Abstract

The article presents a study regarding the sequence and cloning analysis of China Xinji fine wool sheep's Toll-like receptor 8 (TLR8) gene. The study investigates the TLR8 gene under reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). The study reveals that the China Xinji fine wool sheep's TLR8 gene plays an important role in determining pathogen associated molecular patterns.
