In order to solve the problems of low calculation accuracy, low probability analysis accuracy and low efficiency in traditional methods, a navigation error probability analysis system for inspection robot based on multi-objective optimization cloning algorithm was designed. The overall framework of the system consisted of network communication part, data processing and error probability analysis part and environment perception part. In the hardware design, the structure of embedded data processing board and network communication were optimized. In the software design, the navigation error probability analysis model of the inspection robot was established, and the multi-objective optimization cloning algorithm was used to solve the model to realize the analysis of the navigation error probability of the inspection robot. The experimental results showed that the system had higher calculation accuracy, higher error probability analysis accuracy and higher efficiency. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Aiming at the problem of gear vibration characteristics with considering the error and randomness of tooth surface friction parameters are not clear. Combined with statistical methods and concentrated mass methods， the numerically study of the random characteristics of errors and tooth surface friction parameter is carried out. The influence of gear tooth errors on tooth surface friction parameters is analyzed. The bending-torsional coupled vibration model of a spur gear transmission is established in consideration of error and randomness of the tooth surface friction parameters. The fourth-order Runge-Kutta method is used for numerical solution， the vibration response of the gear transmission is obtained. The influences of gear error and the random tooth surface friction parameters on gear vibration responses are explored. The results show that the dynamic responses of the gear pair have more complicated randomness in the frequency domain and phase diagram under the collective effects of the error and the random tooth surface friction. However， error randomness interferes more with the dynamic stability of the gear system. And the research results provide a theoretical reference for the dynamic design of the gear transmission.

Aiming at problems of unrevealing potential error source, hardly separating specific random error and long data collection time of common random error identification methods, Allan variance analysis method was used to identify random error of MEMS gyro in coal mine underground. Principle of Allan variance analysis method was introduced. Allan variance analysis method was used to process measured data of MEMS gyro, Allan standard deviation curves were given, and main random error coefficients of MEMS gyro were obtained by least square fitting. The experiment results verify validity of the Allan variance analysis method for random error identification of MEMS gyro.

In order to study the effect of film thickness perturbation on the performance of nanophotonic devices, this paper designs a periodic disordered photonic crystal model by introducing disordered perturbations obeying Gaussian distribution. By analyzing the influence of the cycles number and the thickness of two materials on the optical properties, an optimization scheme for compensating the film thickness disturbance is proposed. The thickness error of one material in the same period is compensated by the thickness of the other material. This compensation provides a stable forbidden center position and a forbidden band width. Both theory and experiments have verified that this compensation scheme can reduce the accumulation of thickness deviation. Using SFA model to decompose and modify the offset of the sample input, and introducing the Malmquist index to improve the operating performance model, then, combined with Tobit model, which is taken into account the combination of environmental effect, random error and dynamic analysis, and the spatial and temporal heterogeneity and influence factors are introduced. Thus, this paper explores the heterogeneity and influence mechanisms of the patented innovations operational performance of knowledge-intensive manufacturing from the method and content. The results show that the patent innovation operational performance which is considering the environmental effect and random error is significantly different, and the environmental factors have a temporal and spatial heterogeneity in the patent innovation operational performance; The adjusted patent innovation operational performance is a double fluctuation, and the difference is obvious in each period; After the adjustment, the growth rate of the patent innovation operational performance is relatively large, and the technical level index is improved in different degrees, which is the main driving force for the improvement of the patent innovation operational performance; Government support has a significant positive effect on the patent innovation operational performance of knowledge-intensive manufacturing, and intellectual property protection have a significant inhibitory effect, and the market competition, enterprise scale and technology digestion and absorption capacity are not obvious to promote the patent innovation operational performance. In order to analyze the errors of structure parameters for serial robot, an error analysis model was established by defining error twists on each joint based on screw theory. Then, a serial robot's random error analyzing method combined Monte Carlo method and screw theory was further presented which could be used in analyzing error probabilistic characteristics of the end effector of robot. Using Cartesian assembly robot as an example, the simulation experiment was finished in the platform of Matlab software, and the random error distribution of the end effector of Cartesian assembly robot in its workspace was drawn. The results show that the presented modeling method is intuitive and correct, and the resulting error probabilistic characteristics are a great help for improving the calibration precision and selecting the optimal working space. Whether DEM error is system error or random error is the key problem of DEM guarantee system. This paper presents clear viewpoints that differ from usual viewpoints that regard the ground surface as a random surface and the popular method that describes DEM error only with random error. Based on the analysis of literature, it is pointed out that DEM terrain representation error(Et) has strong correlation with DEM profile curvature(V) and DEM resolution(R) on statistics, which indicates that they have function relation. This paper then gives a function expression with the theory of mathematical approach. With either mathematical approach or statistics we can make the same conclusion that DEM elevation errors in the condition of the same grid survey data and the same mathematic model have the same property.
