ObjectiveThe genomic characteristics， toxicity， drug resistance and genetic diversity of Listeria monocytogenes （Lm） isolated from food and patients based on whole genome sequencing （WGS） in Liaocheng City from 2019 to 2022 were investigated.MethodsThe Lm strains isolated from food and patients were detected by the drug sensitivity test and WGS. The whole genome sequencing data was spliced and assembled by MGAP to carry out gene prediction and functional annotation on the assembled genome， MLST， production of cg MLST minimum spanning tree. The genetic evolution of 18 domestic and foreign foodborne Lm isolated strains obtained from NCBI were analyzed by wg-SNP method.ResultsThe genome size of 33 Lm isolates was 2.89-3.41 Mb， and the CG content ranged from 37.81% to 37.97%. The strains could be divided into 6 ST types （ST9， ST121， ST8， ST87， ST155， ST101）， corresponding to 6 clonal complex groups （CC9， CC121， CC8， CC87， CC155， CC101）. The strains carried fosX and mprF resistance gene， 18 other virulence genes such as lplA1 and prsA2， with varying degrees of deletion of virulence genes. 2 strains were resistant to tetracycline and 1 strain was resistant to lincomycin. The stains carried virulence islands LIPI-1 and LIPI-2 without virulence islands LIPI-3 and LIPI-4. The genetic evolution analysis of wg-SNPs， cgMLST and phylogenetic tree based on single-copy core protein sequence showed that the molecular typing of 33 Lm strains was with high diversity in molecular typing. Patient derived strains were closely related to food isolates， and food isolates were closely related to foreign outbreak isolates in evolutionary relationships.ConclusionThe strains of Lm isolated from food and patients both carry virulence genes with certain potential pathogenic ability. The drug resistance of the isolated strains is not serious. Molecular types exhibit diversity. The close genetic relationship between strains from food sources and patient isolates suggests that the potential risks of foodborne infections in commercially available food.

Objective To explore the correlation between the prolongating PR interval of electrocardiogram and the general information and biochemical indicators of diabetes patients with microvascular complications, and the predictive value of diabetes microvascular complications. Methods A total of 217 patients with diabetes who hospitalized in Department of Endocrinology, Xi'an Third Hospital from August 2020 to November 2022 were selected retrospectively. Among them, 149 patients only with diabetes were divided into control group, while 68 diabetes patients with microvascular complications were divided into observation group. The general data and biochemical indexes of all diabetes patients were collected, and the PR interval was measured by standard 12 lead synchronous electrocardiograph. The correlation between PR interval and general data and biochemical indicators in patients with microvascular complications of diabetes were analyzed. The predictive value of PR interval on microvascular complications in diabetes was analyzed by receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve. Results Age, duration of diabetes, body mass index (BMI), hemoglobin A1c (HbA1c), PR interval in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P＜0.01). PR interval of diabetes patients with microvascular complications was positively correlated with age, diabetes duration, BMI, HbA1c (P＜0.01). The AUC of PR interval for predicting microvascular complications in diabetes was 0.812 (95%CI:0.752-0.872), the sensitivity was 70.6%, the specificity was 78.5%, and the cut-off value was 212.61 ms. Prolonged PR interval was an independent risk factor for microvascular complications in diabetes (OR=2.475, 95%CI: 1.472-5.120, P＜0.01). Conclusion In patients with microvascular complications of diabetes, the PR interval in electrocardiogrom is significantly prolonged. Prolonged PR interval is an independent risk factor for microvascular complications in diabetes, which is helpful to predict the occurance of diatetic microvascular complications.

Background Community traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) service is an important step in promoting the construction of Healthy China. There are abundant academic research results in the field of community TCM service in China, but there is a lack of collation of these research results. Systematically sorting out the relevant literature in the field of community TCM service by using the method of bibliometrics can provide a macroscopic understanding of the research progress and hotspots in this field and reference for future research. Objective To sort out the hotspots and development trends of community TCM service research in China by using bibliometric methods. Methods On May 2 in 2022, CNKI, Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform and VIP were searched for relevant research literature on community TCM service research in China from January 2000 to April 2022. By using CiteSpace software, the visual analysis of the co-occurrence of authors included in the literature, keywords co-occurrence, clustering, timeline distribution, and burst terms were performed and the relevant graphs were plotted. Results A total of 1 440 papers were included, and the publication volume of community TCM services in China showed an overall increasing trend, with 75 papers (5.2%) published in 2000—2005, 382 papers (26.5%) in 2006—2011, and 983 papers (68.3%) in 2012—2022. The top three authors in the publication volume were Shi Yongxing (25 articles), Bao Yong (16 articles), and Liu Deng (14 articles). The top 5 high-frequency keywords in terms of centrality were "TCM" "Chinese medicine" "community" "general practitioner" and "general practice". The keyword clustering analysis formed 12 cluster labels, and the top three clusters by scale were "community" "TCM" and "general practitioner". The timeline distribution suggested that clusters such as "community" "TCM" "general practitioner" and "TCM nursing" were research hotspots in this field. From the perspective of burst terms, "family doctor" has the highest burst value (8.07), and "elderly people" "diabetes" "family doctor" "medical consortium" "general practice of TCM" and the "integrated medical care and elderly services" are future research directions. Conclusion The current status of community TCM service in China, development of TCM general practitioners and community TCM nurses, and the improvement of TCM service capabilities of community health care institutions are research hotspots. In the future, more attention will be paid to the digital compact TCM medical consortium based on the Internet platform and the contracted family doctor service model with the participation of TCM general practitioners, so as to better utilize the characteristics and advantages of community TCM services in integrated medical care and elderly services.

To achieve the goals of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality under the backgrounds of poor resource endowments, weak theoretical basis and other factors, the development of the coalbed methane industry of China faces many bottlenecks and challenges. This paper systematically analyzes the coalbed methane resources, key technologies and progress, exploration effect and production performance in China and abroad. The main problems are summarized as low exploration degree, low technical adaptability, low return on investment and small development scale. This study suggests that the coalbed methane industry in China should follow the “two-step” (short-term and long-term) development strategy. The short-term action before 2030, can be divided into two stages: (1) From the present to 2025, to achieve new breakthroughs in theory and technology, and accomplish the target of annual production of 10 billion cubic meters; (2) From 2025 to 2030, to form the technologies suitable for most geological conditions, further expand the industry scale, and achieve an annual output of 30 billion cubic meters, improving the proportion of coalbed methane in the total natural gas production. The long-term action after 2030 is to gradually realize an annual production of 100 billion cubic meters. The strategic countermeasure to achieve the above goals is to adhere to “technology+management dual wheel drive”, realize the synchronous progress of technology and management, and promote the high-quality development of the coalbed methane industry. Technically, the efforts will focus on fine and effective development of coalbed methane in the medium to shallow layers of mature fields, effective development of coalbed methane in new fields, extensive and beneficial development of deep coalbed methane, three-dimensional comingled development of coalbed methane, applying new technologies such as coalbed methane displacement by carbon dioxide, microwave heating and stimulation technology, ultrasonic stimulation, high-temperature heat injection stimulation, rock breaking by high-energy laser. In terms of management, the efforts will focus on coordinative innovation of resource, technology, talent, policy and investment, with technological innovation as the core, to realize an all-round and integrated management and promote the development of coalbed methane industry at a high level.

The segmentation of knee joint is of great significance for diagnosis, guidance and treatment of knee osteoarthritis. However, manual delineation is time-consuming and labor-intensive since various anatomical structures are involved in the 3D MRI volume. Automatic segmentation of the whole knee joint requires no human effort, additionally can improve the quality of arthritis diagnosis and treatment by describing the details more accurately. Existing knee joint segmentation methods in the literature focus on only one or few structures out of many. In this paper, we study the feasibility of knee joint segmentation on MR images based on neural networks and deal with the following challenges: (1) end-to-end segmentation of 15 anatomical structures, including bone and soft tissue, of the whole knee on MR images; (2) robust segmentation of small structures such as the anterior cruciate ligament, accounting for about 0.036% of the volume data. Experiments on the knee joint MR images demonstrate that the average segmentation accuracy of our method achieves 92.92%. The Dice similarity coefficients of 9 structures were above 94%, five structures were between 87% and 90%, and the remaining one was about 76%.

In order to solve the problem of coal dust pollution caused by open-pit coal mines, polyvinyl alcohol/sodium alginate/sodium metaphosphate dust suppressant with cross-linked network structure was prepared, and the dosage, proportion and dust suppression effect of the dust suppressant were carried out in the study. The microstructure of coal dust consolidation was studied by scanning electron microscopy, and the microscopic interaction mechanism between dust suppressant and coal powder was studied by molecular dynamics simulation. The results show that at the temperature of 55 ℃, when the polyvinyl alcohol is 5.5 g, the sodium alginate is 0.45 g, the glycerin is 4.5 g, the cross linking agent is 0.12 g, the viscosity of the dust suppressant is 74 mPa·s, the compressive strength of the consolidated body reached 26.1 kPa, the dust suppressant has better continuity and better wettability on the surface of coal dust.

Objective To evaluate the effect of friction behavior on migration levels of metal elements from stainless-steel articles for food contact. Methods The migration levels of metal elements from used and new stainless-steel articles were compared according to GB 4806.9-2016 and Council of Europe Resolution CM/Res (2013) 9. The migration conditions were boiling in 4% acetic acid for 30 min followed by at room temperature for 24 h and soaking in 5 g/L citric acid at 100 ℃ for 2 h, respectively. Meanwhile, the impact of dynamic friction on migration were investigated on new stainless-steel articles, where the friction method were referred to the GB/T 32095.2-2015 standard. Migration of metal elements complied with the corresponding standard. Results Based on the European standard, migration of lead in the first migration test was above limit of quantitation (LOQ) in all five used stainless-steel articles after friction, but none in new ones. The quantification rate of chromium in the first migration test in 80% (4/5) of used stainless-steel articles were above LOQ after friction by GB 4806.9-2016 standard while were 20% (1/5) in new ones. The migration level of Cr was higher by GB 4806.9-2016 standard than by European resolution in single dynamic friction study. Results from the dynamic friction experiments indicated that the migration of Cr and Ni reached equilibrium after 3 times of friction. Conclusion The migration condition in GB 4806.9-2016 standard had stronger leaching ability for Cr from stainless-steel articles than that in European resolution. Friction behavior promoted corrosion and metal element migration of stainless steel. Long-term used stainless-steel products had higher lead and chromium migration than new products, but without safety risks.

Amide bond is a special structure that can exhibit high physiological activity. The most ideal way to form amide is the direct reaction between carboxylic acid and amine, but this reaction has to be under strong heat condition. A method is proposed for direct synthesis of amides by direct condensation of fatty acids and primary amines under milder conditions, namely catalyzed by simple arylboronic acids. The reaction system is established by direct amidation of phenylacetic acid and benzylamine. The type, amount of catalyst, reaction solvent, reaction time, and reaction temperature are optimized. The result shows that with fluorobenzene as solvent and phenylboronic acid as catalyst, organic acids are firstly treated for 1 h at reflux temperature, then the reaction continues for 12 h after adding fatty amines, and under the optimum reaction condition, the yield of the corresponding amide is above 80%. The product is characterized by 1H NMR and 13C NMR. The method is a new simple effective method for preparing amide compounds and the product is easy to purify.

The impact fracture mechanics of the cantilever beam-column specimens with different inclination angles(0°,30°,60°) prefabricated cracks subjected to hammer impact loading were studied by using digital dynamic caustic test system.The results show that the specimen with prefabricated crack of 0° reaches the fracture toughness first and starts to crack.Along with inclination angle increases,the energy accumulated at the crack tip becomes difficult,result in the initiation time is longer;The angle of crack has a great influence on the crack propagation trajectory,the bigger the angle is,the bigger the crack curving is.The increase of crack inclination leads to the vibration amplitude of the crack propagate rate increase and the average crack propagation rate increase,which indicates the influence of slanting crack on the velocity is larger than that of straight crack;With the inclination angle of prefabricated crack increases,the dynamic fracture toughness KICd gradually decreases, KIICd gradually increases and the composite characteristic becomes more obvious.The results provide a guidance for the prediction of crack propagating trajectory and the dynamic response of structure with cracks.

Spinal muscular atrophy (SMA) is the most common fatal neurogenetic disease in infant period. Clinical manifestations of SMA include symmetrical and progressive weakness and atrophy of proximal limbs. Based on age of incidence, it is divided into child-onset SMA and adult-onset SMA. Child-onset SMA has the highest incidence rate. This article summarizes the research progress of SMA therapy in recent years to provide new thoughts for the treatment of SMA. CsPbX3 (X = Cl-, Br-, I-) pervoskite single crystals have excellent photoelectric properties, and are promising to become the next generation of photoelectric detection materials. It is difficult to grow CsPbCl3 crystals by low-temperature solution method due to the solubility of CsCl in the precursor is too small. Here, 1 inch complete CsPbCl3 crystals were grown by Bridgman method, a series of processing was performed on the crystals to obtain single crystal sheets of Φ10 mm x 10 mm and 2 mm thickness. X-ray powder diffraction patterns, TG/ DTA curves, X-ray excitation emission spectra, transmission spectra and low temperature fluorescence spectra of the crystals were measured. Under X-ray excitation, two X-ray excitation peaks are observed at 430 and 575 nm, and the transmittance of the crystal reaches 75%; thermal quenching could be observed by the photoluminescence (PL) intensity versus temperature dependence curve, and the exciton binding energies of the four peaks of the crystal are calculated to be 12. 59, 8. 21, 12. 41 and 21. 59 meV, respectively. By optimizing the processing of combing, choosing light roving weight per unit, sound predrafting multiple of spandex and position, adjusting center distance of pipe socket, choosing biggish spinning twist factor and analyzing winding processing and production adminster, the woollspandex core-spun yarn was spinning successfully. Objective: To observe the effects of propofol on the activation of hepatic stellate cell line HSC2-T6 induced by transforming growth factor-beta 1 (TGF-β1) and explore its possible mechanism. Methods: The cells were divided into control group, TGF-β1 group, propofol group, TGF-β1 + propofol group, rapamycin group, TGF-β1 + propofol + rapamycin group. Cells were treated with rapamycin (5 μmol/L) for 1 hour, propofol (100 μmol/L) for 1 hour, then TGF-β1 (5 ng/ml) was added to co-culture for 24 hours. Cell proliferation was measured by MTT assay. The concentrations of hyaluronic acid (HA), collagen IV (IV-C) and laminin (LN) in the supernatant of cell culture medium were measured by ELISA. The ultrastructure of cells was observed by transmission electron microscopy. The expressions of alpha-smooth muscle actin (α-SMA), mammalian rapamycin target protein (mTOR), phosphorylated mTOR (p-mTOR) and the autophagy related gene Beclin 1, LC3 and p62 were measured by Western blot. Results: Compared with control group, cell proliferation, the expression of α-SMA, the concentrations of HA, IV-C and LN in culture supernatant, the number of autophages, the expressions of Beclin-1 and LC3-II, the ratio of LC3-II/LC3-I in HSC2-T6 cells were increased significantly, while the expression of p-mTOR, the ratio of p-mTOR/mTOR and the expression of p62 protein were decreased significantly in TGF-β1 group (All P＜0.05). Compared with TGF-β1 group, cell proliferation, the expression of α-SMA, the concentrations of HA, IV-C and LN in culture supernatant, the number of autophages, the expressions of Beclin-1 and LC3-II, the ratio of LC3-II/LC3-I in HSC2-T6 cells in TGF-β1 group were decreased significantly, and the expression of p-mTOR, the ratio of p-mTOR/mTOR and expression of p62 protein were increased significantly in TGF-β1 + propofol group (All P＜0.05). Conclusion: Propofol inhibits the activation of hepatic stellate cells induced by TGF-beta 1, and its mechanism involves the mTOR-autophagy pathway.

Dental pulp tissue plays a role in forming dentin, providing nutrition, conducting pain, and generating protective responses to environmental stimuli. Bacterial infection is the main cause of pulp disease, where histopathological changes are the histological basis for determining the choice of treatment and the evaluation of therapeutic effect. Thus, particular attention should be given to eliminate infection, as well as preserve and maintain pulpal health in teeth that show reversible or limited pulpal injuries. Vital pulp therapy, especially its indications and prognostic factors, has been a research hotspot that often causes confusion among clinicians. In this paper, we briefly introduce the confusion and solution for vital pulp therapy in terms of indications, pulp condition assessment, infection elimination, and capping material selection. In addition, we develop a clinical pathway and an operation normalization of vital pulp therapy to better perform the therapy.

Objective: To investigate the clinical features of children with incomplete Kawasaki disease (IKD), and to provide reference for the early diagnosis of IKD., Methods: The clinical data of 22 hospitalized children with IKD were analyzed retrospectively and compared with the data of 63 children with Kawasaki disease (KD) who were hospitalized during the same period of time. Another 20 children with pyrexia were enrolled as the control group., Results: Pyrexia was observed in all children. Compared with the KD group, the IKD group had significantly lower proportions of children with changes in the limbs, conjunctival hyperaemia, and cervical lymphadenectasis (P<0.05), a significantly higher serum level of glutamic-pyruvic transaminase (P<0.05), and significantly lower levels of plasma albumin, serum sodium, and interleukin-6 (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the rate of γ-globulin application between the IKD and KD groups; however, the IKD group had a significantly higher incidence rate of coronary artery lesion than the KD group (P<0.05)., Conclusions: The symptoms and signs in children with IKD are untypical. The liver function test and serum hyponatremia and IL-6 measurements may be useful for the diagnosis of IKD.

In the present paper, we simulated the system optical magnification error's influence on the quality of reconstructed image, analyzed the variant of the coded aperture with different optical magnification, then proposed an accurate curve of image quality and optical magnification in 128 x 128 code template, which provide important references for the design and development of push-broom coded aperture spectrometer.

As a novel imaging spectrometry, computational imaging spectrometry (CIS) has the advantages of high throughput, snapshot imaging etc. However, there is little research on imaging quality evaluation of CIS system. In the present paper, a quantitive evaluation method for imaging quality of CIS system was presented. ISO 12233 chart was used as the objective source, and then imaging and reconstruction of the spatial-spectral information was provided. Calculating modulation transfer functions (MTFs) for the reconstructed images was considered as the criterion of the imaging quality evaluation of CIS system. The result shows that MTFs for single-frame sampling decrease rapidly with the aliasing spectral number increasing. When the number of the aliasing spectra is 9, MTF for the reconstructed image decreases by 50% compared to the original scene. This work helps better understand the pros and cons of CIS system and arrange the aliasing spectral number reasonably to reconstruct the object scene precisely.

Objective: To explore the therapeutic effects of atropine for hypoxic bradycardia during the occurrence of cardiac arrest., Methods: Sixty-four adult New Zealand rabbits were selected and allocated randomly into 2 groups: instant resuscitation group and 8-minute resuscitation group. Each animal was anesthetized by an intravenous injection of sodium pentobarbital and intubated through tracheostomy. The tracheostomy tube was then clamped off to induce acute hypoxia. At soon as heart rate (HR) decreased to a half of basic-heart-rate, either atropine 50 µg/kg or 0.9% normal saline as control was randomly administered intravenously. In instant resuscitation group (group T1), the tracheostomy tube was unclamped and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) initiated for the occurrence of cardiac arrest (MAP < 10 mm Hg). In 8-minute resuscitation group (group T2), the tracheostomy tube was clamped for 8 minutes and then CPR initiated. The statistical data were analyzed by SPSS 10.0. All data were reported as x(-) ± s. T test was used to compare the means of cardiac arrest time between two groups, one-way ANONA to compare HR & mean arterial pressure (MAP) and Fisher's exact probabilities test to compare the survival rates between two groups. A value of P < 0.05 was considered statistically significant., Results: The heart rate of atropine treated group was higher than that of normal saline group for about 90 minutes post-dosing. In atropine group, the MAP decrease was significantly faster than that of normal saline group (P < 0.01). Most importantly, after the clamping of tracheostomy tube, the average time of cardiac arrest occurred at (335.43 ± 43.25) s in atropine group versus (371 ± 55) s in normal saline group (P = 0.006)., Conclusion: Although atropine treatment of severe hypoxic bradycardia improves the decrease of HR for a short time, it decreases MAP and accelerates the occurrence of cardiac arrest result from acute hypoxia. But the mortality rate is not improved by the treatment of atropine.

To screen NFAT antagonistic drugs and research signal transduction pathway related to NFAT. Four recombinant vectors were constructed. Each consists of three tandem copies of the human IL-2 distal NFAT-AP1 binding site in the context of the minimal IL-2 enhancer, either the sequence from -326 - +46 or the sequence from -89 - +46 (containing only the TATA box), driving a luciferase reporter gene or a destabilized enhanced green fluorescence protein (d2EGFP) reporter gene, respectively. Transient transfection of Jurkat cells was achieved by electroporation with 5 - 10 microg of the above plasmid and one pulse at 200V, 65ms. Plasmid pEFBos-mNFAT1 constitutively expressing murine full length NFAT1 protein was used for transient cotransfection. The results showed that neither of non-stimulation nor PMA or ionomycin stimulation alone could activate the reporter gene except PMA plus ionomycin costimulation. Furthermore, overexpressed murine NFAT1 augmented the activation of either IL-2 promoter or NFAT-AP1 enhancer drived reporter gene compared to the endogenous did. However, the reporter gene expression was nearly completely inhibited by pretreatment for 1h with FK506 at 5 microg/mL and then stimulation for 6-12h with PMA plus ionomycin in the presence of FK506. These findings indicated that such a transient Jurkat cell model offered a potential platform for preliminary screening of FK506 or CsA-like immunosuppressive agents.
