensile strength of T6 heat treated alloy is reduced to about 360 MPa, and yield strength is almost equal to that of as-built alloy, while elongation increases to 15.2%-16.5%.

Gd2O3 doped CeO2(GDC) was widely used in solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC) because of its high ionic conductivity at 500-700 ℃. However, during the SOFC operation, Ce4+ was reduced to Ce3+ at the anode side of the battery, resulting in electronic leakage, which leaded to the degradation of SOFC battery performance. The Ce1-xGdxO2-δ(x=0.05,0.10,0.15,0.20,0.25, mole fraction) solid electrolyte was prepared by sol-gel method. The effects of different Gd3+ doping amount on the total conductivity and electronic conductivity of GDC electrolyte were studied, and the relationships between the total conductivity, electronic conductivity, and temperature, oxygen partial pressure were analyzed. The results show that, when the Gd2O3 doping content is 0.20, the total conductivity of GDC reaches the highest 8.59×10-2 S·cm-1 at 750 ℃. The electronic conductivity decreases with the increase of Gd3+doping amount, and reaches the highest 6.47×10-4 S·cm-1 at 750 ℃ when Gd3+doping amount is 0.10. The GDC with doping amount of 0.20 highlights the highestionic conductivity because of its highest total conductivity and smaller electronic conductivity.

Due to its unique optical and electrical properties, p-type metal oxide materials stannous oxide has been favored by more and more people in various fields such as catalysis, sensing and optoelectronic devices.This paper focuses on the research and application of stannous oxide in thin film transistors. As a core component of display driver panels, thin film transistors play an important role in the display.The research progress of p-type stannous oxide thin film transistors was summarized in this paper, which includes the analysis of the microcosmic properties of stannous oxide, the preparation of stannous oxide thin film materials and the fabrication methods of transistors. By introducing the crystal and electronic structure of stannous oxide in details, the microcosmic regul-ation mechanism of the properties of tin oxide was discussed. Through the preparation of stannous oxide materials and the research and application of the devices, the problems of low current-to-switch ratio faced by stannous oxide thin film transistors were analyzed and their prospects in the direction of the complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor devices were put forward, in order to provide a refere-nce for the preparation of p-type metal oxide thin film transistors which are stable and eco-friendly.

BACKGROUND There are many kinds of mass spectral interferences when inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) is used to determine trace amounts of cadmium in geological samples. Usually, on-line or off-line equations are used for correction. When the sample has high tin content, traditional fixed coefficient correction equations can easily lead to significant deviations in the results, and even negative results. OBJECTIVES To develop a method for the determination of low-level Cd in high-Sn samples. METHODS The system of hydrofluoric acid-perchloric acid-nitric acid digestion and nitric acid compound solvent were applied to analyze the cadmium isotopes, 111Cd, 113Cd and 114Cd for high-tin samples. The influence of interference elements, Sn, In, Zr and Mo on the determination of cadmium was studied. RESULTS Results showed that there was a non-simple positive correlation between cadmium concentration and the concentration variations of interference sources. The interference increment value increased gradually with the concentration of interference elements. The interference coefficient of 114Sn on 114Cd ranges from 0.0272 to 0.0222, and that of 113In on 113Cd was 0.0670 to 0.0412. Cadmium suffers from different degrees of Zr and Mo based oxide/hydroxide mass spectrometry interferences. By measuring the cadmium interference value produced by a single standard solution close to the concentration of the interference source in the sample, the interference coefficient (γ) was corrected on-line to establish an accurate correction equation. The method has been verified by a series of certified standard substances with high accuracy and precision of 6.57%-9.94% (n=7). The method had the Cd detection limit of 0.03mg/kg, which met the requirements of geological sample analysis. CONCLUSIONS The method provides a feasible basis for the determination of low-content cadmium in high-Sn geological samples.

[Objective] The development of the "sweet spot" in lacustrine fine-grained sedimentary shale reservoirs is closely related to the enrichment of organic matter (OM). However, few studies on the causes of OM enrichment and the establishment of enrichment models of shale in faulted saline lacustrine basins have been reported. A typical continental rifted saline lake basin was developed for the upper sub-segment of the upper 4th member of the Shahejie Formation (Es4scs) in the Dongying Sag. To further understand the OM enrichment in fine-grained sedimentary shale during this period, [Methods] This study used thin slice identification, scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction, sporopollenin identification, biomarker chromatography-mass spectrometry and other techniques. The controlling factors of organic matter enrichment were explored in detail by using each index, and the organic matter enrichment model suitable for each stage of environmental evolution of the study area was established. [Results] (1) OM occurs at the microscopic level as strips, infills and dispersions. The OM source was mainly lower aquatic organisms such as algae, with evidence of small amounts of terrestrial higher plant material in the middle and upper strata. (2) The sedimentary environment evolved in three stages: A shallow-water semi-arid low-oxygen environment, a deepwater semi-humid reducing environment, and a sub-deepwater semi-arid low-oxygen environment. (3) OM enrichment was mainly influenced by climate, salinity, redox condition, productivity and deposition rate. Water depth, terrestrial input, volcanism and hydrothermal activity were secondary influences. [Conclusions] A model of OM enrichment in fine-grained sedimentary strata of the continental rifted saline lake basin was established, which may be highly significant for the exploration and development of continental shale oil and gas in China. To summarize: high OM enrichment in the studied interval was dominated by very productive conditions, a reducing environment for preservation, suitable salinity and suitable deposition rate. Objective To explore the surgical method and the efficacy of posterolateral approach combined with locking plate for treatment of posterior Pilon fracture with lateral malleolus fracture. Methods We retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 59 patients with posterior Pilon fracture complicated by lateral malleolus fracture treated in our hospital from January, 2014 to January, 2018, including 33 male and 26 female patients aged 21-69 years (mean 46.8 years). Among these cases, the fractures resulted from sprains in 29 cases, falling in 21 cases and traffic accidents in 9 cases; the fractures occurred on the left side in 31 cases and on the right in 28 cases. According to YU Guangrong's classification, 19 patients had type Ⅰ, 24 had type Ⅱ and 16 had type Ⅲ fractures. All the patients underwent distal tibia posterior locking plate internal fixation through a combined posterolateral approach, and the postoperative complications, bone healing time and fracture reduction were recorded; the ankle function was assessed based on the American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society (AOFAS) score. Results The patients were followed up for 12 to 30 months (mean 18 months) after the operation. According to the Burwell-Charnley's criteria, anatomical reduction was achieved in 46 cases and good reduction in 9 cases, with an excellent and good reduction rate of 93.2%. The mean healing time of the fracture was 11 weeks (9-15.5 weeks). The mean VAS scores at rest, in motion and in weight bearing were 0.54, 0.77 and 1.31, respectively. The ankle function, as evaluated according to AOFAS scores, was excellent in 45 cases, good in 11 cases, and acceptable in 3 cases, with an excellent and good function rate of 94.9%. No such complications as infection, failure of internal fixation, nonunion or malunion occurred during the follow-up. Conclusion The posterolateral approach combined with the locking plate, which has a clear surgical approach to allow flexible operation and reliable fixation, can achieve satisfactory clinical effect for treatment of posterior Pilon fracture with lateral malleolus fracture and promotes early functional recovery.

Micropore is the effective reservoir for argillaceous rocks, and its structure parameter is the important parameter for the evaluation of gas reservoir and the estimation of the amount of resources. The Nitrogen Adsorption Method (NAM), Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR), and Argon Ionization-Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscopy (AIP-FESEM) were used to analyze micropore characteristics of argillaceous rocks in the 5th Member of Xujiahe Formation of western Sichuan. The results show that: (1) AIP-FESEM has unparalleled advantages in characterizing the morphology and classification of microscopic pores. However, when it was used to quantify the pore parameter, the deviation of results is large, due to the threshold of image binarization. Therefore, it should be combined with the nitrogen adsorption method to quantify its pore size (in Fig.4). (2) As NMR is less affected by the rock skeleton, it can reflect physical properties of the rock more finely. However, the pore shape is poorly reflected by this technique (in Fig.3). (3) Based on the three methods, a certain amount of nanometer scale pore can be identified in the 5th Member of Xujiahe Formation. The pores are mostly several tens of nanometers to several hundred nanometers which have poor porosity of 2.3%-7.4% (in Table 1). The intergranular pores and intercrystalline pores of argillaceous rocks are the most developed, organic pores and micro-cracks aresecodary, and the granule pores least developed. In general, the combination of three techniques can reflect the structural characteristics of argillaceous rocks more accurately and comprehensively, and obtain more perfect pore structure parameters, which has wide application prospects in the quantitative characterization of pore structure of argillaceous rocks.

Blockchain technology can solve the problems of centralized management and easy data loss in the traditional access control scheme of IoT to achieve distributed and high security access control, but it is easy to ignore the importance of establishing a dynamic and flexible access control mechanism such that the dynamic information of the network cannot be captured automatically when its node is damaged and its authorization policy is adjusted accordingly. This paper design an attribute-based access control mechanism for IoT with a trust and reputation system that assists authorization, and a multidimensional adaptation algorithm (MDAA) is proposed. Firstly, a public blockchain and a private sidechain are used to store sensitive information and public data separately, access threshold policies are defined by service consuming nodes register attributes and service providing nodes. Secondly, the trust and reputation system gradually quantifies the trust and reputation scores of each node in the network, when a service consumer node initiates an access request, the smart contract verifies whether the service consumer node satisfies thresholds of the attributes, trust and reputation required by the access threshold policy, the access privileges is available if satisfied. Finally, the trust and reputation scores of nodes are updated periodically based on interactions between nodes to achieve dynamic verification and authorization. Simulation results show that compared with TARAS algorithm and DADAC algorithm, MDAA supports two- way trust evaluation, has better algorithm convergence and reduces the delay in processing access control while ensuring authorization security, which is applicable. Bridge crane and gantry crane are the equipments which are the most widely used in lifting field,and it is necessary to study its dynamic characteristics when the gantry crane is designed. Taking the L type gantry crane as an example,with the help of finite element method,the crane’s top six order natural frequency and vibration mode were obtained by modal analysis,and the frequency biggest impacting on the dynamic characteristics of crane was obtained by harmonic response analysis,then taking the frequency as index,the dynamic sensitivity analysis of its structural parameters was carried out. In the dynamic sensitivity analysis,the parameters which affect dynamic characteristics of the crane structure more greatly were obtained. By the way,the dynamic optimization model can be simplified. The results provide the basis for the further optimization of the structure and the reference for the dynamic design of other similar structures.

A novel real-time digital nonlinearity post-calibration method was developed based on the Volterra series.With the purpose of fitting the inverse transfer function of the nonlinear distortion characteristics of the receiver,parameters of the model were measured and self-adaptively updated without knowledge of the inputs using the blind identification cri-terion that was aimed at the minimizing of the total energy of the frequencies other than strong signals in the calibrated outputs.Experimental results on multi-tone excitation and 16-QAM modulation input show that with the proposed method,spurs-free-dynamic-range（SFDR） of the high efficiency nonlinear receiver front-end would achieve almost 26dB improvement,and the ability of the system in weak signals detection can be also significantly enhanced.

[Objectives] Using sex pheromone lures to trap tobacco pests is both environmentally friendly and effective. However, antagonistic interactions may occur when the sex pheromones of more than one pest are simultaneously deployed. Understanding these interactions will allow such combinations of sex pheromones to be avoided. [Methods] Interactions between different combinations of sex pheromones used to trap Spodoptera litura, Helicoverpa armigera, Helicoverpa assulta, and Agrotis ypsilon, were investigated in Taipingba town, Fengdu county, Chongqing. [Results] A combination of A. ypsilon and H. assulta sex pheromones caught significant more A. ypsilon moths[(2.83±0.95) moths/trap/day] than those caught by the A. ypsilon pheromone alone [(1.17±0.79) moths/trap/day]. This pheromone combination also caught significantly more H. assulta [(3.00±1.46) moths/trap/day] than traps baited with H. assulta sex pheromone alone [(0.83±0.54) moths/trap/day]. Spodoptera litura sex pheromone caught more S. litura moths [(7.83±1.97) moths/trap/day] than all other lures tested. However, combining this pheromone with either the A. ypsilon, H. armigera, or H. assulta, sex pheromones significantly decreased the number of S. litura moths captured to (2.17±1.08), (2.67±1.26) and (4.33±1.89) moths/trap/day, respectively. [Conclusion] A combination of H. assulta and A. ypsilon sex pheromones had a significant synergistic effect, but combining S. litura sex pheromones with those of other species significantly decreased the number of S. litura captured. Extremely high remote dangerous rock collapse is characterized by suddenness, fast speed, great potential energy, severe destruction force, strong impact and wide influence range. Five dangerous rock blocks are located on the southern slope of Wufeng Mountain in Zhenxiong County, northeast Yunnan. The strata are near horizontal and the topographic slope of collapse area is above 70°. The bare area of bedrock is 0.07 km² in collapse and dangerous rock area, with the height difference of 222 m from slope toe to top, the average height difference of 159 m for dangerous rock mass, and the maximum horizontal displacement of rockfall of 216 m, belonging to typical extremely high remote dangerous rock group. The qualitative and quantitative methods are used to comprehensively analyze 10 basic influencing factors of dangerous rocks and evaluate the stability combined with internal and external conditions. The results show that the five dangerous rocks have poor stability with the toppling-type damage mode. The high-speed remote dynamic collapse easily generates debris flows, which impact and flow in high speed as scattered fans. Objective The aim of this study was to evaluate outcomes of endonasal approaches for different craniopharyngiomas types based on QST classification. Methods A total of 125 primary craniopharyngioma (CP) patients undergoing resection from January 2008 to January 2018 were reviewed. All tumors were divided into three types (Q-, S-, and T-CP) according to QST classification: 38 cases with Q-CP, 20 with S-CP, and 67 with T-CP. All tumors were removed by endoscopic endonasal surgery. The gross total resection rates, the postoperative complications and the recurrence rates were recorded. Results The gross total resection rates of Q-, S-, and T-CP were 97.37% (37/38), 90% (18/20) and 92.54% (62/67), respectively. Visual deterioration after surgery occurred in 0 (0/38), 5% (1/20) and 1.49% (1/67) of patients. The new hypopituitarism rates were 28.95% (11/38), 25% (5/20), and 37.31% (25/67), respectively; the permanent diabetes insipidus were observed in 39.47% (15/38), 35% (7/20) and 44.78% (30/67) of patients; postoperative cerebrospinal fluid leak occurred in 13 patient, with the rate of 10.53% (4/38), 10% (2/20) and 10.45% (7/67) in each tumor type; intracranial infection occurred in 5.26% (2/38), 5% (1/20) and 7.46% (5/67) of patients; hydrocephalus was noted in 5.26% (2/38), 5% (1/20) and 5.97% (5/67) of patients; Stroke or hemorrhage occurred in 2.63% (2/38), 5% (1/20) and 2.99% (2/67) of patients; nasal complications occurred in 7.89% (3/38), 10% (2/20) and 10.45% (7/67) of patients. The mortality was 0 (0/ 38), 5% (1/20) and 2.99% (2/67), respectively. The mean follow-up duration of all cases was 71.60 months, and the recurrence rate of each tumor type were 2.63% (1/38), 5% (1/20) and 4.48% (3/67), respectively. Conclusions Craniopharyngioma could be effectively cured by radical surgery. Endonasal surgery has its unique advantages when managing different types of craniopharyngioma with favorable results. L-arabinose isomerase catalyzes the isomerization reaction from D-galactose to D-tagatose, and has attracted more attention due to its importance in animal nutrition and food applied research. Animal rumen is a special anaerobic environment, and ruminal microorganisms contain large amounts of novel genes that code for polysaccharide-degrading enzymes. This stud)' primarily analyzed the genetic diversity of L-arabinose isomerase in sheep rumen bacteria. Using the metagenome of rumen content extracted 4 h after feeding as template, 61 L-arabinose isomerase gene fragments with 68%~98% identities and known sequences were obtained by PCR amplification with specific degenerate primers and restriction enzyme digest. Of them, 38 distinct sequences (<95% identity) were subjected to clustering analysis. The results showed that the L-arabinose isomerase genes from Prevotella ruminicola were found to be predominant (36/38) in sheep rumen, and those from Catonella morbid and Marinilabilia salmonicolor (2/38) were minor. In order to test the performance of AM-OLED Display, an automatic V-I-L testing system based on virtual instrument technology was designed and used to acquire V-I-L curve. The performances of the AM-OLED Display (such as voltage-current, brightness, chromaticity coordinates, etc) could be measured in the same software. First, we built the hardware circuit: the driving circuit based on FPGA for AM-OLED Display. Then, a software system of V-I-L testing system based on virtual instrument technology was designed on this basis. Finally, we tested the 12. 2 cm AM-OLED Display based on MOTFT technology which is developed independently, and verified the reliability of the system. Through the analysis of the test results, the data voltage of each pixel was about 9. 2 V when the brightness of AM-OLED Display reached to the value of calculation. In brief, this system can achieve the automatic test of the Displays' perlortoan.ce parameters and make an assessment on screen performance. What's more, it can not only provide reference data (or the white balance adjustment and the design of AM-OLED driver IC, but also show the direction for the optimisation design on the screen. By using open-top chamber (OTC) and the techniques of dendrochronology, this paper studied the growth of Pinus armandii under elevated ozone, and explored the evolution dynamics and adaptation mechanisms of typical forest ecosystems to ozone enrichment. Elevated ozone inhibited the stem growth of P. armandii significantly, with the annual growth of the stem length and diameter reduced by 35.0% and 12. 9%, respectively. The annual growth of tree-ring width and the annual ring cells number decreased by 11. 5% and 54. 1%, respectively, but no significant change was observed in the diameter of tracheid. Hydroxyl polyester has great value in the process of preparing degradable plastics. We have synthesized the hydroxyl polyester by the ring-opening polymerization with the bisphenol A epoxy resin and sebacic acid as the raw materials, and the benzoic acid as polymerization inhibitor. The influences of species and consumption of catalysts on molecular weight and polydispersity of products were studied. It was found that, under the condition of 10% OMMT, the number-average molecular weight of product could reach 13 459 and the weight-average molecular weight was 132 596, while the polydispersity was only 9.85. Based on BIOME-BGC model and tree-ring data, a modeling study was conducted to estimate the dynamic changes of the net primary productivity (NPP) of Pinus tabulaeformis forest ecosystem in North China in 1952-2008, and explore the responses of the radial growth and NPP to regional climate warming as well as the dynamics of the NPP in the future climate change scenarios. The simulation results indicated the annual NPP of the P. tabulaeformis ecosystem in 1952-2008 fluctuated from 244.12 to 645.31 g C·m-2·a-1, with a mean value of 418.6 g C·m-2·a-1. The mean air temperature in May-June and the precipitation from previous August to current July were the main factors limiting the radial growth of P. tabulaeformis and the NPP of P. tabulaeformis ecosystem. In the study period, both the radial growth and the NPP presented a decreasing trend due to the regional warming and drying climate condition. In the future climate scenarios, the NPP would have positive responses to the increase of air temperature, precipitation, and their combination. The elevated CO2 would benefit the increase of the NPP,and the increment would be about 16.1% due to the CO2 fertilization. At both ecosystem and regional scales, the tree?ring data would be an ideal proxy to predict the ecosystem dynamic change, and could be used to validate and calibrate the process-based ecosystem models including BIOME-BGC. The bargaining pricing model is built by constructing the wealth utility function of property right price; the equation of weighted marginal utility zero-sum for solving the equilibrium price of property right is derived. In the light of differences of preferences and expectation values to property right of buyers, the equilibrium prices of bargaining is solved by means of the different equations of weighted marginal utility zero-sum of seller and buyers with a numerical case, and the maximum equilibrium price is chosen as the winner reference price. The wealth utilities and welfare function level of the seller and the winners at different winner prices are computed, by the comparison of the computed results, only the maximum equilibrium price has the highest welfare function level and highest market efficiency. And if the winner price is higher than the maximum expected value of the property right, the welfare function level is negative, it is so called "Winner's curse". A 6x3 factorial laboratory experiment was conducted to study the effects of acid and alkaline stress (pH 5.0, 6.0, 7.0, 8.0, 9.0, and 10.0) on the oxygen consumption rate (OR), ammonia excretion rate (NR), and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) and Na+-K+ adenosine triphosphatase (Na+-K+ ATPase) activities of Oreochromis niloticus juveniles with body mass 1.02, 5.13, and 10.31 g. With increasing pH, the juveniles OR and NR increased first, peaked at pH 7.0- 8.0, and decreased then. The OR and NR increased with increasing body mass, and their relationships fitted power equations. The linear effects of pH and body mass and the quadratic effect of pH on the OR and NR were highly significant (P<0.01), but the pH and body mass had less synergistic effect on the OR and NR (P>0.05). Regressive equations of pH and body mass with the OR and NR were established, the R2 being 0.942 and 0.936, respectively (P<0.01). Body mass had significant effects on the O:N ratio (P<0.01), whereas acid and alkaline stress could alter the energy source utilization patterns of the juveniles. High pH was not favorable to the LDH activity, but favorable to the Na+-K+ ATPase activity. The pH had linear and quadratic effects on the LDH and Na+-K+ ATPase activities (P<0. 01), body mass had no significant effect on the Na+-K+ATPase activity, and the pH and body mass had no synergistic effect on the two enzyme activities (P>0.05). The process of siro wool spandex core-spun yarn was disgussed. The processing principle of sirospun was introduced, the spinning frame was reformed by the spindle tape, spandex device, middle covered roll groove and the other affiliated device, so it can fit to the sirospun require. By optimizing the processing of combing, choosing light roving weight per unit, sound predrafting multiple of spandex and position, adjusting center distance of pipe socket, choosing biggish spinning twist factor and analyzing winding processing and production adminster, the woollspandex core-spun yarn was spinning successfully. To explore relations between the character behavior and the EEG of people, experimenter's EEG was measured during the process of Uchida-Kraepelin Test(UK test) and the EEG data of different experimenters in character is analyzed based on the three characters: startup ability, excitability and changeability. Relations between the character behavior and the EEG were explored by contrasting the EEG energy distribution of especial frequency band during the process of UK test. The results indicated that the character of startup ability is mainly related to the energy of β wave of EEG at the beginning of up-part and down-part of UK test; the character of changeability is mainly related to the fluctuation of β wave energy of EEG during the process of UK test; the character of excitability is mainly related to the magnitude and changing uptrend of a wave energy of EEG during the process of UK test. By using the coefficient mapping relationship of the characteristic polynomials between a plant and the dynamic matrix control (DMC) closed-loop system, a terse expression of the coefficients of DMC closed-loop characteristic polynomial was discussed. The article examines the efficacy of anti-idiotypic antibodies (Ab2) in the diagnoses of serum antibodies and avian influenza virus (AIV) in Shandong, China. To assess the effectiveness of the technique in detecting virus, researchers tested virus antigens, AIV antigens and Ab2 by agar gel precipitation (AGP) and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). They found that Ab2 can replace AIV antigens in detecting antibodies and virus, but pose risk in polluting the environment.
