Purposes Traffic flow prediction is crucial for the effective management and operation of urban transportation systems. The flows of different road sections or intersections in a traffic network change dynamically with time, meanwhile the flows of spatially neighboring road sections or intersections affect each other. In order to better learn the spatial and temporal correlation of the traffic flow of different road sections or intersections from the traffic flow sequences, and to improve the performance of short-term prediction of traffic flow, in this paper we propose a traffic flow prediction method based on Dynamic Graph Convolution Network with Multi-head Attention (DGCNMA). Methods The DGCNMA model first introduces graph convolution networks into the Transformer framework to learn the spatial embedding of traffic flow sequences and incorporate them into the traffic flow sequences, and then adopts the mechanism of Multi-head Attention to capture the temporal and spatial correlation of the traffic flow sequences from multiple perspectives at the same time; second, the Interactive Dynamic Graph Convolution Network is introduced to simultaneously learn the local and global spatial-temporal correlations of traffic flow sequences through the interactive learning of convolutional network and dynamic graph convolutional network, and the interactive fusion of parity subsequence features. Findings Experiments on highway traffic flow datasets (PEMS03, PEMS04, PEMS08) and subway crowd flow datasets (HZME inflow and HZME outflow) show that the proposed DGCNMA model has better traffic flow prediction performance than the baseline models.

The static adsorption properties of Rhodamine B (RhB) on different zeolites were studied. The results show that the composition and pore structure of the molecular sieve can affect the adsorption performance. A good adsorption result was showed on MCM-41 zeolite. The maximum removal rate (97. 37% ) of the RhB in a tested solution with a RhB concentration of 7 mg/L was achieved within 10 min at 30 °C on 2 g/L MCM-41 zeolite sample,and it showed good adaptability to the ionic strength and pH of the solution. The adsorption of RhB on the MCM-41 zeolite was more in line with the Langmuir isothermal adsorption model and belonged to the spontaneous adsorption process. The entropy increases between 293 -303 K and decreases between 313 - 343 K. The adsorption process conforms to the quasi-secondary adsorption kinetic equation and belongs to chemical adsorption. With the development of cloud computing, deploying workflows onto cloud computing platforms has become a popular choice. Compared with the traditional local workflow, cloud workflow not only needs to consider the requirements such as the execution time, but also considers the economic cost. In order to improve the resource utilization, cloud computing service providers provide spot instances, which are very cheap but unstable. Aiming at the problem of workflow scheduling and execution in cloud computing, this paper proposes a spot instance configuration and scheduling method that meets the workflow execution time budget. This method uses Markov models and dynamic programming methods to predict the price of spot instances and obtain the lowest cost bid strategy. At the same time, to satisfy the execution time budget of the workflow, the instances used in the workflow are configured under the estimated bid strategy. Experimental results show that, compared with using on-demand instances, our method can save up to 89. 9% computation cost, while meeting the workflow execution time budget. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The study and application progress of gas tungsten arc welding ( GTAW ) of magnesium alloy was illustrated domestically and abroad from the view of affecting microstructures and mechanical properties. Some aspects including welding electric parameters, post welding heat treatment, welding speed, etc. influence the microstructures and mechanical properties in welding zone were derived from researchers and scholars. It is pointed out that there are some problems of recent study on GTAW of magnesium alloy. For using visual technology in the process of drug testing, drug mutual adhesion image will bring a lot of difficulties to subsequent feature extraction. For this problem, this paper presented a segmentation method based on the concave point direction line. It mainly made the color image segmentation in advance according to the color distance, then took 4 chain code to different color segmentation images to find all concave points and marked all the concave points. Then it got the direction line according to all concave points and matched the concave points, took the pairing concave points attachment as a parting line. For developing thin film materials with excellent friction and wear resistance, TiAlN thin films were deposited on the surface of 4Cr13 martensitic stainless steel by multi-arc ion plating, and TiAlN thin films doped with Cr and Cr-Ni were deposited on the surface of 4Cr13 by magnetron sputtering and multi arc ion plating, respectively.Scanning electron microscope(SEM), X-ray diffractometer(XRD)and Vickers hardness tester were used to analyze the surface morphology, phase and surface hardness of the film.The surface morphology, composition and phase of the worn film at different temperatures were analyzed.Results showed that the surface hardness of the film decreased after doped with Cr and Ni.As the temperature increased, the friction coefficient of the three films decreased.Moreover, the friction coefficient of the TiAlN film co-doped with Cr and Ni was the smallest at each temperature, followed by Cr-doped TiAlN film, which showed that the addition of Cr and Ni was beneficial to decrease the friction coefficient of the material.After friction at 100 ℃ and 300 ℃, the wear amount of undoped TiAlN film was higher than those after doping, and the wear amount of TiAlN films co-doped with Cr and Ni was the lowest.When the friction temperature increased to 500 ℃, the wear amount of TiAlN films was lower than that of doped films.

Aiming at the problem of ill-posed regions with blurred disparity edges,unsmooth disparity,discontinuous disparity of a single object,and holes in stereo matching,a lightweight real-time binocular depth estimation algorithm is proposed,which uses the semantic tags obtained by semantic segmentation of the scene graph and the edge detail images obtained by edge detection asauxi-liary loss,and the ground truth image as the main loss,to construct the joint loss function which can better supervise the generation of the disparity map.In addition,a lightweight feature extraction module is constructed to reduce the redundancy of the feature extraction stage,which can better simplify the feature extraction steps,and improve the real-time and lightness of the network.Finally,the idea of from coarse to fine is used to realize the gradual refinement process of the disparity map with fusion of low-resolution disparity map deformation and high-resolution feature map to generate disparity maps of different scales in stages,meanwhile,the detailed features are gradually enriched,thus obtaining the final accurate disparity map.The 3px error rate of 1.72% is obtained on the KITTI 2012 dataset,the Vintge error rate on the Middlebury 2014 dataset is 1.23%,the Playroom error rate is 2.23%,and the Recycle error rate is 1.65%.Meanwhile,the calculation time on the Scene Flow dataset reaches 0.76 s with 2.4 G memory occupation,which significantly improves the accuracy and computational efficiency of stereo matching algorithms in the ill-posed regions,meets the real-time requirements in engineering practice,and has important guiding significance for real-time 3D reconstruction tasks.

Objective: To explore the levels and clinical characteristics of serum D-dimer and IL-33 in patients with chronic urticaria. Methods: A total of 63 patients with chronic urticarial were divided into a positive group and a negative group according to the results of the autologous serum skin test, in addition, a normal control group was set. The levels of serum D-dimer and IL-33 were measured by ELISA in all three groups. Results: Of the 63 patients with chronic urticaria, 37 were positive for ASST, 26 were negative for ASST. Serum levels of D-dimer and IL-33 in patients with chronic urticaria of the positive group were significantly higher than that in normal controls (all P0.05). Conclusion: The levels of D-dimer are high in patients with chronic urticaria, the levels of IL-33 are high in positive group, and these elevated D-dimer and IL-33 may lead to the imbalance of the immune system and increase the occurrence and development of chronic urticaria.

Based on the SM2 digital signature standard,a proxy-protected proxy signature scheme was designed.Through the design of the agent authorization mechanism,the protection of the proxy signer was realized.The proxy signature was realized by the proxy signer who represents the original signer through the improvement of the SM2 digital signature algorithm.The security analysis shows that the designed algorithm is verifiable,identifiable,distinguishable,non-repudiation,and strong unforgeability.Finally,the program was implemented using the C language and the Polarssl library,and the performance was compared with the SM2 digital signature.The analysis shows that the algorithm has good usability in performance.

Using convolution neural network which though convolution and pooling extracting features of high dis-tinguish ability and then make fusion for classification of natural images and scanned documents.Experimental re-sults show that the classification accuracy of the proposed classification method is more than 93% on the SKL image database.The model is highly robust to font sizes and image formats.Through contrast experiment validated that preprocessing of image has a positive effect on the accuracy of the model and the time cost on training.

Objectives: To improve the understanding of the clinical phenotypes and genetic characteristics of nephronophthisis (NPHP) and related syndromes in children., Methods: A retrospective analysis was performed on the medical data of eight children with NPHP and related syndromes who were diagnosed and treated in the Department of Pediatrics of the Second Hospital of Hebei Medical University, from January 2018 to November 2022. The clinical characteristics and genetic testing results were analyzed., Results: Among these eight children, there were five boys and three girls, with an age of onset ranging from 15 months to 12 years. All 8 children exhibited different degrees of renal function abnormalities when they attended the hospital. Among the eight children, two had the initial symptom of delayed development, two had the initial symptom of anemia, and two were found to have abnormal renal function during physical examination. The extrarenal manifestations included cardiovascular abnormalities in two children, skeletal dysplasia in two children, liver dysfunction in one child, retinitis pigmentosa in one child, and visceral translocation in one child. All eight children had renal structural changes on ultrasound, and four children had mild to moderate proteinuria based on routine urine test. Of all eight children, five had NPHP1 gene mutations and one each had a gene mutation in the NPHP3 , IFT140 , and TTC21B genes, and four new mutation sites were discovered., Conclusions: Children with NPHP and related syndromes often have the initial symptom of delayed development or anemia, and some children also have extrarenal manifestations. NPHP and related syndromes should be considered for children with unexplained renal dysfunction, and high-throughput sequencing may help to make a confirmed diagnosis.

Traditional Chinese medicine( TCM) decoction contains complex bitterness. In this paper,the simple mixing of TCM monomer bitter substances is used as the entry point to study the law of bitterness superposition. With berberine hydrochloride( alkaloids),geniposide( terpenoids),and arbutin( glycosides) as mother liquor,sophoridine( alkaloids),gentiopicroside( terpenoids),and puerarin( glycosides) as additive substances,these different additive substances were mixed with different mother liquor according to concentration gradients to form different liquid mixtures. The bitterness of the additive solution and the mixtures was evaluated by traditional human taste panel method( THTPM) and electronic tongue; the bitterness-concentration fitting model of the additive solution and the liquid mixtures was established by Weibull and logarithmic curves. By comparing and analyzing the bitterness-concentration model and the bitterness difference( ΔI_0/ΔI_e) of the additive solution and the mixture,the influence of mother liquor on the bitterness of the mixture was investigated. The results showed that both the additive solution bitterness model and the liquid mixture bitterness model were consistent with the Weibull model and the logarithmic model( THTPM: R~2≥0. 887 0,P<0. 01; electronic tongue test:R~2≥0. 753 2,P<0. 05). The fitting degree of the Weibull model was generally higher than that of the logarithmic model; the bitterness difference( ΔI_0) was monotonously decreasing; the fitting equation of tongue bitterness and electronic tongue bitterness: R~2≥0. 874 2,P<0. 01. In this article,through the superposition of different kinds of TCM bitter substances,THTPM and electronic tongue test was combined. It was found that the bitterness after superposition was still in Weibull or logarithmic relationship with the concentration of additive substances; THTPM showed that the effect of bitter mother liquor on the bitterness of the mixture decreased with the increase of the concentration of the additive; the bitterness of the electronic tongue was obviously related to the bitterness of THTPM. However,further verification is needed later by optimizing the concentration gradient and expanding the sample size.

Homeostasis is fundamental to maintain normal physiological functions in our body. Internal and external physical, chemical and biologial changes can cause dysregulation of vascular homeostasis, which is closely associated with the homeostasis of oxygen supply, blood transportation and lipid metabolism. Subsequent epigenetic modifications are able to lead to abnormal structures and function of vessels. DNA methylation has been shown to play a vital role in the development of vascular diseases. In addition, 5-hydroxymethylcytosine (5hmC) and N(6)-methyladenine (m(6)A), as new epigenetic modifications, provide additional clues for vascular diseases. In this review, we summarize the effects of DNA methylation on the homeostasis dysregulation in the vascular diseases.

This review focused on the distribution, pollution status, sources and influencing factors of PCBs in the coastal areas (seawater, surface sediments and biota) in China. A few main points are listed as follows: (1) For coastal seawater, concentrations of PCBs were increasing from the north to the south and the highest concentrations of PCBs were observed in the developed east coastal areas. The concentrations of PCBs in most coastal areas were higher than the seawater standard of U. S. EPA (30 ng x L(-1)), indicating that there was a high potential risk. (2) Only a small part of surface sediments had PCBs concentrations higher than the ISQG (interim sediment quality guideline) and ERL (effects range-low) values, suggesting little probability of causing biological adverse effects and potential risk in surface sediments. (3) High-molecular-weight PCBs (4, 5 and 6 chlorinated biphenyl) were bio-accumulated in marine biota. The concentrations of PCBs in organisms were generally lower than 2000 ng x g(-1), which may have negligible effects on human health. (4) The main sources of PCBs were wastewater discharged from factories and the leakage of dismantling PCBs from electronic wastes. Factors influencing the concentrations and distribution of PCBs in the coastal areas included distance from land, flow exchange situation, water-carrying capacity, season, sediment particle size and total organic carbon content.

Objective: To compare the treatment outcomes, complications and histopathologic features between conventional parotidectomy and functional regional parotidectomy in the treatment for pleomorphic adenoma of parotid gland and to provide clinical, and pathological evidence for determining the safe surgical margin., Methods: Of 109 patients, 60 patients received conventional parotidectomy and 49 patients received functional regional parotidectomy. The rates of tumor recurrence and complications were compared between the groups of patients., Results: There was no significant difference in the incidence of tumor recurrence, the facial paralysis and sialosyrinx between two groups. The rates of Frey's syndrome, numbness of auricular region, and facial asymmetry were 30.0%, 61.7%, and 38.3% in the patients with conventional parotidectomy respectively, while the rates were 6.1%, 30.6%, and 8.2% in the patients with functional regional parotidectomy, with significant statistically difference, respectively (P < 0.05). Of 109 patients, 33 with incomplete capsule, 29 with capsule penetration, 25 with pseudopodia, and 13 with satellite nodules. There was no significant difference in the depth of tumor infiltration between two groups of patients. For the tumor smaller than 2 cm, the depth of infiltration in conventional group was from 0.061 to 1.122 mm, functional group was from 0.442 to 3.127 mm (Z = -1.093, P = 0.057); for the tumors between 2 - 4 cm, the depth in conventional group was from 0.081 to 7.908 mm, functional group was from 0.082 to 6.632 mm (Z = -0.214, P = 0.831); for the tumor larger than 4 cm, the depth of infiltration was from 0.340 to 8.476 mm., Conclusions: Compared with conventional parotidectomy, functional regional parotidectomy has good outcomes and less complications. The surgical margins of pleomorphic adenomas of the parotid gland should be determined by the size of tumor. The 1 cm-surgical margins are safe for the tumors less than 4 cm, and the tumors more than 4 cm should be treated with superficial parotidectomy.

Substrate utilization in a glucose-fed anaerobic sequencing batch reactor (ASBR) under different F/M ratios was investigated. Glucose added was quickly taken up by fermentation bacterial in anaerobic digestion, then partly degraded directly to volatile fatty acid (VFA, accounted for 34%-38% of COD-fed) and partly accumulated transiently in the cell as glycogen (accounted for 41%-46% of COD-fed) and degraded to VFA in the following. The bacterial accumulation capacities increased with F/M. The maximum specific storage capacities could reach as high as 116.8, 81.1 and 62.4 mg/g as F/M (COD/VSS) was controlled in 0.27, 0.20 and 0.14 respectively. VFA production rate slowed down due to glucose storage, which resulted in low VFA accumulation and guaranteed a stable operation in ASBR under high loading rate.

Objective: To investigate the infection and the drug resistance status of mycoplasma and chlamydiae in genitourinary tracts of children with suspected nongonococcal urethritis (NGU) and provide information for clinical rational administration of antimicrobial agents., Methods: Samples of genitourinary tract secretion from 146 children who were suspected of having nongonococcal urethritis or colpitis were collected and tested for mycoplasma via culture and for chlamydia with antigen detection. Meanwhile, susceptibility test was carried out on the samples which were positive in mycoplasma cultivation. Chlamydia antigen was detected by the polymer conjugate-enhanced (PCE) indirect enzyme immunoassay (EIA) (IDEIA PCE Chlamydia; DAKO). The mycoplasma culture medium was produced by Nanjing Liming Biological Products Co,. Ltd. Antibiotics used for susceptibility test were erythromycin, roxithromycin, josamycin, leucomycin, meleumycin, rovamycin, azithromycin, clarithromycin, cycloate erythromycin, and clindamycin., Results: Fifteen samples were positive for Chlamydia trachomatis (Ct) by antigen detection (10.3%), 82 samples were positive in mycoplasma cultivation (56.2%), and among the 82 samples, 58 were positive for Ureaplasma urealyticum (Uu, 39.7%), 9 were positive for Mycoplasma hominis (Mh, 6.2%), and 15 were positive for Uu and Mh (10.3%). Of all the samples, 4 were positive for both Uu and Ct (2.7%). The rates of drug resistance of the 10 commonly used antibiotics were as follows: erythromycin 32.9%, roxithromycin 41.5%, josamycin 19.5%, leucomycin 22.0%, meleumycin 28.0%, rovamycin 30.5%, azithromycin 37.8%, clarithromycin 26.8%, davercin 24.4%, and clindamycin 26.8%, respectively. The results indicated that drug resistance rates of josamycin and leucomycin were the lowest, and the rates of roxithromycin and azithromycin were the highest., Conclusions: The infection rates of mycoplasma and chlamydia in children suspected NGU were high. Mycoplasma showed drug resistance to a different degree to 10 common antibiotics. The results of chemosensitivity showed that josamycin had the highest susceptibility rate.

Objective: To analyze the constituents of essential oil from different processing drynesses of Radix Angelicae Dahuricae., Methods: Water steam distillation and GC-MS were used. Relative contents were determined by area., Results: 37 compounds were identified. The constituents of essential oil the constituents from Radix Angelicae Dahuricae by insolation, drying and microwave dryness were similar, but one by dryness after sulfurizing and dryness after perspiring were different., Conclusion: Dryness after sulfurizing and dryness after perspiring are not fit for the dryness of Radix Angelicae Dahuricae.

Objective: To establish HPLC fingerprint analysis for the quality control of processed Radix Angelicae Dahuricae., Methods: HPLC fingerprint analysis of processed Radix Angelicae Dahuricae was developed Agilent C18 column (250 mm x 4.6 mm, 5 microm) was used, with mixture of acetonitrile and 5% phosphorous acid mobile phase in a gradient mode. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. The wavelength of measurement was 254 nm. Fifteen batches of processed Radix Angelicae Dahuricae were determined., Results: The methodological evaluation showed that the method had a good repeatability., Conclusion: The method can be used to identify and evaluate the quality of Radix Angelicae Dahuricae conveniently.
